生境片断化对濒危植物景东翅子树种群结构与动态的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
生境的破坏及其片断化是生物多样性丧失的主要原因, 了解生境片断化对植物种群动态的影响十分必要。本文比较分析了不同大小生境片断(5 ha和15 ha)和连续森林中濒危植物景东翅子树(Pterospermum kingtungense)种群的结构与动态, 目的是明确影响景东翅子树种群动态的关键生活史阶段及其种群保护的目标, 为濒危植物种群保护和管理策略的制定提供科学依据。在上述3种生境中分别设立3个50 m × 100 m的1.5 ha固定样地, 调查景东翅子树所有个体的胸径(其中幼苗和幼树为地径)和高度、个体的存活及幼苗的补充情况。基于上述统计参数, 建立预测种群动态的Lefkovitch矩阵模型, 同时应用矩阵模型的弹性分析方法量化种群统计参数对种群增长率的相对贡献。结果表明: (1)在5 ha和15 ha生境片断及连续森林各1.5 ha的样地中, 2018年首次调查到景东翅子树的个体数分别为34、82和88株, 2019年复查时的个体数分别为33、82和87株。3种生境中景东翅子树种群的年龄结构均以幼树为主, 但5 ha生境片断森林缺乏幼苗和大树(包括成树和亚成树), 而15 ha生境片断森林幼苗较丰富。(2)在3种生境中景东翅子树种群的增长率等于1 (15 ha生境片断)或趋近于1 (5 ha生境片断和连续森林), 说明不同生境中的景东翅子树种群比较稳定, 这主要是因为其各生活史阶段的存活率均较高。(3)景东翅子树成树和亚成树阶段的存活率对种群增长率的贡献最大, 是影响其种群动态的关键生活史阶段。因此对于大树(包括成树和亚成树)的保护是极度濒危植物景东翅子树种群维持的关键。研究结果揭示小生境片断降低了景东翅子树种群的数量, 改变了种群的结构, 但对种群动态的影响效应尚未显现。因此对于这些小生境片断中濒危植物种群的保护和恢复是可行的, 也是有价值的。  相似文献

栖息地破碎是生物多样性下降的主要原因之一。栖息地破碎引起的面积效应、隔离效应和边缘效应能影响动物种群的绝灭阈值、分布、多度、种间关系以及生态系统过程, 最终影响动物种群的数量分布。2006年10-11月和2007年10-11月, 利用全球定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS)和样方法定量分析京杭运河邵伯至高邮段狗獾栖息地破碎化程度, 确定不同斑块的面积、斑块距离、斑块隔离度以及栖息地质量对斑块中狗獾数量分布的影响。结果表明, 各个斑块内狗獾的洞口数、粪堆数与该斑块的面积显著的正相关(r=0.961, P=0.039; r=0.999, P=0.023), 但与斑块距离、斑块隔离度无显著的相关性(P>0.05)。栖息地的质量也会影响狗獾的数量分布, 多元线性逐步回归分析表明, 人类干扰和与栖息地的郁闭性显著的影响狗獾的数量分布。以上结果说明, 京杭运河邵伯高邮段栖息地的破碎化程度对狗獾的数量分布还没有造成显著的直接影响, 但会间接降低栖息地的质量, 进而影响狗獾的生存。  相似文献

Six monitoring plots were established in the northern part of West Java, Indonesia, to clarify the factors that influence population fluctuations of the whitefly,Bemisia tabaci. Yellow sticky traps were used to monitor adult populations. To examine the relationship between the population fluctuations and the quantity of food resources, the quantity of food resources ofB. tabaci (i.e. soybean and mung bean) was also investigated routinely in each subdistrict where the experimental plot was located. The maximum number of adults per trap in each sowing season showed a similar noticeable seasonal trend in all experimental plots. Climatic factors did not have a major role to play in population fluctuations. The number of adults per trap in each experimental plot tended to increase when the quantity of food resources in each subdistrict increased. The changes of the quantity of food resources seemed to influence the population fluctuations. It is suggested that the operation of regulatory processes in population density is influenced largely by both the distance between habitat patches and the amplitude of temporal fluctuations of the quantity of food resources. An explanation for why the time lag between fluctuations of the quantity of food resources and the number of individuals ofB. tabaci occurred is discussed. Based on their flight ability and intrinsic rate of natural increase,B. tabaci is considered not to be a serious pest in the environment where the host plants are grown discontinuously in time and space.  相似文献

为进一步探讨鹅掌楸濒危的机制,对广西桂林猫儿山鹅掌楸天然种群进行了调查,以种群生命表及生存分析理论为基础,以林木径级结构代表龄级结构,编制鹅掌楸种群静态生命表,分析种群结构的动态变化特点.结果表明:鹅掌楸种群龄级结构为金字塔型,幼龄个体数量较多,中龄个体数居中,而老龄个体则相对数量较少,表现为增长型种群;在第Ⅳ龄级时该种群出现死亡高峰,其种群存活曲线属Deevey-Ⅱ型;猫儿山鹅掌楸天然种群具有前期种群数量快速减少,中后期稳定,末期衰退的特点.该研究结果对鹅掌楸天然种群的保护提供参考依据.  相似文献

采用分层取样法、大类群分类法和数理统计方法,研究了普通豚草Ambrosia artemisiifolia和三裂叶豚草A.trifida发生地土壤昆虫的群落结构及动态。共采集土壤昆虫46个科(成虫与幼虫分开单列),隶属于12个目,其中弹尾目个体数占绝对优势(占土壤昆虫总个体数的80.879%),其次是膜翅目(8.765%)、鞘翅目幼虫(3.951%)和双翅目虫(3.093%),其余合计占3.312%。在46个科中,优势类群有3科:棘跳虫科(Onychiuridae)(占土壤昆虫总个体数的32.756%)、鳞跳虫科(Tomoceridae)(18.869%)和节跳虫科(Isotomidae)(18.178%)。土壤昆虫个体数和类群数,随着豚草生长季的推进而增加,8月达到最高值。豚草降低了土壤昆虫的个体数量和群落多样性,根据逐月方差分析和多重比较,8月和9月对照样地土壤昆虫个体数量和多样性指数均显著高于豚草样地。豚草表现出对某些土壤昆虫类群的驱避作用,步甲科(Carabidae)成虫、拟花萤科(Dasytidae)幼虫、叶蝉科(Jassidae)、阎甲科(Histeridae)和管蓟马科(Phloeothripidae)在豚草整个生长季从未在豚草样地中出现。豚草对于土壤昆虫的抑制作用在豚草纯群落和植物生长旺季更为明显。土壤昆虫的垂直分布具有明显的表聚性。  相似文献

This study assessed the impacts of logging on the population structure and dynamics of Elgon teak (Olea capensis), a canopy dominant in Kakamega forest. The objective was to ascertain and determine the regeneration status of this tree species in view of its commercial value. A comparison was made between logged and unlogged sections at three sites in the forest. Pairwise comparisons of the differences in the population structure among three sites and the differences in the mean tree size revealed significant differences in all three study sites. Results also revealed a variation in stem density that was dependent on the block of forest under study. Results of the spatial contagion revealed that O. capensis had a varied clumped distribution in all the study sites. Clumping was highest in the Kisere forest. These results point to logging as the major factor that explains the differences in population structure and stem density in different parts of Kakamega forest. And while intermittent recruitment may explain clumped distribution, logging appears to explain the variation in the degree of clumping.  相似文献

Ferrissia wautieri, a freshwater limpet, is a widely distributed species in The Netherlands. In a pond near Nijmegen samples were taken twice a month over the year to study the population size and structure of this species in relation to the water temperature. Only ancyloids were found. Production of juveniles is temperature-dependent; peak numbers occurred in July and August. Just-hatched juveniles (shell length 0.6–1.0 mm) occurred over a lengthy period in the year, but were absent in March and April. During these months the collected numbers of specimens were very low. 为了解野生樱桃李种群结构和种群生态现状,采用“空间序列代替时间变化”的方法,对新疆天然分布区内的野生樱桃李不同种群的径级结构、冠幅结构及株高结构进行了分析,运用静态生命表描述了野生樱桃李种群年龄结构的动态变化规律.结果表明,樱桃李天然种群的株高和冠幅结构呈现为一定的衰退趋势,冠幅在总体呈现为近乎对数型的衰减趋势;种群的径级结构趋于稳定型,但种群结构表现出较强的波动性,种群衰退风险较高;同时,不同样地种群因所处微环境等的差异,在径级、株高和冠幅结构上表现出一定差异.野生樱桃李种群的存活曲线接近于B1型(台阶型),说明幼龄的死亡率较高,且不同生活史时期的死亡率差异较大.新疆的野生樱桃李天然种群表现出一定的不稳定性,亟待补充低龄级的个体,并减少对成年树的砍伐破坏,从而为种群的保育和恢复提供保障.  相似文献

The seasonal cycle and population dynamics of Schizotetranychus nanjingensis Ma and Yuan, Aponychus corpuzae Rimando (Tetranychidae), Aculus bambusae Kuang (Eriophyidae) and their natural enemy Typhlodromus bambusae Ehara (Phytoseiidae) were studied during 1996–1998 in moso bamboo forests in Nanping, Fujian, China. Damage to bamboo leaves was often caused by mixed populations of the three phytophagous species, which displayed different seasonal dynamics: S. nanjingensis fed actively and reproduced in May and from late July to late October (aestivating from June to mid July), Ap. corpuzae was active and reproduced from mid July to late November, and Ac. bambusae from July to next February. During Spring S. nanjingensis was the dominant species with the greatest niche width, but in Summer Ac. bambusae and Ap. corpuzae became dominant and had greater niche widths. In Autumn, Ac. bambusae decreased but both S. nanjingensis and Ap. corpuzae mites increased and the latter became dominant. In winter all species decreased sharply in number. The two spider mite species (S. nanjingensis and Ap. corpuzae) had high niche overlaps in all four seasons. Niche overlaps between the eriophyid Ac. bambusae and the two spider mites were similarly high except during the spring when Ac. bambusae was absent. The predatory mite (T. bambusae) had higher niche overlap with Ap. corpuzae than with others during Autumn and Winter, but during Spring and Summer niche overlap was higher with S. nanjingensis.  相似文献

为利用天敌实施害虫生态控制,田间调查了周边不同生境条件对茶园蜘蛛及叶蝉种群结构的影响。结果表明:小乔木生境茶园(Ⅰ)和相思树生境茶园(Ⅲ)影响下茶园蜘蛛及叶蝉聚集程度较强,茶园Ⅰ叶蝉聚集数最多,为692头,但与其他生境茶园间差异不显著(P0.05);茶园Ⅲ蜘蛛聚集数量最多,为1155头,并与稻田生境茶园(Ⅱ)、生活区生境茶园(Ⅳ)的差异达到显著水平(P0.05);从蜘蛛功能群聚集情况来看,结网型蜘蛛相对较少,为295头;游猎型蜘蛛最多,为2957头;其中,茶园Ⅰ与茶园Ⅲ蜘蛛多样性指数和丰富度数值较大,对叶蝉的跟随效应明显,并与Ⅱ、Ⅳ茶园有显著差异(P0.05)。多元数据分析结果显示,茶园Ⅰ和茶园Ⅲ均能够明显提高蜘蛛群落聚集的时空分布水平;蜘蛛群落的聚集密度时空分布大小表现为:茶园Ⅰ茶园Ⅲ茶园Ⅳ茶园Ⅱ。由此可知周边生境结构植物丰富和相对稳定的茶园能通过和谐的生态过程影响蜘蛛和叶蝉的时空格局,提高蜘蛛对害虫叶蝉的自然控制能力。  相似文献

Population responses of Japanese serow (Capricornis crispus) to clear-cut logging and planted tree growth were studied by a direct count of the number observed in three areas, Takiyama (305 ha), Gentouziro (270 ha), and Tanokashira (324 ha), near Wakinosawa Village, Aomori Prefecture, Japan, during 1976–89. At Takiyama, a mature mixed forest ofThujopsis dolabrata var.hondai andFagus crenata decreased from 73 to 39% coverage of the area due to clear-cutting during 1978–83. The serow population maintained a relatively low stable density (3–6 individuals per km2) until 1985–87, and increased 5–10 years after the clear-cutting, reaching 9–10 km−2 in 1988. At Gentouziro and Tanokashira, young plantations of Japanese cedar (Cryptomeria japonica) covered about half of each area. The population densities between 1980 and 1983 were relatively high (14–19 km−2), but declined thereafter, reaching 10–14 km−2 in 1988–89. These results indicated that the density increase resulted from an improvement of food supply due to growth of scrub following the clear-cutting, and that the density decline resulted from a habitat change due to growth of planted Japanese cedar and a decrease in the food supply. In Wakinosawa Village, serow density began to increase 5–10 years after forest cutting, and the high population density, about three- or six-fold larger than that in mature forest, is expected to be maintained for about 20 years after logging.  相似文献

应用“相邻格子法”对浙江古田山国家自然保护区的甜槠种群进行调查 ,将 2 5个样地分为不同演替阶段和不同生境的森林群落两大类型。对甜槠种群结构和动态进行分析 ,绘制甜槠种群大小结构图和存活曲线 ;并用泊松方差 /均值比率等 5个聚集度指标测定其种群分布格局。结果显示 :马尾松林→马尾松针阔叶混交林→次生常绿阔叶林→成熟山坡常绿阔叶林的演替过程中 ,马尾松林中甜槠个体极少 ,针阔叶混交林中种群结构为增长型 ;次生和成熟常绿阔叶林中其种群结构都比较稳定 ,但从群落外貌和结构仍可看出前者的次生性。不同生境的群落包括成熟沟谷常绿阔叶林、成熟山坡常绿阔叶林、黄山松林和黄山松针阔叶混交林 ,甜槠由沟谷地带的零星个体变为山坡上的稳定型种群 ,中山地带的黄山松林和黄山松针阔叶混交林中甜槠种群呈增长型 ,但不会取代黄山松的优势地位。种群空间格局大都为集群分布 ,并符合负二项式分布 ,仅两个次生群落的甜槠种群因缺 、 、 级幼苗而呈随机分布。此外 ,对成熟常绿阔叶林中不同大小级个体分布格局动态的研究表明 :甜槠在幼苗、幼树时为集群分布 ,随着甜槠个体进一步增大 ,其分布格局由集群分布变为随机分布。甜槠以其较强的更新能力 ,成为本区低海拔成熟常绿阔叶林中十分稳定的优势种  相似文献

The density of a Japanese serow (Capricornis crispus) population, which has been in stable habitat conditions and free from hunting and predation, was investigated by direct observation of serows at Kusoudomari (336 ha), Wakinosawa village, Aomori Prefecture, Japan, during 1977–89. The vegetation, composed of mature mixed forest ofThujopsis with deciduous trees (43.2%), secondary forest of deciduous trees (23.4%) and a plantation of coniferous trees (30.0%) showed little change during the study period. The serows were counted 17 times each winter for 14 consecutive years. The serow population maintained a stable density with a mean of 12.5 individuals km−2 (SD=1.4) ranging from 8.6 to 14.6 km−2. The ratio of the proportion of kids (<1 year old) to serows more than 1 year old decreased, but density did not decrease during the study period. Though extremely severe winters with heavy snowfall in 1984–86 caused a decline in serow density, the density recovered within a few years. It was considered that the stability of the serow density resulted mainly from the stable food supply and the lack of human disturbance, such as forest cutting in the habitat. Stable population density for a long period is probably related to the social organization of the serow.  相似文献

In the present study, the distribution, population size and structure, habitat and stand disturbance of a critically endangered plant Euryodendron excelsum H. T. Chang were examined using field investigations. A total of 179 individual plants, including 23 adult trees, were found. The population was distributed in 10 highly isolated and fragmented patches. Half of the 10 patches had less than 10 individual plants and two patches had only one remnant adult; there were no adult plants in two of the patches. Although the overall population structure trends to a reversed 'J' shape, two fragile stages of E. excelsum limit its natural recruitment and regeneration: seed germination and seedling growth toward adulthood. The major threats for the survival of this species are its specific small population size and the high frequency of anthropogenic destruction. Based on the results, some strategies were put forward for the conservation of E. excelsum populations.  相似文献

Modeling the population dynamics of patchily distributed species is a challenge, particularly when inference must be based on incomplete and small data sets such as those from most species of conservation concern. Here, we develop an open population spatial capture–recapture (SCR) model with sex-specific detection and population dynamics parameters to investigate population trend and sex-specific population dynamics of a capercaillie (Tetrao urogallus) population in Switzerland living in eight distinct forest patches totaling 22 km2 within a region of 908 km2 and sampled via scat collection. Our model accounts for the patchy distribution of habitat and the uncertainty introduced by collecting data only every third year, while producing sex by patch population trajectories. The estimated population trajectory was a decline of 2% per year; however, the sex specificity of the model revealed a decline in the male population only, with no evidence of decline in the female population. The decline observed in males was explained by the demography of just two of the eight patches. Our study highlights the flexibility of open population SCR models for assessing population trajectories through time and across space and emphasizes the desirability of estimating sex-stratified population trends especially in species of conservation concern.  相似文献
