目的:研究24 h动态心电图对冠心病心律失常的临床监测价值。方法:对2014年7月至2015年7月在我院确诊的315例冠心病患者先后实施常规心电图及24 h动态心电图检测。对比两种检测方法对对冠心病的阳性检出结果,并调查患者对不同检测方式的评价情况。结果:24 h动态心电图的冠心病阳性检出率为81.90%,与常规心电图的76.51%相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。24 h动态心电图室性二、三联律,室性早搏成对,房性早搏早发,房性早搏二、三联律,房性早搏成对,以及短阵室上速的检出率均较常规心电图明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。患者对24 h动态心电图的准确性认可度高于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:24 h动态心电图对冠心病心律失常患者的监测价值较好,能够更加准确地呈现患者的心功能状态,值得推广。  相似文献

Two algorithms able to compute lineal-path distribution function L(z) and two-point correlation function, S 2 (r 1 ,r 2 ) from 2D digital images of foods were developed and validated. Particularly, “Altamura” and “White” breads as well as “Napoli” sausages were studied. Lineal-path function was modeled by considering the foods as two-phase random systems composed from polydisperse overlapping disks. Instead, two-point correlation function was modeled by using a Debye’s equation. In all cases a good agreement between experimental and theoretical trend was obtained stating the high accuracy of the algorithms in the extraction of correlation functions as well as the possibility to model breads and sausages as two-phase random systems. Also, important morphological properties such as pores distribution, pore size homogeneity and their spatial distribution, were obtained. For instance, although the estimated radius of the pores was lower for “Altamura” bread rather that for “White”, its slowest decay of L(z) highlighted that the pores showed a high dimensional inhomogeneity.  相似文献

A horizontal rotating tubular bioreactor (HRTB) is a combination of a “thin-layer bioreactor” and a “biodisc” reactor. Its interior is divided by O-ring shaped partition walls. Mixing properties of this new type of the bioreactor were investigated by using a temperature step method. The mixing simulations were done by Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg numerical integration. Adjustable parameters of the “spiral flow” model were optimised by Monte-Carlo method. In this investigation, the structured “spiral flow” model (containing four adjustable parameters) was tested in a wide range of experimental conditions. The results show that the structured “spiral flow” model is capable to describe the mixing in HRTB in the whole range of both bioreactor operational parameters (n and D).  相似文献

Spontaneous periodical changes in the action potentials of myocytes occurring upon alternating of two types of frequencies were registered under the conditions of oxygenated perfusion of an isolated rabbit atrium. Spontaneous changes of the rhythm were elicited by doubling the duration of action potential, and arrhythmia arose upon passing from one frequency to the other. The rhythmicity was interrupted by spontaneous bigeminy and other minicycles. It was shown that spontaneous bigeminy of the atrium being studied is similar to the artificial bigeminy elicited by electrical impulses. These data indicate that the atrium can be considered as a determined nonlinear system. It was assumed that, from the parameters of spontaneous arrhythmia under stable conditions, it is possible to calculate the frequency of spontaneous rhythmical action potential.  相似文献

The effect of swelling of articular cartilage, caused by the fixed charge density (FCD) of proteoglycans, has not been demonstrated on knee joint mechanics during simulated walking before. In this study, the influence of the depth-wise variation of FCD was investigated on the internal collagen fibril strains and the mechanical response of the knee joint cartilage during gait using finite element (FE) analysis. The FCD distribution of tibial cartilage was implemented from sodium (23Na) MRI into a 3-D FE-model of the knee joint (“Healthy model”). For comparison, models with decreased FCD values were created according to the decrease in FCD associated with the progression of osteoarthritis (OA) (“Early OA” and “Advanced OAmodels). In addition, a model without FCD was created (“No FCDmodel). The effect of FCD was studied with five different collagen fibril network moduli of cartilage. Using the reference fibril network moduli, the decrease in FCD from “Healthy model” to “Early OA” and “Advanced OA” models resulted in increased axial strains (by +2 and +6%) and decreased fibril strains (by −3 and −13%) throughout the stance, respectively, calculated as mean values through cartilage depth in the tibiofemoral contact regions. Correspondingly, compared to the “Healthy model”, the removal of the FCD altogether in “NoFCD model” resulted in increased mean axial strains by +16% and decreased mean fibril strains by −24%. This effect was amplified as the fibril network moduli were decreased by 80% from the reference. Then mean axial strains increased by +6, +19 and +49% and mean fibril strains decreased by −9, −20 and −32%, respectively. Our results suggest that the FCD in articular cartilage has influence on cartilage responses in the knee during walking. Furthermore, the FCD is suggested to have larger impact on cartilage function as the collagen network degenerates e.g. in OA.  相似文献

A mathematical model has been developed that simulates some of the main features of a network theory of regulation of the immune system. According to the network viewpoint, the V regions (idiotypes) on antibodies and lymphocytes are self-antigens, to which other lymphocytes of the system can respond specifically, just as they respond to foreign antigens. The resultant couplings between the lymphocytes are considered to be basic for the regulation of the system.The present mathematical model simulates the interactions between cells that recognize the antigen (“positive cells”), and “negative cells” that have receptors that specifically recognize the V regions of the positive cells. The mathematical model incorporates only the interactions that are postulated to be important in the four steady states of the theory, and includes neither the antigen nor any accessory (“A”) cells. The effects of both antigen-specific and anti-idiotypic T and B cells are included, as well as antigen-specific and anti-idiotypic T cell factors, and the two main classes of antibodies. The model is a first order autonomous ordinary differential equation in two variables. We describe a geometric technique that gives strong information on the model, without explicitly solving the ordinary differential equation. This technique proves to be powerful in permitting us to systematically scan the parameter space of the model. The detailed analysis leads to support for the idea that the model provides a rationale for the switch observed in the immune system from the production of one major class of antibody (IgM) to the other major class (IgG). The analysis also leads to a new, previously unsuspected possibility for the nature of the suppressed state within the context of the postulates of the symmetrical network theory.  相似文献

Calomyscus elburzensis and C. hotsoni are two species of the rodents family Calomyscidae which are distributed mainly in Iran. Herein, we evaluated the habitat and ecological differences of these two brush-tailed mice in order to test the credibility of a hypothesis stating that species from habitats with different climates and vegetation show greater intraspecific differentiation than those from areas with more similar climates and vegetation. This study was carried out in four rocky regions in Iran between 2013 and 2015. Totally 52 brush-tailed mice were captured from Kopet-Dag, Khaje-Morad, Ark, and Shadan and Olang during the field studies. Maximum parsimony analysis inferred from mitochondrial DNA sequences (Cytb) was used for species identification, and also comparison of mean Kimura 2-paramater distances was performed. According to the molecular studies, specimens from the first two regions were assigned to C. elburzensis and samples from Ark, and Shadan and Olang belonged to C. hotsoni. The mean distances within all examined Iranian samples of both C. elburzensis and C. hotsoni were 2.3% and 0.9%, respectively. Based on our field studies, C. elburzensis were captured either from “cold mountainous” climate zone with Juniperus excelsa as main vegetation cover or from “Mediterranean” in which Pistacia atlantica is predominant vegetation. C. hotsoni were found in “hot dry desert” and “cold semi-desert” regions both characterized by Ephedra sp. and Avena sativa vegetation cover. Dog rose seeds were the main food of C. elburzensis in Kopet-Dag, whereas brush-tailed mice in the other three regions fed mainly on Mount Atlas pistache fruits. C. elburzensis inhabited concealed rock crevices, but C. hotsoni were found living in burrows which were digged in the soft soils. Individuals of C. hotsoni showed more calm behavior as compared with C. elburzensis. Meriones persicus and Cricetulus migratorius (Rodentia) as well as Ochotona rufescence (Lagomorpha) were the most abundant small mammals encountered with C. elburzensis, while M. persicus was the most successful rodent with sympatric colonies with C. hotsoni. In conclusion, in accordance with the greater genetic distances observed in C. elburzensis populations as compared with C. hotsoni, more significant differences in the habitat structure were also found for the first species in different parts of its distribution range.  相似文献

The present study was to test the hypothesis that anti-arrhythmic properties of verapamil may be accompanied by preserving connexin43 (Cx43) protein via calcium influx inhibition. In an in vivo study, myocardial ischemic arrhythmia was induced by occlusion of the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery for 45 min in Sprague-Dawley rats. Verapamil, a calcium channel antagonist, was injected i.v. into a femoral vein prior to ischemia. Effects of verapamil on arrhythmias induced by Bay K8644 (a calcium channel agonist) were also determined. In an ex vivo study, the isolated heart underwent an initial 10 min of baseline normal perfusion and was subjected to high calcium perfusion in the absence or presence of verapamil. Cardiac arrhythmia was measured by electrocardiogram (ECG) and Cx43 protein was determined by immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Administration of verapamil prior to myocardial ischemia significantly reduced the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias and total arrhythmia scores, with the reductions in heat rate, mean arterial pressure and left ventricular systolic pressure. Verapamil also inhibited arrhythmias induced by Bay K8644 and high calcium perfusion. Effect of verapamil on ischemic arrhythmia scores was abolished by heptanol, a Cx43 protein uncoupler and Gap 26, a Cx43 channels inhibitor. Immunohistochemistry data showed that ischemia-induced redistribution and reduced immunostaining of Cx43 were prevented by verapamil. In addition, diminished expression of Cx43 protein determined by western blotting was observed following myocardial ischemia in vivo or following high calcium perfusion ex vivo and was preserved after verapamil administration. Our data suggest that verapamil may confer an anti-arrhythmic effect via calcium influx inhibition, inhibition of oxygen consumption and accompanied by preservation of Cx43 protein.  相似文献

This is the first study to investigate molecular phylogenetic relationships among all four genera of the superfamily Argonautoidea, a clade of diverse pelagic cephalopods with extraordinary characters such as ovoviviparity, dwarf males and secondary “shell” development. Phylogenetic relationships and divergence times within the superfamily were co-estimated using relaxed phylogenetic techniques. A sister-taxon relationship was recovered between Argonauta and Ocythoe and between Tremoctopus and Haliphron. The most recent common ancestor of Argonautoidea was estimated to date from the early Tertiary under the scenario that a lack of a “shell” in the ocythoid lineage is a primary characteristic. In contrast, a later Tertiary most recent common ancestor was estimated under the scenario that a “shell” was present in the early ocythoid lineage and was subsequently lost.  相似文献

The fucose-containing, sulfated polysaccharides from Ascophyllum nodosum and Fucus vesiculosus were isolated by extraction with water adjusted to pH 2. Pure fractions were carefully separated by fractional precipitation with ethanol from aqueous solutions containing magnesium or calcium chloride. Progress in the fractionation efforts and purity of the fractions isolated were established by free-boundary and cellulose acetate clectrophoresis. Ascophyllan, two “complexes”, and a galactofucan were isolated from A. nodosum. An ascophyllan-like fraction, and a “complex” were isolated from F. vesiculosus. Mild, acid hydrolysis (0.02m hydrochloric acid, 1 h, 80°) converted each of the “complexes” into an electrophoretically faster-moving and a slower-moving component. The “complex” from F. vesiculosus comprised a greater proportion of the extract than did the two “complexes” from A. nodosum. In addition, the Fucus “complex” was richer in fucose*. However, the data suggest that neither species contains a pure fucan sulfate in the native state.  相似文献

In subjects with sinus rhythm, respiration has a profound effect on heart rate variability (HRV) at high frequencies (HF). Because this HF respiratory arrhythmia is lost in atrial fibrillation (AF), it has been assumed that respiration does not influence the ventricular response. However, previous investigations have not considered the possibility that respiration might influence HRV at lower frequencies. We hypothesized that Cheyne-Stokes respiration with central sleep apnea (CSR-CSA) would entrain HRV at very low frequency (VLF) in AF by modulating atrioventricular (AV) nodal refractory period and concealed conduction. Power spectral analysis of R-wave-to-R-wave (R-R) intervals and respiration during sleep were performed in 13 subjects with AF and CSR-CSA. As anticipated, no modulation of HRV was detected at HF during regular breathing. In contrast, VLF HRV was entrained by CSR-CSA [coherence between respiration and HRV of 0.69 (SD 0.22) at VLF during CSR-CSA vs. 0.20 (SD 0.19) at HF during regular breathing, P < 0.001]. Comparison of R-R intervals during CSR-CSA demonstrated a shorter AV node refractory period during hyperpnea than apnea [minimum R-R of 684 (SD 126) vs. 735 ms (SD 147), P < 0.001] and a lesser degree of concealed conduction [scatter of 178 (SD 56) vs. 246 ms (SD 72), P = 0.001]. We conclude that CSR-CSA entrains the ventricular response to AF, even in the absence of HF respiratory arrhythmia, by inducing rhythmic oscillations in AV node refractoriness and the degree of concealed conduction that may be a function of autonomic modulation of the AV node.  相似文献

Several types of conditions allow the disconnection of homotropic and heterotropic interactions in Escherichia coli aspartate transcarbamylase. A model that includes a concerted gross conformational change corresponding to the homotropic cooperative interactions between the catalytic sites and local “site by site” effects promoted by the effectors accounts for this disconnection as well as for the other known properties of the enzyme. However, the substrate concentration influences the extent of stimulation and feedback inhibition of the catalytic activity by the effectors. This result is explained by assuming that these effectors promote a “primary effect”, which is exerted locally “site by site”, and a “secondary effect”, which is mediated by the substrate. As predicted by the model, relaxed (R) forms of the enzyme show only the primary effect. In addition 2-ThioU-aspartate transcarbamylase, a modified form of the enzyme in which the homotropic cooperative interactions between the catalytic sites are selectively abolished, shows the same heterogeneity in CTP binding sites as normal aspartate transcarbamylase.  相似文献

A mathematic definition is proposed to account for the intuitive features of what is usually meant by organization. To account for both functional and structural aspects of organization the rate at which information content of a system changes in time is examined. It can be shown that Shannon's expression for ambiguity in a channel has two different meanings according to whether one is interested in the information transmitted in the channel or in the information transmitted to the observer from a whole system in which the channel is a part of a redundant communication network. This was applied in a previous work to show that the effects of noise on the information content H of a system result in two kinds of ambiguities, “autonomy-producing” and “destructive” leading to increase and decrease in H, respectively. By making use of this observation and Shannon's definition of redundancy R, a single equation for dHdt is proposed to define organization on the basis of a kinetics of change of information content of a system under the effects of environmental noise-producing factors accumulated in time. It is shown how these factors, obviously responsible for a decrease in H, i.e. a “disorganizing” effect, can be responsible also—under certain conditions and up to a certain time or “dose” of noise—for an initial increase in H interpreted as a process of “self”-organization. The autonomy-producing ambiguity is expressed by a term of decrease in redundancy, while a second term in the equation, of decrease in maximum-non-redundant-information content expresses the destructive ambiguity. A given organization is defined at least by three parameters, which determine the main features of its characteristic function H(t). One of them is the initial information content H0 and has a structural meaning. A second parameter, with a dimension of time, has the meaning of a functional reliability, related to the overall resistance of the system to noise-producing factors. The third parameter, namely the initial redundancy R0, is both structural and functional in character, since structural redundancy is known to help insure reliability. Various conditions on these parameters lead to various kinds of organizations, with and without self-organizing properties.  相似文献

On the assumption that the “float” apparatus of Azolla arose by the “capture” and retention of separate floats developed as massulae round abortive megaspores, a model is proposed, accounting hypothetically for the separate origin of three-floated, nine-floated, fifteen-floated and twenty-four-floated species in different types of cytological behaviour during origin of the functional megaspore. It is considered irrelevant to ask whether nine-floated arose from three-floated or vice versa. Each type arose de novo and possibly more than once, out of the initial cytological situation which is constant for all species.An abnormal form of Azolla imbricata is described, which in terms of the model appears to represent a reversion to a Salvinia-like ancestral form, by loss of linked genes responsible for the Azolla “syndrome”.Anatomical and morphological studies on five modern and two Paleocene species are used to illustrate adaptation of perine as float-retaining mechanisms. A new structure, the manicula, produced from the perispore, is described in A. teschiana and A. velus.  相似文献

Plasmodium berghei infected mouse blood, and Plasmodium knowlesi infected monkey blood were processed by the French Press to prepare Antigen “A,” a parasitic fraction known to impart immunity, and Antigen “B,” a byproduct of Antigen “A” production. Normal mouse erythrocyte material was also prepared.The lipoidal material from these preparations was extracted using chloroform: methanol (1:1) and concentrated under nitrogen. This material was resuspended in chloroform and thin-layer chromatography was used to separate and identify the phospholipids therein. Antigen “A” contained sphingomyelin, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatydylinositol, and phosphatidylethanolamine. Antigen “B,” and uninfected mouse erythrocytic material, contained sphingomyelin, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and possibly phosphatidylinositol. The absence of phosphatidylserine in Antigen “A” its presence in Antigen “B,” and in normal mouse material indicates that the protective Antigen “A” is free of host erythrocytic membrane fragments.  相似文献

Dairy cattle housing is characterised by increasing herd sizes and the need for assisting technical tools to monitor the cows’ health. This study investigated the combination of logistic regression models with multivariate cumulative sum (MCUSUM) control charts in healthmonitoring of dairy cattle. Sensor information of 618 cows with 791 lactations (138 438 cow days), nine behavioural variables were included as parts of the behavioural patterns: physical activity (“neck activity”, “leg activity”, “walking duration”), resting (“lying duration”, “standing duration”, “transitions from lying to standing”) and feeding (“feeding duration”, “rumination duration”, “inactivity duration”) behaviour. For each of these behavioural patterns, a logistic regression model with the health status (sick vs not sick) as a dependent variable was designed after a variable selection (herd level) based on the herd dataset with 618 cows (618 lactations; 115 547 cow days), which included the variables of each behaviour pattern and the stage of lactation nested in the number of lactations as explanatory variables. The explanatory variables were added stepwise to the model, with the final model being selected with respect to the lowest values of Akaike’s and Bayes’ information criteria. Each model was then applied to a dataset with 173 cows (22 891 cow days) at cow level, resulting in individual daily risk probabilities for getting sick. Thus, risk probabilities of each behavioural pattern were estimated and included in the MCUSUM control charts to identify cows at risk of disease. The performance of the MCUSUM control charts was cross-validated to identify the best fitting reference value k and the threshold value h. Alerts given within 5 days prior to diagnosis were counted as detected sicknesses. The performance resulted in a block sensitivity of 70.9–81.4%, specificity of 87.9–94.2% and a false-positive rate of 5.8–12.1%. The performance was confirmed while testing the entire algorithm resulting in a mean area under the receiver operating characteristics curve of 0.89. Calculating precision and the F1-score resulted in a precision of 49.0–60.9% (training: 48.8–63.5%) and an F1-score of 61.1–65.7% in testing (training: 61.0–67.0%). The precision-recall curve (PRC) was derived from precision and recall with an area under the PRC of 0.70 in training and testing. In summary, the present study was able to develop an algorithm showing good classification potential for the online monitoring of sickness behaviour.  相似文献

The presence of adenosine receptors coupled to adenylate cyclase in cultured cardiocytes from atria and ventricles from neonatal rats is demonstrated in these studies. N-Ethylcarboxamideadenosine (NECA), l-N6-phenylisopropyladenosine (PIA), and 2-chloroadenosine (2-cl-Ado) stimulated adenylate cyclase in a concentration-dependent manner in both cultured atrial and ventricular cells. The order of potency of stimulation was NECA > PIA > 2-cl-Ado. The stimulation of adenylate cyclase by NECA was enhanced by guanine nucleotides and was blocked by 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine in both these cells. Other agonists such as epinephrine, norepinephrine, dopamine, F?, and forskolin were also able to stimulate adenylate cyclase, although the extent of stimulation by these agents was higher in ventricular than in atrial cells. The stimulation of adenylate cyclase by epinephrine and norepinephrine was inhibited by propranolol but not by phentolamine. On the other hand, phentolamine, propranolol, and haloperidol inhibited dopamine-stimulated adenylate cyclase activity to the same extent. Forskolin, at its maximal concentration, potentiated the stimulatory effect of epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine on adenylate cyclase in both atrial and ventricular cardiocytes, but the interaction of NECA with epinephrine, norepinephrine, or dopamine was different in atrial and ventricular cells. The stimulation by an optimal concentration of NECA was additive with maximal stimulation by the catecholamines in atrial cells but not in ventricular cells. The data suggest the existence of adenosine “Ra” and catecholamine receptors in cultured atrial and ventricular cardiocytes. It can be postulated that adenosine in addition to its role as a potent vasodilator might regulate cardiac performance through its interaction with “Ra” receptors associated with adenylate cyclase. The difference in the mode of interaction of adenosine with catecholamines in atrial and ventricular cells suggests that the mechanism by which these agents activate adenylate cyclase may be different in these cells.  相似文献

A new species invading a new area may cause a decrease in diversity of the community already present there. Comparison of temporal changes in species diversity of the “new” community (including alien species) with those of the “original” community (including only native species) may clarify our understanding of the effect of alien species. Using a simulation-based modelling approach we considered several scenarios describing the invasion of native communities by alien species and calculated the trends in Shannon-Wiener indices and in the numbers of species of the “original” and “new” communities during the course of the invasion. We found that despite a large increase in the population size of the invasive alien species the diversity of the original community may be little affected. Native species numbers may stay relatively constant for a long time and then suddenly collapse. The results indicate some possibly still concealed consequences of the spread of the invasive ladybird Harmonia axyridis (Pallas).  相似文献
