色木槭(Aeer mono Maxim.)是分布于亚洲东部的一个变异极大的种。本文报道了7个亚种:色木槭(原亚种)(subsp.mono);海岛色木槭(亚种)(subsp.marmoraturn(Nichols.)T.Z.Hsu);毛萼色木槭(亚种)(subsp.glabrum(Levl.et Vant.)T.Z.Hsu);里光色木槭(亚种)(subsp.trichobasis(Nakai)T.Z.Hsu);金沙色木槭(亚种)(subsp.tricuspis(Rehd.)T.Z.Hsu);弯翅色木槭(亚种)(subsp.incurvaturn(Fang et P.L.Chiu)T.Z.Hsu);粉绿色木槭(亚种)(subsp.glaucum(Koidz.)T.Z.Hsu),讨论了其变异式样和地理分布。  相似文献

该文报道了在广西七冲国家级自然保护区发现的中国大陆兰科(Orchidaceae)天麻属(Gastrodia R. Brown)一新记录种——乌来天麻(G. uraiensis T. C. Hsu & C. M. Kuo)。乌来天麻形态较近似于春天麻(G. fontinalis T. P. Lin),但乌来天麻的花序、花被筒较短,唇盘中部具4条纵向脊,脊向舌状先端延伸、合并成更高的2条,易与春天麻相区别。同时,还描述了新记录种的形态特征,提供了彩色图版,并讨论了此次新发现的生物地理学意义。  相似文献

东阳产延胡索与大连产齿瓣延胡索经成分分离和TLC、HPLC对比,发现延胡索以啊扑啡类生物碱如glaucine为主,而齿瓣延胡索则含corynoline类生物碱。根据生物碱的类型及含量比较,二者有明显差异,结合延胡索的植物形态和植化分类特征判断,将延胡索作为与齿瓣延胡索近缘的独立种处理较为合理,即为Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang ex Z.Y. Su et C. Y. Wu  相似文献

Liparis tsii, a new orchid from Guangdong, China, is described and illustrated. It is compared with its closest allies: L. sasakii Hayata, L. nanlingensis H.Z. Tian & F.W. Xing, L. krameri Franch. & Sav., L. reckoniana T.C. Hsu and L. brunnea Ormerod belonging to section Liparis. Further phylogenetic study based on combined molecular data from nrITS and plastid trnL-F ascertained its phylogenetic position as L. tsii being sister to L. sasakii and L. nanlingensis. Namalwa and Raji cells, originally obtained from a Burkitt tumor biopsy, grow as continuous cell lines in vitro and contain the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-related nuclear antigen EBNA (B. M. Reedman and G. Klein, Int. J. Cancer 11:499-520, 1973) and RNA homologous to at least 17 and 30% of the EBV genome, respectively (S. D. Hayward and E. Kieff, J. Virol. 18:518-525, 1976; T. Orellana and E. Kieff, J. Virol. 22:321-330, 1977). The polyribosomal and polyadenylated [poly(A)+] RNA fractions of Namalwa and Raji cells are enriched for a class of viral RNA homologous to 5 to 7% of EBV DNA (Hayward and Kieff, J. Virol. 18:518-525, 1976; Orellana and Kieff, J. Virol. 22:321-330, 1977). The objective of the experiments described in this communication was to determine the location within the map of the EBV genome (D. Given and E. Kieff, J. Virol. 28:524-542, 1978) of the DNA which encodes the viral RNA in the poly(A)+ and non-polyadenylated [poly(A)-] RNA fractions of Namalwa cells. Hybridization of labeled DNA homologous to Namalwa poly(A)+ or poly(A)- RNA to blots containing EcoRI, Hsu I, or Hsu I/EcoRI double-cut fragments of EBV (B95-8) or (W91) DNA indicated that these RNAs are encoded by DNA contained primarily in the Hsu I A/EcoRI A and Hsu I B/EcoRI A fragments and, to a lesser extent, in other fragments of the EBV genome. Hybridizations of Namalwa poly(A)+ and poly(A)- RNA in solution to denatured labeled EcoRI A or B fragments, Hsu I A, B, or D fragments, and Hsu I A/EcoRI A or Bam I S fragments and of Raji polyribosomal poly(A)+ RNA to the EcoRI A fragment indicated that (i) Namalwa poly(A)+ RNA is encoded primarily by 6 x 10(5) daltons of a 2 x 10(6)-dalton segment of DNA, Bam I S, which is tandemly reiterated, approximately 10 times, in the Hsu I A/EcoRI A fragment and is encoded to a lesser extent by DNA in the Hsu I B, EcoRI B, and Hsu I D fragments. Raji polyribosomal poly(A)+ RNA is encoded by a similar fraction of the EcoRI A fragment as that which encodes Namalwa poly(A)+ RNA. (ii) The fraction of the Bam I S fragment homologous to Namalwa poly(A)- RNA is similar to the fraction homologous to Namalwa poly(A)+ RNA. However, Namalwa poly(A)- RNA is homologous to a larger fraction of the DNA in the Hsu I B, Hsu I D, and EcoRI B fragments.  相似文献

Recent integrative systematic studies of Vitaceae support the recognition of a new genus Pseudocayratia J.Wen, L.M.Lu & Z.D.Chen. The genus consists of five species from China and Japan. We herein describe the following two new species: Pseudocayratia speciosa J.Wen & L.M.Lu, and P. pengiana Hsu & J.Wen, and make three new combinations: Pseudocayratia dichromocarpa (H.Lév.) J.Wen & Z.D.Chen, P. oligocarpa (H.Lév. & Van.) J.Wen & L.M.Lu, and P. yoshimurae (Makino) J.Wen & V.C.Dang. Phylogenetic analyses based on five chloroplast loci strongly support Pseudocayratia as sister to Tetrastigma. Morphologically, species of the genus have stigmas enlarged (but not 4‐lobed), pedicels at fruiting stage enlarged and fleshy, seeds with a crustaceous thin testa, circular cup‐like ventral infolds, linear chalaza extending ca. 2/3 to 3/4 of the seed length (from apex to base), lateral margin with thin edges, and T‐shaped endosperm in cross‐section. The genus is distributed in eastern Asia (China and Japan). The taxonomic novelties we report in this study at both the generic and species levels highlight the importance of collections‐based research in today's integrative systematics.  相似文献

报道中国大陆兰科(Orchidaceae)天麻属(Gastrodia R. Brown)二新记录种——折柱天麻(Gastrodia flexistyla T. C. HsuC. M. Kuo)和叉脊天麻(Gastrodia shimizuana Tuyama)。折柱天麻与日本天麻[Gastrodia nipponica(Honda) Tuyama]相似,但前者花被筒长、疣状凸起不明显,唇瓣绿黄色等特征可与后者相区分。叉脊天麻与冬天麻(Gastrodia pubilabiata Sawa)相近,但前者花被筒浅黄褐色至淡红褐色,唇瓣三角状、白色等特征易与后者相区别。该文提供了新记录种的形态描述及图版。  相似文献

Unique fragments of adenovirus type 2 DNA generated by cleavage with endonuclease R-Eco RI or endonuclease R-Hsu I (Hin dIII) were used to map cytoplasmic viral RNAs transcribed early in productive infection. Radioactive early viral RNA was first fractionated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Eluted viral RNAs were then tested for hybrid formation with DNA fragments. The Eco RI DNA fragment (Eco RI-A) which contains the left-hand 58% of the genome hybridized 13S and 11S RNAs. More detailed mapping of these RNAs was achieved by hybridization to the seven Hsu I fragments of Eco RI-A. The early RNA annealed only to Hsu I-G and C, two fragments which comprise the extreme left-hand 17% of the genome. Viral RNA migrating as 13S and 11S annealed to Hsu I-G, and 13S RNA annealed to Hsu I-C. A 13S RNA is transcribed from Eco RI-A late in infection (18 h). Hybridization-inhibition studies with Eco RI-A DNA, early cytoplasmic RNA, and 3H-labeled 13S late RNA demonstrated that this RNA synthesized at late times is an early RNA species which continues to be synthesized in large amounts at 18 h. This 13S RNA synthesized at 18 h hybridized to Hsu I-C but not to Hsu I-G DNA. These results establish that the 13S RNAs transcribed from Hsu I-G and C at early times must be different species.  相似文献

The purpose of this case study was to examine the bone mineral density (BMD) of 2 women, aged 48 and 54 years, who had engaged in high-intensity resistance training for >30 years each and gained national prominence for their lifting performances. Each subject was measured using a dual x-ray absorptiometry (GE Lunar Prodigy, Fairfield, CT, USA) for both the BMD (grams per centimeter squared) and bone mineral content (grams) of the lumbar spine, dual femur, and total body. The Z and T scores of the 49-year-old subject were significantly higher than either age and gender-matched or peak BMD norms (lumbar spine Z + 2.2, T + 1.8, femoral mean Z + 1.1, T + 0.6, total body Z + 2.4, T + 2.0). The Z and T scores of the 54-year-old mark the largest ever reported in the literature for a Caucasian woman of this age (lumbar spine Z + 2.8, T + 2.2, femoral mean Z + 1.4, T + 1.9, total body Z + 2.6, T + 3.0). Although these results do not prove any causal relationship between long-term high-intensity strength training and elevated BMDs among women, they do raise questions that some type of relationship may exist.  相似文献

Previous kinetic and absorption hybridization experiments had demonstrated that the DNA of the B95-8 strain of Epstein-Barr virus was missing approximately 10% of the DNA sequences present in the DNA of the HR-1 strain (R.F. Pritchett, S.D. Hayward, and E. Kieff, J. Virol. 15:556-569, 1975; B. Sugder, W.C. Summers, and G. Klein, J. Virol. 18:765-775, 1976). The HR-1 strain differs from other laboratory strains, including the B95-8 and W91 strains, and from virus present in throat washings from patients with infectious mononucleosis in its inability to transform lymphocytes into lymphoblasts capable of long-term growth in culture (P. Gerber, Lancet i:1001, 1973; J. Menezes, W. Leibold, and G. Klein, Exp. Cell. Res. 92:478-484, 1975; G. Miller, D. Coope, J. Niederman, and J. Pagano, J. Virol. 18:1071-1080, 1976; G. Miller, J. Robinson, L. Heston, and M. Lipman, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 71:4006-4010, 1974). In the experiments reported here, the restriction enzyme fragments of Epstein-Barr virus DNA which contain sequences which differ among the HR-1, B95-8, and W91 strains have been identified. The DNA of the HR-1, B95-8, and W91 strains each differed in complexity. The sequences previously shown to be missing in the B95-8 strain were contained in the EcoRI-C and -D and Hsu I-E and -N fragments of the HR-1 strain and in the EcoRI-C and Hsu I-D and -E fragments of the W91 strain. The HR-1 strain was missing DNA contained in EcoRI fragments A and J through K and Hsu I fragment B of the B95-8 strain and in the EcoRI-A and Hsu I-B fragments of the W91 strain. The relationship of these data to the linkage map of restriction enzyme fragments of the DNA of the B95-8 and W91 strains (E. Kieff, N. Raab-Traub, D. Given, W. King, A.T. Powell, R. Pritchett, and T. Dambaugh, In F. Rapp and G. de-The, ed., Oncogenesis and Herpesviruses III, in press; D. Given and E.
