Between 1989-1989 276 strains of Acinetobacter genus were isolated which contained: Acinetobacter calcoaceticus subsp. anitratus (n = 167), Acinetobacter calcoaceticus subsp. Iwoffi (n- = 83), Acinetobacter haemolyticus (n = 26). Their sensitivity to aminoglycoside antibiotics, beta-lactams, tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, colistin, and ofloxacin was tested. More than 90% of strains were sensitive to colistin and ofloxacin. The sensitivity to remaining antibiotics differentiated depending on species. Acinetobacter anitratus were highly resistant to Ist and IInd generation of cephalosporins, and moreover to penicillins, tetracyclines, and chloramphenicol. Cephalosporins of IIIrd generation were active against 70% of strains with exception of cefoperazone what was also the case for representatives of aminoglycosides as netilmicin and amikacin. Strains of Acinetobacter Iwoffi were in majority sensitive to all antibiotics with exception of cephalothin, cephradine and cefoperazone. More than 90% of Acinetobacter haemolyticus strains were sensitive to gentamicin, carbenicillin, azlocillin, ceftriaxone, cefotaxime and tetracyclines.  相似文献

A study was carried out for identification of 50 Acinetobacter strains isolated from various clinical materials. Using classic methods the following species were identifies: Acinetobacter sp. (68%), Acinetobacter baumanii (24%) and Acinetobacter lwofii (8%). In all strains the recA gene was found of 435-500 pz size which confirms their belonging to that genus. Amplification products were digested with restriction enzymes Mbol and HinfI (RFLP) and their detection was carried out on agarose gel by electrophoresis methods, owing to that the arrangement of gene fragment characteristic of each strain was obtained. After careful analysis restriction patterns were obtained corresponding to the following genome species: Acinetobacter baumanii (60%), Acinetobacter sp. 3 (28%) and Acinetobacter lwoffii (12%). The methods of molecular biology made possible a more precise classification of the studied strains according to species. Certain strains determined as Acinetobacter sp. by the API 20NE system were found to be Acinetobacter baumanii, Acinetobacter sp. 3 or Acinetobacter lwofii when determined by the PCR/RFLP method.  相似文献

The species composition of gram-negative opportunistic bacteria isolated from different objects at three puerperal wards of a maternity clinic was studied. Escherichia coli and Acinetobacter were found to have a fairly wide circulation. The objects most contaminated by these bacteria were determined. The study showed that up to 33.3% of the isolated hospital strains of gram-negative bacteria were characterized by multiple resistance to antibiotics used in medical practice and to sulfathiazole. The strains showed the highest sensitivity to gentamicin and kanamycin. Most of the hospital strains were sensitive to chloramine and nirtan, but 4-13% of Klebsiella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains showed enhanced resistance to 0.1% chloramine solution.  相似文献

Sensitivity of 312 strains of staphylococci, 386 strains of streptococci and 1193 strains of aerobic gram-negative bacilli to the selected antibiotics was tested. These strains were isolated from the clinical material at the Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Warsaw within 1985-1986. Staphylococci were sensitive to pristinamycin, cefazolin, fusidic acid, oxacillin, and clindamycin. In 1986, a decrease in the number of strains sensitive to these antibiotics, except cefazolin, was seen. In case of streptococci the most active proved chloramphenicol and gentamicin but a significant decrease in the percentage of sensitive strains was also noted in 1986. The highest number of gram-negative bacilli was sensitive to amikacin, colistin, nalidixic acid, pipemidic acid, and gentamicin. In 1986, a decrease in the percentage of sensitive strains was noted. Amikacin and colistin were the most active against Pseudomonas spp. while amikacin and nalidixic and pipemidic acids--against Proteus spp. Comparison of the results with those obtained in 1981-1984 has shown that the sensitivity of staphylococci changed the most significantly and this change was unfavourable. Gentamicin and amikacin remained the most active against gram-negative bacilli while amikacin and colimycin against Pseudomonas spp. In case of anaerobes the majority of strains was sensitive to chloramphenicol, tetracycline and clindamycin. Metronidazole was active against high percentage of Clostridium spp. and all gram-negative bacilli while the percentage of gram-positive bacilli and cocci was sensitive to metronidazole.  相似文献

The analysis regarded 304 strains of Acinetobacter genus isolated from various diagnostic materials, objects from hospital environment and from non-hospital sources (soil, water, various animals). Applying API ZONE system, five species were isolated: Acinetobacter juni, (18.42%), Acinetobacter baumanii (70.39%), Acinetobacter haemolyticus (5.59%), Acinetobacter lwoffii (4.6%) and Acinetobacter johnsonii (0.99%). Most frequently isolated species were present in purulent materials and in samples from respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections. Over 47% Acinetobacter species strains were present in clinical material as single aerobic bacteria.  相似文献

Fecal samples obtained from 51 chronic carriers of S. typhi and S. schottmuelleri and from 35 healthy persons were studied. Strains of different species of Enterobacteriaceae were isolated and identified. The resistance of the isolated strains to the most commonly used antibiotics was determined. The fecal samples of the carriers were found to yield a greater number of strains than those of the healthy persons. Among the strains isolated from the carriers a variety of species was noted. S. typhi and S. schottmuelleri strains were found to be sensitive to the tested antibiotics. Antibiotic-resistant strains were mostly isolated from members of the medical staff.  相似文献

Lipophilic species of Corynebacterium are increasing problem in hospital infections. The aim of this study was to evaluate occurrence of these microorganisms in the materials taken from patients in the day of admission and during the hospitalization as well as comparison of their antibiotic sensitivity. The investigation included 65 strains isolated from hospitalized patients and 48 strains isolated from unchanged skin. Using Api Coryne test 5 species were identified. C. urealyticum dominated, the other were C. subsp. lipophilum and C. jeikeium. Among strains isolated from unchanged diseased skin the most C. jeikeium and C. accolens occurred. All strains were sensitive to glycopeptide, quinupristin/dalphopristin. The strains isolated from hospitalized patients were usually sensitive to fuside acid, doxycycline as well as tetracycline. Strains isolated from unchanged skin were sensitive to almost all tested antibiotics. In the group of 65 strains isolated from hospitalized patients 99.0% were multiresistant. In the group of strains isolated from unchanged skin only two strains were multiresistant. Differences in antibiotic sensitivity among analysed Corynebacterium sp. were confirmed. Majority of the "hospital strains" were characterized by multiresistance. Basing on these results it is possible to suppose, that multiresistance is main factor that favours lipophilic Corynebacterium species in the process of colonization of mucous membranes, skins as well as developing infections.  相似文献

Resistance to 14 antibiotics was tested in 270 Salmonella strains isolated from different aquatic environments. All the strains were sensitive to nalidixic acid (30 micrograms) and cephalothin (30 micrograms) but more than 90% were resistant to tetracycline (30 micrograms). The percentage of strains resistant to other antimicrobial substances depended on the antibiotic and on the isolation source. Twenty-four resistance patterns were recorded in strains isolated from three environmental sources. The only multi-resistance detected in the three ecosystems was that of sulphadiazine and tetracycline (about 20%). The serotypes most frequently detected with multi-resistance to different antibiotics were Salmonella typhimurium and Salm. blockley.  相似文献

The tolerance patterns, expressed as MICs, for 250 moderately halophilic eubacteria to 10 heavy metals were surveyed by using an agar dilution method. The moderate halophiles tested included 12 culture collection strains and fresh isolates representative of Deleya halophila (37 strains), Acinetobacter sp. (24 strains), Flavobacterium sp. (28 strains), and 149 moderately halophilic gram-positive cocci included in the genera Marinococcus, Sporosarcina, Micrococcus, and Staphylococcus. On the basis of the MICs, the collection strains showed, overall, similar responses to silver, cobalt, mercury, nickel, lead, and zinc. All were sensitive to silver, mercury, and zinc and tolerant of lead. The response to arsenate, cadmium, chromium, and copper was very heterogeneous. The metal susceptibility levels of the 238 freshly isolated strains were, in general, very heterogeneous among the four taxonomic groups as well as within the strains included in each group. The highest toxicities were found with mercury, silver, and zinc, while arsenate showed the lowest activity. All these strains were tolerant of nickel, lead, and chromium and sensitive to silver and mercury. Acinetobacter sp. strains were the most heavy-metal tolerant, with the majority of them showing tolerance of eight different metal ions. In contrast, Flavobacterium sp. strains were the most metal sensitive. The influence of salinity and yeast extract concentrations of the culture medium on the toxicity of the heavy metals tested for some representative strains was also studied. Lowering the salinity, in general, led to enhanced sensitivity to cadmium and, in some cases, to cobalt and copper. 摘要:目的 分析大连某三甲医院4种主要革兰阴性病原菌的分布及细菌耐药性变迁,为抗菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法 回顾性分析2012?2015年住院患者中分离的4种革兰阴性菌临床分布及每年的耐药率,利用WHONET 5.6软件进行统计分析。结果 4年分离致病菌28 485株,其中大肠埃希菌2 994株,肺炎克雷伯菌1 375株,鲍曼不动杆菌1 079株,铜绿假单胞菌1 998株,共占分离致病菌总数的26.1%。4种菌对哌拉西林的耐药率最高(37.2%~78.2%),对头孢哌酮/苏巴坦耐药率最低(6.7%~39.1%)。2012?2015年,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抗生素耐药率有下降趋势,鲍曼不动杆菌对多数抗生素耐药率都高,且逐年上升。结论 本院4年感染中4种主要革兰阴性菌占主导地位。4种菌对不同抗生素耐药率和变化不同,鲍曼不动杆菌耐药最严重。4种菌对于头孢哌酮/苏巴坦均比较敏感,对哌拉西林耐药严重。在临床治疗中应有针对性加强管理和用药。  相似文献

Bacterial Flora from external surface and alimentary canal of wild and laboratory strains of Culex pipiens were isolated and investigated using quantitative bacterial cultures. Individual colonies were subcultured and identified to species level. Counts from alimentary canal differ significantly from those of the external surface. An increase in bacterial density was detected after feeding on mammalian and avian blood meal. Bacterial identification revealed a complex bacterial flora. In addition to members of family Enterobacteriaceae species of Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Acinetobacter are the most common in both strains investigated. Gram negative bacteria were increased significantly after feeding on blood meals than those detecting during the feeding on sugar after emergence of the adult female mosquitoes and vise versa with Gram positive bacteria. Bacterial isolates were tested for resistance to the most common commercial antibiotics.  相似文献

Enterobacter spp. rods are opportunistic microorganisms which cause of urinary tract infections. The aim of this study was the evaluation of the susceptibility to antimicrobial agents antibiotics of Enterobacter spp. rods isolated from urine. The study was carried 50 of Enterobacter spp strains isolated in the Clinical Microbiology Department of dr. A. Jurasz University Hospital. Antibiotic susceptibility was tested by disk diffusion method. All of strains were susceptible to imipenem and meropenem. There was 87,5% of strains sensitive to doripenem, 79,2% to ertapenem, 54,0% to piperacillin/tazobactam and 50,0% to cephepime. The relatively high percentage (62,0%) of Enterobacter spp. was sensitive to fluoroquinolones. Extended spectrum beta-lactamases were produced by 24 (48,0%) strains.  相似文献

Antibiotic resistance of 132 strains of nonfermenting gram-negative bacteria (NGNB) was studied. 43, 20, 17, 14 and 12 of them belonged to Acinetobacter calcoaceticus (anitratus and lwoffi), Pseudomonas cepacia, Alcaligenes faecalis, P. stutzeri and P. maltophilia, respectively. With rare exceptions all the strains were resistant to benzylpenicillin, oxacillin, lincomycin, ampicillin and cephaloridine. Sensitivity to the other antibiotics varied within wide ranges. Amikacin (94.3 per cent) and tobramycin (90.8 per cent), as well as polymyxin, rifampicin and gentamicin (71.7-66.9 per cent) had the highest effect. The majority of the antibiotics had higher activity (p less than 0.01) against the tested NGNB as compared to their activity against P. aeruginosa. Antibioticograms of every of the tested species of NGNB revealed that P. cepacia and P. stutzeri were the most resistant species. The biovars of Acinetobacter varied in their antibiotic resistance: A. subsp. lwoffi was more sensitive to the majority of the antibiotics though some of them, i.e. doxycycline, carbenicillin, and polymyxin were more active against A. subsp. anitratus.  相似文献

Samples were taken from surface waters in Csongrád county in the months March through December, 1980. Escherichia coli isolates selected at random were tested for resistance to 5 antibiotics and for R-plasmid carriership. Of the strains isolated from Tisza river at each of 8 sampling sites, 50-60% were sensitive to all the 5 antibiotics. The percentage of sensitivity was much lower if only the strains isolated during the summer months, when the water level was high, or those isolated from affluents and backwaters were taken into account. The frequency of resistance was the highest for tetracycline, followed in order by ampicillin, streptomycin, kanamycin and chloramphenicol. R-plasmid was carried by 43% of the resistant isolates tested, mainly by multiresistant ones.  相似文献

One hundred and thirty six Lactobacillus strains isolated from poultry and 23 Lactobacillus strains isolated from long-living persons were tested for their antibiotic sensitivity. Occurrence of some type determinants of resistance to aminoglycoside antibiotics and tetracyclines in the Lactobacillus strains resistant to these antibiotics was studied. The majority of the strains from the both collections were resistant to aminoglycosides (73 and 79 per cent, respectively). The isolates from the poultry were characterized by multiple resistance. The isolates from the long-living persons were most frequently resistant to one of two antibiotics. All the tested Lactobacillus strains isolated from the long-living persons were sensitive to tetracyclines. The species composition of the isolates was different. The antibiotic-resistant strains were detected in all the species involved in the study. By hybridization of Lactobacillus colonies with the probes containing various genes of the resistance it was shown that in 14 per cent of the antibiotic-resistant strains belonging to Lactobacillus the antibiotic resistance was controlled by the genes homologous to resistance genes widely distributed in gramnegative organisms. This indicated a possible wide exchange and heterologous expression of the antibiotic resistance determinants between microorganisms of various taxonomic groups.  相似文献

Bacteriocins are ribosomally synthesised, extracellular bacterial products. Generally, spectrum of inhibition is limited to the same or closely related species to bacteriocin producer. Staphylococcin T is produced by Staphylococcus cohnii strain. The present study concerns influence of StT to 267 Enterococcus sp. strains growth isolated between 2003 and 2006 in Department of Microbiology University Hospital of dr. A. Jurasz in Bydgoszcz. S. cohnii T antagonistic ability evaluated towards bacteries on Mueller-Hinton Agar (bio Mérieux) in aerobic conditions. After 24 and 48 hours tested enterococci suspensions were plated perpendiculary. Susceptibility to antibiotics was assessed by disc diffusion method according to the guideless of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute and National Reference Centre for Antimicrobial Susceptibility. Among Enterococcus sp. strains tested 7.1% were sensitive to StT. The highest percentage of sensitive enterococci isolated from wound swabs, urine, blood and pus. Enterococcus faecium strains dominated (63.2%) among enterococci sensitive to StT. Moderate inhibition degree on S. cohnii T bacteriocin action was observed in majority sensitive enterococci strains. Enterococcus sp. sensitive to StT strains were frequently multidrug resistant (68.4%). According to the study results and increasing resistance to antibiotics, StT could be an alternative agent used to treat infections caused by Enterococcus sp.  相似文献

目的调查浙江中医药大学附属第一医院重症监护病房(ICU)临床分离株的病原分布及细菌耐药状况,并与非ICU相比较,观察二者的区别,为临床用药提供有效的参考价值。方法收集该院2010年1月至2011年6月临床送检的各类标本,采用VITEK-2 compact全自动微生物鉴定仪,用GPI、GNI、ANC、YST鉴定卡、AST—GN13、AST—GP67药敏卡进行菌株的鉴定和药敏,根据美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI2010)制定的指导原则,判断细菌的耐药率。结果共计分离到2341株细菌,其中ICU有505株占21.6%,非ICU有1836株占78.4%。在ICU分离到的细菌中,革兰阳性菌占23.2%(117/505);非发酵菌占47.3%(239/505)。在非ICU中,革兰阳性菌占34.4%(632/1836);非发酵菌20.2%(371/1836)。ICU前3位细菌分别为鲍曼不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、洋葱伯克霍尔德菌。非ICU前3位依次为大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌。非发酵菌中,铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、美洛培南的耐药率,ICU和非ICU差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。亚胺培南对ICU铜绿假单胞中的MIC50是非ICU的8倍,MIC。值相当。ICU与非ICU分离的葡萄球菌属细菌对头孢唑啉、环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星的耐药率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。ICU和非ICU葡萄球菌对利奈唑胺、万古霉素、替考拉宁全部敏感。结论ICU患者分离的细菌以革兰阴性菌为主,其中又以非发酵菌占大多数。非ICU患者分离的革兰阳性菌比例明显要比ICU高。在主要的致病菌中,ICU的耐药率明显高于非ICU。  相似文献

L-Arginine was required for growth by a high percentage of strains of Staphylococcus species that were niche-specific and/or host-specific, but was usually not required for growth by species showing a wide host range. Growth stimulation patterns with arginine intermediates indicated that most of the auxotrophic strains had blocks in an early step(s) in arginine biosynthesis. These strains were designated phenotypically as Arg(CHG) according to the Salmonella typhimurium classification scheme. Staphylococcus simulans strains appeared to be either ArgA or Arg I. The ArgI strains of S. simulans and S. capitis had moderate to high ornithine carbamoyltransferase (EC 2.1.3.3) activities and therefore could not be designated as argI mutants. ArgI strains in other species had no or very low ornithine carbamoyltransferase activities. All of the natural Staphylococcus auxotrophs tested grew in the presence of L-citrulline and had moderate to high argininosuccinase (EC 4.3.2.1) activities. Arginine auxotrophs of species with a wide host range were often capable of reverting to arginine-independent or complete prototrophic growth, whereas auxotrophs of species that tended to be niche-specific and/or host-specific were incapable of reversion to arginine-independence, even in the presence of various mutagens. A relationship between the nature of arginine auxotrophy and habitat is suggested.  相似文献
