织纹螺科一新种记述(腹足纲,前鳃亚纲,新腹足目)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在整理浙江沿海织纹螺科标本时,经传统方法和分子生物学方法鉴定发现1新种,即拟半褶织纹螺Nassarius (Zeuxis) semiplicatoides sp.nov..隶属于腹足纲、新腹足目、织纹螺科、织纹螺属、Zeuxis亚属.文中对新种的形态特征和栖息环境进行了记述,并与近似种进行了比较讨论.  相似文献

药用植物根系土壤可培养粘细菌的分离鉴定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
[目的]对药用植物根系土壤可培养粘细菌进行分离与鉴定,探讨药用植物根系土壤粘细菌资源多样性.[方法]采集华南植物园和南岭国家森林公园22种药用植物根系土,利用辅助菌诱导分离技术分离样品中可培养粘细菌;通过菌株显微形态和菌落形态观察,结合16S rDNA基因序列分析,确定分离粘细菌菌株的系统发育地位.[结果]分离获得50株粘细菌,分属于3个科,7个属,其中粘球菌属(Myxococcus)18株,珊瑚球菌属(Corallococcus)11株,孢囊杆菌属(Cystobacter)7株,原囊菌属(Archangium)8株,标桩菌属(Stigmatella)1株,软骨霉状菌属(Chondromyces)4株,匣状球菌属(Pyxidicoccus)1株.粘球菌属和珊瑚球菌属分布最为广泛.[结论]研究发现药用植物根系土壤可培养粘细菌与土壤pH和有机碳含量等环境因子有一定的相关性.粘细菌更适宜在有机质丰富、pH近中性的环境中生长;粘球菌属和珊瑚球菌属的菌株对pH适应性较强,而粘球菌属和孢囊杆菌属的菌株对土壤有机碳含量依赖性不强,在贫瘠土壤中仍有分布.本研究对后续粘细菌资源的开发和利用提供良好的实验材料和理论基础.  相似文献

在整理分类近年来在海南岛和南沙群岛采集的织纹螺科标本时,鉴定出属于织纹螺属的3个中国新纪录种:1)巴氏织纹螺Nassarius (Zeuxis)barsdelli(Ladd,1976);2)蛛形织纹螺Nassarius(Zeuxis)algidus(Reeve,1853);3)杰克逊织纹螺Nassarius(Niotha)jacksonianus(Quoy & Gaimard,1833).3新纪录种分属于Zeuxis 和Niotha两亚属,它们主要生活于潮间带至浅海或百余米水深的泥质沙或沙质海底.  相似文献

硇洲岛潮汐带牡蛎相关可培养细菌多样性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
[目的]了解南海硇洲岛潮汐带香港巨牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis)相关可培养细菌的多样性.[方法]应用纯培养法分离样品中的细菌(含放线菌),采用基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析方法研究这些分离菌株的生物多样性.[结果]用补充0-25%(W/V) NaC1的MA、MH和NA培养基从样品中分离到102株细菌,在形态观察和部分生理生化实验结果的基础上去冗余,选取74个代表性菌株进行基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析.结果表明,这些菌株归为38个物种,属于4个大的系统发育类群(Gamma-Proteobacteria,Alpha-Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Firmicutes)的16个科、18个属.大多数菌株属于Gamma-Proteobacteria亚门(45株,60.8%),其余依次是Firmicutes门(12株,16.2%)、Bacteroidetes门(11株,14.9%)和Alpha-Proteobacteria亚门(6株,8.1%).大多数菌株与其系统发育关系最密切的有效发表种典型菌株之间(16S rRNA基因序列相似性为94.3%-99.8%)存在一定的遗传差异,其中JSM 111069可能代表Carnobacteriaceae科的潜在新属;菌株JSM 111039和JSM 111085可能分别代表Bacillus属的两个新物种,菌株JSM 111020、JSM 111072和JSM 111090可能分别代表Pseudoalteromonas、Proteus和Idiomarina属的新物种.[结论]南海硇洲岛潮汐带牡蛎中存在较为丰富的原核生物多样性,并潜藏着一定数量的微生物新类群(物种).  相似文献

[目的]为了解南极普利兹湾夏季海冰不同层次中细菌群落丰度及组成.[方法]利用荧光原位杂交技术对海冰不同层次中细菌进行定量研究,通过构建16S rRNA基因文库对海冰不同层次中细菌进行多样性分析,并结合环境因子进行相关性分析.[结果]荧光原位杂交结果表明,细菌占海冰总细胞数比例随着海冰层次下降呈现上升趋势,初步推断可能受海冰中总有机碳,总有机氮以及磷酸盐影响所致.16SrRNA基因文库分析结果表明,上、中、底3个海冰分层样品获得的16S rRNA基因序列归属于γ-变形细菌纲(γ-Proteobacteria),α-变形细菌纲(α-Proteobacteria)以及拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes),多数16S rRNA基因序列与分离培养自海洋环境、南北极海冰菌株的16S rRNA基因序列相似性较高(90%-99%);在海冰底部样品中未检测到拟杆菌门;海冰不同层次中,细菌组成呈现些微的差异性,可能由铵离子在海冰不同层次的分布造成.[结论]海冰底部细菌数量最丰富.在海冰中,γ-变形细菌纲为优势类群.  相似文献

[目的]对从健康桑树叶片中分离到的一株内生拮抗细菌Lu10-1进行鉴定,并探讨该菌株在桑树体内的定殖.[方法]通过形态观察、生理生化指标测定及16S rRNA基因序列同源性分析,结合recA基因特异引物PCR检测法对菌株Lu10-1进行分类学鉴定;以抗利福平(Rif)和氨苄青霉素(Amp)双抗药性为标记,采用浸种、浸根、涂叶和针刺等方法接种,测定Lu10-1菌株在桑树体内的定殖.[结果]结果表明,菌株Lu10-1属于伯克霍尔德氏菌属(Burkholderia),与亲缘关系较近菌株B.cepacia(X80284)的同源性达98%,该菌株的16S rDNA序列已在GenBank中注册,登录号为EF546394;Lu10-1菌株浸种接种后,菌株在桑苗组织中的数量总体上呈现下降趋势,到第20天后菌量趋于稳定;细菌浸根接种后,菌株在茎叶部定殖的菌量均呈现出"先增后降"的趋势.[结论]内生拮抗细菌Lu10-1归属于洋葱伯克霍尔德氏菌基因型Ⅰ(Burkholderia cepacia genomovar Ⅰ);该菌株可在桑树体内长期定殖并传导,且在定殖过程中菌株的拮抗性能未改变;为将该菌株导入桑树体内进行病害的生物防治提供了理论依据.  相似文献

论述了2个混淆种扩张织纹螺Nassarius(Telasco)sufflatus(Gould,1860)与爪哇织纹螺Nassarius(Telasco)javanus(Schepman,1891)的比较研究,二者在我国均分布于的东南部沿海,其外部形态近似。长期以来,一直把2个种混淆在一起,都鉴定为扩张织纹螺。作者在整理中国科学院海洋生物标本馆历年来采集的织纹螺科标本时,把2个种的标本进行了反复的比较研究,并进行齿舌解剖,找出了二者外部形态、齿舌结构以及地理分布和生态习性上的差异,澄清了混淆种,确立其分类地位。  相似文献

水稻种子内生细菌多样性及其分泌植物生长素能力的测定   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7  
[目的]探讨水稻种子内生细菌的多样性并测定其分泌IAA能力.[方法]采用传统的可培养方法分离水稻种子内生细菌,并通过16S Rrna基因序列分析初步确定分离菌株的系统发育地位,利用比色法进一步对不同种类菌株产植物生长素(IAA)能力进行定性、定量检测.[结果]共分离纯化获得66株内生细菌菌株,分属于5个类群的15个属26个种.以26株细菌为代表对其进行分泌生长素(IAA)能力的定性及定量测定,共发现19株细菌可分泌生长素或其类似物,其中Z10、Z17、Z14和Z20 4株内生细菌具较强的分泌植物生长素能力.[讨论]分离得到的内生细菌表现了水稻种子内生细菌的多样性,其中某些细菌对植物有一定的促生功能.  相似文献

[目的]运用基因组信息发掘技术(Genome Mining)对海洋细菌Pseudoalteromonas sp.NJ631基因组中的非核糖体肽合成酶(Nonribosomal peptides synthetases,NRPSs)基因簇资源及其核心模件进行发掘分析,旨在为Pseudoalteromonas属中非核糖体肽(Nonribosomal peptides,NRPs)的发现提供理论依据和数据支持.[方法]依托第二代测序技术获得的Pseudoalteromonas sp.NJ631基因组序列草图,在分析其次生代谢产物编码基因的基础上,利用NRPS-PKS knowledgebase在线预测软件鉴定潜在的NRPSs基因簇,并对其基因组中的NRPSs核心模件腺苷酰化(Adenylation,A)结构域编码基因信息进行发掘.[结果]在NJ631基因组序列草图中发现3个典型结构组成的NRPSs基因簇,命名为NGC1、NGC2和NGC3,分别位于scaffold6,9和11.进一步的结构域预测分析表明,3个NRPSs基因簇均含有3个ORFs,其中NGC1编码7个NRPSs模块 ;NGC2和NGC3均编码6个NRPSs模块.对A结构域的信息发掘显示NJ631基因组中含有38个A结构域编码基因,特异性选择18种氨基酸底物.[结论]通过运用基因组信息发掘技术对海洋细菌Pseudoalteromonas sp.N J631全基因组信息进行NRPSs基因簇及核心模件A结构域的发掘分析,结果提示,通常只在放线菌或真菌中发现的NRPSs基因资源也在Pseudoalteromonas属中大量存在.研究结果也为今后Pseudoalteromonas属中非核糖体肽(Nonribosomal peptides,NRPs)的发现提供理论依据.  相似文献

中国典型冻土区土壤可培养细菌多样性   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
[目的]对比分析中国典型高纬度冻土区和高海拔冻土区土壤可培养细菌的多样性.[方法]采用NM、TSA 、R2A 3种培养基分离培养不同冻土区土壤可培养细菌,用通用引物扩增分离的细菌16S rRNA基因,根据系统发育分析进行鉴定.[结果]从6个样品中得到冻土土壤可培养细菌的菌落数量为4.70×103 -2.57×105 cfu/g(土壤干重),根据不同的菌落形态分离出144株可培养细菌.纯培养物的16S rRNA基因部分序列分析表明:我国高纬度冻土区土壤样品中的细菌分别属于Firmicutes分支(59.52%)、Gammaproteobacteria 分支(38.10%)、Betaproteobacteria分支(2.38%),其中假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)、类芽胞杆菌属(Paenibacillus)的菌株为该区域的三大优势菌群.我国高海拔冻土区土壤样品中分离细菌属于Gammaproteobacteria分支(89.22%)、Firmicutes分支(8.82%)和Bacteroidetes分支(1.96%)o优势菌群为假单胞菌属( Pseudomonas).[结论]我国高纬度冻土区和高海拔冻土区土壤具有较高的可培养细菌多样性;不同类型冻土区土壤可培养细菌群落组成不同.本文研究结果将为我国冻土区土壤细菌资源研究与利用提供理论依据.  相似文献

湖北钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间宿主,生物杀螺具有环保、成本较低以及对钉螺定向特异的优点。从鄱阳湖草洲土壤及病螺体内分离出4株对钉螺具有高毒性作用的细菌。革兰氏染色和显微镜观察表明,一株为芽孢杆菌,其余3株均为革兰氏阴性杆菌。16srDNA扩增及序列比对鉴定其种属类型,结果显示分别为Enterobactersp.、B.cereus、S.putrefaciens和Aeromonassp.。杀螺研究结果表明,4株细菌的发酵液、发酵上清液和菌体对钉螺均表现出不同程度的毒杀作用,其中S.putrefaciens和Aeromonassp.的杀螺效果最好,72h发酵液和发酵上清液对钉螺的毒杀作用分别达100%和95%以上。各细菌发酵上清SDS-PAGE结果发现了丰富蛋白带,推测这些蛋白中存在对钉螺具有毒杀功效的组分。  相似文献

The objective of this investigation was to study the distribution of tetrodotoxin (TTX) in the xanthid crab (Atergatis floridus) found in the coastal waters of Kanagawa and Wakayama Prefectures of Japan using mouse assay methods. We used 32 crab samples (18 males and 14 females) and toxicity was analyzed on 13 parts of the body of each sample. The muscle of chelipeds was found to be toxic in all the samples with a wide range of toxicity (5–237 MU/g), whereas the toxicity in the muscle of the cephalothorax was found to be non-toxic (below detectable limit) in all the samples [Narita, H., Watanabe, K., Baba, K., Ohgami, H., Ai, T.K., Igarashi, Y., Nara, M., Noguchi, T., Hashimoto, K., 1987. The toxicity of digestive gland of trampet shells inhabiting the coast of Shizuoka Prefecture. J. Food Hyg. Soc. Jpn. 28, 115–118.]. Further investigation of different parts of the chelipeds indicated that the muscle of the palm and carpus are usually toxic and that of merus and ischium are almost non-toxic. Toxicity of the muscles of palm ranged between 7 and 52 MU/g, whereas toxicity of the muscle of ischium was below detectable limit. Results from our study indicate clear contrast in the distribution of tetrodotoxin in muscles of different parts of the xanthid crabs, plausibly due to some inherent physiological mechanism. Further investigation is necessary to understand the mechanism responsible for such contrast.  相似文献

【背景】福寿螺因其食性杂、抗逆性和繁殖力强以及自然天敌少等不断扩散,侵害农作物,被列为我国首批外来入侵物种。国内外学者一直致力于研究对其的防治与监控。自然界中福寿螺存在2种壳色——黄色和黑色,壳色受遗传因素和环境因素的双重影响。广东省福寿螺多以黑色为主,福寿螺倾向于与不同壳色的螺交配。壳色在一定程度上影响其交配的选择性,但2种壳色的福寿螺繁殖力指标差异不显著。而关于这2种壳色的螺在形态学上的差异鲜有报道。【方法】利用生物统计软件和分析方法进行相关性分析、通径分析及多元回归分析,计算相关系数、通径系数和决定系数,研究2种壳色福寿螺形态性状与体质量的关系。【结果】2种壳色福寿螺的体质量、层高的变异系数较大,且黄色比黑色变异系数大。对黄色福寿螺体质量影响较大的依次为壳高、口宽;对黑色福寿螺体质量影响较大的依次为口宽、层高。【结论与意义】2种壳色福寿螺在形态性状方面差异显著,可以将壳色作为特征标记,为福寿螺的监测与灾害评估提供参考。  相似文献

Marine algal toxins are an important cause of seafood-associated outbreaks. Some marine bacteria living in association with algae are able to produce channel-blocking substances similar to PSP and TTX toxins and a role of these bacteria in the toxicity of dinoflagellates has been hypothesized. The aim of this study was to monitor, over a period of 2 years, areas used in shellfish production in the northern Adriatic Sea, through the determination of phytoplankton and the characterization of bacteria isolated from algae. Toxicity tests on bacterial extracts were performed using in vivo (mouse) and in vitro (cell culture) tests and by HPLC. The Dinophysis genus was detected throughout the year, while the Alexandrium genus was present in winter and spring. Sixteen bacteria isolated from algae, out of 61 bacterial strains tested by in vitro assay, were found to be producers of toxic substances that could block sodium channels in cells. HPLC analysis for the detection of PSP and TTX toxins always gave negative results, but their presence in concentrations undetectable by HPLC, and/or the production of chemically different substances with similar biological action, could not be excluded.  相似文献

3种入侵和本地沉水植物形态和生理性状对螺类牧食的响应 沉水植物水盾草(Cabomba caroliniana)已成为中国太湖流域的优势入侵水生植物。与外来物种的原产地环境相比,引入地新环境中存在的专食性天敌较少。外来物种可能会逃避其原产地环境中的天敌牧食,又因为它们的适口性相对较差,从而导致在引入地外来物种通常比本地物种遭受的牧食者影响更低(天敌逃逸假说)。本研究的目的是比较水盾草与共生的本地沉水植物对本地牧食者的响应。我们进行了一个中宇宙尺度实验,研究了水盾草和两种共生的本地沉水植物黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)和穗花狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)对两种本地广食性腹足纲螺类萝卜螺(Radix swinhoei)和环棱螺(Sinotaia quadrata)的牧食响应。记录了它们的形态性状指标(总生物量、冠根比和相对生长率)和生理性状指标(叶片总非结构性碳、木质素和纤维素)。研究结果表明,环棱螺对3种沉水植物性状指标的影响较少。随着本地广食性螺类萝卜螺数量的增加,黑藻和穗花狐尾藻大部分植物性状发生了改变,而水盾草的植物性状表现出相对稳定的趋势。水盾草对萝卜螺的牧食更具抵抗力,这与天敌逃逸假说的假设一致。这一发现说明牧食性螺类促进了水盾草的入侵,这可能会改变沉水植物群落中的物种组成。  相似文献

Schistosoma mansoni is an important human parasitic disease which is widespread throughout Africa. As Biomphalaria pfeifferi snails act as intermediate host, knowledge of their population ecology is an essential prerequisite towards understanding disease transmission. We conducted a field study and assessed the density and microhabitat preferences of B.pfeifferi in a natural habitat which was a residual pool of a river. Repeated removal collecting revealed a density of 26.6 [95% confidence interval (CI): 24.9-28.3] snails/m2. B. pfeifferi showed microhabitat preferences for shallow water (depths: 0-4cm). They were found most abundantly close to the shoreline (distances: 0-40cm), and preferred either plant detritus or bedrock as substratum. Lymnaea natalensis, a snail which may act as a host for human Fasciola gigantica, also occurred in this habitat with a density of 34.0 (95% CI: 24.7-43.3) snails/m2, and preferred significantly different microhabitats when compared to B.pfeifferi. Microhabitat selection by these snail species was also investigated in a man-made habitat nearby, which consisted of a flat layer of concrete fixed on the riverbed, covered by algae. Here, B.pfeifferi showed no preference for locations close to the shoreline, probably because the habitat had a uniform depth. We conclude that repeated removal collecting in shallow habitats provides reliable estimates of snail densities and that habitat changes through constructions may create favourable microhabitats and contribute to additional disease transmission.  相似文献

Nassariids (Family Nassariidae) are a group of marine snails that are distributed worldwide, with their maximum species diversity in tropical regions, particularly the Indo‐Pacific. However, the traditional taxonomy of Nassariidae defined by shell or radula characters is usually inconsistent with little phylogenetic signal. In the present study, the complete mitochondrial (mt) genomes of nine Nassarius species were sequenced and compared with other eight nassariid species previously reported. All nassariid mt genomes showed the same gene order as in most caenogastropods and shared a very similar pattern with respect to genome size, nucleotide composition and AT contents. A deletion of three nucleotides in nad6 gene was detected in Nassarius jacksonianus and Nassarius acuticostus, and this feature also provided implications for nassariid phylogeny. The genetic distance analysis and reconstructed phylogeny revealed a distant relationship between N. jacksonianus or N. acuticostus and other members in Nassarius. The mitogenomic phylogeny recovered the evolutionary relationships within Nassarius with high statistical support. In addition, a chronogram was reconstructed under an uncorrelated relaxed molecular clock, which dated the divergence among main lineages of Nassarius during ~31 MYA.  相似文献

【背景】珠穆朗玛峰地区具有寒冷低温、强辐射等极端环境条件,珠穆朗玛峰北坡石生微生物研究未见报道。【目的】针对珠穆朗玛峰北坡石生微生物开展研究,阐明珠穆朗玛峰北坡石生生境中可培养细菌多样性,开发珠穆朗玛峰北坡抗紫外辐射菌株资源。【方法】通过可培养法、16S rRNA基因序列分析方法以及紫外辐射筛选对珠穆朗玛峰北坡可培养石生细菌多样性以及抗紫外辐射能力进行研究。【结果】从珠穆朗玛峰北坡石生生境中共分离获得52株石生细菌,归类为放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes),其中放线菌门和变形菌门为优势菌门,鞘脂单胞菌属、节杆菌属、链霉菌属为优势菌属,有2株菌为潜在新种。从已分离鉴定菌株中筛选出了2株抗紫外辐射能力较高的菌株,分别是芽孢杆菌属菌株ZFBP4009和链霉菌属菌株ZFBP1009。【结论】珠穆朗玛峰北坡石生环境蕴含多样性丰富的石生细菌,所分离菌株抗紫外辐射能力突出,为揭示相关极端环境下微生物的分布特征及极端环境微生物资源开发提供了数据支持及菌株资源。  相似文献

Digenetic trematodes usually show a high degree of specificity for their molluscan intermediate hosts. A panel of 4 digenean species (Echinostoma paraensei, E. trivolvis, Schistosoma mansoni, and Schistosomatium douthitti) and 5 snail species (Biomphalaria glabrata, Helisoma trivolvis, Lymnaea stagnalis, Stagnicola elodes, and Helix aspersa representing 3 gastropod families) was used to assess the relative contributions of miracidial behavior, host plasma osmolality, and host plasma factors in dictating specificity. Additional experiments were undertaken with a fifth digenean, Echinoparyphium sp. Expected patterns of compatibility were first confirmed; each parasite species produced patent infections in its known snail host, but not in the other snail species. One exception was S. douthitti, which unexpectedly did not infect L. stagnalis. As judged by direct observation and by noting their disappearance after exposure to snails, miracidia were generally less likely to attach to or penetrate incompatible than compatible hosts. However, over half of the miracidia of each parasite species attached to or attempted penetration of both compatible and incompatible hosts, suggesting that under the experimental conditions used, miracidial host location and attachment behaviors were not of overriding importance in dictating observed patterns of specificity. For each digenean species, the percentage of larvae that became immobile, rounded, showed tegumental damage, or died over a 6-hr interval in plasma of the various snails was assessed. In no case was plasma from a compatible host harmful to sporocysts or rediae. In contrast, in 8 of 16 (50%) incompatible combinations, snail plasma had a significant negative effect on sporocyst condition. In 4 of 12 (33%) incompatible combinations, plasma had a significant negative effect on rediae. In 9 of 10 combinations tested, lymnaeid plasma was toxic for the parasites of planorbid snails and in 2 of 4 combinations, planorbid plasma was toxic for the parasites of lymnaeid snails. Toxicity was not attributable to differences in plasma osmolality between snail species. The ability of plasma from incompatible snails to affect viability of both sporocysts and rediae was surprisingly strong, suggesting that humoral factors play a greater role in dictating patterns of digenean-snail specificity than previously appreciated.  相似文献
