Three new compounds, 17β-cevanin-6-oxo-5α,20β-diol yibeinine (1), 2-(tetrahydro-5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2H-pyran-3-yl) phenol (2), 1,3-O-diferuloyl-2-methoxypropane diol (3), as well as four known compounds (47), have been isolated from the ethanol extract of dried bulbs of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk. All structures were determined based on their spectroscopic data (1D and 2D NMR (including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMBC, HSQC, HSQC-TOCSY, and NOESY experiments), and MS). Biological evaluation showed that compounds 14 inhibited the production of nitric oxide (NO) in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells with IC50 values of 18.0, 38.7, 29.5, and 47.1 μM, respectively. These results indicated that compound 1 has potential anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

A new triterpenic diester, 3,21-dipalmitoyloxy-16β,21α-dihydroxy-β-amyrine (1), along with two natural cyclitols, conduritol C (2) and viburnitol (3), four known triterpenes (4–7), and seven known flavonoids (814) were isolated from the aerial parts of Chrysanthemum macrocarpum. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C, COSY, HMBC, HSQC, and ROESY) and ESIMS studies. The chloroform fraction, taraxasterol (4) and β-sitosterol (7) were investigated for their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae. The chloroform fraction and taraxasterol (4) showed a weak antibacterial activity and were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against human colon cancer HT-29 cells and human prostate carcinoma PC3 cells. The results indicated that both the chloroform fraction and taraxasterol (4) inhibited cell proliferation of both PC3 and HT-29 cells.  相似文献

A series of 3-S-β-d-glucosides-4-arylideneamino-5-aryl-1,2,4-triazoles were rationally designed and synthesized according to the principle of superposition of bioactive substructures by the combination of 1,2,4-triazole, Schiff base and glucosides. The structures of the target compounds have been characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS and HRMS. All the newly synthesized compounds have been evaluated for their antimicrobial activities in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Escherichia coli (ATCC 8099) as well as Monilia albican (ATCC 10231). The bioactive assay showed that most of the tested compounds displayed variable inhibitory effects on the growth of the Gram-positive bacterial strain (Staphylococcus aureus), Gram-negative bacterial strains (Escherichia coli) and fungal strains (Monilia albican). All the target compounds exhibited better antifungal activity than antibacterial activity. Especially, compounds 6b, 6c, 6f, 6j, 6k and 6l showed excellent activity against fungus Monilia albican with MIC values of 16 μg/mL.  相似文献

Three undescribed aporphine alkaloids dasymaroine A (1), 3-methoxyoxoputerine N-oxide (2), and dasymaroine B (3), along with nine known analogues (4–12) were isolated from the stems of Dasymaschalon rostratum Merr. The structures were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparison with published NMR spectroscopic data. Compound 1 is a rarely reported nitro aporphine alkaloid and its absolute configuration was defined based on negative specific rotation and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 represents the first example of oxoaporphine alkaloid N-oxide. All compounds were evaluated for their activities of six pathogenic bacteria, 1 exhibited significant inhibition against Escherichia coli and Saphylococcus aureus with MIC values of 1.2 and 2.5 μM, respectively. As well as compounds 1–5, 7, 10, 12 were evaluated for their anti-HIV activities with EC50 ranged from 1.93 to 9.70 μM.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Cola rostrata K. Schum. led to the isolation of a new unsaturated fatty acid, named rostratanic acid (1), together with fourteen known compounds, lignoceric acid, friedelan (7), friedelanone (8), bauerenol (3), lupeol (4), herranone (9), acotatarone A (11), betulinic acid (6), betulin (5), nonanedioc acid (2), arjunolic acid (10) stigmasterol, β−sitosterol, and β−sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. The structure of the new compound as well as those of the known compounds were established by means of spectroscopic methods: NMR analysis (1H and 13C NMR, 1H–1H–COSY, HSQC and HMBC) and high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS), and by comparison with previously reported data. Two of those known compounds were modified chemically to afford three new derivatives. All those compounds were tested for their cytotoxic activity against the human cervix carcinoma KB-3-1 cells and their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. Although the crude extract gave weak antibacterial activity, none of the isolated compounds showed antibacterial activity, and, only the prenylated derivative showed weak cytotoxicity. In addition, the chemotaxonomic significance of the species Cola rostrata is discussed.  相似文献

Their structures were identified to be 12(R),13(R)-12-hydroxyandrographolide (2), 12(S),13(S)-12-hydroxyandrographolide (3), isoandrographolide (4), 3-dehydro-isoandrographolide (5), 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide (6), 3-oxo-14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide (7), 3-dehydroandrographolide (8), 14-deoxyandrographolide (9), 3-dehydro-14-deoxyandrographolide (10) and 3-dehydro-14-deoxyandrographolide-19-oic acid (11). Among them, compounds 5 and 11 are novel compounds. The biosynthetic pathways of andrographolide by R. stolonifer were proposed. Most of the products showed potential antiproliferative activities against human breast cancer (MCF-7), human colon cancer (HCT-116) and human leukemia (HL-60) cell lines, and their structure–activity relationships (SAR) were discussed in detail.  相似文献

New mono Mannich bases, (2-(4-hydroxy-3-((4-substituephenylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl)benzylidene)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-one), were prepared to evaluate their cytotoxic/anticancer properties and also their inhibitory effects on human carbonic anhydrase I and II isoenzymes (hCA I and II). Amine part was changed as [N-phenylpiperazine (1), N-benzylpiperazine (2), 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine (3), 1-(4-fluorophenyl)piperazine (4), 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (5)]. The structure of the synthesized compounds was characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra. Cytotoxicity results of the series pointed out that the compound 4 had the highest tumor selectivity value (TS: 59.4) possibly by inducing necrotic cell death in series. Additionally, all compounds synthesized showed a good inhibition profile towards hCA I and II isoenzymes with the Ki values between 29.6 and 58.4 nM and 38.1–69.7 nM, respectively. These values were lower than the reference compound AZA. However, it seems that the compounds 4 and 2 can be considered as lead compounds of CA studies with the lowest Ki values in series for further designs.  相似文献

Four nimbolinin-type limonoids, 12α/β-1-O-tigloyl-1-O-deacetyl-nimbolinin B (1), 1-deacetylnimbolinin B (2), nimbolinin B (3) and nimbolinin A (4), were isolated from the fruits of Melia toosendan. 1 was a new compound and existed as a mixture of a pair of tautomers, 12α- (1a) and 12β- (1b). The structures of both tautomers were fully determined by extensive spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, NMR and ESI-MS. Tautomeric behaviors and their relative molar ratios in compounds 1–4 were further investigated using optical rotation, TLC, 1H NMR and HPLC. Equilibrium equation of nimbolinin was proposed accordingly, with 12α- and 12β-isomers interchanging via a 12-hemiacetal intermediate.  相似文献

Spiroleptosphol B (2), spiroleptosphol C (3), norleptosphol C (4) and hydroleptosphol (5) were isolated from ascomycete Leptosphaeria doliolum. Detailed 1H and 13C NMR spectral analyses revealed these were structural analogues of spiroleptosphol (1) which we have recently isolated from the same fungi. Spiroleptosphol B (2) carried an unprecedent 5,3-dioxatricyclo[4.4.0.11.4]undecane framework in place of the spirobicyclo ring system of 1. Spiroleptosphol C (3) was a 17-(R)-hydroxy derivative of 1. Norleptosphol C (4) was deduced to be the monocyclic structure biosynthetically resulted by decarboxylation from 3. Although 5 gave broaden 1H NMR spectrum, it was gradually transformed to 2 which suggested being a hydrolysate of 1.  相似文献

In the course of our ongoing search for biologically active compounds from marine-derived fungi, the organic extract of the marine-derived fungus Penicillium vinaceum species was investigated. Seven compounds including a new alkaloid with an unprecedented carbon skeleton, penicillivinacine (1) together with six previously reported ones were isolated. The known compounds were identified as indol-3-carbaldehyde (2), α-cyclopiazonic acid (3), terretrione A (4), brevianamide F (5), cyclo-d-Trp-l-pro (6) and citreoisocoumarin (7). Their structures were established by different spectroscopic data including 1D (1H NMR and 13C NMR) and 2D NMR (COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY) studies as well as high-resolution mass spectral data. The isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimigratory activity against the human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 as well as antimicrobial activities against different pathogens. Compounds 1 and 4 displayed potent antimigratory activities against the highly metastatic triple negative human breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 with IC50 of 18.4 and 17.7 μM, respectively. Furthermore, compounds 1–7 showed different antimicrobial activities.  相似文献
