极度濒危植物云南蓝果树(Nyssa yunnanensis)是雄性两性异株植物,其发表时仅根据雄花模式和果模式。作者通过野外观察和标本研究,发现目前对其雄花描述不全或不准确且缺乏两性花的描述,故本文修订了其雄花形态的原始描述,并且补充描述了其两性花和果实的形态特征。 相似文献

观察了云南蓝果树(Nyssa yunnanensis)种子的形态,并初步研究了萌发基质、光照、人工破坏内果皮和pH梯度碱液处理对云南蓝果树种子萌发的影响。结果表明:云南蓝果树种子(带内果皮)平均大小为0.94cm×0.52cm×0.17cm(长×宽×厚),千粒重约234.3g,有萌发瓣;红土/腐殖土/泥炭土(v/v/v,1∶1∶1)为云南蓝果树种子萌发的适宜基质;种子在光、暗条件下都能萌发;人工破坏内果皮能明显地提高种子的萌发率;碱液处理对云南蓝果树种子的萌发有抑制作用,但对中国蓝果树(N.sinensis)种子的萌发有促进作用。本文还对云南蓝果树的致濒原因进行了讨论。 相似文献

采用常规石蜡制片技术,对新疆阿魏不同发育时期的花和果实进行了显微切片观察.结果表明:新疆阿魏小孢子母细胞的减数分裂为同时型,小孢子四分体为四面体型和十字交叉型,成熟花粉粒为3-细胞型.雌蕊2心皮合生成2室,中轴胎座,每子房室内产生上、下2个胚珠原基,其中,下方的原基正常发育,而上方的原基停止发育并最终解体,因此,每室仅产生一枚发育正常的倒生胚珠,单珠被,薄珠心,胚囊发育为蓼型;珠被绒毡层和珠孔塞发生于大孢子四分体时期,并于四核胚囊时分化完全,八核胚囊时珠被绒毡层细胞径向延长;3个成熟的反足细胞具双核.胚乳发育为核型,细胞壁较厚,细胞排列紧密,可保护胚免受机械损伤及防止胚失水.胚乳细胞中含有大量PAS染色呈正反应的物质,一些胚乳细胞异常生长形成细胞体积大、核及核仁均较大的巨形细胞.胚胎发生为茄型,四细胞原胚为直线形,十六细胞原胚的顶部由2排各4个细胞组成.成熟种子具胚乳. 相似文献

Dipteronia is an endemic genus to China and includes only two species, Dipteronia sinensis and D.dyeriana.Based on random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers,a comparative study of the genetic diversity and genetic structure of Dipteronia was performed.In total,128 and 103 loci were detected in 17 D.sinensis populations and 4 D.dyeriana populations,respectively,using 18 random primers.These results showed that the proportions of polymorphic loci for the two species were 92.97% and 81.55%,respectively,indicating that the genetic diversity of D.sinensis was higher than that of D.dyeriana.Analysis,based on similarity coefficients,Shannon diversity index and Nei gene diversity index,also confirmed this result.AMOVA analysis demonstrated that the genetic variation of D.sinensis within and among populations accounted for 56.89% and 43.11% of the total variation,respectively,and that of D.dyeriana was 57.86% and 42.14%,respectively.The Shannon diversity index and Nei gene diversity index showed similar results.The abovementioned characteristics indicated that the genetic diversity levels of these two species were extremely similar and that the interpopulational genetic differentiation within both species was relatively high.Analysis of the genetic distance among populations also supported this conclusion.Low levels of interpopulational gene flow within both species were believed to be among the leading causes for the above-mentioned phenomenon.The correlation analysis between genetic and geographical distances showed the existence of a remarkably significant correlation between the genetic distance and the longitudinal difference among populations of D.sinensis (p<0.01),while no significant correlation was found between genetic and geographical distances among populations of D.dyeriana.This indicated that genetic distance was correlated with geographical distances on a large scale rather than on a small scale.This result may be related to differences in the selection pressure on species by their habitats with different distribution ranges.We suggest that in situ conservation efforts should focus on establishing more sites to protect the natural populations and their habitats.Ex situ conservation efforts should focus on enhancing the exchange of seeds and seedlings among populations to facilitate gene exchange and recombination,and to help conserve genetic diversity. 相似文献

以银鹊树幼嫩的合子胚为外植体诱导胚性愈伤组织,胚性愈伤经增殖后转接到液体培养基中悬浮继代培养,对其多次继代培养的胚性愈伤细胞的染色体数目检测发现:多次继代培养后的胚性愈伤细胞染色体数正常的比例为48.28%(2n=30),部分细胞出现染色体数目2n=15~60的变异,其变异率高达51.72%,其中以亚二倍体变异为主(40.07%).结果表明,在体细胞胚胎诱导形成过程中,胚性愈伤组织细胞在染色体水平上发生部分变异,这可能是体胚形成过程中畸形胚产生的根本原因. 相似文献

Nyssa (Nyssaceae, Cornales) represents a classical example of the well‐known eastern Asian–eastern North American floristic disjunction. The genus consists of three species in eastern Asia, four species in eastern North America, and one species in Central America. Species of the genus are ecologically important trees in eastern North American and eastern Asian forests. The distribution of living species and a rich fossil record of the genus make it an excellent model for understanding the origin and evolution of the eastern Asian–eastern North American floristic disjunction. However, despite the small number of species, relationships within the genus have remained unclear and have not been elucidated using a molecular approach. Here, we integrate data from 48 nuclear genes, fossils, morphology, and ecological niche to resolve species relationships, elucidate its biogeographical history, and investigate the evolution of morphology and ecological niches, aiming at a better understanding of the well‐known EA–ENA floristic disjunction. Results showed that the Central American (CAM) Nyssa talamancana was sister to the remaining species, which were divided among three, rapidly diversified subclades. Estimated divergence times and biogeographical history suggested that Nyssa had an ancestral range in Eurasia and western North America in the late Paleocene. The rapid diversification occurred in the early Eocene, followed by multiple dispersals between and within the Erasian and North American continents. The genus experienced two major episodes of extinction in the early Oligocene and end of Neogene, respectively. The Central American N. talamancana represents a relic lineage of the boreotropical flora in the Paleocene/Eocene boundary that once diversified in western North America. The results supported the importance of both the North Atlantic land bridge and the Bering land bridge (BLB) for the Paleogene dispersals of Nyssa and the Neogene dispersals, respectively, as well as the role of Central America as refugia of the Paleogene flora. The total‐evidence‐based dated phylogeny suggested that the pattern of macroevolution of Nyssa coincided with paleoclimatic changes. We found a number of evolutionary changes in morphology (including wood anatomy and leaf traits) and ecological niches (precipitation and temperature) between the EA–ENA disjunct, supporting the ecological selection driving trait evolutions after geographic isolation. We also demonstrated challenges in phylogenomic studies of lineages with rapid diversification histories. The concatenation of gene data can lead to inference of strongly supported relationships incongruent with the species tree. However, conflicts in gene genealogies did not seem to impose a strong effect on divergence time dating in our case. Furthermore, we demonstrated that rapid diversification events may not be recovered in the divergence time dating analysis using BEAST if critical fossil constraints of the relevant nodes are not available. Our study provides an example of complex bidirectional exchanges of plants between Eurasia and North America in the Paleogene, but “out of Asia” migrations in the Neogene, to explain the present disjunct distribution of Nyssa in EA and ENA. 相似文献

The methanol extract of Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels roots (Dang Gui) has been shown to exhibit competitive binding to the GABAa receptor, suggesting the presence of GABAergic ligands. Chromatographic fractionation of the methanol extract led to the isolation of two GABAergic dimeric phthalides 1 and 2. Gelispirolide (1) was elucidated as a new phthalide dimer composed of a Z-ligustilide and a Z-butylidenephthalide unit on the basis of spectroscopic approaches including one- and two-dimensional NMR, HRESIMS and HRESIMS-MS. Compound 2 was identified as the known dimeric phthalide, riligustilide, by comparison of its spectroscopic data with literature values. Its dimeric linkage and stereochemistry were ascertained by a single crystal X-ray diffraction experiment. Both dimers 1 and 2 were found to be active in an in vitro GABAa receptor-binding assay with IC50 values of 29 and 24 microM, respectively. 相似文献

探讨当归内酯(ASDL)对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的重构作用。通过小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制动物模型。采用免疫器官重量法和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验检测了ASDL对非特异性免疫功能的影响;用血清溶血素分光光度法检测了对体液免疫功能的作用;用MTT法进行了致分裂原诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增值反应实验,再用乳酸脱氢酶法测定了NK和CTL细胞活性,从而确定ASDL对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明:ASDL能够对免疫低下小鼠的非特性和特异性免疫功能起到一定的重构作用。但是这种效果并不是剂量依赖性的,20 mg/kg这个剂量的效果明显好于5和80 mg/kg这两个剂量。上述结果表明ASDL能够显著提高免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。 相似文献

ABSTRACT The embryology of Clitoria ternatea was studied. Anthers contain four sporangia. The anther wall comprises an epidermis, an endothecium, a middle layer and a glandular tapetum. Microspore tetrads are tetrahedral and pollen grains are shed at the 2-cell stage. The ovule is campylotropous, bitegmic and crassinucellate. The micropyle is formed by both the integuments. The megaspore tetrad is linear or T-shaped. The chalazal megaspore is functional and embryo sac development follows the monosporic Polygonum type. Endosperm development is of the nuclear type. Abstract: The embryology and seed structure of Paepalanthus sect. Actinocephalus species were studied. The embryological and structural seed characters fit well with those of the other commelinaceous families. Within the Commelinales sensu Dahlgren, Eriocaulaceae and Xyridaceae represent two embryologically close families. In Paepalanthus sect. Actinocephalus the ovule is orthotropus, bitegmic, and tenuicellate with a micropyle formed by the inner integument. The seeds are endotestal. The outer cell layer of the testa and the outer periclinal wall of the endotesta disintegrate during development. The endotegmen is tanniniferous. The outer layer of the tegmen becomes compressed and is no longer recognizable in the mature seed. The seeds are operculate. 相似文献

The development of next-generation sequencing technologies allows researchers to address complex problems in species delimitation, especially for non-model organisms. The taxonomic status of North American Nyssa species has long been debated and remains controversial. To elucidate the genetic structure and phylogenetic relationships of the five currently recognized North American Nyssa species, we conducted whole-genome sequencing of representative individuals and identified genome-wide single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) by utilizing the recently released chromosome-level assembly of Nyssa sinensis genome. Population genetic and phylogenetic analyses consistently inferred four well-supported genetic clusters from our sampled individuals, that is, N. aquatica, N. ogeche, N. sylvatica, and N. biflora–N. ursina. Although the identification of N. biflora and N. ursina is primarily based on the morphological characteristics of leaves and drupes, the present evidence, including our principal components analysis of leaf morphological traits, strongly supports the taxonomic designation of N. biflora and N. ursina as a single species. In addition, these four genetic clusters were grouped into two major clades, that is, clade 1 (N. aquatica and N. ogeche) and clade 2 (N. sylvatica and N. biflora–N. ursina). Despite the fact that no evidence of widespread gene flow was found between these two major clades, our analyses revealed the possibility of introgression from N. sylvatica into N. biflora, albeit at a relatively low frequency. This study demonstrates the use of whole-genome sequences as a promising avenue for delimiting species boundaries and further advocates for an integrative approach in the assessment of species delimitation. 相似文献

Somatic embryo formation and germination from immature embryo-derived suspension-cultured cells of Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Embryogenic callus was induced from immature embryos of Angelica sinensis cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) basal medium. Embryogenic callus growth was more rapid on MS basal medium than on B5
or White medium. Embryogenic callus was used to establish a suspension culture and somatic embryos and germinating embryos
developed during the culture. A shaking speed of 80 rpm was found to be optimal for establishing suspension cultures, while
100 rpm produced more somatic embryos and germinating embryos with an initiation cell density of 0.2 ml packed cell volume/25
ml medium. Adding 0.3% agar to the liquid medium also stimulated the formation of somatic and germinating embryos. While no
plant growth regulators were needed for culture initiation and plant regeneration, the addition of 0.5–1 mg/l 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic
acid was needed to maintain the embryogenic suspension culture by preventing embryo germination. Forty percent of the germinating
embryos survived after culturing on filter paper moistened with liquid half-strength MS medium containing 3% sucrose. The
plants were successfully transferred into soil.
