In continuation of our chemosystematic study of Stachys (Labiatae) we have isolated the previously reported isoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (1) and 3′-hydroxy-4′-O-methylisoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranoside] (4) and four new allose-containing flavonoid glycosides from S. anisochila. The new glycosides are hypolaetin 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-β-D-glucopyranside] (6) as well as the three corresponding diacetyl analogues of 1, 4 and 6, isoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-6″-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside], 3′-hydroxy-4′-O-methylisoscutellarein 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-6″-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside] and hypolaetin 7-O-[6″'-O-acetyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-6″-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside]. Extensive two-dimensional NMR studies (proton-carbon correlations, COSY experiments) allowed assignment of all 1H NMR sugar signals and a correction of the 13C NMR signal assignments for C-2 and C-3 of the allose.  相似文献

Microbial metabolism of cannflavin A (1) and B (2), two biologically active flavonoids isolated from Cannabis sativa L., produced five metabolites (37). Incubation of 1 and 2 with Mucor ramannianus (ATCC 9628) and Beauveria bassiana (ATCC 13144), respectively, yielded 6″S,7″-dihydroxycannflavin A (3), 6″S,7″-dihydroxycannflavin A 7-sulfate (4) and 6″S,7″-dihydroxycannflavin A 4′-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (5), and cannflavin B 7-O-β-d-4?-O-methylglucopyranoside (6) and cannflavin B 7-sulfate (7), respectively. All compounds were evaluated for antimicrobial and antiprotozoal activity.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of Chrozophora tinctoria (L.) A. Juss. growing in Saudi Arabia revealed the isolation of two new acylated flavonoids identified as acacetin-7-O-β-d-[α-l-rhamnosyl(1  6)]3″-E-p-coumaroyl glucopyranoside (4) and apigenin-7-O-(6″-Z-p-coumaroyl)-β-d-glucopyranoside (5), in addition to amentoflavone (1), apigenin-7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), apigenin-7-O-6″-E-p-coumaroyl-β-d-glucopyranoside (3) and rutin (6). The structures of isolated compounds were established by 1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS spectral data, in addition to comparison with literature data. The anti-inflammatory activities of isolated compounds were assessed by measuring the levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and PGE2 in the supernatant media of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stimulated by phytohaemagglutinin (PHA). At a concentration of 100 μM, compounds 1, 2, 4 and 6 significantly decreased Il-1β, Il-6 and PGE2 to nearly normal values. All tested compounds caused a dose-dependent decrease in TNF-α level but failed to reach that of the control values.  相似文献

O-α-d-Galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-α-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-d-glucopyranose (12) was prepared by inversion of configuration at C-4″ of 2,3,2′,3′,6′,2″,3″-hepta-O-acetyl-1,6-anhydro-4″,6″-di-O-methylsulfonyl-β-maltotriose (7), followed by O-deacylation, acetylation, acetolysis, and de-O-acetylation. The intermediate 7 was obtained by treatment of 1,6-anhydro-β-maltotriose (2) with benzal chloride in pyridine, followed by acetylation, removal of the benzylidene group, and methane-sulfonylation. Selective tritylation of 2 and subsequent acetylation afforded 2,3,2′,3′,6′,2″,3″,4″-octa-O-acetyl-1,6-anhydro-6″-O-trityl-β-maltotriose (6), which was O-detritylated and p-toluenesulfonylated to give 2,3,2′,3′,6′,2″,3″,4″-octa-O-acetyl-1,6-anhydro-6″-O-p-tolylsulfonyl-β-maltotriose (13). Nucleophilic displacement of 13 with thioacetate, iodide, bromide, chloride, and azide ions gave 6″-S-acetyl- (14), 6″-iodo- (15), 6″-bromo- (16), 6″-chloro- (19), and 6″-azido- (20) 1,6-anhydro-β-maltotriose octaacetates, respectively. 6″Deoxy- (18) and 6″-acetamido-6″-deoxy (21) derivatives of 1,6-anhydro-β-maltotriose decaacetates were also prepared from 15 and 16, and 20, respectively. Acetolysis of 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, and 21 afforded 1,2,3,6,2′,3′,6′,2″,3″,4″-deca-O-acetyl-6″-S-acetyl (22), -6″-iodo (23), -6″-bromo (24), -6″-deoxy (25), -6″-chloro (26), and -6″-acetamido-6′-deoxy (27) derivatives of α-maltotriose, respectively. O-Deacetylation of 24, 25, and 26 furnished 6″-bromo-(28), 6″-deoxy- (29), and 6″-chloro- (30) maltotrioses, respectively, which on acetylation gave the corresponding β-decaacetates.  相似文献

Centella asiatica is well known as an important medicinal plant because of its various pharmacological effects. However, most investigations on C. asiatica focused on the pharmacological activity of its extract or asiatic acid. In the present work, we aimed to explore the bioactive compounds of the whole plants of C. asiatica. As a result, seven compounds including two new flavonol derivates named 4′-hydroxyl-7-methoxyl-6-prenyl-3-O-trans-p-coumaroyl-flavonol (1) and (2R,3R,2″S)-3-furanoyl-brosimacutin E (2), and five known compounds (3-7) were isolated. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. All the isolates were evaluated for in vitro cytotoxic effects on four human cancer cells including A549, HepG2, SGC-7901 and MCF-7. Among them, compounds 1 and 2 exhibited higher cytotoxic activities on HepG2 and SGC-7901 cells compared with 3-7. And compound 2 showed potential cytotoxic activities on HepG2 and SGC-7901 cells with IC50 values of 4.52 and 7.03 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Chromatographic fractionation of the methanolic extract of the shoots of Eleusine coracana led to the identification of three novel acylflavonoid glycosides, 6″-O-3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroylorientin (1), 6″-O-malonylvitexin (2), and 4″-O-3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroylvitexin (3) as well as five known flavonoid glycosides, orientin (4), isoorientin (5), vitexin (6), isovitexin (7), and 6″-O-3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaroylvitexin (8). Two new eremophilane sesquiterpenes, compounds 1 and 2, were isolated from the endophytic fungus Microdiplodia sp. KS 75-1, together with the known compounds phomadecalins C (3) and D (4). Their structures were determined by extensive 1D– and 2D–NMR and MS spectral analyses. The previously reported stereochemistry at C-8 of 3 and 4 were revised on the basis of NOEs experiments. Compounds 1 and 2 showed antimicrobial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.  相似文献

Three prenylflavanones, (2S)-5,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxy-8-(3″,3″-dimethylallyl)flavanone (3), (2S)-5,4′-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-6-(3″,3″-dimethylallyl)flavanone (6), 8-prenylnaringenin (11), and a new epimeric pair (2″S/2″R)-(2S)-5,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxy-6-(2″-hydroxy-3″-methylbut-3″-enyl)flavanones (4a/4b) were isolated together with taraxerone, taraxerol, epitaraxerol, β-sitosterol, oleanolic acid, 1-O-docosanoyl glycerol, apigenin, and apigenin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside from the MeOH extract of the leaves of Mallotus mollissimus. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined on the basis of 1D/2D NMR and HR-MS spectroscopic data; the 2S configuration of the prenylflavanones 3, 4, and 6 was deduced from CD spectroscopic data. The presence of three taraxerane triterpenoids reinforces the inclusion of M. mollissimus (syn. Croton mollissimus) in Mallotus genus. Among species of Mallotus the occurrence of the (2S)-prenylflavanones 3, 4, and 6 is confined to M. mollissimus.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of Eremostachys moluccelloides Bunge led to the identification of a new diterpene, 2β,14-dihydroxy −11-formyl- 12-carboxy-13-des-isopropyl-13-hydroxymethyl-abieta-8,11,13- triene- 16(17)- lactone (1), along with the known compounds 12, 18-dicarboxy-14-hydroxy-13-des -isopropyl-13-hydroxymethyl- abieta-8,11,13-triene-16(17)-lactone (2), 5-hydroxy-3′,4′,7-trimethoxyflavone (3), 5-hydroxy-4’,7-dimethoxyflavone (4), luteolin-7-O-β-glucoside (5), verbascoside (6), luteolin 7-O-(6″-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl) -β-D-glucopyranoside (7), chlorogenic acid (8), echinacoside (9), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (10), p-coumaric acid (11), vanillic acid (12), apigenin-7-O-(6″-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (13), apigenin-7-O-(3″,6″-E-p-dicoumaroyl)-β-glucoside (14), lamalbide (15), 6β-hydroxy-7-epi-loganin (16), phloyoside II (17) The structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, UV, MS and by comparison with compounds previously reported in the literature. Compounds 14, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14 have not been reported previously from any species within the genus Eremostachys. Compounds 114, 17 were obtained from this species for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds is discussed.  相似文献

Seven new guaiane-type sesquiterpene dimers vieloplains A-G, connecting patterns through three different direct CC bonds compounds 15 (C-3 to C-3′, C-4 to C-1′), compound 6 (C-2 to C-3′, C-4 to C-2′) and compound 7 (C-2 to C-1′, C-4 to C-2′) were isolated from the roots of Xylopia vielana. Their absolute configurations were established by NOESY analysis, the Cu Kα X-ray crystallographic the experiment circular dichroism (ECD) and the calculated ECD. Among them, only compound 6 showed a considerable cytotoxicity against DU145 cells with IC50 values of 9.5 μM. Flow cytometry analysis confirmed that 6 caused death of DU145 cells via apoptosis induction.  相似文献

A 70% ethanol extract from the roots of Livistona chinensis has been investigated, led to the isolation of 18 compounds, including two new 6′-O-acyl-β-d-glucosyl-β-sitosterols, 6′-O-(2″-hydroxyheptadecanoyl)-β-d-glucosyl-β-sitosterol (1) and 6′-O-(icosa-9″Z,12″Z-dienoyl)-β-d-glucosyl-β-sitosterol (2), two new keto esters, ethyl 16-(dodeca-4″′Z,7″′Z-dienyl)-29-oxo-15-(tetradeca-5″Z,8″Z,11″Z-trienyl) triacontanoate (7), and 16-hydroxy-8-oxohexadecyl tetradecanoate (9), a new unsaturated fatty acid, tetracosa-(11Z,14Z,18Z)-trienoic acid (8), as well as a new fatty alcohol, 10-decylnonadecane-1,19-diol (10). The structures of new compounds were elucidated, based on spectroscopic and chemical methods. The antiproliferative activity against four human tumor cell lines (K562, HL-60, HepG2, and CNE-1) was evaluated. Four compounds (13, 5) showed potent antiproliferative effects with the IC50 of 10–100 μM. To our knowledge, this is the first report of the occurrence of 6′-O-acyl-β-d-glucosyl-β-sitosterol and 3-O-acyl-β-sitosterol in the genus Livistona. Keto fatty acids and their esters are also rare in higher plant.  相似文献

Five new triterpenoid saponins, oleiferosides P–T (1–5) were isolated from the EtOH extract of the roots of Camellia oleifera C. Abel. The structures of saponins 1–5 were elucidated on the basis of integrated spectroscopic techniques. All the compounds were characterized to be oleanane-type saponins with sugar moieties linked to the C-3 of the aglycone. By using the MTT assay, an in vitro analysis of the cytotoxic activities of these saponins on the human tumor cell lines (lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells, hepatic carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells and breast cancer MCF-7 cells). Among them, compound 4 showed a certain cytotoxic activity against all the tested cell lines.  相似文献

Two epimers of malyngamide C, 8-O-acetyl-8-epi-malyngamide C (1) and 8-epi-malyngamide C (3) have been isolated along with known compounds 6-O-acetylmalyngamide F (5), H (6), J (7) K (8), and characterized from a Grenada field collection of the marine cyanobacterium Lyngbya majuscula. The structures of these compounds were deduced by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic and mass spectral data interpretation. Absolute configurations were determined by a combination of CD-spectroscopy, chemical degradation and the variable temperature Mosher’s method. Compounds 15, 7 and 8 displayed moderate cytotoxicity to NCI-H460 human lung tumor and neuro-2a cancer cell lines, with IC50 values ranging between 0.5 and 20 μg/mL.  相似文献

Two new C29 sterols with a cyclopropane ring at C-25 and C-26, petrosterol-3,6-dione (1) and 5α,6α-epoxy-petrosterol (2), along with petrosterol (3), were isolated from the Vietnamese marine sponge Ianthella sp. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses. Compounds 1?3 showed cytotoxic activities on A549, HL-60, MCF-7, SK-OV-3, and U937 cancer cell lines with IC50 in the range of 8.4–22.6 μM, whereas compounds 1?3 exhibited only weak cytotoxic activities on HT-29 cell. After HL-60 cells were treated with the compounds, several apoptosis events like chromatin condensation and the increase of the population of sub-G1 hypodiploid cells were observed. These data supported that the compounds might have potential for leukemia treatment.  相似文献

The structures of the two title C-glycopyranosylarene nucleosides have been determined by X-ray diffraction. The aim of this work was to relate the conformation around the extracyclic C-1C-7 bond to steric hindrance between the pyranose and benzene rings. The torsion angles observed in the two compounds (O-5C-1C-7C-8: +61,7° for 1, ?13,4° for 2) signify of a C-2 configurational modification. Moreover, the interaction between O-5 and an o-phenyl hydrogen could explain the particular conformation of the aryl substituent in 2.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of Murraya tetramera C. C. Huang led to the isolation of ten flavonoids (1−10) and three anthraquinones (11−13). Their structures were determined on the basis of MS, NMR, specific optical rotation, and CD spectroscopic data analysis, and by comparison of the obtained data with those reported in the literature. This is the first report for the occurrence of compounds 2, 47, and 1113 in the Murraya species, and all the compounds were isolated from M. tetramera for the first time with the exception of compound 3. Four new lignans, strebluslignanol F (1), (7′R,8′S,7″R,8″S)-erythro-strebluslignanol G (2), isomagnaldehyde (3) and isostrebluslignanaldehyde (4), along with 12 known lignans (516) were isolated from the ethyl acetate-soluble part of MeOH extract of the root of Streblus asper. Their structures were elucidated through various spectroscopic methods, including 1D NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR), 2D NMR (HMQC, HMBC and NOESY) and HRMS. The stereochemistry at the chiral centers was determined using CD spectra, as well as analyses of coupling constants and optical rotation data. The isolated lignans were evaluated for their anti-HBV activities in vitro using the HBV transfected HepG2.2.15 cell line. The most active lignans, (7′R,8′S,7″R,8″S)-erythro-strebluslignanol G, magnolol, isomagnolol and isolariciresinol, exhibited significant anti-HBV activities with IC50 values of 1.58, 2.03, 10.34 and 3.67 μM, respectively, for HBsAg with no cytotoxicity, and of 3.24, 3.76, 8.83 and 14.67 μM, respectively, for HBeAg with no cytotoxicity. (7′R,8′S,7″R,8″S)-erythro-Strebluslignanol G and magnolol showed significant anti-HBV activities to inhibit the replication of HBV DNA with the IC50 values of 9.02 and 8.67 μM, respectively.  相似文献

In the course of a chemotaxonomical study of Castanopsis species (Fagaceae), detailed investigation of the leaves of C. sclerophylla led to isolation of three new phenolic compounds together with 62 known compounds. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 2-O-galloyl-O-4,6-(S)-valoneoyl-d-glucose (1), 6-O-galloyl-1-O-vanilloyl-β-d-glucose (2), and 4″-O-galloylchestanin (3) by means of spectroscopic analyses and enzymatic hydrolysis with tannase. Comparison with other Castanopsis species indicated that C. sclerophylla characteristically accumulates chlorogenic acid and a dimeric ellagitannin, rugosin E. Triterpene hexahydroxydiphenoyl esters, which are major constituents of C. cuspidata var. sieboldii, C. hystrix, and C. fissa were not detected.  相似文献

Three new aconitine-type C19-diterpenoid alkaloids, richardsonines A-C (1–3), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum richardsonianum Lauener, together with seventeen known compounds (4–20). Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute stereochemistry of 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Compounds 2, 5, 8 and 9 were rare C19-diterpenoid alkaloids bearing an OH group at C-16. Isolated compounds were evaluated for inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated neuroinflammatory responses in BV-2 microglial cells. Compounds 3 and 7 showed weak antineuroinflammatory effects with inhibition rates of 35.32 ± 2.29% and 39.94 ± 2.50%, respectively, at a concentration of 100 µM.  相似文献
