Four new compounds, phomadecalin F (1), 8α-monoacetoxyphomadecalin D (2), 3-epi-phomadecalin D (3), and 13-hydroxylmacrophorin A (4), were isolated from the endophyte, Microdiplodia sp. TT-12 together with two known compounds, phomadecalins C (5) and D (6). The structures of the compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric analyses in combination with chemical means. The antibacterial activities of the isolated compounds were evaluated. Compound 4 was weakly active against Raffaelea quercivora.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of an ethanol extract of a Madagascar collection of the bark of Scutia myrtina led to the isolation of three new anthrone–anthraquinones, scutianthraquinones A, B and C (13), one new bisanthrone–anthraquinone, scutianthraquinone D (4), and the known anthraquinone, aloesaponarin I (5). The structures of all compounds were determined using a combination of 1D and 2D NMR experiments, including COSY, TOCSY, HSQC, HMBC, and ROESY sequences, and mass spectrometry. All the isolated compounds were tested against the A2780 human ovarian cancer cell line for antiproliferative activities, and against the chloroquine-resistant Plasmodium falciparum strains Dd2 and FCM29 for antiplasmodial activities. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 showed weak antiproliferative activities against the A2780 ovarian cancer cell line, while compounds 14 exhibited moderate antiplasmodial activities against P. falciparum Dd2 and compounds 1, 2, and 4 exhibited moderate antiplasmodial activities against P. falciparum FCM29.  相似文献

In this study, three new compounds (1-3), together with fifteen known ones (4-18) were isolated from a petroleum ether extract of the roots of Eupatorium chinense. The structures of new compounds were elucidated by 1D, 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), circular dichroism spectrum (CD), mass spectrum (MS) along with other spectroscopy methods. In addition, twelve compounds were evaluated in vitro for their anti-inflammatory activities, while compounds 3 and 5 exhibited moderate activities with inhibition rates of 23.08 % and 25.19 %, respectively.  相似文献

This work described the isolation and characterization of seven compounds from Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz., including one new ester, (2R)-4-(2,2-dimethyl-5-oxotetrahydrofuran-3-yl)-2-hydroxypent-3-anoic acid ethyl ester (1); and six known glycosides (27). The structure of compound 1 was elucidated on the basis of extensive spectral analyses, including IR, HR-ESIMS, 1D and 2D NMR (NOESY, HMBC and HSQC). All these compounds were described here for the first time from the genus Dictamnus. Moreover, the results provide further information about the diversity of compounds in the genus Dictamnus.  相似文献

Five new lactones, litsenolide F1 (1), lisealactone H1 (10), lisealactone H2 (11), akolactone D (13), and akolactone E (14), along with thirteen known compounds were isolated from the pericarps of Litsea japonica (Thunb.) Jussieu. Their chemical structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR, HRMS, and chemical methods. The isolated compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory effects on NO production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Among them, 2-alkylidene-3-hydroxy-4-methylbutanolide derivatives (compounds 19) exhibited the most potent activity, with IC50 values in the range of 2.9–12.8?μM. In additon, compounds 1, 3, 4, and 6 showed inhibition of iNOS and COX-2 expression in concentration-dependent manner. Compound 3 suppresses mRNA expression of iNOS, COX-2, IL-6, and TNF-α in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells. Based on these evidence, the isolated lactones from L. japonica could be promissing candidates for the development of new anti-inflammatory agents.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of Ulmus wallichiana stem bark resulted in isolation and identification of three new compounds (2S,3S)-(+)-3′,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxydihydroflavonol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside (1), (2S,3S)-(+)-4′,5,7-trihydroxydihydroflavonol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside (3) and 3-C-β-d-glucopyranoside-2,4,6-trihydroxymethylbenzoate (8), together with five known flavonoid-6-C-glucosides (2, 47). Their structures were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis. The absolute stereochemistry in compounds 1 and 3 were established with the help of CD data analysis and comparison with the literature data analysis. All the isolated compounds (18) were assessed for promoting the osteoblast differentiation using primary culture of rat osteoblast as an in vitro system. Three new compounds, 17β-cevanin-6-oxo-5α,20β-diol yibeinine (1), 2-(tetrahydro-5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-2H-pyran-3-yl) phenol (2), 1,3-O-diferuloyl-2-methoxypropane diol (3), as well as four known compounds (47), have been isolated from the ethanol extract of dried bulbs of Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk. All structures were determined based on their spectroscopic data (1D and 2D NMR (including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMBC, HSQC, HSQC-TOCSY, and NOESY experiments), and MS). Biological evaluation showed that compounds 14 inhibited the production of nitric oxide (NO) in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells with IC50 values of 18.0, 38.7, 29.5, and 47.1 μM, respectively. These results indicated that compound 1 has potential anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the n-butanol fraction of Evolvulus alsinoides (Linn.) led to the isolation of three new phenolic glycosides, evolvosides C, D and E (13) along with six known compounds (49). The structures of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, viz. 1D and 2D NMR experiments, chemical study, and comparison with literature data. Evolvoside C (1) was characterized as kaempferol 4′-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside, whereas evolvosides D and E (23) were found to be mono and di-O-methyl derivatives of 1. The new compounds (1–3) represent rare triglycoside derivatives of flavonol at C-4′. The isolated compounds (16) were screened for acute stress-induced biochemical changes in male Sprague–Dawley rats at a dose of 40 mg/kg body weight. Compounds 1 and 2 displayed anti-stress effects by normalizing hyperglycemia, plasma corticosterone, plasma creatine kinase, and adrenal hypertrophy. Compounds 3 and 6 were also found to be effective in normalizing most of these stress parameters, whereas compounds 4 and 5 were ineffective in normalizing most of these effects.  相似文献

Two new butanolides, licunolides A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the roots of Litsea acuminata, together with three known compounds: isolancifolide (3), longifolin (4), and sesquirose furan (5). The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by spectroscopic studies (IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR) and chemical evidence. This is the first report of 4-hydroxy-5-methylbutanolides with a C10-side chain from a natural source. Longifolin (4) and sesquirose furan (5) showed a significant cytotoxicity against HeLa cell lines in vitro.  相似文献
