Drosophila montana, a species of the Drosophila virilis group, has distributed around the northern hemisphere. Phylogeographic analyses of two North American and one Eurasian population of this species offer a good background for the studies on the extent of variation in phenotypic traits between populations as well as for tracing the selection pressures likely to play a role in character divergence. In the present paper, we studied variation in the male courtship song, wing and genital characters among flies from Colorado (USA), Vancouver (Canada) and Oulanka (Finland) populations. The phenotypic divergence among populations did not coincide with the extent of their genetic divergence, suggesting that the characters are not evolving neutrally. Divergence in phenotypic traits was especially high between the Colorado and Vancouver populations, which are closer to each other in terms of their mtDNA genotypes than they are to the Oulanka population. The males of the Colorado population showed high divergence especially in song traits and the males of the Vancouver population in wing characters. Among the male song traits, two characters known to be under sexual selection and a trait important in species recognition differed clearly between populations, implying a history of directional and/or diversifying rather than balancing selection. The population divergence in wing characters is likely to have been enhanced by natural selection associated with environmental factors, whereas the male genitalia traits may have been influenced by sexual selection and/or sexual conflict.  相似文献

将采自湖南的20个鱼腥草(Houttuynia cordata Thunb.)居群栽培于同质园内,通过测定9个叶片表型性状和6个叶片相对性状,采用方差分析、变异系数、相关性分析、主成分分析以及聚类分析等方法,对鱼腥草居群叶片形态的变异特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)同质园栽培的20个鱼腥草居群叶片15个表型性状均存在显著差异,居群间差异大于居群内差异;(2)居群内叶性状的平均变异系数变化幅度为5.63%~9.08%,说明居群内多样性程度较低,其中株洲攸县居群(P16)变异系数最高(9.08%),怀化溆浦居群(P3)变异系数最小(5.63%);(3)15个叶性状的平均变异系数变化幅度为3.71%~10.28%,说明各性状的多样性程度也较低,其中叶面积变异系数最大(10.28%),叶宽与叶中部宽之比(W_2/W_4)的变异系数最小(3.71%);(4)相关性分析显示,叶面积与叶宽、叶中部宽、叶长、叶基至叶宽处的距离、叶柄长都呈现出显著正相关,与叶尖夹角呈显著负相关,而与叶基夹角关系不大;(5)叶片15个性状中前3个主成分的贡献率为83.66%,聚类分析可将20个居群划分为心形、小心形、狭心形和大心形4类,呈现出间断分布的地理格局;(6)同质园实验说明叶表型性状多样性主要是由遗传物质决定的,对其多样性分析能为优良种质资源的选育提供理论依据。  相似文献

为深入了解贵州省野生皂荚(Gleditsia sinensis)荚果表型性状的遗传多样性及其变异类型,为皂荚的遗传改良、种质鉴定、亲本选择以及品种培育奠定理论基础。该研究以贵州省7个野生皂荚群体70个个体为研究对象,采用方差分析、主成分分析、相关性分析及多性状综合评价等方法对皂荚群体的10个种实表型性状进行系统分析和综合评价。结果显示:(1)所测皂荚的表型性状差异在群体内均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);在群体间,除每荚粒数、种子宽、种子长宽积以及种子长宽比之外,其余表型性状的差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。(2)7个居群野生皂荚各性状平均变异系数为21.16%,其中凯里市(P4)居群的变异系数最高(24.44%);居群间荚果的变异(29.22%)高于种子的变异(11.04%),且变异主要来自于群体内。(3)相关分析显示,皂荚种实各性状之间存在不同程度的关联性;主成分分析显示,前4个主成分(皂荚种子大小、单个荚果出籽数量、种子形态指数因子、与荚果长和种子厚相关的因子)的累积贡献率达69.783%,可基本反映皂荚表型性状的大部分信息;以10个种实性状对皂荚野生群体进行综合评价发现,来自于惠水县(P7)群体的皂荚种实性状综合评价最高。研究表明,贵州省野生皂荚在群体间及群体内具有丰富的表型变异,且群体内的变异大于群体间的变异,变异主要来自于群体内。  相似文献

以系统揭示表型变异程度和变异规律为目的, 对皂荚(Gleditsia sinensis)南方分布区的10个天然群体的11个种实性状进行了比较分析。采用方差分析、多重比较、相关分析等多种分析方法, 对群体间和群体内的表型多样性以及与地理、环境因子的相关性进行了讨论。方差分析结果表明; 皂荚果实、种子等性状在群体间和群体内存在丰富的变异, 11个性状在群体间、群体内均达显著差异; 荚果性状在群体间和群体内的变异均大于种子性状, 11个性状的平均表型分化系数为20.42%, 群体内的变异(32.28%)大于群体间的变异(7.19%), 群体内的变异是皂荚的主要变异来源; 皂荚各性状平均变异系数为11.20%, 变异幅度为4.55%-18.38%。群体间荚果的变异(14.75%)高于群体间种子变异(6.95%), 表明种子变异稳定性高。荚果和种子各性状之间多呈极显著或显著正相关, 表现为荚果越大, 则种子越大, 种子的千粒重也越大; 荚果表现为同地理经度的南北变异, 种子则表现为同地理纬度的东西变异。研究结果为进一步开展皂荚遗传育种、保护生物学研究和皂荚种质资源利用奠定了基础。  相似文献

以浙江省蜡梅自然分布区的5个居群为研究对象,采用巢式方差分析、主成分分析、相关分析、聚类分析等多种分析方法,探究蜡梅花部的形态变异及其与环境因子相关性以及居群间和居群内的表型多样性。结果表明:蜡梅花部性状中除雄蕊长度、雌蕊数、雌蕊长度、内被片数以外,其他12个性状在居群间均有极显著差异。胚珠数的平均变异系数最大,花冠内径的平均变异系数最小,各性状的平均变异系数为15.03%(10.81%—23.38%)。五尖山的表型多样性最丰富,碧东山居群最小,种群间平均表型分化系数为44.38%(1.57%—89.62%),种群内变异大于种群间变异,种群内变异是花部变异的主要来源。主成分分析显示花冠直径、花冠内径、花筒深度和中被片长对种群变异起主要贡献作用。花部多数性状间存在显著或极显著的相关关系,生态因子中花部性状与土壤酸度相关性最大,土壤中花部性状与大量元素相关性最大,微量元素次之,中量元素最小。通过UPGMA聚类分析可以将5个种群分成两组。浙江省野生蜡梅花部形态存在丰富的变异和多样性,花部部分性状与土壤中钙、铁、铜含量和海拔有显著或极显著相关关系。  相似文献

We investigated genetic and morphological diversity and population structure of 14 traditional sheep populations originating from four ecological zones in Ethiopia (sub-alpine, wet highland, sub-humid lowland and arid lowland). All animals (n = 672) were genotyped for 17 microsatellite markers and scored for 12 morphological characters. The sheep were initially classified as fat-tailed (11 populations), thin-tailed (one population) and fat-rumped sheep (two populations). These classifications are thought to correspond to three consecutive introduction events of sheep from the Near-East into East Africa. For the 14 populations, allelic richness ranged from 5.87 to 7.51 and expected heterozygosity (H(E)) from 0.66 to 0.75. Genetic differentiations (F(ST) values) between all pairs of populations, except between sub-alpine populations, were significantly different from zero (P < 0.001). Cluster analysis of morphological characters and a dendrogram constructed from genetic distances were broadly consistent with the classification into fat-tailed, thin-tailed and fat-rumped sheep. Bayesian cluster analysis using microsatellite markers indicated that there has been further genetic differentiation after the initial introduction of sheep into Ethiopia. Investigation of factors associated with genetic variation showed that an isolation-by-distance model, independently of other factors, explained most of the observed genetic variation. We also obtained a strong indication of adaptive divergence in morphological characters, patterns of morphological variation being highly associated with ecology even when the effect of neutral genetic divergence (F(ST)) was parcelled out in partial Mantel tests. Using a combination of F(ST) values, Bayesian clustering analysis and morphological divergence, we propose a classification of Ethiopian sheep into six breed groups and nine breeds.  相似文献

为探讨贵州特有药用植物毕节小檗(Berberis guizhouensis)形态多样性的变异式样及其适应机制,对其野外居群营养器官和花部形态进行研究。对毕节小檗一直空缺的花部性状进行了描述。结果表明,毕节小檗的性状在同一居群或同一性状在不同居群中都存在较丰富的变异,变异系数为0.03~0.57。从总体来看,营养器官性状的变异程度要高于花部性状。单因素方差分析表明居群间部分花部性状存在显著差异(P0.05)。聚类分析表明小白岩居群形成1个独立的分支,这种分化很可能是环境压力选择的结果。主成分分析表明花部性状与营养性状在维持形态结构的稳定性具有协调一致的生态适应。  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Populations of oak (Quercus petraea and Q. robur) were investigated using morphological and molecular (AFLP) analyses to assess species distinction. The study aimed to describe species distinction in Irish oak populations and to situate this in a European context. METHODS: Populations were sampled from across the range of the island of Ireland. Leaf morphological characters were analysed through clustering and ordination methods. Putative neutral molecular markers (AFLPs) were used to analyse the molecular variation. Cluster and ordination analyses were also performed on the AFLP markers in addition to calculations of genetic diversity and F-statisitcs. KEY RESULTS: A notable divergence was uncovered between the morphological and molecular analyses. The morphological analysis clearly differentiated individuals into their respective species, whereas the molecular analysis did not. Twenty species-specific AFLP markers were observed from 123 plants in 24 populations but none of these was species-diagnostic. Principal Coordinate Analysis of the AFLP data revealed a clustering, across the first two axes, of individuals according to population rather than according to species. High F(ST) values calculated from AFLP markers also indicated population differentiation (F(ST) = 0.271). Species differentiation accounted for only 13 % of the variation in diversity compared with population differentiation, which accounted for 27 %. CONCLUSIONS: The results show that neutral molecular variation is partitioned more strongly between populations than between species. Although this could indicate that the populations of Q. petraea and Q. robur studied may not be distinct species at a molecular level, it is proposed that the difficulty in distinguishing the species in Irish oak populations using AFLP markers is due to population differentiation masking species differences. This could result from non-random mating in small, fragmented woodland populations. Hybridization and introgression between the species could also have a significant role.  相似文献

比较了濒危植物夏蜡梅(Sinocalycanthus chinensis)大明山、大雷山、龙须山3个居群的果实与种子的形态变异,采用ISSR分子标记技术分析DNA序列的变异,综合评价夏蜡梅3个居群的遗传变异。结果如下:果实性状中,果柄长、果实长、果实重、每果种子数等指标均以大明山居群最大、大雷山居群次之、龙须山居群最小,它们之间差异显著(P<0.05)。种子重、种子长、种子宽、种子厚等指标均以大雷山居群最大,与大明山居群和龙须山居群差异显著(P<0.05)。基于果实形态特征的表型分化系数(VST)在0.5518—0.9750之间,平均为0.8930,所有果实形态指标的变异大部分存在于居群间。基于种子形态特征的VST在0.1669—0.8678之间,平均为0.6240,除种子长外,其他种子形态指标的变异也大部分存在于居群间。ISSR分析表明,3个居群的多态位点百分率、Shannon信息指数、Nei基因多样性均是大明山居群最高、龙须山居群次之、大雷山居群最低。居群间的遗传分化系数(GST)为0.6050。基于ISSR分子标记数据的聚类结果显示大明山居群先与龙须山居群聚在一起,再与大雷山居群相聚,这与基于种子性状特征的聚类结果相似,而与基于果实性状特征的聚类结果不同。3个居群的种子形态特征变异系数与遗传多样性水平具有显著的正相关,且基于果实形态特征估算的VST要高于GST,而基于种子形态特征估算的VST仅略高于GST,表明夏蜡梅不同居群间的种子形态变异主要由遗传变异所造成的,而环境因子在果实形态变异中起了重要作用。Mantel检验显示3个居群基于分子标记数据的遗传距离矩阵和基于果实及种子形态特征的欧氏距离矩阵之间的相关性不显著,表明果实与种子在居群间出现的表型分化除了受遗传因素影响外,还受到其它环境因子的强烈影响。  相似文献

对山罗花和天柱山罗花的4个居群的15项形态特征进行了数值分析。结果表明:形态性状在4个居群间均存在一定程度的变异,居群间变异系数的平均值从小到大排列为:天柱山居群(天柱山罗花)、天柱山居群(山罗花)、黄山居群(山罗花)、鹞落坪居群(山罗花);天柱山罗花与山罗花种间的形态差异已达到极显著水平,山罗花的3个居群间部分性状也具有极显著的形态差异;以形态特征为基础的Q-聚类分析可以把天柱山罗花和山罗花聚为两类,但山罗花(天柱山居群)和其他2个居群在较远处聚在一起,R-聚类分析发现了强正相关关系、弱正相关关系、弱负相关关系的性状。  相似文献

通过变异系数和性状差异显著性检验,研究了海南粗榧在坝王岭等5个种群内和种群间不同形态变异以及形态总体变异。结果表明:①海南粗榧营养器官性状比生殖器官性状变异大;枝性状组中,分枝角度变异较小;叶性状组中,叶数量变异较大;球果、种子生物量变异都大于它们的其它性状。②在5个种群内,同一性状变异幅度基本相同。③同一性状在种群间和种群内的变异基本接近。④不同性状在种群间存在差异,有的显著,有的不显著,但种群间形态总体差异都不显著  相似文献

在中国大陆血吸虫病流行的7个省中,采集不同环境类型的21个湖北钉螺(Oncomelania hupensis)种群,每个种群各测量60只湖北钉螺的11个形态性状。采用形态性状的变异系数、种群内个体间的欧氏距离与多样性指数及主成分分析3种方法,分析不同湖北钉螺种群内形态性状的变异程度。结果表明,在种群内个体间的欧氏距离和形态性状多样性方面,都以江西都昌的变异最大,平均欧氏距离为2.88,方差为2.33,极差为9.05,多样性指数为1.56,个体间平均距离以四川西昌湖北钉螺种群的最小,仅为1.37,而多样性指数以四川丹棱湖北钉螺种群的最小,为0.91。在不同光壳湖北钉螺种群中,以云南大理湖北钉螺个体间的平均距离最大,为1.90,但方差和极差以江苏宜兴的最大,分别为0.55和4.46。不同湖北钉螺种群内形态性状变异程度存在较大的差异,肋壳湖北钉螺种群内的形态性状变异程度普遍高于光壳湖北钉螺种群内的变异程度。  相似文献

Within any parasite species, variation among populations in standard infection parameters (prevalence, intensity and abundance) is an accepted fact. The proportion of hosts infected and the mean number of parasites per host are not fixed values across the entire geographic range of any parasite species. The question is whether this inter-population variation occurs within a narrow, species-specific range and is thus driven mainly by the biological features of the parasite, or whether it is substantial and unpredictable, leaving population parameters at the mercy of local conditions. Here, the repeatability of estimates of prevalence, intensity and abundance of infection was assessed across populations of the same parasite species, for 77 metazoan parasite species of Canadian freshwater fishes. Overall, parameter values from different populations of the same parasite species were more similar to each other and more different from those of other species, than expected by chance alone. Much of the variation in parameter values in the dataset was associated with differences between parasite species, rather than with differences among populations within species. This was particularly true for intensity and abundance of infection; in contrast, prevalence values, while somewhat repeatable among populations of the same species, still showed considerable variation. Among the higher taxa investigated (monogeneans, trematodes, cestodes, nematodes, acanthocephalans, copepods), there was no evidence that species of one taxon display intrinsically greater variation in population parameters than species of other taxa. Overall, the results suggest that intensity and abundance of infection are real species characters, though somewhat variable. This conclusion supports the view that the biological features of parasite species can potentially override local environmental conditions in driving parasite population dynamics.  相似文献

对缙云卫矛7个天然种群的果实、种子形态进行研究,测量果实和种子的数量、长度、宽度、重量等22项形态学指标。结果显示:果实、种子的形态性状在种群内和种群间均存在一定程度的变异,种群间变异系数平均值从0.750(种子数/序)到0.062(种子整体形态,长/宽),相比之下种子整体形态最为稳定。在种群水平上,果实、种子的形态性状有一定程度的分化,但不与种群间的地理距离远近相关联。形态分化与环境因子的灰色关联度分析表明,在所研究的环境因子中,没有发现一单一因子对其形态分化起绝对主导作用,不同环境因子对同一性状所起作用不同,且同一环境因子对不同性状的影响效应也有差异。潜在的主导因子是土壤中的全钾含量、土壤厚度以及土壤pH。  相似文献

 In this paper we compare mean values, heritability estimates, coefficient of genetic variation, and genetic correlations among several fitness components of two natural populations of a selfing plant species, Medicago truncatula L. It is shown that the population that had been found most polymorphic for molecular markers in a previous study was also the most variable for quantitative characters. Depending on the traits, the larger heritabilities in this population were due to either larger coefficients of genetic variances or smaller coefficients of environmental variances. Whereas genetic and phenotypic correlation matrices were very similar within each population, they were quite different between populations. In particular, although a positive correlation between age and size at maturity was found in both populations, the correlation between age at maturity and reproductive success was negative in the more variable population (late flowering plant, with a larger size at flowering, produced fewer pods), whereas no correlation was observed in the less variable population. We suggest that while in the less variable population all individuals have a high reproductive effort, several strategies coexist in the more variable population, with some early-flowering genotypes showing a high reproductive effort and other late-flowering genotypes showing a larger competitive ability through increased vegetative growth. 利用花生R IL群体,分析了主根长、侧根数、根基粗(1 cm和3 cm处)、根体积、主根鲜重、干重、侧根鲜重和干重、主侧根瘤数等11个花生根部性状的遗传力,估算基因对数及性状间的相互关系,根据偏度系数(g1)和峰度系数(g2)的估算控制性状基因互作情况。结果表明:在11个研究性状中,有6个性状在2个亲本间差异显著或极显著。但不论性状在亲本间的差异显著与否,在R IL群体中基因型间的性状差异均表现为连续变异和明显的超亲分离。同时主根粗(1 cm)和主根长的变异系数较小,分别为11.27%和11.218%。11个花生根部性状都是受多基因控制的数量性状,如影响侧根根瘤数、侧根鲜重和侧根干重的基因均在10对左右;而其它性状的基因估计在5~7对左右,尤其是控制侧根数的基因最少为5对左右。而在R IL群体中,除侧根干重的遗传力最高,达0.569,其次是侧根根瘤和侧根数分别达0.545和0.542外,其它性状的遗传力均较低。同时控制主根长和主根粗(1 cm)的基因间存在重叠作用;而控制侧根根瘤、侧根鲜重和侧根干重基因间存在互作,表现为互补作用;控制其它性状的基因间互补或重叠作用不明显或者不存在。主根干重和侧根干重与根体积、主根粗(1 cm)和主根粗(3 cm)显著相关,根体积与主根粗(3 cm)极显著相关,主根鲜重和侧根鲜重与根体积的相关表现不一致。  相似文献

为揭示四川西部川赤芍〔Paeonia anomala subsp.veitchii(Lynch)D.Y.Hong et K.Y.Pan〕表型性状的变异规律,对川赤芍6个野生居群的株高、茎基粗、叶片和花部性状等15个表型性状进行了比较;并在此基础上,对各表型性状进行了方差分析、变异系数(CV)分析、离散系数(R′)分析、Shannon-Weaver遗传多样性指数(H′)分析、主成分分析和聚类分析.结果表明:川赤芍15个表型性状在居群间均存在极显著差异;除顶小叶长宽比外,其他14个表型性状在居群内均存在极显著或显著差异.15个表型性状在居群内的F值均明显小于居群间.15个表型性状中,每枝着花量的CV平均值最大(33.68%),花瓣数的CV平均值最小(11.26%);6个居群中,阿坝州小金县两河乡(P1)和阿坝州小金县四姑娘山镇(P2)居群的CV平均值较大,阿坝州金川县万林乡(P4)和阿坝州马尔康县卓克基乡(P5)居群的CV平均值居中,阿坝州汶川县卧龙自然保护区(P3)和甘孜州炉霍县充古乡(P6)居群的CV平均值最小.15个表型性状中,株高的R′平均值最大(64.48%),萼片数和苞片数的R′平均值均最小(37.50%);6个居群中,P2居群的R′平均值最大(56.66%),P3居群的R′平均值最小(43.65%).川赤芍6个居群15个表型性状的CV值和R′值的平均值分别为18.70%和49.80%.川赤芍15个表型性状和6个居群的H′平均值均较高,分别为1.6475和1.4510.主成分分析结果显示:叶片形态和花部特征是川赤芍表型变异的主要因子.聚类分析结果显示:在欧氏距离7.12处,川赤芍6个居群被分成2支,其中,P6居群单独聚为一支,其他5个居群聚为另一支,表明生境相似的居群更早地聚在一起.研究结果显示:四川西部川赤芍表型性状在居群间变异丰富,这与其叶片形态、花部特征及生境关系密切.  相似文献

为了解大赖草种群﹝Leymus racemosus ( Lam.) Tzvel.﹞的表型变异规律及多样性特征,对分布于新疆阿勒泰地区的5个大赖草种群(分别位于阿勒泰市、福海县、布尔津县和哈巴河县)的16个表型性状进行了测定;在此基础上,对各表型性状进行了Shannon-Weaver指数( H')分析和主成分分析。结果表明:各种群间的16个表型性状均存在较大差异,其中分布于哈巴河县的2个种群各表型性状的平均值均较高。种群内各表型性状的变异系数为5.97%~40.05%,差异较大;其中,穗下第一节间长度的变异系数在各种群内均较大(17.16%~40.05%);总体上看,种群内与营养生长有关的性状(如穗下第一节间长度、剑叶长度和宽度等)变异较大,而与繁殖有关的性状变异较小。在种群间,穗下第一节间长度、剑叶长度和宽度的变异系数均较大,分别为31.85%、26.87%和27.85%;而小穗和外颖长度以及穗节数的变异系数均较小,分别为15.21%、16.53%和16.91%。5个种群间16个表型性状的H'值均有较大差异,并且,种群内各表型性状的H'平均值(1.660)明显高于种群间(0.239)。主成分分析结果显示:前5个主成分的累计贡献率为80.210%,其中,第1主成分中与营养器官相关的性状(如株高、穗下第一节间长度、剑叶长度和宽度、茎节数)载荷较大,第2至第4主成分中与繁殖器官相关的性状(如穗长度和宽度、外颖和内颖长度、小穗长度和宽度以及外稃长度)载荷较大,表明这12个性状为大赖草种群表型性状变异的主要因子。研究结果显示:大赖草种群间的表型多样性低于种群内,且营养器官的表型变异是导致大赖草种群表型多样性的主要因子。  相似文献

Genetic variation at 19 allozyme (including 11 polymorphic) and 10 microsatellite loci was examined in the population samples of odd- and even-broodline pink salmon from the southern part of Sakhalin Island, Southern Kuril Islands, and the northern coast of the Sea of Okhotsk. The estimates of relative interpopulation component of genetic variation over the allozyme loci, per broodline, were on average 0.43% (GST), while over the microsatellite loci it was 0.26% (the theta(ST) coefficient, F-statistics based on the allele frequency variance), and 0.90% (the rho(ST) coefficient, R-statistics based on the allele size variance). The values of interlinear component constituted 2.34, 0.31, and 1.05% of the total variation, respectively. Using the allozyme loci, statistically significant intralinear heterogeneity was demonstrated among the regions, as well as among the populations of Southern Sakhalin Island. Multivariate scaling based on the allozyme data demonstrated regional clustering of the sample groups, representing certain populations during the spawning run or in different years. Most of the microsatellite loci examined were found to be highly polymorphic (mean heterozygosity > 0.880). The estimates of interlinear, interregional, and interpopulation variation over these loci in terms of theta(ST) values were substantially lower than in terms of rho(ST) values. Regional genetic differentiation, mostly expressed at the allozyme loci among the populations from the northern and southern parts of the Sea of Okhotsk (i.e., between the Sakhalin and Kuril populations), was less expressed at the microsatellite loci. The differentiation between these regions observed can be considered as the evidence in favor of a large-scale isolation by distance characterizing Asian pink salmon. It is suggested that in pink salmon, low genetic differentiation at neutral microsatellite loci can be explained by extremely high heterozygosity,of the loci themselves, as well as by the migration gene exchange among the populations (the estimate of the genetic migration coefficient inferred from the "private" allele data constituted 2.6 to 3.4%), specifically, by the ancient migration exchange, which occurred during postglacial colonization and colonization of the range.  相似文献

利用ISSR技术对北京东灵山地区不同海拔的6个柴胡居群进行分析,观察不同海拔柴胡居群的遗传多样性。结果表明,东灵山地区不同海拔柴胡居群的遗传多样性差异较大,海拔1135m居群表现出较高的遗传变异水平,高海拔居群遗传多样性较低;遗传距离与海拔差距有一定的相关性,相邻海拔的不同柴胡居群间具有相对较低的遗传距离;柴胡具有较强的遗传分化趋势,且大部分变异存在于居群内。不同海拔导致的异质生境及基因流是影响柴胡居群遗传多样性的主要原因。  相似文献
