祁连山西水林区土壤阳离子交换量及盐基离子的剖面分布   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
以祁连山西水林区分布的棕钙土、灰褐土、栗钙土和高山草甸土为对象,研究了阳离子交换量和盐基离子(K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+)的剖面分布规律及其与土壤理化因子的关系。结果表明:土壤阳离子交换量(CEC,介于4.80—48.10 cmol/kg)和盐基总量(TEB,介于4.67—21.34 cmol/kg)随剖面深度的增加逐渐减小,不同土壤类型的大小顺序为:灰褐土>高山草甸土>栗钙土>棕钙土;土壤盐基组成以Ca2+、Mg2+为主(占TEB的比例平均为71.6%、22.9%),K+、Na+所占比例较低(占TEB的比例平均为3.3%、2.2%);棕钙土、灰褐土和栗钙土盐基离子的剖面分布由浅至深呈现:K+≈Ca2+>Na+≈Mg2+,高山草甸土盐基离子则呈现:K+>Na+>Mg2+>Ca2+。不同土壤类型间盐基离子的含量及饱和度随发生层次不同存在较大差异。土壤有机质是CEC的主要贡献因素,粉粒对CEC也有显著的促进作用,而砂粒、CaCO3对CEC有显著抑制作用。土壤生物复盐基作用弱于淋溶作用,造成盐基饱和度较大(BSP,介于44.4%—97.2%),并随剖面深度的增加逐渐增大。相关性分析表明,土壤交换性Na+、Mg2+的含量及饱和度均呈极显著正相关,交换性Na+、Mg2+饱和度与CaCO3含量呈极显著正相关;pH值与BSP呈极显著正相关;土壤速效P含量与CEC呈极显著正相关,速效K含量与交换性K+含量呈极显著正相关。  相似文献

A geographic survey of 14 south-west Tasmanian sedgeland-heaths revealed that soil organic matter is related to: water content: total nitrogen (N): total and exchangeable sodium (Na), calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg); exchangeable potassium (K) cation exchange capacity; and total exchangeable bases. However, total and available phosphorus (P), total K and Iron (Fe). pH level and percentage base saturation were found to be Independent of organic content. Most of the soil nutrient capital is contained In the A0 horizon, the depth of which was found to be positively related to the time elapsed since the last fire. There is no clear relationship between rock type and soil fertility, but there is evidence of soil-vegetation interaction. The sedgeland-heath species have lower concentrations of P, Ca and Mg in their foliage and are more efficient In the withdrawal of P and K upon tissue senescence than the surrounding scrub and forest species. Over a vegetation transition from sedgeland-heath to forest on uniform geology there was a change in soil type. The forest was found to have more fertile soils and a higher concentration of nutrients in the above-ground biomass than the adjacent sedgeland-heath. The ecotone was burnt between 20–30 years prior to sampling, but the fire did not kill all the forest trees, and the structural differences suggest a mare rapid recovery of forest species. Soil fertility appears to be an important factor in controlling the rate of recovery and succession following a fire, especially if the nutrient-rich organic layer is burnt.  相似文献

In two forest types in southern Tasmania, eucalypt rainforest (mixed forest) and eucalypt dry sclerophyll forest, surface soils (0–10 cm) from stands that had been clear-felled and burned between 1976 and 1979 were compared with those from uncut, unburned stands. Factors compared were total organic C, N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Zn, Mn; pH; exchangeable Ca, Mg, and K; cation exchange capacity; extractable P; soil phosphate buffering capacity; and N-mineralisation rates. Sampling started in April 1979 and ended in October 1980. Within each forest type, soils from burned coupes had higher mean values for pH, exchangeable cations, percent base saturation, and nitrate-N produced during aerobic incubation, and had lower mean values for exchangeable acidity and ammonium-N produced during aerobic incubation than soils from unburned coupes. In mixed forest only, soils from burned coupes had higher mean values for extractable P and soil phosphate buffering capacity, and lower mean values for total organic C than those of unburned coupes. There were only small differences between burned and unburned soils in cation exchange capacity and ammonium-N produced during anaerobic incubation. For each burned coupe in mixed forest, with increase in time since burning there was a decrease in pH, an increase in exchangeable acidity, and a decrease in rate of production of nitrate: no changes were detected in other factors. It is concluded that, for clay soils developed on dolerite, the nutritional status of soil in both forest types is probably improved by burning. The improvement lasts for more than 4 years in mixed forest and more than two years in dry sclerophyll forest. Only minor leaching of nutrients to below 10 cm in depth is likely to occur in either type.  相似文献

In mixed eucalypt/rainforest in southern Tasmania, samples of surface soil 0 to 2 cm, 2 to 5 cm, and 5 to 10 cm were taken from a clear-felled coupe before and after burning in 1982, from a similar coupe after burning in 1979, and from an uncut area adjacent to each coupe. Factors compared were bulk density; total organic C, N, P, Ca, Mg, and K; pH; exchangeable Ca, Mg, and K; cation exchange capacity; extractable P; and N-mineralisation rates. The effect of burning was found to be restricted mainly to the upper 2 cm of soil. The combustion of organic matter caused losses of 7360 kg organic C and 211 kg N/ha; 348 kg Ca and 282 kg Mg and 151 kg K/ha were added to the soil in ash. Burning caused significant increases in pH, exchangeable Ca, Mg, and K, and in extractable P; cation exchange capacity was reduced. In the 6 months after burning only K was leached from the upper 2 cm of soil. Equilibrium levels of NH4?N increased initially after the fire, but between 6 and 18 months, equilibrium levels and rate of production of NH4?N during anaerobic incubation in soil of burned coupes differed little from that in adjacent uncut forest. Rates of production of NO3?N during aerobic incubation were very low throughout the period of study. It is concluded that for soils developed on dolerite in mixed eucalypt/rainforest, a single regeneration burn probably improves the nutritional status of the soil. Nutrients lost from the area as particulate ash are in quantities that will probably be replaced in rainfall in 15 to 20 years.  相似文献

The influence of long‐term livestock grazing on the soil status of a semi‐arid rangeland was studied along a grazing gradient from a watering point in southern Afar Region of Ethiopia for two seasons. The soil samples were analysed for organic carbon (OC), total nitrogen (N), available phosphorus (P), exchangeable cations (Ca2+, Mg2+, K+ and Na+), acidity (pH), cation exchange capacity, and particle size distribution (clay, silt and sand). No significant differences (P > 0.05) were observed for particle size distribution, OC, N, P and K contents along the grazing gradient further than 1500 m from the watering point. Ca2+ and Mg2+ were found to be dominant cations particularly in the severely degraded area contributing about 74% to the exchangeable cations. The study has also recognized high concentrations of Na+ and more than 11% exchangeable sodium percentage. Total exchangeable bases significantly declined (P < 0.05) along the grazing gradient and were indicative of the exchange complex of the soil being saturated with Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions. Thus this study concluded that there are soil differences in the grazing gradient caused by impact of grazing, particularly in the severely degraded area.  相似文献

Mineral nutrient economy in competing species of Sphagnum mosses   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Bog vegetation, which is dominated by Sphagnum mosses, depends exclusively on aerial deposition of mineral nutrients. We studied how the main mineral nutrients are distributed between intracellular and extracellular exchangeable fractions and along the vertical physiological gradient of shoot age in seven Sphagnum species occupying contrasting bog microhabitats. While the Sphagnum exchangeable cation content decreased generally in the order Ca2+ ≥ K+, Na+, Mg2+ > Al3+ > NH4 +, intracellular element content decreased in the order N > K > Na, Mg, P, Ca, Al. Calcium occurred mainly in the exchangeable form while Mg, Na and particularly K, Al and N occurred inside cells. Hummock species with a higher cation exchange capacity (CEC) accumulated more exchangeable Ca2+, while the hollow species with a lower CEC accumulated more exchangeable Na+, particularly in dead shoot segments. Intracellular N and P, but not metallic elements, were consistently lower in dead shoot segments, indicating the possibility of N and P reutilization from senescing segments. The greatest variation in tissue nutrient content and distribution was between species from contrasting microhabitats. The greatest variation within microhabitats was between the dissimilar species S. angustifolium and S. magellanicum. The latter species had the intracellular N content about 40% lower than other species, including even this species when grown alone. This indicates unequal competition for N, which can lead to outcompeting of S. magellanicum from mixed patches. We assume that efficient cation exchange enables Sphagnum vegetation to retain immediately the cationic nutrients from rainwater. This may represent an important mechanism of temporal extension of mineral nutrient availability to subsequent slow intracellular nutrient uptake.  相似文献

长白山阔叶红松林采伐迹地土壤养分含量动态研究   总被引:22,自引:0,他引:22  
采用对比实验,对不同采伐年限的长白山阔叶红松林采伐迹地土壤养分含量变化进行了分析与研究.结果表明,不同采伐年限的采伐迹地土壤养分含量差异很大.林地土壤pH值随着伐后时间的推移而出现一个先下降后上升的过程,表层土壤在伐后5年的酸性最强,10~20cm层土壤在伐后10年酸性最强;土壤有机质含量、全量养分含量和速效养分含量均在采伐初期2~5年增加,随后又迅速减少,尤其是表层土壤变化更为明显;土壤阳离子交换量(CEC)及交换性Ca、Mg也都表现出相同的变化趋势.因此,森林采伐后应及时人工造林、更新进行植被恢复,可将养分固定而减少和防止土壤养分的流失.  相似文献

研究鼎湖山自然保护区马尾松林、马尾松荷木混交林和季风常绿阔叶林三种代表性森林类型表层土壤(0~20cm)交换性阳离子含量及其季节动态。结果表明:土壤交换性阳离子含量因元素种类、森林类型和季节不同而异。三种森林土壤交换性阳离子含量都表现为:Al3+>H+>K+>Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+。几乎所有调查的阳离子含量在阔叶林显著高于马尾松林和混交林,但后两者之间大多数阳离子含量差异不显著。鼎湖山森林土壤可交换性阳离子含量虽然较高,但盐基饱和度却很低。马尾松林、混交林和阔叶林土壤可交换性阳离子含量在1997年6月份分别为:58.3、84.5和118.7mmolc/kg,盐基饱和度分别为:5.5%、3.2%和4.5%。三种森林土壤交换性Ca2+、Mg2+、K+和H+含量季节差异极显著(P<0.001),但交换性Al3+含量只在马尾松林土壤存在极显著的季节性差异(P<0.001)。同一元素季节变化大小程度趋向马尾松林>混交林>阔叶林。森林土壤交换性Ca2+、Na+和H+含量与土壤pH值相关关系不明显,但交换性Mg2+、K+和Al3+与土壤pH值间呈极显著负相关。  相似文献

从13个省(市)采取23个耕地表层土壤,通过室内模拟试验测定其磷素淋失临界值和pH、有机质、<0.01mm、<0.002mm、交换性钙镁、活性铁铝、磷等温吸附特性等,以建立土壤磷素淋失临界值与土壤基本理化性质和磷吸附特性之间的关系.结果表明:土壤pH<6.0时,随土壤pH提高临界值增加,土壤pH与临界值之间呈显著的指数关系;而当土壤pH>6.0时,随土壤pH提高临界值减小,在pH6.5左右土壤磷素淋失临界值最高.土壤磷素淋失临界值与土壤有机质、活性铁(铝)、交换性钙之间存在显著的相关,而与交换性镁、CEC、<0.01mm、<0.002mm、K、Qm的相关性受土壤酸碱度影响.可以通过测定土壤有机质或活性铁的含量,来计算土壤磷素淋失临界值,评价土壤磷素淋失的风险.供试的23个土壤,除了采自湖北潜江的20号水稻土存在比较大的磷素淋失风险,其余土壤发生磷素淋失的风险很小.  相似文献

Due, in part, to the relative paucity of published comparisons based on field generated data, there is still poor agreement regarding the relative merits of lime requirement indices based on exchangeable Al and those based on pH. The objective of this study was to compare such indices using results obtained from long-term field experiments. Data were obtained over 22 site-years from lime trials conducted on clay (Typic Haplorthox) and sandy loam (Plinthic Paleudult) soils differing widely in organic carbon content. Relative maize (Zea mays L.) yields were used to compare the prognostic value of soil pH with indices obtained using exchangeable Al and exchangeable acidity (Al+H). Both within and across soils, pH proved to be markedly inferior to Al based indices. Exchangeable acid saturation of the effective cation exchange capacity, a readily obtained and popular index of lime requirement in some countries, proved as effective as less easily acquired indices based on exchangeable Al per se. The findings reported are consistent with those of many glasshouse studies and support the viewpoint that indices based on Al or acid saturation should replace pH as a measure of lime requirement.  相似文献

This study aimed to determine the spatial variation of topsoil properties as influenced by slope aspects and vegetation types. Three vegetation types and two slope aspects were considered. Disturbed and undisturbed samples were taken from the top soils. A two‐way analysis of variance was used to test significant mean differences (α = 0.05). Results showed that contents of bulk density, total porosity, organic matter and exchangeable magnesium were significantly different with changes in slope aspect (< 0.05). Textural classes, organic matter, available phosphorus, carbon‐to‐nitrogen ratio, cation‐exchange capacity, per cent base saturation and exchangeable bases demonstrated significant variation among vegetation types (< 0.05). The south‐facing aspect and the grass vegetation showed higher bulk density but lower organic matter and total porosity. As a remedy for the identified problems, there is a need to undertake plantation of indigenous trees.  相似文献

Land-leveling to improve water management in lowland rice (Oryza sativa L.) production is becoming common in many countries. This technique exposes subsoil by removal and deposition of surface soil from high- to low-lying areas. The potential effect of land-leveling on soil fertility was studied in samples from an alluvial soil at depths of 0- to 5-, 5- to 15-, and 15- to 25-cm. Levels of soil cation exchange capacity; dilute acid-fluoride extractable P; DTPA extractable Cu, Mn, and Zn; exchangeable K; hot-water soluble B; and organic matter decreased with soil depth; whereas, soil pH increased with depth. Relatively low amounts of dilute acid-fluoride extractable P, exchangeable K, and DTPA extractable Zn occurred in the 15- to 25-cm layer of the soil. These data indicate the high likelihood that K, P, and Zn deficiencies would occur in rice grown on the subsoil that was exposed by land-leveling.  相似文献

The aim of the study was to evaluate the effects of sewage sludge compost (control, 20 kg m(-2), 40 kg m(-2)) supplied to Quercus pubescens Willd seedlings planted in a post-fire calcareous site in Provence (France). Changes in soil properties, seedling survival, growth and nutrition were monitored 7 months, 1.5 years and 2.5 years after amendment, and possible trace metal contamination of soil and seedlings by compost was also evaluated. Compost improved overall soil fertility by increasing organic matter, cation exchange capacity, total N and exchangeable P, K, Mg and B concentrations, but 40 kg m(-2) induced a more significant and more durable effect than 20 kg m(-2). However, the compost had no effect on seedling survival and growth, but increased foliar P and B concentrations at 40 kg m(-2). No foliar contamination of seedlings by trace metals occurred, although amendment increased exchangeable Cu and Zn concentrations in soil. Compost P and exchangeable Cu and Zn concentrations could induce eutrophication and water pollution, and limit rates that can be applied without environmental hazard.  相似文献

A sequential extraction scheme was combined with sorption isotherm analysis in order to investigate sorption of sewage sludge-derived Cu and Zn to the A-horizon of a humic-gley soil as a whole, and to the operationally defined exchangeable (1?M MgCl2), carbonate (1?M NaOAc), Fe/Mn oxide (0.04?M NH2OH.HCl), and organic (0.02?M HNO3+30% H2O2) soil fractions. Sorption parameters were compared for a sample of sludge leachate (with 97.4% of Cu and 63.2% of Zn present as dissolved metal-organic matter complexes, as calculated by geochemical modeling involving MINTEQA2 and verified using an ion exchange resin method) with that of a reference solution exhibiting the same chemical characteristics as the leachate, except for the presence of dissolved organic material. Dissolved metal-organic matter complexes were found to significantly (P<0.05) depress sorption to the bulk soil and each fraction. The greatest depression of Cu and Zn sorption was observed for the exchangeable, carbonate, and Fe/Mn oxide fractions, while the organic fraction of the soil was the least affected. This reflects a greater affinity for the exchangeable, carbonate, and Fe/Mn oxide fractions by the free divalent metal (Cu2+, Zn2+), with sorption by these fractions attributed to cation exchange, chemisorption, and co-precipitation processes. The sorption characteristics of the organic fraction indicated that Cu and Zn sorption by soil organic matter mostly involved dissolved metal-organic matter complexes. This may be attributed to hydrophobic interactions between nonpolar regions of the dissolved metal-organic matter complexes and solid-phase soil organic matter.  相似文献

Changes at the mud surface in Midmar Dam, following impoundment, were studied by examining vertical profiles of selected parameters in sediment cores. Distinct stratification in organic carbon, pH and exchangeable Al3+ was evident. Phosphate adsorption characteristics in the stratified sediments was quantified using Langmuir adsorption isotherms. The adsorption maxima and bonding energy constants in the surface sediments (0–3 cm) were markedly lower than those below 3 cm, indicating that the surface layers are less efficient at binding phosphate than the deeper layers. Radiotracer experiments indicate that the layers comprising the top 3 cm of sediment predominate in PO4-P exchange with the overlying water.  相似文献

Summary Consisting ofPinus massoniana, Rhodomyrtus tomentosa, Baeckea frutescens andDicranopteris linearis, thePinus scrub community is widespread and representative of the vegetation in Hong Kong. Three areas, with soils derived separately from granite, sedimentary and volcanic rocks but of the same pine community were selected for the present study. Soil samples were collected and analysed for pH, texture, organic carbon, total nitrogen, cation exchange capacity, and exchangeable K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Al and H. Plant samples were also collected for the analysis of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Al, Fe and SiO2.While variations in chemical and physical properties exist among the soils of different geology, they are invariably acidic with high exchangeable Al and H ions whereas the base saturation is exceedingly low. Intra- and inter-species variations in chemical composition are equally notable. While K, Mg and Ca are the dominant elements of uptake and accumulation, the fernD. linearis also stands out as a strong accumulator of SiO2, Al and to some extent, Mn and Fe.  相似文献

林火通过改变土壤理化性质显著影响土壤固碳能力及土壤有机碳各组分含量。阐明不同火烈度对云南松林土壤有机碳的影响,对于云南松林火后生态系统恢复及土壤碳库管理具有重要意义。以火烧2年后四川泸山林场云南松林0-5、5-10、10-15、15-20cm层土壤为研究对象,根据不同火烈度(未过火、低烈度、中烈度、高烈度)设置3块20m×30m样地,共12块样地,野外采集土壤样品,室内测定土壤全氮、容重等理化性质和土壤有机碳(Soil organic carbon,SOC)、土壤活性有机碳(易氧化有机碳,Readily oxidizable carbon,ROC;颗粒有机碳,Particulate organic carbon,POC;微生物生物量碳,Microbial biomass carbon,MBC;水溶性有机碳,Water-soluble organic carbon,WSOC),采用方差分析研究不同火烈度下土壤有机碳各组分含量的差异性和变化趋势,并采用相关性分析和冗余分析从土壤理化性质角度探究林火对土壤有机碳的影响机制。研究结果表明:(1)不同火烈度显著影响土壤理化性质,其中土壤全氮、有效磷、阳离子交换量、毛管孔隙度、总孔隙度随火烈度增大而增加,而土壤pH、速效钾、碱解氮、容重随火烈度增大而减少。(2) SOC随火烈度增大而减少,其中5-10cm土层降幅最大为44.79%;4种土壤活性有机碳随火烈度增大而减小,其中0-5cm土层下降幅度最明显,各组分降幅大小依次为ROC (36.31%-61.31%) > POC (30.05%-53.61%) > MBC (20.60%-48.19%) > WSOC (13.47%-29.29%),不同组分对林火的不同响应显著影响了土壤ROC、POC、WSOC的占比。(3)土壤有机碳及其活性组分与阳离子交换量、毛管孔隙度、总孔隙度、有效磷、碱解氮呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与容重呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。火烧后土壤有机碳的变化主要与阳离子交换量、容重、全氮、含水率有关,且阳离子交换量影响最大(解释率为61.7%)。  相似文献

To provide further evidences on the role of bacterial soil species in the development of calcium carbonate deposits in soil, we isolated 36 heterotrophic bacterial strains from three soils of L'Aquila basin characterized by different CaCO3 content and tested their ability to precipitate CaCO3 when cultured on a Ca-rich medium. We found that the majority (63.89%) of these isolates could precipitate CaCO3 minerals at 27°C. The aptitude to calcification (time and crystal amount) of each calcifying strains, morphology (SEM) and mineralogy of the formed bioliths were also investigated. X-ray diffraction confirmed the production of calcite. Crystal formation was not observed in the controls. Organic matter, total N and assimilable P, cation exchange capacity and exchangeable Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, Na+, pH, total and active calcium carbonate content, electric conductivity, skeleton, sand, silt and clay fractions of each soil sample were determined and related with its microbiological parameters. We found that the CaCO3 content of soil was significatively related, in particular, to the percentage of calcifying bacterial strains (r = 0.95) and to the heterotrophic bacterial density (r = 0.98), which was found significatively related also with Ca2+ content of soil (r = ?0.97) and its CEC (r = ?0.97).  相似文献

Vertical distribution of root density (length per unit soil volume) and abundance (length per unit ground surface area) to a depth of 1.5 m or to the depth of the water table and their relationships with soil properties and tree basal area were examined in 36 soil profiles of pine-oak and oak-pine forests of the New Jersey Pinelands. Soil morphology were almost uniform within the forest type and characterized by the presence of high coarse fragment contents in the C horizon in oak-pine uplands; by the spodic B horizon and water table in the C horizon in pine-oak lowlands; by the sandy soil throughout the profile in pine-oak uplands; and by the firm argillic B horizon in pine-oak plains. Root density decreased from ranges of 44423–133369 m m-3 in the 0–5 cm depth in all the forest types to 1900–5593 m m-3 in the 100–150 cm depth in all the forest types except in pine-oak lowlands. Total profile root density and abundance was in the order: oak-pine uplands>pine-oak lowlands>pine-oak uplands>pine-oak plains. Root density correlated positively with organic C, total N, water soluble P, exchangeable Ca, Mg, K, Al, Fe, and cation exchange capacity, and negatively with bulk density, coarse fraction content, and pH, whereas root abundance correlated positively with organic C, total N, water soluble P, exchangeable Ca, Mg, K, and Fe, and negatively with bulk density. No correlation existed between root density and abundance with tree basal area. Higher root density in the E horizon of oak-pine uplands as compared to the other forest types was associated with high nutrient content; higher root density in the C horizon of pine-oak lowlands was associated with a shallow water table beneath the horizon; and lower root densities in the B and C horizons of pine-oak plains were associated with the presence of a firm clay layer in the B horizon.  相似文献

以河南省延津县中低产田为例,选取土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾、pH和阳离子交换量(CEC)等指标作为评价因子,利用ArcGIS 9.2软件和模糊数学方法对土壤肥力进行了综合评价,根据评价结果,分析不同土体构型土壤肥力状况差异.结果表明:该区土壤呈偏碱性状态,全氮、全磷、速效氮、CEC、有机质、速效钾含量偏低,速效磷、全钾含量中等,土壤肥力综合指数为0.14~0.63,整体水平偏低.除速效磷和全钾外,其他土壤肥力指标在不同土体构型间均表现出显著差异,土壤肥力与土体构型关系密切,上壤下粘型土壤的肥力等级相对较高,上壤下砂型次之,通体砂型最低.根据各指标在剖面上的分布状况判断,该区土体结构不良,保水保肥能力差,可针对此特征进行土壤改良.  相似文献
