Two new hetisine-type C20-diterpenoid alkaloids named spiraqine (1) and 6-hydroxylspiraqine (2), and four known alkaloids, namely spiredine (3), spiradine A (4), spiradine B (5), and spirasine V/VI (6),were isolated from Spiraea japonica L. f. var.fortunei (Planchon) Rehd. The structures of the alkaloids were elucidated using nuclear magnetic resonance analysis (1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, DEPT, HMQC, and HMBC) and mass spectrometry data.  相似文献

The distribution of tropane alkaloids in organs of Anthocercis littorea and A. viscosa is reported. From the roots of Aconitum nagarum var. lasiandrum W. T. Wang, seven diterpe- noid alkaloids were isolated and determined as follows: denudatine of atisine-type (7), songorine and songoramine of veatchine-type (1 and 12), virescenine of lycoctonine-type (13), neoline, 14-acetylneoline and fiavaconitine of aconitine-type (2, 3 and 8). A. nagarum var. lasiandrum W. T. Wang is a typical species of Ser. Bullatifolia which contained four types diterpenoid alkaloids. On the basis of distribution of diterpenoid alkaloids, phytogenesis add morphological evolution of Chinese species of genus Aconitum, probably Chinese species of genus Aconitum modernly advanced and divided from this serics.  相似文献

Eight protoberberine-type alkaloids and two indole alkaloids were isolated from the MeOH extracts of the herb Corydalis saxicola Bunting (Papaveraceae). Their structures were identified as dehydrocavidine (1), dehydroapocavidine (2), dehydroisoapocavidine (3), berberine (4), dehydroisocorypalmine (5), coptisine (6), tetradehydroscoulerine (7), berbinium (8), 1-formyl-5-methoxy-6-methylindoline (9), and 1-formyl-2-hydroxy-5-methoxy-6-methylindoline (10). Compounds 3, 9, and 10 are new alkaloids. All compounds were tested for anti-HBV activity against the 2.2.15 cell line in vitro. Dehydrocavidine (1), dehydroapocavidine (2), and dehydroisoapocavidine (3) exhibited inhibitory activity against HBsAg and HBeAg, but no cytotoxicity against the 2.2.15 cell line.  相似文献

The major alkaloids of Papaver tauricola collected in three different parts of Anatolia have proved to be of the rhoeadine type. The three collections possessed different major alkaloids and the existence of chemical strains containing rhoeadine-type alkaloids, is indicated. In addition to the rhoeadine-type alkaloids (rhoeagenine, rhoeadine, oreogenine, oreodine, glaucamine, glaudine and epiglaudine), tetrahydroprotoberberine-(sinactine, scoulerine) and isopavine- (amurensinine) type alkaloids have been isolated as minor products. These findings contrast with the previous literature in which 1-benzyltetrahydroisoquinoline- and proaporphine types were reported to be the major alkaloids.  相似文献

Adenophora triphylla var. japonica (Campanulaceae) yielded two new alkaloids, the 6-C-butyl derivative of 2R,5R-bis(hydroxymethyl)-3R,4R-dihydroxypyrrolidine (DMDP) and alpha-1-C-ethyl-fagomine, together with the known alkaloids 1,4-dideoxy-1,4-imino-D-arabinitol, 1-deoxynojirimycin, and 1-deoxymannojirimycin. 6-C-Butyl-DMDP showed inhibitory activity toward almond beta-glucosidase (IC50 = 68 microM), whereas alpha-1-C-ethyl-fagomine inhibited bovine liver beta-galactosidase (IC50 = 29 microM).  相似文献

Two processes for the production of indole alkaloids 2 l surface-immobilized bioreactor cultures of Catharanthus roseus cells using Zenk's Alkaloid Production Medium (APM) were evaluated. The 1-stage process consisted of inoculating APM containing bioreactors and incubating for 15 d. The 2-stage process involved inoculating growth medium-containing bioreactors, growing the immobilized cultures for a certain period of time and subsequently replacing this medium with APM. The production stage which lasted for 15 d. High production in 2-stage cultures required the replacement of the growth regulator 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid by indole-3-acetic acid in the growth medium and a growth stage of 6 d (late exponential phase) before production initiation. Growth, main nutrient consumption and alkaloid production were monitored. Both culture regimes resulted in similar biomass production, dw (10-13 g l-1). The 2-stage cultures yielded biomass richer in organic nutrients (200-300%) and with higher respiratory activity (approximately 250%), indicated by their lower biomass-to-carbohydrate yields (31% and 26%), as compared to 1-stage cultures (41%). Two-stage cultures produced more known products (10 as compared to 6) at yields (5 to 4800 micrograms g-1) 3 to 5 times higher than 1-stage cultures. More alkaloids were alkaloids released in the medium of 2-stage cultures, under non-lysing conditions, (20 to 4700 micrograms l-1) than in 1-stage cultures (20 to 460 micrograms l-1). These results were compared to those obtained from shake flask cultures performed at the same time, with the same C. roseus cell line and under similar regimes and reported previously. Suspension and immobilized cultures performed according to the 1-stage regime showed similar total production. However, release of known alkaloids was 2 to 3 times higher in immobilized than in suspension cultures. Total alkaloid production of 2-stage suspension cultures was 3.8-fold higher than 2-stage immobilized cultures. Two stage immobilized cultures released 4 more known alkaloids than the 2-stage suspensions. Lower oxygen availability in the 2 l immobilized cultures may explain lower specific growth rates (0.15-0.22 d-1) and total alkaloid production levels, compared to 200 ml suspension cultures (0.2-0.4 d-1) reported in our previous paper.  相似文献

From the roots of Thalictrum faberi, six new phenolic aporphine-benzylisoquinoline alkaloids, 3-hydroxy-6'-desmethyl-9-O-methylthalifaboramine (1), 3-hydroxythalifaboramine (2), 6'-desmethylthalifaboramine (3); 3,5'-dihydroxythalifaboramine (4), 5'-hydroxythalifaboramine (5) and 3-hydroxy-6'-desmethylthalifaboramine (6) were isolated. Their structures were established through the use of one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques. All of the tested alkaloids showed potent cytotoxic and antimalarial activities.  相似文献

Six new steroidal alkaloids, namely puqienines C-E (1-3), puqiedine (4), 3alpha-puqiedin-7-ol (5), and puqietinedione (6), along with two known steroidal alkaloids puqiedinone (7) and peimisine (8), were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria puqiensis G.D. Yu et G.Y. Chen (Liliaceae). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments. Among these alkaloids, 1-3 had a veratramine-type skeleton, 4, 5, 7 a cevanine-type skeleton, 6 a secosolanidine-type skeleton, and 8 a jervine-type skeleton. The existence of multiple types of steroidal skeletons, especially of relatively large amount of veratramine-type alkaloids in one species is rare in the genus Fritillaria, and the results might be of chemotaxonomic significance for this species.  相似文献

A new nematicidal alkaloid, peniprequinolone (1), together with the known alkaloids penigequinolones A and B (2a, 2b), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-4-(4′-methoxyphenyl)quinolinone (3), and 3-methoxy-4,6-dihydroxy-4-(4′-methoxyphenyl)quinolinone (4), were isolated from Penicillium cf. simplicissimum (Oudemans) Thom. Cyclopenin (5) and a compound (6a/6b) structurally related to cyclopenin also were isolated from the fungus, and their structures were established by spectroscopic analysis. The biological activities of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 were examined by a bioassay with root-lesion nematodes.  相似文献

Seven new oxindole alkaloids, gardmutines A–F (1–6) and 18-hydroxy-chitosenine (7), along with 15 known alkaloids, were isolated from the aerial parts of Gardneria multiflora Makino. The structures of the alkaloids were established by spectroscopic methods. Alkaloids 1–6 are the first Gardneria alkaloids possessing a 7S configuration. Gardmutines D and E were cytotoxic to HeLa, MCF-7 breast, and SW-480 colon cancer cell lines.  相似文献

The first seco-uleine alkaloids, manilamine (1) (18-hydroxy-19,20-dehydro-7,21-seco-uleine) and N4-methyl angustilobine B (2), were isolated from the (pH 5) alkaloid extract of Philippine Alstonia scholaris leaves together with the known indole alkaloids 19,20-(E)-vallesamine (3), angustilobine B N4-oxide (4), 20(S)-tubotaiwine (5), and 6,7-seco-angustilobine B (6). Two new aristolactams, aristolactam E (1) and aristolactam-AIIIa-6-O-beta-D-glucoside (2), three novel benzoyl benzyltetrahydroisoquinoline ether N-oxide alkaloids, aristoquinoline A (3), aristoquinoline B (4), and aristoquinoline C (5), and a new biphenyl ether, aristogin F (6), together with 62 known compounds have been isolated from the root and stem of Aristolochia elegans Mast. The structures of the new natural products were established on the basis of spectral evidence. Some of the isolated compounds were examined for their antioxidative and antityrosinase activities. Occurrence of the isoquinolones, biphenyl ethers, and benzoyl benzyltetrahydroisoquinoline ether alkaloids in the same plant indicated the definite possibility of these metabolites as biotransformation intermediates of bisbenzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids. This can be useful to solve the catabolic process of bisbenzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids.  相似文献

Four new alkaloids, daphnioldhanins D-G (1-4, resp.), together with five known alkaloids, daphmacropodine (5), secodaphniphylline (6), deoxycalyciphylline B (7), deoxyisocalyciphylline B (8), and daphmanidin A (9), were isolated from the roots of Daphniphyllum oldhami. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical methods. Compound 1 at 2.0 microM showed potent antioxidant activity against H(2)O(2)-induced impairment in PC12 cells.  相似文献
