Twenty terpenoids, including a new triterpenoid (1) and a new monoterpenoid (20), were isolated from the branches and leaves of Pyrus pashia. The structures of two new compounds were determined to be 2α, 3β, 27-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (1) and (4α)-3-(5,5-dimethyltetrahydrofuranyl)-1-buten-3-ol 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (20) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis (IR, HRESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR) and chemical method. Some of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against a panel of human cancer cell lines by MTT assay, using cisplatin as a positive control. Compound 14 exhibited cytotoxic activities against A549 (IC50 = 19.18 ± 4.26 μM), Hela (IC50 = 12.56 ± 3.89 μM), SGC7901 (IC50 = 10.48 ± 1.95 μM) and NHI-1975 (IC50 = 7.38 ± 2.31 μM) cell lines as well as compound 12 displayed cytotoxic activities against A549 (IC50 = 14.71 ± 1.47 μM) and Hela (IC50 = 12.22 ± 1.88 μM) cell lines.  相似文献

A new biflavonoid, podocarpusflavanone, has been isolated from Podocarpus taxifolia and identified by chemical and spectral data as I-4′,I-5,II-5-trihydroxy-II-4′,I-7,II-7-trimethoxy-I-2,3-dihydro-[I-3′,II-8]biflavone along with other biflavonoids. The distribution of biflavonyl pigments in eight Podocarpus species is outlined.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of M. polymnioides led to the isolation of two sesquiterpene lactones namely: 11alphaH-dihydrozaluzanin E and 1beta-hydroxy-4-oxo-11betaH-4-noreudesman-6,12-olide. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. The relative stereochemistry was established by a combination of coupling constant analysis, NOESY correlations and molecular modeling. Three related known sesquiterpene lactones were also identified, and these data were used for chemotaxonomical purposes.  相似文献

从肋果茶(Sladenia celastrifolia)95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到15个萜类化合物,经波谱学方法分别鉴定为sladeniafolin A(1),grasshopper ketone (2),(3S,5R,6S,7E,9R) -7-megastigmene-3,6,9-triol (3),hedytriol (4),(3S,5R,6R,7E,9R) -3,5,6,9-tetrahydroxy-7-megastigmene(5),1′S*,4′R*-8-(4′-hydroxy-2′,6′,6′-trimethylcyclohex-2-enyl)-6-methyloct-3E,5E,7E-trien -2-one (6),2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (7),2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(8),pomolic acid(9),3-O-acetyl pomolic acid(10),ursaldehyde (11),camarolide (12),3β-hydroxyurs-11-en-13β(28) -olide (13),3β-hydroxy -11α,12α-epoxy-urs-13β,28-olide (14)和28-0-β-D-glucopyranosyl euscaphic acid (15).以上化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到,其中1为新的C9裂环烯醚萜.  相似文献

The volatile oil and the methanol extract from the leaves of Guarea guidonia, Meliaceae, were individually submitted to chromatographic separation. A sesquiterpene (2S*)-eudesma-5,7-dien-2-ol, together with six known ones, were isolated from the volatile oil. The methanolic extract afforded two known and two new triterpenes (23S*)-cycloart-24-ene-3 beta,23-diol and (23R*)-cycloart-24-ene-3 beta,23-diol, besides three known sesquiterpenes, one known diterpene and two steroids. Their structures were established on the basis of spectrocopic data, mainly by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic analyses.  相似文献

An abietane diterpenoid, triptobenzene Y and six sesquiterpene polyol esters, wilforsinines C-H, together with 14 known compounds, have been isolated from the roots of Tripterygium wilfordii. The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses. The quinone reductase (QR) induction assay indicated that two compounds showed moderate QR-inducing activities at concentrations of 25 μM and 50 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Six known terpenoids: vergatic acid, ursolic acid, crataegolic acid, lupane-3β-,11α, 20-triol, sclareol and sitosteryl 3β-glucoside were isolated from the leaves of Salvia palaestina and were identified by spectral data. Among the compounds, sclareol showed high activity against Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermis, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, while the triterpenoids were not tested due to solubility problems.  相似文献

Four new terpenes including, two sandaracopimaradiene diterpenoids, ent-8(14),15-sandaracopimaradiene-2alpha,18-diol, and ent8(14),15-sandaracopimaradiene-2beta,18-diol, and two lanostane triterpenoids, 23-hydroxy-5alpha-lanosta 7,9(11),24-triene-3-one, and 5alpha-lanosta-7,9(11),24-triene-3alpha,23-diol, were isolated from the methanolic extract prepared from the leaves of G. rhopalocarpa together with the known steroid stigmasterol and the coumarin, scopoletin. The isolates showed weak antiprotozoal activity against Leishmania donovani promastigotes, and Trypanosoma brucei brucei blood stream trypomastigotes, and were devoid of interesting activity towards Plasmodium falciparum. The isolates did not show significant cytotoxic activity against KB cells.  相似文献
