以大白菜、萝卜、番茄和黄瓜种子为受体,采用实验室培养皿种子发芽生物测试法研究了黄瓜种子浸提液、种子萌发、胚根和芽苗分泌物、芽苗腐解物和芽苗浸提液的化感效应。结果表明:(1)黄瓜种子浸提液对大白菜、萝卜、番茄和黄瓜种子萌发均有化感抑制作用,即黄瓜种子内含有某些化感抑制物质。(2)在水浸提过的黄瓜种子萌发过程中,它不仅对其近邻套种的大白菜、萝卜和番茄种子萌发产生化感抑制作用,而且其胚根和芽苗分泌物对后茬播种的4种蔬菜种子发芽也表现出不同程度的化感抑制作用;黄瓜芽苗腐解物和芽苗水浸提液也对各受体蔬菜种子发芽与生长产生不同程度的化感抑制作用,且随着腐解芽苗量的增加或浸提液浓度的升高,各受体蔬菜种子的发芽指标值、化感效应指数值和综合效应值随之降低。(3)黄瓜种子浸提液及芽苗各器官的化感物质对黄瓜种子的萌发与生长产生了自毒作用,且黄瓜芽苗腐解物、芽苗浸提液、胚根及芽苗分泌物对受体黄瓜的自毒作用均为最大。研究发现,黄瓜种子浸提液、种子萌发时期以及芽苗各器官的化感物质主要是通过抑制受体胚根的生长而起化感抑制作用,即受体蔬菜种子胚根对化感效应最为敏感;因黄瓜种子及萌发期释放化感物质的途径有所不同,导致受体大白菜、萝卜、黄瓜和番茄的化感响应也不相同;在黄瓜种子萌发和芽苗生长的早期,化感物质即开始在芽苗体内进行合成与积累,一部分可通过胚根和芽苗分泌途径释放到环境中,另一部分可通过芽苗腐解途径释放化感物质,并对受体蔬菜种子萌发与生长表现出较强的化感抑制作用。  相似文献

This study focused on characterizing chemically and evaluating in vitro allelopathic and bioherbicidal potential of secondary metabolites extracted from the stem of Cuscuta campestris in seed germination, early seedling growth and early plant growth of Amaranthus retroflexus and Portulaca oleracea. The combined effects of stem extract and a reduced dose of herbicide metribuzin were also examined. Plant extract contained 17 phenolic compounds and the most abundant phenols were flavonoids: quercetin, (+)-catechin, daidzin, luteolin, and rutin. The seeds of P. oleracea were less sensitive than the seeds of A. retroflexus. The seed bioassay confirmed the inhibitory effect of stem extract on germination and early growth of both weed seedlings at concentrations of 0.75 % and 1 %, and a minor inhibitory effect in the plant bioassay. On the other hand, a synergy of C. campestris stem extract and metribuzin was revealed, as their combination achieved better results in the control of both weed species. Based on obtained data C. campestris stem extract could be a potential source of natural-based weed control molecules.  相似文献

该研究以掌叶大黄、唐古特大黄和药用大黄种子为材料,采用双层滤纸培养法,设置系列浓度NaCl (0、100、150、200、250 mmol/L) 胁迫试验,以及系列浓度水杨酸(SA)溶液(0、50、100、150、200、250 mg/L)拌种和浸种后盐胁迫实验,测定3种大黄种子萌发及幼苗生长指标,揭示外源水杨酸对盐胁迫下大黄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果显示:(1)随NaCl浓度增大3种大黄种子的发芽率均呈直线下降趋势,且子叶、胚轴、根和苗等生长均受到强烈抑制。(2)在拌种条件下, 200 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下掌叶大黄苗长在200 mg/L SA处理下受到显著促进; 200 mmol/L NaCl浓度盐胁迫下唐古特大黄种子发芽率在250 mg/L SA处理下受到显著抑制;100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下药用大黄种子发芽势在200 mg/L SA处理下受到显著抑制,其发芽率在150 mg/L SA处理下得到显著抑制,其苗长在250 mg/L SA处理下受到显著抑制。(3)在浸种条件下, 200 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下掌叶大黄种子发芽率在50 mg/L SA处理下显著提高,其幼苗根长和苗长的生长在250 mg/L SA处理受到显著促进;200 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下唐古特大黄种子的发芽势在200 mg/L SA处理下得到显著促进,其幼苗根和苗的生长在50 mg/L SA处理下得到显著促进;100 mmol/L NaCl 胁迫下药用大黄根和苗的生长在100 mg/L SA处理下均得到显著促进。研究表明,3种大黄种子和幼苗对盐胁迫的响应趋势一致,但对不同浓度SA拌种和浸种的响应有较大差异。  相似文献

以西南地区具有代表性的16种绿肥植物为受体材料,采用培养皿药膜法研究了铁核桃(Juglans sigillata)根水浸提液对受体种子发芽率及幼苗鲜重、干重的化感效应;并进一步研究了铁核桃根、叶水浸提液和胡桃醌对化感效应存在明显差异的4种绿肥植物(绿豆、红三叶、白三叶、花生)种子萌发与幼苗生长以及抗氧化酶特性的影响,以筛选适宜中国西南地区核桃园种植的绿肥植物,探讨核桃根和凋落物对绿肥作物的化感作用机制。结果表明:(1)铁核桃根水浸提液对绿豆的发芽率没有影响,但对绿豆幼苗鲜重和干重有显著抑制作用,而对其他15种绿肥的发芽率和鲜重、干重均有抑制作用。(2)胡桃醌显著抑制绿豆种子萌发,而铁核桃根或叶水浸提液对绿豆种子萌发没有影响。(3)铁核桃根或叶水浸提液以及胡桃醌对绿肥植物幼苗生长的化感效应趋势一致,但核桃根或叶水浸提液的化感效应强于胡桃醌。(4)绿豆幼苗在铁核桃根或叶水浸提液以及胡桃醌处理下,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性均高于其他3种(红三叶、白三叶、花生)受体幼苗,表明绿豆清除活性氧能力高,细胞受损害程度较低,受化感作用影响最弱。研究认为,绿豆为适宜中国西南地区幼龄核桃园种植的间作绿肥植物。  相似文献

Summary The effect of aqueous sodium cyanide has been studied on germination ofC. ternatea andR. minima seeds. The suitable concentration of this chemical accelerates imbibition, germination, and promotes the early growth of the seedlings. The best result is obtained by soaking the seeds for 24 hours in a solution of 100 ppm of sodium cyanide. As concentrations are increased the inhibitory effect becames more and more pronounced leading to the eventual suppression of normal germination and growth of the seeds. The mean germination time of the seeds, treated with effective and critical concentrations of the chemical, is decreased. Light and temperature conditions do not influence the chemical effect on the seeds.  相似文献

为了解乡土植物白刺花对紫茎泽兰化感作用的耐受程度及抵御机理,以2—3年生紫茎泽兰叶片为供体材料,用不同浓度的紫茎泽兰叶片浸提液处理白刺花种子及幼苗。结果表明:紫茎泽兰叶片浸提液对白刺花的影响为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。当浓度为0.5%时促进效应最强,当浓度大于2.0%时抑制效应明显增加。白刺花种子萌发速率比萌发率对紫茎泽兰化感作用反应敏感,胚轴比胚根敏感,随着幼苗的生长,其抵御紫茎泽兰化感作用的能力逐渐增强,丙二醛的含量与植株生长响应规律相对应,并且经紫茎泽兰浸提液处理能极大的增加白刺花幼苗菌根率,缩短菌根形成的时间。  相似文献

为了解灌丛凋落叶在灌草群落结构维持中可能存在的潜在化感作用,以东祁连山3种优势灌木和灌下优势草种垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans)为供试材料,分析了不同浓度(0.01 g/L、0.025 g/L、0.05 g/L、0.075 g/L、0.1 g/L)的金露梅(Potentilla fruticosa)、川滇柳(Salix rehderiana)、头花杜鹃(Rhododendron capitatum)及灌间草本的凋落叶水浸提液,对垂穗披碱草种子萌发、幼苗形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:(1)垂穗披碱草种子发芽率与发芽势在金露梅与川滇柳凋落叶浸提液处理下呈“低促高抑”的浓度效应,在灌间草本凋落叶浸提液处理时表现为先升后降,而头花杜鹃凋落叶浸提液处理时均下降,并在浓度超过0.075 g/L时种子不发芽。(2)灌丛凋落叶浸提液对垂穗披碱草幼苗根长与干重均表现出抑制作用,且随浓度增大而增强;金露梅、川滇柳与灌间草本凋落叶浸提液对垂穗披碱草幼苗苗高表现出“低促高抑”的浓度效应;而头花杜鹃凋落叶浸提液处理对垂穗披碱草幼苗鲜重与苗高均呈抑制作用。(3)垂穗披碱草幼苗CAT、SOD活性随着浸提液...  相似文献

It was shown that the early growth of Trapella sinensis seedlings can be divided into two distinct stages based upon susceptibility for different growth-regulators, such as gibberellin, kinetin, and the extract of Chlorella cells grown in light. The two stages were observed on the 7th and the 10th days, respectively. Especially the epicotyl showed different sensitivities to the growth regulators mentioned above. The effect of gibberellin (GA3), kinetin and the extract of Chlorella cells grown in light on the growth of T. sinensis seedlings after germination at 23 °C in light at 2000 lux was investigated. Each addition was done at zero time and after 3, 6 and 10 days growth, and the effect was observed subsequent every 3 or 4 days.  相似文献

为探求促进广金钱草萌发及生长的有效途径,该文使用不同浓度的费氏中华根瘤菌、放射型根瘤菌以及田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌菌液分别浸染广金钱草种子,以蒸馏水浸泡种子为空白处理,研究其对广金钱草种子萌发指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数)的影响,并在温室培养40、60、80 d后分别测定广金钱草幼苗的生长指标(叶片数、分枝数、株高)及部分生理指标(叶绿素含量、含氮量)的变化。结果表明:(1)在1×107 CFU·mL-1浓度条件下,三种菌液浸种均获得最大萌发指标,其中田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌实验组效果最显著,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数高于对照组16.00%、9.33%、9.51和41.34%。(2)除田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌实验组外,其余实验组的广金钱草幼苗叶片数、分枝数及株高均低于对照组。(3)放射型根瘤菌实验组和田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌实验组幼苗叶绿素含量相比对照组分别增加1.47%和7.47%,含氮量分别增加0.57%和5.17%。综上所述,三种根瘤菌菌液浸种均可在不同程度上提高广金钱草种子的发芽能力和植株生长期的叶绿素和含氮量,其中田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌具有最大正向影响,可有效提高种子萌发能力并促进植株生长。该研究可为不同地区广金钱草的种植和栽培提供技术指导,为开发田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌作为植物促生长菌剂提供理论支持。  相似文献

Paxillus involutus, an ectomycorrhizal fungus, had an inhibitory effect on the root pathogenic fungus Fusarium moniliforme and two isolates of F. oxysporum when grown in paired cultures on modified Melin Norkrans’ medium. In contrast, one isolate of F. oxysporum was not inhibited and another damping-off fungus, Cylindrocarpon destructans inhibited growth of Pax. involutus in similar paried cultures. Survival of Pinus resinosa (red pine) seedlings was increased significantly when they were grown in vitro concomitantly with either Pax. involutus and F. moniliforme or Pax. involutus and the three isolates of F. oxysporum, compared with seedlings inoculated with either F. moniliforme or F. oxysporum isolates alone. pax. involutus showed no protective effect against C. destructans. The number of colony forming units of Fusarium spp. was reduced significantly in the root extract and rhizosphere substrate of P. resinosa seedlings inoculated with Pax. involutus. Spore germination of Fusarium spp. was reduced significantly when treated with culture filtrate of Pax. involutus and root extract of P. resinosa seedlings inoculated with Pax. involutus. Neither colony forming units nor spore germination of C. destructans was affected either by culture filtrate of Pax. involutus or root extract of P. resinosa seedlings inoculated with Pax. involutus.  相似文献

为揭示油菜素甾醇类化合物提高作物耐盐的效应和机理,研究了10-11、10-10、10-9、10-8、10-7、10-6、10-5 mol/L 2,4-表油菜素内酯(EBL)浸种处理对0、50、100、150、175 mmol/L NaCl胁迫7 d的番茄种子萌发、生长、溶质积累、抗氧化代谢的影响。结果显示:NaCl浓度越高的盐胁迫下,10-9 mol/L EBL浸种可体现出越显著的促进番茄种子萌发的效应;在所有处理下,EBL浸种浓度过高,即10-6、10-5 mol/L EBL,均表现出对种子萌发的抑制效应。盐胁迫下种子萌发后,一定浓度的EBL浸种可表现出明显的增加种子胚根和下胚轴长,提高萌发种子鲜重和种子活力指数,其中10-9 mol/L EBL浸种处理促进效果最适;EBL浸种浓度过高,则表现出抑制效应。150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫或非盐胁迫下,10-9 mol/L EBL浸种均可降低萌发种子体内的O2·-、H2O2、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量;盐胁迫下,10-9 mol/L EBL浸种可显著提高萌发种子可溶性糖(SS)和可溶性蛋白(SP)的含量。150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫或非盐胁迫下,10-9 mol/L EBL处理可不同程度促进番茄种苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的上升。综上所述,盐胁迫下,一定浓度范围内的EBL浸种可明显促进番茄种子萌发或成苗,其中以10-9 mol/L EBL浸种的效果最好,主要是因为EBL施用可积极促进番茄种子萌发中物质转化,SS和SP等溶质积累增多,增强其渗透调节能力;同时SOD和POD酶活增强,缓解盐胁迫导致番茄种子萌发中的次生氧化胁迫。  相似文献

The allelopathic potential of two cultivars of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) Lech and Ogrodowy was studied. Leaf aqueous extracts of sunflower at 2.5, 5, and 10 % (m/v) concentrations were applied to determine their effect on mustard (Sinapis alba) seed germination and seedlings growth under laboratory conditions. Increasing concentration of aqueous extracts of sunflower inhibited seed germination, up to almost complete failure of germination, observed in the presence of 10 % extract from sunflower cv. Ogrodowy. The decrease in germinability was well correlated with increased membrane deterioration, assayed as electrical conductivity and enhanced lipid peroxidation, detected as increased malondialdehyde content.  相似文献

The effect of dichloromethane (DCM) and ethyl acetate (EA) extract of a cyanobacterium, Microcystis aeruginosa was evaluated against unicellular cyanobacteria and the phytopathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia solani. Fractionation of the filtrate showed the presence of five spots of different Rf values on silica gel coated plates indicating the presence of a number of compounds in the extract. A marked reduction in growth (52%) of the fungus was recorded on the plates supplemented with cyanobacterial extract, indicating the involvement of anti-fungal metabolite(s). The extract did not show any negative influence on seed germination and growth of seedlings of wheat, rice and mung, emphasizing the suitability of the compound for use in agriculture.  相似文献

为了探究外来红树植物拉关木对乡土红树植物的化感作用,该研究观察了不同浓度(0.1、0.3、0.5g·mL~(-1))的拉关木根、叶水浸提液对乡土红树植物桐花树和正红树的胚轴(种子)萌发、幼苗生长及叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:(1)拉关木水浸提液对桐花树种子的成苗率、萌发指数和根长均存在抑制作用,其中对根长的抑制作用随水浸提液浓度的提高而增强。(2)根水浸提液对桐花树幼苗的根长、苗高、生物量等生长指标的影响总体上均表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。(3)拉关木水浸提液对正红树胚轴的萌发率、萌发指数、生长指标均表现为促进作用,且根水浸提液0.1、0.3 g·mL~(-1)处理组的芽长以及根、叶水浸提液0.1、0.3 g·mL~(-1)处理组的生物量显著大于对照组;拉关木水浸提液对正红树幼苗的生物量也表现为促进作用。(4)抗性生理方面,随着拉关木水浸提液浓度的升高,桐花树和正红树幼苗SOD活性降低,正红树幼苗POD活性在根水浸提液0.3 g·mL~(-1)和叶水浸提液0.1 g·mL~(-1)处理组显著高于对照组。以上结果表明,不同乡土植物对拉关木化感作用的敏感性不同,拉关木水浸提液抑制了桐花树的生长,而对正红树的生长则表现出一定程度的促进作用。  相似文献

The allelopathic effects of Juniperus rigida litter aqueous extract (LE) on wheat and Pinus tabuliformis were studied, as well as the physiological responses to the extract. High concentration LE (0.10 g Dw/ml) significantly inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth in receptor plants. The chlorophyll content and root activity in the wheat seedlings were reduced significantly across all treatments; however, those were more prominently reduced at high concentration (0.10 g Dw/ml) but received little stimulation at low concentration (0.025 g Dw/ml) in P. tabuliformis. The content of malonaldehyde (MDA) increased with increasing concentrations of LE, except at 0.025 g Dw/ml. Activities of antioxidant enzymes (POD, CAT and SOD) in receptor plants were all significantly inhibited at high concentrations but stimulated at low concentrations. These results demonstrate that the aqueous extract from J. rigida litter has allelopathic potential. Various phenolic compounds were identified in litter aqueous extract and litter ethanol extract by HPLC. The phenolic compound content in the aqueous extract was significantly lower than that in the ethanol extract. Chlorogenic acid and podophyllotoxin were the predominant phenolic compounds in both types of litter extracts. These findings suggest that the seed germination and seedling growth of P. tabuliformis and wheat would be inhibited when planted near large amounts J. rigida litter.  相似文献

In the present study, the effect of the static and alternating magnetic field applied individually and in combination with an algal extract on the germination of soybean seeds (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) and chlorophyll content was examined. The exposure time of seeds to the static magnetic field was 3, 6, and 12 min, whereas to the alternating magnetic field was 1, 2.5, and 5 min. The static magnetic field was obtained by means of a permanent magnets system while the alternating magnetic field by means of magnetic coils. Algal extract was produced from a freshwater macroalga—Cladophora glomerata using ultrasound homogenizer. In the germination tests, 10% extract was applied to the paper substrate before sowing. This is the first study that compares the germination of soybean seeds exposed to the static and alternating magnetic field. The best effect on the germination and chlorophyll content in seedlings had synergistic action of the static magnetic field on seeds for 3 min applied together with the extract and alternating magnetic field used for 2.5 min. It is not possible to clearly state which magnetic field better stimulated the germination of seeds, but the chlorophyll content in seedlings was much higher for alternating magnetic field.  相似文献

Aqueous leaf extract of common lambsquarters (Chenopodium album L.) was evaluated alone or in combination with NaCl salinity for its influence on germination, seedling growth and contents of Na, K, and Ca by shoots and roots of wheat. The leaf extract and NaCl alone or in combination did not have any significant effect on germination, but the shoot and root lengths of seedlings and their dry weight decreased significantly by the treatments. Root growth was affected more than the shoot. The combination of leaf extract and NaCl drastically reduced the growth more than the separate effects of these stress treatments. The incorporation of leaf extract in the growth media decreased the content of Na by shoot, whereas the contents of K and Ca increased. NaCl treatments in combination with leaf extract increased the content of Na. Similar increases were observed for K and Ca in shoot, while these nutrients were increased in roots compared to control.  相似文献

Fire modifies the germination of seeds of numerous species. One of the fire factors that cause these modifications is the ash. This study analysed the germination of seeds of Pinus sylvestris L., Pinus nigra Arn. Pinus radiata D. Don and Pinus pinaster Aiton, subjected to different ash treatments, and the development of seedlings that grew in these conditions for 14 weeks. We obtained the ash by completely burning leaves and small twigs from the most abundant woody species in populations of pines. The ash treatments applied were as follows: Control (without ash), Low (half of the amount registered in a fire), Medium (equal to the amount registered in a fire) and High (double the amount registered in a fire). Germination took place on paper inside Petri dishes and in soil, and growth was only analysed for the plants that grew in the soil. For all species, and especially P. nigra, germination rate decreased as the amount of ash applied increased. The negative effects of the ash were more apparent following treatments in Petri dishes than in the soil. In the dishes, the average germination time varies little between the four species of pine. In soil, the average germination time is more prolonged, and only some differences were observed between treatments in P. sylvestris and P. nigra. In these species the high treatment significantly increased the average germination time. We found a greater sensitivity of P. sylvestris and P. nigra to the addition of ash, showing a higher seedling mortality rate. However, it appears that seedling development (length and weight) was not affected in any of the species through the addition of ash. These tests allow us to deduce that, in P. sylvestris, P. nigra, P. radiata and P. pinaster, the ash produced by forest fires has an inhibiting effect on germination and little effect on the development of seedlings in the first months of life. Summary The effect of presoaking seed treatment in extract of P. foveolarum on the growth and development of the seedlings of wheat (Triticum vulgare type K. 65, K. 68, S. 64, S. 227 and N.P. 852) has been studied.There is marked beneficial effect on the development of roots and shoots in all the five types.
