目的:探讨喉癌患者抑郁情绪的现状及其主要影响因素,并提出相应的护理对策。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(sos)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)以及自行设计问卷,对96例经治的喉癌患者进行现况调查。采用SPSS13.0软件进行单因素和多因素累积logistic回归分析。结果:本研究实际有效测评96例患者,发现抑郁者54例,占56.25%;本组患者SDS为(37.59:1:8.74)分,与全国常模SDS(33.46±8.55,n=1340)相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);单因素和多因素累积logistic回归表明性别、文化程度、医疗费用来源、病程、治疗方案及社会支持度与无抑郁症患者相比差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论:喉癌患者抑郁情绪比较严重,护理人员应采取针对性的护理对策,提高患者的心理健康水平,促进躯体疾病康复。  相似文献

Cytoscape是一个广泛应用于分子相互作用网络可视化的软件.发展了一个基于java的Cytoscape插件PNmerger.对于一个蛋白质相互作用网络,PNmerger能够使用KEGG数据库中的通路信息自动注释网络中的蛋白质.并通过网络和通路的比较发现网络中已知的通路元件,预测可能的通路元件及通路交联元件.该软件可以可视化网络中存在的通路模块,并将连接不同通路间的潜在交联元件显示出来.PNmerger软件能够有效地帮助实验人员发现网络中重要的功能线索,帮助实验人员进行实验设计.用户可以通过网站http://www.hupo.org.cn/PNmerger下载PNmerger插件.  相似文献

This study implements qualitative and quantitative methodologies in the development of a culturally appropriate instrument of stress for Mexican immigrant farmworkers. Focus groups were used to uncover culturally based perspectives on life stressors, definitions of stress, and stress mediators. Qualitative data were analyzed using QSR NVivo and then used to develop a 23-item stress scale. The scale was tested for reliability and validity in an independent sample and demonstrates excellent reliability (α = 0.9123). Test-retest coefficients of the stress scale are also strong (r = 0.8344, p = 0.0000). Qualitative analyses indicated three major sources of stress: work, family, and community. Emotional aspects of stress also emerged, demonstrating a cultural perspective of stress closely related to feelings of despair and not being able to find a way out of despairing situations. This paper reveals themes gathered from the qualitative data and identifies reliability and validity constructs associated with the scale. The stress scale developed as part of this investigation is a reliable and culturally appropriate instrument for assessing stress among Mexican immigrant farmworkers.  相似文献

Tor (Target of Rapamycin) pathway underlies a major signaling mechanism for controlling cell growth and proliferation1. Rheb (Ras homolog enriched in brain) is a small GTPase in the Tor pathway2-4. Similar to other small GTPases, Rheb cycles between a GTP-bound active state and a GDP-bound inactive state. TSC2 (Tuberous sclerosis complex 2), a gene mutated in an autosomal dominant disease Tuberous sclerosis, was shown to be the Rheb-GAP (GTPase activating protein)5, 6. However, a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for Rheb had been missing. Human TCTP (Translationally controlled tumor protein) has been implicated in cancer, but its function in vivo has not been clearly elucidated. Recently we reported a molecular genetic characterization of TCTP function in Drosophila7. Drosophila TCTP (dTCTP) displays GEF activity to Rheb and is essential for Rheb activation in organ growth. Thus, our study provides a tight linkage of dTCTP to the Rheb-TOR pathway. In this addendum, we will briefly overview our findings and discuss our perspectives for future research on TCTP.  相似文献

Mallard duckling distress calls consist of a series of stereotyped notes and are usually given in calling bouts. When two or more ducklings are separated from their brood and begin to distress call, they alternate their calls, with each bird inhibiting its own vocalizations during those of another bird. In two playback experiments we reduced the acoustic variability found in distress calls and examined the effect this had on the alternation response of ducklings. In Exp. 1, one treatment involved an unedited tape-recording of a natural bout of 8 distress calls. Three other treatments involved edited tapes in which (a) the original 8 calls were presented, but at a constant intercall period, or (b) a single call was repeated 8 times at the natural (variable) intercall periods, or (c) a single call was repeated 8 times at a constant intercall period. The two tapes on which the same call was repeated 8 times elicited significantly weaker alternation responses from ducklings than the two tapes on which the original 8 calls were presented; the manipulation of the intercall period had no significant effect on the alternation response. In Exp. 2, analogous manipulations were performed to remove the variability between the notes within a single distress call or between the internote periods within that call. Ducklings alternated significantly better with the unedited distress call than with the distress calls in which variability had been removed. These results suggest that the variability found within many “Fixed Action Patterns” may serve an important antihabituation function.  相似文献
