The effect of temperature, light-spectrum, desiccation and salinity gradients on the photosynthesis of a Japanese subtidal brown alga, Sargassum macrocarpum (Fucales), was determined using a pulse amplitude modulation-chlorophyll fluorometer and dissolved oxygen sensors. Temperature responses of the maximum (Fv/Fm in darkness) and effective (ΔF/Fm at 50 μmol photons m−2 s−1; = ΦPSII) quantum yields during 6-day culture (4–36°C) remained high at 12–28°C, but decreased at higher temperatures. Nevertheless, ΔF/Fm also dropped at temperatures below 8°C, suggesting light sensitivity under chilling temperatures because Fv/Fm remained high. Photosynthesis–irradiance responses at 24°C under red (660 nm), green (525 nm), blue (450 nm) and white light (metal halide lamp) showed that maximum net photosynthesis under blue and white light was greater than under red and green light, indicating the sensitivity and photosynthetic availability of blue light in the subtidal light environment. In the desiccation experiment, samples under aerial exposure of up to 8 h under dim-light at 24°C and 50% humidity showed that ΔF/Fm quickly declined after more than 45 min of emersion; furthermore, ΔF/Fm also failed to recover to initial levels even after 1 day of rehydration in seawater. Under the emersion state, the ΔF/Fm remained high when the relative water content (RWC) was greater than 50%; in contrast, it quickly dropped when the RWC was less than 50%. When the RWC was reduced below 50%, ΔF/Fm did not return to initial levels, regardless of subsequent re-hydration, suggesting a low capacity of photosynthesis to recover from desiccation. The stenohaline response of photosynthesis under 3-day culture is evident, given that ΔF/Fm declined when salinity was beyond 20–40 psu. Adaptation to subtidal environments in temperate waters of Japan can be linked to these traits.  相似文献

Clostridium acetobutylicum is widely used for the microbial production of butanol in a process known as acetone–butanol–ethanol (ABE) fermentation. However, this process suffers from several disadvantages including high oxygen sensitivity of the bacterium which makes the process complicated and necessitate oxygen elimination in the culture medium. Nesterenkonia sp. strain F has attracted interests as the only known non-Clostridia microorganism with inherent capability of butanol production even in the presence of oxygen. This bacterium is not delimited by oxygen sensitivity, a challenge in butanol biosynthesis, but the butanol titer was far below Clostridia. In this study, Nesterenkonia sp. strain F was cocultivated with C. acetobutylicum to form a powerful “coculture” for butanol production thereby eliminating the need for oxygen removal before fermentation. The response surface method was used for obtaining optimal inoculation amount/time and media formulation. The highest yield, 0.31 g/g ABE (13.6 g/L butanol), was obtained by a coculture initiated with 1.5 mg/L Nesterenkonia sp. strain F and inoculated with 15 mg/L C. acetobutylicum after 1.5 hr in a medium containing 67 g/L glucose, 2.2 g/L yeast extract, 4 g/L peptone, and 1.4% (vol/vol) P2 solution. After butanol toxicity assessment, where Nesterenkonia sp. strain F showed no butanol toxicity, the coculture was implemented in a 2 L fermenter with continual aeration leading to 20 g/L ABE.  相似文献

In the present paper, we review the fossil record of the Hydrometridae (Hemiptera, Gerromorpha) and present a new species from the Early Cretaceous Crato Formation of Northeastern Brazil, Christometra paradoxa gen. et sp. nov. This species is based on a new specimen (a female), as well as a previously figured one (a male), providing a rare case of preservation of sexually dimorphic features in the fossil record. This is the third species coming from this deposit, which is Aptian-Albian in age and the oldest deposit to have yielded hydrometrids so far. Only five other Mesozoic species are known, being slightly younger in age (Cenomanian). So far, phylogenetic analyses have recovered Cretaceous hydrometrids as basal relative to Cenozoic genera but, Christometra paradoxa exhibits several advanced characteristics that unite it in a clade together with the extant genera Hydrometra and Bacillometroides, in a more derived position than any previously known fossil hydrometrid.

Objective:

To assess how intrahepatic fat and insulin resistance relate to daily fructose and energy intake during short‐term overfeeding in healthy subjects.

Design and methods:

The analysis of the data collected in several studies in which fasting hepatic glucose production (HGP), hepatic insulin sensitivity index (HISI), and intrahepatocellular lipids (IHCL) had been measured after both 6‐7 days on a weight‐maintenance diet (control, C; n = 55) and 6‐7 days of overfeeding with 1.5 (F1.5, n = 7), 3 (F3, n = 17), or 4 g fructose/kg/day (F4, n = 10), with 3 g glucose/kg/day (G3, n = 11), or with 30% excess energy as saturated fat (fat30%, n = 10).

Results:

F3, F4, G3, and fat30% all significantly increased IHCL, respectively by 113 ± 86, 102 ± 115, 59 ± 92, and 90 ± 74% as compared to C (all P < 0.05). F4 and G3 increased HGP by 16 ± 10 and 8 ± 11% (both P < 0.05), and F3 and F4 significantly decreased HISI by 20 ± 22 and 19 ± 14% (both P < 0.01). In contrast, there was no significant effect of fat30% on HGP or HISI.

Conclusions:

Short‐term overfeeding with fructose or glucose decreases hepatic insulin sensitivity and increases hepatic fat content. This indicates short‐term regulation of hepatic glucose metabolism by simple carbohydrates.  相似文献

Summary Oxygen consumption and heart rate were measured during rest and activity in the lizardsVaranus gouldii andSauromalus hispidus. Oxygen debt was calculated from postactive oxygen consumption. Standard metabolic rates of the two animals are similar butVaranus consumes much more oxygen during activity than doesSauromalus (Fig. 1–3). The latter has a constant active metabolic rate above 30 ° C and accumulates a large oxygen debt, which is repayed slowly (Fig. 4).Varanus recovers rapidly from activity (Fig. 5), presumably because of the smaller lactacid debt incurred. Heart rate increment inSauromalus is high (Fig. 8). This variable cannot be responsible for the limitation of active oxygen consumption; calculations of oxygen pulse suggest that an inability to increase A-V difference and/or stroke volume are implicated (Fig. 9).Varanus have evolved mechanisms to sustain high levels of oxygen consumption superior to those of other reptiles investigated. Two oxidases were found to be present in membranes from the facultative thermophile Bacillus coagulans grown at 55°C, compared to one in cells grown at 37°C. Cytochrome spectra and inhibitors of the respiratory chain identified them as cytochrome oxidases aa 3 and d. Both were present in membranes from 55°C grown cells, but only cytochrome oxidase aa 3 was found in membranes from 37°C grown cells. The presence of cytochrome d in 55°C grown cultures was found to be due to decreased oxygen tension and not to the high growth temperature. This was confirmed by (a) induction of cytochrome d at 37°C under conditions of oxygen limitation and (b) its repression at 55°C under conditions of high aeration and its subsequent induction on lowering the dissolved oxygen concentration in chemostat cultures. Two cytochromes b (max 558 and max 562) were present in both 37°C and 55°C grown cells. Results from the inhibition of substrate oxidation by membranes suggested different pathways of electron transport by the respiratory chain.  相似文献

Abstract

An assemblage of microfossils consisting of non-marine ostracods (Cypridopsis, Gomphocythere, Zonocypris, Eucypris, and Frambocythere), charophyte gyrogonites (Platychara), molluscs (Viviparus, Valvata, and Lymnaea), and fish remains (mainly Phareodus), is here reported from a new intertrappean locality near the town of Manawar, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, Central India. The biotic component recovered suggests a Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian) age for the intertrappean deposit near Manawar. Paleoenvironmentally, the overall biotic assemblage recovered indicates the presence of a freshwater palustrine/lacustrine depositional system connected to a low energy stream/river. Paleobiogeographically, the known high diversity of ostracod genera, especially Eucypris, Cypridopsis, and Gomphocythere, hints at endemism within the Indian Subcontinent during the Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian). However, the cosmopolitan distribution of the charophyte genus Platychara in the K-Pg interval across the globe (Africa, Europe, and America) and its absence in the Upper Cretaceous of China and Mongolia is quite intriguing.  相似文献

Sixty-one species belonging to 32 foraminiferal genera are reported from the Paleocene to Early Eocene Muthaymimah Formation at different localities in the western flank of the Northern Oman Mountains of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman. Several of the discovered species provide precise ages for the Paleocene series (Bolivinoides curtus and Neoflabellina jarvisi). A prominent conglomerate bed marks the K–T boundary between the Late Cretaceous Simsima Formation and Muthaymimah Formation in the study area. Occurrences of planktonic foraminiferal Morozovella inconstans (Subbotina, 1947) and Morozovella trinidadensis (Bolli, 1957) of Early Paleocene age (P1–P2 zones) are recorded for the first time in some locations in the study area.

1. In a combined field and laboratory study, seasonal relationships between water temperature and oxygen content, genetic structure (composition of MultiLocus Genotypes, MLGs) of a Daphnia assemblage (D. galeatahyalina hybrid species complex), and the physiological properties of clones of frequent MLGs were studied. In accordance with the oxygen‐limited thermal tolerance hypothesis, essential physiological variables of oxygen transport and supply were measured within the tolerable temperature range. 2. A few MLGs (types T1–T4) were frequent during early spring and late autumn at surface temperatures below 10 °C. Clones of T1–T4 showed a low tolerance towards higher temperatures (above 20 °C) and a high phenotypic plasticity under thermal acclimation in comparison to clones derived from frequent MLGs from later seasons, and stored high–medium quantities of carbohydrates at 12 and 18 °C. 3. Another MLG (T6) succeeded the MLGs T1–T4. T6 was frequent over most of the year at temperatures above 10 °C and below 20 °C. A clone derived from T6 exhibited a high tolerance towards warm temperatures and a more restricted phenotypic plasticity. It stored high–medium quantities of carbohydrates at 12, 18 and 24 °C and showed a high capacity for acclimatory adjustments based on haemoglobin expression. 4. During the summer period at temperatures ≥20 °C, the MLG T6 was found mainly near to the thermocline, where temperature and oxygen content were distinctly lower, and to a lesser extent in surface water. At the surface, another MLG (T19) was predominant during this period. A clone of this MLG showed a very high tolerance towards warm temperatures, minimal phenotypic plasticity, low carbohydrate stores and a high capacity for circulatory adjustments to improve oxygen transport at higher temperatures. 5. This study provides evidence for connections between the spatio‐temporal genetic heterogeneity of a Daphnia assemblage and the seasonal changes of water temperature and oxygen content. The data also suggest that not only the actual temperature but also the dynamics of temperature change may influence the genetic structure of Daphnia populations and assemblages.  相似文献

The dinoflagellate cyst record from an Upper Cretaceous (uppermost Cenomanian–upper Coniacian) Chalk core, drilled at Banterwick Barn, Berkshire, is described and statistically correlated with elemental and stable isotope bulk sediment geochemical data from the same core. Seventy-two dinocyst species and subspecies are recorded, and stable carbon and oxygen isotopic (δ13C, δ18O) trends are documented. Lithostratigraphy and chemostratigraphic correlation of the δ13C curve with an expanded section at Dover, Kent, are used to identify stratigraphically significant marls, and determine the positions of macrofossil zones and stage boundaries in the Banterwick Barn core. These data indicate that >30 m of chalk at Dover are represented by <2 m of Chalk Rock at Banterwick Barn, with much of the succession being absent due to erosion and non-deposition. First and last appearance datums (FAD, LAD), first and last common occurrences, and acmes of key Turonian–Coniacian dinocyst species are documented and compared with other records from the Anglo–Paris Basin. A new subspecies, Senoniasphaera rotundata alveolata is proposed, which has a FAD in the lower Turonian and last appears (LAD) in the lower Coniacian. Senoniasphaera rotundata rotundata [autonym, herein] has its FAD in the middle Turonian, first common occurrence in the uppermost Turonian, and LAD in the upper Coniacian. An extremely impoverished assemblage of dinocysts in the highest Cenomanian to lowest Turonian is considered to be largely a preservational artefact of intraclastic nodular and calcarenitic chalks, and is not related directly to the well-documented global oceanic anoxic event (OAE2) occurring at that time (93.5 Ma). A sharp increase in dinocyst abundance in the lower Turonian corresponds with a change in lithology to more marly chalks. A gradual decrease in the number of species is observed through the middle Turonian to upper Coniacian; δ18O records show that this was associated with global climatic cooling. Cluster analysis of the dinocyst abundance record with geochemical data indicates four distinct species groups with characteristic geochemical associations, i.e. Groups 1–4. Groups 1 and 2 are associated with phases of increased siliciclastic supply; a positive correlation with higher δ13C values differentiates the latter. Group 3 is independent of carbonate and detrital input, and Group 4 is associated with high carbonate flux and low detrital supply. These groupings suggest that cyst-forming dinoflagellates exhibited a range of ecological niches in the Late Cretaceous. Although the relationship between the encystment process and the geochemical associations is unclear, key environmental factors are likely to be sea-level and climate related, including water depth, turbidity, nutrient supply, sea-surface temperature, and environmental stability/predictability. Integrated geochemical and palynological studies have great potential for inter-regional correlation and palaeoenvironmental interpretation.  相似文献

Five new phenyl dihydroisocoumarin glycosides ( 1 – 5 ) and two known compounds ( 6 – 7 ) were identified from the butanol fraction of Scorzonera longiana. The structures of 1 – 7 were elucidated based on spectroscopic methods. Antimicrobial, antitubercular, and antifungal evaluation of compounds 1 – 7 were carried out using the microdilution method against nine microorganisms. Compound 1 was active only against Mycobacterium smegmatis (Ms) with a MIC value of 14.84 μg/mL. All tested compounds ( 1 – 7 ) were active against Ms but only compounds 3–7 were active against fungi (C. albicans, S. cerevisiae) with MIC values of 25.0–125 μg/mL. In addition, molecular docking studies were conducted against Ms DprE1 (PDB ID: 4F4Q), Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mbt) DprE1 (PDB ID: 6HEZ), and arabinosyltransferase C (EmbC, PDB ID: 7BVE) enzymes. Compounds 2 , 5 , and 7 are the most effective Ms 4F4Q inhibitors. Compound 4 was the most promising inhibitory activity on Mbt DprE with the lowest binding energy of −9,9 kcal/mol.  相似文献

Seven pairs of primers were designed to amplify 5′ promoter region, six exons and partial introns and to detect the polymorphisms of POU1F1 gene in five goat breeds with different prolificacy. The results showed that six mutations were identified in caprine POU1F1 gene including C256T in exon 3, C53T and T123G in intron 3, and G682T (A228S), T723G and C837T in exon 6. The former four mutations were novel SNPs in goat POU1F1 gene. The 53 and 123 loci were in complete linkage disequilibrium in five caprine breeds. Regarding the 256 locus, the Jining Grey goat does with genotype CT had 0.66 kids more than those with genotype CC (P < 0.05), while does with genotype GT had 0.63 (P < 0.05) kids more than those with genotype GG at the 682 locus. The present study preliminarily showed an association between allele T at the 256 and 682 loci of POU1F1 gene and high litter size in Jining Grey goats. Totally 16 haplotypes and 50 genotypes were identified at the above six loci in POU1F1 gene of five goat breeds. Three common haplotypes (hap2, hap3 and hap4) were identified in five goat breeds joined. Four specific haplotypes (hap7, hap9, hap11 and hap13) were detected in Jining Grey goats. The predominant haplotype was hap1 (35.29% and 48.25%) in both Jining Grey and Guizhou White goats, while hap4 (50%) in Boer goats, and hap2 (42.86% and 38.75%) in both Wendeng Dairy and Liaoning Cashmere goats. The most frequent genotypes at six loci in the above five goat breeds were hap1/hap2 (14.38%) and hap1/hap4 (14.38%), hap1/hap2 (38.60%), hap4/hap4 (40.91%), hap2/hap4 (26.53%), hap2/hap5 (20.00%), respectively. The Jining Grey goat does with nine genotypes analyzed of POU1F1 gene showed no obvious difference in litter size.  相似文献

The lady beetle Cryptolaemus montrouzieri Mulsant (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) is an important predator of mealybugs. The development, survivorship, longevity and reproduction of C. montrouzieri feeding on three different mealybug species [Dysmicoccus neobrevipes Beardsley, Ferrisia virgata Cockerell and Planococcus minor (Maskell)] were investigated in the laboratory at 26 ± 1°C, 75-–90% RH and 14:10 (L:D) h photoperiod. Results indicated that, when feeding on different mealybugs, no significant differences were observed between developmental periods and survivorship of C. montrouzieri (from egg to adult), but differences were recorded between the sex ratios, preovipositional periods, adult longevities and reproduction of the differently treated lady beetle populations. The highest sex ratio (0.56), the longest preovipositional period (6.6 days) and adult longevity (84.8 days for females and 93.9 days for males), and the maximum fecundity (659.0 eggs/female) of C. montrouzieri were recorded when feeding on F. virgata. Moreover, C. montrouzieri had a high net reproductive rate (313.66), intrinsic rate of increase (0.0816) and finite rate of increase (1.085) when feeding on F. virgata. Results indicated that the population growth of C. montrouzieri may increase faster when feeding on F. virgata than feeding on either of the other two mealybugs.  相似文献

A new genus and species, Espanoderus barbarae gen. et sp. nov., belonging to the family Tanyderidae (Diptera, Nematocera), is described from Lower Cretaceous amber of Spain (Álava amber). The new genus is the smallest member of Tanyderinae and the first member of the family from the Álava amber. The position of the new genus in a phylogenetic tree of Tanyderidae is presented.

The serial test dissection and sieve fraction methods for determining the pattern of size-related change in oxygen and carbon isotopic ratios are compared using four Late Cretaceous planktic foraminifer species (Racemiguembelina fructicosa, Planoglobulina acervulinoides, Planoglobulina multicamerata, and Pseudoguembelina palpebra) from a subtropical site in the North Atlantic (DSDP Hole 390A). Despite the extra labor required, we identify several clear advantages of the dissection method, including: (1) it provides a means of obtaining size-dependent changes in isotopic signatures that are unequivocally ontogenetic, whereas isotopic variation observed from sieve-separated size fractions could be ontogenetic or ecotypic; (2) the taxonomic identity of smaller sized specimens using the dissection method is unequivocal, whereas species identification is increasingly ambiguous in smaller size fractions using the sieve method; (3) it reveals a greater total range and a greater complexity in the pattern of ontogenetic change in stable isotopic values, whereas the sieve method averages the isotopic signal across the entire ontogenetic range preserved within the whole tests that are used. Our results from serial dissections demonstrate that among the species analyzed, R. fructicosa and P. acervulinoides yield relatively negative adult δ18O values, a large size-related change in δ13C values (1.32 and 2.05‰, respectively), and virtually no correlation between size-related δ13C and δ18O values. On this basis we suggest that these were photosymbiotic species that inhabited relatively shallow surface waters. Evidence for photosymbiosis is not as compelling for P. palpebra, as this species yields a 1.06‰ shift in δ13C and relatively negative δ18O values in adult chambers, but much stronger correlation between size-related δ13C and δ18O values (r2=0.40) than in R. fructicosa and P. acervulinoides. Planoglobulina multicamerata yields the most positive adult δ18O values of the species studied, a strong covariance between size-related δ13C and δ18O values (r2=0.77), and a 0.97‰ shift in δ13C composition during ontogeny. We conclude that this species lacked photosymbionts and migrated to a deeper surface water paleohabitat as it increased in size. Single specimen analyses of tightly constrained size fractions reveal a high degree of intraspecific variation. δ13C and δ18O values vary by up to 0.70 and 0.28‰ in R. fructicosa, 1.41 and 0.80‰ in P. acervulinoides, 0.66 and 0.82‰ in P. palpebra, and 0.18 and 0.33‰ in P. multicamerata, respectively. Such a range of isotopic variation has been observed in modern day planktic foraminifer assemblages, and likely results from growth of individuals during different phases of the seasonal cycle and/or the kinetic effect of intraspecific variation in shell calcification rates. As suggested by other investigators, large sample sizes should be analyzed to provide the most reliable correlation of stable isotopic stratigraphic records.  相似文献

TheLpslocus on mouse chromosome 4 controls host responsiveness to lipopolysaccharide, a major component of the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria. The C3H/HeJ inbred mouse strain is characterized by a mutantLpsallele (Lpsd) that renders it hyporesponsive to LPS and naturally tolerant of its lethal effects. To identify theLpsgene by a positional cloning strategy, we have generated a high-resolution linkage map of the chromosomal region surrounding this locus. We have analyzed a total of 1604 backcross mice from a preexisting interspecific backcross panel of 259 (Mus spretus× C57BL/6J)F1 × C57BL/6J and two novel panels of 597 (DBA/2J × C3H/HeJ)F1 × C3H/HeJ and 748 (C57BL/6J × C3H/HeJ)F1 × C3H/HeJ segregating atLps.A total of 50 DNA markers have been mapped in a 11.8-cM span overlapping theLpslocus. This positions theLpslocus within a 1.1-cM interval, flanked proximally by a large cluster of markers, including three known genes (Cd30l, Hxb,andAmbp), and distally by two microsatellite markers (D4Mit7/D4Mit178). 分别以18Sr DNA的V4区和V9区为目标基因,采用高通量测序平台和生物信息学方法,分析海水样品中微型和微微型浮游植物多样性。利用在线分析软件对V4(F/R)、V9(F/R)和C4(F/R)3对引物的敏感性、特异性进行了评估和比较,发现自行设计的引物V4(F/R)对真核藻类的扩增特异性高于V9(F/R)和C4(F/R)。高通量测序结果显示,检测样品平均获得68834条原始序列,高质量数据占99%以上,获得基因注释的序列数达94%以上。3对引物V4(F/R)、V9(F/R)、C4(F/R)鉴定的平均微型/微微型浮游植物OTUs数分别为78、42、58,引物V4(F/R)鉴定效率相对较高,同时对细小微胞藻(Micromonas pusilla)、(金牛微球藻Ostreococcus tauri)、密球藻(Pycnococcus provasolii)、抑食金球藻(Aureococcus anophagefferens)、赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiwo)等优势种检出频率高于引物V9(F/R)。相对已发表的2对引物,设计的引物V4(F/R)对海洋微型和微微型藻类多样性检测更为高效。  相似文献

Carbon isotopic abundances have been measured for more than one hundred samples of fossil plants ranging in age from middle Triassic to late Tertiary. Most of the plant fossils were identified at the specific or generic level and were selected as representing a variety of continental environments, including xeric and humid habitats. Material analysed included numerous fragments of flowers, seeds, fruits, leaves and wood, as well as a single amorphous lignite sample. The analyses performed for the plant fragments indicate relatively constant isotopic compositions during this time interval, with plant δ13C values ranging between -28 and -20%. These values are within the range for living terrestrial plants with C3, photosynthesis, although values more positive than -23% are rare in C3 plants and typically found in plants growing under environmental stress. Lower δ13C values might have been expected owing to the much higher CO2, levels of the Cretaceous atmosphere that have been inferred from marine carbonates. No fossils with values indicating C4, photosynthesis were discovered. Fossil plants from inferred mesic environments showed δ13C values ranging between -26.7 and -24.1%. Highest δ13C values in angiosperms (up to -20.1%) were measured for Late Cretaceous combretaceous flowers from Portugal. Some cheirolepidiaceous conifers from the Early Cretaceous also showed high δ13C values. Values measured for Pseudofrenelopsis varians and Glenrosa taxensis were -21.9%, and values of gymnosperm wood, probably of cheirolepidiaceous affinity, were -19.0%. These high values are in accordance with inferred ecological conditions for the fossil plants. They may suggest a tendency for C4,-like photosynthesis, although the data are equivocal. Higher values (-17.3%) clearly falling outside the C3, range were, however, obtained from a single lignite fragment of Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian) age. The nature of this plant fragment is unknown, but the result suggests that C4-like photosynthesis was present at least in some latest Cretaceous vegetation. A hadrosaurian dinosaur with well-preserved collagen-like organic matter from the same deposit showed δ13C values around-16%, which also suggests the presence of CAM or even C4 plants in the latest Cretaceous. □Carbon isotopic abundances, δ13C values, dinosaurs, plants, photosynthetic pathways, Mesozoic.  相似文献

溶氧是水环境中一个重要的环境因子,为了探讨水中的溶氧含量水平是否会对陆生植物的耐淹能力造成影响,研究了陆生植物喜旱莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)和牛鞭草(Hemarthria altissima)在遭受不同溶氧含量水体完全淹没后的生长表现、存活情况和非结构碳水化合物的变化。实验结果表明:(1)水体中的溶氧含量显著影响了处于完全水淹环境中的喜旱莲子草和牛鞭草的存活。受高溶氧水体完全水淹的喜旱莲子草和牛鞭草主茎的完好程度和存活叶的数量均显著高于遭受低溶氧水体完全水淹的喜旱莲子草和牛鞭草,喜旱莲子草和牛鞭草在高溶氧水体完全水淹后的生物量比低溶氧水体完全水淹后要高;(2)水体中的溶氧含量显著影响了处于完全水淹环境中的喜旱莲子草和牛鞭草的生长,受高溶氧水体完全水淹的喜旱莲子草主茎伸长生长和不定根生长显著强于受低溶氧水体完全水淹的喜旱莲子草,在不定根的生长上牛鞭草也具有同样的表现。(3)高溶氧水环境有利于减小被完全淹没的喜旱莲子草和牛鞭草的碳水化合物消耗,两种植物在受高溶氧完全水淹后体内具有的非结构性碳水化合物含量均比受低溶氧完全水淹后高。(4)喜旱莲子草比牛鞭草能更好地耐受完全水淹,当处于低溶氧完全水淹时表现得更为明显,本研究表明入侵物种喜旱莲子草比本地物种牛鞭草具有更强的环境适应能力和水淹耐受能力。  相似文献
