采用盆栽法研究茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理后番茄叶片营养物质含量、次生代谢物含量和防御酶活性,以及MeJA处理对烟粉虱成虫的防治效果。结果表明:外源MeJA可以诱导番茄叶内营养物质含量的降低,用0.0225 mmol·L-1的MeJA处理5 d后,番茄叶片中可溶性糖和蛋白质含量最低,诱导效应最强;外源MeJA可诱导番茄叶内次生代谢产物含量的升高,用0.0225 mmol·L-1的MeJA处理5 d后,番茄叶中单宁和黄酮含量最高,诱导效应最强;外源MeJA能够诱导番茄叶内防御性酶(POD和PPO)活性升高,随着时间的延长(0~14 d),不同浓度MeJA处理后防御酶活性呈现出先上升后下降再上升的变化趋势,且用0.0225 mmol·L-1的MeJA处理5 d后,番茄叶中POD和PPO活性最大,诱导效应最强;不同浓度的外源MeJA对烟粉虱的防效不同,用0.0225 mmol·L-1MeJA处理5 d后,对烟粉虱的防治效果最好,防效可达86.96%;外源茉莉酸甲酯处理可以通过降低营养物质含量、提高次生代谢产...  相似文献

化学农药仍是目前蔬菜烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci防控的重要措施,研发有效的非化学措施防控烟粉虱是蔬菜绿色生产亟待解决的问题。本文以苏椒15号(感性品种)和新苏椒五号(抗性品种)辣椒Capsicum annuum L.为对象,通过在辣椒上喷施茉莉酸甲酯,研究外源茉莉酸甲酯对烟粉虱发育历期、存活率、消化酶活性和田间烟粉虱种群动态的影响。研究发现,取食茉莉酸甲酯处理的辣椒后烟粉虱的发育历期显著延长、存活率明显下降。其中取食感性品种辣椒和抗性品种辣椒的烟粉虱发育历期分别延长7.66 d和9.66 d,存活率分别下降10.5%和9.89%;取食感性品种辣椒的烟粉虱主要是延长卵期、4龄若虫期和伪蛹期,而取食抗性品种辣椒的烟粉虱各历期均延长。外源茉莉酸甲酯对烟粉虱体内消化酶的活性也有明显的影响,取食茉莉酸甲酯处理的辣椒后烟粉虱的消化酶活性显著下降,取食感性品种辣椒和抗性品种辣椒24 h后,胰蛋白酶活力分别较对照下降了61.86%和45.0%,糜蛋白酶活性分别较对照下降了47.29%和40.11%。大田辣椒上喷施茉莉酸甲酯后,烟粉虱的种群数量迅速下降,但在抗性品种和感性品种上烟粉虱的校正虫口减退率没有明显的差异。研究发现,外源茉莉酸甲酯处理,可以延缓烟粉虱的发育速率,降低胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶的活性,对田间烟粉虱种群也有较好的控制作用。  相似文献

有害生物为害植物后可以诱导后者产生防御抗性,进而对同株植物上其它生物产生一定的负面影响。本文以蔬菜生产中的两大重要有害生物——南方根结线Meloidogyne incognita和烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci为研究对象,在实验室内, 利用不同浓度(200头/株、500头/株、1000头/株)的南方根结线虫侵染番茄,分别在侵染后的第3、7、11 d接种烟粉虱,研究南方根结线虫为害番茄后诱导的植物抗性对叶部害虫烟粉虱生长发育及存活等特性的影响。结果表明,受三种浓度的南方根结线虫危害3 d、7 d和11 d后的番茄植株上,与对照植株上相比烟粉虱卵至成虫的发育明显延长;当500头/株和1000头/株浓度南方根结线虫危害3 d 和7 d 后,该番茄植株上烟粉虱的发育历期与对照相比差异达到显著水平,而在南方根结线虫危害11 d的番茄上,尽管烟粉虱发育历期也随接种南方根结线虫浓度的增加而延长,但处理组与对照组之间的发育历期均无显著差异。在南方根结线虫危害3 d、7 d后的番茄上接种烟粉虱,后者卵-成虫的存活率较对照组番茄上明显下降,且差异达到显著水平,而南方根结线虫不同为害时间、不同为害浓度的处理之间对烟粉虱存活率的影响差异并不显著。研究表明,当南方根结线虫与烟粉虱分别在根部和叶部为害同一株植物时,前者通过植物对后者的影响是负面的,二者之间的互作关系应属于拮抗类型。  相似文献

在实验室条件下[温度(26±1)℃,相对湿度(75±5)%,光照L∶D=14∶10],对烟粉虱[Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)]在烟草、假连翘、一品红、扶桑等4种寄主植物上的发育、存活、繁殖力及若虫个体形态进行了研究。结果表明:烟粉虱在上述4种寄主植物上从卵至成虫的发育历期分别为:17.63、25.70、23.15、20.32 d,存活率为:62.63%、58.48%、43.69%、52.45%。烟粉虱在烟草、假连翘、一品红、扶桑上的单雌产卵量分别为337.80、307.40、157.00、57.20粒,种群增长指数(I)分别为117.95、107.86、37.86、16.24。  相似文献

研究了7个不同温度梯度对烟粉虱(Beimisia tabaci )B生物型发育、存活和繁殖的影响。在17℃时,烟粉虱从卵到成虫羽化需要48.7天,而在29℃则仅需要13.9天。烟粉虱发育的最佳温度是26℃,低温(<20℃)和过高的温度(>32℃)对烟粉虱发育有抑制作用。经线性回归分析,烟粉虱的发育起点温度约为13℃,有效积温为263.8℃。烟粉虱在20℃时,其成虫寿命和产卵量都是32℃时2倍多,单雌最高产卵量达到208粒。烟粉虱的存活率以26℃时最高,低温和高温对烟粉虱的存活率有负面影响。烟粉虱的内禀增殖率在26℃和29℃时较高,分别为0.1456和0.1470。所有数据显示26℃是烟粉虱种群发育和繁殖的最佳温度。  相似文献

研究了烟粉虱 B型 ( Bemisia tabaci Gennadius)在番茄、茄子、黄瓜和甘蓝上的发育、存活和繁殖情况。在 2 6± 1℃的条件下 ,烟粉虱从卵发育到成虫的存活率以在甘蓝上的最高 ,为 68.5 5 % ,黄瓜上的最低 ,为46.2 8% ;发育时间以在茄子上最短 ,为 1 7.5 d,黄瓜上最长 ,为 1 9.3d,差异显著 ;平均单雌产卵量以在甘蓝上最大 ,为 1 43粒 ,黄瓜上最小 ,为 98.2 5粒 ;成虫的寿命以在甘蓝上最长 ,平均为 2 5 .2 d,黄瓜上为 1 7.2 d;内禀增长率 rm以在茄子上的最大 ,为 0 .1 41 6,黄瓜上最小 ,为 0 .1 1 43。综合比较 4种不同寄主植物 ,茄子是烟粉虱种群生长发育和繁殖最适宜的寄主  相似文献

为了探讨寄主钾营养对烟粉虱发育、存活和寄主选择的影响,设置了K0(0 mg/L)、K30(30 mg/L)、K60(60 mg/L)、K120(120 mg/L)和K240(240 mg/L)5种不同钾浓度,研究了烟粉虱在不同处理黄瓜上的发育历期、存活率、体形以及成虫的寄主选择。结果表明:在温度(26±1)℃,相对湿度80%±5%的条件下,取食不同钾营养水平黄瓜的烟粉虱在发育历期、存活率、体形上均有差异,其中在K240处理黄瓜上烟粉虱若虫发育最慢,从卵到成虫的时间最长,为21.4天,而在K60处理黄瓜上最快,为18.3天。在不同钾浓度处理寄主上从卵到成虫存活率以K30处理黄瓜上最高(84.7%),其次依次为K60(83.8%)、K120(76.2%)、K0(71.4%)和K240(64.8%)。在体形上以K30处理黄瓜上最大,K240处理黄瓜上最小。寄主选择性试验结果表明,在温室条件下,烟粉虱成虫喜欢在K60处理黄瓜上取食和产卵。这些结果提示在一定范围内可以通过调节寄主钾营养状况来调控烟粉虱种群。  相似文献

以清水为对照,研究了施用钙肥后一品红植株对B型烟粉虱发育、存活和取食为害的影响.结果表明:在温度(26±1)℃、相对湿度60%~80%条件下,钙肥处理的一品红植株上的B型烟粉虱在发育历期上与对照存在显著差异,卵期明显缩短,各龄若虫期延长,从卵到成虫的发育时间为20.18 d,而对照为18.72 d;但钙肥处理对B型烟粉虱各虫态的存活率无显著影响.B型烟粉虱的取食为害诱导了一品红叶片叶绿素荧光参数的变化,显著降低了叶片的光合作用能力,其中光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭系数(qp)、光能利用效率(α)、最大光合速率(rETRmax)以及对光的耐受能力(Ik)显著降低,而非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)显著增加.钙肥处理一品红受害叶片的光抑制参数(β)、rETRmax和Ik水平与对照相当.通过指甲油印迹法观察叶片下表皮细胞的形态结构发现,钙肥能有效增强叶片对B型烟粉虱为害损失的补偿.  相似文献

共生菌Cardinium是烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci体内的一种内共生细菌,对烟粉虱的生物学特性有着重要的影响。本文利用PCR技术,首先对两种入侵的B、Q生物型以及一种本土的Cv生物型烟粉虱种群体内Cardinium的感染率进行了检测,研究了不同浓度的利福平抗生素与高温处理对Q型烟粉虱体内的Cardinium的灭活情况;进一步比较了Cardinium阳性与阴性Q型烟粉虱种群在发育、存活与繁殖等方面的差异。研究结果表明,生物型不同,其体内Cardinium的感染率也存在显著差异;B、Q和Cv型烟粉虱Cardinium的感染率分别为26.7%、91.6%与82.9%。三种浓度的利福平蔗糖溶液(0.5、1.0与2.0 mg/m L)对Q型烟粉虱体内Cardinium的灭活效果不同,考虑到灭活效果及对烟粉虱生命力的影响,以1.0 mg/m L的浓度连续饲喂7 d以上的灭活效果最佳;高温36-40℃连续处理3-9 d均不能去除Q型烟粉虱体内的Cardinium。与Cardinium阳性的烟粉虱种群相比,阴性的Q型烟粉虱种群发育延迟,世代存活率降低,后代雄性比例增加,单雌产卵量减少。研究结果对于全面了解Cardinium共生菌与烟粉虱之间的互作关系具有重要的价值。  相似文献

Abstract. We examined the effects of starvation and oviposition on the reproductive physiology of the sweet potato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae). In a first set of experiments, females were starved as well as denied the opportunity to oviposit. The combined amounts of vitellogenin and vitellin per female increased by 69% when they were removed from plants for 24 h, egg load increased two-fold in approximately 4.5 h. The lipid content, on the other hand, decreased significantly over an 8 h perod. Thus, vitellogenin synthesis and the formation of mature eggs do not seem to be limited by the lack of nutrient intake or the ability to oviposit. In a second set of experiments, females were restricted to either young leaves of melon plants (Cumis melo), that are preferred oviposition sites, or to old melon leaves, that are non-preferred oviposition sites. At the end of the experiment, females on the old leaves contained significantly higher amounts of vitellogenins and vitellins than females confined to young leaves. These comparisons were made relative to body weight. The data also indicate that females accumulated both vitellogenins and lipids when confined to old leaves, but did not do so on young leaves. These results are consistent with the hypothesis that females of B. tabaci explicitly discriminate against older leaves for oviposition. We argue that examinations of changes in egg load or the combined vitellogenin and vitellin content that accompany oviposition can provide better insights into the oviposition behaviour of B. tabaci.  相似文献

Abstract.The reproductive physiology of sweet potato whiteflies, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae), was examined after their dispersal from cotton fields. Of particular interest was the synthesis of vitellogenins and the production of mature eggs. Whiteflies that dispersed out of fields, and were flying at ≈ 0.1 m above the soil surface, exhibited a reproductive physiology that was not significantly different from whiteflies that remained in cotton fields. However, B. tabaci caught at 2.1 m above the ground matured eggs at a significantly lower rate. It appears these latter whiteflies exhibit a physiology that indicates a reallocation of nutrient and energy resources in support of movement.  相似文献

Abstract: Biological control provides an environmentally harmonious and potentially stable management tactic to combat noxious pests such as Bemisia tabaci, notorious for its resistance to synthetic pesticides. Bioassays conducted under control chamber conditions integrating applications of the parasitoid Encarsia formosa, reared for 20 years on Trialeurodes vaporariorum, and the fungus Verticillium lecanii on the third‐fourth instar nymphs of B. tabaci on tomato, showed a comparable effect between the parasitoid‐fungus combined treatment and the fungus treatment alone (70.7% vs. 70.4%). Analysis of our results indicates antagonism between the two biocontrol agents related to the parasitoids’ ability to discriminate between infected and healthy B. tabaci nymphs. The parasitoid treatment alone produced 36.3% mortality, with no mortality in the distilled water controls. The behavioural performance of the parasitoid could have either genetic or environmental causes. Bioassays studying the feeding habit of the imported mirid predator Macrolophus caliginosus (adults) and the indigenous mirid Camptotylus reuteri (nymphs and adults) on eggs, or early second instar nymphs of B. tabaci, and choice preference tests indicated a significant difference in feeding between M. caliginosus and C. reuteri. There was no significant difference in percentage feeding of M. caliginosus on eggs (2.2%) or second instar nymphs (8.0%). There was a significant difference in feeding of M. caliginosus adults (18.6%) when offered eggs and second instars in the same arena compared with eggs or second instars offered separately. These results could be attributed to the biological behaviour of the predator having a type III functional response. Studies with the local C. reuteri species showed no significant difference in adult and nymphal consumption on second instars of B. tabaci compared with nymphs on eggs. However, C. reuteri adults fed less on eggs compared with nymphs. This local predatory species appears to be more efficient than M. caliginosus in feeding on particular stages of B. tabaci without depending on prey density. This is further supported by the low consumption of both adults and nymphs in the choice test (4% and 2.3%, respectively) compared with M. caliginosus adults (18.6%).  相似文献

Twelve new dinucleotide microsatellite loci of the whitefly, Bemisia tabaci, were obtained from enriched genomic libraries. Three polymerase chain reaction multiplex sets comprising three, five and four loci were optimized and characterized across 133 B. tabaci females from Israeli rearings and natural populations collected in four Mediterranean countries (Tunisia, France, Spain and Morocco). There were three to 24 alleles per locus and the observed heterozygosity was from 0.084 to 0.420. Deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was detected at four loci associated with significant heterozygote deficiencies due to null alleles and presence of subpopulations that were mostly in the Tunisian sample. Both egg load and levels of vitellogenin and vitellin increased when Bemisia tabaci Gennadius (Homoptera: Aleyrodidae), were deprived of host plants. These increases resulted in significant increases in rates of oviposition. There was no difference in total fecundity between whiteflies temporarily deprived of hosts and a control treatment that had continuous access to hosts. The results of previous exposure to a preferred host, melon (Cucumis melo), and a non-preferred host, cotton (Gossypium hirsutum), were also examined. B. tabaci deposited significantly more eggs during a 6-h period on melon than on cotton, regardless of host species they were previously confined to. In addition, whiteflies previously exposed to cotton, deposited more eggs than females previously exposed to melon. This higher rate of oviposition resulted in a low egg load as well as lower levels of vitellogenin and vitellin. Conversely, a low rate of oviposition led to high egg load and high levels of vitellogenin and vitellin. Individuals from the same treatment exhibited variation in egg load, which was negatively and significantly correlated with previous oviposition activity. We conclude that the effects of previous host plant exposure on oviposition were, in part, due to behavioral differences that are not related to the reproductive physiology.  相似文献

Recently, the Q biotype of tobacco whitefly has been recognized as the most hazardous strain of Bemisia tabaci worldwide because of increased resistance to some insecticide groups requiring alternative strategies for its control. We studied the susceptibility of this biotype of B. tabaci to 21 isolates of Beauveria bassiana, three isolates of Isaria fumosorosea, one isolate of I. cateni, three isolates of Lecanicillium lecanii, one isolate of L. attenuatum, and one isolate of Aschersonia aleyrodis. These isolates were evaluated on pruned eggplant seedlings, at a concentration of 108 conidia/mL (deposited at 6000±586 conidia mm?2). The mortality based on mycosis varied from 18 to 97% after 6 days. Isaria fumosorosea isolate Pf04, B. bassiana isolates Bb06, Bb12, and L. lecanii L14 were found the most effective. Furthermore, five isolates were chosen for concentration–mortality response assays and compared to B. bassiana GHA as a standard. The numbers of nymphs infected by fungi were correlated with the spore concentration. L. lecanii L14 and I. fumosorosea Pf04 had the shortest LT50 at 3.5 and 3.3 days at 6000±586 conidia mm?2. Mortality declined and LT50 values were longer as the concentration of conidia was reduced. The LD50 values were calculated as 87, 147, 191, 263, and 269 conidia mm?2 for isolates L14, GHA, AS1260, Bb13, and Pf04, respectively. These results indicated that the Q biotype of sweetpotato whitefly was susceptible to the five isolates of entomopathogenic fungi and these isolates have potential to be developed as microbial pesticides for whitefly control.  相似文献

【目的】为了揭示山东省农区烟粉虱 Bemisia tabaci 隐种的分布情况,对2013年7-8月份期间在该省不同农区采集的烟粉虱隐种组成进行了系统调查研究。【方法】在山东省15市22个地点作物上采集了69份烟粉虱样品,利用mtCOI基因PCR-RFLP方法进行了分子鉴定,并分析了烟粉虱Q隐种在不同寄主作物及地理区域内的分布状况。【结果】22个采集地点中,17个地点的采集样品全部为烟粉虱Q隐种;其他5个地点(潍坊、菏泽、泰安、淄博和临沂)的烟粉虱Q隐种所占比例均大于90%,B隐种比例较低(<10%)。烟粉虱Q隐种比例在5种寄主(茄子、辣椒、番茄、黄瓜和棉花)种群间以及在山东省东部丘陵、中部山地和西部平原地区间均没有显著差异。【结论】2013年田间调查发现烟粉虱Q隐种在山东各地已广泛取代B隐种成为该地区优势种群。  相似文献

在实验室恒温条件下,对B型烟粉虱Bemisiatabaci(Gennadius)寄主转换后的生长发育和繁殖进行初步研究。结果表明:B型烟粉虱从番茄转移到国抗22棉花上后,第1代转寄主烟粉虱的发育历期比第2代长19.2%,存活率低16.4%,第2代和第3代之间没有明显差异。受体寄主对B型烟粉虱发育速率的恢复有一定的影响。  相似文献

【背景】烟粉虱作为世界性的多食性害虫,对我国农业生产造成了严重危害。已有研究表明,许多植物的次级代谢产物能够对烟粉虱解毒酶和靶标酶活性产生影响。【方法】采用常规生化方法研究了辣椒碱对烟粉虱体内羧酸酯酶(CarE)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的影响。【结果】与对照相比,500mg·L^-1辣椒碱处理烟粉虱成虫后6h,CarE活性被激活,其他时段被抑制;1000mg·L^-1辣椒碱处理后6、12、48h,CarE活性受到抑制,其他时段被激活;2000mg·L^-1辣椒碱处理后6h,CarE活性受到抑制,其他时段被激活;d000mg·L^-1辣椒碱处理后3、12h,CarE活性受到抑制,其他时段被激活;8000mg·L^-1辣椒碱处理后1h,CarE活性被激活,其他时段受到抑制。辣椒碱对烟粉虱体内GSTs活性的诱导存在剂量和时间效应,8000mg·L^-1辣椒碱处理烟粉虱成虫后24和48h,GSTs活性受到明显抑制,其余各处理在任何时段GSTs活性均被激活而高于对照。辣椒碱各浓度处理对烟粉虱体内AChE活性的诱导存在时间效应,各处理均在处理后48h对AChE活性产生了抑制作用。【结论与意义】辣椒碱对烟粉虱体内的解毒酶CarE和GSTs、靶标酶AChE活性具有明显影响,且存在剂量或时间效应,这可为辣椒碱在生物农药领域的应用提供理论依据。  相似文献

对烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)在温室内甘薯寄主上主要生物学特性的研究表明:烟粉氮成虫喜光、喜湿,晴朗高温时活动性强,但扩散飞行能力弱;多在白天交尾,多在中午产卵,具有强的惫鬃性.若虫一生脱皮3次,若虫(除一龄初期)固定生活。卵的孵化及成虫的羽化也多发生在中午。雌雄性比为1.628:1,成虫平均寿命14.25天,雌成虫平均寿命比雄成虫长6.9天,每雌平均产卵158.5粒。以两性生殖为主,也可孤雌生殖,两性生殖的产卵量及卵孵化率均高于孤雌生殖。  相似文献
