以鱼油下脚料为原料.以固定化Geotrichum sp.脂肪酶为催化剂,选择性水解粗鱼油,使目标脂肪酸EPA和DHA富集于甘油骨架上,显著提高了甘油酯中EPA和DHA的质量分数。通过单因素试验和响应面分析得出最佳水解条件:2g粗鱼油,2.5g水,221.3U脂肪酶,30℃,反应11.7h。最佳条件下的水解度为42.1%。EPA和DHA质量分数分别为7.8%和41.1%。经过二次水解后,水解度提高到45.9%,EPA和DHA质量分数分别提高到8.5%和42%。与初始鱼油相比,分别提高了2倍和2.2倍。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to produce docosahexaenoic (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) enriched acylglycerols by alcoholysis of tuna and sardine oils, respectively, using isobutanol and 1-butanol as acyl-acceptors. The alcoholysis reactions were catalyzed by lipases Lipozyme® TL IM from Thermomyces lanuginosus and lipase QLG® from Alcaligenes sp., because these lipases have shown selectivity towards DHA and EPA, respectively. Studies were made to determine the influence of reaction time, alcohol/oil molar ratio, lipase amount and temperature. In the optimized conditions for the alcoholysis of tuna and sardine oils catalyzed by Lipozyme TL IM and lipase QLG, respectively, the DHA and EPA contents were trebled (from 22 to 69% for DHA, and from 19 to 61% for EPA). The stability of both lipases was also determined. Although Lipozyme TL IM is much more stable in isobutanol than in ethanol, with the former the conversion attained after four reaction cycles was about 40% of the initial conversion. In similar conditions, the conversion obtained with lipase QLG was about 88% of the initial conversion. In addition, the separation of DHA enriched acylglycerols and isobutyl esters from an alcoholysis reaction was studied by liquid–liquid fractionation using the ethanol–water–hexane biphasic system. Ten kinds of lipases were examined as biocatalysts for the incorporation of short-chain fatty acids (acetic, propionic, and butyric acids) into triolein in order to produce one kind of reduced-calorie structured lipids. Trans-esterification (acidolysis) was successfully done in n-hexane by several microbial lipases. Among them, lipase from Aspergillus oryzae was used to investigate the effects of incubation time, substrate molar ratio, and water content on acidolysis. Finally, more than 80% of triolein was incorporated by butyric acid (molar ratio of triolein to butyric acid, 1:10) in the dried n-hexane at 52 °C for 72 h. More than 90% of the products was monosubstituent, which was esterified with this short chain fatty acid at the 1-position of the glycerol moiety of triolein. These results suggest that A. oryzae lipase would be a powerful biocatalyst for the synthesis of low caloric oil, such as triacylglycerol containing a mixture of long- and short-chain aliphatic acids.  相似文献

This work deals with the production of structured triacylglycerols (STAG) with caprylic acid (CA) located in positions 1 and 3 of the molecule of glycerol and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in position 2, by acidolysis of tuna oil and CA, catalyzed by several lipases. To this end several lipases and immobilization supports were tested with the aim of avoiding the acyl-migration observed in previous works. The determination of the best catalyst (i.e. the lipase and the immobilization support as a whole) was carried out by experiments of acidolysis of cod liver oil and CA in a bath reactor. The best results were obtained with the lipases from Rhizopus oryzae (Lipase D) and Rhizopus delemar (Lipase Rd), immobilized on Accurel MP1000 (a microporous polypropylene) with a lipase/support ratio 1:1.5 (w/w). The activity of these immobilized lipases was stable for a minimum of 5 days in the operational conditions (up to 40 °C).Lipase Rd was selected for the next step in which it was immobilized on Acurrel MP1000 to obtain STAG enriched in DHA by acidolysis of tuna oil (20% DHA) with CA. The experiments were carried out by recirculating the reaction mixture through an immobilized lipase packed bed reactor at different substrate/hexane ratios, as well as in absence of solvent. In the latter case, STAG with 51% CA and 13% DHA were obtained at 73 h. This result indicates that with this catalyst an acceptable reaction rate was attained in absence of solvent. A structural analysis by the pancreatic lipase method carried out to STAG with 45% CA and 16% DHA indicated that 91% of the CA incorporated is located in positions 1 and 3, and that 51% of the DHA is located in position 2 (MLM structure). This position is also rich in palmitic, eicosapentaenoic and oleic acids.After the acidolysis reaction a mixture of STAG and free fatty acids was obtained. The recovery of STAG from this reaction mixture is difficult because of the high content of free fatty acids. A separation method based on the neutralization of the free fatty acids with a KOH hydroalcoholic solution has been developed. By this procedure pure (100%) STAG were obtained with a recovery yield of 80%.  相似文献

The fatty acid specificity of five lipases towards eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) was evaluated in the hydrolysis of fish oil, squid oil and a model system. The model system contained methyl esters of EPA, DHA and palmitic acid. All the investigated lipases discriminated against both EPA and DHA more in the model system than in the natural oils. Thus both EPA and DHA were more easily hydrolysed from a glyceride than from a methyl ester. In the model system, the lipase from Candida rugosa showed the highest discrimination against DHA, while the lipases from Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonas cepacia discriminated against EPA the most. In a glyceride, the fatty acid specificity of lipases towards EPA and DHA was affected by the positional distribution of the fatty acids and the glyceride structure due to the regiospecificity and triglyceride specificity of the lipase. In the oils, the Pseudomonas lipases also discriminated against EPA the most, while DHA was initially discriminated the most by the lipase from Thermomyces lanuginosus. However, after longer reaction times the enrichment of DHA in the glyceride fraction of the oils was greatest for the lipase from C. rugosa.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to produce structured triacylglycerols (STAGs), with caprylic acid located at positions 1 and 3 of the glycerol backbone and docosohexaenoic acid (DHA) at position 2, by acidolysis of tuna oil and caprylic acid (CA) catalyzed by lipases Rd, from Rhizopus delemar, and Palatase 20000L from Mucor miehei immobilized on Accurel MP1000 in a packed bed reactor (PBR), working in continuous and recirculation modes. First, different lipase/support ratios were tested for the immobilization of lipases and the best results were obtained with ratios of 0.67 (w/w) for lipase Rd and 6.67 (w/w) for Palatase. Both lipases were stable for at least 4 days in the operational conditions. In the storage conditions (5 °C) lipases Rd and Palatase maintained constant activity for 5 months and 1 month, respectively.These catalysts have been used to obtain STAGs by acidolysis of tuna oil and CA in a PBR operating with recirculation of the reaction mixture through the lipase bed. Thus, STAGs with 52–53% CA and 14–15% DHA were obtained. These results were the basis for establishing the operational conditions to obtain STAGs operating in continuous mode. These new conditions were established maintaining constant intensity of treatment (IOT, lipase amount × reaction time/oil amount). In this way STAGs with 44–50% CA and 17–24% DHA were obtained operating in continuous mode. Although the compositions of STAGs obtained with both lipases were similar, Palatase required an IOT about four times higher than lipase Rd.To separate the acidolysis products (free fatty acids, FFAs, and STAGs) an extraction method of FFAs by water–ethanol solutions was tested. The following variables were optimized: water/ethanol ratio (the best results were attained with a water/ethanol ratio of 30:70, w/w), the solvent/FFA–STAG mixture ratio (3:1, w/w) and the number of extraction steps (3–5). In these conditions highly pure STAGs (93–96%) were obtained with a yield of 85%. The residual FFAs can be eliminated by neutralization with a hydroethanolic KOH solution to obtain pure STAGs. The positional analysis of these STAGs, carried out by alcoholysis catalyzed by lipase Novozym 435, has shown that CA represents 55% of fatty acids located at positions 1 and 3 and DHA represents 42% of fatty acids at position 2.  相似文献

Immobilized Pseudomonas fluorescens lipase enzyme was used to enrich the important polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) from tuna oil. Hydrolysis, esterification, and transesterification reactions were studied in detail to find out the fractionation pattern of DHA and EPA during these processes due to preferential selectivity for or against these PUFA. Hydrolysis with P. fluorescens biotype I lipase with stoichiometric amount of water content gave more than 80% of DHA and EPA in the free fatty acid (FFA) form after around 60% of hydrolysis. After some preferential specificity during the early stages of hydrolysis, P. fluorescens lipase exhibits nonselective characteristics on extended hydrolysis. Esterification of FFA extracted from the completely hydrolyzed mixture of tuna oil was found to be better with long chain fatty alcohol like octanol which lead to good enrichment (44.5% for DHA and 11.3% for EPA) and yields of the PUFA in the FFA form. Transesterification (ethanolysis) with immobilized P. fluorescens lipase enzyme resulted in good enrichment and recovery of DHA and EPA in the glyceride mixture. After around 60% of ester synthesis, 74% of (DHA + EPA) enrichment was achieved with yields of more than 90% in the glyceride mixture.  相似文献

Lipids enriched in polyunsaturated fatty acids are very susceptible to oxidation, causing the formation of potentially harmful oxidized products. Hence, it is critical to keep the temperature as low as possible during reaction and storage. In this study, five commercial immobilized lipases were evaluated for their capability to produce novel structured lipids (SLs) enriched with medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs) through acidolysis of single cell oil (SCO) with capric acid. Among the examined lipases, NS40086 and Lipozyme RM IM showed the highest incorporation degree. The acidolysis reactions resulted in an obvious variation in the fatty acids composition as well as their positional distribution. The obtained SLs contained (33.58 %–34.09 %) capric acid at sn-1, 3 positions with increasing the content of arachidonic acid at the sn-2 position up to (49.82 %–50.25 %). The NS40086 lipase displayed 1, 3 regiospecificity towards the TAG of SCO. The acidolysis reactions using NS40086 lipase resulted in a generation of 23 TAG molecular species containing capric acid. Moreover, the NS40086 lipase was more active than Lipozyme RM IM at relatively low temperatures (35 °C and 40 °C), which could be used effectively as a promising biocatalyst in lipid synthesis.  相似文献

The present study deals with the production of structured lipid containing omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in the ratio of 1:1 by incorporating omega-3 fatty acids (α-linolenic acid) from linseed oil into groundnut oil using lipase (Lipozyme IM from Rhizomucor miehei) catalyzed acidolysis reaction in hexane. The reaction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology with a four-variable five-level central composite rotatable experimental design. The influence of four independent parameters, namely ratio of fatty acid concentrate from linseed to groundnut oil (0.66–1.98, w/w), reaction temperature (30–60 °C), enzyme concentration (1–5%) and reaction time (2–54 h) on omega-3 fatty acids incorporation into groundnut oil were optimized. Optimal conditions for the structured lipid containing omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids in the ratio of 1:1 were determined to be; enzyme concentration 3.75% (w/w), temperature 37.5 °C, incubation time 30.81 h and ratio of free fatty acid concentrate from linseed oil to groundnut oil 1.16 (w/w).  相似文献

Omega‐3 (also called n‐3) long‐chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (≥C20; LC‐PUFAs) are of considerable interest, based on clear evidence of dietary health benefits and the concurrent decline of global sources (fish oils). Generating alternative transgenic plant sources of omega‐3 LC‐PUFAs, i.e. eicosapentaenoic acid (20:5 n‐3, EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (22:6 n‐3, DHA) has previously proved problematic. Here we describe a set of heterologous genes capable of efficiently directing synthesis of these fatty acids in the seed oil of the crop Camelina sativa, while simultaneously avoiding accumulation of undesirable intermediate fatty acids. We describe two iterations: RRes_EPA in which seeds contain EPA levels of up to 31% (mean 24%), and RRes_DHA, in which seeds accumulate up to 12% EPA and 14% DHA (mean 11% EPA and 8% DHA). These omega‐3 LC‐PUFA levels are equivalent to those in fish oils, and represent a sustainable, terrestrial source of these fatty acids. We also describe the distribution of these non‐native fatty acids within C. sativa seed lipids, and consider these data in the context of our current understanding of acyl exchange during seed oil synthesis.  相似文献

The effect of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids and α-tocopherol supplementation on erythrocyte lipid peroxidation and immunocompetent cells in mice was studied comparatively using seven dietary oils (15% oil/diet, w/w) including fish oil rich in eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA, 20:5, n–3) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22:6, n–3). A 43% increase in spleen weight, about twice as many spleen cells and no change in the subpopulations of spleen cells, as well as a significant depression of mitogen-induced blastogenesis of both T and B cells in the spleen were observed in mice fed fish oil for 30 days in comparison with soybean oil diet-fed mice. In the fish oil diet-fed mice, membranous lipid hydroperoxide (hydroperoxides of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine) accumulation as a marker of oxidative senescence in red blood cells (RBC) was 2.7–3.5 times higher than that in mice fed soybean oil, although there was no difference in the plasma phosphatidylcholine hydroperoxide concentration. In spite of the supplementation of α-tocopherol to up to 10 times the level in the basal diet, the degeneration of spleen cells and the stimulated oxidative senescence of RBC found by the fish oil feeding could not be prevented. The results suggest that oral intake of excess polyunsaturated fatty acids, i.e. EPA and DHA, in a fish oil diet can lead to acceleration of membrane lipid peroxidation resulting in RBC senescence linked to the lowering of immune response of spleen cells, and that supplementation of α-tocopherol as antioxidant does not always effectively prevent such oxidative degeneration as observed in spleen cells and RBC in vivo.  相似文献

A lipase from Candida cylindracea immobilized by adsorption on microporous polypropylene fibers was used to selectively hydrolyze the saturated and monounsaturated fatty acid residues of menhaden oil at 40 degrees C and pH 7.0. At a space time of 3.5 h, the shell and tube reactor containing these hollow fibers gives a fractional release of each of the saturated and monounsaturated fatty acid residues (i.e., C14, C16, C16:1, C18:1) of ca. 88% of the corresponding possible asymptotic value. The corresponding coproduct glycerides retained over 90% of the initial residues of both eicosapentaenoic (EPA; C20:5) and docosahexaenoic (DHA; C22:6) acids. The half-life of the immobilized lipase was 170 h when the reactor was operated at the indicated (optimum) conditions. Rate expressions associated with a generic ping-pong bi-bi mechanism were used to fit the experimental data for the lipase catalyzed reaction. Both uni- and multiresponse nonlinear regression methods were employed to determine the kinetic parameters associated with these rate expressions. The best statistical fit of the uniresponse data was obtained for a rate expression, which is formally equivalent to a general Michaelis-Menten mechanism. After reparameterization, this rate expression reduced to a pseudo-first-order model. For the multiresponse analysis, a model that employed a normal distribution of the ratio of Vmax/Km with respect to the chain length of the fatty acid residues provided the best statistical fit of the experimental data.  相似文献

Previous studies suggest that the n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) eicosapenteinoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), constituents of fish oil, exert chemopreventive activity in colon cancer. One of the mechanisms involved is the facilitation of apoptosis. While a pro-apoptotic potential of n-3 PUFAs has been suggested, it is still unclear whether additional consumption of fish will also lead to comparable results. The aim of this study was to assess EPA- and DHA-mediated effects on endpoints of apoptosis and to use a novel biomarker-approach to measure modulation of apoptosis by consumption of fish. LT97 human colon adenoma and HT29 human colon adenocarcinoma cells were used to investigate modulation of apoptosis by EPA, DHA or linoleic acid (LA) using a set of endpoints, namely phosphatidylserine staining with Annexin-V (flow cytometry), Bcl-2 expression (Real-time RT–PCR), and Bid, caspase 3, 8 and 9 expression as well as PARP cleavage (Western Blot). Furthermore, faecal water (FW) of volunteers (n = 89) from a human trial intervening with fish was used to investigate changes in apoptosis by flow cytometry. DHA was more effective at inducing apoptosis than EPA. LT97 cells were more prone to DHA and EPA induced apoptosis than HT29 cells. Treatment of LT97 cells with FW from volunteers consuming fish did not result in any changes in apoptosis. Taken together, our results show that adenoma cells are highly susceptible to n-3 PUFA-induced apoptosis. By using a biomarker-approach (FW) to measure apoptosis-induction ex vivo no change in apoptosis after additional fish consumption was detectable.  相似文献

Structured triacylglycerols (ST) enriched in eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in position 2 of the triacylglycerol (TAG) backbone were synthesized by acidolysis of a commercially available EPA-rich oil (EPAX4510, 40% EPA) and caprylic acid (CA), catalyzed by the 1,3-specific immobilized lipase Lipozyme IM. The reaction was carried out in a packed bed reactor (PBR) operating in two ways: (1) by recirculating the reaction mixture from the exit of the bed to the substrate reservoir (discontinuous mode) and (2) in continuous mode, directing the product mixture leaving the PBR to a product reservoir. By operating in these two ways and using a simple kinetic model, representative values for the apparent kinetic constants (kX) for each fatty acid (native, Li or odd, M) were obtained. The kinetic model assumes that the rate of incorporation of a fatty acid into TAG per amount of enzyme, rX (mole/(h g lipase)) is proportional to the extent of the deviation from the equilibrium for each fatty acid (i.e., the difference of concentration between the fatty acid in the triacylglycerol and the concentration of the same fatty acid in the triacylglycerol once the equilibrium of the acidolysis reaction is reached). The model allows comparing the two operating modes through the processing intensity, defined as mLt/(V[TG]0) and mL/(q[TG]0), for the discontinuous and continuous operation modes, respectively. In discontinuous mode, ST with 59.5% CA and 9.6% EPA were obtained. In contrast, a ST with 51% CA and 19.6% EPA were obtained when using the continuous operation mode. To enhance the CA incorporation when operating in continuous mode, a two-step acidolysis reaction was performed (third operation mode). This continuous two-step process yields a ST with a 64% CA and a 15% EPA. Finally, after purifying the above ST in a preparative silica gel column, impregnated with boric acid, a ST with 66.9% CA and 19.6% EPA was obtained. The analysis by reverse phase and Ag+ liquid chromatography of the EPA-enriched ST demonstrated that the CA was placed in positions 1 and 3 and the EPA was occupying position 2 of the final ST.  相似文献

The physiological activity of fish oil, and ethyl esters of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) affecting hepatic fatty acid oxidation was compared in rats. Five groups of rats were fed various experimental diets for 15 days. A group fed a diet containing 9.4% palm oil almost devoid of n-3 fatty acids served as a control. The test diets contained 4% n-3 fatty acids mainly as EPA and DHA in the form of triacylglycerol (9.4% fish oil) or ethyl esters (diets containing 4% EPA ethyl ester, 4% DHA ethyl ester, and 1% EPA plus 3% DHA ethyl esters). The lipid content of diets containing EPA and DHA ethyl esters was adjusted to 9.4% by adding palm oil. The fish oil diet and ethyl ester diets, compared to the control diet containing 9.4% palm oil, increased activity and mRNA levels of hepatic mitochondrial and peroxisomal fatty acid oxidation enzymes, though not 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity. The extent of the increase was, however, much greater with the fish oil than with EPA and DHA ethyl esters. EPA and DHA ethyl esters, compared to the control diet, increased 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase activity, but fish oil strongly reduced it. It is apparent that EPA and DHA in the form of ethyl esters cannot mimic the physiological activity of fish oil at least in affecting hepatic fatty acid oxidation in rat.  相似文献

We determined the effect of the two major fish oil fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), on VLDL assembly and secretion by cultured rat hepatocytes. The incorporation of [3H]glycerol into total triglyceride (cell plus media) was stimulated eight-fold when hepatocytes were incubated for 2 h with 1 mM EPA, DHA, or oleic acid (OA), suggesting that fish oil fatty acids stimulate hepatic triglyceride synthesis to an extent similar to OA. In contrast, mass quantitation of secreted triglyceride showed impaired triglyceride secretion with EPA and DHA compared to OA. During a 42-h time course, cells stimulated with EPA and DHA progressively accumulated triglyceride compared to cells stimulated with OA. To determine whether fish oil fatty acids impair very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) secretion, cells were labeled with [35S]methionine and the secretion of de novo synthesized apoB was measured. Compared to OA, EPA and DHA significantly impaired the secretion of both molecular weight forms of apoB. The cellular content of apoB was not altered by any of the fatty acids. The concordant decrease in the secretion of both triglyceride and apoB suggests that fish oil fatty acids impair VLDL assembly and/or secretion.  相似文献

Pseudomonas lipase immobilized on CaCO3 powder was used for the glycerolysis of n−3 polyunsaturated fatty acid ethyl esters to prepare nutritionally valuable glycerides. The initial ethyl ester contained 65 or 99% docosahexaenoic acid ethyl ester (DHAEE) which is very unstable and readily oxidized. The process performance was intensified by: (1) using Pseudomonas lipase which has good specificity for docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), (2) shifting the reaction equilibrium by evaporation of the resulted ethanol under vacuum and (3) enhancing the enzyme operational stability by immobilization on CaCO3 powder. Under these conditions, over 90% conversion of DHAEE was achieved in 5 h and the oxidative deterioration of DHA was avoided. The final product contained 53% partial glyceride and, thus, had good emulsifying power. The catalyst was reused 5 times showing a very good stability in this system. Other lipases were tried for this reaction and different glyceride compositions were obtained depending on the enzyme specificity for the 1(3)-position of glycerol.  相似文献

Fish oil has been widely recognized as an excellent dietary source of polyunsaturated n-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA. However, it can undergo oxidation easily resulting in the formation of toxic off flavor compounds such as hydroperoxides. These compounds adversely affect the nutritional quality and may induce several stress reactions in body. To solve this problem, a new antioxidant bio-material, vanillic acid-grafted chitosan (Va-g-Ch), was synthesized and used as a wall material for microencapsulation of fish oil. The sardine oil loaded Va-g-Ch microparticles could be a potential functional food ingredient considering the numerous health benefits of fish oil, chitosan, and vanillic acid. The current study aimed to investigate the possible protective effect of sardine oil-loaded Va-g-Ch microparticles against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity and the underlying mechanisms. In vitro cytotoxicity evaluation was conducted using H9c2 cardiomyocytes. MTT assay revealed that effective cytoprotective effect was induced by a sample concentration of 12.5 μg/mL. Results of apoptosis by double fluorescent staining with acridine orange/ethidium bromide and caspase-3 evaluation by ELISA substantiated the above findings. Further, flow cytometric determination of membrane potential, relative expression of NF-κB by PCR, and ROS determination using DCFH-DA also confirmed the protective effect of encapsulated sardine oil against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity. NF-κB expression was down-regulated nearly by 50% on cells treated with encapsulated sardine oil. Altogether, the results revealed that sardine oil-loaded Va-g-Ch microparticles demonstrated potential cell protection against doxorubicin-induced oxidative stress  相似文献

We compared the fatty acid (FA) composition of the muscle and gonads of female Iberian sardines with hydrated oocytes collected during the 2002/03 spawning season off southern Portugal (November and February) and off western Portugal (February). Sardine condition and total FA concentration in the muscle decreased between the two sampling dates, while the gonadosomatic index was similar between samples. Total monounsaturated FA concentrations in sardine gonads were different for the three samples while saturated and polyunsaturated FA concentrations were similar. Significant linear relations were found between FA concentrations in female muscle and oocytes, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 20:5n − 3) and arachidonic acid (AA; 20:4n − 6), both being essential for normal larval development. The concentration of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 22:6n − 3) in oocytes was independent on muscle concentration, probably resulting from its selective transfer to the oocytes. The EPA/DHA ratio was highly conserved in sardine tissues, while DHA/AA and EPA/AA ratios varied significantly between samples. These results indicate that the FA content of eggs produced by sardines varies throughout the spawning season, egg FA concentrations decreasing as females lose condition, and FA composition also shows spatial variability. Both types of variability may have a significant impact on egg quality, particularly on the amount of reserves available to larvae affecting their resistance to starvation, and the appropriate FA composition required for normal growth.  相似文献

The intracellular concentration of 5,8,11,14,17-cis-eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 4,7,10,13,16,19-cis-docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) was carried out by Mortierella alpina 1S-4 in a medium containing fish oil as the main carbon source. The EPA and DHA contents reached 29.2% and 20.0% of total fatty acids, respectively, when the fungus was grown in a medium containing salmon oil (EPA and DHA contents, 14.0% and 17.3%, respectively) as the main carbon source in a 5-1 bench-scale fermentor.
