实验室条件下研究了黄玛草蛉2龄与3龄幼虫对甘蓝蚜以及玉米蚜成虫的捕食功能反应。结果表明:黄玛草蛉2龄与3龄幼虫对2种蚜虫的捕食量均随着猎物密度的增加而增加,寻找效应随着猎物密度的增加而减小。不同龄期幼虫对2种蚜虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型,黄玛草蛉2龄与3龄幼虫对玉米蚜最大理论日捕食量分别为120.48头、185.18头;黄玛草蛉2龄与3龄幼虫对甘蓝蚜最大理论日捕食量分别为60.60头、86.95头。在相同猎物种类下,黄玛草蛉3龄幼虫对2种蚜虫的捕食量均高于黄玛草蛉2龄幼虫;在相同猎物密度下,黄玛草蛉2龄幼虫与3龄幼虫对玉米蚜的捕食量均高于甘蓝蚜。  相似文献

为了明确草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda幼虫对同类低龄幼虫的捕食作用,在实验室条件下研究了草地贪夜蛾3~6龄幼虫对不同密度2龄幼虫和4~6龄幼虫对不同密度3龄幼虫的日捕食量,同时从捕食功能的角度解析了草地贪夜蛾高龄幼虫对低龄幼虫的捕食行为;并对不同龄期幼虫进行称重比较,用不同龄期幼虫间的重量关系来替换不同龄期幼虫间的捕食量,得到不同龄期幼虫间的捕食量方程。结果表明,草地贪夜蛾3~6龄幼虫对2龄幼虫和4~6龄幼虫对3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应均符合Holling Ⅱ型功能反应类型。草地贪夜蛾3~6龄幼虫对2龄幼虫的最大捕食量分别为76.47头、85.70头、117.92头、96.05头;4~6龄幼虫对3龄幼虫的最大捕食量分别为38.83头、59.49头、58.87头。高龄幼虫对低龄幼虫的捕食量随猎物密度的增加而增加。最大理论捕食质量方程y=47.231x^0.4591,捕食者的捕食量随着猎物虫态的增大而逐渐减小。研究结果为理解草地贪夜蛾幼虫的种间自残行为规律奠定了一定的理论基础。  相似文献

本研究比较了瓜蚜Aphis gossypii Glover 5种主要寄主植物对多异瓢虫Hippodamia variegta(Goeze)捕食功能反应的影响。结果表明,瓜蚜寄主植物对多异瓢虫功能反应有显著的影响。在大多数猎物密度下, 1~3龄幼虫对南瓜和黄瓜上瓜蚜的捕食量较瓢葫芦和哈密瓜上的高;在蚜虫密度较低时(≤ 50头/皿),4龄幼虫和成虫对南瓜和黄瓜上瓜蚜的捕食量较高,而蚜虫密度≥ 70头/皿时,对瓢葫芦和搅瓜上瓜蚜的捕食量较高。多异瓢虫各龄幼虫和成虫对5种寄主植物上瓜蚜的功能反应均符合Holling II反应。随着瓢虫龄期的增大,猎物处理时间缩短,瞬时攻击率增大,最大捕食量增加。多异瓢虫成虫处理猎物的时间较长于4龄幼虫,而瞬时攻击率和最大捕食量小于4龄幼虫。多异瓢虫捕食不同寄主植物上饲养的瓜蚜时,猎物处理时间、瞬时攻击率和最大捕食量不同。  相似文献

【目的】明确不同温度对食蚜瘿蚊Aphidoletesaphidimyza(Rondani)幼虫生长发育、捕食能力及控蚜效能的影响。【方法】在实验室不同温度条件下,测定了食蚜瘿蚊从卵到老熟幼虫的发育历期和日捕食量,并测定了食蚜瘿蚊3龄初幼虫的捕食功能反应。【结果】随着温度的升高,食蚜瘿蚊卵和幼虫发育速度加快,捕食天数减少,总捕食量增加,各温度间的总捕食量差异显著。温度为22-30℃时,食蚜瘿蚊幼虫在第3-4天开始捕食蚜虫,随后的1-2d内日捕食量达到高峰,随猎物密度增加,3龄初幼虫捕食量有明显的逐级上升趋势。每个温度下食蚜瘿蚊幼虫对玉米蚜Rhopalosiphum maidis (Fitch)的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型方程,18-30℃最大捕食量分别为30.9、33.0、35.2、48.9头,食蚜瘿蚊幼虫瞬时攻击率26℃时最高为0.99,单头猎物处理时间在30℃时最短为0.02 d。食蚜瘿蚊的控蚜能力30℃时最强,当温度降低时,其控蚜能力相应减弱。【结论】较高的温度有利于食蚜瘿蚊幼虫的发育、捕食和对蚜虫的控制。  相似文献

试验研究了异色飘虫二-四龄幼虫对桃大尾蚜低龄和高龄若蚜的捕食作用,对低龄若蚜的捕食作用,三龄幼虫的捕食量在猎物密度为40头以上时显著高于二龄幼虫,四龄幼虫的捕食量在猎物密度为70头以上时显著高于三龄幼虫。对高龄若蚜的捕食作用,三龄幼虫的捕食量在猎物密度为20头以上时显著或极显著高于二龄幼虫,四龄幼虫的捕食量在猎物密度为30头以上时显著高于三龄幼虫。异色飘虫二-四龄幼虫对桃大尾蚜低龄和高龄若蚜的捕食功能反应均为HollingⅡ型。用a/Th来评价天敌对害虫的控制能力,异色飘虫蚴虫龄期愈大,对桃大尾蚜控制作用愈强。  相似文献

大草蛉Chrysopa pallens(Rambur)是我国分布较广、捕食能力较强的天敌昆虫。为明确大草蛉对桃蚜Myzus percicae潜在的控制能力,在室内研究了大草蛉不同龄期幼虫和成虫对桃蚜的捕食作用,以及种内干扰对大草蛉捕食的影响。结果表明:25℃恒温条件下,大草蛉成虫和幼虫对桃蚜的捕食功能反应可拟合HollingⅡ圆盘方程,在24 h内大草蛉成虫、1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫和3龄幼虫对桃蚜理论最大捕食量分别为370.4头、21.5头、112.4头和217.4头。大草蛉成虫和幼虫对桃蚜的捕食量均随着猎物密度的增加而增加,当桃蚜数量增加到150头后,大草蛉成虫和幼虫捕食量的增加速度明显减缓。成虫及幼虫对桃蚜的搜寻效应随着猎物密度的增加而降低,内干扰作用随着大草蛉虫龄的增加而增强。试验结果表明大草蛉对桃蚜具有较强的控害能力,对研究桃蚜生物防治技术有重要参考价值。  相似文献

[目的]为评价普通草蛉Chrysoperla carnea幼虫对麦二叉蚜Schizaphis graminum和麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae的捕食反应和选择偏好,以明确普通草蛉幼虫对这2种蚜虫的控害能力.[方法]室内设置不同密度的麦二叉蚜和麦长管蚜,统计普通草蛉2龄和3龄幼虫对2种猎物的捕食量,研究普通草蛉幼虫对麦二叉蚜和麦长管蚜的捕食功能反应和搜寻效应.[结果]相同猎物密度下,普通草蛉2龄、3龄幼虫对麦二叉蚜的捕食量均低于麦长管蚜且存在显著性差异,对2种小麦蚜虫的捕食功能反应均拟合Holling Ⅱ功能反应模型和Holling Ⅲ功能反应新模型.3龄幼虫对麦二叉蚜和麦长管蚜的瞬时攻击率分别为1.089和1.106,大于2龄幼虫对猎物的瞬时攻击率,同一龄期草蛉幼虫对麦长管蚜的瞬时攻击率及日最大捕食量大于麦二叉蚜,2龄和3龄幼虫对麦长管蚜的处理时间为0.005 d和0.004 d,均小于对麦二叉蚜的处理时间.普通草蛉幼虫对麦长管蚜的最佳寻找密度高于麦二叉蚜,其中2龄普通草蛉幼虫捕食麦长管蚜的最佳寻找密度最高,为39.200.普通草蛉幼虫对小麦蚜虫的搜寻效应随猎物密度增加而降低,对麦长管蚜的搜寻效应高于麦二叉蚜,麦长管蚜搜寻效应的下降趋势大于麦二叉蚜.[结论]普通草蛉幼虫对麦二叉蚜和麦长管蚜有较大的控害潜能,对于麦长管蚜的取食及控制能力高于麦二叉蚜.  相似文献

在高氏瘤粉虱不同虫态共存的条件下,小黑标虫对高氏瘤粉虱各虫态的选择次序为卵>1龄若虫>2龄若虫>3龄若虫>4龄若虫和拟蛹,对卵的捕食率均最高,有明显的嗜好选择;小黑瓢虫幼虫捕食粉虱卵的数量,随着龄期的增长而递增,其中4龄幼虫的捕食量最大,4龄期捕食量平均为1565.42粒,占全幼虫期总食卵量的45.42%,整个幼虫期可捕食高氏瘤粉虱的卵数平均为3446.5粒。小黑瓢虫3龄幼虫对粉虱卵的捕食作用率在所给的猎物密度(1500粒/皿)条件下,随着自身密度的增加而降低。  相似文献

异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis(Pallas)的法国种群具有飞行能力较低的特点,在生物防治方面可能更具利用价值。为了使其更好的在田间应用,本文进行了异色瓢虫的法国种群各龄幼虫及雌、雄成虫对豆蚜的捕食功能比较研究。结果表明:各龄幼虫及雌、雄成虫对豆蚜捕食功能反应符合Holling II模型,检验各圆盘方程理论值和实测值拟合较好。同一虫态在不同空间水平对蚜虫的捕食能力有显著差异,在广口瓶处理中(较大空间),1~4龄幼虫及雌、雄成虫的最大理论捕食量分别为4.51、83.33、111.12、166.67、190及200头;不同虫期及成虫的瞬间攻击率a为3龄>4龄>雄虫>雌虫>2龄>1龄,且1龄的处理时间Th最长(0.2225);在培养皿处理中(较小空间),1~4龄幼虫及雌、雄成虫的最大理论捕食量分别为6.17、19.23、45.45、100、142.86、111.11头,不同虫期的瞬间攻击率a为2龄>3龄>雄虫>4龄>1龄>雌虫,且4龄的处理时间Th最长(0.1624)。  相似文献

大草蛉在我国分布广泛,能捕食多种农作物害虫。本试验首先研究了大草蛉一龄幼虫对桃蚜、大草蛉二龄幼虫对桃蚜和夹竹桃蚜的捕食功能反应。三个反应的最大捕食量Namax分别为144.93、303.03和151.51(头),瞬时攻击率a分别为0.7428、0.8654和0.6644。大草蛉一龄幼虫有较强的种内干扰反应,随着捕食者密度的增加,捕食作用率(E)依次为0.2025、0.1185、0.0866、0.0694和0.0584;对桃蚜的捕食作用率(E)与自身密度(P)的函数关系式为E=0.2025P^-0.7727。在桃蚜和夹竹桃蚜的混合种群中,大草蛉二龄幼虫对桃蚜的选择效应大于夹竹桃蚜。  相似文献

A laboratory study was made of the feeding behaviour of the ladybeetlePseudoscymnus kurohime (Miyatake) when attacking the sugar cane woolly aphidCeratovacuna lanigera Zehntner. The 1st-instar ladybeetle larva was smaller than the 1st instar aphid nymph. All larval stages of the ladybeetle sucked out the body fluids of aphids and left their emptied corpses. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd instar ladybeetle larvae mostly attacked 1st instar aphids, whereas the 4th-instar ladybeetle larvae attacked all stages of aphids. Ladybeetle adults ate mostly 1st-instar aphids. Young larvae attacked aphids in several different ways: (1) They crawled under an aphid, seized it by its underside and lifted it up. (2) They attacked new born nymphs at birth or shortly afterwards. (3) They fed on an aphid that had been captured by an older larva. The larvae preferred to seize with their mandibles the head or thorax of an aphid, while adults seized their prey by the abdomen. When attacked by an adult, 82% of the aphids secreted droplets from their abdominal cornicles, whereas only 7.2–12% secreted droplets when attacked by larvae. Two-spot ladybird (Adalia bipunctata L.) larvae were fed on aphids (Myzus persicae (Sulz.)) which had been loaded with snowdrop lectin (Galanthus nivalis agglutinin; GNA) by feeding on artificial diet containing the protein. Treatment with GNA significantly decreased the growth of aphids. No acute toxicity of GNA-containing aphids towards the ladybird larvae was observed, although there were small effects on development. When fed a fixed number of aphids, larvae exposed to GNA spent longer in the 4th instar, taking 6 extra days to reach pupation; however, retardation of development was not observed in ladybird larvae fed equal weights of aphids. Ladybird larvae fed GNA-containing aphids were found to be 8-15% smaller than controls, but ate a significantly greater number of aphids (approx. 40% to pupation). GNA was shown to be present on the microvilli of the midgut brush border membrane and within gut epithelial cells in ladybird larvae fed on GNA-dosed aphids, although disruption of the brush border was not observed. It is hypothesised that GNA does not have significant direct toxic or adverse effects on developing ladybird larvae, but that the effects observed may be due to the fact that the aphids fed on GNA are compromised and are thus a suboptimal food.  相似文献

The frequency distribution of the durations of development of 516 larvae of Adalia bipunctata is unimodal, and the fast‐ and slow‐developing larvae can be identified at the beginning of the fourth (=last) instar. To determine the advantages of fast and slow development, the survival, duration of development, growth and number of aphids consumed by fast‐ and slow‐developing fourth instar larvae fed different numbers aphids were recorded. The percentages of fast‐ and slow‐developing fourth instar larvae that survived when fed 0.5, 1 or an excess of aphids per day, surprisingly, did not differ. The slow‐developing larvae of both sexes took longer to complete their development than the fast‐developing larvae when fed 1 or an excess of aphids per day, and although the weights of the fast‐ and slow‐developing fourth instar larvae differed at the beginning of the instar, they did not differ at the end of this instar when fed 1 aphid per day. However, when reared on an excess of aphids per day, the adult weights of the fast‐developing individuals was greater than that of slow‐developing individuals. The average durations for which the larvae in the two groups survived when fed 0.5 aphids/day differed with the larvae of the fast‐developing individuals surviving for 9.8 ± 0.5 days and slow‐developing individuals 17 ± 1.3 days. Assuming that it is the rate of predator biomass increase, which is maximized by evolution, a model of the relationship between the rate of development/growth of a predator and that of its prey indicates that the optimum growth rate of a predator is positively associated with that of its prey. The evolutionary implications of these results are discussed.  相似文献

用转Bt基因 (cry1Ab) 水稻KMD1饲喂3龄、4龄和5龄二化螟Chilo suppressalis一定时间后, 作为二化螟绒茧蜂Apanteles chilonis的寄主,研究了转基因水稻经寄主对绒茧蜂生物学特性的影响。结果发现:KMD1处理后,三个龄期幼虫的寄生率都显著下降,其中4龄和5龄达极显著水平;3龄和4龄上的结茧率显著低于对照;蜂蛹历期均短于对照,但仅3龄差异显著;从5龄幼虫所羽化的雄蜂寿命显著短于对照;蜂茧长显著短于对照;而对卵+幼虫期、茧块茧数、蜂羽化率及性比均无显著影响。  相似文献

All nymphal stages and apterous adults ofCeratovacuna lanigera secreted droplets containing an alarm pheromone from their abdominal cornicles when stimulated with a pin. When fresh droplets on piece of filter paper were put near the aphids, 1st-instar nymphs originating from apterous adults attacked it, but the advanced instar nymphs and adults escaped from the spot. Nymphs and adults originating from alate adults showed escaping behavior only. These different responses strongly correlated with morphological differences, such as relative lengths of the frontal horns and legs. When a syrphid larva,Allograpta javana, was placed on a colony of aphids, many 1st-instar nymphs attacked it using their frontal horns. During the attack, these nymphs spontaneously secreted droplets and adhered them to the syrphid body. When these droplets were placed on the body, the syrphid larva was agressively attacked by additional 1st-instar nymphs.  相似文献

【目的】猎物质量和类型在捕食者食物选择、消耗及营养转化过程中起着重要作用,植物的营养质量影响植食者的营养质量,进而植食者作为捕食者猎物的营养质量。为进一步了解植物-猎物-捕食者三营养层的相互作用,研究了寄主植物对捕食者食物消耗与利用的影响。【方法】在室内评价了多异瓢虫Hippodamia variegata (Goeze) 4龄幼虫和雌成虫取食和利用 5种不同葫芦科植物上的棉蚜 Aphis gossypii Glover的效率。【结果】多异瓢虫4龄幼虫和成虫均对南瓜Cucurbita moschata var. melonaeformis上的蚜虫取食量最高,而对瓢葫芦Lagenaria siceraria var. gourda上的蚜虫取食量最低。4龄幼虫取食哈密瓜 Cucumis melo var. cantalupensis上的蚜虫时,其相对生长率、食物利用率和食物转化率均达到最大,而雌成虫在取食黄瓜Cucumis sativus和搅瓜Cucurbita pepo var. medullosa上的蚜虫时,其相对生长率不存在显著差异,在取食黄瓜、瓢葫芦和搅瓜上的蚜虫时,其食物利用率和食物转化率也不存在显著差异。因此,哈密瓜上的瓜蚜更适宜作为多异瓢虫4龄幼虫的猎物,而黄瓜、瓢葫芦和搅瓜上的瓜蚜更适宜作为成虫的猎物。【结论】寄主植物种类与多异瓢虫对棉蚜的捕食效率相关,该结论为进一步利用昆虫的食性对害虫进行控制奠定理论基础。  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在探讨蜕皮激素合成通路相关CYP450基因的表达规律,为害虫防治提供潜在的作用靶标。【方法】以家蚕Bombyx mori CYP450基因为查询序列,通过同源比对的方法从斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura基因组中鉴定蜕皮激素合成代谢通路中的CYP450基因,并构建其系统进化树;采用qPCR法检测鉴定的CYP450基因在斜纹夜蛾不同发育阶段(6龄幼虫、预蛹和蛹)、这3个发育阶段的不同组织(中肠、表皮和脂肪体)以及4龄幼虫取食不同寄主植物(辣椒Capsicum annuum、黄瓜Cucumis sativus、番薯Ipomoea batatas和花生Arachis hypogaea)叶片后5龄幼虫中肠中的表达量,计算4龄幼虫取食不同寄主植物叶片后发育至蛹的历期;应用PITA, miRanda, microTar和RNAhybrid 4种软件,预测调控鉴定的CYP450基因的微小RNA (miRNA)。【结果】鉴定到斜纹夜蛾蜕皮激素合成通路相关的6个直系同源CYP450基因CYP307A1, CYP306A1, CYP302A1, CYP315A1, CYP314A1和CYP18A1;系统进化树显示,斜纹夜蛾这6个CYP450基因分别归属于CYP2和线粒体CYP两个亚家族。CYP306A1, CYP314A1和CYP18A1分别在6龄幼虫、预蛹和蛹期具有最高的表达量,并且分别在6龄幼虫中肠、预蛹脂肪体和蛹表皮中表达量最高。相比取食人工饲料的对照组,4龄幼虫取食番薯和花生叶片后斜纹夜蛾4龄幼虫发育至蛹的历期显著延长, CYP306A1在5龄幼虫中肠中的表达量显著上调。在CYP307A1,CYP315A1, CYP314A1和CYP18A1上鉴定出了多种miRNA结合位点。【结论】蜕皮激素合成代谢通路中,CYP306A1,CYP314A1和CYP18A1可能分别在斜纹夜蛾幼虫、预蛹和蛹期起着关键的调控作用,同时也参与宿主植物次生代谢产物的解毒代谢,并且受到miRNA的严密调控。研究结果不仅有助于深入理解昆虫变态发育调控的复杂机制,还为将来的害虫防治提供了潜在的作用靶标,有利于斜纹夜蛾等害虫的可持续治理。  相似文献

Relative consumption of three aphid species, Aphis gossypii Glover, Myzus persicae (Sulzer) and Lipaphis erysimi (Kaltenbach) (Homoptera: Aphididae), by larvae of the lacewing, Chrysoperla rufilabris (Burmeister) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae), was determined in the laboratory, together with effects on lacewing development and survival. Percentages of survival of C. rufilabris from first instar to adult eclosion were significantly different among lacewing larvae fed different aphid species. When larvae were fed A. gossypii and M. persicae, all larvae developed to adulthood. All larvae died prematurely when they were fed L. erysimi. Developmental duration of C. rufilabris larvae was significantly shorter when larvae were fed A. gossypii (18.0 d) than when larvae were fed M. persicae (19.2 d). The number of fourth instar aphids consumed during development by C. rufilabris larvae differed significantly among individuals fed different aphid species. Chrysoperla rufilabris consumed an average of 168 M. persicae, followed by 141.6 A. gossypii, and only 26.6 L. erysimi. The percentage of these total number of aphids consumed by each larval stadium of C. rufilabris varied significantly among aphid species. The percentage of A. gossypii consumed by each larval stadium was similar to that for M. persicae, 12.1 and 11.4% by the first instar, 15.7 and 13.1% by the second instar, and 72.2 and 75.5% by the third instar, respectively; whereas in the case of L. erysimi, 23.3% of the total number of aphids were consumed by the first instar, 30.1% by the second instar, and 46.6% by the third instar.  相似文献

茄子不同品种对茄二十八星瓢虫及瓢虫柄腹姬小蜂的影响结果表明 ,上海紫茄、呼杂 3 4# 、托塔姆 3 # 、洋红茄 4个品种中 ,取食上海紫茄的瓢虫发育历期明显短于取食其它 3个品种的瓢虫。其幼虫-蛹历期比在托塔姆 3 # 上取食的瓢虫发育历期快 5 69d。瓢虫柄腹姬小蜂在取食上海紫茄的瓢虫幼虫内发育出蜂数多、性比高 ,但寄生率稍低。而在托塔姆 3 # 上取食的幼虫内发育出蜂数少、羽化率低、蜂体小、但寄生率稍高。该蜂喜在 3 ,4龄幼虫内寄生 ,在其上寄生蜂出蜂多、性比高、蜂的个体大  相似文献
