Most frequently - in 19 cases (63.3%) - the v. colica media was a tributary of a trunk, formed together with the v. mesenterica caudalis, which emptied into the v. mesenterica cranialis. In two cases (6.7%) it emptied independently into the v. mesenterica cranialis. In 25 cases (83.3%) the v. mesenterica caudalis arose from the rectum and, at colon ascendens level, acquired one or more vv. colicae sinistrae. In six cases (19.8%) the v. colica dextra opened into the v. ileocolica and in eight cases (26.7%) it was the initial tributary of an independent v. ileocolica which joined the v. mesenterica cranialis directly. The drainage of venous blood from the stomach is organized as follows: the fundus region is connected to the v. lienalis by means of inter-organ anastomoses. The curvatura minor is drained by means of the v. gastrica sinistra. Venous blood from the region of the curvatura major ventriculi flows partly into the v. lienalis (by way of the vv. gastroepiploicae or small veins) and partly into the v. gastrica sinistra. Drainage of venous blood from the pancreas: a v. pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis was present in 16 cases (53.3%) and a typical v. pancreaticoduodenalis caudalis was found in 12 cases (40.0%). Simultaneous formation of both vv. pancreaticoduodenalis, with a possible incidence of small venous efferents to the v. lienalis, was observed in only nine cases (30.0%). In 21 cases (70%), blood from the region of the flexura duodenojejunalis was drained by the last v. jejunalis; in other cases it drained into the vv. pancreaticoduodenales.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

In the domestic cat the v. portae originates as a thick venous trunk below the liver through confluence of the v. gastrica sinistra, v. lienalis and v. mesenterica cranialis. It was formed in this way in 19 cases, i.e. in 63.3%. Among the aberrations found in the other cases, the most frequent was a common trunk for the v. gastrica sinistra and v. lienalis (6.7%). In 26 cases (86.6%), the v. gastrica sinistra was an independent tributary of the v. portae. A single v. lienalis was found in 27 cases (90.0%). Inter-organ anastomoses were found in the region of the v. lienalis. In 29 cases (96.7%) they connected the cranial part of the spleen with the fundus ventriculi. Inter-organ venous anastomoses between the caudal part of the spleen and the pancreas were found in four cases (13.4%). These anastomoses came from within the spleen and joined the veins of the stomach or the pancreas. In 14 cases (46.6%) the v. mesenterica cranialis originated as the v. colica dextra or v. caecalis. In nine cases (30.0%), in the concavity of the small intestine we found two trunks forming the v. mesenterica cranialis-one from the caecum and the other from the ileum and jejunum. Lastly, in five cases (16.7%) the v. mesenterica cranialis started only from the ileum and jejunum. The most frequent first tributary-in 19 cases (63.3%)-was a venous trunk of varying length formed by union of the v. mesenterica caudalis and the v. colica media, which started in 11 cases (36.7%) as the v. colica dextra.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The authors investigated the origin of the v. portae and variability of its main tributaries in 30 adult guinea pigs (Cavia aperea f. porcellus). The venous bed was visualized by means of blue-dyed latex. The v. portae was formed the most frequently - in 17 cases (56.7%) - by the confluence of three veins - the v. mesenterica cranialis, the v. lienalis and the v. gastroepiploica dextra; less often it was formed from four or five tributaries and in one case only it was formed by union of the v. mesenterica cranialis and the v. lienalis. The v. gastrica sinistra was a tributary of the v. lienalis in 24 cases (80.0%). It arose on the ventral and the dorsal surface of the stomach, in the region adjacent to the curvatura minor ventriculi. In 21 cases (70.0%) it was joined by an independent v. cardiaca. The v. lienalis originated in the hilus lienis, usually as a result of the union of two venous trunks. Inter-organ anastomoses were found in 26 cases (86.7%); in 10 cases (33.3%) they occurred simultaneously between the spleen and the stomach and between the spleen and the pancreas, while in 16 cases (53.3%) they connected the superior pole of the spleen with the stomach. An independent v. gastroepiploica dextra was present in 19 cases (63.3%) as a tributary of the v. portae. In 22 cases it was joined by the v. pylorica. A v. pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis was present in 27 cases (90.0%). In 18 cases (60.0%) it united with the v. gastroepiploica dextra to form a common trunk, the v. gastroduodenalis, which joined the v. portae; in two cases (6.7%) it was an independent tributary of the v. portae. In six cases it was connected with the v. lienalis and in three cases (10.0%) it was replaced by a few vv. pancreaticae emptying into the v. lienalis. A typical v. pancreaticoduodenalis caudalis, as a tributary of the a. mesenterica cranialis, was found in 19 cases (63.3%). In two cases, together with the v. pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis, it formed a single trunk (the v. pancreaticoduodenalis communis). A comparison of the v. portae and its tributaries in the guinea pig and the cat has so far not brought to light any significant morphological differences relative to their different zoological classification and their different modes of life.  相似文献

The authors studied the origin of the v. portae and the variability of its tributaries in 30 adult laboratory rats (Rattus norvegicus v. alba) after injecting blue-dyed latex into the venous bed. In 21 cases (70.0%) the v. portae was formed from three tributaries. In 18 of these cases (60.0%) they were the v. mesenterica cranialis, v. lienalis and v. pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis. In eight cases the v. portae was formed from four or five tributaries and in only one case was it formed from two--the v. mesenterica cranialis and v. lienalis. In 21 cases (70.0%) the v. gastrica sinistra was a tributary of the v. lienalis. It collected blood from the anterior and posterior surface of the stomach and sometimes originated as far away as the curvatura major ventriculi. A v. cardiaca was present in all 30 cases (100%). As a rule (in 28 cases, i.e. 93.3%), it was a tributary of the v. gastrica sinistra. There was likewise a v. pylorica in every case; most frequently this united with the v. pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis, but was also connected with other veins in the vicinity. A v. pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis was always present. In 22 cases (73.3%) it was an independent tributary of the v. portae. In 11 cases (36.7%), there were no vv. gastroepiploicae or equivalent vessels and blood from the stomach was drained mainly by the v. gastrica sinistra. A v. gastroepiploica dextra was present in 11 cases (36.7%), mostly as a tributary of the v. lienalis; in two cases (6.7%) there was a v. gastroepiploica sinistra and in six cases (20%) the place of these veins was taken by vv. gastricae as tributaries of the v. lienalis. In 21 cases (70.0%) the v. lienalis was joined by the v. gastrica sinistra. In 22 cases (73.3%) inter-organ anastomoses between the spleen, stomach and pancreas were found. A v. pancreaticoduodenalis caudalis was always present and in 20 cases (66.7%) it was an independent tributary of the v. mesenterica cranialis. A comparison of the origin of the v. portae and the organization and variability of its tributaries in the rat, cat and guinea pig shows that, in agreement with their position in the zoological system and their mode of life, there was greater similarity between the rat and the guinea pig as regards practically all the veins examined.  相似文献

The authors studied branching of the a. coeliaca (the truncus coeliacomesentericus) in a group of Peruvian short-haired guinea pigs, with special reference to its variability. After the animals had been anaesthetized, their arterial bed was injected with red-dyed latex, fixed and dissected. In all 30 guinea pigs (100%), blood was supplied to the unpaired organs of the abdominal cavity by a truncus coeliacomesentericus arising from the aorta abdominalis at fundus ventriculi level. In 53.3% of the cases, the truncus coeliacomesentericus divided into a truncus gastrolienalis sending out an a. gastrica sinistra and an a. lienalis, and to a truncus hepatomesentericus which split up into an a. hepatica communis and a. mesenterica cranialis. An a. coeliaca (tripus Halleri) was found in only one guinea pig (3.3%), as a branch of the truncus coeliacomesentericus. In the remaining cases, the truncus branched in the most varied ways. The a. gastrica sinistra was most frequently (60%) a branch of the truncus gastrolienalis. In 21 cases (70%) there was a single a. gastrica sinistra and in nine cases (30%) it was doubled. In 29 cases (96.7%) the a. hepatica communis arose from the truncus hepatomesentericus. The classic type of division of the a. hepatica communis to an a. hepatica propria and an a. gastroduodenalis was observed in every case (100%). In 100% of the cases, the a. hepatica propria terminated in a r. dexter and a r. sinister to the liver. An a. cystica, as a direct branch of the a. hepatica propria, was formed in 28 cases (93.3%). In every case (100%) the a. pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis was a branch of the a. gastroduodenalis. An a. gastrica dextra was recorded in only eight cases in the series (26.7%)--in 23.3% as a branch of the a. hepatica propria and in 3.3% as a branch of the a. cystica. Duplication of this artery was found in one case (3.3%). An a. lienalis was found in 28 cases (93.3%), as a direct branch of the truncus gastrolienalis; in two cases (6.7%) it was doubled. An a. gastroepiploica sinistra and a. gastroepiploica dextra were present in 100% of the cases. Inter-organ arterial anastomoses were found in 22 guinea pigs (73.3%)--between the spleen and the stomach (36.7%), between the pancreas and the stomach (10%), between the stomach, spleen and pancreas (10%) and, in the remaining cases, as various combinations of these connections.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 400 WORDS)  相似文献

The blood supply of the stomach   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
156 abdominal preparations were explored by arteriography, corrosion and dissection. The stomach is vascularized by four well-anastomosed main arteries: the arteria gastrica dextra and sinistra and the arteria gastroepiploica dextra and sinistra. Other important vessels include: the arteria gastroduodenalis, the arteriae gastricae breves for the upper half of the greater curvature, a posterior gastric artery (36%), an accessory left gastric artery (12%) and an arteria supraduodenalis. The main vessels give rise to some very specific collaterals, e.g. the omental arteries that may form an omental arcade (44%), supra- and infra-pyloric branches, retroduodenal branches, rami cardiaci, esophagei and tuberales and an accessory left hepatic artery. The gastroduodenal artery always arises at a fixed point.  相似文献

Systematisation of the arteries in the splenic hilus   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
J P Vandamme  J Bonte 《Acta anatomica》1986,125(4):217-224
156 abdominal preparations were explored by arteriography, corrosion and dissection. Within the meanders of the splenic artery a basic pattern can be traced. The division of the artery can easily be summarized by introducing the term of a truncus lienogastroepiploicus. The short gastric arteries are always present, and usually they are longer and more important than may appear from their name. In nearly half of the preparations (52%) an artery for the extremitas lienalis posterior is found; an artery for the extremitas lienalis anterior is very exceptional. A posterior gastric artery can be identified (36%) but it must be distinguished from several other vessels. The arteria colli pancreatis (for the neck of the pancreas) is a constant vessel that may have a superior (usually arteria lienalis) or an inferior origin (arteria mesenterica superior). It commonly supplies the transverse pancreatic artery and often the prepancreatic arcade. The arteria corporis pancreatis, too, is a constant artery. The pancreatic tail is thoroughly irrigated by usually more than one arteria caudae pancreatis. An important part of the greater curvature is not accompanied by the left gastroepiploic artery, but is supplied by the arteriae gastricae breves.  相似文献

We studied the systemic arterial blood supply to the trachea and lung in adult sheep. After anesthesia, sheep were exsanguinated and then studied by intra-arterial injection of one of the following materials: saline containing dyes of various colors (n = 24), Microfil (n = 8), or Batson's solution (n = 6). The systemic blood supply to the cervical trachea originated from the two common carotid arteries via three to four small branches (rami tracheales cervicales) on each side. A segment of the thoracic trachea between the thoracic inlet and the origin of the tracheal bronchus (bronchus trachealis) and the bronchial tree of the right cranial lobe (lobus cranialis dexter) were supplied by the tracheal bronchial branch (ramus bronchalis trachealis), which originated from the brachiocephalic trunk (truncus brachiocephalicus). A portion of thoracic trachea between the origin of the tracheal bronchus and the tracheal carina was supplied by the thoracic tracheal branch (ramus trachealis thoracica), arising from the bronchoesophageal artery (arteria bronchoesophagea) or directly from the thoracic aorta. The bronchial branch (ramus bronchalis) originated from the bronchoesophageal artery, and its branches supplied the remainder of the bronchial tree. At 120 cmH2O pressure (n = 8), the bronchial branch contributed approximately 50% and the other two approximately 25% each of the total tracheobronchial blood flow. These three branches also supplied the visceral pleura. Additionally, several small vessels (rami pleurales pulmonales) originated from the esophageal branch (ramus esophagea) of the bronchoesophageal artery, traversed the pulmonary ligaments, and supplied the visceral pleura.  相似文献

The author injected various colored celluloid solutions into the bronchial tree and blood vessels of the lungs of five adult Japanese monkeys (Macaca fuscata) in order to prepare cast specimens. These specimens were investigated from the comparative anatomical viewpoint to determine whether the bronchial ramification theory of the mammalian lung (Nakakuki, 1975, 1980) can be applied to the Japanese monkey lung or not. The bronchioles are arranged stereotaxically like those of other mammalian lungs. The four bronchiole systems, dorsal, ventral, medial, and lateral, arise from both bronchi, respectively, although some bronchioles are lacking. In the right lung, the bronchioles form the upper, middle, accessory, and lower lobes, while in the left lung, the upper and accessory lobes are lacking and bi-lobed middle and lower lobes are formed. In the right lung, the upper lobe is formed by the first branch of the dorsal bronchiole system. The middle lobe is the first branch of the lateral bronchiole system. The accessory lobe is the first branch of the ventral bronchiole system. The lower lobe is formed by the remaining bronchioles of the four bronchiole systems. In the left lung, the middle lobe is formed by the first branch of the lateral bronchiole system. The lower lobe is formed by the remaining bronchioles. Thus, the bronchial ramification theory of the mammalian lung applied well to the Japanese monkey lung. The right pulmonary artery runs across the ventral side of the right upper lobe bronchiole. It then runs along the dorso-lateral side of the right bronchus between the dorsal bronchiole system and the lateral bronchiole system. On its way, it gives off branches of the pulmonary artery which run along the dorsal or lateral side of each bronchiole except in the ventral bronchiole system. In the ventral bronchiole system, the branches run along the ventral side of the bronchioles. The distributions of the pulmonary artery in the left lung are the same as those in the right lung. The pulmonary veins do not always run along the bronchioles. Most of them run on the medial or ventral side of the bronchioles. Some of them run between the pulmonary segments. In the right lung, these pulmonary veins finally form the right upper lobe vein, right middle lobe vein and the right lower lobe pulmonary venous trunk before entering the left atrium. However, the right accessory lobe vein runs on the dorsal side of the bronchiole and pours into the right lower lobe pulmonary venous trunk. In four cases out of the five examples, part of the right lower lobe veins pour into the right middle lobe vein, while the others enter the right lower lobe pulmonary venous trunk. In the left lung, the branches of the pulmonary veins finally form the left middle lobe vein and the left lower lobe pulmonary venous trunk.  相似文献

The studies were carried out on 100 right lungs taken from dead human bodies of both sexes whose age varied from 16 to 81 years. The pulmonary artery and the bronchus were injected with a 65% solution of duracryl and then digested in sulfuric acid. The specimens obtained were then examined to determine the number and dimensions of the branches of the basal portion of the right pulmonary artery (RPA) penetrating into the basal segments of the right lower pulmonary lobe. Their length was 52 mm at the most, and their diameter 14 mm. Three types of ramification of the basal portion of the RPA were distinguished on the basis of the trunks, segmental and subsegmental branches present. In 72% of the cases the branches penetrating into the basal segments showed a tree-like type, in 2% of the cases a bushy-like type and in 26% of the cases a middle type.  相似文献

The hyomandibular of Eusthenopteron foordi Whiteaves is briefly described and an attempt is made to reconcile discrepancies between previous accounts. The course of the branches of the truncus hyoideo-mandibularis (facial nerve VII) is discussed. The early evolution of the tetrapod stapes is considered in connection with the uncoupling of the head from the trunk and subsequent reduction in size ot the semicircular canals. The principal morphological character which distinguishes the stapes from the hyomandibular is found to be related to the course of the orbital (stapedial) artery and the truncus hyoideo-mandibularis.  相似文献

By means of roentgenography and preparation methods 145 specimens of the hepatic arteries filled with roentgenopaque latex have been studied. An essential individual changeability is peculiar for the celiac trunk structure and for formation of the hepatic arteries. A "typical" structure of the celiac trunk is observed in 66%. In other cases either "noncompleteness" of the celiac trunk, or increasing number of the branches up to 4-6 are observed. As a rule, the common hepatic artery gets of the celiac trunk (93%), but sometimes it can take its origin from the aorta, the superior mesenteric artery and some other sources (7%). The hepatic artery proper only in 73% divides into the right and left branches, in other observations the latter have their independent formation. It is necessary to distinguish the independent separation of the right and left lobar hepatic arteries from some sources and presence of additional arteries. The additional arteries are the branches that are formed from any arteries when there is present the hepatic artery proper, or substituting it independent right and left branches. The additional arteries appear from the left gastric, superior mesenteric, gastro-duodenal arteries, from the aorta, the right renal artery and other sources. The peculiarities of formation of the hepatic arteries discussed can be used in clinical practice and can make the terminology more precise.  相似文献

130 Ram testes have been used in the study, and the following methods were applied to fill and study the testical arteries: r?ntgenography, stereor?ntgenography, corosive method, Indian ink and gel injections. Variabilities occur as to the site where the a.testicularis arises in rams. Individual differences can also be observed in the arrangement of the epididymal arteries, in most cases, however, they arise from the first loops of the convolution. Both epididymal arteries are considerably thinner than the testicular artery, forming 2 independent vessel convolutions, located at both sides of the convolution of the a.testicularis, and not interfering with the loops of the latter. A.accessoria testis has been found in one ram only. 2 to 3 large waved loops can be observed in the pars marginalis and the a.testicularis of the ram. Bifurcation mostly occurs in the second third of the margo epididymidis. Individual variations have been found at further ramification of the rr.testiculares. The shape of the lobulus testis is indicated by the centripetal branch with its centrifugal twigs. In rams the a.ductus deferentis forms anastomoses both with the branches running from the a.epididymidis caudalis and the a.cremasterica.  相似文献

The studies were carried out on 100 left lungs taken from dead human bodies of both sexes whose age varied from 16 to 80 years. The pulmonary artery and the bronchus were injected with a 65% solution of duracryl and then digested in sulfuric acid. The specimens obtained were examined to determine the number and dimensions of the branches of the left pulmonary artery penetrating into the upper lobe of the left lung as well as the places at which they branch off from this artery. It was found that in most cases 4 branches ramified from the left pulmonary artery. Their length was 30 mm at the most, and their diameter, 12 mm. In about 50% of the cases the branches which penetrated into the lobe were the apicoanterior trunk, the lingular branch and 1 or 2 subsegmental branches, in about 25% of the cases almost all segmental branches penetrated into the lobe separately. In about 20% of the cases the apicoposterior trunk and independent segmental or subsegmental branches were present. Only in about 5% of the cases did the branches under consideration include the apicoposteroanterior trunk and the remaining segmental and subsegmental branches.  相似文献

In 1976, the authors reported that the abdominal part artery (Pab) supplying the abdominal part of the pectoralis major muscle usually originates from the axillary artery (Ax). The findings in the present study show that the type of origin of this artery most frequently encountered is type 2-a (44.0%) in which the Pab, as an independent branch (type a), branches out of the second part of the Ax (type 2). The second and third most frequently encountered types are type 2-b (17.0%), where the Pab has a common trunk with the thoracoacromial artery, and type 2-c (10.0%), where it has a common trunk with the lateral thoracic artery. By classification according to the supplying areas, 67% was type I-B, supplying the lower part of the pectoralis minor muscle and the abdominal part of the muscle. In 5%, the branch as type I-A courses down to the sternocostal part. In most cases (types A and B in 91%), this artery originates from the Ax proximal to the ansa mediana of the brachial plexus; however, in 4% providing the superficial brachial artery, the Pab branches out from the superficial brachial artery. Based on those findings, the authors would propose that the artery be named the arteria partis abdominalis or Pab.  相似文献

The furcation types of 100 human middle cerebral arteries (MCA) were investigated. Considering the physiological flow characteristics in furcations, a distinct definition for a bifurcation and a trifurcation was found. The common ramification type of the human MCA is the bifurcation. Trifurcations are very rare and we found them only in the proximal parts of the MCA. In 7 of the 100 cases, a trifurcation was found at the main division of the MCA, in 3 cases a secondary trunk trifurcated. Quadro- and pentafurcations according to the hydrodynamic definitions were not observed at all. Only in 1 case did the internal carotid artery trifurcate into the anterior cerebral artery, a superior trunk and an inferior trunk of the MCA.  相似文献

We defined the subsegmental divisions and the ramification patterns of the portal vein in the right and caudate lobes using 25 human liver casts. The ramifications of the portal vein and the subdivisions of the liver were classified based on the major portal veins with the largest diameter and those having a diameter of not less than two thirds of the largest vein in each subsegment. The following results were obtained. (1) The portal trunk showed three ramification patterns and the basic pattern was bifurcation (80%). (2) The anterior portal vein first ramified into several anterior-inferior portal veins (P5) and ran toward the superior direction to bifurcate into 2 major portal veins in the anterior-superior subsegment (S8). (3) There were three types of ramification patterns of the portal veins in S8: bifurcation (84%), trifurcation and one-pedicle type. (4) There were also three branching types of the largest vein (P5-max) in P5: ramification from the anterior portal vein, P8-anterior vein supplying the anterior region of S8 and P8-posterior vein supplying the posterior region of S8. (5) The posterior portal vein showed two ramification patterns of the bifurcation (36%) and nonbifurcation type. (6) The major portal veins in the caudate subsegment ramified at various sites such as the portal trunk, left, right and/or other portal veins.  相似文献

In a series of 120 elbow regions (66 male, 54 female) from embalmed human cadavers, the authors observed the course of the deep radial nerve and then related it to structures such as a) the deep surface of the initial part of the extensor carpi radialis brevis, which was found to be tendinous in 90% of the cases, b) the superior hiatus of the supinator muscle, which formed a fibrous arcade of Frohse in 61% of the cases, and the distance of its peak from the lateral condyle, which ranged from 4 to 6 cm, and c) the angle between the superficial oblique muscle fibres of the supinator and the long axis of the radius, which varies from 18 degrees to 38 degrees and crossed the nerve almost transversely. The above anatomical factors--and particularly the thickened fibrous arcade of Frohse--are all important for the deep radial entrapment neuropathy in predisposed individuals.  相似文献

The anatomy of the cardiac arteries has been studied in 78 and that of the veins--in 74 total preparations of human fetal hearts 3--10-lunar month-old and in newborns. The cardiac vessels are injected with contrast masses, erythrocytes are stained with benzidine, histotopograms are made. In the fetuses all branches of the 1st-3d order of the coronary arteries and cardiac veins have been formed. Topography and main dimentions of large cardiac vessels are defined. During the prenatal period ramification zones of the coronary arteries do not change. In different age groups of the fetuses and newborns right coronary type of the cardiac blood supply predominates considerably (58-60%), in 27-32%--equal, and in 8-13%--left coronary type is observed. A great variability of the venous cardiac bed, vast intervenous anastomoses and a special importance of the cardiac middle vein in blood outflow are noted.  相似文献
