PurposeA new polymer gel dosimeter recipe was investigated that may be more suitable for widespread applications than polyacrylamide gel dosimeters, since the extremely toxic acrylamide has been replaced with the less harmful monomer 2-Acrylamido 2-Methyl Propane Sulfonic acid (AMPS).MethodsThe new formulation was named PAMPSGAT. The MRI response (R2) of the dosimeters was analyzed for conditions of varying dose, dose rate, and temperature during scanning. Radiological properties of the PAMPSGAT polymer gel dosimeter were investigated.ResultsThe dose-response (R2) of AMPS/Bis appears to be linear over a dose range 10–40 Gy. The percentage of difference between the R2 values for imaging at 15 °C and MRI room temperature is about 4.6% for vial with 40 Gy absorbed dose which decreased to less than 1% for imaging at 20 °C. The percentage difference of Zeff of PAMPSGAT gel and soft tissue was less than 1% in the practical energy range (100 KeV–100 MeV). The electron density of the PAMPSGAT polymer gel was 2.9% higher than that of muscle. Results showed that the sensitivity of PAMPSGAT polymer gel dosimeter irradiated by 60Co (energy = 1.25 MeV) is about 27.7% higher than that of irradiated using a 6 MeV Linac system.ConclusionsTemperature during MRI scanning has a small effect on the R2 response of the PAMPSGAT polymer gel dosimeter. Results confirmed tissue equivalency of the PAMPSGAT polymer gel dosimeter in most practical energy range. The PAMPSGAT polymer gel dosimeter response depends on energy and dose rate.  相似文献

Polymer gels are relative chemical dosimeters. They allow to access to three-dimensional dose distribution. The aim of this study has been to investigate the preparation and the use of a polymer gel with a tissue equivalent density known as MAGIC gel from magnetic resonance imaging and x-ray computed tomography for non-sealed source dosimetry. This kind of gel is “normoxic” because it can be manufactured and used in normal room atmosphere. In the first part of this study, its accuracy and sensibility were studied using external beam irradiation by photons. Spin-spin relaxation rate (R2) and Computed Tomography (CT) number had been used to record gel responses. Using the same manufacture process, radiolabelled gels composed of 95% MAGIC gel and 5% of 90Y termed 90Y-MAGIC95, with varying activity ranged from 0 to 30 MBq were made. In case of photon external beam irradiation, a linear response is observed whatever the calibration method and the imaging system used (the correlation coefficient r2 > 0.98 in all cases). 90Y-MAGIC95 radiolabelled gel responses were recorded after 28, 76 and 124 h. The R2/dose curves are not linear; three phases can be described, the first being linear with a slow slope (0.14 s−1 Gy−1 instead of 0.41 s−1 Gy−1 for external beam irradiation of the same gel batch). This study shows safety of radiolabelled MAGIC gels manufacturing process and their large dosimetric feasibility. 90Y-MAGIC95 gel response appears to be reproducible and related to the absorbed dose, thus this gel is a promising tool for non-sealed source dosimetry.  相似文献

A small library of N-benzyl indolequinuclidinone (IQD) analogs has been identified as a novel class of cannabinoid ligands. The affinity and selectivity of these IQDs for the two established cannabinoid receptor subtypes, CB1 and CB2, was evaluated. Compounds 8 (R = R2 = H, R1 = F) and 13 (R = COOCH3, R1 = R2 = H) exhibited high affinity for CB2 receptors with Ki values of 1.33 and 2.50 nM, respectively, and had lower affinities for the CB1 receptor (Ki values of 9.23 and 85.7 nM, respectively). Compound 13 had the highest selectivity of all the compounds examined, and represents a potent cannabinoid ligand with 34-times greater selectivity for CB2R over CB1R. These findings are significant for future drug development, given recent reports demonstrating beneficial use of cannabinoid ligands in a wide variety of human disease states including drug abuse, depression, schizophrenia, inflammation, chronic pain, obesity, osteoporosis and cancer.  相似文献

Production of poly(3-hydroxyalkaonates) (PHA) by Pseudomonas aeruginosa 42A2 from agro-industrial oily wastes was studied. PHA accumulation, throughout the cell cycle, was observed as intracellular accumulation associated to polyphosphate granules. A 54.6% PHA accumulation was obtained when technical oleic acid (TOA) was used as carbon source. Molecular weight of the polymer was 54.7 Da. The polymer was amorphous, with glass transition at −47.5 °C and thermal degradation at 293 °C. PHA production and monomer composition were affected by KLa and temperature. The most relevant characteristic of the polymer produced at low aeration rates (KLa, 0.06 s−1) were the unusual C14:2 (13%) and the increase of C12:1 (42.2%). The highest amount of unsaturated monomers was found in the polymer produced at 18 °C (64.4%).PHA accumulation ranged between 66.1% when waste-free fatty acids from soybean oil (WFFA) were used as carbon substrate, 29.4% when waste frying oil (WFO) was used and 16.8% when glucose was used. Depending on the substrate supplied a wide range of components was observed. Major saturated or unsaturated components of the polymer found were C10:0, C12:0 and C8:0 or C12:1 and C14:1, respectively. When glucose was used as carbon substrate C9:0, C11:0 and C16:0 were found.  相似文献

We synthesized four types of arginine-based amphipathic nonapeptides, including two homochiral peptides, R-(l-Arg-l-Arg-Aib)3-NH2 (R = 6-FAM-β-Ala: FAM-1; R = Ac: Ac-1) and R-(d-Arg-d-Arg-Aib)3-NH2 (R = 6-FAM-β-Ala: ent-FAM-1; R = Ac: ent-Ac-1); a heterochiral peptide, R-(l-Arg-d-Arg-Aib)3-NH2 (R = 6-FAM-β-Ala: FAM-2; R = Ac: Ac-2); and a racemic mixture of diastereomeric peptides, R-(rac-Arg-rac-Arg-Aib)3-NH2 (R = 6-FAM-β-Ala: FAM-3; R = Ac: Ac-3), and then investigated the relationship between their secondary structures and their ability to pass through cell membranes. Peptides 1 and ent-1 formed stable one-handed α-helical structures and were more effective at penetrating HeLa cells than the non-helical peptides 2 and 3.  相似文献

Guinier analysis allows model-free determination of the radius of gyration (Rg) of a biomolecule from X-ray or neutron scattering data, in the limit of very small scattering angles. Its range of validity is well understood for globular proteins, but is known to be more restricted for unfolded or intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs). We have used ensembles of disordered structures from molecular dynamics simulations to investigate which structural properties cause deviations from the Guinier approximation at small scattering angles. We find that the deviation from the Guinier approximation is correlated with the polymer scaling exponent ν describing the unfolded ensemble. We therefore introduce an empirical, ν-dependent, higher-order correction term, to augment the standard Guinier analysis. We test the new fitting scheme using all-atom simulation data for several IDPs and experimental data for both an IDP and a destabilized mutant of a folded protein. In all cases tested, we achieve an accuracy of the inferred Rg within ~ 3% of the true Rg. The method is straightforward to implement and extends the range of validity to a maximum qRg of ~ 2 versus 1.1 for Guinier analysis. Compared with the Guinier or Debye approaches, our method allows data from wider angles with lower noise to be used to analyze scattering data accurately. In addition to Rg, our fitting scheme also yields estimates of the scaling exponent ν in excellent agreement with the reference ν determined from the underlying molecular ensemble.  相似文献

Central heterocyclic ring size reduction from piperidinyl to pyrrolidinyl in the vesicular monoamine transporter-2 (VMAT2) inhibitor GZ-793A and its analogs resulted in novel N-propane-1,2(R)-diol analogs 11a–i. These compounds were evaluated for their affinity for the dihydrotetrabenazine (DTBZ) binding site on VMAT2 and for their ability to inhibit vesicular dopamine (DA) uptake. The 4-difluoromethoxyphenethyl analog 11f was the most potent inhibitor of [3H]-DTBZ binding (Ki = 560 nM), with 15-fold greater affinity for this site than GZ-793A (Ki = 8.29 μM). Analog 11f also showed similar potency of inhibition of [3H]-DA uptake into vesicles (Ki = 45 nM) compared to that for GZ-793A (Ki = 29 nM). Thus, 11f represents a new water-soluble inhibitor of VMAT function.  相似文献

Secoisolariciresinol diglucosides (SDGs) (S,S)-SDG-1 (major isomer in flaxseed) and (R,R)-SDG-2 (minor isomer in flaxseed) were synthesized from vanillin via secoisolariciresinol (6) and glucosyl donor 7 through a concise route that involved chromatographic separation of diastereomeric diglucoside derivatives (S,S)-8 and (R,R)-9. Synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1 and (R,R)-SDG-2 exhibited potent antioxidant properties (EC50 = 292.17 ± 27.71 μM and 331.94 ± 21.21 μM, respectively), which compared well with that of natural (S,S)-SDG-1 (EC50 = 275.24 ± 13.15 μM). These values are significantly lower than those of ascorbic acid (EC50 = 1129.32 ± 88.79 μM) and α-tocopherol (EC50 = 944.62 ± 148.00 μM). Compounds (S,S)-SDG-1 and (R,R)-SDG-2 also demonstrated powerful scavenging activities against hydroxyl [natural (S,S)-SDG-1: 3.68 ± 0.27; synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1: 2.09 ± 0.16; synthetic (R,R)-SDG-2: 1.96 ± 0.27], peroxyl [natural (S,S)-SDG-1: 2.55 ± 0.11; synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1: 2.20 ± 0.10; synthetic (R,R)-SDG-2: 3.03 ± 0.04] and DPPH [natural (S,S)-SDG-1: EC50 = 83.94 ± 2.80 μM; synthetic (S,S)-SDG-1: EC50 = 157.54 ± 21.30 μM; synthetic (R,R)-SDG-2: EC50 = 123.63 ± 8.67 μM] radicals. These results confirm previous studies with naturally occurring (S,S)-SDG-1 and establish both (S,S)-SDG-1 and (R,R)-SDG-2 as potent antioxidants and free radical scavengers for potential in vivo use.  相似文献

A series of cationic trispyrazolylmethane complexes of the general form [TmRM(CH3CN)3]2+ (Tm = tris(pyrazolyl)methane, 1, R = 3,5-Me2, M = Fe(II); 2, R = 3-Ph, M = Fe(II); 3, R = 3,5-Me2, M = Co(II); 4, R = 3-Ph, M = Co(II)) with ‘piano-stool’ structures was prepared by the reaction of the N3tripodal ligands (TmR)with [(CH3CN)6M](BF4)2 in a 1:1 stoichiometric ratio. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that all four complexes with BF4 counter anions are paramagnetic, high-spin systems in the solid state with μeff at high temperatures of 5.2 (1, S = 2), 5.4 (2, S = 2), 4.9 (3, S = 3/2) and 4.6 (4, S = 3/2) BM, respectively. Comparisons of bond lengths from the metal centre to the TmR nitrogen donors, and from the metal centre to the acetonitrile nitrogen donors indicate that the neutral tripodal ligands appear to be more weakly coordinated to the metal centre than are the acetonitrile ligands. Reactions of these tripodal complexes with bidentate phosphine ligands, such as 1,2-diphosphinoethane or 1,2-bis(diallylphosphino)ethane leads to displacement of the tripodal ligand, or to the formation of more thermally stable bis-ligand complexes M(TmR)2 (R = 3,5-dimethyl).  相似文献

A series of 2-amino-N-benzylpyridine-3-carboxnamides, 2-amino-N-benzylpyridine-3-sulfonamides and 2-amino-3-benzylthiopyridines against c-Met were designed by means of bioisosteric replacement and docking analysis. Optimization of the 2-amino-3-benzylthiopyridine scaffold led to the identification of compound (R)-10b displaying c-Met inhibition with an IC50 up to 7.7 nM. In the cytotoxic evaluation, compound (R)-10b effectively inhibited the proliferation of c-Met addictive human cancer cell lines (IC50 from 0.19 to 0.71 μM) and c-Met activation-mediated cell metastasis. At a dose of 100 mg/Kg, (R)-10b evidently inhibited tumor growth (45%) in NIH-3T3/TPR-Met xenograft model. Of note, (R)-10b could overcome c-Met-activation mediated gefitinib-resistance, which indicated its potential use for drug combination. Taken together, 2-amino-3-benzylthiopyridine scaffold was first disclosed and exhibited promising pharmacological profiles against c-Met, which left room for further exploration.  相似文献

The reaction of thiourea with O-perbenzoylated C-(1-bromo-1-deoxy-β-d-glucopyranosyl)formamide gave the new anomeric spirocycle 1R-1,5-anhydro-d-glucitol-spiro-[1,5]-2-imino-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one. Acylation and sulfonylation with the corresponding acyl chlorides (RCOCl or RSO2Cl where R = tBu, Ph, 4-Me-C6H4, 1- and 2-naphthyl) produced the corresponding 2-acylimino- and 2-sulfonylimino-thiazolidinones, respectively. Alkylation by MeI, allyl-bromide and BnBr produced mixtures of the respective N-alkylimino- and N,N′-dialkyl-imino-thiazolidinones, while reactions with 1,2-dibromoethane and 1,3-dibromopropane furnished spirocyclic 5,6-dihydro-imidazo[2,1-b]thiazolidin-3-one and 6,7-dihydro-5H-thiazolidino[3,2-a]pyrimidin-3-one, respectively. Removal of the O-benzoyl protecting groups by the Zemplén protocol led to test compounds most of which proved micromolar inhibitors of rabbit muscle glycogen phosphorylase b (RMGPb). Best inhibitors were the 2-benzoylimino- (Ki = 9 μM) and the 2-naphthoylimino-thiazolidinones (Ki = 10 μM). Crystallographic studies of the unsubstituted spiro-thiazolidinone and the above most efficient inhibitors in complex with RMGPb confirmed the preference and inhibitory effect that aromatic (and especially 2-naphthyl) derivatives show for the catalytic site promoting the inactive conformation of the enzyme.  相似文献

Temperature and pH play an important role in the stability of phycocyanin, a natural blue colorant. Systematic investigations showed the maximum stability of phycocyanin was in the pH range 5.5–6.0. Incubation at temperatures between 47 and 64 °C caused the concentration (CR) and half-life of phycocyanin in solution to decrease rapidly. The CR value remained at approximately 50% after incubating for 30 min at 59 °C. After heating at 60 °C for 15 min, the CR value of phycocyanin at pH 7.0 was maintained at around 62–70% when 20–40% glucose or sucrose was added, and the half-life increased from 19 min to 30–44 min. 2.5% sodium chloride was found to be an effective preservative for phycocyanin at pH 7.0 as a CR value of 76% was maintained and the half-life of 67 min was increased.  相似文献

PurposeAngiogenesis, a multistep process that results in new blood vessel formation from preexisting vasculature is essential for both the growth of solid tumour and for metastasis. Stimulation of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR), a transmembrane glycoprotein, results in mitogenesis. Within this family of receptors, VEGFR 2/kinase-insert-domain containing receptor appears to be principally upregulated during tumorigenesis. The aim of this study was to determine the expression of VEGFR-2/kinase-insert-domain containing receptor (KDR) and its correlation with angiotensin receptor type 1 (AT1-R) and clinical factors in endometrial carcinoma.MethodsThe expression of KDR and AT1-R was studied in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium by Real-time RT-PCR and Western blot analysis in 136 samples. The expression profile was correlated with the clinicopathological characteristics of endometrial adenocarcinoma.ResultsWe noted a significant correlation between the expression of KDR and AT1-R in tumour grade G1, G2 and G3 (Rs = 0.50; p = 0.002, Rs = 0.69; p = 0.0001, Rs = 0.52; p = 0.005, respectively). In stage I and stage II carcinoma, a significant correlation was also found between the expression of KDR and AT1-R (Rs = 0.70, p = 0.0001, Rs = 0.67; p = 0.001, respectively). Moreover significant correlation was observed between both KDR and AT1-R in tissue with different myometrial invasion (Rs = 0.54, p = 0.0001, Rs = 0.68; p = 0.0001; respectively for tumours with invasion into the inner half and invasion into the outer half).ConclusionsBasing on received correlation between AT1-R and KDR expression and previous results we speculate that angiotensin through AT1-R modulates KDR expression and thus have influence on local VEGF level. However, further studies are required to clarify the biological interaction between KDR, AT1-R and other hormonal regulators in endometrial carcinoma.  相似文献

The efficient synthesis of a new series of polyhydroxylated dibenzyl ω-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)alkylphosphonates as acyclic nucleotide analogues is described starting from dibenzyl ω-azido(polyhydroxy)alkylphosphonates and selected alkynes under microwave irradiation. Selected O,O-dibenzylphosphonate acyclonucleotides were transformed into the respective phosphonic acids. All compounds were evaluated in vitro for activity against a broad variety of DNA and RNA viruses and for cytostatic activity against murine leukemia L1210, human T-lymphocyte CEM and human cervix carcinoma HeLa cells. Compound (1S,2S)-16b exhibited antiviral activity against Influenza A H3N2 subtype (EC50 = 20 μM—visual CPE score; EC50 = 18 μM—MTS method; MCC >100 μM, CC50 >100 μM) in Madin Darby canine kidney cell cultures (MDCK), and (1S,2S)-16k was active against vesicular stomatitis virus and respiratory syncytial virus in HeLa cells (EC50 = 9 and 12 μM, respectively). Moreover, compound (1R,2S)-16l showed activity against both herpes simplex viruses (HSV-1, HSV-2) in HEL cell cultures (EC50 = 2.9 and 4 μM, respectively) and feline herpes virus in CRFK cells (EC50 = 4 μM) but at the same time it exhibited cytotoxicity toward uninfected cell (MCC  4 μM). Several other compounds have been found to inhibit proliferation of L1210, CEM as well as HeLa cells with IC50 in the 4–50 μM range. Among them compounds (1S,2S)- and (1R,2S)-16l were the most active (IC50 in the 4–7 μM range).  相似文献

Two new steroidal saponins, 25(R)-3β [(O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1  3)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1  2)-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  3)-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1  4)-β-d-galactopyranosyl)oxy]-5α, 15β, 22R, 25R-spirostan-3,15-diol (1, named parquispiroside) and 25R-26-[(β-d-glucopyranosyl)Oxy]-(3β [(O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1  3)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1  2)-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1  3)-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1  4)-β-d-galactopyranosyl)oxy], 5α, 15β, 22R, 25R)-furostane-3,15,22-triol (2, named parquifuroside), along with the known saponins, capsicoside D (3) and 22-OMe-capsicoside D (4) and the known glycoside, benzyl primeveroside (5), were isolated from the leaves of Cestrum parqui. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by careful analysis of 1D and 2D NMR spectra and ESIMS data. Parquispiroside (1) exhibited moderate inhibition of Hela, HepG2, U87, and MCF7 cell lines with IC50 values in the range of 3.3–14.1 μM.  相似文献

Purpose: To use a previously developed CoMFA model to design a series of new structures of high selectivity and efficacy towards the β2-adrenergic receptor. Results: Out of 21 computationally designed structures 6 compounds were synthesized and characterized for β2-AR binding affinities, subtype selectivities and functional activities. Conclusion: the best compound is (R,R)-4-methoxy-1-naphthylfelnoterol with Kiβ2-AR = 0.28 μm, Kiβ1-AR/Kiβ2-AR = 573, EC50cAMP = 3.9 nm, EC50cardio = 16 nm. The CoMFA model appears to be an effective predictor of the cardiomocyte contractility of the studied compounds which are targeted for use in congestive heart failure.  相似文献

The four stereoisomers of 2RS,4RS-1-[[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-(2-(2-propenyloxy)phenoxymethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl]methyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole (YCZ-2013), a novel brassinosteroid biosynthesis inhibitor, were prepared. The diastereomers of 2RS,4R-5 and 2RS,4S-5 were prepared by using the corresponding optically pure R and S toluene-4-sulfonic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester (R-4,S-4). The enatiomerically and diastereomerically pure acetonide (5) was obtained by a method involving diastereoselective crystallisation of the tosylate salt, followed by re-equilibration with the mother liquor and chromatography. The optical purity of four target compounds (YCZ-2013) was confirmed by chiral high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and NMR. The effects of these stereoisomers on Arabidopsis stem elongation indicated that the cis isomers of 2S,4R-YCZ-2013 and 2R,4S-YCZ-2013 exhibited potent inhibitory activity with IC50 values of approximately 24 ± 3 and 24 ± 2 nM, respectively. The IC50 values of the trans isomers of 2S,4S-YCZ-2013 and 2R,4R-YCZ-2013 are approximately 1510 ± 50 and 3900 ± 332 nM, respectively. Co-application of brassinolide (10 nM), the most potent BR, and GA3 (1 μM) to Arabidopsis seedlings grown in the dark with 2R,4S-YCZ-2013 and 2S,4R-YCZ-2013 revealed that brassinolide recovered the induced dwarfism of Arabidopsis seedlings, whereas GA3 showed no effect.  相似文献

An extracellular bleach stable protease producing strain was isolated from marine water sample and identified as Bacillus mojavensis A21 on the basis of the 16S rRNA gene sequencing and biochemical properties. The A21 alkaline protease was purified from the culture supernatant to homogeneity using acetone precipitation, Sephadex G-75 gel filtration and CM-Sepharose ion exchange chromatography, with a 6.43-fold increase in specific activity and 16.56% recovery. The molecular weight of the purified enzyme was estimated to be 20 kDa by SDS-PAGE and gel filtration. The enzyme was highly active over a wide range of pH from 7.0 to 13.0, with an optimum at pH 8.5. The relative activities at pH 11.0 and 12.0 were about 80 and 71.7% of that obtained at pH 8.5. The enzyme was extremely stable in the pH range of 7.0–12.0. It exhibited maximal activity at 60 °C. The thermostability of the enzyme was significantly increased by the addition of CaCl2. The activity of the enzyme was totally lost in the presence of PMSF, suggesting that the purified enzyme is a serine protease.The N-terminal amino acid sequence of the first 20 amino acids of the purified protease was DINGGGATLPQKLYQTSGVL. B. mojavensis A21 protease showed low homology with bacterial peptidases, suggesting that the enzyme is a new protease.The alkaline protease showed high stability towards anionic (0.1% SDS) and non-ionic (1 and 5% Tween 80 and 1% Triton X-100) surfactants. In addition, the enzyme was relatively stable towards oxidizing agents, retaining more than 79 and 70% of its initial activity after 1 h incubation in the presence of 1% H2O2 and 0.1% sodium perborate, respectively. The enzyme showed excellent stability with a wide range of commercial solid and liquid detergents at 30 and 40 °C. Considering its promising properties, B. mojavensis A21 may find potential application in laundry detergents.  相似文献

Accurate estimation of phytoplankton chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentration in turbid waters through remote sensing is a challenge due to the optical complexity of water constituents. Reflectance spectra and concurrent water quality parameters of 225 samples across the Shitoukoumen Reservoir, the drinking water resource for Changchun City, were used to retrieve Chl-a concentration with high total suspended matter (TSM) during 2006–2008. A combination of genetic algorithms and partial least square (GA-PLS) model was established for Chl-a retrieval through GA to select sensitive spectral variables and PLS for regression. To compare GA-PLS performances, the widely accepted three-band algorithm was implemented for Chl-a concentration estimation. Both GA-PLS and the three-band algorithm have stable performance for the aggregated dataset (R2 = 0.85 and 0.81; RPD = 3.95 and 3.61; relative RMSE = 31.7% and 34.2%), with the GA-PLS model performing marginally better. The temporal transferability of the models was validated with the dataset collected in 2006 and 2007 respectively as independent dataset, showing that GA-PLS outperformed the three-band algorithm. Our result also indicated that relative error [(Chl-apredicted  Chl-ameasured) / Chl-ameasured] showed good linear relation to TSM: Chl-a ratio (R2 = 0.84), which implied that TSM concentration exerted significant impact on the accuracy of Chl-a estimation in this case study. As the results were derived from a large number of samples representing a wide range of spatiotemporal variations of pigment under TSM (3.7–472.8 mg/L) concentration influence, the GA-PLS model has great potential for Chl-a estimation for inland waters with similar backgrounds. Nevertheless, the three-band algorithm also has its own merit considering its simplicity for implementation.  相似文献

The one-dimensional (1D) meso polymeric structure {[Cd2(HL)(N3)2(H2O)] · (DMF)3}n 2 has been assembled from a propeller-like chiral mononuclear complex {[Cd(H3L)(H2O)][Cd(H3L)(H2O)2]}(ClO4)4 1 (H3L = tris(5-methyl-2-benzimidazolylmethyl)amine). The assembly process was achieved by the aid of NaN3 which causes N-deprotonation of the 5-methyl-benzimidazole groups and bridges the opposite enantiomers to form 1D meso chain. Both the monomer 1 and polymer 2 have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The ESI-MS of complex 1 has been studied to understand the assembly process. The photoluminescence measurements of the ligand and the complexes show that the ligand-based emission has been significantly enhanced in the monomer while little changed after polymerization.  相似文献
