小叶黄杨氯仿组分通过硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol,Ⅰ)、豆甾醇(Stigmasterol,Ⅱ)、胡萝卜甙(daucosterol,Ⅲ)、水杨酸(salicylis acid,Ⅳ)、香草酸(vanillicacid,Ⅴ)、5,4′-二羟基-3,3′,7-三甲氧基-黄酮(5,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′,7-trimethoxy-flavone,Ⅵ)、5,4′-二羟基-3,3′,6,7-四甲氧基-黄酮(5,4′-dihydroxy-3,3′,6,7-tetramethoxy-flavone,Ⅶ)、Cleomiscosin A(Ⅷ)、3,5-二羟基-4′,6,7-三甲氧基-黄酮-3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(3,5-dihydroxl-4′,6,7-trimethoxyl-flavone-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅸ),其中化合物Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ均首次从该属植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Five compounds were isolated from the bark of Taxus yunnanensis Cheng et L. K. Fu. Based on spectral IR, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and physico-chemical constant analysis, they were identified as 7-epi-taxol B ( Ⅰ ), 1, 13-diacetoxy-10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ (Ⅱ ), taxol C-7-xylose (Ⅲ), taxol (Ⅳ), 3-epi-ursolic acid (Ⅴ). Seven crystalline compounds have been isolated from the female inflorescences of Typha angustata Bory et Chaub. They were identified as vanillic acid (Ⅰ), E-p-hydroxy- cinnamic acid (Ⅱ), Protocatechuic acid (Ⅲ), E-Pro-penoic acid-3- (4-hydroxyphenyl)- 2,3-dihydrohypropyl ester (Ⅳ), Succinic acid (Ⅴ), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (Ⅵ) and D-mannitol (Ⅶ). (Ⅳ) is a new compound. (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) and (Ⅶ) were attained for the first time from Typhaceae.  相似文献

Eleven known compounds, transcommunic acid (Ⅰ), cis-communic acid (Ⅱ), sandaracopimaric acid (Ⅲ), isocupressic acid (Ⅳ), sugiol (Ⅴ), 12-hydroxy-6, 7-seco- abieta-8, 11, 13-triene 6, 7-dial (Ⅵ), β-peltatin-A-methyl ether (Ⅶ), bergaptin (Ⅷ), β-sitosterol (Ⅹ), lignoceric acid (Ⅺ), cerotic acid(Ⅻ) and a new 3, 4-benzocumarins sabilactone (Ⅸ) were newly isolated from the bark of Sabina vulga ris Ant. (= Juniperus sabina L.). Their structures were determined from spectra data and chemical evidence. Compounds Ⅳ–Ⅹ were first isolated from this plant. The bioassay results showed that compounds Ⅰ–Ⅳ, Ⅵ andⅦ were shown to be cytotoxic effects for P-388 leukemia cell in vitro.  相似文献

Six flavonoids were isolated from the leaves of Typha angustifolia L. On the basis of spectroscopic (IR, UV, MS, 1HNMR and 13CNMR) analysis, they were identified as quercetin-3,3'-dimethyl ether (TF-Ⅰ), isorhamnetin (TF-Ⅱ), quercetin (TF-Ⅲ), quercetin-3,3' dimethyl ether-4'-O-β-D-glucoside (TF-Ⅳ), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-galactoside (TF-Ⅴ), and isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside (TF-Ⅵ). Compounds TF-Ⅰ and TF-Ⅴ were found in the genus of Typha for the first time.  相似文献

检测暴露于手机辐射下的孕鼠及其子代的细胞免疫因子含量水平,以探讨手机电磁辐射对孕鼠及其子代免疫功能的影响,为孕妇科学、合理使用移动通信工具提供参考。30只孕鼠随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组6只,对应为空白对照组、待机对照组1、0min低强度组、30min中强度组和60min高强度组。ELISA检测孕鼠分娩24h内孕鼠及新生乳鼠外周血中IFN-γ和IL-4的含量。对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ各组母鼠外周血中IFN-γI、L-4含量进行比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅳ、Ⅴ组新生小鼠外周血中IFN-γI、L-4含量与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且Ⅴ组新生小鼠外周血中IFN-γI、L-4含量与Ⅲ组比较,其差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手机辐射降低了胚胎期小鼠的IFN-γ和IL-4含量。  相似文献

对采自北京东灵山地区、黑龙江带岭地区、以及帽儿山地区不同寄主上的15个蜜环菌子实体进行了极性测试和生物种测定。配对培养结果表明15个子实体中共存在着四个生物种,分别命名为ChBSI、ChBSI、ChBSⅢ和ChBSⅣ。除生物种ChBSⅢ的极性不清楚外,其它生物种都是四极性异宗配合的真菌。东灵山菌株中的两个生物种是ChBSⅡ和ChBSⅣ,带岭菌株中的两个生物种是ChBSI和ChBSⅢ,帽儿山菌株是生物种ChBSⅠ。经过中国生物种与欧洲生物种的配对培养,发现生物种ChBSⅣ与Armilariagalica融合。  相似文献

Fourteen compounds have been obtained from the Elsholtzia ciliata (Thund.) Hyland. Their structures were identified by spectral and chemical methods as following: Ⅰ. 6-methyl-tritriacontane, Ⅱ. 13-cyclohexyl-hexoacosane, Ⅲ. β-sitosterol, Ⅳa. palmitic acid, Ⅳb. linoleic acid, Ⅳc. linolenic acid, Ⅴ. ursolic acid, Ⅵ. 5-hydroxy--6, 7-dimethoxyflavone, Ⅶ. 5-hyd-foxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflavone, Ⅷ. 5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone, Ⅸ. 5-hydroxy-7,4'-dime-thoxyflavone, Ⅹ.β-sitosterol-β-D-glucoside, Ⅺ. 5-hydroxy-6-methylflavanone-7-O-α-D-galacopy-ranoside, Ⅻ. acacetin-7-O-β-glucoside. Among all the compounds, Ⅺ is a new compound. Except for Ⅳb and Ⅳc, the other twelve compounds were first found in this plant.  相似文献

山西霍山白桦种群不同龄级立木的点格局分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以山西霍山地区的先锋树种之一白桦( Betula platyphylla)为研究对象,在霍山七里峪林场典型地段设置一个50 m×50 m的样方,应用点格局分析方法对其不同龄级(Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级)个体的分布格局及相互关系进行了研究.结果表明:(1)白桦种群不同龄级的个体间密度也不相同,中间龄级Ⅱ级(7 cm< DBH≤14 cm)和Ⅲ级(14 cm <DBH≤21 cm)的密度较大,幼龄和老龄个体密度小,年龄结构为衰退型;(2)除Ⅰ级(DBH≤7 cm)外,其余3个龄级集群分布特征比较明显,且随着龄级的增加,集群特征有更明显的趋势;(3)除Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅳ级(DBH >21 cm)之外,其余龄级间基本都是小尺度下负关联,并随尺度的增大关联性逐渐变得不显著.  相似文献

Ten compounds were isolated from the roots and stems of Cynanchum komarovii Al. Iljinski. They were identified as 7-demethoxylophorine (Ⅰ), epi-alnusenol (Ⅱ), β-sitosterol (Ⅲ), triacontanolic acid (Ⅳ), sucrose (Ⅴ), desoxytylophorinin N-oxide (Ⅵ), apocynine (Ⅶ), paeonol (Ⅷ), β-sitosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅸ) and glucose (Ⅹ) by means of UV, IR, NMR, MS spectral analyses and through chemical methods. These compounds were first reported in this plant. One of them, Ⅵ is a new alkaloid. The bioassay results showed that the compounds Ⅰ, Ⅵ and reaction product Ⅺ exhibited cytotoxic effects to P-388 leukemia cell in vitro. Ⅺ is also a new compound.  相似文献

对安徽省琅琊山自然保护区大型真菌的群落多样性进行了研究。对该区内设置的样地Ⅰ(针阔混交林)、样地Ⅱ(常绿-落叶阔叶混交林)、样地Ⅲ(落叶阔叶林)、样地Ⅳ(琅琊榆-刺槐林)和样地Ⅴ(竹林)共5种具有代表性的植物群落内的大型真菌的种类和数量进行了调查。选用了物种丰富度(R)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Pielou均匀度指数(E)和优势度曲线(K-dominance)等指标,对该区大型真菌的群落多样性进行了测定。结果表明,大型真菌的分布与植物群落类型有着密切关系。R的变化趋势为样地Ⅱ样地Ⅰ样地Ⅲ样地Ⅳ样地Ⅴ;H′的变化趋势是样地Ⅰ样地Ⅱ样地Ⅲ样地Ⅳ样地Ⅴ;E的变化趋势是样地Ⅰ样地Ⅲ样地Ⅱ样地Ⅳ样地Ⅴ。另外,季节变化对大型真菌的分布也有较大的影响。秋季大型真菌出现的种类及个体数量较高,R和H′高于春季,而E值却相反。选用的群落多样性指标能较客观地反映该地区大型真菌群落的组成,并揭示不同群落间的关系。  相似文献

本文采用空间代替时间和相邻格子样方法阐明了望天树种群的结构类型和群落演替模式,结果表明其种群结构类型可分为初始增长型(类型I),增长型种群前期类型(类型Ⅱ),增长型种群(类型Ⅲ)和稳定性种群(类型Ⅳ).其群落演替模式遵从类型Ⅰ─类型Ⅱ─类型Ⅲ─类型Ⅳ模式,即具有更新镶嵌和循环的特点.探讨了群落演替过程中伴生种的变化规律,并就望天树种群的合理保护和群落重建提出了建议.  相似文献

明确树木夜间水分补充现象有助于提高总蒸腾量和冠层气孔导度估算的精确度,进一步认识冠层蒸腾与树干液流之间存在的时滞关系.本研究采用热消散探针法测定了广州地区的荷木树干液流密度,同步监测了主要的环境因子,从不同时间尺度分析了树干夜间液流的水分补充现象.结果表明:与白天相比,荷木夜间液流密度较小,旱季变化幅度比湿季大;夜间水分补充的时间段主要在前半夜(18:00-22:00);年内各季节夜间水分补充量之间没有显著差异,与环境因子之间的偏相关关系不显著,但与胸径、树高、冠幅、树干生物量、冠层生物量的回归曲线拟合很好,表明树形特征和生物量能更好地解释夜间补水的变化;各季节夜间水分补充量对总蒸腾量的贡献有显著差异,旱季明显高于湿季.  相似文献

目的从舟山眼镜蛇(Naja atraCantor)蛇毒(snake venom,SV)中分离得蛇毒组分,探讨SV及其分离组分的LD50和抑制肿瘤的作用。方法采用凝胶柱层析方法从蛇毒中分离得到了前Ⅰ1、Ⅰ1、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅲ1、Ⅲ2及Ⅳ等7种组分。采用急性毒性实验、MTT法,研究SV及其7种SV分离组分的LD50和抑制肿瘤的作用。结果 SV经Sephadex G-50层析,可分离为前Ⅰ、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ及Ⅳ5个组分,根据峰面积大小排列:ⅢⅡⅠⅣ前Ⅰ。5个组分再经Sephadex G-25柱层析,可获得7个脱盐组分:前Ⅰ1、Ⅰ1、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅲ1、Ⅲ2及Ⅳ。通过急性毒性实验,明确Ⅳ的毒性最大,其次为Ⅲ2及Ⅲ1,三者的LD50值均低于SV;而Ⅰ1、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2的毒性均小于SV,前Ⅰ1几乎无毒。SV组分Ⅲ2和Ⅳ的抑瘤作用最强,在高浓度(20μg/ml)时对实验中的2种人肿瘤细胞的抑制率均达到60%以上。结论从SV中分离得到了前Ⅰ1、Ⅰ1、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅲ1、Ⅲ2以及Ⅳ7种组分;组分Ⅳ毒性最强,依次为Ⅲ2Ⅲ1SVⅡ2Ⅱ1Ⅰ1前Ⅰ1;SV及其7种分离组分对2种人肿瘤细胞株(SGC-7901、A549)的生长抑制有一定的特异性,而不同的SV分离组分对同一肿瘤细胞抑制作用亦有差异。  相似文献

Saussurea gossypiphora D. Don growing above 4200–4700 m altitude on mountains so far have been not reported. We have first isolated 6 components from it. The purpose of this study was to examine the superoxide dismutase (SOD) zymogram patterns, their frequency and geographical distribution of wild (Glycine soja) and cultivated soybean (G. max) in China. Seeds of 226 wild soybean germplasms and 104 cultivated soybean cultivars (land races) were collected from all provinces and autonomous regions in China except Taiwan, Xinjiang and Qinghai provinces About 50 embryos per wild soybean germplasm and I0 embryos per cultivated soybean cultivars were used for test. Vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and a stainning system modified after Luo (1984)were used. The Japanese GS- 930 Scanner was used in gel-plate scanning. In program scanning the maximum and minimum absorption wavelength were 700 and 550 nm respectively. The results showed that: 1. Six zymogram patterns were found in soybean (Fig. 1, 2). Wild soybean displayed five patterns (Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ Ⅴ, Ⅵ), while the cultivated soybean displayed only two patterns (Ⅱ, Ⅲ). 2. Fourty six percent of wild germplasms gave an 7-band zymogram (Table Ⅰ) (pattern Ⅰ), fourty nine percent had a 6th and 7th band with faster mobility (pattern Ⅱ), about two percent produced a 6-band zymogram which lacked the SODc4 band (pattern Ⅳ), about two percent had a 5-band pattern which lacked the SODc,c4 bands (pattern Ⅴ), and only one germptasm displayed a 5-band zymogram which lacked SODb2b3 bands (pattern Ⅵ). 3. More than ninty eight percent of cultivated cultivars belonged to pattern Ⅱ, only about two percent belonged to pattern Ⅲ. 4. The geographical distribution of frequency of pattern Ⅱ between wild and cultivated soybean was most close in 36–51º N area. The difference of zymograms between G. soja and G. max, and the problems of the origional area and evolution of soybean were discussed.  相似文献

Seven alkaloids have been isolated from the over ground parts of Cyclea hainanensis Merr (Menispermaceae) grown in Hainan is]and. Six of them are identified to be (-) curine (Ⅰ), (+)-4"-O-methylcurine (Ⅱ), hayatine (Ⅲ), d-isochondodendrine (Ⅳ), α-cyclanoline (Ⅴ), and a new quaternary alkaloid named α-hainanine (Ⅵ) respectively. Alkaloid (Ⅶ) is being identified. Dimethiodide and Dimethochloride derivatives of alkaloids (Ⅰ)—(Ⅲ) show neuromuscular blocking activity, but disochondodendrine hydrochloride possesses distinct analgesia.  相似文献

Five compounds were isolated from Buxus microphylla Sieb. et Zucc. Based on the physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR), they were identified as cycloprotobuxinamine ( Ⅰ ), buxmicrophylline A ( Ⅱ ), buxtauine M ( Ⅲ ), isoscopoletin (Ⅳ) and epi-lupeol ( Ⅴ ). ( Ⅰ ) and ( Ⅱ ) were new compounds. The structure of buxmicrophylline ( Ⅱ ) was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

为研究传统药用植物蒲葵的化学成分,从蒲葵叶中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:3,5,7-三羟基-4′甲氧基黄酮醇(Ⅰ)、5,7,4′-三羟基黄酮-8-C-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、豆甾醇(Ⅳ)、二十六烷醇(Ⅴ)。该5个已知化合物均为首次从蒲葵叶中分离得到。  相似文献
