Balb/c thyroids, held in organ culture for 26 days, survive and function as well as isografts for greater than 100 days in CBA recipients. Uncultured allografts are totally rejected by 20 days after transplantation. Prolonged allograft survival can also be achieved by the treatment of donor animals with cyclophosphamide prior to harvesting tissues for transplantation. These allografts do not survive as well as 26 day cultured allografts, but cyclophosphamide pretreatment reduces the culture time required to achieve indefinite survival to 7 days. The provision of an allogeneic (LD) stimulus by thyroid tissue that is I-region incompatible with the host does not facilitate the rejection of a tolerated cultured allograft. However, activation of the host immune system by an uncultured graft syngeneic to a tolerated cultured allograft leads to the chronic rejection of the cultured transplant. The transfer of a tolerated cultured allograft back to its strain of origin induces an acute inflammatory reaction that causes tissue damage within the transplant but does not lead to the total destruction of the tissue.  相似文献

Critical role of OX40 in CD28 and CD154-independent rejection   总被引:20,自引:0,他引:20
Blocking both CD28 and CD154 costimulatory pathways can induce transplant tolerance in some, but not all, transplant models. Under stringent conditions, however, this protocol often completely fails to block allograft rejection. The precise nature of such CD28/CD154 blockade-resistant rejection is largely unknown. In the present study we developed a new model in which both CD28 and CD154, two conventional T cell costimulatory molecules, are genetically knocked out (i.e., CD28/CD154 double-knockout (DKO) mice) and used this model to examine the role of novel costimulatory molecule-inducible costimulator (ICOS), OX40, 4-1BB, and CD27 in mediating CD28/CD154-independent rejection. We found that CD28/CD154 DKO mice vigorously rejected fully MHC-mismatched DBA/2 skin allografts (mean survival time, 12 days; n = 6) compared with the wild-type controls (mean survival time, 8 days; n = 7). OX40 costimulation is critically important in skin allograft rejection in this model, as blocking the OX40/OX40 ligand pathway, but not the ICOS/ICOS ligand, 4-1BB/4-1BBL, or CD27/CD70 pathway, markedly prolonged skin allograft survival in CD28/CD154 DKO mice. The critical role of OX40 costimulation in CD28/CD154-independent rejection is further confirmed in wild-type C57BL/6 mice, as blocking the OX40/OX40 ligand pathway in combination with CD28/CD154 blockade induced long term skin allograft survival (>100 days; n = 5). Our study revealed a key cellular mechanism of rejection and identified OX40 as a critical alternative costimulatory molecule in CD28/CD154-independent rejection.  相似文献

Critical, but conditional, role of OX40 in memory T cell-mediated rejection   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Memory T cells can be a significant barrier to the induction of transplant tolerance. However, the molecular pathways that can regulate memory T cell-mediated rejection are poorly defined. In the present study we tested the hypothesis that the novel alternative costimulatory molecules (i.e., ICOS, 4-1BB, OX40, or CD30) may play a critical role in memory T cell activation and memory T cell-mediated rejection. We found that memory T cells, generated by either homeostatic proliferation or donor Ag priming, induced prompt skin allograft rejection regardless of CD28/CD154 blockade. Phenotypic analysis showed that, in contrast to naive T cells, such memory T cells expressed high levels of OX40, 4-1BB, and ICOS on the cell surface. In a skin transplant model in which rejection was mediated by memory T cells, blocking the OX40/OX40 ligand pathway alone did not prolong the skin allograft survival, but blocking OX40 costimulation in combination with CD28/CD154 blockade induced long-term skin allograft survival, and 40% of the recipients accepted their skin allograft for >100 days. In contrast, blocking the ICOS/ICOS ligand and the 4-1BB/4-1BBL pathways alone or combined with CD28/CD154 blockade had no effect in preventing skin allograft rejection. OX40 blockade did not affect the homeostatic proliferation of T cells in vivo, but markedly inhibited the effector functions of memory T cells. Our data demonstrate that memory T cells resisting to CD28/CD154 blockade in transplant rejection are sensitive to OX40 blockade and suggest that OX40 is a key therapeutic target in memory T cell-mediated rejection.  相似文献

It is known that experimental vascularized bone allografts are subject to host rejection. To be useful clinically, this rejection response would need to be controlled. Cyclosporin is a potent immunosuppressant whose precise role in vascularized bone allograft transplantation has not been established. Using a proven reliable vascularized knee allograft model in inbred rats, cyclosporin was used postoperatively both continuously and short term (14 days after transplant) at 10 mg/kg per day as recipient treatment. Across a strong histocompatibility barrier, continuous cyclosporin was required for long-term graft survival. Short-term therapy delayed rejection for 4 to 6 weeks. However, across a weak histocompatibility barrier, short-term therapy was as effective as continuous therapy in achieving long-term graft survival. The implication is that a limited course of cyclosporin may be clinically successful in sustaining vascularized bone allograft survival, provided the genetic disparity between graft and host has been minimized by genetic matching techniques.  相似文献

The CD134-CD134 ligand (CD134L) costimulatory pathway has been shown to be critical for both T and B cell activation; however, its role in regulating the alloimmune response remains unexplored. Furthermore, its interactions with other costimulatory pathways and immunosuppressive agents are unclear. We investigated the effect of CD134-CD134L pathway blockade on allograft rejection in fully MHC-mismatched rat cardiac and skin transplantation models. CD134L blockade alone did not prolong graft survival compared with that of untreated recipients, and in combination with donor-specific transfusion, cyclosporine, or rapamycin, was less effective than B7 blockade in prolonging allograft survival. However, in combination with B7 blockade, long-term allograft survival was achieved in all recipients (>200 days). Moreover, this was synergistic in reducing the frequency of IFN-gamma-producing alloreactive lymphocytes and inhibiting the generation of activated/effector lymphocytes. Most impressively, this combination prevented rejection in a presensitized model using adoptive transfer of primed lymphocytes into athymic heart transplant recipients. In comparison to untreated recipients (mean survival time (MST): 5.3 +/- 0.5 days), anti-CD134L mAb alone modestly prolonged allograft survival (MST: 14 +/- 2.8 days) as did CTLA4Ig (MST: 21.5 +/- 1.7 days), but all grafts were rejected within 24 days. Importantly, combined blockade further and significantly prolonged allograft survival (MST: 75.3 +/- 12.7 days) and prevented the expansion and/or persistence of primed/effector alloreactive T cells. Our data suggest that CD134-CD134L is a critical pathway in alloimmune responses, especially recall/primed responses, and is synergistic with CD28-B7 in mediating T cell effector responses during allograft rejection. Understanding the mechanisms of collaboration between these different pathways is important for the development of novel strategies to promote long-term allograft survival.  相似文献

We investigated the genetic control of heterotopic heart allograft rejection using a family of standard inbred, major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-congenic, and intra-MHC recombinant rat strains. Gene products of the various regions within the rat MHC differed markedly in their capacity to induce rejection. Isolated incompatibility at class I antigens encoded by theRT1. A andRT1. C regions failed to induce rejection within the observation period of 100 days, whereas class II antigens encoded by theRT1.B/D region provoked rapid rejection within 10 days. By comparison of the rejection times of isolated and combined incompatibilities a number of functional interactions could be demonstrated between individual MHC regions which either prolonged or shortened allograft survival. In contrast to rapid rejection of MHC-mismatched heart allografts, differences at non-MHC histocompatibility antigens were associated with graft survival beyond 100 days, although chronic rejection of variable severity was detected histologically. Disparity at non-MHC plus class I antigens, however, provoked acute heart allograft rejection.  相似文献

Acute renal allograft rejection is associated with alterations in renal arachidonic acid metabolism, including enhanced synthesis of leukotrienes (LTs). LTs, the products of the 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) pathway, are potent lipid mediators with a broad range of biologic activities. Previous studies, using pharmacological agents to inhibit LT synthesis or activity, have implicated these eicosanoids in transplant rejection. To further investigate the role of LTs in acute graft rejection, we transplanted kidneys from CByD2F1 mice into fully allogeneic 129 mice that carry a targeted mutation in the 5lo gene. Unexpectedly, allograft rejection was significantly accelerated in 5-LO-deficient mice compared with wild-type animals. Despite the marked reduction in graft survival, the 5lo mutation had no effect on the hemodynamics or morphology of the allografts. Although LTB4 levels were reduced, renal thromboxane B2 production and cytokine expression were not altered in 5-LO-deficient allograft recipients. These findings suggest that, along with their proinflammatory actions, metabolites of 5-LO can act to enhance allograft survival.  相似文献

Immunological rejection is the major cause of human corneal allograft failure. We hypothesized that local production of IL-4 or the p40 subunit of IL-12 (p40 IL-12) by the grafted cornea might prolong allograft survival. Replication-deficient adenoviral vectors encoding ovine IL-4 or p40 IL-12 and GFP were generated and used to infect ovine corneas ex vivo. mRNA for each cytokine was detected in infected corneas, and the presence of secreted protein in corneal supernatants was confirmed by bioassay (for IL-4) or immunoprecipitation (for p40 IL-12). Sheep received uninfected or gene-modified orthotopic corneal allografts. Postoperatively, untreated corneas (n = 13) and corneas expressing GFP (n = 6) were rejected at a median of 21 and 20 days, respectively. Corneas expressing IL-4 (n = 6) underwent rejection at 18.5 days (p > 0.05 compared with controls) and histology demonstrated the presence of eosinophils. In contrast, corneas expressing p40 IL-12 (n = 9) showed prolonged allograft survival (median day to rejection = 45 days, p = 0.003). Local intraocular production of p40 IL-12 thus prolonged corneal graft survival significantly, but local production of the prototypic immunomodulatory cytokine IL-4 induced eosinophilia, inflammation, and rejection. These findings have important implications for the development of novel strategies to improve human corneal graft survival.  相似文献

Oxidative stress may be a key feature, and hence important determinant, of tissue injury and allograft rejection in lung transplant recipients. To investigate this, we determined the antioxidant status (urate, ascorbate, thiols and alpha-tocopherol) and lipid peroxidation status (malondialdehyde) in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid and blood serum of 19 consecutive lung transplant recipients 2 weeks and 1, 2, 3, 6, and 12 months post-surgery. BAL fluid and blood samples from 23 control subjects and blood from 8 patients two days before transplantation were obtained for comparison. Before surgery, the antioxidant status of patients was poor as serum ascorbate and total thiol concentrations were significantly (p < 0.05) lower than control subjects. Two weeks post-surgery, ascorbate and total thiol concentrations were still low and urate concentrations had fallen compared to control subjects (p < 0.01). At this time, BAL fluid urate concentration was higher (p < 0.01), ascorbate concentration was lower (p < 0.01) and reduced glutathione concentrations were similar to control subjects. MDA, a product of lipid peroxidation, was higher (p < 0.01) in both BAL fluid and serum obtained from transplant patients compared to control subjects. During the first 12 months post-surgery, little improvement in antioxidant status or extent of lipid peroxidation was seen in transplant recipients. Regression analysis indicated no difference in serum or BAL fluid antioxidant status in patients with acute rejection compared to those without. In conclusion, lung transplant recipients have a compromised antioxidant status before surgery and it remains poor for at least the first year following the operation. In addition, these patients have elevated MDA concentrations in both their lung lining fluid and blood over most of this time. Oxidative stress is not, however, a sufficiently sensitive endpoint to predict tissue rejection in this group.  相似文献

CD8alpha+ and CD8alpha- dendritic cells (DCs) arise from committed bone marrow progenitors and can induce or regulate immune reactivity. Previously, the maturational status of CD8alpha-(myeloid) DCs has been shown to influence allogeneic T cell responses and allograft survival. Although CD8alpha+ DCs have been implicated in central tolerance and found to modulate peripheral T cell function, their influence on the outcome of organ transplantation has not been examined. Consistent with their equivalent high surface expression of MHC and costimulatory molecules, sorted mature C57BL/10J (B10; H2(b)) DCs of either subset primed naive, allogeneic C3H/HeJ (C3H; H2(k)) recipients for Th1 responses. Paradoxically and in contrast to their CD8alpha- counterparts, mature CD8alpha+ B10 DCs given systemically 7 days before transplant markedly prolonged B10 heart graft survival in C3H recipients. This effect was associated with specific impairment of ex vivo antidonor T cell proliferative responses, which was not reversed by exogenous IL-2. Further analyses of possible underlying mechanisms indicated that neither immune deviation nor induction of regulatory cells was a significant contributory factor. In contrast to the differential capacity of the mature DC subsets to affect graft outcome, immature CD8alpha+ and CD8alpha- DCs administered under the same experimental conditions significantly prolonged transplant survival. These observations demonstrate for the first time the innate capacity of CD8alpha+ DCs to regulate alloimmune reactivity and transplant survival, independent of their maturation status. Mobilization of such a donor DC subset with capacity to modulate antidonor immunity may have significant implications for the therapy of allograft rejection.  相似文献

8 patients with chronic kidney transplant rejection were treated intravenously with prostacyclin during 5 days. This treatment seemed to have a beneficial effects as measured by platelet deposition in the transplant and prolongation of platelet survival. In the majority of cases the transplant function improved. A longer duration of this therapeutic effect could be a new way for the long-term treatment of chronic kidney transplant rejection.  相似文献

TNF-alpha and lymphotoxin (LT)alpha have been shown to be important mediators of allograft rejection. TNF-R1 is the principal receptor for both molecules. Mice with targeted genetic deletions of TNF-R1 demonstrate normal development of T and B lymphocytes but exhibit functional defects in immune responses. However, the role of TNF-R1-mediated signaling in solid organ transplant rejection has not been defined. To investigate this question, we performed vascularized heterotopic allogeneic cardiac transplants in TNF-R1-deficient (TNF-R1(-/-)) and wild-type mice. Because all allografts in our protocol expressed TNF-R1, direct antigraft effects of TNF-alpha and LTalpha were not prevented. However, immunoregulatory effects on recipient inflammatory cells by TNF-R1 engagement was eliminated in TNF-R1(-/-) recipients. In our study, cardiac allograft survival was significantly prolonged in TNF-R1(-/-) recipients. Despite this prolonged allograft survival, we detected increased levels of CD8 T cell markers in allografts from TNF-R1(-/-) recipients, suggesting that effector functions, but not T cell recruitment, were blocked. We also demonstrated the inhibition of multiple chemokines and cytokines in allografts from TNF-R1(-/-) recipients including RANTES, IFN-inducible protein-10, lymphotactin, and IL-1R antagonist, as well as altered levels of chemokine receptors. We correlated gene expression with the physiologic process of allograft rejection using self-organizing maps and identified distinct patterns of gene expression in allografts from TNF-R1(-/-) recipients. These findings indicate that in our experimental system TNF-alpha and LTalpha exert profound immunoregulatory effects through TNF-R1.  相似文献

Rabbit anti-thymocyte globulin (Thymoglobulin) effectively treats transplant rejection but induces anti-rabbit Ab responses, which limits routine readministration. Aiming to tolerize anti-rabbit responses, we coadministered a brief methotrexate regimen with a murine version of Thymoglobulin (mATG) for effects on anti-mATG Abs and cardiac allotransplantation in mice. Although both single and three courses of methotrexate could significantly inhibit anti-drug Ab titers to repeated mATG treatment, surprisingly, the single course given at the first mATG administration was most effective (>99% reduction). The transient methotrexate treatment also significantly improved pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of repeated mATG administration. In the cardiac allograft model, the combination of transient mATG and methotrexate given only at the time of transplant dramatically improved allograft survival (>100 d) over either agent alone (<30 d). Anti-drug Ab titers were reduced and mATG exposure was increased which resulted in prolonged rather than enhanced mATG-mediated effects when combined with methotrexate. Moreover, methotrexate administration significantly reduced alloantibodies, suggesting that methotrexate not only decreases anti-drug Ab responses but also reduces Ab responses to multiple tissue-derived alloantigens simultaneously. These data suggest that mATG and methotrexate together can provide long-term allograft survival potentially through the induction of immune tolerance.  相似文献

We analyzed the role of TNF-related activation-induced cytokine (TRANCE), a member of the TNF family expressed on activated T cells that shares functional properties with CD40L, and its receptor-activating NF-kappaB (RANK) which is mostly expressed on mature dendritic cells, during allogenic responses in vivo using a rodent heart allograft model. TRANCE mRNA was strongly up-regulated in acutely rejected allografts on days 4 and 5 posttransplantation whereas RANK was detected as early as day 1 but did not show further up-regulation during the first week. Immunofluoresence analyses of heart allografts showed that 80 and 100% of TRANCE and RANK-expressing cells were T cells and APCs, respectively. We show for the first time that short-term TRANCE blockade using a mouse RANKIg fusion molecule can significantly prolong heart allograft survival in both rat and mouse models. Similarly, rat heart allografts transduced with a RANKIg encoding recombinant adenovirus exhibited a significant prolongation of survival (14.3 vs 7.6 days, p < 0.0001). However, TRANCE blockade using RANKIg did not appear to inhibit allogeneic T and B cell priming humoral responses against RANKIg. Interestingly, TRANCE blockade induced strong up-regulation of CD40 ligand (CD40L) mRNA in allografts. Combined CD40L and TRANCE blockade resulted in significantly decreased chronic allograft rejection lesions as well as allogeneic humoral responses compared with CD40L blockade alone. We conclude that TRANCE-RANK interactions play an important role during acute allograft rejection and that CD40L-independent allogeneic immune responses can be, at least in part, dependent on the TRANCE pathway of costimulation.  相似文献

Studies with inbred strains of mice revealed that exposure to type 12, Group A, beta-hemolytic streptococci affects the host response to heart grafts implanted in the ear. Intraperitoneal injection of streptococci 10 days before grafting led to curtailed survival of syngrafts without altering the normal rejection time of allografts. Similar sensitization, combined with local injection of streptococci into the graft site at the time of grafting, was followed by rapid rejection of both syngrafts and allografts. The time interval between exposure and grafting was critical. Injection with streptococci 5 days before grafting led to a prolonged survival of allografts and no demonstrable effect on syngrafts. In contrast, injection of streptococci 15 days before grafting did not alter survival of either type of graft. The data indicate heart grafts implanted in the ear may serve as a useful model for the study of the host responses to streptococcal antigens.  相似文献

The microvascular endothelia of rejecting DBA/2----C57B1/6 murine cardiac allografts develop reactivity with the mAb M/K-2, which recognizes the murine homologue of the human leukocyte adhesion molecule VCAM-1. This reactivity does not develop in DBA/2----DBA/2 cardiac isografts or normal DBA/2 cardiac tissues. To determine whether endothelial VCAM-1 plays a role in allograft inflammation, cardiac allograft recipients were treated with M/K-2 antibody and monitored for leukocytic graft infiltration and graft survival. Treatment of the graft recipients with 200 micrograms/day M/K-2 Ig prolonged graft survival by 5 to 6 days (statistically significant); whereas treatment with 100 micrograms M/K-2 Ig every other day after transplant did not influence graft survival. Neither treatment interfered with leukocytic infiltration, as detected histologically or by limiting dilution analysis. The high dose treatment, but not the low dose treatment, resulted in high circulating levels of M/K-2, as detected by serum ELISA, and prominent antibody deposition on the graft vascular endothelia, as demonstrated by immunohistologic analysis. These data demonstrate that VCAM-1 is uniquely expressed on the vascular endothelia of rejecting murine cardiac allografts, and that a mAb to VCAM-1 can interfere with the allograft rejection process. Although this antibody can interfere with lymphocyte-endothelial adhesion in vitro, it has little effect on leukocytic infiltration in rejecting allografts suggesting that this process does not depend exclusively on VCAM-1 expression.  相似文献

Increased vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production promotes enhanced endothelial permeability, enhanced leukocyte migration into the allograft, thereby leading to a clinically recognized rejection episode. Interleukin-18 (IL-18), a potent proinflammatory cytokine, may also be involved in mechanisms of kidney allograft rejection. The present study was, therefore, undertaken to investigate the association of functional polymorphisms in VEGF (2578C>A, 1154A>G) and IL-18 (607C>A, 137G>C) genes with risk of allograft rejection in renal transplant recipients of North India. Two hundred renal transplant recipients, 150 matched recipients-donors, and 200 unrelated healthy individuals were genotyped by amplification refractory mutation specific polymerase chain reaction and by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism. Variant allele VEGF 1154A>G (p?=?0.56; odds ratio [OR]?=?1.32) and variant allele (p?=?0.004, OR?=?1.54) and variant genotype (p?=?0.007, OR?=?3.26) of IL-18 607C>A, GC of IL-18 137G>C (p?=?0.043, OR?=?0.63) were significantly different in healthy individuals as compared with the patients with renal transplant. When 114 nonrejectors were compared with 36 rejectors (150 recipients) for association with allograft rejection, significant association was observed in heterozygous genotype of VEGF 2578C>A (p?=?0.033), VEGF 1154A>G (p?=?0.024). In IL-18 137G>C, CC genotype, C allele showed protective association with allograft rejection. Kaplan-Meier analysis indicated a higher mean time for first rejection episode in CA genotype carriers (31 months) as compared with AA (29 months) for VEGF 2578C>A (log p?=?0.035). In VEGF, the haplotypes A-A and A-G (2578-1154) were associated with reduced risk and in IL-18 607A-137G, they were associated with high risk for allograft rejection. This observation suggests these polymorphisms are an ideal marker for prediction of pretransplant allograft outcome.  相似文献

The success rate of renal transplantation has improved considerably during the past decade, with substantial improvements in both graft and patient survival. The quality of graft function, however, and not graft survival alone is increasingly determining the standards by which transplantation outcome is being judged. As the demand for kidney transplants continues to rise and transplants are being offered to an ever-increasing number of patients, organs are being sought from new supply pools and efforts are being made to use current resources more efficiently. Improvements in clinical management have allowed short-term complications such as infection and rejection to be better prevented or better diagnosed and treated. Fundamental advances in the understanding of the immunologic processes underlying both allograft rejection and acceptance and the introduction of new immunosuppressive agents have allowed a better use of drug therapy and have moved the goal of acquired transplant tolerance closer to attainment. With improved initial transplant success rates, the long-term transplantation outcome is becoming more important. The role of tissue matching in preventing chronic rejection is becoming more appreciated, and the long-term risks of malignancy, arteriosclerosis, and chronic rejection are being better recognized and managed.  相似文献

Age-related decline in immunity can impair cell-mediated responses during an infection, malignancy, and acute allograft rejection. Although much research has been allocated to understand the immune responses that impact the former two conditions, the cellular mechanisms by which aging impacts the immune acceptance of organ allografts are not completely clear. In this study, we examined how recipient age impacts the efficacy of therapies that modulate immune recognition of allografts using an immunogenic murine skin transplant model. We found that costimulatory blockade-based treatment failed to extend allograft survival in older recipients to the same extent as that observed in younger recipients. CD8(+) T cells were critical for the inability of aged recipients to achieve maximal allograft survival. Although aged mice displayed a larger number of effector memory T cells prior to transplantation, these cells did not exhibit enhanced alloreactivity compared with young memory T cells. In contrast, naive aged CD8(+) T cells exhibited enhanced IFN-γ production to allostimulation compared with young naive T cells. Our results provide evidence that aging enhances CD8(+) T cell alloreactivity. This could impair the ability of costimulatory blockade-based therapies to prolong allograft survival. Thus, targeting CD8(+) T cells in humans may be a way to improve outcomes in older patients requiring immune modulatory therapy.  相似文献

To assess the multiple risk factors reported to be associated with onset of serious bacterial, fungal, viral, and protozoal infections in renal allograft recipients, a retrospective study of all renal transplantations performed at Yale-New Haven Medical Center from the inception of the transplantation program in December, 1967, to December, 1975, was undertaken. Ninety-six renal allograft transplants in 85 patients were available for evaluation during this study period. Renal allograft recipients were evaluated for incidence of infection from time of transplantation until transplant nephrectomy, death, or January 1, 1976. All infections were characterized by type of infection, organism, site, and time of onset post-transplantation. Recipients with infections were also evaluated for their donor type, living-related or cadaveric, age at time of transplantation, granulocytopenia, corticosteroid therapy, and rejection episodes. There were 215 infections, 92 of which were defined as serious, in 78 of the 96 renal allograft recipients. Eighteen renal allograft recipients had no infections. Granulocytopenia, but not rejection, correlated with serious infections at some time in the patient''s course. However, no significant temporal relationship between serious infections and episodes of granulocytopenia or rejection could be established. Mortality rate and incidence of serious infection was higher in the group receiving high dose corticosteroid therapy compared with the group receiving lower doses of corticosteroids. The mortality rate in these 85 transplant recipients was 33%. Seventy-four percent of these deaths were directly related to infection (24% of 85 patients).  相似文献
