It was shown that immune and olfactory highly reactive CBA mice have reduced the ability to immune response in more extent under influence of volatile excretions of irradiated (4 Gy) singene mice, than allogene (C57Bl/6) mice. In lowreactive C57BL/6 mice deterioration of immune response also took place after influence of excretions of singene irradiated mice. There were no difference between the effects caused by excretions of intact and irradiated allogene (CBA) mice.  相似文献

Within short-terms after exposure to ionizing radiation, CBA and C57Bl/6 male mice were found not only to retain but also to enhance their attractiveness to chemosignals of intact males of the same genotype (syngenic). It was shown that the time period of higher attractiveness increased with the absorbed dose (from 1 to 6 Gy). Within several days after exposure to 6-Gy irradiation, male mice were temporarily unable to discriminate between chemosignals of syngenic and allogenic (alien genotype) individuals. Unlike male mice of the CBA strain, male mice of the C57Bl/6 strain displayed no changes after exposure to 1-Gy irradiation, but the effect of 2-6 Gy was more persistent. These phenomena can be explained by the lower olfactory reactivity combined with higher radiosensitivity of C57Bl/6 mice. Irradiated male mice temporarily lost their olfactory ability to discriminate the genotype of females' volatile secretions and to distinguish between females' and males' volatile secretions.  相似文献

Aggressive and submissive behaviour was studied in CBA/Lac and C57BL/6J strains of mice during long-term intermale interaction with syngenic partners. It was shown that the aggressiveness of aggressive C57BL/6J animals was more expressive than that of CBA/Lac' ones. The structure of submissive behaviour of this strains' encounters was also significantly different. Prolonged-defeat experience changed the character of submissive behaviour of C57BL/6J, but not of CBA/Lac' ones. Aggression of dominant animals considerably decreased in both strains. It is suggested that CBA/Lac and C57BL/6J mice had different mechanisms of suppression of intermale aggression.  相似文献

The parameters have been studied of the aggressive reaction of male mice of CBA/Lac and C57BL/6J lines differing by olfactory sensitivity to zoosocial pheromone stimuli. It has been shown that CBA males, characterized by a high olfactory sensitivity, have lower latency of the first attack than C57BL males with low olfactory sensitivity. A prolonged distant exposition to an unknown litter and male appearance lowers the latency of the first attack in mice of the studied lines proportionally to their meanings demonstrated after short time exposition. The number of attacks and total time of attacking is considerably higher in C57BL mice during the whole test period (15 min) than in CBA mice in which aggressivity is already sharply lowered after 5 min of agonistic interactions. The factors are discussed, influencing the parameters of mice aggressive reaction.  相似文献

The appearance of lines CBA and C57Bl/6 in the urine of mice irradiation volatile excretions with immunosupression property was associated with the violation at mice of ability to immunogenesis. It was established, that immunosupression activity of excretions irradiated mice CBA and C57Bl/6 did not depend on genotip of mice. However, by irradiated mice C57Bl/6 immunosupression components, depressing antibody formation at intact mice, appeared earlier, than at CBA. Immunosypression, limited postradiation volatile secretion in view of depression humoral immune response at intact mice kept for not a long time and mostly expressed on the course 2-3 days after exposition with postradiation secretion.  相似文献

Cooperation efficiency of (CBA x C57BL/6) F1 thymocytes and CBA bone marrow cells in immune response to SRBC was compared with the syngenic combination of the same cells. Selectivity of interaction of the T- and B-lymphocytes of different origin was studied in incomplete cyclophosphamines (CBA x C57BL/6) leads to CBA chimerae, where donors were primed with SRBC and the recipients were either intact or tolerant to the given antigen. F1 T-cells proved to interact with the CAB-B-cells 10-15 times less effectively than with the syngenic B-cells. It is suggested that similarity between the antigenic structure of the cell membrane of the T- and B-lymphocytes, aiding their physical contact, increased the action efficiency of the T-mediator on the B-cell.  相似文献

The reaction was studied of male mice of CBA and C57BL/6J lines to zoosocial signals coming from another individual. "Partition" test was used, in which two males of one line were placed in a common cage divided into two sections by a transparent partition with holes; this partition divided the animals but allowed them to see and sniff each other. The number of approaches to partition, summary and average time of staying near it during one approach were recorded. Mice of both lines reacted to presence of unknown partner behind the partition by an increase of activity near the partition; in CBA mice all recorded parameters were greater than in C57BL/6J mice. A greater sensitivity is suggested of CBA animals to perception of pheromonal signals. "Partition" test may be used for estimation of mice reaction to zoosocial signals.  相似文献

Micropopulations consisting of six male mice of different genotypes were studied (each of lines A/He, CBA/Lac, C57BL/6J, DD, YT, and PT was represented by one male). Interlinear differences in the level of social dominance and the effects of genotype, social hierarchy, and season on in vitro testosterone production by testes were examined under different incubation conditions. The testosterone production was estimated under control conditions and under stimulation with human chorionic gonadotropin (CG). Significant genetic differences in the initial and CG-stimulated testosterone production by testes incubated in vitro were found. By the control production, the genotypes fell into two groups: lines C57BL/6J, A/He, and CBA/Lac had low production of the hormone; lines YT, PT, and DD, high production. By responsiveness of gonads to CG, the genotypes fell into three groups: line CBA/Lac had low testosterone production by testes; lines C57BL/6J, A/He, YT, and DD, line PT, intermediate production; and line PT, high production. The obtained data indicate stability of genetic polymorphism for the responsiveness of testes to gonadotropins, because neither season nor the formation of social hierarchy could significantly change the interlinear differences. In line PT characterized by high hormonal activity of gonads in the control and under stimulation with gonadotropins, males became dominant in a significantly greater number of cases studied during the formation of hierarchy in micropopulations. The dynamics of both control production of a male sex hormone and responsiveness of testes to CG was established in vitro during the formation of social hierarchy; the effects of season on this dynamics were revealed. Specific characteristics of secretory activity of testes were detected in the control and under stimulation with gonadotropins, depending on incubation conditions. Seasonal and genotypic characteristics of the responsiveness of testes to CG were revealed under different incubation conditions. Genotypic characteristics indicate interlinear differences in the degree of inertia of testosterone biosynthesis on exposure to gonadotropins.  相似文献

The behavior of mice of two inbred strains (C57BL/6J and CBA) and their F1 hybrids was evaluated in the open field test after intraperitoneal administration of 3-methylindole (skatole) disrupting epithelium of the main olfactory system. High motor and exploratory activities and emotional sensitivity was observed in intact C57BL/6J mice compared to CBA mice and their hybrids. Anosmia induced by intraperitoneal administration of skatole changed the behavior of C57BL/6J and CBA mice. The direction of the observed changes in the orientation and exploratory behavior of anosmic animals was different. Anosmia decreased motor and exploratory activities in C57BL/6J mice and increase them in CBA mice. Intact hybrid mice demonstrated the predominance of the CBA genotype in the orientation and exploratory activity in the test used. Anosmia in hybrid animals had no significant effect on the orientation and exploratory behavior.  相似文献

It has been shown that natural and postradiation volatile urinary secretions of mice can remotely restore the immune reactivity and blood indices reduced as a result of exposure of laboratory mice to ionizing radiation. Antibody formation in spleen of gamma-irradiated (1 Gy) CBA strain mice was increased after exposure of both syngeneic and allogeneic animals with urine volatile secretions. Volatile natural secretions of intact mice have a more pronounced antibody stimulating activity than volatile secretions from animals exposed to gamma-radiation. Immunoreactivity ofy-irradiated C57B16 strain mice with low olfactory reactivity increases only after their exposure with volatile secretions of intact syngeneic animals. The total number of leukocytes and lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of gamma-irradiated (1 Gy) inbred mice increases after exposure with secretions obtained from them before irradiation. The role of hemo-signalling in the selective stimulation of immunity and blood content in conditions of radiation damage is discussed.  相似文献

The graft versus host reaction (GVHR) was induced in mouse females-hybrids F1 (CBA X C57BL/6) by intravenous injection of suspension of the lymphoid cells of the spleen and of lymphoid nodes from C57BL/6 mouse females. Pregnancy resulted from interbreeding of the test females with syngenic males 1--5 days before, and 1--10, 10--20, 30--40 and more than 40 days after the moment of the lymphoid cells injection, aggravated the GVHR induced transplantation disease. At the same time the GVHR under these conditions decreased the percentage of pregnant animals and brought to child-bearing disfunction of the test animals (stillbirth, death of pregnant females, miscarriage). In some of the test mice aggravation of the GVHR was observed after delivery. Survival of the progeny decreased.  相似文献

Immunological tolerance to sheep erythrocytes was induced in mice of the CBA, C57BL/6, CC57BR, C3H, DBA/2 lines by means of combined administration of a high dose of the antigen and cyclophosphamide. The count of 19S antibody-forming cells was determined in the mouse spleen after the test injection of erythrocytes, by local hemolysis in gel. The extent of the tolerance induced proved to depend on the genotype of the animals; mice of the DBA/2 line were found to be most "sensitive" to its induction. There was revealed no correlation between the level of the immunological reactivity to sheep erythrocytes in the intact mice of different lines and the extent of its suppression in tolerance induction  相似文献

Bone marrow cells (0,5-10(6)) of female mice of CBA or C57BL strains were injected intravenously to lethally irradiated CBA, C57BL/6, (femaleCBA X maleC57BL/6)F1 and (femaleC57BL/6 X maleCBA)F1 mice. Spleen of recipients as assayed for colony count on the 9th day after bone marrow transplantation by the method of Till and McCullouch. Stem cells of CBA mice demonstrated failure of allogenic inhibition in (CBA X C57BL/6)F1 hybrid mice and formed the same number of colonies as in the spleen of syngenic recipients. The level of allogenic inhibition of CBA stem cells transplanted to (C57BL/6 X X CBA)F1 hybrid mice was 50%. Bone marrow cells of C57BL/6 mice formed colonies in spleen of (CBA X C57BL/6)F1 mice at least in 20 times less than in syngenic combination. In the transplantation of bone marrow from C57BL/6 mice to (C57BL/6 X CBA)F1 hybrid mice the allogenic inhibition was less pronounced (77-85%) as compared with the transfer of cells to (CBA X C57BL/6)F1 hybrid mice (95%). The sex of a recipient did not influence the number of formed colonies. The different level of allogenic inhibition of parental stem cells can not be explained by the effect of linkage with sex as the female of reciprocal hybrid mice have identical structure of sex chromosomes (X(CBA)XC57BL/6). The data obtained indicate that the maternal effect affects allogenic inhibition of stem cells in parent--F1 system. It is possible that the maternal influence may be determined by cytoplasmic factors of inheritance which affect the expressivity of recessive genes Hh, controlling the inheritance of specific haematopoietic cell antigens.  相似文献

Female CBA mice were mated to fertile CBA males, to vasectomized CBA males, to fertile C57BL males or to vasectomized C57BL males. After allogeneic or syngeneic mating the extent of thymic involution on the 10th day of pregnancy and pseudopregnancy was similar. Lumbar lymph node weight was not affected by pseudopregnancy but increased similarly in allogeneic and syngeneic pregnancies. Serum progesterone levels on the 10th day of pseudopregnancy were similar to those of non-pregnant females, and significantly lower than those of pregnant females. On the 4th to 7th days progesterone levels in pseudopregnant animals were equal to those in pregnant animals. Progesterone levels and thymic involution were similar in syngeneically and allogeneically pregnant females. Progesterone levels were negatively correlated with thymus weight but reached significance only when the mating was allogeneic. It is suggested that there is an interaction between progesterone concentrations and the degree of thymic involution during pregnancy.  相似文献

Survival rate and weight of embryos were studied in the Balb/c, CBA//ac and C57BL/6j mice, developed from several combinations of transplantation. The weight of allogenic fetus as well as syngenic fetus which developed together with allogenic ones was detected to increase. This increased weight does not result from survival of certain genotype embryos, but seems to be due to genetical differences in the mother-embryo system.  相似文献

Migration of stem cells and B-lymphocytes from the bone marrow and of T-lymphocytes from the thymus was studied on special models in mice of the CBA and C57BL lines, responding to sheep erythrocytes oppositely. Genetically-determined differences in the height of the immune response between the CBA and C57BL mice in immunization with sheep erythrocytes depended to a certain extent on different expression of the process of intensification of migration of the stem cells, T- and B-lymphocytes in response to the antigen administration.  相似文献

Antireceptor sera ARS-1 (anti-CBA-anti-C57BL/6) and ARS-2 (anti-C57BL/6-anti-BALB/c) were prepared in a xenogeneic system by immunizing rabbits with alloimmune CBA anti-C57BL/6 and C57BL/6 anti-BALB/c lymphocytes and subsequent exhaustive absorption of rabbit immune sera with red blood cells, lymphocytes, liver cells, and serum from intact mice. In the cytotoxicity test, both ARS sera lysed only activated T lymphocytes of corresponding, but no other specificities, and did not affect intact lymphocytes. They did not inactivate in vitro the PFC-producing antibodies to SRBC or inhibit the immune response to SRBC and Viantigen of Salmonella typhi in adoptive transfer experiments. Pretreatment of intact CBA lymphocytes in vitro with ARS-1 plus complement suppressed their ability to induce lethal GvH disease in irradiated (CBA × C57BL/6)F1, but not (CBA × BALB/c)F1 recipients; similar pretreatment of C57BL/6 lymphocytes did not lower lethality among irradiated (CBA × C57BL/6)F1 recipients. This method of preparing ARS may help to obtain highly specific antireceptor sera for regulation of the immune response to different antigens in outbred animals and in humans.  相似文献

After irradiation in a dose 4 Gy female mice of CBA and C57Bl/6 (female CBA during 18-23 days, female C57Bl/6 - 4-10 days) secretes with urine volatile components (chemosignals) which possess higher, than secretes intact females, attractiveness for intact males the same strains irrespective of a genotype. When estimation relative attractiveness postradiation secretes female mice CBA and C57Bl/6 intact males prefer chemosignals singenic (genetically identical) females during 1-23 day after irradiation. Observed olfactorial reaction male mice more differ from norm. In which males prefer chemosignals of allogenic (with a strange genotype) females. This disturbances identifed as postradiation reversion attractiving males of chemosignals, dependent on the genotype of females. Typical for norm chemosignalisation at females restored for 43 days after the irradiation. The mechanism and biological advisability of this phenomenon are discussed.  相似文献
