The relationship between plant species richness and primary productivity has long been a central topic in biodiversity research. In this paper, we examine the relationship between species richness and productivity in four typical grasslands of Northern China at different spatial scales. At the community scale, a positive correlation was found for six of seven communities. A unimodal pattern was found only for one community (Stipa glareosa community), while at a large scale (vegetation type or landscape/region), the relationship was also found significantly positive. Species richness ranged from 4 to 35 species, and community aboveground productivity from 13 to 368 g·m−2·a−1. The highest species richness and aboveground productivity were found in alpine meadow, followed by meadow steppe, typical steppe and desert steppe. 分别于2009年8月和2010年5月对太湖流域37个采样点的大型底栖动物进行调查采样.共采集到大型底栖动物69种,其中寡毛类15种,占21.7%;软体动物16种,占232%;甲壳动物5种,占7.2%;水生昆虫27种,占39.1%;多毛类6种,占8.7%.利用大型底栖动物的物种组成以及物种相对丰度,应用双向指示种(TWINSPAN)和无偏对应分析(DCA)将37个采样点分为4组.第1组的指示种为齿吻沙蚕和河蚬等多毛类及软体动物;第2组的指示种为太湖大螯蜚和方格短沟蜷等多毛类及软体动物;第3组的指示种为霍甫水丝蚓等环节动物;第4组的指示种为正颤蚓和摇蚊幼虫.典范对应分析(CCA)结果表明: 电导率和总氮是影响底栖动物分布的主要环境因子,铵氮、CODCr、透明度、叶绿素a、水深及硝态氮对底栖动物分布也有影响.  相似文献

Above- and belowground biomasses of grasslands are important parameters for characterizing re- gional and global carbon cycles in grassland ecosystems. Compared with the relatively detailed in- formation for aboveground biomass (AGB), belowground biomass (BGB) is poorly reported at the re- gional scales. The present study, based on a total of 113 sampling sites in temperate grassland of the Inner Mongolia, investigated regional distribution patterns of AGB, BGB, vertical distribution of roots, and their relationships with environmental factors. AGB and BGB increased from the southwest to the northeast of the study region. The largest biomass occurred in meadow steppe, with mean AGB and BGB of 196.7 and 1385.2 g/m2, respectively; while the lowest biomass occurred in desert steppe, with an AGB of 56.6 g/m2 and a BGB of 301.0 g/m2. In addition, about 47% of root biomass was distributed in the top 10 cm soil. Further statistical analysis indicated that precipitation was the primary determinant factor in shaping these distribution patterns. Vertical distribution of roots was significantly affected by precipitation, while the effects of soil texture and grassland types were weak.  相似文献

Relationships between environmental factors and plant species-richness as well as the composition of plant species in wet grasslands from the order Molinietalia caeruleae were studied with a view to quantifying the relative contribution of different abiotic factors, such as soil chemical parameters, climatic conditions and human impact to diversity of vascular plants and floristic composition. Data and soil samples were collected from 88 plots across Slovenia from regions at the eastern edge of the Po plain, karstic and pre-Alpine mountain regions and the western part of the Pannonian plain, which are classified to sub-Mediterranean, Dinnaric, pre-Alpine and sub-Pannonian phytogeographic areas. Plant diversity was positively correlated with the content of exchangeable Ca2+ in soil and the amount of annual precipitation, while significant negative correlation was calculated in case of the plant-available phosphorous content and altitude. Moreover, plant species richness was also negatively correlated with altitude. Among the groups of environmental factors the group of soil factors revealed the strongest correlation with species richness, followed by climatic and topographic group. The order of these groups was the same in the explanation of species composition. Variance of plant species composition was best explained with altitude, soil pH, geographical gradient, frequency of flooding, mean annual temperature, date of mowing, humidity, annual amount of precipitation as well as with the content of plant-available phosphorous, total nitrogen, exchangeable Mg2+ and Ca2+ in the soil.  相似文献

以中国大陆北热带及亚热带地区优势科樟科、壳斗科植物为研究对象,利用专著发表大量的样方数据和物种分布数据,分析樟科、壳斗科与群落构建的关系、它们各大属的地理分布格局,探讨影响其分布的可能历史原因。结果表明:中国大陆北热带及亚热带地区森林乔木层优势科为樟科、壳斗科、山茶科、杜鹃花科。樟科、壳斗科物种丰富度均与其所在群落的物种丰富度呈现一定的正相关,樟科对群落构建的贡献较大。樟科、壳斗科植物种的空间多样性分布中心均出现在我国亚热带中部偏南地区。樟科的厚壳桂属、琼楠属以及壳斗科的锥属物种多样性分布中心主要在南亚热带及北热带区域,以广西、云南省份的南部为主。樟科的樟属、新木姜子属、润楠属、木姜子属及壳斗科的柯属、青冈属主要分布在我国大陆北热带及亚热带中部偏南的地区,其多样性分布中心与樟科、壳斗科科水平的物种多样性分布中心极为相似。樟科的山胡椒属、楠属、黄肉楠属,壳斗科的栎属主要分布在研究区域中部以西的地区。研究结果佐证物种的生态学特性以及生物地理学历史综合作用导致目前樟科和壳斗科植物的生物多样性分布格局。  相似文献

在青藏高原进行了大范围的群落调查 ,研究高原的两种主要草地群落类型———高寒草甸和高寒草原的植物物种丰富度及其变化。结果表明 :(1)在 5 0个样地 2 5 0个 1m× 1m的样方中 ,共出现 2 6 7种植物 ,其中高寒草甸179种 ,高寒草原 135种。在高寒草甸 ,1m2 样方内物种数最多为 32种 ,最少的仅为 3种 ;在高寒草原 ,物种数最多为 18种 /m2 ,最少的仅为 2种 /m2 。 (2 )物种丰富度随经度和纬度的增加呈增加趋势 ;随海拔的上升呈减少趋势。对物种丰富度与环境因子之间进行逐步回归 ,发现物种丰富度与生长季降水和温暖指数呈显著正相关。 (3)物种丰富度与地上生物量呈显著正相关。  相似文献

对2009年7月19日—8月16日和2010年1月6—30日南海北部(18°—23.5°N、109°—120°E)两个航次的浮游植物样品应用Utermhl方法进行了分析鉴定。结果如下:夏季样品鉴定浮游植物4门72属150种,浮游植物细胞丰度范围为(0.16—6001.78)×103个/L,平均细胞丰度为26.49×103个/L,硅藻的平均细胞丰度为25.81×103个/L,主要优势种属有铁氏束毛藻(Trichodesmium thiebautii)、菱形海线藻(Thalassionema nitzschioides)、柔弱伪菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia delicatissima)及裸甲藻(Gymnodinium spp.)等;冬季样品鉴定浮游植物4门58属168种,浮游植物细胞丰度范围为(0.08—37.52)×103个/L,浮游植物平均细胞丰度为2.69×103个/L,硅藻的平均细胞丰度为2.49×103个/L,主要优势物种为菱形海线藻、伏氏海线藻(Thalassionema frauenfeldii)及短刺角毛藻(Chaetoceros messanensis)等;夏季调查区5m层浮游植物细胞丰度的平面分布由近岸到外海迅速减少,高值区主要在广东东部近岸及海南东部近岸;冬季则在珠江口近岸和海盆区出现较高值。两次调查中,浮游植物细胞丰度在浅水站位(200m)远高于深水站位(200m);较冬季相比,夏季浮游植物平均细胞丰度偏高,但物种丰富度却略偏低。夏、冬季浮游植物的香农-威纳多样性指数平均值分别为2.12和2.36,Pielou均匀度指数平均值分别为0.79和0.81。两个航次调查中,浮游植物细胞丰度均与盐度表现出显著性负相关性;在冬季还与磷酸盐浓度表现出显著性负相关性。  相似文献

蜻蜓目(Odonata)昆虫是半变态类(Hemimetabola)昆虫,它的一生经过卵、若虫和成虫3个阶段。和其他水生昆虫一样,蜻蜓目昆虫是淡水生物群落的重要组成部分,对淡水生态系统起到重要作用。蜻蜓目昆虫在其生活史中,取食、交配等活动离不开水生植物和水域附近的植被。为了研究蜻蜓栖息生境中的湿地植被特征对蜻蜓生态分布影响,对北京地区不同湿地类型的17块样地中296个样方分布的蜻蜓种类、多度以及湿地植被的特征和植物多样性进行调查,记录到蜻蜓6科26属36种,维管植物40科99属150种。应用TWINSPAN对蜻蜓种类和样地进行双向聚类分析,所有样地被划分成为四组。同时,将植被特征因子和湿地植物的多样性视为影响蜻蜓数量及分布的因子进行CCA分析。结果表明:湿地植物的丰富度与植物群落结构的完整性是影响蜻蜓分布的主要因素;各湿地植被特征因子对于蜻蜓生态分布的影响不一,依贡献率由大及小依次为浮水植物层盖度、湿生植物盖度、G1eason丰富度指数、沉水植物层盖度、G-F多样性指数、挺水植物层盖度。并且首次应用G-F多样性指数分析湿地植物的多样性。对于蜻蜓栖息地的保护、城市中对于湿地的兴建和改造也提出了相关保护建议。  相似文献

通过对重庆主城区44个样地的地面苔藓植物进行样方调查,应用物种多样性指数和典范对应分析(CCA),研究了该地区苔藓植物种类组成、物种多样性和群落与环境因子的关系.结果表明: 石生群落共有苔藓植物25科43属86种;土生群落共有苔藓植物22科28属46种.相比公园、风景区和缙云山国家级自然保护区,大学校园的石生和土生苔藓植物物种多样性水平较高.双向指示种分析结果将石生群落划分为3种类型,土生群落划分为2种类型.典范对应分析显示,林冠郁闭度是影响公园和大学校园内石生苔藓植物的主要环境因子;海拔、相对湿度和人为干扰程度是影响自然保护区和旅游景区内石生苔藓植物的主要环境因子.土壤〖JP2〗pH值、人为干扰程度和林冠郁闭度是影响公园和大学校园土生苔藓植物的主要环境因子;海拔、相对湿度和土壤含水量是影响自然保护区和旅游景区内土生苔藓植物的主要因子.  相似文献

综合运用相关分析、CCA排序和TWINSPAN分类方法,研究了牛蒡群落分布、物种组成和生态环境因子之间的关系。结果表明:牛蒡群落中牛蒡重要值与各生态环境因子之间没有显著的相关性,证明牛蒡是广布种;牛蒡群落中,除牛蒡外的其他伴生物种的分布与空气相对湿度、年降水量、年均温、海拔高度呈正相关,与土壤有机质含量、日照时数呈负相关;根据牛蒡群落的分类和排序,划分出牛蒡的4大主产区:东北、西北、西南和东南沿海产区,与药典记载的牛蒡的主产区基本一致。  相似文献

夏季南海北部纤毛虫群落组成及其水平分布   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在2007年中国科学院南海海洋研究所南海北部开放航次期间,设计了两条纤毛虫采样断面(X断面、Y断面),共13个站位,涵盖了珠江冲淡水区、粤东上升流区和陆坡开阔海区,旨在对纤毛虫的种类组成和空间分布及其影响因素进行探讨。共检出4纲8目22属38种纤毛虫,其中种类数最多的属是砂壳目拟铃虫属(9种),其次是急游目急游属(5种)。本航次中纤毛虫主要是砂壳目纤毛虫(27种),共鉴定出砂壳虫15属27种。纤毛虫优势种为蚤状中缢虫Mesodinium pulex(18.1%),其次是丁丁急游虫Strombidium tintinnodes(9.7%),盾形拟铃虫Tintinnopsis urula(5.8%)。纤毛虫种类数和丰度从近岸向外海逐渐减少,纤毛虫种类数与温度(R2=0.53,P0.05)和盐度(R2=0.43,P0.05)呈负相关,随着温度的升高,纤毛虫种类数逐渐降低。纤毛虫丰度与温度和盐度相关性并不明显,这可能由于受上升流的影响,近岸上升流高盐区存在着纤毛虫丰度较为丰富的情况。叶绿素a浓度与纤毛虫种类数(R2=0.36,P0.05)和纤毛虫丰度(R2=0.36,P0.05)呈正相关,近岸浮游植物生物量高,纤毛虫种类丰富,丰度大,叶绿素a沿纵断面降低,纤毛虫种类数和丰度也降低。  相似文献

对渤海湾大型底栖动物和环境因子进行调查,利用多元分析技术对大型底栖动物与环境因子之间的关系进行研究。调查期间共发现大型底栖动物45种,平均密度为406个/m2。大型底栖动物数量空间变化明显,呈现从近岸到外海降低的变化特征。运用典范对应分析(CCA)探讨大型底栖动物与环境因子之间的关系,并采用向前引入法对环境因子进行逐步筛选,Monte Carlo置换检验结果显示,水深、无机氮和溶解氧是影响渤海湾大型底栖动物空间分布的关键环境因子。  相似文献

依据 2005 年 5-10 月在松嫩草原中度退化草地不同植被恢复处理条件下采集的土壤跳虫群落数据,应用类群数、个体密度和多样性指数等多个群落参数,研究了不同植被恢复方式下松嫩草原中度退化草地土壤跳虫群落特征的差异。本研究共捕获跳虫 1 156只,隶属于 9 科 19 属。结果显示:与过度放牧相比,围栏封育和种植苜蓿都能改善土壤理化性质,且拥有较高的跳虫类群数、个体密度和群落多样性。围栏封育和种植苜蓿都能达到恢复与重建中度退化草地土壤跳虫群落的目的, 只是与围栏封育相比,种植苜蓿能够更显著地提高跳虫个体密度。此外,与过度放牧相比,围栏封育和种植苜蓿主要提高了跳虫群落等节跳虫科(Isotomidae)、长角跳虫科( Entomobryidae)和圆跳虫科(Sminthuridae)个体密度和类群数,其中围栏封育样地拥有更高的长角跳虫科和圆跳虫科个体密度,其分别是过度放牧样地相应跳虫科的 5.14倍和 2.38倍;而种植苜蓿样地等节跳虫科个体密度最大,其大小是过度放牧样地等节跳虫科的 3.33倍。  相似文献

应用双向指示种分类法(TWINSPAN)和典范对应分析法(CCA),对干旱区艾里克湖湿地植物群落特征指数与土壤环境因子的关系进行研究.结果表明,研究区的29种主要植物,隶属12科27属,分为4个种类组,大多数物种丰富度较低,其中胡杨、毛柽柳、芦苇和西伯利亚泡泡刺是最常见的种类.TWINSPAN分析表明,该区25个样地分为3个主要类型组,组1包括6个样地,组2包括18个样地,组3包括1个样地,分别代表不同土壤有机质、全氮、全磷含量的3种生境.CCA排序结果同TWINSPAN分类结果基本一致,反映出植物群落分布格局随土壤因子变化的趋势,确定了影响该区植物群落盖度的土壤因子为有机质、全氮、全磷.  相似文献

Climate warming is likely to accelerate the decomposition of soil organic carbon (SOC) which may lead to an increase of carbon release from soils, and thus provide a positive feedback to climate change. However, SOC dynamics in grassland ecosystems over the past two decades remains controversial. In this study, we estimated the magnitude of SOC stock in northern China's grasslands using 981 soil profiles surveyed from 327 sites across the northern part of the country during 2001–2005. We also examined the changes of SOC stock by comparing current measurements with historical records of 275 soil profiles derived from China's National Soil Inventory during the 1980s. Our results showed that, SOC stock in the upper 30 cm in northern China's grasslands was estimated to be 10.5 Pg C (1 Pg=1015 g), with an average density (carbon stock per area) of 5.3 kg C m?2. SOC density (SOCD) did not show significant association with mean annual temperature, but was positively correlated with mean annual precipitation. SOCD increased with soil moisture and reached a plateau when soil moisture was above 30%. Site‐level comparison indicated that grassland SOC stock did not change significantly over the past two decades, with a change of 0.08 kg C m?2, ranging from ?0.30 to 0.46 kg C m?2 at 95% confidence interval. Transect‐scale comparison confirmed that grassland SOC stock remained relatively constant from 1980s to 2000s, suggesting that soils in northern China's grasslands have been carbon neutral over the last 20 years.  相似文献

带鱼(Trichiurus japonicas)是南海北部的重要经济鱼类,其渔获量的变化不仅与捕捞压力有关,还与气候环境变化有关.为了研究气候变化和捕捞对南海北部带鱼渔获量变动的影响,使用长时间序列渔业统计资料和气候变化数据对1956-2006年的南海北部带鱼渔获量变动进行了分析.南海北部的带鱼渔获量变化可划分成因捕捞效应所产生的趋势变化和因气候环境变化所导致的渔获量变动.捕捞效应所产生的趋势变化可用Fox模型拟合,Fox模型拟合结果显示南海北部带鱼渔获量与捕捞努力量关系显著(P<0.01),说明捕捞压力的增长显著影响到南海北部带鱼渔获量的变化.移除捕捞效应所产生的趋势变化后,渔获量变动与中国南方降雨、南海北部海表水温、南海北部夏季季风以及南海北部冬季季风等气候因子呈显著正偏相关(P<0.04),与热带气旋影响指数呈显著负偏相关(P<0.03),这种相关说明南海北部带鱼渔获量变动还受气候环境因子的影响.南海北部带鱼渔获量可用捕捞努力量和气候变量来拟合,且拟合效果显著(R2=0.958,P<0.01),表明南海北部带鱼渔获量的变动归因于捕捞压力的单调增长和气候环境的变化.在南海北部的捕捞压力维持在现有水平下,未来的气候变化和人类活动引起营养盐的增加都可能有利于南海北部带鱼渔业产量的增加,且由于未来极端天气事件的频繁发生,可能还会引起带鱼渔获量的变动幅度加剧.  相似文献

根据1999年5月和2001年5月长江口及其邻近海域的鱼类浮游生物和环境调查资料,应用双向指示种分析(TWINSPAN)和典范对应分析(CCA)方法探讨了长江口及其邻近海 域鱼类浮游生物的群落特征.结果表明:采获的11 540 个鱼类浮游生物隶属11目18科32种,其中凤鲚、鳀、六丝矛尾鰕虎鱼、白氏银汉鱼、松江鲈为优势种,占总丰度的92.49%. TWINSPAN分类将鱼类浮游生物群落划分为3个类群:1)以凤鲚为优势种的河口群组;2)以 松江鲈和白氏银汉鱼为优势种的沿岸群组;3)以鳀和六丝矛尾鰕虎鱼为优势种的近海群组.CCA排序给出了各群组与环境因子的相互关系,表明影响这一海域鱼类浮游生物分布的主 要环境因子为盐度、深度、溶解氧和悬浮物.  相似文献

Aim To develop a landscape‐level model that partitions variance in plant community composition among local environmental, regional environmental, and purely spatial predictive variables for pyrogenic grasslands (prairies, savannas and woodlands) throughout northern and central Florida. Location North and central Florida, USA. Methods We measured plant species composition and cover in 271 plots throughout the study region. A variation‐partitioning model was used to quantify components of variation in species composition associated with the main and interaction effects of soil and topographic variables, climate variables and spatial coordinates. Partial correlations of environmental variables with community variation were identified using direct gradient analysis (redundancy analysis and partial redundancy analysis) and Monte Carlo tests of significance. Results Community composition was most strongly related to edaphic variables at local scales in association with topographic gradients, although geographically structured edaphic, climatic and pure spatial effects were also evident. Edaphic variables explained the largest portion of total variation explained (TVE) as a main effect (48%) compared with the main effects of climate (9%) and pure spatial factors (9%). The remaining TVE was explained by the interaction effect of climate and spatial factors (13%) and the three‐way interaction (22%). Correlation analyses revealed that the primary compositional gradient was related to soil fertility and topographic position corresponding to soil moisture. A second gradient represented distinct geographical separation between the Florida panhandle and peninsular regions, concurrent with differences in soil characteristics. Gradients in composition corresponded to species richness, which was lower in the Florida peninsula. Main conclusions Environmental variables have the strongest influence on the species composition of Florida pyrogenic grasslands at both local and regional scales. However, the limited distributions of many plant taxa suggest historical constraints on species distributions from one physiographical region to the other (Florida panhandle and peninsula), although this pattern is partially confounded by regionally spatially structured environmental variables. Our model provides insight into the relative importance of local‐ and regional‐scale environmental effects as well as possible historical constraints on floristic variation in pine‐dominated pyrogenic grasslands of the south‐eastern USA.  相似文献
