流溪河流域景观空间特征与河流水质的关联分析   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
人类活动影响或改变流域景观空间结构,并有可能对河流水质产生不同程度的影响,以流溪河流域为研究区,分析流域景观空间格局特征与水质指数之间的相关关系。将流域划分为27个子流域,采集水样分析水质状况,所选用的水质指标有氨氮(NH3-N)、硝态氮-亚硝态氮(NO3-N+NO2-N)、总磷(TP)、化学需氧量(CODCr)。结果表明:1)该流域土地利用结构与水质具有显著相关性,其中居住用地对水质的影响作用最强,林地对河流水质具有净化功能,与水质指标之间的关系表现为负相关,园地与水质指标关系具有不确定性;2)流域景观特征从上游到下游之间表现为城市化增强的梯度,水质状况响应这个梯度变化表现为上游优于下游,人类活动及城市化发展引起的土地利用变化及土地管理方式对水质变化有显著影响;(3)景观破碎度与水质呈现显著正相关性,是影响水质的重要指标,景观聚集程度和斑块形状复杂程度与水质有负相关关系;子流域尺度和河岸带尺度景观空间特征对水质的影响差异不明显。  相似文献

Diatoms and macroinvertebrates are both commonly used for biological assessment of stream condition. As the use of biological assessment techniques increases, resource managers will need to make decisions on which biological tool to use for a particular study. In a study of the Kiewa River, Victoria, Australia we assessed these two components of the biota—macroinvertebrates and diatoms—using indices and pattern analysis, and comparing them with an a priori landscape classification. We also assessed the relationship exhibited between the biological results and environmental variables which are usually significant in stream ecosystems. To make the data comparable we used categorical abundances for both data sets. The pattern analyses showed complementary results, with diatoms more closely related to water quality variables, whereas macroinvertebrates were primarily related to catchment and habitat features. An analysis of a combined data set (diatoms plus macroinvertebrates) showed no extra information was gained. Using categorisation to create consistency between data sets was shown to reduce the information and affect results from the diatom analyses. The results suggested that the locally derived bioassessment models and indices provided a more accurate assessment of the sites than the overseas-derived diatom index. The outcomes are complicated by issues of data weighting, whereby a presence/absence diatom index may have performed better than abundance-weighted indices due to strong dominance of one or two species at a site. Future comparisons will benefit from an increase in the knowledge of regional diatom taxonomy and autecology.  相似文献

为探究不同空间尺度的景观格局对流溪河水质的影响,于2020年6月和2021年1月在流溪河干流15个采样点进行了水样的采集,测定了水温、溶解氧、pH、氨氮、硝态氮、硫酸盐和氯化物等水质指标。结合遥感解译所得的土地利用数据,提取了不同空间尺度(子流域和河岸带缓冲区)的景观格局指数,采用Bioenv分析、Mantle检验、方差分解和层次分割理论等方法揭示了景观格局对水质变化的影响。研究结果表明:氨氮是流溪河的主要污染物。土地利用结构与空间格局特征对水质的影响存在空间尺度效应。在100 m河岸带缓冲区,水域是影响水质的主要贡献源;而在其他空间尺度建设用地是影响水质的主要贡献源。在子流域尺度,林地和建设用地的斑块密度(PD指数)是影响水质变化的核心特征;而在河岸带缓冲区尺度,水域和建设用地的连通性(CONTAG指数)和林地的多样性(SHDI指数)是影响水质变化的关键特征。在各个空间尺度,土地利用与空间格局的交互作用对驱动水质变化起主导作用,尤其在1000 m河岸带缓冲区对水质的贡献率最高。因此,加强1000 m缓冲区尺度土地利用的管理和减少建设用地成片建设规划等对保护流域水质具有重要意义。  相似文献

Semi-aquatic mammals are dependent upon streams and riparian areas, which are a product of the landscapes they drain. Both local stream morphology and surrounding land use are likely to have important influences on current occupancy of semi-aquatic mammals and potentially affect future geographic distributions. We identified aspects of the riparian system and stream structure at multiple scales that relate to the presence of river otter (Lontra canadensis) and mink (Neovison vison) to better understand how changing landscapes affect occupancy dynamics of these semi-aquatic mammals and to facilitate future monitoring and management. We estimated multi-season occupancy using 103 sites sampled over 6 seasonal sampling periods in southern Illinois, USA (44,526 km2) during 2012–2014. We hypothesized river otter and mink occupancy were related to multiple aspects of landscape and local habitat attributes including land cover, water availability, human disturbance, and stream characteristics. Occupancy of river otter was predicted by large stream size, less developed area near the stream site, and proximity to areas with reintroduced or remnant populations of river otter. Mink were more likely to occupy sites with small streams and decreased water availability near the site. However, top models for both species had low weights and high uncertainty for multiple variables. Habitat-based models may not be the best predictors of occupancy for these carnivores because they are more likely to respond to prey diversity or availability, but landscape changes that decrease natural water availability and increase human disturbance to the stream at the local scale are likely to negatively affect river otter. © 2019 The Authors. Department of Biology, John Carroll University, University Heights, OH 44118 USA The diatom composition of natural substrates at a single site were compared with that of the gut contents of three species of fish: stoneroller minnows, bluntnose minnows, and common shiners. Seven samples of each type were collected on a single day from a single pool in a headwater stream. Cluster analysis showed that diatom species composition clustered by fish species, with common shiners being a totally exclusive cluster, while natural substrates were scattered within the stoneroller and bluntnose clusters. Both richness and Shannon diversity were higher in fish gut samples than in the samples collected by humans, with stonerollers having the greatest diversity. When water quality indices calculated from the diatom floras recovered in these samples were compared, it was surprising to see that these indices consistently were better in fish gut samples than in samples collected by researchers. Common shiners particularly differed, a result possibly due to the fact that they apparently fed off of Cladophora and the highly oxygenated rock wall where the stream cascaded into the pool. In no case was the difference between stonerollers and natural substrates significantly different. Furthermore, samples from natural substrates had an internal similarity not significantly different from their similarity to samples in stoneroller and bluntnose guts. Our data thus consistently indicate that stoneroller minnows are excellent samplers that efficiently collect diverse, representative diatom samples.  相似文献

景观对河流水质的影响在不同地区、不同空间尺度上存在差异。以赤水河流域为研究对象,根据地貌特征将研究区分为喀斯特地貌和非喀斯特地貌,在划分的29个子流域内采集测试水质数据,所选用的水质指标有溶解氧(DO)、电导率(EC)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP),运用空间分析及数理统计方法,分析流域内不同地貌区景观之间的差异,探究不同空间尺度上景观与水质指标之间的关系。结果表明:(1)流域内景观组成以林地和灌草为主,建设用地和耕地次之,景观组成在不同地貌区各空间尺度上存在差异。建设用地和耕地对水质具有负面影响,且在碳酸盐岩地区更显著;林地对水质具有正面影响;灌草对水质的影响相对复杂。(2)流域内水质表现为碳酸盐岩地区优于碎屑岩地区。景观破碎化指数与总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)呈正相关,是水质变化的重要影响因素;景观聚集度指数与溶解氧(DO)呈正相关;景观破碎化指数和景观聚集度指数与电导率(EC)的关系在两个地区呈相反的结果。(3)不同地貌区景观对河流水质具有不同程度的影响。在两个地区,景观组成对河流水质解释能力最大空间尺度均为河岸带尺度,解释率分别为53.4%和59.1%;景观格局对河流水质解释能力最大...  相似文献

为进一步明确区域土地利用/覆被—景观格局对河流水质影响的空间尺度。选择新疆艾比湖区域为研究对象,以25个水质采样点为中心,建立5种尺度的河流缓冲区并提取不同尺度下的土地利用/覆被-景观格局数据。首先,通过主成分分析获得水环境的主要水质变量。其次,利用冗余分析(RDA)方法探讨研究区不同宽度缓冲区土地利用/覆被—景观格局对河流水质的影响,获得水质管理的有效缓冲区。最后,引入突变点分析方法进一步寻找导致水质变量沿景观梯度突变的特定位置。结果表明:(1)土地利用/覆被—景观格局在不同宽度缓冲区内对河流水质的影响不同。4 km缓冲区土地利用/覆被—景观格局对区域水质有较强的分异解释能力,因此4 km缓冲区的景观格局合理配置对河流水质管理尤为重要。(2)通过偏RDA分析发现4 km缓冲区中,影响区域水质的主要环境变量为景观水平斑块密度、类型水平耕地斑块密度和森林聚集度。(3)在偏RDA分析的基础上,对4 km缓冲区内的景观指数进行突变点分析研究,发现区域景观水平斑块密度为90—105 m/hm~2,类型水平耕地的斑块密度ED值在90—110 m/hm~2、林草地的AI值在70%—90%,是艾比湖区域水质保护的最佳突变值,该值为艾比湖区域水质保护的阈值。本研究从多个角度对新疆艾比区域的土地利用/覆被—景观格局对区域水质的影响进行定量分析,揭示该地区景观生态变化的规律,为区域景观格局优化和土地合理规划提供理论依据,并对改善"丝绸之路经济带"生态环境、实现资源可持续利用具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。  相似文献

湖滨带作为湖泊与陆地之间的过渡带,是健康湖泊生态系统的重要组成部分。湖滨带景观格局的演变会对湿地水质产生重要影响,因此探究影响岩溶湿地水质变化的湖滨带关键景观因子,对深入了解景观格局对岩溶湿地水质的影响过程与机制具有重要意义。选择普者黑岩溶湖泊湿地为研究对象,以2005、2007、2009、2011年共4年的Landsat遥感影像及水质监测数据为基础,通过划定湖泊湿地湖滨带缓冲区域,运用秩相关分析和冗余分析研究湖滨带景观格局对普者黑岩溶湖泊湿地水质的影响。结果表明,湖滨带不同缓冲区内景观结构类型比例差异较大;枯水期水质与土地利用类型和景观格局指数的影响大于丰水期;景观格局在不同缓冲区尺度对岩溶湿地的水质具有不同的效应;随着监测点缓冲距离的增加,个别景观指数可较好的揭示湖滨带景观格局演变对岩溶湿地水质的影响,其中,蔓延度指数(CONTAG)、斑块结合度指数(COHSION)、均匀度指数(SHEI)对水质参数的影响较大,边界密度(ED)、聚集度(AI)对水质参数的影响随缓冲距离的增加逐渐减弱,其他景观指数对水质影响差异并不明显,最大斑块指数(LPI)在缓冲距离≤300m的区域内与水质的关系较密切,面积加权平均斑块分维数(AWMPFD)与水质参数有显著负相关性,多样性指数(SHDI)对水质的影响具有不确定性;另外,大部分水质参数与土地利用面积比例有较好的相关性,且湿地面积比例是表征岩溶湖泊湿地水环境质量的主要指标。  相似文献

土地利用/覆被变化产生的区域生态环境负面效应已引起国内外研究者的广泛关注,其中,河流水质对景观组分变化的响应已在区域及更大尺度的研究中,成为热点。探讨河流水质的景观组分阈值,可以弥补非点源污染研究在区域尺度上的景观变化影响水质问题研究中的不足,而这是当前流域水环境管理及土地利用规划与管理的主要依据之一。从景观组分指数与水质指标出发,分析了当前研究的常用指标,认为:具有明确物理意义的景观组分指数,如不透水表面指数、植被指数等,受到水质的景观组分阈值研究的青睐;在水质指标中,水化学指标应用最为广泛,同时,表征水生生态系统条件的如生物类指标、综合生物类与非生物类指标,也逐渐受到重视,方兴未艾。尽管河流水质的景观组分阈值是当前的研究重点,但在区域以及更大尺度上,阈值的差异较大。在今后的研究中,水质退化的景观组分阈值还需在研究尺度、水质指标及阈值标准等问题上进一步深化,而景观格局指数的应用将会促进对水质退化受景观组分空间配置影响的研究。对水质的景观组分阈值研究进行综述,可以为区域尺度上开展水质保护、流域水环境管理及土地利用规划提供前沿信息。  相似文献

为了解石油开采对湿地生态系统的影响,2009年10月调查了黄河三角洲东营湿地34个样点的水体物理化学属性和大型底栖无脊椎动物群落结构。共获得3门6纲12目41科70属84个大型底栖无脊椎动物分类单元。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(r=-0.446,P=0.02)和TN显著负相关,BI指数与理化指标无显著相关性;软体动物分类单元数与盐度(r=-0.422,P=0.028)显著负相关,与pH值(r=0.435,P=0.023)显著正相关;软体动物个体百分数同样与盐度(r=-0.395,P=0.041)呈显著负相关,与pH值(r=0.565,P=0.002)呈极显著正相关;寡毛类分类单元数与TN(r=0.524,P=0.005)极显著正相关。水体石油含量与生物指数无显著相关性。典范对应分析(CCA)显示,TN、pH、盐度是影响东营湿地底栖动物群落结构的主要环境变量,水体石油污染并不是主要的胁迫因子。寡毛类和软体动物是该地区对环境变化的主要指示生物类群。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数水质生物评价结果显示,溢洪河支流、广利河上游、挑河上游、东张水库属于清洁;轻污点位有9个,其余点位为中污或重污。  相似文献

Benthic macroinvertebrates are an important indicator of river health. However, their response upon water quality development downstream the pollution outlets considerably depends on the environmental habitat characteristics. Three successive stretches, each of them providing three different mesohabitats in stillwater (S), torrential (T) and riparian (R) zones were selected for evaluation of the impact of altered metapotamal river bed morphology (channelization) and chemical determinants of water quality on the Upper Elbe River. In downstream direction, the stretches are separated by weirs and characterized as a low polluted low modified natural stream (N), a low polluted channelized stream (C) and a channelized polluted stream (CP). Altogether, 111 benthic macroinvertebrate taxa were recorded in the Pardubice hotspot between Němčice and Přelouč. Despite different levels of stream bed and water quality degradation, micro- and mesohabitat characteristics appeared to be the most important factors determining the diversity of macrozoobenthos in riffle (substrate size structure) and in shoreline (macrophyte community composition and structure) mesohabitats. The diversity of macroinvertebrate communities was highest in riparian mesohabitats compared to stillwater and torrential ones. Saprobic indices increased in downstream direction, thus indicating the decline of water quality.  相似文献

A total of 57 stonefly species have been recorded in the Hron River. The natural gradient (slope and stream width) and pollution gradient of the river were defined using CCA based on physical, chemical and stonefly data. Stonefly metrics (abundance, richness/diversity, sensitivy/tolerance and functional metrics) were used to estimate the quality of the Hron River and the degree of proximity to its natural state. Similar results were obtained using two different methods. The first method was based on the homogeneity of variance and the interquartile range of different groups of stretches of the Hron River and the second was based on deviations from the expected values of biological metrics in a given stretch of the river. These values continuously decreased with increasing distance from the spring area, with the exception of the saprobic index, which increased in a downstream direction, and the stonefly average score, which did not change significantly along the whole river flow. The Stonefly Average Score (SAS) metric is universal for a variety of habitats such as the Hron River upstream and downstream, and is a reliable indicator of water quality and the natural course of a stream.  相似文献

【目的】松花江流域是中国最早的工业基地之一,其水生态环境遭到严重破坏,环境保护工作面临巨大挑战。开展松花江流域水质评价及典型生物类群多样性状况调查,可为松花江流域生态系统的保护和修复提供依据。【方法】于2016年7月调查整个松花江流域近岸的大型底栖动物群落组成和测定水质理化指标,开展其水质理化特征评价和生物指数评价,并探讨底栖动物群落分布与水环境因子间的关系。【结果】理化指标评价结果显示,南源松花江水质状况最差,处于中度污染;北源松花江处于轻度污染;梧桐河水质最好,处于良好状态。松花江流域3个河段的底栖动物群落结构存在空间差异性。另外,梧桐河的物种多样性最高,北源松花江次之,南源松花江最低。溶解氧和营养元素K的浓度是驱动底栖动物群落组成发生显著性差异的主要环境因子。生物指数评价结果显示,3个河段水质均处于轻度污染状态。【结论】松花江流域水质处于轻度到中度污染状态。有机污染是松花江流域面临的主要水质环境问题,对松花江流域底栖动物群落结构产生了显著影响。因此,控制有机质的输入是维持松花江流域水生态系统平衡的重要举措之一。  相似文献

Periphyton and phytoplankton samples were collected and analyzed from 393 locations in three mid-continent (US) great rivers: the Upper Mississippi, Missouri and Ohio. From the 410 taxa identified, 303 taxa were common enough for multivariate analyses. Algae assemblages were quantified by multiple metrics including biovolume (based on algal shape formulae and cell measurements), relative biovolume, cell density, relative cell density, entity density (based on numbers of colonies, filaments or free-living cells), and relative entity density. Relationships between algal metrics and both water quality (e.g., nutrients, ionic properties, physicochemical parameters) and landscape-scale stressor data (e.g., proportions watershed with agriculture and urban development, impoundment, pollution point-sources) were examined using multivariate analyses. Overall, algal metrics were more closely related to water quality than to landscape stressors. Phytoplankton cell density was the best indicator of water quality with 45% of the variance in the taxonomic data explained. We suspect that relationships between periphyton and water quality were weaker because water grab samples did not reflect the prevailing conditions to which the periphyton had been exposed. Phytoplankton also had a slightly stronger relationship to landscape-scale stressor data than did periphyton. Biovolume metrics were the best periphytic indicators of water quality and stressors. Absolute algal metrics, especially cell density, consistently had stronger relationships to water quality and stressors than relative (percentage-based) metrics.  相似文献

Stream restoration researchers have a complex array of alternative assessment methodologies using macroinvertebrates. We examined sources of variation among three field sampling methods and five metrics in three networked streams impacted by a circumneutral coal mine discharge treated midway through an 11‐year study. Constructed wetlands captured the primary stressor, 700 kg iron/day. Before pollution abatement, copious iron hydroxide smothered downstream sites for decades. Two second‐order streams and one fourth‐order receiving stream, each with matching locations upstream and downstream, were monitored midsummer from 1994 to 2004. We compared taxa density (TD) (number/sample), abundance, expected taxa richness (ETR), U.S. regional pollution tolerance values (RTV), and community similarity (CS) indices from 3 to 11 replicate samples/site using grab samples (i.e. D‐nets, rock washes) and incubated leaf packs. Variation due to sampling method, metric, location, and year significantly influenced outcomes when analyzed using regression and analysis of variance. TD, RTV, and CS indicated biological recovery lagged 6 years behind chemical improvement; ETR and abundance showed more severe, persistent impairment in the two, highly impacted second‐order streams compared to the fourth‐order stream. Incubated leaf packs offered a preview of stream recovery in downstream sites, providing clean food (leaves) and substrate (mesh) and attracted more taxa and abundance than grab samples. In light of the worldwide distribution of coal mining often accompanied by metal hydroxide deposits into streams, we suggest restoration project managers use a variety of sampling methods, metrics, and models to evaluate remediation of physical as well as chemical impairment from mining.  相似文献

为探索流域水质对景观背景的响应,以太湖流域为研究对象,在0.5—24 km共9个尺度上运用冗余分析研究了土地利用、河网密度、降水量、地形等景观背景因子与河流水化学指标的关系。结果表明:2006—2010年太湖流域河流水质状况总体较差,但整体有逐渐改善的趋势,超标水质指标主要包括总磷(TP)、氨氮(AN)、生化需氧量(BOD)、化学需氧量(COD)和溶解氧(DO),上游地区主要表现为林区和平原水网区的差异,下游地区主要表现为河段上下游间的差异。河流水质受到多种景观背景因子的综合影响,并表现出尺度依赖性和区位差异性。AN、TP、DO在流域上游与聚落用地正相关,在下游则与耕地、河网密度正相关。COD、BOD在流域上游主要与自然湿地负相关,与人工湿地正相关,在下游则与坡度负相关,与河网密度正相关。总方差贡献率在上下游表现出一致的尺度依赖特征,均在较小(0.5—1 km)和较大(16 km)两个尺度上具有较高的解释能力。自然湿地和坡度,河网密度和耕地分别为上游、下游地区在较小和较大尺度上解释能力最高的景观因子。  相似文献

以湖北省神农架林区和兴山县境内长江三峡库区香溪河支流古夫河为研究对象,于2010年8月-2011年7月在整条河流中选取20个采样点,进行样本采集,并测定溶解氧、碱度、硬度、电导率、总磷、总氮、化学需氧量、二氧化硅、总有机碳共9项水质指标,运用多元统计方法,分析水质的时空分异特征.依据研究区土地利用类型差异,将20个采样点分成4组,即森林(A组)、耕地(B组)、水库(C组)和村镇(D组);根据该区域的水文节律,将5-10月归为湿季,其余月份为干季.判别分析和方差分析结果表明,古夫河水质具有时空显著性差异:总磷、二氧化硅、电导率、化学需氧量、总硬度和总碱度等指标具有空间显著性差异;总氮、化学需氧量、溶解氧、二氧化硅和总有机碳与季节存在显著相关性,所测9项水质指标在不同空间类别上呈现出显著的季节变化.主成分分析表明,不同空间类别上的干湿季节引起水质变化的主导因子是不同的:A组中,湿季主要体现为二氧化硅和总有机碳,干季主要体现为总磷、二氧化硅、总有机碳和化学需氧量,该组水质主要受地表径流、地质成因和风化作用等自然因素的影响;B组中,湿季主要体现为硬度和总有机碳,干季主要体现为总磷、化学需氧量、总碱度和总硬度,该组除了受自然因素的影响,还受如农业径流、未处理的生活污水排放等人为因素影响;C组中,湿季主要体现为二氧化硅、总氮和总磷,干季主要体现为总氮、总有机碳和二氧化硅,该组主要受农业径流、地表径流以及未经处理的生活污水等的影响;D组中湿季主要体现为二氧化硅、总氮和总磷,干季主要体现为碱度、硬度、总氮和总有机碳,该组主要受村镇生活污水和农业径流等的影响.结果表明,古夫河水质受自然和人为因素影响而发生变化,其中受人为因素影响更大.因此,加强水资源的管理和保护,改善水质,做好水源地的长期水质监测显得尤为重要.  相似文献

选择了重点反映农业景观生态与美学功能的生态系统功能、自然性、开阔与多样性、污染概率和整洁度等10个单一空间显性指数,基于田间调查和专家系统赋予其不同权重,构建了农业景观质量综合评价指标,并基于地理信息系统支持下的土地利用数据和利用遥感获得的植被指数,对北京市农业景观质量及其空间差异进行了评价.结果表明:北京市农业景观质量的区域差别较大,城区及小城镇边缘的农业景观质量最差,近郊外围及远郊区较好;北京市农业景观的优劣主要与地形和人为压力有关.基于空间信息技术和景观指数,在大尺度上构建的综合指标体系,对评价农业景观质量的空间差异具有重要意义.  相似文献
