水分是森林土壤环境的重要因子之一,其变化影响着土壤真菌群落组成及土壤生态系统功能。本研究以福建三明格氏栲自然保护区内的米槠天然林为研究对象,设置隔离30%降雨、隔离60%降雨和自然长期样地(对照),在隔离降雨后第6年对表层土壤(0~10 cm)取样,应用18S rRNA基因-高通量测序技术对土壤性质和真菌群落结构与多样性进行分析,探究土壤真菌群落对降雨减少的响应。结果表明:与对照相比,隔离60%降雨处理下土壤含水量和铵态氮含量分别显著降低16.4%和29.5%,而土壤总有机碳、可溶性有机碳、微生物生物量碳、可溶性有机氮、硝态氮含量和pH均未发生显著变化;隔离30%降雨处理的土壤可溶性有机氮含量显著降低13.8%,其他土壤理化指标未发生显著变化。各处理土壤担子菌门和子囊菌门相对丰度均占真菌群落的40%以上,是土壤中的优势真菌群落。土壤真菌群落ACE指数在隔离60%降雨处理下较对照显著降低,其他多样性指数在3个处理间差异均不显著,说明土壤真菌群落结构较为稳定。Mantel检验表明,子囊菌门和未分类的真菌门(norank_k_Fungi、unclassified_k_Fungi)与土壤含水量呈显著正相关,土壤含水量可能是驱动土壤真菌群落变化的关键因子。本研究可为深入理解气候变化下森林土壤生态系统功能的维持提供科学依据。 相似文献

土壤真菌对维持植物地上生物量具有重要作用,植物也会通过根系分泌物等调控土壤真菌群落组成,然而,人们对森林树种影响土壤真菌及其功能群落组成和多样性的认识仍不足。选择川西亚高山两种海拔(2900 m和3200 m)下年龄相似的粗枝云杉(Picea asperata)天然林为研究对象,采集粗枝云杉根际、非根际及空地土壤,采用高通量测序技术和FUNGuild数据库比对,分析土壤真菌及其功能真菌群落的组成和多样性变化。结果表明,土壤真菌及其功能真菌群落的组成和多样性在3个土壤取样位置间差异不显著,但在2个海拔之间具有显著差异,例如,海拔2900 m和3200 m土壤的优势真菌分别为蜡壳耳属(Sebacina)和红菇属(Russula)。对于真菌功能群落α多样性,发现外生菌根(ECM)真菌群落的ACE指数在2900 m海拔处显著高于3200 m海拔,而植物病原真菌的ACE指数和Shannon指数恰好相反,土壤真菌及其腐生真菌群落的α多样性指数在不同海拔间无显著差异。进一步通过网络分析发现,两个海拔之间土壤真菌群落的相互关系和核心菌群明显不同,其中3200m海拔的土壤真菌群落表现出更明显的负相关性。另外,影响土壤真菌及其功能群落的关键因子也不相同,土壤真菌和腐生真菌群落主要受pH影响,而外生菌根真菌和植物病原真菌群落分别受到土壤含水量和全氮的影响。本研究有助于深入理解森林生态系统的地下微生物学机制,为森林保护和恢复提供科学依据。 相似文献

Beta多样性度量时空尺度上物种组成的变化, 是生物多样性的重要组成部分, 与许多生态学和进化生物学问题密切相关, 并且其信息可用于保护区选址和布局规划, 因此在最近10年间成为生物多样性研究的热点问题之一。多年来, 学者们利用各种度量方式和分析方法, 在不同地理区域, 对许多生物类群beta多样性的时空格局和形成机制进行了大量研究。本文主要从beta多样性的度量方法、时空格局、形成机制及其在生物多样性保护中的应用等几个方面, 总结了最近10多年来相关研究的进展。Whittaker(1960)最初提出beta多样性概念时就缺乏严格的定义, 随着概念的不断演化, 度量方法也同样呈现出多样化, 而度量手段的多样化非常不利于不同研究之间的比较。目前应用最普遍的度量方法是采用相似性指数, 如Jaccard和Sørensen指数。最近几年, 新的度量方法还在不断出现, 其中一些方法非常值得注意。Beta多样性具有时空尺度和分类尺度依赖性, 一般随分析粒度(grain)的增加而降低。虽然有些研究表明beta多样性随纬度增加而降低, 但学者们并没有达成共识。山区和生物地理区的交界处beta多样性都比较高, 因而需要在这些地区增加保护区的面积或者数量以囊括物种变化梯度。对时间尺度上beta多样性的研究表明, 气候变化确实导致了物种组成在时间上的变化, 并且物种在不同大陆和地区间的迁移导致了生物同质化。扩散过程和生态位过程共同决定了beta多样性, 只是这两个过程的相对重要性依尺度、地理区域和物种类群的不同而有所差异。综上所述, 我们认为未来beta多样性研究的热点问题是:(1)不同生物类群的进化历史和生物学特征对beta多样性的影响; (2)不同的时空尺度对beta多样性及其维持机制的影响; (3)人类活动对beta多样性的影响。 相似文献

长江口低盐淡水区潮间带鱼类群落结构季节及半月相变化 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
基于2006年春(5月)、夏(7月)、秋(9月下旬)和冬季(2月)对长江口低盐淡水区水域进行的潮间带鱼类调查结果,分析了鱼类种类及丰度的半月相及其季节变化. 结果表明:长江口低盐淡水区水域潮间带鱼类共有53种;其中鲤科鱼类最多,虾虎鱼科次之,其他科较少. 2顶网具渔获物的鱼类种类和丰度均以春、夏、秋季较高,冬季最低.各个季节的平均种类数和平均丰度均为小潮期小于大潮期. Shannon-Weaver指数(H′)在一个潮周期内的波动幅度较大,且小潮期H′值略低于大潮期. 对鱼类种类丰度进行聚类分析发现,冬季鱼类聚成一组,春、夏和秋季聚成一组. 从整年的情况来看,潮间带鱼类的丰度变化与水温的相关性最高;与潮高的相关性次之;而与盐度的相关性最小. 相似文献

物种共存机制是群落生态学研究的核心问题之一,但以成对物种间直接相互作用为主的传统共存理论,并未在实际群落中得到普遍证实。近年来,有研究表明,高阶相互作用,即一个物种对另一个物种的直接作用强度受到其他物种的间接影响,在群落竞争过程中的重要性不断得到发展。目前,对高阶相互作用的理论研究还主要集中在非空间理论模型。事实上,群落中个体的空间分布和扩散模式等对种群动态的影响均至关重要。故考虑空间因素,以三物种为例构建空间显式的群落动态模拟,通过引入不同的物种扩散模式,研究高阶相互作用对群落物种共存结果的影响。研究表明:(1)高阶相互作用可以促进也可能抑制物种共存,具体共存结果取决于高阶相互作用的方向、强度和分类;(2)当全部高阶相互作用都存在,且取值为正时,物种共存位置会发生偏移,原本生态位分化下共存的区域不再共存,而在生态位重叠度较高的区域,物种可以在更大范围的适合度差异下共存;(3)扩散模式对高阶相互作用的上述调节机制有一定的影响,且无论正高阶还是负高阶,当种群趋于局部扩散时,高阶相互作用的正向及负向调节效果均有所减弱。以上结论强调了在理论模型和实际保护工作中考虑相互作用网络的重要性,有助于进一步理解物种共存机制,能够为保护生物多样性提供理论依据。 相似文献

[背景] 近岸海域赤潮的发生能显著改变包括真菌在内的微生物群落组成,进而影响海洋中碳氮元素循环。真菌是海洋中重要的分解者,但赤潮过程对真菌群落的影响少有报道。[目的] 探明赤潮过程对真菌群落的影响,对进一步阐释赤潮对生态系统中物质循环的影响具有重要意义。[方法] 针对2017年春季象山港硅藻赤潮,对真菌内源转录间隔区1(Internally Transcribed Spacer 1,ITS1)序列进行高通量测序,研究赤潮过程中真菌群落响应及共现性特征。[结果] 真菌群落的α多样性指数在赤潮暴发的各阶段差异显著,而且均与磷酸盐、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐有显著相关性(P<0.05)。子囊菌门(Ascomycota,90.2%)和担子菌门(Basidiomycota,8.27%)是本次硅藻赤潮的优势菌门,其中子囊菌门遍布赤潮暴发的4个阶段;锤舌菌纲(Leotiomycetes,16.1%)和散囊菌纲(Eurotiomycetes,9.3%)是纲水平上的主要优势类群。赤潮暴发过程中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐和温度等环境因素的改变,驱动真菌群落组成及结构发生显著变化。Helotiales、Eurotiales、Xylariales、Sacc haromycetales和Agaricostilbales构成了真菌群落共现网络的主体。[结论] 真菌群落在赤潮的各阶段具有显著的演替特征,赤潮藻生消是引起真菌群落演替的主要因素,但是环境因子也扮演着重要角色。赤潮过程中,真菌群落同类群内的互作要强于不同类群间的互作,这对维持群落的稳定性具有重要意义。 相似文献

【目的】不合理施肥所引发的土壤环境问题逐渐成为制约我国农业可持续发展的重要因素之一,土壤真菌作为一类重要的土壤微生物,研究长期施肥对土壤真菌多样性及群落分布格局,探讨其理化因子对真菌群落结构的影响具有一定意义。【方法】本研究以东北黑土玉米田长期定位施肥试验(1984–2017)为基础,通过常规分析和Illumina Mi Seq高通量测序技术,分析长期施肥对黑土玉米田土壤养分含量和真菌群落结构变化的影响。【结果】长期施用氮肥明显降低土壤p H,却增加了玉米产量,秸秆与化肥配施可以增加土壤有机质和全氮的含量。稀释曲线结果表明长期施肥降低了土壤真菌序列的丰度和均匀度,并且在秸秆与化肥配施中序列数最低;在优势菌群中,共检测出5个已知真菌门,分别是子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、接合菌门(Zygomycota)、球囊菌门(Glomeromycota)和壶菌门(Chytridiomycota),子囊菌门占总序列平均值的57.0%,并且在氮磷钾配施高量秸秆有机肥(NPK+S0.5)的土壤中,子囊菌门丰度高达70.35%。在土壤真菌属水平的物种丰度分析中,共检测出109个已知真菌属,Humicola、Fusarium、Verticillium、Mortierella这4个菌属为优势菌属;Chaetomium、Trichocladium、Podospora、Preussia 4个菌属在秸秆与化肥配施处理中丰度较高,并同属一个分支聚类。从多样性指数分析得出,秸秆与化肥配施可以增加物种丰度和群落多样性;从热图分析可知,施用氮肥和不施用氮肥处理间真菌群落组成存在明显差异。RDA分析中,土壤理化性质影响着土壤真菌群落结构,尤其是土壤的p H、全量氮磷钾(T-N、T-P、T-K)、有效磷钾(A-P、A-K)和铵态氮(NH4+-N)浓度是重要环境因素。【结论】因此,施用氮肥虽然增加了产量,但也造成土壤酸化,真菌数量增加,其丰富度和多样性明显降低。而秸秆与化肥配施可以维持土壤健康生态环境和真菌群落多样性。 相似文献

【目的】了解羊肚菌白霉病发生对土壤真菌群落结构的影响。【方法】采用Illumina Mi Seq高通量测序技术,对未栽培羊肚菌土壤、正常生长羊肚菌和染白霉病羊肚菌根际土真菌群落结构进行研究。【结果】9个样品共得到393 347条有效序列。未栽培羊肚菌土壤真菌多样性指数和丰度显著大于羊肚菌根际土,染病羊肚菌根际真菌丰度和多样性大于正常生长的羊肚菌,各样品的群落组成和优势类群有较大差异。【结论】羊肚菌栽培后真菌多样性降低,白霉病发生后根际真菌种类增多,土壤真菌群落结构发生变化,优势真菌类群也产生了较大变化。 相似文献

为研究黄河三角洲地区混交人工林土壤细菌群落特征,应用高通量测序技术,比较分析了刺槐臭椿混交林以及臭椿和刺槐纯林土壤细菌结构及多样性,并结合土壤理化性质进行分析。试验结果表明:在细菌门分类水平上,臭椿纯林、刺槐纯林、刺槐臭椿混交林土壤中分别检测出27、25、31门细菌,3种不同林分土壤中酸杆菌门、变形菌门、放线菌门、硝化螺旋菌门、绿弯菌门、浮霉菌门、芽单胞菌门、疣微菌门8种细菌是土壤中的主要细菌群落,其中酸杆菌门、变形菌门和放线菌门为优势细菌群落。不同类型人工林土壤中各门细菌相对丰度差异显著。混交林土壤细菌物种数和Shannon指数值分别为1910和9.1高于两种纯林。通过对土壤主要细菌群落与土壤理化性质进行主成分分析发现,3种不同林分之间在土壤细菌群落结构上有较高程度的分离,差异显著(P < 0.05),有效磷含量与混交林土壤细菌群落有较强的正相关关系。因此可以得出结论,不同林分类型、土壤理化性质和细菌群落结构三者相互影响,刺槐臭椿混交增加了土壤细菌群落多样性,土壤理化性质在一定程度上影响土壤细菌结构和多样性。 相似文献

The ecological niche sensu Hutchinson is defined as the set of environmental conditions allowing a species to grow, maintain, and reproduce. This conception of the niche, which is assimilated to a p‐dimensional hypervolume, with p representing all environmental variables, has been widely applied in ecology. However, displaying the niche hypervolume has proved challenging when more than three environmental dimensions are considered simultaneously. We propose a simple method (implemented in the specieschrom R package) that displays the full multidimensionality of the ecological niche of a species into a two‐dimensional space by means of a graphic we call species chromatogram. This method gives a graphical summary of the niche by representing together abundance gradients with respect to all environmental variables. A chromatogram enables niche optimums and breaths to be rapidly quantified, and when several chromatograms are examined (one per species), rapid comparisons can be made. From our chromatograms, we proposed a procedure that quantifies niche optimum and breadth as well as niche overlapping (index D) and the identification of the most discriminant combination of environmental variables. We apply these analyses on eight planktonic species collected by the Continuous Plankton Recorder (CPR) survey in the North Atlantic Ocean using 10 environmental variables. We display their full multidimensional niches and quantify their niche optimums and breadths along each dimension. We also compare our index D with other indices by means of hypervolume and dynRB R packages. By catching the full complexity of the niche, species chromatograms allow many different niche properties to be rapidly assessed and compared among species from niche optimums and breadths to the identification of the most relevant environmental parameters and the degree of niche overlapping among species. Biological legacies are important for ecosystem recovery following disturbance as demonstrated by studies in the northern hemisphere. Southern bog forests dominated by the conifer Pilgerodendron uviferum in Northern Patagonia are a typical case of an ecosystem with low resilience to disturbance by fire, which kills most trees and seeds, on which the species depends for regeneration. In this study, we hypothesize that the natural recovery of P. uviferum populations in burned areas is limited by seed availability and this limitation may be exacerbated by the dioecy of the species. Using a multi‐scaled approach, we quantified the seed dissemination potential from P. uviferum seed trees, assessed the suitability of substrates for the germination of seedlings, and finally analysed the spatial distribution of seed trees of the species at the landscape level. Our results indicate that 70 years after a fire on Chiloé Island (43°S), natural regeneration from seed trees can assist the recovery of P. uviferum populations following large‐scale fire disturbance, but their effect is limited at a landscape level owing to a low number of reproductive female trees (0.3 trees ha?1) and limited seed dispersal (<20 m). In this context, a mixed passive‐active restoration approach that takes into account the spatial pattern and sex of seed trees could be the most effective and efficient option to restore not only P. uviferum forests in North Patagonia, but also other heavily disturbed forests with few remnant seed trees, in particular of dioecious species. 相似文献

To assess niche overlap between the most similar European sympatric carnivores, the pine marten Martes martes and stone marten Martes foina, and outline their potential distributions and connectivity corridors in Central Italy, we applied a multivariate kernel density procedure which allowed to assess both species' ecological hypervolumes based on a set of 16 environmental predictors and used the resulting probability of occurrence map as a resistance surface in electrical circuit theory-based models. Distance to watercourses and percent cover of deciduous forest and shrubland were the most relevant factors shaping pine marten ecological niche, while stone marten distribution was mainly shaped by human population density and cover of both human settlements and deciduous forest. Overlap between the hypervolumes of the two martens was low-to-moderate, while, on average, landscape connectivity was higher for the stone marten. The inclusion in the models of human disturbance-related variables enabled to define a possible mechanism driving habitat partitioning in human-altered landscapes. Based on our results, increasing human density and urbanization of European lowland and hilly landscapes are expected to represent a greater threat to the pine marten than the stone marten. 相似文献

树洞是陆地生态系统特殊生境之一,目前对其研究报道不多。基于高通量测序,我们调查分析了贵州城市绿地一些生长有不同植物的刺槐树洞附生土样中真菌群落的组成。研究结果显示,在属水平上,植物为排风藤Solanum cathayanum、女贞Ligustrum lucidum、小藜Chenopodium serotinum、中国绣球Hydrangea chinensis、苦苣Cichorium endivia及牛膝Achyranthes bidentata的刺槐树洞附生土,其真菌群落优势属分别为绿僵菌属Metarhizium、粗糙孔菌属Trechispora、Fungi下一未鉴定属、团壳菌科Boliniaceae中一未定属、久浩酵母属Guehomyces及丛赤壳科Nectriaceae中一未定属,各优势属的相对多度分别为57.67%、42.96%、30.60%、86.45%、33.15%及12.26%。此外,样本中还存在许多昆虫及人类潜在病原菌和独特的真菌资源,值得进一步探索。 相似文献

Although of crucial importance for invasion biology and impact assessments of climate change, it remains widely unknown how species cope with and adapt to environmental conditions beyond their currently realized climatic niches (i.e., those climatic conditions existing populations are exposed to). The African clawed frog Xenopus laevis, native to southern Africa, has established numerous invasive populations on multiple continents making it a pertinent model organism to study environmental niche dynamics. In this study, we assess whether the realized niches of the invasive populations in Europe, South, and North America represent subsets of the species’ realized niche in its native distributional range or if niche shifts are traceable. If shifts are traceable, we ask whether the realized niches of invasive populations still contain signatures of the niche of source populations what could indicate local adaptations. Univariate comparisons among bioclimatic conditions at native and invaded ranges revealed the invasive populations to be nested within the variable range of the native population. However, at the same time, invasive populations are well differentiated in multidimensional niche space as quantified via n‐dimensional hypervolumes. The most deviant invasive population are those from Europe. Our results suggest varying degrees of realized niche shifts, which are mainly driven by temperature related variables. The crosswise projection of the hypervolumes that were trained in invaded ranges revealed the south‐western Cape region as likely area of origin for all invasive populations, which is largely congruent with DNA sequence data and suggests a gradual exploration of novel climate space in invasive populations. 相似文献

Aim To infer future changes in the distribution of isolated relict tree populations at the limit of a species’ geographical range, a deep understanding of the regeneration niche and the spatial pattern of tree recruitment is needed. Location A relict Pinus uncinata population located at the south‐western limit of distribution of the species in the Iberian System of north‐eastern Spain. Methods Pinus uncinata individuals were mapped within a 50 × 40‐m plot, and their size, age and reproductive status were estimated. Data on seed dispersal were obtained from a seed‐release experiment. The regeneration niche of the species was assessed based on the associations of seedling density with substrate and understorey cover. The spatial pattern of seedlings was described using point‐pattern (Ripley's K) and surface‐pattern (correlograms, Moran's I) analyses. Statistical and inverse modelling were used to characterize seedling clustering. Results Pine seedlings appeared aggregated in 6‐m patches. Inverse modelling estimated a longer mean dispersal distance (27 m), which corresponded to the size of a large cluster along the north to north‐eastward direction paralleled by an eastward trend of increasing seedling age. The two spatial scales of recruitment were related to two dispersal processes. The small‐scale clustering of seedlings was due to local seed dispersal in open areas near the edge of Calluna vulgaris mats: the regeneration niche. The long‐range expansion might be caused by less frequent medium‐distance dispersal events due to the dominant north‐westerly winds. Main conclusions To understand future range shifts of marginal tree populations, data on seed dispersal, regeneration niche and spatial pattern of recruitment at local scales should be obtained. The monitoring of understorey communities should be a priority in order to predict correctly shifts in tree species range in response to global warming. 相似文献

【背景】新疆巴音布鲁克草原为我国第二大高山草原,草原上生长的白蘑(Tricholoma mongolicum Imai)属于口蘑属(Tricholoma)的一种,可形成典型的蘑菇圈。【目的】了解巴音布鲁克草原白蘑蘑菇圈圈上及其两侧土壤真菌的物种组成和群落结构特点,为研究白蘑蘑菇圈的形成与生长及其子实体的发生提供一定的理论依据。【方法】采用Illumina HiSeq平台高通量测序技术研究白蘑蘑菇圈周围土壤真菌的物种组成丰富度和菌群结构多样性。【结果】测定有效序列经注释得到809个操作分类单元(Optical taxonomic unit,OTU),分为5个门、26个纲、79个目、166个科、232个属;蘑菇圈上土壤真菌的物种丰富度、群落结构多样性以及特异性物种均低于圈外及圈内,蘑菇圈上特有真菌物种为Xylodonnothofagi、Agaricales、Phaeococcomyces、Ochrocladosporium adansoniae、Coniochaeta ligniaria、未知子囊菌、 Tomentella amyloapiculata、 Dothideomycetes、Incertea_sedis_Helotiales。【结论】研究表明白蘑蘑菇圈的形成影响土壤真菌的分布,圈上优势真菌类群对其他真菌类群具有抑制作用,蘑菇圈向外生长可能与微生物群落结构失衡有关。 相似文献
