本文记了分别采自云南高黎贡山的栅蛛科栅蛛属Hahnia 2新种:垭口栅蛛,新种S.yakouensis sp.nov.和肾形栅蛛,新种S.reniformis sp.nov..垭口栅蛛后眼列前曲,交媾腔大,扁圆形,交媾孔1个,位于交媾腔下缘,交媾管粗,呈"人"字形下行分成2支再向两侧扭曲.纳精囊有一肓管斜向上伸出,鉴于上述特征而与Hahnia mridulae Tikader,1970不同.肾形栅蛛交媾孔2个,位于生殖厣腹面中央,纳精囊1对,大,肾形,插入器始于生殖球左下方,鉴于上述特征而与Hahnia xinjiangensis Wang et Liang,1989不同. One and half centuries ago, Charles Darwin (1859) presented overwhelming evidence and argued that all life on the earth shared common descent, and "from so simple a beginning endless forms most beautiful and most wonderful have been, and are being evolved". Ernst Haeckel (1886) and several of his contemporaries attempted to trace the pattern of descent among all extant and extinct forms in what Darwin referred to as "the great Tree of Life". Ever since then, systematists and evolutionary biologists have been exploring morphological, cytogenetic, chemical, developmental and molecular characters, and actively developing theories and methods to infer phylogenetic relationships among organisms from these characters. This endeavor has been especially stimulated by the rise of molecular biology and the emergence of computer science over the past 50 years. At the beginning of the 21st century, we are presented with an unprecedented opportunity to reconstruct the entire Tree of Life, and further, to study evolutionary processes and mechanisms in the context of a robust phylogenetic framework.  相似文献

高黎贡山北段的东西坡由于在降雨量和热量分配等方面存在着显著的差异,致使东西坡在植物的种类、组成及区系特征等方面表现出明显的差异.东坡记载野生种子植物152科,580属,1475种及192变种(亚种),西坡记载野生种子植物162科,659属,1804种及186变种(亚种).东西坡种子植物科、属、种的对比分析表明:1)东西坡现代种子植物区系具有相同的历史渊源,但其区系联系减弱了,东西坡区系相似性程度,依科、属、种的顺序依次递减;2)西坡现代种子植物区系比东坡具有更为深刻的热带起源烙印.就科、属、种三个水平来说,东坡的热带成分低于西坡,温带成分高于西坡.许多典型的泛热带大科在西坡比东坡有着更为丰富的种类,其中有些泛热带科分子在东坡缺乏分布,而在西坡找到了合适的驻留之地;3)西坡现代种子植物区系与东喜马拉雅植物区系的联系比东坡紧密,而东坡与高黎贡山以东的区系联系比西坡密切,由于高黎贡山山脉的阻隔,近代植物物种的东西坡交流发生了障碍;4)西坡生态地理环境比东坡更有利于物种的生存、繁衍和分化,它既是古老成分的避难所,又是孕育新生成分的摇篮.  相似文献

Sequences of the chloroplast ndhF gene and the nuclear ribosomal ITS regions are employed to reconstruct the phylogeny of Prunus (Rosaceae), and evaluate the classification schemes of this genus. The two data sets are congruent in that the genera Prunus s.l. and Maddenia form a monophyletic group, with Maddenia nested within Prunus. However, the ndhF data set is incongruent with the ITS data supporting two major groups within Prunus one consisting of subgenera Laurocerasus (including Pygeum) and Padus as well as the genus Maddenia and another of subgenera Amygdalus, Cerasus, and Prunus. The ITS data, on the other hand, support a clade composed of subgenera Amygdalus and Prunus and Prunus sect. Microcerasus in addition to a paraphyletic grade of subgenera Laurocerasus and Padus (and the genus Maddenia) taxa. In general, the subgeneric classifications of Prunus s.l. are not supported. The ITS and ndhF phylogenies differ mainly in interspecific relationships and the relative position of the Padus/Laurocerasus group. Both ITS and ndhF data sets suggest that the formerly recognized genus Pygeum is polyphyletic and that the distinction of the subgenera Padus and Laurocerasus is not supported. The biogeographic interactions of the temperate and tropical members in the Padus/Laurocera- sus/Maddenia alliance including Pygeum are shown to be highly dynamic and complex.  相似文献

瞬膜(nictitating membrane),又称第三眼睑,是一种保护眼球、防止灰尘的结构.鸟类的瞬膜位于眼眶的前眼角,为半透明的膜,其内缘具有一种羽毛上皮,借以刷洗角膜上的灰尘.在飞行时能遮覆眼球,以避免干燥气流和灰尘对眼球的伤害.由于瞬膜在鸟类睁眼的一瞬间迅速缩回前眼角,很难拍摄到.最近费了好大的周折,终于拍到了理想的鸡瞬膜照片,现予以发表供生物学界的同行共享(友情提示:如引用请注明原作者).  相似文献

2007年10月13日至11月5日进行敦煌市湿地鸟类调查时,分别在南湖湿地与候鸟自然保护区及党河水库使用Leica apo77高倍望远镜观察到3种水鸟,在以往的文献资料中未见其分布于甘肃的报道,应为甘肃鸟类新纪录。笔者用500mm镜头分别拍下3种水鸟的照片。1.赤颈(Podiceps grisegena)2007年10月13日13:30时,在南湖湿地与候鸟自然保护区的阳关水库(渥洼池)记录到2只赤颈。当时水面上同时有凤头(P.cristatus)、黑颈(P.nigricollis)以及大量鸭类、潜鸭类游禽活动,赤颈体形较凤头小,而又明显比黑颈大。其中一只赤颈的…  相似文献

The capacity of MDP to stimulate LAF(IL 1) production by adherent peritoneal cells (APC) from different strains of mice was examined. It was observed that MDP could stimulate thioglycollate-induced APC from DBA/2, C57B1/6, and CBA/CA mice, but not from C3H mice. Resident APC from DBA/2 or C3H/HeJ mice were also responders and nonresponders, respectively, to MDP for LAF(IL 1) production, the positive effect of MDP being more marked on DBA/2 cells in the presence of indomethacin. Because a LPS high-responder C3H substrain (C3HeB/Fe) did not respond to MDP, it was concluded that the strain dependence with respect to the induction of LAF(IL 1) seen with both MDP and LPS was not linked. Moreover, the unresponsiveness of C3H mice to MDP was not linked to their MHC haplotype, because a second H-2k strain (CBA/CA) was a good responder to MDP stimulation.  相似文献

Paclitaxel (Taxol) conjugated to muramyl dipeptide (MDP) is described. Biological testing showed that the conjugation of MDP at 2'-O-paclitaxel (2'- O -MTC-01) not only has antitumor activity, but also have immunoenhancement capacity. Compared with paclitaxel or MDP alone or with a mixture of paclitaxel + MDP, 2'- O -MTC-01 significantly increases the production and expression of TNF-alpha and IL-12 from mouse peritoneal macrophages, which demonstrates a synergism of MDP and paclitaxel in one conjugated molecule.  相似文献

Mycobacterium consists up to 7% of mycobacterial DNA-binding protein 1 (MDP1) in total cellular proteins. Host immune responses to MDP1 were studied in mice to explore the antigenic properties of this protein. Anti-MDP1 IgG was produced after infection with either bacillus Calmette-Guérin or Mycobacterium tuberculosis in C3H/HeJ mice. However, the level of Ab was remarkably low when purified MDP1 was injected. MDP1 is considered to be associated with DNA in nucleoid, which contains immunostimulatory CpG motif. Therefore, we examined coadministration of MDP1 and DNA derived from M. tuberculosis. Consequently, this procedure significantly enhanced the production of MDP1-specific IgG. Five nanograms of DNA was enough to enhance MDP1-specific IgG production in the administration of 5 microg of MDP1 into mice. Strong immune stimulation by such a small amount of DNA is noteworthy, because >1,000- to 100,000-fold doses of CpG DNAs are used for immune activation. A synthetic peptide-based study showed that B cell epitopes were different between mice administered MDP1 alone and those given a mixture of MDP1 and DNA, suggesting that DNA alters the three-dimensional structure of MDP1. Coadministration of DNA also enhanced MDP1-specific IFN-gamma production and reduced the bacterial burden of a following challenge of M. tuberculosis, showing that MDP1 is a novel vaccine target. Finally, we found that MDP1 remarkably enhanced TLR9-dependent immune stimulation by unmethylated CpG oligo DNA in vitro. To our knowledge, MDP1 is the first protein discovered that remarkably augments the CpG-mediated immune response and is a potential adjuvant for CpG DNA-based immune therapies.  相似文献

Macrophages derived from MSV-induced tumors and several macrophage cell lines showed direct cytolytic activity in an 18-hr 51Cr release assay against tumor target cells. The cytolytic activity of these macrophages was augmented by the addition of muramyl dipeptide (MDP) to the cytotoxicity assay, an effect similar to that observed with bacterial lipopolysaccharide. The stimulation of macrophage-mediated cytotoxicity by MDP appeared to be under genetic control since macrophages from BALB/c mice were augmented with MDP while those from C57BL/6 animals were not. MDP appears to act directly on the macrophage without the participation of any other cell type, since MDP increased the activity of the macrophage cell lines.  相似文献

Summary The effect on natural killer (NK) cytotoxicity of splenic cells from BALB/c mice pretreated i. v. with squalane-in-water preparations of muramyl dipeptide (MDP), trehalose dimycolate (TDM), or the combination of MDP-plus-TDM was investigated. MDP or TDM augmented the NK cytotoxicity which peaked 48 h after the pretreatment whereas the combination of MDP and TDM induced an inhibition of the NK activity. Infection with influenza virus, a potent stimulator of NK cells, after the pretreatment with biological response modifiers resulted in a markedly enhanced NK activity on day 2 in MDP and control groups. Mice pretreated with TDM or the combination of MDP and TDM showed only moderate NK activity which peaked on day 3 after influenza infection. The NK activity was susceptible to asialo GM1 and complement treatment. The cytotoxicity of MDP-plus-TDM cells could be significantly enhanced after treatment with anti-macrophage monoclonal antibody and complement. NK activity induced by MDP or TDM was reduced by mixing MDP-plus-TDM cells. Addition of adherent cell-depleted MDP-plus-TDM suspension to MDP or TDM cells had a NK restorative effect. Splenic cells from mice pretreated 2 days earlier with MDP or TDM, but not MDP-plus-TDM, generated enhanced levels of luminol-dependent chemiluminescence.  相似文献

A 4.7 kb chick cDNA clone that coded for the novel muscle-derived protein, MDP77, was isolated from a cDNA library of the denervated crus muscles using an antibody which inhibited the neurite outgrowth activity. MDP77 consisted of 676 aa with a calculated molecular mass of 77 k. The deduced amino acid sequence exhibited an extended coiled-coil domain and a leucine zipper motif. A recombinant protein promoted the neurite-outgrowth from the cultured chick neurons of the spinal cord in a dose-dependent manner. Northern blotting and in situ hybridization revealed that MDP77 was predominantly expressed in the cardiac and the skeletal muscles. In the COS-7 cells transfected with the cDNA of the epitope-tagged MDP77, the expressed protein was detected in the culture medium, suggesting that the MDP77 was secreted.  相似文献

The mdp77 gene was first cloned from the cDNA library of denervated chick muscles, while its role(s) in vivo was unknown. In the present study, using specific polyclonal antibodies against MDP77, we show that MDP77 was expressed specifically in the skeletal and cardiac muscle, and confirm its presence in the cytoplasm of the extrafusal muscle fibers. In mature muscles, MDP77 immunoreactivity was observed in a repetitive manner along the sarcomere. The onset of MDP77 expression occurred just after myotube formation both in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, MDP77 was enriched in the intrafusal muscle fibers. Our findings suggest that MDP77 plays an important role(s) in the differentiation, maturation and function of both the skeletal and cardiac muscles.  相似文献

The action of some new MDP derivatives on functional activity of murine T-lymphocytes and macrophages was studied. The following tests have been used: proliferation of spleen cells in one-way allo-MLC; IL-1 and TNF production by peritoneal macrophages treated with the preparations. The most expressed enhancement of lymphocyte proliferative response in MLC has been exerted by beta C7H15 MDP and beta C16H33 MDP (stimulation indexes 31-69%). beta C7H15 MDP, beta C16H33 MDP and polyacrylamide-MDP (P-MDP) alone or in combination with LPS caused elevated secretion of IL-1 by macrophages. While beta C7H15 MDP was as active as MDP, beta C16H33 MDP and P-MDP manifested increased ability to stimulate IL-1 production in comparison with MDP. beta C7H15 MDP, beta C16H33 MDP, P-MDP and MDP induced similar level of TNF production by murine macrophages. However, simultaneous treatment of macrophages with beta C16H33 MDP and LPS resulted in more significant enhancement of TNF production than combination LPS + MDP.  相似文献

Muramyl dipeptide (MDP), the microbial activator of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain 2 (Nod2), induces NF-kappaB and MAPK activation, leading to the production of multiple anti-bacterial and proinflammatory molecules. In addition, MDP has been implicated in IL-1beta secretion through the regulation of caspase-1. However, the mechanisms that mediate caspase-1 activation and IL-1beta secretion in response to MDP stimulation remain poorly understood. We show here that fluorescent MDP molecules are internalized in primary macrophages and accumulate in granular structures that colocalize with markers of acidified endosomal compartments. The uptake of MDP was Nod2-independent. Upon ATP stimulation, labeled MDP was rapidly released from acidified vesicles into the cytosol, a process that required functional pannexin-1. Caspase-1 activation induced by MDP and ATP required pannexin-1 and Cryopyrin but was independent of Nod2. Conversely, induction of pro-IL-1beta mRNA by MDP stimulation was abolished in Nod2-deficient macrophages but unimpaired in macrophages lacking Cryopyrin. These studies demonstrate a Nod2-independent mechanism mediated through pore-forming pannexin-1 that is required for intracellular delivery of MDP to the cytosol and caspase-1 activation. Furthermore, the work provides evidence for distinct roles of Nod2 and Cryopyrin in the regulation of MDP-induced caspase-1 activation and IL-1beta secretion.  相似文献
