目的:通过观察参麦注射液对高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂水平和一系列相关生化指标的影响,探讨其对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法:30只SPF级雄性SD大鼠用基础饲料适应性喂养1周,随机分为3组(n=10):对照组,模型对照组,参麦注射液组。对照组用基础饲料喂养,模型对照组和参麦注射液组用高脂饲料喂养,每周测定动物体重一次。参麦注射液组每天给予2次参麦注射液10 ml/kg,连续灌胃45 d。之后测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)和肝酯酶(HL)活性。结果:模型对照组大鼠体重、血清中TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),而HDL-C、SOD、GSH-Px、LPL和HL水平明显降低(P<0.01)。参麦注射液组大鼠体重、血清中TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA水平较模型对照组明显降低(P<0.01),而HDL-C、SOD、GSH-Px、LPL和HL水平明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液对高脂模型大鼠的血脂具有较明显的调节作用,并具有抗脂质过氧化的作用。  相似文献

There has been increasing interest in studying the various effects of organophosphate insecticides in humans and experimental animals. Only a few data are available on the effect of the organophosphate insecticide, diazinon, on lipid metabolism. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of diazinon on plasma lipid constituents in mammalian animals. The plasma levels of total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglycerides (TG), and phospholipids (PL) were measured in albino rats that were orally treated with a single dose of diazinon at a level of LD(50) or with repeated daily doses at the levels of 1/2, 1/8, and 1/32 LD(50) for 2, 8, and 32 days, respectively. After a 24 h post-treatment with a single LD(50) dose of diazinon, TC was not significantly changed, the HDL-C and PL levels were significantly decreased, but the LDL-C and TG levels were significantly increased. Separate daily oral administrations of diazinon at 1/2 LD(50), 1/8 LD(50), and 1/32 LD(50) doses resulted in a significant decrease in HDL-C and PL, with no significant change in TG. The LDL-C levels were significantly increased and TC showed no significant change with 1/2 LD(50) and 1/32 LD(50) doses of diazinon, whereas a significant decrease in the levels of TC, HDL-C, as well as LDL-C, was observed with the 1/8 LD(50) dose. These data suggest that diazinon may interfere with lipid metabolism in mammals.  相似文献

目的观察马齿苋及其不同提取部位对改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗糖脂代谢紊乱的影响。方法应用小剂量链脲佐菌素加高热量饲养的方法建立实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、马齿苋组、马齿苋MH部位组、马齿苋MS部位组及多烯康对照组,并设正常对照组,各组大鼠相应地给与灌胃治疗12周;检测各组糖代谢及脂代谢血生化指标。结果糖代谢方面,马齿苋组能明显改善实验性2型糖尿病大鼠糖耐量异常,FINS明显低于模型组,相应地ISI显著提高;马齿苋MH部位具有改善实验性2型糖尿病大鼠糖耐量异常的趋势,FINS水平有所下降,ISI有所增加,与模型组比较接近统计学意义;而马齿苋MS部位对2型糖尿病大鼠糖耐量异常影响不大,改善胰岛素作用不明显。脂代谢方面,马齿苋组与模型组比较,显著升高血清HDL-C水平,同时降低血清TC、TG和FFA水平。马齿苋MH部位与模型组比较,显著降低血清TG水平,同时降低血清TC和FFA水平,但升高血清HDL-C水平不明显。马齿苋MS部位与模型组比较,显著降低血清FFA水平,降低血清TG接近统计学意义,但对血清TC和HDL-C水平无明显影响。结论马齿苋能明显改善2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗糖代谢异常。马齿苋MH部位具有改善糖代谢的趋势,而马齿苋MS部位对糖代谢的影响不明显。马齿苋及其马齿苋MH部位、马齿苋MS部位对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗脂代谢异常均有明显的改善作用,但其侧重点各有不同,可能与其作用环节和机制不同有关。  相似文献

目的:研究成人原发肾病综合征(PNS)肾脏病理改变与血脂代谢紊乱的关系。方法:选取成人PNS患者109 例为研究对象, 分析不同病理类型PNS 患者血脂及血清脂蛋白代谢异常的发生率、代谢水平及胆固醇代谢异常的相关因素。结果:成人PNS 患 者血清总胆固醇(TC)升高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)升高、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)降低、甘油三酯(TG)升高的发生率分 别为89.90%、69.72%、9.17%、41.28%,高胆固醇血症占51.37%,混合型高脂血症占39.45%;微小病变型肾病(MCD)、膜性肾病 (MN)、系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)、局灶阶段性肾小球硬化(FSGS)组间TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C 代谢异常发生率及代谢水平 比较均无明显差别(P>0.05);病理类型为MCD 及n-MCD 的PNS 患者,胆固醇水平均与24 小时尿蛋白定量呈正相关(r=0.440, P=0.036;r=0.361,P=0.001),与血白蛋白水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:成人PNS患者血脂代谢异常以TC 及LDL-C 升高为 主,临床分型中以高胆固醇血症及混合型高脂血症为主;病理类型为MCD及n-MCD 的PNS 患者,胆固醇水平均与24 小时尿蛋 白呈正相关,与血白蛋白水平无明显相关性。  相似文献

为了探讨山楂总黄酮联合茶多酚对高脂膳食大鼠血脂及氧化应激的影响。将山楂总黄酮联合茶多酚灌胃高脂膳食大鼠5周,取血测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C);并测血清及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px);计算肝指数及进行肝病理组织学观察。结果发现,与模型组相比,山楂总黄酮联合茶多酚组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著下降,血清HDL-C水平显著升高,血清及肝组织MDA显著降低,S0D、GSH-Px活力明显升高,肝指数明显降低,肝细胞脂肪化程度明显减轻。表明山楂总黄酮联合茶多酚增强了高脂饮食大鼠的抗氧化水平,调节了脂质紊乱。  相似文献

Oleuropein-rich extracts from olive leaves and their enzymatic and acid hydrolysates, respectively rich in oleuropein aglycone and hydroxytyrosol, were prepared under optimal conditions. The antioxidant activities of these extracts were examined by a series of models in vitro. In this study the lipid-lowering and the antioxidative activities of oleuropein, oleuropein aglycone and hydroxytyrosol-rich extracts in rats fed a cholesterol-rich diet were tested. Wistar rats fed a standard laboratory diet or cholesterol-rich diets for 16 weeks were used. The serum lipid levels, the thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) level, as indicator of lipid peroxidation, and the activities of liver antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT)) were examined. The cholesterol-rich diet induced hyperlipidemia resulting in the elevation of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Administration of polyphenol-rich olive leaf extracts significantly lowered the serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C and increased the serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Furthermore, the content of TBARS in liver, heart, kidneys and aorta decreased significantly after oral administration of polyphenol-rich olive leaf extracts compared with those of rats fed a cholesterol-rich diet. In addition, these extracts increased the serum antioxidant potential and the hepatic CAT and SOD activities. These results suggested that the hypocholesterolemic effect of oleuropein, oleuropein aglycone and hydroxytyrosol-rich extracts might be due to their abilities to lower serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels as well as slowing the lipid peroxidation process and enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of administration of α-lipoic acid (LA) on lipid metabolism in high fructose–fed insulin-resistant rats. High-fructose feeding (60 g/100 g diet) to normal rats resulted in a significant increase in the concentrations of cholesterol, triglycerides (TGs), free fatty acids (FFAs), and phospholipids in plasma, liver, kidney, and skeletal muscle. Reduced activities of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and lecithin cholesterol acyl transferase (LCAT) and increased activity of the lipogenic enzyme hydroxymethylglutaryl–coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase were observed in plasma and liver. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly lowered and very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly elevated. Treatment with LA (35 mg/kg body weight intraperitoneal) reduced the effects of fructose. The rats showed near-normal levels of lipid components on plasma and tissues. Activities of key enzymes of lipid metabolism were also restored to normal values. Cholesterol distribution in the plasma lipoproteins was normalized, resulting in a favorable lipid profile. This study demonstrates that LA can alter lipid metabolism in fructose-fed insulin-resistant rats and may have implications in the treatment of insulin resistance.  相似文献

We examined the independent associations among abdominal adipose tissue (AT), liver fat, cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF), and lipid variables in 161 Caucasian men who had a wide variation in adiposity. We measured AT and liver fat by computed tomography and CRF by a maximal exercise test on a treadmill. Visceral AT remained a significant (P or= 0.05) correlate of any lipid variable after control for visceral AT and CRF. Furthermore, subdivision of subcutaneous AT into deep and superficial depots did not alter these observations. Visceral AT was the strongest correlate of liver fat and remained so after control for abdominal subcutaneous AT, CRF, and alcohol consumption (r = -0.34, P < 0.01). In contrast, abdominal subcutaneous AT and CRF were not significant (P > 0.10) correlates of liver fat after control for visceral AT. Visceral AT remained a significant (P < 0.01) correlate of TG, HDL-C, and TC/HDL-C independent of liver fat. However, liver fat was also a significant correlate (P 相似文献

The aim of this research was to investigate whether combined iron/zinc supplementation is more beneficial than iron supplementation alone from the perspective of the lipid profile in rats. The study was conducted on 6-week male Wistar rats in 3 stages: (1) 4-week adaptation to the diets: C (AIN-93M) and D (mineral mix without iron); (2) 4-week supplementation: 10-times more iron or iron and zinc compared to C; (3) 2-week post-supplementation period (the same diets as in the first stage). The iron and zinc content in serum was measured using ASA. Total cholesterol (TC), HDL cholesterol (HDL-C), non-HDL cholesterol (non-HDL-C) and triglycerides (TG) were determined. After 4-week supplementation (stage II) and post-supplementation (stage III) periods combined iron/zinc supplementation decreased HDL-C and increased non-HDL-C concentrations in control rats, and in contrast to iron supplementation alone TG concentration decreased. After stage II combined iron/zinc supplementation did not result in increased non-HDL-C and TG concentrations in iron deficient rats in contrast to iron supplementation alone. After stage III both iron and simultaneous iron/zinc supplementation were the cause of TC increase which was the result of the increase of non-HDL-C but not HDL-C concentration in iron deficient rats. In conclusion, there were no beneficial effects of simultaneous iron and zinc supplementation on the lipid profile of rats fed control and iron deficient diets. Combined iron and zinc supplementation may contribute to lower HDL-C and higher non-HDL-C concentrations.  相似文献

BackgroundChromium picolinate (CrPic) is commonly used to reduce muscle fatigue after exercise. We aimed to elucidate the effects of CrPic on glucose and lipid metabolism and the expression of glucose transporters in exercised rats.MethodsForty-two male Wistar rats (8-week-old) were distributed into six groups (n = 7) as follows: Control, CrPic, Chronic Exercise (CEx), CEx + CrPic, Acute Exercise (AEx), and AEx + CrPic. CEx consists of 30 m/min, 30 min/day, and 5 days/week for 6 weeks. CrPic was supplemented at 400 μg elemental Cr/kg of diet for 6 weeks. In the AEx groups, animals were run on the treadmill at 30 m/min until exhaustion.ResultsCEx significantly lowered blood glucose (BG), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) levels, but elevated insulin concentration (IC), compared with control (P < 0.05). CEx significantly decreased the level of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the serum, liver, and muscle while AEx elevated it (P < 0.001 for all). CrPic significantly decreased BG, TC, TG levels, and increased IC with a remarkable effect in CEx rats (P < 0.01). CrPic also significantly reduced serum, liver, and muscle MDA levels (P < 0.001). Both AEx and CEx increased the expression of liver glucose transporter 2 (GLUT-2) and muscle GLUT-4 with the highest level in CEx rats (P < 0.05). Moreover, CrPic supplementation significantly elevated GLUT-2 and GLUT-4 expressions in the liver and muscle of sedentary and exercise-treated rats (P < 0.05).ConclusionCrPic improves various metabolic parameters and reduces oxidative stress in CEx and AEx rats by decreasing BG, TC, TG, MDA levels in serum and elevating GLUT-2 and GLUT-4 expression in the liver and muscle samples. 目的:通过观察大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝炎(NASH)形成过程中脂质代谢、肝组织病理学改变、核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)及相关键因子的转录和蛋白水平的变化,探讨Nrf2及其相关因子在NASH形成过程中的作用。方法:sD大鼠分为正常组和模型组,以饲喂高脂饲料建立非酒精性脂肪肝炎模型,分别于4、12周末处死,检测血清和肝组织中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量;油红O染色法检测肝组织内脂肪沉积变化,常规HE染色观察肝组织病理学改变,计算NAFLD活动度积分(NAS),免疫组化检测肝组织Nrf2表达;Real-time PCR和Westernblot技术检测肝组织Nrf2及其相关因子mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果:①4周模型组大鼠血清ALT、AST、TC和肝组织TC、TG、LDL-C等指标较同期正常组均显著增高(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),12周模型组大鼠血清、肝组织脂质含量持续增高(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),肝组织HDL-C较正常组显著降低(P〈0.05),比4周变化明显。②4周和12周模型组大鼠肝细胞内沉积大量脂肪滴,肝细胞脂肪变严重,伴有肝细胞气球样变;且随着高脂饮食喂养时间的延长,肝组织内脂肪沉积以及肝细胞脂肪变程度明显加重,NAFLD评分、Nrf2表达强度均显著增高(P〈0.01)。③4周、12周模型组大鼠Nrf2、H01、NQOt、rGCS、GST的mRNA和蛋白表达均有不同程度的上调或抑制,且12周比4周变化明显(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论:Nrf2及相关因子可能参与了非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发生发展过程,在NASH形成过程中起着重要的作用。  相似文献

目的: 研究有氧运动联合黑果枸杞对高脂膳食大鼠心肌脂代谢某些指标的影响。方法: 55只雄性Wistar大鼠经过适应性饲养4 d后进行20 min/d的无负重游泳训练,连续3 d,筛选淘汰5只不适应游泳训练的大鼠后,按体重以数字随机分组法分为5组:普通膳食+安静组(RDC组)、高脂膳食+安静组(HDC组)、高脂膳食+黑果枸杞+安静组(HDLC组)、高脂膳食+有氧运动组(HDM组)、高脂膳食+黑果枸杞+有氧运动组(HDLM),每组10只。HDM组和HDLM组进行6周每周6次60 min/d的无负重游泳训练。RDC组大鼠以普通饲料常规喂养;其余各组以高脂饲料喂养;HDLC组和HDLM组大鼠灌胃黑果枸杞,灌胃剂量为4.48 g/(kg·d),灌胃体积为5 ml/kg,其余各组灌胃等量蒸馏水。6周后,测定大鼠Lee’s指数,取血、心肌检测相关生化指标。结果: 与RDC组比较,HDC组Lee’s指数,血清FFA、TNF-α、IL-6、TC、TG、LDL-C,心肌FFA、ICAM-1显著升高(P<0.01);血清HDL-C水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与HDC组比较,HDLC、HDM、HDLM组Lee’s指数,血清FFA、TNF-α、IL-6、TC、TG、LDL-C,心肌FFA、ICAM-1显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与HDLC、HDM组比较,HDLM组Lee’s指数,血清FFA、TNF-α、IL-6、TC、TG、LDL-C,心肌FFA、ICAM-1显著降低(P<0.05);血清HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论: 有氧运动和/或黑果枸杞干预能够不同程度改善高脂膳食大鼠脂代谢,降低肥胖引发的脂毒性。其中联合干预较单一干预更为有效。  相似文献

本文目的在于研究果醋对高脂小鼠血脂和肝脏脂质过氧化的影响。长期饲喂高脂饲料造成小鼠高血脂和肝脏脂质过氧化模型,预防性给予果醋,测定血清中总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量;测定肝脏中脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(地A)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果证明果醋可以明显降低高脂小鼠血清中TC,LDL含量和肝脏组织中MDA含量,提高肝脏组织SOD活性。  相似文献

The aim of the study was to evaluate blood glucose and lipid lowering effects of Umbelliferone (UMB) in streptozotocin (STZ) diabetic rats. Male albino Wistar rats (180 to 200 g) were induced diabetes by administration of STZ (40 mg/kg) intraperitonially. Normal and diabetic rats were treated with UMB in 10 percent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) for 45 days. Diabetic rats had increased plasma glucose and decreased insulin, total proteins (TP), and albumin in addition to decreased food intake and body weight. Elevation in total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), triglycerides (TG), free fatty acids (FFA), and phospholipids (PL), and reduction in high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in the plasma were observed. Liver and kidney tissues of diabetic rats had elevation in the levels of TC, TG, FFA, and PL. Treatment with UMB decreased plasma glucose and increased insulin, TP, and albumin apart from food intake and body weight. In UMB-treated diabetic rats, plasma and tissue TC, TG, PL and FFA, and plasma LDL-C, VLDL-C, and HDL-C reversed to near normal. Thus, reduction of blood glucose and lipid profiles indicates that UMB has antidiabetic and antihyperlipidemic effects in diabetic rats.  相似文献

目的:研究2型糖尿病伴脂肪肝患者血浆成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)水平与肥胖、脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗的相关性,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:选取2013年5月到2015年11月我院收治的2型糖尿病伴脂肪肝患者100例为研究组,另选取同期单纯脂肪肝患者100例为脂肪肝组,健康体检者100例为对照组,比较各组入选次日清晨FGF21、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)以及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:研究组TG、TC、AST、ALT、LDL-C、FFA、FBG、BMI、WHR、FINS、HOMA-IR以及FGF21均显著高于对照组,HDL-C显著低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组FFA、TG、FINS、FBG、HOMA-IR以及FGF21显著高于脂肪肝组,BMI和WHR显著低于脂肪肝组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);相关性分析显示:FGF21与TG、FFA、BMI以及HOMA-IR呈正相关关系(P0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者FGF21水平会显著升高,且与脂肪代谢、肥胖以及胰岛素抵抗有关。  相似文献

目的:研究熊果酸对高脂饲料联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠肝损伤的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:随机选取20只小鼠高脂饲料喂养6周后,STZ (30 mg/kg)腹腔注射连续5 d,9 d后测空腹血糖,大于11.1 mmol/L视为糖尿病模型,将其随机分为模型组和熊果酸组(100 mg/kg)(n=10);另取10只小鼠设为对照组。连续给药8周。小鼠称重,测定空腹血糖(FBG),血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量,HE染色观察肝组织病理变化。结果:模型组与对照组比较,FBG、血清TC、TG含量,ALT、AST活性、MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01);HE染色显示部分肝细胞水肿,轻度脂肪变性,门管区可见淋巴细胞浸润。熊果酸组与模型组比较,FBG,血清TC、TG含量,ALT、AST活性、MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01);HE染色显示熊果酸组肝细胞排列较为整齐,水肿不明显,淋巴细胞少量存在。结论:熊果酸对高脂饲料联合STZ诱导的糖尿病小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用,其机制可能与降血糖、调节血脂、降低肝组织氧化应激水平,提高肝脏抗氧化能力有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨有氧运动和谷氨酰胺(Gln)对二型糖尿病(T2MD)大鼠抗氧化应激及炎性因子的影响。方法:用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导糖尿病大鼠模型,将成年雄性SD大鼠50只,6周龄,随机分为5组(n=10):包括安静对照组(N)、糖尿病对照组(D)、糖尿病施加有氧运动组(DE)、糖尿病施加谷氨酰胺组(DG)、糖尿病施加有氧运动+谷氨酰胺组(DEG)。6周后,检测干预后糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢、抗氧化应激及炎性因子等相关指标,并探讨影响炎症反应的可能机制。结果:与N组相比,D组大鼠血清MDA、血糖、TC、TG、胰岛素、瘦素、TNF-α水平均明显升高(P<0.01),血清中SOD、GSH-Px、脂联素、HDL-C的水平均明显降低(P<0.01);与D组相比,三个干预组血清中MDA、血糖、TC、TG、胰岛素、瘦素、TNF-α水平降低,血清中HDL-C、SOD、GSH-Px、脂联素的水平均明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),且两者联合对上述指标的改善作用更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:有氧运动和Gln均能缓解糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢及紊乱、氧化应激损伤及炎症反应,两者联合对其作用优于单一作用。  相似文献

Thirty streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic of Wistar Albino rats were divided into five groups. The rat groups received different food (natural diet or high fat content diet) supplemented with 10% or 15% of samh seeds for 6 weeks. At the end of the study, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phophatase (ALP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) enzymes have been measured in diabetic rats liver. In addition, liver lipid profile (total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TAG), lipid peroxide production malondialdehyde (MDA)) and reduced glutathione (GSH) in have been measured in diabetic rats liver, and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GPX) were also determined. The samh seeds diet supplemented with cholesterol significantly increase (P < 0.05) the levels of liver peroxide production MDA, TC and TG in diabetic rats comparing to the samh diet not supplemented with the cholesterol. However, the samh seeds significantly decrease (P < 0.05) the level of GSH. These data suggest that the samh seeds diet not supplemented with the cholesterol regulated C and TG metabolism and decrease the lipid peroxidation in the diabetic rats.  相似文献

We have previously described a general pattern of homogeneity in genetic and cultural determinants of blood lipids and lipoproteins among the major origin groups in the Israeli population. This paper reports on these determinants of total plasma cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low- and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C, HDL-C), and of the HDL-C/TC ratio, estimated from the total sample of 4,000 families whose members were examined in the Jerusalem Lipid Research Clinic. Both genetic (h2) and cultural (c2) components of inheritance were significant for all lipid variables. Under the most parsimonious model genetic heritability (h2) ranges from 0.45 for LDL-C, 0.47 for HDL-C to 0.64 for HDL-C/TC ratio. Cultural heritability (c2) was 0.03 for LDL-C, 0.04 for TC, 0.05 for TG and 0.07 for HDL-C and HDL-C/TC ratio. Within this population, as in others, genetic factors appear to be the major determinants of lipid variation, suggesting relative homogeneity of environmental correlates of plasma lipids.  相似文献

目的观察蚕蛹油对高脂大鼠模型的非酒精性脂肪肝形成的影响。方法SD大鼠100只,雌雄各半,按体重并参考血脂水平随机分为9组:空白对照组,高脂对照组,预防低剂量组,预防中剂量组,预防高剂量组,治疗低剂量组,治疗中剂量组,治疗高剂量组,及阳性对照组(月见草油),分别喂饲各种饲料。于第11周处死大鼠,检测肝脏的肝重指数和肝脏甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、丙二醛(malondialde-hyde,MDA)水平。结果实验11周末,预防组、治疗组和阳性对照组大鼠的肝重指数,肝脏TG、TC及MDA水平均明显低于高脂对照组(P<0.05),并具有剂量依赖性。结论蚕蛹油可通过调整脂质代谢,具有十分显著的预防和治疗非酒精性脂肪肝形成的效果,优于月见草油。  相似文献
