云雾山天然草地物种分布与环境因子的关系   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用数量生态学中的梯度分析方法研究了云雾山天然草地群落类型、物种分布以及与环境因子的关系.研究结果表明,作为重要的人为管理措施,封育通过改善草地的水分、养分等环境条件,显著影响了云雾山草地的物种分布和群落类型.在封育草地,植被类型为本氏针茅群落,未封育草地为铁杆蒿群落.本氏针茅、百里香、大针茅、直茎点地梅、阿尔泰狗哇花等中旱生植物在封育草地中占优势,铁杆蒿、硬质早熟禾、星毛委菱菜等在退化草地中占优势.除封育措施以外,20~100cm 的土壤含水量对物种分布影响显著.同时,养分作为一个重要的环境因素对物种的分布也具有重要影响,特别是速效钾和NO-3-N.海拔、坡位、坡向等地形因素对植物分布的影响不明显.  相似文献

QuestionsDoes the plant species composition of Thandiani sub Forests Division (TsFD) correlate with edaphic, topographic and climatic variables? Is it possible to identify different plant communities in relation to environmental gradients with special emphasis on indicator species? Can this approach to vegetation classification support conservation planning?LocationThandiani sub Forests Division, Western Himalayas.MethodsQuantitative and qualitative characteristics of species along with environmental variables were measured using a randomly stratified design to identify the major plant communities and indicator species of the Thandiani sub Forests Division. Species composition was recorded in 10 × 2.5 × 2 and 0.5 × 0.5 m square plots for trees, shrubs and herbs, respectively. GPS, edaphic and topographic data were also recorded for each sample plot. A total of 1500 quadrats were established in 50 sampling stations along eight altitudinal transects encompassing eastern, western, northern and southern aspects (slopes). The altitudinal range of the study area was 1290 m to 2626 m above sea level using. The relationships between species composition and environmental variables were analyzed using Two Way Cluster Analysis (TWCA) and Indicator Species Analysis (ISA) via PCORD version 5.ResultsA total of 252 plant species belonging to 97 families were identified. TWCA and ISA recognized five plant communities. ISA additionally revealed that mountain slope aspect, soil pH and soil electrical conductivity were the strongest environmental factors (p  0.05) determining plant community composition and indicator species in each habitat. The results also show the strength of the environment-species relationship using Monte Carlo procedures.ConclusionsAn analysis of vegetation along an environmental gradient in the Thandiani sub Forests Division using the Braun-Blanquet approach confirmed by robust tools of multivariate statistics identified indicators of each sort of microclimatic zones/vegetation communities which could further be used in conservation planning and management not only in the area studied but in the adjacent regions exhibit similar sort of environmental conditions.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to test a method to locate all the foci, centres, and areas of endemism in a biodiversity hotspot in order to understand the influence of ecological and historical factors on the distribution pattern and to identify priority areas for future conservation projects. The study area was the Maritime and Ligurian Alps hotspot.
Analyses were performed on the presence/absence matrix of 36 vascular plant taxa endemic to the study area. For each operational geographical unit, the number of endemic taxa present was counted. Additionally, the weighted endemism value was calculated. Areas of endemism were distinguished using cluster analysis and parsimony analysis of endemicity. The influence of ecological characteristics and historical factors was evaluated using Multi-Response Permutation Procedure and the Nonparametric Multiplicative Regression. The Indicator Species Analysis (INDVAL) method was used to identify the species characterizing the areas of endemism. Our results show the importance and location of four main areas of endemism within the Maritime and Ligurian Alps and explain the distribution pattern of endemic plants. These areas are easily interpreted by historical and ecological factors, and INDVAL indicates which taxa took part in the history of each endemism area.  相似文献

The current analyses of vegetation were aimed to study the different effects of environmental variables and plant species and communities interaction to these variables, identified threats to local vegetation and suggestion for remedial measures in the Mount Eelum, Swat, Pakistan. For assessment of environmental variability quantitative ecological techniques were used through quadrats having sizes of 2 × 2, 5 × 5 and 10 × 10 m2 for herbs, shrubs and trees respectively. Result of the present study revealed 124 plant species in the study area. Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) was used to analyze the ecological gradient of vegetation. The environmental data and species abundance were used in CANOCO software version 4.5. The presence absence data of plant species were elaborated with Cluster and Two Way Cluster Analysis techniques using PC-ORD version 5 to show different species composition that resulted in five plant communities. Findings indicate that elevation, aspect and soil texture are the strongest variables that have significant effect on species composition and distribution of various communities shown with P value 0.0500. It is recommended to protect and use sensibly whole of the Flora normally and rare species particularly in the region.  相似文献

The present study was conducted to elaborate vegetation composition structure to analyze role of edaphic and topographic factors on plant species distribution and community formation during 2013–14. A mixture of quadrat and transect methods were used. The size of quadrat for trees shrubs and herbs were 10 × 5, 5 × 2, 1 × 1 meter square respectively. Different phytosociological attribute were measured at each station. Primary results reported 123 plant species belong to 46 families. Asteraceae and Lamiaceae were dominant families with 8 species each. PCORD version 5 were used for Cluster and Two Way Cluster Analyses that initiated 4 plant communities within elevation range of 529–700 m from sea level. Indicator species analyses (ISA) were used to identify indicator species of each community. CANOCO Software (version 4.5) was used to measure the influence of edaphic and topographic variables on species composition, diversity and community formation. Whereas Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA) was used to measure the effect of environmental variables which showed elevation and aspect were the stronger environmental variable among topographic and CaCO3 contents, electric conductivity, soil pH were the stronger edaphic factors in determination of vegetation and communities of the Bheer Hills. Grazing pressure was one of the main anthropogenic factors in this regard.  相似文献

流域景观是旅游活动的核心吸引物之一,亦是探究旅游干扰对大尺度生态环境影响极具操作性的研究对象。基于Landsat系列遥感影像,以新安江流域为案例地,按照"流域-旅游热点区-景区"逐级递进的研究尺度,深入剖析旅游干扰背景下的流域景观格局演化过程,并借助格网和地理探测器等方法测度旅游干扰背景下的流域景观格局驱动因素,结果表明:(1)新安江流域以林地景观为主,整体景观格局受人为干扰程度逐年加剧,景观异质性提升,景观结构趋于均衡发展;(2)新安江流域高强度的旅游活动未加剧旅游热点区内的景观格局恶化趋势,但致使景区景观破碎化加剧,林地等优势景观的优势度和完整性降低,景观多样性提升;(3)新安江流域景观格局主要受河湖、城市、景区等干扰源影响,地形地貌是景观格局演化的核心驱动维度,而气候、工业发展水平和交通等维度对流域景观格局整体影响力较小;(4)旅游维度中的距高级别景区距离因子对景观格局作用显著,但接待旅游人数和旅游直接收入对景观格局解释力较低,旅游对流域景观格局的干扰具有尺度局限效应。  相似文献

Ectomycorrhizal fungi constitute an important component of forest ecosystems that enhances plant nutrition and resistance against stresses. Diversity of ectomycorrhizal (EcM) fungi is, however, affected by host plant diversity and soil heterogeneity. This study provides information about the influence of host plants and soil resources on the diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungal fruiting bodies from rainforests of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Based on the presence of fungal fruiting bodies, significant differences in the number of ectomycorrhizal fungi species existed between forest stand types (p < 0.001). The most ectomycorrhizal species‐rich forest was the Gilbertiodendron dewevrei‐dominated forest (61 species). Of all 93 species of ectomycorrhizal fungi, 19 demonstrated a significant indicator value for particular forest stand types. Of all analysed edaphic factors, the percentage of silt particles was the most important parameter influencing EcM fungi host plant tree distribution. Both host trees and edaphic factors strongly affected the distribution and diversity of EcM fungi. EcM fungi may have developed differently their ability to successfully colonise root systems in relation to the availability of nutrients.  相似文献

The distribution of tropical plant and animal diversity is still poorly documented, especially at spatial resolutions of practical use for conservation. In the present study, we evaluated the level to which geographical incomplete data availability of species occurrence affects the perception of biodiversity patterns (species richness and endemism) among pteridophytes in Bolivia. We used a data base of Bolivian pteridophytes (27,501 records), divided it into three time periods (1900–70, up to 1990 and up to 2006), and created grid-files at 15'-resolution for species richness and endemism. For each of these biodiversity properties we estimated the species richness (Chao 2) and the index of sampling completeness (C index) per grid, and then all these variables at both species richness and endemism were correlated. Patterns of richness were fairly consistent along all periods; the richest areas were placed along the humid-montane forest, even though they were strongly influenced by collecting intensity. Endemism had a lower degree of correlation with collecting intensity, but varied much more strongly through time than species richness. According to the C index, which gives the ratio between estimated (by Chao 2) and recorded values of species richness and endemism, both biodiversity properties tended to be undersampled in the richest grid cells. Inter-temporal correlations showed sharper differences of correlations for endemism than species richness. Consequently, already in 1970, botanists had a correct idea of the spatial distribution of pteridophyte richness in Bolivia (even though the magnitude was grossly underestimated). In contrast, patterns of endemism, which are of high conservation importance, may not even today be reliably known.  相似文献

The distribution and relative biomass of cephalopods from pelagic waters off eastern Australia was examined between 1997 and 2004 from stomach contents of swordfish, yellowfin tuna and dolphinfish taken in the domestic longline fishery. A total of 38 taxa from 19 families were identified. Comparison of the species composition of the three predators indicated pronounced differences in cephalopod species composition. In swordfish, species of the family Ommastrephidae, particularly Ommastrephes bartramii (Lesueur 1821) and Nototodarus gouldi (McCoy 1888) dominated, whereas a more diverse mix of species was identified from yellowfin-sampled cephalopods. Todaropsis eblanae (Ball 1841) was the main cephalopod sampled from the surface-dwelling dolphinfish. For swordfish-sampled cephalopods, significant relationships were found between biomass and season, fluorescence and year. In yellowfin tuna, cephalopod biomass was significantly correlated with season, area and sea surface temperature. Significant factors differed between predator-sampler, possibly reflecting the limits of the predator, but could also give insights into individual cephalopod species distributions. However, the increase in cephalopod biomass over summer in both swordfish and yellowfin tuna suggested cephalopod biomass was higher over summer in the region.  相似文献

气传致敏花粉会引发过敏症,且可通过每年在花粉季的反复接触逐渐加重,危害人体健康,严重时甚至危害生命。花粉致敏植物在城市中被广泛引种栽培,导致城市花粉症患者数量激增。以深圳市为案例,基于建成区600个样地的实地调查数据,分析花粉致敏植物的种类构成与时空分布,通过构建花粉浓度及花粉致敏危害潜力计算公式,评估花粉致敏危害潜力及其分布特点。结果显示:①调查记录到深圳市建成区花粉致敏植物46科92属186种,其中外来种占43.37%,其中美洲、亚洲和大洋洲来源占国外外来种的81.00%。花粉致敏植物种数以公园绿地最多,达126种。植物花粉致敏等级以Ⅰ级为主,达154种。②花粉致敏植物的盛花期为春夏季,占全年累计开花种数的65.02%。最高峰出现在8月,开花种数达92种。 ③花粉浓度潜力最高值也出现在8月,占全年总值的12.13%。豆科和禾本科植物贡献比例较大,分别占乔木和草本总值的40.86%和64.13%。龙岗区花粉浓度潜力占比较高,占各季花粉量的26.06%-29.42%。④冬春两季各样地花粉致敏危害等级均不高,但夏秋季有些样地达到二级重度危害。罗湖区调查样地全年花粉致敏危害等级均较低,光明区在春夏秋季致敏危害等级皆较高。高危害等级样地主要出现在附属绿地及公园绿地。⑤花粉致敏植物防控措施情景模拟结果,去除主要花粉致敏植物种类比降低所有花粉致敏植物的花粉浓度潜力更有效。本研究为城市花粉致敏植物的管理、规划、养护和研究提供参考。  相似文献

Sustainable ecotourism development and conservation depend on understanding factors that affect flagship species. This study analysed environmental factors and their effects on flagship species: African buffalo (Syncerus caffer), red-river hog (Potamochoerus porcus), olive baboon (Papio anubis), duiker (Cephalophus spp.), and crocodile (Crocodylus niloticus) distribution in Bomfobiri Wildlife Sanctuary (BWS). Secondary data (camp reports 2017–2019) showed flagship species distribution across four vegetation types in 14 sites. Field observations were used to reconstruct camp report information using GPS coordinates to show animal distribution. Environmental factors were assessed based on the scope and severity of their threats to the species. PAST ver.3.06 was used to analyse animal and vegetation data. A total of 995 individual animals were recorded. Riverine forest (n = 325) had the highest, followed by semi-deciduous (n = 316), and woodland Savanna (n = 192). Bushfire was the major predictive factor on animal distribution, followed by grazing pressure, farming activities, elevation, and erosion. These findings imply that an increased scale of disturbances reduces the chance of sighting flagship animals. A higher concentration of these species in riverine and semi-deciduous forests calls for increased patrols as a conservation measure. Constructing viewing platforms and hiking trails in areas of higher animal activity would improve ecotourism development.  相似文献

指标体系构建是流域水生态分区技术框架中的一项重要内容。目前提出的指标体系尚缺乏一定的科学理论支持,如所选指标的生态尺度与各级分区大小之间的对应关系。生态学研究认为,不同尺度上的生态过程和格局不同。以辽河流域为例,对影响水生态系统的几个大尺度环境要素(降水、地形和植被)的空间尺度特征进行分析,得出了各要素空间变异最为显著的尺度。其中,降水的空间尺度约为75 km,地形要素和指标均大致存在16 km、32 km、64 km和128 km多个景观特征尺度。在界定水生态一、二级分区范围基础上,讨论了各环境要素作为水生态一、二级分区指标的适用性,以期为辽河流域水生态分区指标选取提供一定科学依据,同时希望能为其他流域提供一定参考。  相似文献

以景观生态学原理为指导,调查了位于太行山中低山区的河北省阜平县胭脂河主流河谷,对河谷内农田斑块的特征及其分布格局进行了分析,结果表明,农田斑块了作河流源头外贯穿整个河谷,从上游向下游,人为活动的增加使农田的比重不断增加,导致自然景观减少,环境异质性降低,农田斑块破碎化和蔼减小,胭脂河河谷总面积为2297.09hm^2,构成河谷景观主体的农田有117个斑块,面积为1027.78hm^2,占河谷面积的44.74%,农田基本紧靠河岸分布,处在水分条件优越但易受洪水威胁的土地带上,农田在河流两侧是非对称分布,其中左岸农田面积587.58hm^2,占57.17%,斑块的宽度呈增加的态势,但变化比较大,基本上以狭长的特征出现。  相似文献

土地利用方式和环境因子是影响土壤粒径的重要因素,尺度不同其影响效应差异明显。研究不同尺度表层土壤粒径与土地利用、环境因子的关系对评价黄土丘陵沟壑区土壤物理性质具有积极意义。选择黄土丘陵沟壑区安塞集水区和沐浴小流域作为研究区,探讨两个尺度上表层土壤粒径含量、分布特征及其与土地利用类型和环境因子的关系。研究结果表明:(1)研究区域内表层土壤颗粒主要为砂粒和粉粒,在小流域和集水区尺度上,各粒径百分含量属于中等变异,D值为弱变异,但随着研究区由沐浴小流域变化到安塞集水区,粒径和D值的空间变异性均有所提高;(2)尺度不同,土地利用对土壤粒径的影响效应不同,在沐浴小流域不同土地利用类型的砂粒含量从高到低依次为荒草地农用地林地灌木林地园地,在集水区的变化顺序依次为荒草地灌木林地林地农用地园地,粉粒含量的次序均与砂粒相反,小流域土壤粒径分形维数D依次为灌木林地荒草地林地园地农用地,在安塞集水区为灌木林地荒草地农用地林地园地;(3)在沐浴小流域和安塞集水区,土壤颗粒分形维数与土壤砂粒、黏粒百分含量呈极显著正相关关系,与土壤粉粒百分含量呈极显著负相关关系,且砂质壤土D值高于壤土和粉壤土;(4)在沐浴小流域,植被盖度、相对海拔和坡位相对于土地利用类型、坡向和坡度对土壤粒径影响较大;而在安塞集水区植被盖度、土地利用类型和坡度对土壤粒径影响较大。  相似文献

我国大型真菌资源丰富, 由于受气候变化和人类活动等的影响, 近年来很多物种受到不同程度的威胁, 亟待保护。红色名录评估是物种保护的第一步, 为有效保护我国大型真菌多样性, 2016年生态环境部和中国科学院联合启动中国大型真菌红色名录评估项目。合理的评估依赖于完善的物种地理分布、种群数量规模及其动态变化信息。大型真菌评估信息较少, 需要引入新的方法解决评估信息不足的问题。冬虫夏草(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)是一种重要的食药用菌, 具有较高的经济价值, 受到全世界的广泛关注, 评估信息相对充足, 此次被评为易危物种。利用物种分布模型对冬虫夏草未来分布区变化的预测在评估过程中发挥了重要作用。为了将物种分布模型分析方法引入大型真菌的受威胁等级评估, 本文以此前我们利用物种分布模型预测冬虫夏草的潜在分布区及其对气候变化响应的研究为例, 介绍了应用物种分布模型预测大型真菌的潜在分布区、未来气候变化情景下分布区变化趋势的方法和流程, 以及在应用中可能存在的问题和解决方案。通过本文的分析, 我们认为物种分布模型在大型真菌的红色名录评估和保护中具有重要的应用潜力, 值得推广应用。  相似文献

Abstract.  1. Molecular techniques have greatly added to the number of known sympatric cryptic species in insects. Ecological differences between these newly distinguished species are little explored, but niches often appear to overlap strongly. These cases are good models for exploring new ideas about species coexistence and community structure.
2.  Acanthoscelides obtectus and A. obvelatus are two sister species of bean bruchids, which have been confused until the last decade. One important ecological difference between them has emerged, however: A. obtectus is multivoltine and now distributed worldwide, whereas A. obvelatus is univoltine and restricted to Mesoamerica. Where their ranges overlap, the two species share the same host plants and larvae can sometimes complete development in the same seed.
3. The analysis of 27 622 Mexican individuals of the two species in 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 indicates that their niches overlap, but are differentiated with respect to altitude and the kind of beans (wild vs. domesticated). The principal patterns in their relative abundance in different habitats, and at different seasons, were constant from one year to the next.
4. As sympatry of these species seems to be of recent origin, the observed niche differentiation may not have evolved in response to competition, but could instead be the consequence of physiological differences, evolved independently in each species in allopatry, that pre-adapted them for different altitudes and kinds of resources.
5. The combination of biological and historical factors thus appears to allow these two sibling species to coexist in sympatry, despite their broadly overlapping ecological niches.  相似文献

 物种丰富度的分布格局及其形成机制是生态学研究的热点。以往的研究主要描述丰富度的格局, 而对其形成机制研究较少, 且主要集中于探讨单个因子或过程的影响。物种丰富度同时受到多个因子和过程的综合作用, 面积、温度及物种分布区限制被认为是控制山地物种丰富度海拔格局的主要因素, 三者同时沿海拔梯度而变化, 同时作用于丰富度的海拔格局。幂函数种-面积关系(SAR)、生态学代谢理论(MTE)及中域效应假说(MDE)分别基于以上3个因素, 从机制上解释了物种丰富度 的海拔格局。探讨这些假说的相对影响对研究物种丰富度的大尺度格局及其形成机制具有重要意义。方差分离方法有利于分解不同因素的影响, 为此, 该文以秦岭太白山的植物物种丰富度为例, 采用方差分离和逐步回归方法, 分析了SAR、MTE及MDE对物种丰富度海拔格局的影响。结果表明, 太白山的植物物种丰富度沿海拔梯度呈单峰分布格局, 但丰富度峰值存在类群差异; 对太白山所有植物物种丰富度的垂直格局而言, SAR、MTE及MDE分别解释了其物种丰富度随海拔变化的66.4%、19.8%和37.9%, 共同解释了84.6%, 在消除其他因素的影响后, SAR和MTE的独立影响较高(分别为25.5%和17.7%), 而MDE的独立影响不显著; 分类群研究则发现, 苔藓植物丰富度的海拔格局主要受MDE的影响, 蕨类植物丰富度的海拔格局同时受到SAR、MTE以及MDE的影响, 而种子植物物种丰富度的海拔格局主要受SAR和MTE影响。  相似文献

物种分布模型是预测评估气候变化对物种分布影响的主要工具。为了降低物种分布模型在预测过程中的不确定性,近期有学者提出了采用组合预测的新方法,即采用多套建模数据、模型技术,模型参数,以及环境情景数据对物种分布进行预测,构成物种分布预测集合。但是,组合预测中各组分对变异的贡献还知之甚少,因此有必要把变异组分来源进行分割,以更有效地利用组合预测方法来降低模型预测中的不确定性。以油松为例,采用8个生态位模型,9套模型训练数据,3个GCM模型和一个SRES(A2)排放情景,模型分析了油松当前(1961-1990年)和未来气候条件下3个时间段(2010-2039年,2040-2069年,2070-2099年)的潜在分布。共计得到当前分布预测数据72套,未来每个时间段分布数据216套。采用开发的ClimateChina软件进行当前和未来气候数据的降尺度处理。采用Kappa、真实技巧统计方法(TSS)和接收机工作特征曲线下的面积(AUC)对模型预测能力进行评估。结果表明,随机森林(RF)、广义线性模型(GLM),广义加法模型(GAM)、多元自适应样条函数(MARS)以及助推法(GBM)预测效果较好,几乎不受建模数据之间差异的影响。混合判别分析模型(MDA)对建模数据之间的差异非常敏感,甚至出现建模失败现象。采用三因素方差分析方法对组合预测中的不确定性来源进行变异分割,结果表明,模型之间的差异对模拟预测结果不确定性的贡献最大且所占比例极高,而建模数据之间的差异贡献最小,GCM贡献居中。研究将有助于加深对物种分布模拟预测中不确定性的认识。  相似文献
