应用盆栽试验,在人工控制土壤水分条件下对黄土高原3个常见树种丁香(Syringa oblata)、杠柳(Perip-loca sepium)和连翘(Forsythia suspensa)幼苗的生长及水分生理代谢进行了研究.结果表明,随干旱胁迫程度加剧,各树种耗水量明显减少;不同树种单株耗水量差异明显,表现为:连翘>杠柳>丁香.3树种新生枝条生长和叶面积扩展速率明显受土壤含水量影响,均表现为适宜水分>中度干旱>严重干旱,且在同一胁迫水平下,连翘>杠柳>丁香.随干旱胁迫程度的加剧和干旱时间的延长,丁香、杠柳和连翘叶片的含水量、游离脯氨酸以及叶绿素含量均有不同程度的变化,连翘和杠柳的叶片含水量在3种水分条件下均明显高于丁香,杠柳叶片游离脯氨酸含量明显高于丁香和连翘,连翘体内脯氨酸含量最低,丁香和连翘的叶绿素a/b值随土壤含水量的减少逐渐降低,杠柳则表现出相反趋势.不同树种对土壤干旱和高温的响应机制不同,但它们都具有较强的抗旱能力,适应黄土高原干旱的自然条件.  相似文献

采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS—SPME—GC—MS),首次分析了河南产紫丁香花营和花的挥发性成分。从紫丁香花蕾和花中共鉴定了65种组分,其中17个成分是二者共有的;酯类化合物只存在于花蕾中,而酸类和醇类化合物在花中的含量较高。这表明酯类化合物在紫丁香花开放的过程中可能逐步被植物体内的水解酶水解成酸类和醇类化合物。  相似文献

Particulate matter (PM) as an air pollutant can be harmful for human health through allergic, mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. Although the main focus is on decreasing air pollution, after PM has been emitted to the atmosphere, one of the realistic options to decrease it's concentrations in urbanized area will be phytoremediation. This study compared the capacity to capture PM from air of seven tree species commonly cultivated in Poland (Catalpa bignonioides Walter, Corylus colurna L., Fraxinus pennsylvanica Marsh., Ginkgo biloba L., Platanus × hispanica Mill. ex Muenchh., Quercus rubra L., Tilia tomentosa Moench ‘Brabant’) and six shrub species (Acer tataricum subsp. ginnala (Maxim.) Wesm., Sambucus nigra L., Sorbaria sorbifolia (L.) A.Br., Spiraea japonica L.f., Syringa meyeri C.K. Schneid. ‘Palibin’, Viburnum lantana L.). Significant differences were found between species in mass of total PM accumulation for two PM categories and three size fractions determined and in amount of waxes. A positive correlation was found between in-wax PM of diameter 2.5–10 μm and amount of waxes, but not between amount of waxes and amount of total PM or of any size fraction.  相似文献

165 plants and 40 soil samples were collected at seven areas in Tianjin. The analysis of sulphur and heavy metals in these samples showed the polluted degree of the air. It is indicated that the plants at smeltery (polluted industry area) contain Zn, Cu, Cd, Pb highest and NJ, S higher. The content of heavy metals in these plants were 3 to 11 times higher than that of the background value. In business-traffic area and park, the amount of Zn, Cu, Ni, Cd in the plants were 1.5 to 3.5 times higher than the background value. In the other area, such as culture-education area, road and suburbs, the pollution is not significant, and in the clean area (Panshan), all elements in the plants are the lowest. As to the soils in polluted industry area (Smeltery), the amount of Ph, Cu, Cd, Zn and S was 725, 348, 9, 3 and 14 times higher than that of the background value respectively. Among them, most of Pb, Cu were deposited in surface layer. In soil of business-traffic area, Pb, Cu, Cd, Zn and S were 2 to 10 times higher than the background value, and in the soil of clean area, all elements are also the lowest. The stomata of plants which were blocked by the particles going down from the air resulted in increase in the stamotal diffusive resistance and the order of the resistance in the different places are as follows: polluted industry areas > parks > business-traffic areas > road > clean areas. These results are in agreement with the polluted state of the plants and soils in above mentioned areas.  相似文献

为了准确掌握紫丁香资源花部性状的变异程度及表型多样性水平,为紫丁香优良品种的选育提供理论依据。本研究以195株紫丁香实生单株为材料,对其5个数量性状和4个质量性状的变异、性状间相关性和聚类关系等进行了分析。结果表明,5个数量性状在群体内表现出极显著差异(P<0.01),且符合正态分布,变异系数为19.72%~30.22%,平均24.97%,其中花序长变异最大;根据ISCC-NBS色彩名称表示法将群体花色划分为白色系、浅粉色系、紫色系、紫红色系、紫粉色系和蓝紫色系等6个色系,其中紫色系(54.35%)和紫红色系(32.31%)所占比例最大;4个质量性状的多样性指数为0.36~1.09,平均0.86,其中花冠裂片(状态)最大,表明群体中质量性状变异类型丰富。相关性分析表明,5个数量性状之间均呈现极显著正相关,其中花序长与花序宽相关系数最大,为0.767。聚类分析表明,195株紫丁香基于欧氏距离可分为3大类,第一类群主要性状表现为花冠筒长;第二类群表现为花序长;第三类群表现为花冠裂片长。参试紫丁香资源花部性状表型变异丰富。  相似文献

植冠种子库是植物适应环境并应对外界干扰的种子生态策略之一,研究了黄土丘陵沟壑区12种主要植物植冠种子库动态,结果表明:杠柳不具有植冠种子库,其他11种植物均具有植冠种子库;除了黄刺玫种子在翌年5月达到脱落高峰,其他植物大部分种子在冬季脱落,其中杠柳、达乌里胡枝子、茭蒿、黄柏刺和水栒子的大部分种子脱落集中偏早,铁杆蒿和土庄绣线菊的大部分种子脱落集中偏晚;植冠宿存对大部分植物种子的萌发特性表现为促进作用;但不同植物种子的萌发时滞对植冠宿存响应差异较大;9种植物种子在植冠上宿存至翌年2月底,其种子活力仍能维持达60%以上;该区植物表现出不同的植冠种子库策略,通过不同的方式来减少干扰的威胁,提高成功萌发与更新的几率,它们或具有较大规模的宿存量、或调控种子萌发特性、或提高种子维持活力的百分比。此外,全面了解该区植物形成植冠种子库的机理及对应的生态策略还有待于全面、深入的研究。  相似文献

为提高酸污染地区植物净化吸收大气S污染物的能力,研究了广东西樵山41种主要植物的S含量特征.结果表明:(1)41种植物的叶片或地上部分S含量介于1.81~16.47mg·g-1平均值为4.00mg·g-1,高于我国其他地区植物S含量的平均水平.马尾松(Pinus massoniana)和荷木(Schima superba)的叶片S含量是大气相对清洁区鼎湖山的2~3倍.(2)华山矾(Symplocos chinensis)、银柴(Aporosa dioica)和光叶山矾(Symplocos lancifolia)和山胡椒(Lindera glauca)的叶片S含量最高,分别为16.47、12.42、11.31和6.68mg·g-1,是优良的S污染净化植物.(3)同科植物具有相近的S富集能力,目前常用作绿化植物的3种山矾科植物均有较强的大气污染抗性和高S含量特征,预示着山矾科可能存在其他一些优良的S污染净化种类,有待进一步的研究发掘.  相似文献

通过野外调查采样,分析了四川凉山州甘洛县铅锌矿区土壤的重金属含量,以及矿区生长的13种优势植物对Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Cu的吸收与富集能力及其富集特性.结果表明,矿区土壤受Pb、Zn、Cd 3种重金属污染严重,13种植物体内的Pb含量均高于普通植物10倍以上,具有修复矿区土壤铅污染的潜力,其中植物1的转运系数和富集系数都大于1,满足Pb超富集植物的基本特征.Zn在凤尾蕨、细风轮菜、大火草、蔗茅、小飞蓬和牛茄子中含量较高.小飞蓬和紫茎泽兰的Cd含量较一般植物高出17~61倍,其中,紫茎泽兰的转运系数与富集系数均大于1,其对Cd的吸收特性值得进一步研究.  相似文献

以东北林业大学植物园内的樟子松人工群落为研究对象,应用主成分分析方法在对群落内不同种的生活史型进行划分的基础上,对松科樟子松和白扦、槭树科糖槭、豆科紫穗槐、木犀科暴马丁香、蔷薇科毛果绣线菊和托盘、红豆杉科东北红豆杉、菊科飞廉和线叶旋覆花、禾本科扁穗草、罂粟科白屈菜、唇形科夏至草、十字花科荠菜14种植物生活史型及谱特征进行了定量化分析,以此为依据对群落演替和健康水平进行评价的可行性进行了探讨。结果发现此群落中主林层植物(樟子松和白扦)营养生长(Vegetationgrowth,V)达到46%,有性生长(Sexualgrowth,S)在35%,无性生长(Clonegrowth,C)约为19%;演替层植物(糖槭、紫穗槐、暴马丁香、毛果绣线菊、托盘和东北红豆杉)营养生长超过50%,无性生长略高于有性生长;草本层植物(飞廉、扁穗草、线叶旋覆花、白屈菜、夏至草和荠菜)营养生长接近于47%,有性生长只比营养生长少了4%,无性生长只占到11%。这些发现说明了主林层的生活史型是以营养生长为主的VS过渡生活史型,演替层植物应为V生活史型而草本植物为VS过渡类型。群落的生活史型是V0.49S0.33C0.18,属于VS过渡生活史型,在样地调查的14种植物中,生活史型大部分以营养为主,综合评价此群落处于以营养生长为主(49%)的健康群落水平,此群落中有性生长占总生活史型得分的33%,有向有性生长发展的趋势,但在一段时间内该群落应为稳定群落。  相似文献

Elsholtzia haichowensis Sun., Commelina communis Linn., and Rumex acetosa Linn. are the dominant species that vastly grow over the copper mining spoil heaps and copper-contaminated soil of the areas along the middle and lower streams of the Yangtze River. Each has its own ecological habits. Chemical analytical data show that these plants can accumulate copper to various extents, depending on the copper content of the supporting soils and plant species. The highest concentration copper was found in R. acetosa with the leaf copper concentration ranging from 340 to 1102 mg/kg and averaging 601 mg/kg (dry weight basis). C. communis also contained high copper concentration in its leaves ranging from 19 to 587 mg/kg and averaging 157 mg/kg. E. haichowensis has the lowest copper concentration in its leaves from 18 to 391 mg/kg and averaging 102 mg/kg. The copper content of the soils supporting all the species varies to a great extent from place to place. All these lines of evidence suggest that E. haichowensis, C. communis, and R. acetosa can serve as pioneer species for reclamation of copper mined land and can be used as model plants for investigation of plant tolerance mechanisms, and geochemical prospecting. 绒毛绣线菊、荆条和蚂蚱腿子是百花山地区杂灌丛中的3种共优势植物。通过对植物(叶、主枝、侧枝、主根、侧根5个部位)和土壤中10种元素(N、K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe、Al和Na)的测定,发现在不同植物、同种植物的不同器官里,各种元素的含量有着显著的差异,而且还存在着季节性的变化。10种元素在群落里的积累量以Ca为最高,其次是N。在灌木层里的顺序为Ca>N>K>Mg>Fe>Al,在草本层里则为Ca>N>Al>Fe>K>Mg,而在枯枝落叶层里又为Ca>N>Al>Fe>Mg>K。土壤中营养元素的贮藏也以Ca为最高,其次是N,其它8种元素的顺序为Na>Mg>K>Ma>Al>Fe>Zn>Cu。植物富集系数以K、Fe和Al较高,最低是Na。Na是唯一在土壤中的含量大于植物中的一种元素。  相似文献

木犀科丁香属植物主要分布在中国、朝鲜、日本以及欧洲东南部。中国是丁香属的自然分布中心,丁香主要分布在中国西南、西北、华北、东北等地区。根据植物区系的演化规律,作者认为丁香属起源于中国西南,并以此为中心主要沿中国西南-西北-华北-东北-朝鲜半岛-日本和中国西南-中亚-欧洲的路径散布。近缘种之间存在着遥远的地理隔离,中国原产的华丁香与分布在我国西北及中亚的花叶丁香、欧洲特有种欧洲丁香均为近缘种,表明欧洲丁香的散布与中国西北的种类有着密切的联系。近年分子生物学试验表明羽叶性状是演化中的过渡类型,在研究该属系统演化中具有重要作用。化石记录华北紫丁香在中新世时的华中地区已有存在,说明该属至少在中新世时完成了由西南向华中的演化、辐射。  相似文献

通过对丁香属内2组4系1亚属的7种野生种质的叶片表皮形态特征比较,分析了它们在系(亚属)水平上的环境适应机制差异及其与系统学的关联。结果表明:广域分布的暴马丁香(拟女贞亚属)和华北紫丁香(欧丁香系)的叶片表皮的蜡质纹饰呈中心条纹状和放射状排列且较厚,表皮细胞体积较小,气孔小型化且密度高,它们比其余5个区域分布种显示出更强的适应性环境响应能力;与自然光照环境下相比较,羽叶丁香在林下遮荫光环境下的表皮细胞体积变大,叶片气孔密度减少,气孔开张度增大,而气孔开张的变化只发生在气孔的纬向宽度上,而气孔长轴相对稳定;从气孔器类型、蜡质纹饰、表皮细胞形态及垂周壁特征看,暴马丁香和华北紫丁香明显带有较为进化的特征,羽叶丁香系、巧玲花系和顶生花序系可能具有较近的亲缘关系。  相似文献

Several fast‐growing and multipurpose trees such as exotic and valuable native species have been widely used in West Africa to reverse the tendency of massive degradation of plant cover and restore soil productivity. Although benefic effects have been reported on soil stabilization, a lack of information about their impact on soil symbiotic microorganisms still remains. This investigation has been carried out in field trees of 28 years old in a forest reserve at Bandia. To determine the mycorrhizal inoculum potential (MIP) of soils, a mycorrhizal bioassay was conducted using seedlings of Zea mays L. Spores concentration, arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi morphotypes and mycorrhizal colonization of field plants were examined. Results showed that fungal communities were dominated in all samples by the genus Glomus. Nevertheless, the others genera Gigaspora and Scutellospora occurred preferentially out of the plantations. The number and richness of spores as well as the MIP of soils were decreased in the tree plantations. Accordingly, the amount of annual herbaceous plants kept out of the tree plantations was much greater than those under the tree plantations. The colonization was higher in field root systems of herb plants in comparison with that of the tree plants. Comparisons allowed us to conclude that vegetation type modifies the AM fungal communities, and the results suggest further adoption of management practices that could improve or sustain the development of herbaceous layers and thus promote the AM fungal communities.  相似文献

分别以单、双、多糖作用于紫荆、紫丁香、桃、连翘四种木本观赏植物花粉的离体培养,检测其对花粉萌发、花粉管生长及花粉管胼胝体形成的影响,结果表明糖的类型和浓度对花粉萌发有较大影响,同时不同植物的花粉对糖的敏感性也存在差异;花粉管长度明显受蔗糖浓度的影响,尤其是连翘的花粉管长度,与蔗糖浓度成反比;在四种植物的花粉管生长中后期,均观察到胼胝体的形成,胼胝体形成的数量与蔗糖浓度及花粉管长度存在一定的联系;在花粉管中胼胝体的形成没有特定位点。  相似文献

Summary The availability to oats of adsorbed sulphate in soils and of sulphate impurity in calcium carbonate was studied in pot-culture experiments.When calcium carbonate was added to soils with pH values ranging from 5.7 to 7.4 the uptake of sulphur by oats was increased, due probably to enhanced mineralization of soil organic sulphur. When the calcium carbonate contained sulphate impurity the uptake of sulphur was further increased by an amount comparable with the release of sulphate which could be expected from a reaction of the calcium carbonate with the exchangeable hydrogen of the soil. Sulphate in excess of this amount appeared to be largely unavailable. Uptake of sulphur by oats from calcareous sands containing large amounts of insoluble sulphate associated with calcium carbonate also suggested that soil sulphur in this form had very low availability to plants.Substantial increases in the amounts of sulphur extracted by reagents commonly used for the determination of adsorbed sulphate in soils occurred when soils were airdried at about 20°C. Decreases in adsorbed sulphate in soils following the growth of oats in pot culture confirmed that adsorbed sulphate is readily available to plants.  相似文献

Characteristics of element contents(in ash) for 13 plant species in Naomuhong Cu mine area are disscussed. Results show that the level of element contents in sequence is: Mn>Cu> Zn > Cr > Ni>Pb>Co > Cd > Ag. Cu contents exhibit the greatest difference between species, with a 20 fold difference or more oetween maximum and minimum contents. Cu content is maximal in Potaninia mongolica, being from 209 ppm to 1543 ppm at various sites, with a mean of 735.2 ppm; whereas Cu content is minimal in Salsola passerina, being from 18 ppm to 54 ppm at various sites, with a mean of 31.01 ppm. Cu, Zn contents in skarn are more than in granite and those in limestone are mole than in sandstone. Correlation coefficients of linear regression between elements in the plants are of positive values. However, they are not significant between Cd, Ag and other eight elements, and between Cu, Cr et al. six elements are significant respectively. The correlative coefficients between elements in plants and soils are positive, Zn and Pb contents between P. mongolica and soils, and Pb content between Zygophyllum xanthoxylum and soils, and Cu content between Reaumuria soongorica and soils and significant, It is found that Cu phytogeochemical anomalies in P. mongolica and Reaumuria soongorica correlate closely with Cu ore deposit, and the anomalies were found not only in the outcropping ore, but also in the blind ore deposits.  相似文献

养分利用效率是养分循环研究中一个极为有用的概念 ,它反映了植物对养分的利用状况。为揭示不同生活型植物的营养策略 ,本文以天童国家森林公园若干种植物为研究材料 ,探讨不同植物的NUE大小以及不同生活型植物NUE差异。结果表明 ,常绿植物的NUEN 与NUEP 呈显著正相关 ,落叶植物的NUEN 与NUEP 相关性不显著 ;若对所有植物进行统计 ,则NUEN 与NUEP 呈显著正相关。同时 ,不同生活型植物的N营养分利用效率有显著差异 ,具体表现为针叶树 >常绿阔叶树 >落叶树。最后 ,作者认为在生产力最低的地方 ,植物的NUE最高 ,说明养分供应缺乏时 ,这些植物能更有效地利用所获得的养分来创造出更高的生物量  相似文献
