Two Gram-positive, catalase-positive, oxidase-negative, motile, endospore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria, designated as 0911MAR22V3T and 0911TES10J4, were isolated from air samples collected in two show caves, located in Andalusia, Southern Spain. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that both strains were indistinguishable and they were most closely related to Bacillus humi DSM 16318T (98%). DNA–DNA hybridization values of the strain 0911MAR22V3T with respect to strain 0911TES10J4 and B. humi DSM 16318T were 76.8% (73.9%, reciprocal) and 56.9% (63.3%, reciprocal analysis), respectively. Whole genome average nucleotide identity (ANI) values of both strains were in the threshold value for species delineation and less than 85% with B. humi. Strains 0911MAR22V3T and 0911TES10J4 grew at 10–47 °C (optimum 37 °C), at pH 6–9.5 and with 0–8% (w/v) NaCl (optimum 1%). In both strains the dominant isoprenoid quinone was MK-7, the major cellular polar lipids were diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylethanolamine, and two more phospholipids, the predominant fatty acids were iso-C15:0 and anteiso-C15:0 and the DNA G + C content was 38 mol%. On the basis of their phylogenetic relatedness and their phenotypic and genotypic features, the strains 0911MAR22V3T and 0911TES10J4 should be attributed to a novel species within the genus Bacillus, for which the name Bacillus onubensis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is 0911MAR22V3T (=LMG 27963T = CECT 8479T); and strain 0911TES10J4 (CECT 8478) is a reference strain.  相似文献

Alexandrium species can be very difficult to identify, with A. catenella, A. tamarense, and A. fundyense that compose “Alexandrium tamarense species complex” (Atama complex) as a distinct example. DNA barcoding is promising to offer a solution but remains to be established. In this study, we examined the utility of ITS in resolving the Atama species complex, by analyzing previously studied strains plus unstudied Chinese strains within the LSU- and SSU-rDNA based group/clade frameworks recently established. We further investigated the presence of intragenomic polymorphism and its implications in species delimitation. Similar to the previous SSU and LSU results, our ITS-based phylogenies divided the complex to five clusters, but with longer and evener branch lengths between the clusters. Based on the ITS region, the inter-cluster genetic distances (p = 0.134–0.216) were consistently and substantially greater than intra-cluster genetic distances (p = 0.000–0.066), with an average inter-cluster (species) distance (p = 0.167) 7.6-fold of the average intraspecific difference (p = 0.022), qualifying the approximately 510–520 bp ITS as a DNA barcode for Atama complex. We detected varying levels of intragenomic polymorphism in ITS but found that this did not impact the taxon-resolving power of this gene. With this DNA barcode, the new East and South China Sea strains and one Antarctic strain were placed in Clade IIC/Group IV, even though there were 7–10 polymorphic sites in their ITS, in contrast to none in SSU. Furthermore, our results suggest that the five clusters are recognizable as distinct species according to the phylogenetic species concept. Based on the phylogenetic placements of the type-locality strains of the existing three morphospecies and the dominant localities of other strains, we propose that Group I/Clade I be designated as A. fundyense, Group III/Clade IIB as A. tamarense, Group IV/Clade IIC as A. catenella, Group II/Clade IIA as A. mediterranis, and Group V/Clade IID as A. australis.  相似文献

The nucleotide sequence of the 5.8S rRNA gene and the flanked internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions of six Trichomonas vaginalis isolates with different metronidazole sensitivity and geographic origin were genotyped. A multiple sequence alignment was performed with different sequences of other isolates available at the GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ databases, which revealed 5 different sequence patterns. Although a stable mutation in position 66 of the ITS1 (C66T) was observed in 26% (9/34) of the T. vaginalis sequences analyzed, there was 99.7% ITS nucleotide sequence identity among isolates for this sequence. The nucleotide sequence variation among other species of the genus Trichomonas ranged from 3.4% to 9.1%. Surprisingly, the % identity between T. vaginalis and Pentatrichomonas hominis was ~ 83%. There was > 40% divergence in the ITS sequence between T. vaginalis and Tritrichomonas spp., including Tritrichomonas augusta, Tritrichomonas muris, and Tritrichomonas nonconforma and with Tetratrichomonas prowazeki. Dendrograms grouped the trichomonadid sequences in robust clades according to their genera. The absence of nucleotide divergence in the hypervariable ITS regions between T. vaginalis isolates suggests the early divergence of the parasite. Importantly, these data show this ITS1-5.8S rRNA-ITS2 region suitable for inter-species differentiation.  相似文献

One of the major lipid peroxidation products trans-4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (HNE), forms cyclic propano- or ethenoadducts bearing six- or seven-carbon atom side chains to G > C ? A > T. To specify the role of SOS DNA polymerases in HNE-induced mutations, we tested survival and mutation spectra in the lacZα gene of M13mp18 phage, whose DNA was treated in vitro with HNE, and which was grown in uvrA? Escherichia coli strains, carrying one, two or all three SOS DNA polymerases. When Pol IV was the only DNA SOS polymerase in the bacterial host, survival of HNE-treated M13 DNA was similar to, but mutation frequency was lower than in the strain containing all SOS DNA polymerases. When only Pol II or Pol V were present in host bacteria, phage survival decreased dramatically. Simultaneously, mutation frequency was substantially increased, but exclusively in the strain carrying only Pol V, suggesting that induction of mutations by HNE is mainly dependent on Pol V. To determine the role of Pol II and Pol IV in HNE induced mutagenesis, Pol II or Pol IV were expressed together with Pol V. This resulted in decrease of mutation frequency, suggesting that both enzymes can compete with Pol V, and bypass HNE-DNA adducts in an error-free manner. However, HNE-DNA adducts were easily bypassed by Pol IV and only infrequently by Pol II.Mutation spectrum established for strains expressing only Pol V, showed that in uvrA? bacteria the frequency of base substitutions and recombination increased in relation to NER proficient strains, particularly mutations at adenine sites. Among base substitutions A:T  C:G, A:T  G:C, G:C  A:T and G:C  T:A prevailed.The results suggest that Pol V can infrequently bypass HNE-DNA adducts inducing mutations at G, C and A sites, while bypass by Pol IV and Pol II is error-free, but for Pol II infrequent.  相似文献

Tetranychus piercei McGregor and Tetranychus truncatus Ehara are major pests of many crops in Bangladesh, while Tetranychus bambusae Wang and Ma is found only on plants in the family Bambusaceae. We compared the development, survivorship, and life table parameters of T. piercei and T. truncatus on bean leaves and of T. bambusae on bamboo leaves at 25 °C, 60–70% RH and a photoperiod of 16:8 h (light:dark). The development times of T. piercei and T. truncatus from eggs to adult females were 10.2 and 8.8 days, respectively, when fed on bean leaves, while it took 9.5 days for T. bambusae feeding on Bambusa sp. leaves to develop from eggs to adult females. Mated T. piercei, T. truncatus, and T. bambusae females laid 186.9, 132.5, and 46.3 eggs on average over oviposition periods averaging 22.3, 13.5, and 20.2 days, respectively. The intrinsic rate of increase (rm) was 0.275 for T. piercei, 0.301 for T. truncatus, and 0.182 for T. bambusae; meanwhile the net reproductive rate (R0) was 114.5/female for T. piercei, 101.9/female for T. truncatus, and 25.4/female for T. bambusae. The doubling time (tD) was lowest in T. truncatus (2.3 days) compare to T. piercei (2.5 days) and T. bambusae (3.8 days). The two polyphagous Tetranychus mites collected in Bangladesh were found to share similar life table parameters with Tetranychus mites from various other regions irrespective of food sources. This is the first report of the life table parameters of T. bambusae reared on bamboo leaves.  相似文献

Nine strains of a novel Fusobacterium sp. were isolated from the stomach of 6–8 months old and adult pigs. The isolates were obligately anaerobic, although they endured 2 h exposure to air. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA and gyrase B genes demonstrated that the isolates showed high sequence similarity with Fusobacterium mortiferum, Fusobacterium ulcerans, Fusobacterium varium, Fusobacterium russii and Fusobacterium necrogenes, but formed a distinct lineage in the genus Fusobacterium. Comparative analysis of the genome of the type strain of this novel Fusobacterium sp. confirmed that it is different from other recognized Fusobacterium spp. DNA-DNA hybridization, fingerprinting and genomic %GC determination further supported the conclusion that the isolates belong to a new, distinct species. The isolates were also distinguishable from these and other Fusobacterium spp. by phenotypical characterization. The strains produced indole and exhibited proline arylamidase and glutamic acid decarboxylase activity. They did not hydrolyse esculin, did not exhibit pyroglutamic acid arylamidase, valine arylamidase, α-galactosidase, β-galactosidase, β-galactosidase-6-phosphate or α-glucosidase activity nor produced acid from cellobiose, glucose, lactose, mannitol, mannose, maltose, raffinose, saccharose, salicin or trehalose. The major fatty acids were C16:0 and C18:1ω9c. The name Fusobacterium gastrosuis sp. nov. is proposed for the novel isolates with the type strain CDW1(T) (=DSM 101753(T) = LMG 29236(T)). We also demonstrated that Clostridium rectum and mortiferum Fusobacterium represent the same species, with nomenclatural priority for the latter.  相似文献

Strains V113T, V92 and V120 have been isolated from sand samples taken at the Atlantic intertidal shore in Galicia, Spain, after the Prestige oil spill. A preliminary analysis of the 16S rRNA and the partial rpoD gene sequences indicated that these strains belonged to the Pseudomonas genus, but they were distinct from any known Pseudomonas species. They were extensively characterized by a polyphasic taxonomic approach and phylogenetic data that confirmed that these strains belonged to the Pseudomonas pertucinogena group. Phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA, gyrB and rpoD gene sequences showed that the three strains were 99% similar and were closely related to members of the P. pertucinogena group, with less than 94% similarity to strains of established species; Pseudomonas pachastrellae was the closest relative. The Average Nucleotide Index based on blast values was 89.0% between V113T and the P. pachastrellae type strain, below the accepted species level (95%). The predominant cellular fatty acid contents and whole cell protein profiles determined by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry also differentiated the studied strains from known Pseudomonas species. We therefore conclude that strains V113T, V92 and V120 represent a novel species of Pseudomonas, for which the name Pseudomonas gallaeciensis is proposed; the type strain is V113T (= CCUG 67583T = LMG 29038T).  相似文献

A Gram-negative staining, facultative anaerobic, cocco-bacillus-shaped organism was isolated from a post-operative abdominal wound. Based on morphological and biochemical criteria, strain MX 1040 ( = CCUG 54731T) was tentatively identified as Bacteroidaceae but did not correspond to any recognized species of this family. Comparative 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis demonstrated the organism to be related to species of the genus Dysgonomonas, although sequence divergence values of >5% with the other members of this genus demonstrated the organism to represent a novel species. Phylogenetic analysis revealed the novel organism to be most closely related to Dysgonomonas gadei. The major long-chain cellular fatty acids of the novel species consisted of iso-C14:0, anteiso-C15:0, C16:0, and iso-C16:0. Based on the phenotypic criteria and phylogenetic considerations, it is proposed that strain MX 1040 from a human clinical source represents a new species of the genus Dysgonomonas, as Dysgonomonas hofstadii sp. nov. A novel moderately thermophilic, heterotrophic anaerobe, designated strain LG1T, was isolated from the Mariner deep-sea hydrothermal vent field along the Eastern Lau Spreading Center and Valu Fa Ridge. Cells of strain LG1T were motile rods, occurring singly or in pairs, 0.6 μm in width and 1.2 μm in length. The strain LG1T grew between 40 and 70 °C (optimum 50–55 °C), at a pH between 5 and 8 (optimum pH 6.5) and with 7.5–50 g L−1 NaCl (optimum 30 g L−1). Sulfur, cystine and thiosulfate were reduced to sulfide, and cell yield was improved in the presence of cystine. Strain LG1T was an organotroph able to use a variety of organic compounds. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequence comparisons indicated that strain LG1T was affiliated to the genus Marinitoga within the order Petrotogales. It shared 95.34–96.31% 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity with strains of other Marinitoga species, and is most closely related to Marinitoga okinawensis. Genome analysis revealed the presence of a prophage sharing high sequence homology with the viruses MPV1, MCV1 and MCV2 hosted by Marinitoga strains. Based on the data from the phylogenetic analyses and the physiological properties of the novel isolate, we propose that strain LG1T is a representative of a novel species, for which the name Marinitoga lauensis sp. nov. is proposed; the type strain is LG1T (=DSM 106824 = JCM 32613).  相似文献

Two new Vibrio species, Vibrio aestivus and Vibrio quintilis, are described after a polyphasic characterization of strains M22T, M61 and M62T, isolated from seawater collected off a beach on the East coast of Spain (Valencia). All three strains are Gram negative, mesophilic, slightly halophilic, fermentative rods. V. aestivus (M22T = CECT 7558T = CAIM 1861T = KCTC 23860T and M61 = CECT 7559 = CAIM 1862 = KCTC 23861) is oxidase positive, reduces nitrates to nitrites, is negative for Voges Proskauer, arginine dihydrolase and indole and non hydrolytic on most substrates tested. The 16S rRNA gene sequences of M22T and M61 are most similar to Vibrio marisflavi (97.1–97.2%) but phylogenetic analysis using NJ, MP and ML methods display Vibrio stylophorae (96.2% similarity) as sibling species. The three species form a deep clade in the genus Vibrio. Average Nucleotide Identity (ANI) values, determined as a measure of overall genomic resemblance, confirmed that strains M22T and M61 are members of the same species, different to V. marisflavi CECT 7928T.V. quintilis (M62T = CECT 7734T = CAIM 1863T = KCTC 23833T) is aerogenic, arginine dihydrolase and Voges Proskauer positive, oxidase negative and unable to reduce nitrate, traits shared by most species in the Gazogenes clade. It is unpigmented and does not grow on TCBS Agar. 16S rRNA gene similarities to its nearest species, Vibrio aerogenes and Vibrio mangrovi, are 97.6% and 96.0% respectively. Strain M62T and V. aerogenes CECT 7868T display ANI values well below the 95% boundary for genomic species.  相似文献

A moderately thermophilic, strictly anaerobic, chemoautotrophic bacterium, designated strain HS1857T, was isolated from a deep-sea hydrothermal vent at the Noho site in the Mid-Okinawa Trough. Strain HS1857T grew between 35 and 63 °C (optimum 55 °C), in the presence of 10–55 g l?1 NaCl (optimum 25 g l?1), and pH 5.5–7.1 (optimum 6.4). Growth occurred with molecular hydrogen as the electron donor and elemental sulfur, nitrate, or selenate as the electron acceptors. Formate could serve as an alternative electron donor with nitrate as an electron acceptor. During growth with nitrate as the electron acceptor, strain HS1857T produced ammonium and formed a biofilm. CO2 was utilized as the sole carbon source. The G + C content of the genomic DNA was 33.2 mol%. Phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence indicated that strain HS1857T is a member of the order Nautiliales, showing a sequence similarity of 95.0% with Lebetimonas acidiphila Pd55T. The fatty acid composition was similar to that of L. acidiphila, which was dominated by C18:0 (47.0%) and C18:1 (23.7%). Based on the genomic, chemotaxonomic, phenotypic characteristics, the name Lebetimonas natsushimae sp. nov., is proposed. The type strain is HS1857T (= NBRC 112478T = DSM 104102T).  相似文献

A new strain of the parasitoid Trichogramma pretiosum, was collected in Rio Verde County, State of Goiás, Central Brazil, and designated as T. pretiosum RV. This strain was then found to be the most effective one among several different strains of T. pretiosum tested in a parasitoid selection assay. Therefore, its biological characteristics and thermal requirements were studied, aiming at allowing its multiplication under controlled environmental conditions in the laboratory. The parasitoid was reared on eggs of Pseudoplusia includens and Anticarsia gemmatalis at different constant temperatures within an 18–32 °C temperature range. The number of annual generations of the parasitoid was also estimated at those temperatures. Results have shown that T. pretiosum RV developmental time, from egg to adult, was influenced by all temperatures tested within the range, varying from 6.8 to 20.3 days and 6.0 to 17.0 days on eggs of P. includens and A. gemmatalis, respectively. The emergence of T. pretiosum RV from eggs of A. gemmatalis was higher than 94% at all temperatures tested. When this variable was evaluated on eggs of P. includens, however, the figures were higher than that within the 18–30 °C range (more than 98%), and were also statistically higher than the emergence observed at 32 °C (90.2%). The sex ratio of the parasitoids emerged from eggs of A. gemmatalis decreased from 0.55 to 0.29 at 18–32 °C, respectively. However, for those emerged from eggs of P. includens, the sex ratio was similar (0.73, 0.72 and 0.71) at 20, 28 and 32 °C, respectively. The lower temperature threshold (Tb) and thermal constant (K) were 10.65 °C and 151.25 degree-days when the parasitoid was reared on eggs of P. includens; and 11.64 °C and 127.60 degree-days when reared on eggs of A. gemmatalis. The number of generations per month increased from 1.45 to 4.23 and from 1.49 to 4.79 when the parasitoid was reared on eggs of P. includens and A. gemmatalis, respectively, following the increases in the temperature.  相似文献

The parasitoid, Diadegma semiclausum (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) is one of the most effective parasitoids of diamondback moth (DBM) in the highlands (> 1600 m above sea level) of Asia. A Diadegma population from the lowland areas of Homs, Syria (about 203–487 m above sea level) was examined to determine if it differs at the species-level from the D. semiclausum and other Diadegma populations present in different countries using molecular diagnostic tools. Phylogenetic analysis based on the neighbor-joining method using the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (COI) and the nuclear internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) sequences grouped the Homs (Syria) Diadegma population with D. semiclausum populations from other countries. The results suggest that D. semiclausum occurs in the lowland conditions in Homs (Syria), where the temperature is higher. The Homs (Syria) strain did not show any variations in the parasitism when the parasitized host (DBM) larvae were exposed to varying temperatures for 24 h. It could not survive when the parasitized DBM larvae were continuously reared at 35 °C; however it inflicted significantly higher parasitism when the parasitized DBM larvae were reared at day and night temperatures of 35 °C and 20 °C, respectively. Preliminary results indicate that the D. semiclausum strain from Homs (Syria) possesses some level of heat tolerance, which could be exploited for successful management of DBM in the tropical lowlands.  相似文献

Two closely related, thermophilic bacteria, designated strains YIM 76954T and YIM 76947, were isolated from the Rehai Geothermal Field, Tengchong, Yunnan province, south-west China. Polyphasic approach and whole genome sequencing were used to determine the taxonomy status and genomic profiles of the novel strains. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences indicated that the two isolates were closely related to Thermus scotoductus SE-1T (97.1% sequence similarity), and T. amyloliquefaciens YIM 77409T (96.6%). The strains could be differentiated from most recognized Thermus species by their whitish to slight reddish colony color, distinct DNA fingerprinting profiles and low ANI values. Cells stained Gram-negative, rod-shaped of diameter 0.2–0.5 μm and length 1.5–5.0 μm. Growth occurred at 50–75 °C, pH 6.0–9.0 and in the presence of up to 1.0% (w/v) NaCl concentration. Thiosulfate was found to enhance cell growth, besides improving the intensity of its colony color. Oxygen, nitrate, sulfur, and Fe(III) could be used as terminal electron acceptors for growth. MK-8 was the major respiratory menaquinone. Major fatty acids were iso-C17:0, iso-C15:0, anteiso-C17:0, and anteiso-C15:0. The genome size was 2.26 Mbp with 65.5% average GC content. A total of 2374 genes was predicted, comprising 2322 protein-coding and 52 RNA genes. On the basis of the polyphasic evidence presented, it is proposed that strain YIM 76954T represents a novel species of the genus Thermus, for which the name Thermus tenuipuniceus sp. nov. is proposed. A magnetotactic bacterium, designated strain BW-1T, was isolated from a brackish spring in Death Valley National Park (California, USA) and cultivated in axenic culture. The Gram-negative cells of strain BW-1T are relatively large and rod-shaped and possess a single polar flagellum (monotrichous). This strain is the first magnetotactic bacterium isolated in axenic culture capable of producing greigite and/or magnetite nanocrystals aligned in one or more chains per cell. Strain BW-1T is an obligate anaerobe that grows chemoorganoheterotrophically while reducing sulfate as a terminal electron acceptor. Optimal growth occurred at pH 7.0 and 28 °C with fumarate as electron donor and carbon source. Based on its genome sequence, the G + C content is 40.72 mol %. Phylogenomic and phylogenetic analyses indicate that strain BW-1T belongs to the Desulfobacteraceae family within the Deltaproteobacteria class. Based on average amino acid identity, strain BW-1T can be considered as a novel species of a new genus, for which the name Desulfamplus magnetovallimortis is proposed. The type strain of D. magnetovallimortis is BW-1T (JCM 18010T–DSM 103535T).  相似文献

The plant tumorigenic strain NCPPB 1650T isolated from Rosa × hybrida, and four nonpathogenic strains isolated from tumors on grapevine (strain 384), raspberry (strain 839) and blueberry (strains B20.3 and B25.3) were characterized by using polyphasic taxonomic methods. Based on 16S rRNA gene phylogeny, strains were clustered within the genus Agrobacterium. Furthermore, multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA) based on the partial sequences of atpD, recA and rpoB housekeeping genes indicated that five strains studied form a novel Agrobacterium species. Their closest relatives were Agrobacterium sp. R89-1, Agrobacterium rubi and Agrobacterium skierniewicense. Authenticity of the novel species was confirmed by average nucleotide identity (ANI) and in silico DNA–DNA hybridization (DDH) comparisons between strains NCPPB 1650T and B20.3, and their closest relatives, since obtained values were considerably below the proposed thresholds for the species delineation. Whole-genome-based phylogeny further supported distinctiveness of the novel species, that forms together with A. rubi, A. skierniewicense and Agrobacterium sp. R89-1 a well-delineated sub-clade of Agrobacterium spp. named “rubi”. As for other species of the genus Agrobacterium, the major fatty acid of the strains studied was 18:1 w7c (73.42–78.12%). The five strains studied were phenotypically distinguishable from other species of the genus Agrobacterium. Overall, polyphasic characterization showed that the five strains studied represent a novel species of the genus Agrobacterium, for which the name Agrobacterium rosae sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain of A. rosae is NCPPB 1650T (=DSM 30203T = LMG 230T = CFBP 4470T = IAM 13558T = JCM 20915T).  相似文献

The value of electromyography (EMG) is sensitive to many physiological and non-physiological factors. The purpose of the present study was to determine if the torque–velocity test (T–V) can be used to normalize EMG signals into a framework of biological significance. Peak EMG amplitude of gluteus maximus (GMAX), vastus lateralis (VL), rectus femoris (RF), biceps femoris long head (BF), gastrocnemius medialis (GAS) and soleus (SOL) was calculated for nine subjects during isometric maximal voluntary contractions (IMVC) and torque–velocity bicycling tests (T–V). Then, the reference EMG signals obtained from IMVC and T–V bicycling tests were used to normalize the amplitude of the EMG signals collected for 15 different submaximal pedaling conditions. The results of this study showed that the repeatability of the measurements between IMVC (from 10% to 23%) and T–V (from 8% to 20%) was comparable. The amplitude of the peak EMG of VL was 99 ± 43% higher (p < 0.001) when measured during T–V. Moreover, the inter-individual variability of the EMG patterns calculated for submaximal cycling exercises differed significantly when using T–V bicycling normalization method (GMAX: 0.33 ± 0.16 vs. 1.09 ± 0.04, VL: 0.07 ± 0.02 vs. 0.64 ± 0.14, SOL: 0.07 ± 0.03 vs. 1.00 ± 0.07, RF: 1.21 ± 0.20 vs. 0.92 ± 0.13, BF: 1.47 ± 0.47 vs. 0.84 ± 0.11). It was concluded that T–V bicycling test offers the advantage to be less time and energy-consuming and to be as repeatable as IMVC tests to measure peak EMG amplitude. Furthermore, this normalization method avoids the impact of non-physiological factors on the amplitude of the EMG signals so that it allows quantifying better the activation level of lower limb muscles and the variability of the EMG patterns during submaximal bicycling exercises.  相似文献
