The filamentous fungus Aspergillus niger is used worldwide in the industrial production of citric acid. However, under specific cultivation conditions, citric acid-producing strains of A. niger accumulate oxalic acid as a by-product. Oxalic acid is used as a chelator, detergent, or tanning agent. Here, we sought to develop oxalic acid hyperproducers using A. niger as a host. To generate oxalic acid hyperproducers by metabolic engineering, transformants overexpressing the oahA gene, encoding oxaloacetate hydrolase (OAH; EC 3.7.1.1), were constructed in citric acid-producing A. niger WU-2223L as a host. The oxalic acid production capacity of this strain was examined by cultivation of EOAH-1 under conditions appropriate for oxalic acid production with 30 g/l glucose as a carbon source. Under all the cultivation conditions tested, the amount of oxalic acid produced by EOAH-1, a representative oahA-overexpressing transformant, exceeded that produced by A. niger WU-2223L. A. niger WU-2223L and EOAH-1 produced 15.6 and 28.9 g/l oxalic acid, respectively, during the 12-day cultivation period. The yield of oxalic acid for EOAH-1 was 64.2 % of the maximum theoretical yield. Our method for oxalic acid production gave the highest yield of any study reported to date. Therefore, we succeeded in generating oxalic acid hyperproducers by overexpressing a single gene, i.e., oahA, in citric acid-producing A. niger as a host.  相似文献

Objectives

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) caused by Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, or Aspergillus niger is associated with high mortality. We evaluated the efficacy and compared the therapeutic effect differences of voriconazole (VRC) in combination with caspofungin (CAS) in transiently neutropenic rats infected by A. fumigatus, A. flavus, or A. niger.

Methods

Treatment groups consisted of VRC (10 mg/kg q12 h) monotherapy, CAS (1 mg/kg/day) monotherapy, combination of VRC (10 mg/kg q12 h) + CAS (1 mg/kg/day), and no drug for 10 consecutive days. The efficacy and the difference in the treatments were evaluated through prolongation of survival, reduction in serum galactomannan levels and residual fungal burden, and histological studies.

Results

For all the strains, the combination of VRC and CAS led to significant prolongation in survival (P < 0.05) and reduction in residual fungal burden (P < 0.05) compared with CAS alone, and decrease in serum galactomannan levels (P < 0.05) compared with either agent alone. The survival in the combined therapy groups was significantly improved compared to VRC monotherapy for the strains of A. flavus and A. niger (P < 0.05), but no significant difference for the strains of A. fumigatus (P > 0.05).

Conclusions

Combination of VRC and CAS was synergistic in IPA by A. flavus and A. niger, but small efficacy benefits in IPA by A. fumigatus.  相似文献

Combination of statistical optimization and mutagenesis to isolate hypersecretory strains is studied to maximize phytase production from Aspergillus niger NCIM 563 under submerged fermentation. The overall results obtained show a remarkable 5.98-fold improvement in phytase production rates when compared to that using basal medium. Optimization of culture conditions from parent strain is studied first by the Plackett–Burman technique to evaluate the effects of 11 variables for phytase production. The results showed that glucose, MgSO4, KCl, incubation period, and MnSO4 are the most significant variables affecting enzyme production. Further optimization in these variables, using a central composite design technique, resulted in 3.74-fold increase in the yield of phytase production to 254,500 U/l when compared with the activity observed with basal media (68,000 U/l) in shake flask. Our experiments show that the phytase from A. niger NCIM 563 exhibits desirable activity in simulated gastric fluid conditions with low pH and also improved thermostability when compared to commercial phytase. The improved yield demonstrates the potential applicability of phytase enzyme as a source of phytase supplement for phosphorus nutrition and environmental protection in animal feed industry. Physical and chemical mutagenesis experiments were carried out in parallel to isolate hypersecretory mutants that could possibly further enhance the enzyme production. Using optimized media conditions of the parent strain, our results show that mutant strain A. niger NCIM 1359 increased the phytase activity by another 1.6-fold to 407,200 U/l.  相似文献

The production of ferulic acid esterase involved in the release of ferulic acid side groups from xylan was investigated in strains of Aspergillus tubingensis, Aspergillus carneus, Aspergillus niger and Rhizopus oryzae. The highest activity on triticale bran as sole carbon source was observed with the A. tubingensis T8.4 strain, which produced a type A ferulic acid esterase active against methyl p-coumarate, methyl ferulate and methyl sinapate. The activity of the A. tubingensis ferulic acid esterase (AtFAEA) was inhibited twofold by glucose and induced twofold in the presence of maize bran. An initial accumulation of endoglucanase was followed by the production of endoxylanase, suggesting a combined action with ferulic acid esterase on maize bran. A genomic copy of the A. tubingensis faeA gene was cloned and expressed in A. niger D15#26 under the control of the A. niger gpd promoter. The recombinant strain has reduced protease activity and does not acidify the media, therefore promoting high-level expression of recombinant enzymes. It produced 13.5 U/ml FAEA after 5 days on autoclaved maize bran as sole carbon source, which was threefold higher than for the A. tubingensis donor strain. The recombinant AtFAEA was able to extract 50 % of the available ferulic acid from non-pretreated maize bran, making this enzyme suitable for the biological production of ferulic acid from lignocellulosic plant material.  相似文献

Aspects of manganese metabolism during normal and acidogenic growth of Aspergillus niger were explored. Arginase from this fungus was a Mn[II]-enzyme. The contribution of the arginase protein towards A. niger manganese metabolism was investigated using arginase knockout (D-42) and arginase over-expressing (ΔXCA-29) strains of A. niger NCIM 565. The Mn[II] contents of various mycelial fractions were found in the order: D-42 strain < parent strain < ΔXCA-29 strain. While the soluble fraction forms 60 % of the total mycelial Mn[II] content, arginase accounted for a significant fraction of this soluble Mn[II] pool. Changes in the arginase levels affected the absolute mycelial Mn[II] content but not its distribution in the various mycelial fractions. The A. niger mycelia harvested from acidogenic growth media contain substantially less Mn[II] as compared to those from normal growth media. Nevertheless, acidogenic mycelia harbor considerable Mn[II] levels and a functional arginase. Altered levels of mycelial arginase protein did not significantly influence citric acid production. The relevance of arginase to cellular Mn[II] pool and homeostasis was evaluated and the results suggest that arginase regulation could occur via manganese availability.  相似文献

Aspergillus niger has an extraordinary potential to produce organic acids as proven by its application in industrial citric acid production. Previously, it was shown that expression of the cis-aconitate decarboxylase gene (cadA) from Aspergillus terreus converted A. niger into an itaconic acid producer (Li et al., Fungal Genet Bio 48: 602–611, 2011). After some initial steps in production optimization in the previous research (Li et al., BMC biotechnol 12: 57, 2012), this research aims at modifying host strains and fermentation conditions to further improve itaconic acid production. Expression of two previously identified A. terreus genes encoding putative organic acid transporters (mttA, mfsA) increased itaconic acid production in an A. niger cis-aconitate decarboxylase expressing strain. Surprisingly, the production did not increase further when both transporters were expressed together. Meanwhile, oxalic acid was accumulated as a by-product in the culture of mfsA transformants. In order to further increase itaconic acid production and eliminate by-product formation, the non-acidifying strain D15#26 and the oxaloacetate acetylhydrolase (oahA) deletion strain AB 1.13 ?oahA #76 have been analyzed for itaconic acid production. Whereas cadA expression in AB 1.13 ?oahA #76 resulted in higher itaconic acid production than strain CAD 10.1, this was not the case in strain D15#26. As expected, oxalic acid production was eliminated in both strains. In a further attempt to increase itaconic acid levels, an improved basal citric acid-producing strain, N201, was used for cadA expression. A selected transformant (N201CAD) produced more itaconic acid than strain CAD 10.1, derived from A. niger strain AB1.13. Subsequently, we have focused on the influence of dissolved oxygen (D.O.) on itaconic acid production. Interestingly, reduced D.O. levels (10–25 %) increased itaconic acid production using strain N201 CAD. Similar results were obtained in strain AB 1.13 CAD + HBD2.5 (HBD 2.5) which overexpressed a fungal hemoglobin domain. Our results showed that overexpression of the hemoglobin domain increased itaconic acid production in A. niger at lower D.O. levels. Evidently, the lower levels of D.O. have a positive influence on itaconic acid production in A. niger strains.  相似文献

Agave tequilana fructans are the source of fermentable sugars for the production of tequila. Fructans are processed by acid hydrolysis or by cooking in ovens at high temperature. Enzymatic hydrolysis is considered an alternative for the bioconversion of fructans. We previously described the isolation of Aspergillus niger CH-A-2010, an indigenous strain that produces extracellular inulinases. Here we evaluated the potential application of A. niger CH-A-2010 inulinases for the bioconversion of A. tequilana fructans, and its impact on the production of ethanol. Inulinases were analyzed by Western blotting and thin layer chromatography. Optimal pH and temperature conditions for inulinase activity were determined. The efficiency of A. niger CH-A-2010 inulinases was compared with commercial enzymes and with acid hydrolysis. The hydrolysates obtained were subsequently fermented by Saccharomyces cerevisiae to determine the efficiency of ethanol production. Results indicate that A. niger CH-A-2010 predominantly produces an exo-inulinase activity. Optimal inulinase activity occurred at pH 5.0 and 50 °C. Hydrolysis of raw agave juice by CH-A-2010 inulinases yielded 33.5 g/l reducing sugars, compared with 27.3 g/l by Fructozyme® (Novozymes Corp, Bagsværd, Denmark) and 29.4 g/l by acid hydrolysis. After fermentation of hydrolysates, we observed that the conversion efficiency of sugars into ethanol was 97.5 % of the theoretical ethanol yield for enzymatically degraded agave juice, compared to 83.8 % for acid-hydrolyzed juice. These observations indicate that fructans from raw Agave tequilana juice can be efficiently hydrolyzed by using A. niger CH-A-2010 inulinases, and that this procedure impacts positively on the production of ethanol.  相似文献

Silver nanoparticles (SNPs) are extensively used in many industrial and medical applications; however, the impact of their release in the environment is still considered an understudied field. In the present work, SNPs present in aqueous lab waste water (average size of 30 nm) were used to determine their impact on microflora if released in soil rhizosphere and sewage waste water. The results showed that 24 h incubation with different SNP concentrations resulted in a 2.6-fold decrease for soil rhizosphere microflora and 7.45-fold decrease for sewage waste water microflora, both at 24 ppm. Live and heat shock (50 and 70 °C) Aspergillus niger cultures were used to remove SNP waste, the results show 76.6, 81.74 and 90.8 % SNP removal, respectively after 3 h incubation. There was an increase in the log total bacterial count again after SNP removal by A. niger in the following order: live A. niger < 50 °C heat shock A. niger < 70 °C heat shock A. niger. The pH value decreased from 5.8 to 3.8 in the same order suggesting the production of an acid in the culture media. Scanning electron microscopy images showed agglomeration and/or complexation of SNP particles, in a micron size, in between the fungal mycelia, hence settling on and in between the mycelial network. The results suggest that silver was reduced again and agglomerated and/or chelated together in its oxidized form by an acid in A. niger media. More studies are recommended to determine the acid and the heat shock proteins to confirm the exact mode of action.  相似文献

Objective

α-Galactosidases are widely used in many fields. It is necessary to improve the production of enzymes through microbiological processes. The aim of this study was to construct recombinant Aspergillus niger strains with high α-galactosidase production.

Results

Two recombinant A. niger strains were constructed: AB and AGB. The recombinant AB strain contained the α-galactosidase aglB gene from A. niger with its native AglB signal peptide regulated by the glucoamylase promoter. In the AGB recombinant strain, the AglB signal peptide was replaced with the glucoamylase (GlaA) signal peptide. The extracellular maximum α-galactosidase activity of the AGB strain was 215.7 U/ml and that of the AB strain was 9.8 U/mL. The optimal conditions for α-galactosidase were pH 3.5 and 35 °C.

Conclusions

The GlaA signal peptide substantially increased the yield of secreted α-galactosidase in A. niger. This recombinant strain holds great potential for industrial applications.

This study determined the biotic interaction between 30 non-toxigenic indigenous strains of Aspergillus niger aggregate, Aspergillus flavus, Trichoderma spp., Mucor spp., Cladosporium spp., Ulocladium spp., Curvularia spp., Absidia spp., Geotrichum spp. and Acremonium spp., isolated from soil destined for maize crops, with respect to their ability to prevent ochratoxin A (OTA) production by A. carbonarius on “in vitro” assay, on liquid and solid medium. OTA production was completely inhibited when A. carbonarius was inoculated in a interactive mixed culture with all A. niger aggregate strains assayed, a 80 % of Trichoderma spp. strains, a 40 % of Cladosporium spp. strains, Acremonium spp and Geotrichum spp; only one strain of A. flavus tested was able to completely inhibit the mycotoxin accumulation. OTA production increased when A. carbonarius ACS 8 was growing on liquid interactive mixed culture with Mucor spp strains. These results demonstrated that OTA production by Aspergillua carbonarius strain was significantly influenced by the presence of different non-toxigenic fungal strains when growing together on paired cultures.  相似文献

Production of d S-threo-isocitric acid (ICA) by yeast meets serious difficulties since it is accompanied by a simultaneous production of citric acid (CA) in significant amounts that reduces the yield of desired product. In order to develop an effective process of ICA production, 60 yeast strains of different genera (Candida, Pichia, Saccharomyces, Torulopsis, and Yarrowia) were tested for their ability to produce ICA from rapeseed oil; as a result, wild-type strain Yarrowia lipolytica VKM Y-2373 and its mutant Y. lipolytica 704-UV4-A/NG50 were selected as promising ICA producers. The effects of temperature, pH, aeration, and concentrations of rapeseed oil, iron, and itaconic acid on ICA production by selected strains were studied. Under optimal conditions (pH 6.0; aeration 50–55 %; rapeseed oil concentration of 20–60 gl?1, iron ion concentration of 1.2 mg l?1, and itaconic acid amount of 30 mM), selected strains of Y. lipolytica produced predominantly ICA with a low amount of a by-product, CA.  相似文献

Understanding the mechanisms of stress response and adaptation to stress in the case of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), especially in the case of strains with functional properties, is very important when such strains are potential candidates for starter cultures or probiotics. In this context, our study shows the response of some LAB [four exopolysaccharide (EPS)-producing strains and one strain with potential probiotic effect] to the stresses induced by low and high incubation temperatures, acidity, NaCl, and bile salts, often encountered during the technological processes in food or during the passage through the human gastro-intestinal tract. The strains were able to grow at temperatures up to 40 °C (the mesophilic strains) and 47 °C (the thermophilic strain), in medium with an initial pH of at least 4.0 (Lactobacillus acidophilus IBB801), or in the presence of NaCl up to 10 % (Weissella confusa/cibaria 38.2), or bile salts up to 0.2 % (L. acidophilus IBB801). The protein and isoenzyme patterns of the strains subjected to various stress conditions presented several differences compared with the control patterns, among which the overexpression of some proteins of about 50–60 kDa, differences in the bands intensity in the case of the intracellular enzymes, or the complete loss of some of these bands. The best survival to low pH values and high temperatures was observed for strain L. acidophilus IBB801, the candidate probiotic strain. The EPS production of the four tested strains was, in general, directly related to the growth, the highest yields being obtained when strains were incubated at 24 °C.  相似文献

Objective

Glucose conversion into disaccharides was performed with β-glucosidases from Prunus dulcis (β-Pd), Aspergillus niger (β-An) and A. awamori (β-Aa), in reactions containing initial glucose of 700 and 900 g l?1.

Results

The reactions’ time courses were followed regarding glucose and product concentrations. In all cases, there was a predominant formation of gentiobiose over cellobiose and also of oligosaccharides with a higher molecular mass. For reactions containing 700 g glucose l?1, the final substrate conversions were 33, 38, and 23.5% for β-An, β-Aa, and β-Pd, respectively. The use of β-An yielded 103 g gentiobiose l?1 (15.5% yield), which is the highest reported for a fungal β-glucosidase. The increase in glucose concentration to 900 g l?1 resulted in a significant increase in disaccharide synthesis by β-Pd, reaching 128 g gentiobiose l?1 (15% yield), while for β-An and β-Aa, there was a shift toward the synthesis of higher oligosaccharides.

Conclusion

β-Pd and the fungal β-An and β-Aa β-glucosidases present quite dissimilar kinetics and selective properties regarding the synthesis of disaccharides; while β-Pd showed the highest productivity for gentiobiose synthesis, β-An presented the highest specificity.

This article presents the abilities and efficiencies of five different strains of Agrobacterium rhizogenes (strain ATCC 31798, ATCC 43057, AR12, A4 and A13) to induce hairy roots on Solanum mammosum through genetic transformation. There is significant difference in the transformation efficiency (average number of days of hairy root induction) and transformation frequency for all strains of A. rhizogenes (P < 0.05). Both A. rhizogenes strain AR12 and A13 were able to induce hairy root at 6 days of co-cultivation, which were the fastest among those tested. However, the transformation frequencies of all five strains were below 30 %, with A. rhizogenes strain A4 and A13 showing the highest, which were 21.41 ± 10.60 % and 21.43 ± 8.13 % respectively. Subsequently, the cultures for five different hairy root lines generated by five different strains of bacteria were established. However, different hairy root lines showed different growth index under the same culture condition, with the hairy root lines induced by A. rhizogenes strain ATCC 31798 exhibited largest increase in fresh biomass at 45 days of culture under 16 h light/8 h dark photoperiod in half-strength MS medium. The slowest growing hairy root line, which was previously induced by A. rhizogenes strain A13, when cultured in optimized half-strength MS medium containing 1.5 times the standard amount of ammonium nitrate and potassium nitrate and 5 % (w/v) sucrose, had exhibited improvement in growth index, that is, the fresh biomass was almost double as compared to its initial growth in unmodified half-strength MS medium.  相似文献

AnAspergillus niger strain has been constructed in which the pH-dependent regulatory gene, pacC, was disrupted. ThepacC gene ofA. niger, like that ofA. nidulans, is involved in the regulation of acid phosphatase expression. Disruptants were identified by a reduction in acid phosphatase staining of colonies. Southern analysis demonstrated integration of the disruption plasmid at thepacC locus and Northern analysis showed that the disruption strain produced a truncatedpacC mRNA of 2.2 kb (as compared to 2.8 kb in the wild type). The strain carrying thepacC disruption was used to assign thepacC gene to linkage group IV; this was confirmed by CHEF electrophoresis and Southern analysis. This strain further allowed us to determine which extracellular enzyme and transport systems are under the control ofpacC inA. niger. Expression of theA. niger pacC wild-type gene and the truncatedpacC gene showed that, in contrast to the auto-regulated wild-type expression, which was elevated only at alkaline pH, the truncatedpacC gene was deregulated, as high-level expression occurred regardless of the pH of the culture medium. Analysis of the phosphatase spectrum by isoelectric focussing and enzyme activity staining both in the wild-type and thepacC disruptant showed that at least three acid phosphatases are regulated by thepacC. For the single alkaline phosphatase no pH regulation was observed.  相似文献

Halophilic archaeal strain TGN-42-S1T was isolated from the Tanggu marine solar saltern, China. Cells from strain TGN-42-S1T were observed to be pleomorphic rods, stained Gram-negative, and formed red-pigmented colonies on solid media. Strain TGN-42-S1T was found to be able to grow at 20–50 °C (optimum 35–37 °C), at 1.7–4.8 M NaCl (optimum 3.1 M), at 0–1.0 M MgCl2 (optimum 0.1 M), and at pH 5.0–9.0 (optimum pH 7.0–7.5). The cells lysed in distilled water, and the minimal NaCl concentration to prevent cell-lysis was found to be 10 % (w/v). The major polar lipids of the strain were phosphatidic acid, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol phosphate methyl ester, phosphatidylglycerol sulfate, galactosyl mannosyl glucosyl diether (TGD-1), sulfated galactosyl mannosyl glucosyl diether (S-TGD-1), sulfated galactosyl mannosyl galactofuranosyl glucosyl diether (S-TeGD), and three unidentified glycolipids which were chromatographically identical to those of the Halobacterium species. The 16S rRNA gene and rpoB′ gene of strain TGN-42-S1T were phylogenetically related to the corresponding genes of Halobacterium jilantaiense CGMCC 1.5337T (98.8 and 93.5 % nucleotide identity, respectively), Halobacterium salinarum CGMCC 1.1958T (98.4 and 91.9 %), and Halobacterium noricense JCM 15102T (96.9 and 91.1 %). The DNA G + C content of strain TGN-42-S1T was determined to be 69.2 mol %. Strain TGN-42-S1T showed low DNA–DNA relatedness with Hbt. jilantaiense CGMCC 1.5337T and Hbt. salinarum CGMCC 1.1958T, the most closely related members of the genus Halobacterium. The phenotypic, chemotaxonomic, and phylogenetic properties suggested that strain TGN-42-S1T (=CGMCC 1.12575T =JCM 19908T) represents a new species of Halobacterium, for which the name Halobacterium rubrum sp. nov. is proposed.  相似文献

The plant tumorigenic strain NCPPB 1650T isolated from Rosa × hybrida, and four nonpathogenic strains isolated from tumors on grapevine (strain 384), raspberry (strain 839) and blueberry (strains B20.3 and B25.3) were characterized by using polyphasic taxonomic methods. Based on 16S rRNA gene phylogeny, strains were clustered within the genus Agrobacterium. Furthermore, multilocus sequence analysis (MLSA) based on the partial sequences of atpD, recA and rpoB housekeeping genes indicated that five strains studied form a novel Agrobacterium species. Their closest relatives were Agrobacterium sp. R89-1, Agrobacterium rubi and Agrobacterium skierniewicense. Authenticity of the novel species was confirmed by average nucleotide identity (ANI) and in silico DNA–DNA hybridization (DDH) comparisons between strains NCPPB 1650T and B20.3, and their closest relatives, since obtained values were considerably below the proposed thresholds for the species delineation. Whole-genome-based phylogeny further supported distinctiveness of the novel species, that forms together with A. rubi, A. skierniewicense and Agrobacterium sp. R89-1 a well-delineated sub-clade of Agrobacterium spp. named “rubi”. As for other species of the genus Agrobacterium, the major fatty acid of the strains studied was 18:1 w7c (73.42–78.12%). The five strains studied were phenotypically distinguishable from other species of the genus Agrobacterium. Overall, polyphasic characterization showed that the five strains studied represent a novel species of the genus Agrobacterium, for which the name Agrobacterium rosae sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain of A. rosae is NCPPB 1650T (=DSM 30203T = LMG 230T = CFBP 4470T = IAM 13558T = JCM 20915T).  相似文献

Enhancement of secondary metabolite accumulation in cultured plant cells through biotic and abiotic elicitation has been recognised as an important biotechnological strategy. Gymnema sylvestre is a rich source of triterpenoid saponins—gymnemic acids used mainly in the treatment of diabetes I and II. The cell suspension cultures initiated from the leaves and stalks of in vitro-grown plantlets have shown to accumulate large amounts of gymnemic acid. The cell-free extracts of Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Agrobacterium rhizogenes, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli were employed as sources of biotic elicitors to study the effect on secondary metabolite production. All the elicitors have shown a positive response in terms of gymnemic acid, with the highest response induced by A. niger [98.65 ± 0.93 mg/gram dry cell weight (gDCW)], 11.2-fold, and the lowest by E. coli (33.25 ± 1.38 mg/gDCW), 3.8-fold, in comparison to the untreated cultures (8.79 ± 0.82 mg/gDCW). The suspension cultures of G. sylvestre can serve as a continuous source of gymnemic acids throughout the year, irrespective of the climatic and geographical barriers.  相似文献

A filamentous actinomycete strain designated CR18T was isolated on humic acid agar from the rhizosphere of a Pisum sativum plant collected in Spain. This isolate was observed to grow optimally at 28 °C, pH 7.0 and in the presence of 5 % NaCl. Phylogenetic analyses based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence indicated a close relationship with the type strains of Micromonospora chersina and Micromonospora endolithica. A further analysis based on a concatenated DNA sequence stretch of 4,523 bp that included partial sequences of the atpD, gyrB, recA, rpoB and 16S rRNA genes clearly differentiated the new strain from recognized Micromonospora species compared. DNA–DNA hybridization studies further supported the taxonomic position of strain CR18T as a novel genomic species. Chemotaxonomic analyses which included whole cell sugars, polar lipids, fatty acid profiles and menaquinone composition confirmed the affiliation of the new strain to the genus Micromonospora and also highlighted differences at the species level. These studies were finally complemented with an array of physiological tests to help differentiate between the new strain and its phylogenetic neighbours. Consequently, strain CR18T (= CECT 7890T = DSM 45598T) is proposed as the type strain of a novel species, Micromonospora halotolerans sp. nov.  相似文献
