以萝藦科植物匙羹藤为对照,在扫描电镜下观察了传统上分属于夹竹桃科3亚科植物的叶下表皮特征。结果表明:(1)所观察的夹竹桃科25种植物叶下表皮特征具有一定程度的多样性,如少数物种具有表皮毛;部分角质层表面有丝状蜡质;叶下表皮纹饰有条纹状、脊状皱褶增厚、块状突起、花蕊形和较平滑等类型;气孔大小差异较大,气孔外拱盖和内缘形状分浅波状和较平滑2种类型,气孔保卫细胞极区有T型加厚和无T型加厚两种类型,气孔外拱盖与表皮细胞间分凹陷和连续两种类型等,这些叶表皮特征对夹竹桃科植物属内和属间类型的分类以及对疑难类群的划分具有重要的参考价值。(2)夹竹桃科25种植物的绝大部分种的叶表皮气孔类型、气孔外拱盖及其内缘形态基本一致,但叶表皮纹饰、气孔外缘角质层特征呈现出较高的多样性,在属内各种和属间有较大的差异。(3)萝藦科植物匙羹藤与夹竹桃科植物盆架树在气孔形状,叶片气孔外缘角质层特征、气孔外拱盖等叶表皮特征具有高度的相似性,推测这两种植物的亲缘关系可能较近,而且萝藦科与夹竹桃科中一些植物的系统位置需进一步的研究。(4)本研究结果支持仔榄树属应从山橙族中分离出来独立成族,海杧果属应从萝芙木族中独立出来的观点;但不支持新的分类方法中将糖胶树和盆架树同归属于鸡骨常山属的观点。  相似文献

用光学显微镜和扫描电镜,对石竹属12个种的植物叶表皮特征进行观察,统计并测量叶表皮气孔大小、气孔密度及气孔指数。结果表明,石竹属植物叶表皮细胞形态(表面观)为长方形和不规则多边形。乳突只存在于针叶石竹、高石竹和细茎石竹中。按气孔形状可将其分为了3个类型:椭圆形、卵圆形和长方形。研究结果对石竹属的系统分类和种间亲缘关系研究具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

应用叶片离析法和石蜡切片法,在光学显微镜下观察了国产甘草属植物10种1变种共16个代表植物的叶表皮特征。统计并测量叶表皮气孔大小、气孔密度及气孔指数。结果表明,该属植物叶表皮细胞形态(表面观)为多边形和不规则形,垂周壁式样为平直、浅波缘、深波缘;气孔器有6种类型,以无规则型、不等型、短平列型为主,一种植物往往具有2~3种气孔器;毛状体为单毛和鳞片毛两种类型。以上特征在属以下、种以上的分类等级具有一定规律性,有的也表现出种间差异,对甘草属属以下等级的划分有重要价值,同时也为本属一些分类群间的系统关系的探讨提供佐证。  相似文献

利用光学显微镜观察了防己科29尾50种3变种的叶表皮形态。结果表明:(1)该科植物叶表皮细胞形状为多边形或不规则形,垂周壁式样为平直和波状缘;首次发现一些属的表皮细胞排列成玫瑰花环式样;在Stephania等属发现其下表皮细胞中央有乳突。(2)气孔器为无规则型、环列型、十字型、辐射型和不等细胞型,几科均出现在下表皮,在表皮上的分布有散生和岛状聚集两种式样。(3)在五族中,Pachygoneae族和天仙藤族的上、下表皮细胞多为多边形,垂周壁平直,气孔器多为十字型和辐射型;而另外三族的上、下表皮细胞多为无规则形,垂周壁波状,气孔器则以无规则型为主,这些相关性状对于科下族的划分具有重要价值,同时也为一些属的系统学关系提供了佐证。  相似文献

基于骨碎补科(Davalliaceae)植物属的界定和属下等级的划分一直存在较大争议,本研究首次对骨碎补科6属39种(秦仁昌系统)植物的叶表皮进行了扫描电镜观察。结果显示,骨碎补科有9种类型的角质层,其中,阴石蕨属(Humata)的角质层有密集的孔状凹陷结构;Wibelia条纹突起较厚,排列整齐且细密紧致;广义钻毛蕨属(Davallodes)内存在多种角质层类型,需要在属下进一步细分。本研究还根据角质层特征讨论了骨碎补科与一些近缘种类的关系。角质层特征是骨碎补科内种属分类的重要依据,而保卫细胞形状和气孔密度,均不能用来界定骨碎补科的属和种。本研究按角质层分类的结果与Kato和Tsutsumi的分子系统学分类观点一致。  相似文献

对广义百合科黄精族6属23种及铃兰族1属1种的叶绿体基因组trnK和rpl16两个基因片段进 行了PCR-RFLP分析,结果表明:trnK基因的PCR产物在各类群间几乎不存在长度变异,均约2600bp,而rpl16基因则在各属之间及黄精属内表现出长度变异,变异范围在1140~1320bp之间;限制性酶切位点的同源性分析显示,黄精属、竹根七属、鹿药属和舞鹤草属构成的狭义黄精族与铃兰族中的铃兰属有较近的亲缘关系,并支持将扭柄花属和万寿竹属从广义百合科黄精族中分出的观点;在狭义黄精族内,黄精属与竹根七属聚成一支,鹿药属与舞鹤草属聚成另一支,为探讨族内属间的系统演化关系提供了分子生物学方面的证据。另外,本研究结果支持将金佛山黄精从鹿药属转隶至黄精属的观点。  相似文献

Saxifragastrum叶表皮特征具有多样性显示该组可能是一个复合群;突隔梅花草P. delavayi属于subsect. Xiphosandra,其气孔下陷,与其细胞学特征相似,支持独立为一组;此外,气孔器的分布、保卫细胞两端加厚、气孔器外拱盖内缘形态以及角质膜等特征对该属部分种的区分有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

The morphological features of leaf abaxial epidermis and micromorphological features of testa were observed in the tribe Polygonateae(Liliaceae, s. l. ). Seventy nine species from 7 genera of Polygonateae and 15 species from 12 genera of related tribes were examined with light microscope and SEM. In Polygonateae, the features of leaf and seed coat showed diversity in the genera Polygonatum and Smilacina. According to the characteristics of the leaf abaxial epidermis and seed coat, Polygonatum could be roughly categorized as two groups. One was characterized by the irregular shape and the sinuate anticlinal wall of epidermal cells and the shallow pits on the testa, the other was characterized by the rectangular or rhombic shape and the straight anticlinal wall of epidermal cells and the ridge and reseau on the seed coat. In some plants of the two groups, the anticlinal wall of epidermal cells was found to be curved rather than sinuate, and might be of an intermediate nature. The leaf epidermis and seed coat showed common features among Disporopsis, Smilacina and Polygonatum. The seed coat of Maianthemum was found to be of the same features as that of Smilacina stellata and S. trifolia. Disporum possessed uniform leaf epidermical features, but the species distributed in eastern Asia showed different features of seed coat from those in North America. The features of leaf epidermis and seed coat were uniform within the genus Streptopus. S. ovalis was indistinguishable from other species in the genus in the features of leaf epidermis and testa, thus its position in the genus was confirmed. Streptopus, Disporum and Clintonia were quite different from the remaining genera in the Polygonateae in the features of leaf epideimis and testa. The first two genera showed resemblance to Tricyrtis and Uvularia of Uvulariaceae, and thus Dahlgren's viewpoint that they should be moved to Uvulariaceae was corroborated. Among the outgroups stud-ied, only Convallaria showed similarity to Polygonatae in the features of leaf epidermis and testa. Decontaminated thianthrene disproportion. Phylogenetic relationships in the tribe Polygonateae s. l. of Liliaceae were investigated with an RFLP analysis of two PCR-amplified chloroplast genome DNA fragments. One fragment is the transfer RNA gene for lysine( trnK gene) including the maturase-encoding gene matK, and the other is the rpl16 gene which codes for a chloroplast ribosomal protein in large subunit. The trnK gene is ca. 2600 bp in length in all the taxa, but the rpl16 gene ranges from ca. 1140 bp to ca. 1320 bp in length among different genera and in Polygonatum. The results suggested that the tribe Polygonateae s. str. consisting of Polygonatum, Disporopsis, Smilacina and Maianthemum is closely related to Convallaria in Convallarieae, and supported the earlier results that Streptopus and Disporum should be removed out from the tribe Polygonateae s. l.. The results also showed that Polygonatum formed a clad with Disporopsis, while Smilacina lumped with Maianthemum in the tribe Polygonateae s. str.. In addition, the present study supports the view that S. ginfoshanicumshould be transferred from Smilacina to Polygonatum.  相似文献

利用光学显微镜观察了飘拂草属12个类群(包括变种和变型)的叶片下表皮微形态。飘拂草属叶下表皮微形态基本特征如下:即长细胞为长筒形、短筒形,少数为近方形或多边形,边缘深波状、浅波状至近平直;无短细胞存在;刺毛仅存在于个别种中;气孔器大多为1~2列,少数2~4列;副卫细胞为圆屋顶形至三角形、圆屋顶形,少数为平行形。根据脉间刺毛的有无,可以分为无刺毛类型和有刺毛类型。根据外部形态和叶下表皮微形态上的区别,矮扁鞘飘拂草,应恢复其种级(Fimbristylis kraussiana Hochst. et Steud.)。矮两歧飘拂草作为变种处理比较好,其新等级种名为:F.dichotoma (L.) We studied leaf epidermal anatomy of Caryodaphnopsis Airy Shaw, a genus disjunct between tropical Asia and tropical America, using light microscope and scanning electron microscope. We sampled 10 species of Caryodaphnopsis and 52 species of other Lauraceous genera. Our observations suggest that this genus possesses a unique lower leaf epidermis. Compared with other leaves of Lauraceae, this genus has an additional layer covering the lower leaf epidermis and the stomatal apparatus. The additional layer is either closed or poriferous/reticulate. The outer periclinal walls of the lower leaf epidermis protrude outside forming hollow domes or columns, and the distal endings of these domes or columns are expanded and fused, which forms the additional covering layer. Three different types are recognized in the genus: (1) the middle portion of the protuberances is not contracted and the distal endings are free or adnate to each other, with only limited space between the two layers; (2) the middle portion is slightly contracted in the outer part, the distal endings are fused, with more space between the two layers; (3) the middle portion is conspicuously contracted and elongated into columns, the distal endings are fused and it is roomy between the two layers. The structure of the leaf lower epidermis is reconstructed and illustrated for the first time. This unusual leaf lower epidermis of Caryodaphnopsis is derived in Lauraceae and is an autapomorphic character. Outward protrusions of the outer periclinal walls forming papillate protuberances surrounding the stomatal apparatus are also found in a few other genera including Neocinnamomum, a genus closely related to Caryodaphnopsis, but the distal endings of these protrusions are not expanded and connected. We hypothesize that the periclinal wall of the lower leaf epidermis has been gradually modified in Lauraceae, from a smooth pattern in most genera, to papillate pattern (e.g. Neocinnamomum), and to the double layered lower leaf epidermis in Caryodaphnopsis. The origin and evolution of this unique lower epidermis might have been related to the climatic cooling and aridification since the late Eocene.  相似文献

为探讨广义小檗科Berberidaceae s.l.植物的亲缘关系、化学成分与疗效间存在的联系性, 即药用亲缘学的研究, 将有关本科的植物化学、疗效等信息数据与植物亲缘关系进行综合的研究分析。研究结果发现本科的化学成分可以划分为几大类型: 苄基异喹啉类生物碱、鬼臼毒素类木脂素、三萜皂苷、喹喏里西啶生物碱和淫羊霍苷类黄酮等, 结合其疗效, 发现广义小檗科从药用亲缘学的角度来观察, 可以划分为4个独立的小科, 即南天竹科Nandinaceae、小檗科Berberidaceae(狭义)、狮足草科Leonticaceae和鬼臼科Podophyllaceae。  相似文献

A comparative isoflavonoid analysis of 22 species of Iris, representing almost all the subgenera, and one species of its allied genus Balamcanda, B. chinensis (L.) DC. was carried out by TLC, with iridin, tectoridin, irigenin, tectorigenin, irisfloretin, dichotomin, wogonin, rhamnazin, apocynin, androsin being used as authentic compounds. The results show that the isoflavones are the characteristic constituents of Iris and Belamcanda. According to the distribution pattern of isoflavones, the Iris species here studied can be divided into 2 groups; one contains isoflavonoid aglycons, while the other contains both glycosides and isoflavonoid aglycons. From the point view of chemosystematics, subgen. Limniris contains isoflavonoid aglycons only and might be a natural group; subgen. Crossiris might be also a natural group when Iris speculatrix Hance is excluded; subgen. Pardanthopsis is similar to B. chinensis in the chemical constituent might be a primitive group in Iris and has close relationship with subgen. Crossiris, subgen. Xyridion and subgen. Iris. Based on the evidence from phytochemistry, palynology and cytology, Iris cathayensis Migo and I. mandshurica Pall. are considered intermediate groups between subgen. Limniris and subgen. Iris and I. speculatrix Hance an intermediate group between subgen. Limniris and subgen.Crossiris, while I. confusa Sealy and I. wattii Baker might be conspecific.  相似文献

杜鹃属植物的分类历来都十分重视叶片表皮特征的分类学价值,无论是在各亚属之间还是在种及种下等级的划分中都很强调此类特征的作用。贵州省位于世界现代杜鹃分布中心边缘及向东部散布的过渡地带,省内自然分布的杜鹃种类资源丰富而又独具特色,包括很多尚未深入研究的特有类群。为进一步研究贵州杜鹃属植物的属下系统分类关系,该文对自然分布于贵州的30种杜鹃进行了叶背显微形态特征研究,其中有28种的叶背表皮特征为首次报道。研究材料全部来自采于贵州西北部百里杜鹃自然保护区内的杜鹃属植物,包括杜鹃亚属4种、糙叶杜鹃亚属1种、常绿杜鹃亚属22种、马银花亚属1种及映山红亚属2种,共计30种。研究方法为取成熟叶片处理后在JSM-6490型扫描电镜下对叶背表皮进行观测。叶背鳞片类型的划分方法参照前人工作。结果表明:这30种杜鹃叶片叶背表皮形态特征在电子显微镜下表现出明显的多样性,如有鳞类杜鹃具有鳞片而其他类群则无,叶表面有或无表皮毛,表皮毛排列稀疏或密生,气孔器未见或偶见,散生于乳突状或非乳突状突起之间,或角质层增厚气孔器下陷,内、外拱盖表面粗糙或光滑,气孔器周围有或无间断的条形突起,突起呈环状或羽状等,但在同一亚属或亚组中又呈现出或多或少的一致性。研究讨论表明,叶背表皮显微形态特征在杜鹃属植物的属下系统分类中具有重要的研究价值。  相似文献

本文对鸢尾属Iris 22个种(基本上包括了各个亚属的代表)及其近缘属植物射干属Belamcanda的 射干 B.chinensis(L.)DC.进行了根茎的异黄酮类成分的比较分析研究。结果表明,鸢尾属植物和射干 中普遍具有异黄酮类成分,这是它们的特征性成分之一。根据化学成分的特征,鸢尾属可以分为两大类 群:只含异黄酮甙元的类群和既含异黄酮甙又含甙元的类群。从化学成分的分布特征来看,无附属物亚 属subgen.Limniris只含异黄酮甙元,是一个比较自然的类群。鸡冠状附属物亚属subgen.Crossiris,除小 花鸢尾 I.speculatrix Hance外,是一个较自然的类群。野鸢尾亚属subgen.Pardanthopsis和射干属的成分 非常相似,有着密切的亲缘关系,是鸢尾属中原始的类群。从化学成分特征来看,野鸢尾亚属与琴瓣鸢 尾亚属subgen.Xyridion、鸡冠状附属物亚属、须毛状附属物亚属subgen.Iris都有着一定的联系。根据化 学成分、孢粉学、细胞学等特征,认为:华夏鸢尾I.cathayensis Migo和长白鸢尾I.mandshurica Maxim.为无附属物亚属与须毛状附属物亚属两亚属之间的过渡类型。小花鸢尾是无附属物亚属向鸡冠状附属物亚属过渡的中间类型。扁竹兰I.confusa Sealy和扇形鸢尾I.wattii Baker可能是同一个种。  相似文献

采用扫描电子显微镜对国产杜鹃花属Rhododendron6个亚属的代表种和近缘类群杜香属Ledum杜香L.palustre的果皮和种皮微形态特征进行观察,对杜鹃花属植物果皮微形态特征进行了系统描述,并通过比较现存杜鹃花属植物和种子化石,新发现一些居间的种子类型。结果表明,果皮和种皮微形态特征具有一定的系统学意义。叶状苞亚属subgen.Therorhodion的叶状苞杜鹃R.redowskianum的果实有短而疏的刺毛,无气孔,种子为无翅类,扁平,外围轮廓长椭圆形。杜鹃亚属subgen.Rhododendron植物果皮为百合花杜鹃型,具有鳞片,气孔器散生于指状突起之间,与叶表皮的微形态特征一致,其种子为百合花杜鹃型,表面具宽而浅的沟,呈脑纹状,有别于无鳞类杜鹃花。常绿杜鹃亚属subgen.Hymenanthes果皮为云锦杜鹃型,其角质层表面不规则,无表皮毛,偶见气孔;种子为云锦杜鹃型。映山红亚属subgen.Tsutsusi果皮为岭南杜鹃型,密生长表皮毛,角质层致密;种子为南边杜鹃型和岭南杜鹃型。微形态特征与“常绿杜鹃亚属和(国产)映山红亚属均为内部支持率很高的单系类群”的分子系统发育研究结果一致。马银花亚属subgen.Azaleastrum的马银花组sect.Azaleastrum和长蕊杜鹃组sect.Choniastrum微形态区别明显,支持各自为独立的单系类群。羊踯躅亚属subgen.Pentanthera的羊踯躅R.molle果皮特征明显,可与其他亚属区分,但种子类型更接近常绿杜鹃亚属。本研究结合分子系统发育资料和叶表皮微形态特征讨论了一些近缘类群的系统发育关系;研究结果支持将腺萼马银花处理为独立的种。  相似文献
