紫苏属植物染色体数目和核型分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过对26份紫苏属材料进行染色体数目的观察,并对其1种(包括紫苏和白苏)及2变种材料各一份进行核型分析.结果显示,紫苏属植物染色体数均为2n=40,其核型公式分别为紫苏[P.frutescens(L.)Britton var.frutescens(zi-su)]2n=40=20m(2SAT) 10sm 10st;野生紫苏[P.frutescens var.purpurascens(Hayata)H.W.Li]2n=40=18m 14sm(2SAT) 8st;回回苏[P.frutescens var.crispa(Benth.)Deane ex Bailey]2n=40=10m(2SAT) 14sm 16st;白苏[P.frutescens(L.)Britton var.frutescens(bai-su)]2n=40-24m 12sm(2SAT) 4st.结果表明,紫苏属不同原(变)种植物的染色体数日相同,但在核型上存在一定的差异,其染色体核型为首次报道.  相似文献

利用样方法对浙江省庆元县槠栲林的群落学特征进行了分析.该槠栲林主要分为甜槠[Castanopsis eyrei (Champ. ex Benth.) Tutch.]林[含甜槠-木荷(Schima superba Gardn. et Champ.)林]、栲(C. fargesii Franch.)林、米槠[C. carlesii (Hemsl.) Hayata]林、罗浮栲(C. fabrii Hance)林、南岭栲(C. fordii Hance)林5个类型,并对各个群落类型的特征作了详细的描述.年龄结构分析表明:甜槠林和米槠林为金字塔形结构; 南岭栲林为纺锤形结构; 罗浮栲林和甜槠-木荷林部分年龄结构缺失; 栲林既有金字塔形,也有年龄结构缺失的类型.从幼苗和幼树数量分析,大多类型更新情况良好,罗浮栲林和南岭栲林更新情况较差.  相似文献

Change of antioxidant capacity of the organic-free-radical scavengers to 1.1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH·) reagent in the leaf extracts of the seedlings and young trees of four woody species (Schima superba Gardn. et Champ., Castanopsis fissa (Champ. ex Benth.) Rehd. et Wils., Psychotria rubra (Lour.) Poir., Ardisia quinquegona Bl.) in exposureto different light intensities was investigated. The organic free radical scavenging capacity (ORSC) expressed as the percentage of decreasing DPPH· was 16%-59% (pot seedlings) or 48%-88% (young trees in the forest). The highest ORSC was observed in plants grown under natural light, and the ORSC reduced with the decreasing light intensity. Similar trend was observed through the assay of inhibition to linoleic acid oxidation. The ORSC of P. rufra, an understory shrub, was more sensitive to the change of light intensity. A linear relationship was found between ORSC and AsA (ascorbic acid) content (r=0.92) or the absorption around the wavelength of 204-227 nm. It is proposed that ORSC of leaf was regulated by incident light intensity, and the contents of AsA and, flavonoid phenolics might be the important components contributed to ORSC and total antioxidant activity of leaves. The increasing ORSC is likely to be a protective strategy of plant in response to strong light.  相似文献

Leaf discs from the pot-cultured seedlings of tree species and understory shrub species in a natural subtropical forest were treated with methyl viologen (MV) solution under low light or high light illumination. The degradation of chlorophyll and the leakage rate of electrolytes through membrane were enhanced by the increasing MV concentration and prolonged time of treatment. Membrane injury was more serious than oxidative bleaching of chlorophyll under the same condition. When leaf discs were subjected to short term (1 h) exposure of MV-photooxidation in high light (1 300 μmol·m-2·s-1), a pronounced decrease of Fv/Fm, ФPSⅡ and qp, as well as △A505, △A320 and ratio of qp/qN were observed in all tested species, which were accompanied by the increase of qN, KD and Fo. It demonstrated that photooxidation led to PSⅡ inactivation expressing in the reduction of the number of PS Ⅱ centre undergoing a stable charge separation and efficiency of the primary photochemical efficiency and noncyclic electron transport of PS Ⅱ. Partial excitation energy might dissipate via the useful nonphotochemical fluorescence quenching, but the lowering of △A505 was not consistent with the elevation of qN. Understory shrub Psychotria rubra Poir., Ardisia quinquegona BI. Showed more susceptibility to photooxidation than the upper canopy tree species Schima superba Gardn. et Champ., Castanopsis fissa (Champ.) ex Benth. ) Rend. et Wils. and Syzygium rehderianum Merr. et Perry.  相似文献

The adaptations and responses of photosynthesis to long- and short-term growth light gradient treatments were investigated in five subtropical forest plants, namely Pinus massoniana Lamb., Schima superba Gardn. et Champ., Castanopsis flssa (Champ. ex Benth.) Rehd. et Wils., Acmena acuminatissima (BI.) Merr et Perry, and Cryptocarya concinna Hance. With diurnal changes in sunlight and air temperature, the de-epoxidation state and lutein content in the five woody plants under three light Intensities first increased and then decreased during the day. However, maximal photochemical efficiency (FvFm; where Fm is the maximum fluorescence yield and Fv Is variable fluorescence) and the photochemical quantum yields of photosystem (PS)Ⅱ (φPSⅡ) of the species examined changed in the opposite manner, with those in plants grown under 100% natural light changing the most. After long-term treatment (21 months), anti-oxidant capacity (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH.)-scavenging capacity) and utilization of excitation energy showed differences in modulation by different light intensities. It was shown that A. acuminatissima and C. concinna, as dominant species in the late succession stage of a subtropical forest in Dinghu mountain, South China, were better able to adapt to different light environments. However, P. massonlana, the pioneer species of this forest, exhibited less adaptation to low light intensity and was definitely eliminated by the forest succession process.  相似文献

从疏花卫矛(Euonymus laxiflorus Champ. ex Benth.)树皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,通过波谱分析(NMR、MS、IR等),鉴定其结构分别为:羽扇豆醇 (1)、木栓酮 (2)、羽扇豆酮 (3)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛 (4)、东莨菪内酯 (5)、(+)-松脂醇 (6)、(-)-Isoyatein (7)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基肉桂醛 (8)、京尼平苷酸 (9)、胆甾醇 (10)、(8R,8′R,9R)-cubebin (11)、(8R,8′R,9S)-cubebin (12)、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基肉桂醛 (13)、二十六碳酸 (14)。化合物1~14均为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Garcinia species are well known for being used traditionally in many different ways in Guangxi and Yunnan, China. To preserve this knowledge, this study recorded the ethnobotanical importance of the genus Garcinia in this area. Ethnobotanical data were collected from seven prefectures in Guangxi (Baise, Chongzuo, Guilin, Fangchenggang, Hechi, Liuzhou, Qinzhou) and six prefectures in Yunnan (Dehong, Honghe, Lincang, Puer, Wenshan, Xishuangbanna) from different ethnic groups. The data were collected in different seasons during 2008, and then again between 2010 and 2014, and 2016. A total of 250 informants were interviewed. Free listing methods, Smith’ S value, use frequency, semi-structured interviews, and potential distribution analysis were used to gather the data. Nine species were identified: Garcinia bracteata C. Y. Wu ex Y. H. Li, Garcinia cowa Roxb., Garcinia esculenta Y. H. Li, Garcinia multiflora Champ. ex Benth., Garcinia oblongifolia Champ. ex Benth., Garcinia paucinervis Chun & How, Garcinia pedunculata Roxb., Garcinia xanthochymus Hook. f. ex T. Anders., and Garcinia yunnanensis Hu. For each species, the field distribution, use knowledge, estimated usage intensities, prediction for potential distributions, and traditional management were recorded and analyzed. Conclusions are that (1) local knowledge of Garcinia species is diversified and influenced by ethnic groups. They are used as edible fruit, medicine, wood, ornamental plants, and extracting oil; (2) different ethnic groups share similar ideas regarding sustainable harvest and meeting their needs through resource management; and (3) with the rapid socio-economic changes in these areas, the traditional knowledge of the local people is being threatened.  相似文献

In the present paper a new species, Osmanthus gracilinervis Chia ex R. L. Lu, is described from Guangxi. The new species is also distributed in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Hunan and Sichuan. Based on the analysis of a great deal of specimens, eight species, i.e. Osmanthus corymbosus H. W. Li, O. longispermus H. T. Chang, O. angustifolius H. T. Chang, O. triandrus H. T. Chang, O. longicarpus H. T. Chang, O. omeiensis Fang ex H. T. Chang, O. nanchuanensis H. T. Chang and 0. cylindricus H. T. Chang, are reduced as the synonyms of O. marginatus (Champ. ex Benth.) Hemsl. var. marginatus. O. longissimus H. T. Chang and O. pachyphyllus H. T. Chang are respectively reduced to varieties of O. marginatus, i.e.O. marginatus var. longissimus (H.T. Chang) R. L. Lu and var. pachyphyllus (H. T.Chang) R. L. Lu. And finally O. maximus H. T. Chang is treated in this paper as a synonym of O. matsumuranus Hayata.  相似文献

Treatment with 5-azacytidine, a DNA demethylating reagent, induced flowering in Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton var. crispa (Thunb. ex Murray) Decne. ex L. H. Bailey, an absolute short-day plant under long days. The 5-azacytidine treatment induced slight suppression of vegetative growth but had no obvious effect on any other phenotypes. The Southern hybridization analysis of the genomic DNA isolated from the leaves of 5-azacytidine-treated plants and digested with restriction enzyme, methylation-insensitive Msp I or methylation-sensitive Hpa II with P. frutescens 25S-18S rDNA intergenic spacer probe indicated that the 5-azacytidine treatment caused demethylation of the genomic DNA. The 5-azacytidine-induced flowering was delayed as compared with the short day-induced flowering. Flowers were formed even at the lower nodes which had not been directly treated with 5-azacytidine. The results suggest that DNA demethylation induced flowering by inducing the production of a transmissible flowering stimulus in P. frutescens .  相似文献
