The Chrysolina lineella species-group of the subgenus Anopachys Motschulsky, 1860 is revised. Chrysolina watanabei Takizawa, 1970 is revalidated from the synonymy with Ch. lineigera (Jacobson, 1901). Ch. sundukovi Mikhailov, 2006 is a new junior synonym of Ch. watanabei. Special attention is paid to the infraspecific variability of the male and female genitalia. The structure of the aedeagal flagellum and the spermatheca are used as diagnostic characters. A key to species is included. Ch. watanabei is for the first time recorded from the Asian continent (Primorskii Territory of Russia and Northeastern China).  相似文献

Two species of leaf beetles, Chrysolina tundralis and Ch. roddi, were found in the “Galich’ya Gora” Nature Reserve (the middle part of European Russia), 1200 and 700 km, respectively, from the main part of the ranges of these species. Adults and larvae of Ch. tundralis feed on Lamium purpureum, those of Ch. roddi feed on Seseli intermedia there. Diagnostic characters of the adults of both species are reported.  相似文献

Chrysolina didymata (Scriba, 1791) is repeatedly recorded from Ukraine (Kamianets-Podilskyi), Ch. cuprina (Duftschmid, 1825) is recorded from the South Urals (Bashkiria) for the second time, Ch. oirota Lopatin, 1990 is recorded from Russia (W. Altai), Ch. staphylaea sharpi (Fowler, 1890) is recorded from Russia (the Kandalaksha Bay coast) for the first time. The presence of Ch. roddi in Lipetsk Province (the Galichia Gora Nature Reserve) is confirmed after the finding of three males. The host plant of this species is found to be Seseli intermedia. Chrysolina daghestanica (Reitter, 1912) is synonymized with Ch. cuprina (Duftschmid, 1825); Ch. dudkoi ivanovskiana Mikhailov, 2000 is synonymized with Ch. dudkoi dudkoi Mikhailov, 2000; Ch. tolli kodarensis is synonymized with Ch. cavigera pirka Takizawa, 1970. The infrasubspecific rank of the variety Ch. hyrcana var. cyanescens Jacobson, 1894 is confirmed. The neotype of Ch. sahlbergii (Ménétriés, 1832) is designated. The systematic position of Ch. arctoalpina Mikhailov, 2006, Ch. kholsunica Mikhailov, 2001, Ch. kuznetzowi (Jacobson, 1897), Ch. soiota khakassa Mikhailov, 2002, Ch. cuprina dilecta Bechyné, 1952, Ch. poretzkyi (Jacobson, 1897), Ch. seriepunctata (Weise, 1887), and Ch. ambulans (Faldermann, 1835) is discussed. The authorship and date of the original publication of one name are improved, namely: Chrysomela discipennis Ménétriés, 1848.  相似文献

A new species of the genus Chrysotoxum (Diptera: Syrphidae), Chrysotoxum bozdagensis Nedeljkovi?, Vuji? &; Hayat sp. n., collected from Bozda? Mt., ?zmir Province, Turkey is described and illustrated. Chrysotoxum bozdagensis sp. n. can be distinguished from the similar Ch. octomaculatum Curtis, 1837 by the presence of a black pile on the mesonotum and the colour of the legs. It is also similar to Ch. elegans Loew, 1841, from which it can be distinguished by the colour of the pile on the vertical triangle and scutellum, as well from the structure of the male genitalia. Additionally, Ch. bozdagensis sp. n. can be clearly distinguished from the latter two species by DNA sequence data. This new species increases the total number of Chrysotoxum species in Turkey to 18.

The 1st- and 4th-instar larvae of Chrysolina tundralis and Ch. roddi and the egg of the latter species are described for the first time; the instar-related changes of the larval morphology are discussed. The 4th-instar larva of Ch. tundralis is very similar to that of Ch. septentrionalis, but differs in the smaller sclerite-like plates of the abdominal segments and wider spaces between them (4–7 times as wide as a sclerite-like plate). The 4th-instar larva of Ch. roddi is very similar to that of Ch. pedestris, but differs in the dark brown coloration of the body and a fewer number of setae (9–12) in the dorsolateral areas of the meso- and metathorax. Data on the habitats and host plants of the larvae are given.  相似文献

Chrysolina przewalskii (Jacobson, 1895) and Ch. lucidula Chen, 1934 are redescribed based on the type specimens. Neotype of Ch. przewalskii is designated. Ch. daccordii Lopatin, 2000 is a new junior synonym of Ch. juldusana (Lopatin, 1962); Ch. daosana Lopatin, 2007 is a new junior synonym of Ch. tani Lopatin, 1998; Ch. burchana Lopatin, 1998 is a new junior synonym of Ch. przewalskii (Jacobson, 1895). Ch. lucidula Chen, 1934 described from a mislabeled specimen is a new junior synonym of the South European Ch. lucida (Olivier, 1807). Ch. hyrcana var. cyanescens (Jacobson, 1894) is synonymized with Ch. circumducta (Ménétriés, 1848) and is merely a color form of the latter species.  相似文献

A new leaf-beetle species with two subspecies is described: Chrysolina (Pleurosticha) romani romani sp. et subsp. n. from southeastern Tuva and Ch. romani burjatica subsp. n. from the East Sayan in Buryatia. The habitus of the species is similar to both the representatives of the subgenus Arctolina Kont. and to Chrysolina gebleri L. Medv. from the subgenus Pleurosticha Motsch. The difference between these two closely related genera is discussed and causes to place the new species in the subgenus Pleurosticha, where it can be readily distinguished by the short and wide lentiform aedeagus.  相似文献

Zeugotaenia Motschulsky, 1860 is resurrected as a valid name for the subgenus of Chrysolina with the type species Chrysomela limbata Fabricius, 1775. Diagnosis of the subgenus is compiled. Neotypes of Chrysomela limbata and Ch. limbifera Küster, 1846, and lectotypes of Chrysomela findelii Suffrian, 1851, Ch. hochhuthii Suffrian, 1851, and Ch. discipennis Faldermann, 1835 are designated. The types of Chrysomela limbata jenisseiensis Breit, 1920 and Chrysolina limbata kavani Bechyné, 1950 and the topotypes of Chrysomela limbata luigionii Depoli, 1936 are examined. Chrysolina furva Peyerimhoff, 1926 and Ch. dohrnii Fairmaire, 1865 do not belong to the subgenus Zeugotaenia.  相似文献

Larvae of four instars are described in the little known leaf-beetle species Chrysolina sahlbergiana Jacobson from the Minusinsk Depression. Artemisia spp. is recorded as its host plant. Short setae on small scleroids distinguish the described larva from those of other species of the subgenus Pezocrosita. According to this character, this larva is closely related to larvae of species of the arcto-alpine subgenera of Chrysolina Motsch. Ch. sahlbergiana is regarded as a trans-Sayan, depression-steppe petrophilous species.  相似文献

A new species, Chrysis vicana sp. n., and the previously unknown male of Ch. neobule are described. The basic morphological differences between the new species and the closely related Chrysis neobule Sem. are given. Chrysis vicana differs from Ch. neobule in the presence of an intense blue sheen on the tegulae and the 1st antennal segment, in the clearly pronounced and short frontal carina, in the coloration of abdominal sternite II, in the brown tarsi, almost black venation, and closed radial vein of the wings. Chrysis vicana is recorded on clay and sandy slopes, and Ch. neobule, on clay and sandy slopes and in dead woods in the middle part of the Kuma River basin (Stavropol Territory).  相似文献
