We sought toexamine further the potential role of nitric oxide (NO) in the neurallymediated cutaneous vasodilation in nonacral skin during body heating inhumans. Six subjects were heated with a water-perfused suit whilecutaneous blood flow was measured by using laser-Doppler flowmetersplaced on both forearms. The NO synthase inhibitorNG-monomethyl-L-arginine(L-NMMA) was given selectivelyto one forearm via a brachial artery catheter after marked cutaneousvasodilation had been established. During body heating, oraltemperature increased by 1.1 ± 0.1°C while heart rate increasedby 30 ± 6 beats/min. Mean arterial pressure stayed constant at 84 ± 2 mmHg. In the experimental forearm, cutaneous vascularconductance (CVC; laser-Doppler) decreased to 86 ± 5% of the peakresponse to heating (P < 0.05 vs.pre-L-NMMA values) afterL-NMMA infusion. In somesubjects, L-NMMA caused CVC tofall by ~30%; in others, it had little impact on the cutaneouscirculation. CVC in the control arm showed a similar increase withheating, then stayed constant whileL-NMMA was given to thecontralateral side. These results demonstrate that NO contributesmodestly, but not consistently, to cutaneous vasodilation during bodyheating in humans. They also indicate that NO is not the only factorresponsible for the dilation.

Thermoregulatory cutaneous vasodilation is diminished in the elderly. The goal of this study was to test the hypothesis that a reduction in nitric oxide (NO)-dependent mechanisms contributes to the attenuated reflex cutaneous vasodilation in older subjects. Seven young (23 +/- 2 yr) and seven older (71 +/- 6 yr) men were instrumented with two microdialysis fibers in the forearm skin. One site served as control (Ringer infusion), and the second site was perfused with 10 mM N(G)-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester to inhibit NO synthase (NOS) throughout the protocol. Water-perfused suits were used to raise core temperature 1.0 degrees C. Red blood cell (RBC) flux was measured with laser-Doppler flowmetry over each microdialysis fiber. Cutaneous vascular conductance (CVC) was calculated as RBC flux per mean arterial pressure, with values expressed as a percentage of maximal vasodilation (infusion of 28 mM sodium nitroprusside). NOS inhibition reduced CVC from 75 +/- 6% maximal CVC (CVC(max)) to 53 +/- 3% CVC(max) in the young subjects and from 64 +/- 5% CVC(max) to 29 +/- 2% CVC(max) in the older subjects with a 1.0 degrees C rise in core temperature. Thus the relative NO-dependent portion of cutaneous active vasodilation (AVD) accounted for approximately 23% of vasodilation in the young subjects and 60% of the vasodilation in the older subjects at this level of hyperthermia (P < 0.001). In summary, NO-mediated pathways contributed more to the total vasodilatory response of the older subjects at high core temperatures. This suggests that attenuated cutaneous vasodilation with age may be due to a reduction in, or decreased vascular responsiveness to, the unknown neurotransmitter(s) mediating AVD.  相似文献

Cutaneous vasodilation is reduced in healthy older vs. young subjects; however, the mechanisms that underlie these age-related changes are unclear. Our goal in the present study was to determine the role of nitric oxide (NO) and the axon reflexes in the skin blood flow (SkBF) response to local heating with advanced age. We placed two microdialysis fibers in the forearm skin of 10 young (Y; 22 +/- 2 yr) and 10 older (O; 77 +/- 5 yr) men and women. SkBF over each site was measured by laser-Doppler flowmetry (LDF; Moor DRT4). Both sites were heated to 42 degrees C for ~60 min while 10 mM N(G)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) was infused throughout the protocol to inhibit NO synthase (NOS) in one site and 10 mM L-NAME was infused after 40 min of local heating in the second site. Data were expressed as a percentage of maximal vasodilation (%CVC(max); 28 mM nitroprusside infusion). Local heating before L-NAME infusion resulted in a significantly reduced initial peak (Y: 61 +/- 2%CVC(max) vs. O: 46 +/- 4%CVC(max)) and plateau (Y: 93 +/- 2%CVC(max) vs. O: 82 +/- 5%CVC(max)) CVC values in older subjects (P < 0.05). When NOS was inhibited after 40 min of heating, CVC declined to the same value in the young and older groups. Thus the overall contribution of NO to the plateau phase of the SkBF response to local heating was less in the older subjects. The initial peak response was significantly lower in the older subjects in both microdialysis sites (Y: 52 +/- 4%CVC(max) vs. O: 38 +/- 5%CVCmax; P < 0.05). These data suggest that age-related changes in both axon reflex-mediated and NO-mediated vasodilation contribute to attenuated cutaneous vasodilator responses in the elderly.  相似文献

The enzyme responsible for the synthesis of endothelium-derived relaxing factor and/or nitric oxide in the endothelium has been described as a particulate enzyme, whereas other isoforms of nitric oxide synthase are soluble enzymes. Here we are reporting that endothelial cells metabolically incorporate myristate (C14), but not palmitate (C16), into nitric oxide synthase. We are postulating that the endothelial-derived nitric oxide synthase is a particulate enzyme because of the fatty acid acylation of the protein which 'anchors' the enzyme into the membrane either directly or via another membrane-bound protein.  相似文献

Acetylcholine (ACh) can effect vasodilation by several mechanisms, including activation of endothelial nitric oxide (NO) synthase and prostaglandin (PG) production. In human skin, exogenous ACh increases both skin blood flow (SkBF) and bioavailable NO levels, but the relative increase is much greater in SkBF than NO. This led us to speculate ACh may dilate cutaneous blood vessels through PGs, as well as NO. To test this hypothesis, we performed a study in 11 healthy people. We measured SkBF by laser-Doppler flowmetry (LDF) at four skin sites instrumented for intradermal microdialysis. One site was treated with ketorolac (Keto), a nonselective cyclooxygenase antagonist. A second site was treated with NG-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) to inhibit NO synthase. A third site was treated with a combination of Keto and L-NAME. The fourth site was an untreated control site. After the three treated sites received the different inhibiting agents, ACh was administered to all four sites by intradermal microdialysis. Finally, sodium nitroprusside (SNP) was administered to all four sites. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) was monitored by Finapres, and cutaneous vascular conductance (CVC) was calculated (CVC = LDF/MAP). For data analysis, CVC values for each site were normalized to their respective maxima as effected by SNP. The results showed that both Keto and L-NAME each attenuated the vasodilation induced by exogenous ACh (ACh control = 79 +/- 4% maximal CVC, Keto = 55 +/- 7% maximal CVC, L-NAME = 46 +/- 6% maximal CVC; P < 0.05, ACh vs. Keto or L-NAME). The combination of the two agents produced an even greater attenuation of ACh-induced vasodilation (31 +/- 5% maximal CVC; P < 0.05 vs. all other sites). We conclude that a portion of the vasodilation effected by exogenous ACh in skin is due to NO; however, a significant portion is also mediated by PGs.  相似文献

Cutaneous leishmaniasis (CL) is an infectious disease caused by Leishmania parasite. The expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and generation of nitric oxide in response to IFN-γ and TNF-α is important in control of infection. The aim of the study was to determine the expression of iNOS in the lesions of Leishmania tropica, and whether there was a correlation between the level of expression and the duration of the disease. Punch biopsy was performed from patients (n = 29) and iNOS immunohistochemical staining was applied. Expression of iNOS protein was detected 82.8% of patients. There was a strong expression with the duration of the disease less than 6 months (p < 0.002). These findings demonstrate that iNOS has a role in L. tropica especially during the early stages of the infection. (Mol Cell Biochem xxx: 147–149, 2005)  相似文献

Nitric oxide (NO) participates in locally mediated vasodilation induced by increased local skin temperature (T(loc)) and in sympathetically mediated vasodilation during whole body heat stress. We hypothesized that endothelial NOS (eNOS) participates in the former, but not the latter, response. We tested this hypothesis by examining the effects of the eNOS antagonist N(G)-amino-l-arginine (l-NAA) on skin blood flow (SkBF) responses to increased T(loc) and whole body heat stress. Microdialysis probes were inserted into forearm skin for drug delivery. One microdialysis site was perfused with l-NAA in Ringer solution and a second site with Ringer solution alone. SkBF [laser-Doppler flowmetry (LDF)] and blood pressure [mean arterial pressure (MAP)] were monitored, and cutaneous vascular conductance (CVC) was calculated (CVC = LDF / MAP). In protocol 1, T(loc) was controlled with LDF/local heating units. T(loc) initially was held at 34 degrees C and then increased to 41.5 degrees C. In protocol 2, after a normothermic period, whole body heat stress was induced (water-perfused suits). At the end of both protocols, 58 mM sodium nitroprusside was perfused at both microdialysis sites to cause maximal vasodilation for data normalization. In protocol 1, CVC at 34 degrees C T(loc) did not differ between l-NAA-treated and untreated sites (P > 0.05). Local skin warming to 41.5 degrees C T(loc) increased CVC at both sites. This response was attenuated at l-NAA-treated sites (P < 0.05). In protocol 2, during normothermia, CVC did not differ between l-NAA-treated and untreated sites (P > 0.05). During heat stress, CVC rose to similar levels at l-NAA-treated and untreated sites (P > 0.05). We conclude that eNOS is predominantly responsible for NO generation in skin during responses to increased T(loc), but not during reflex responses to whole body heat stress.  相似文献

Aging is the sum of the deleterious changes that occur as time goes by. It is the main risk factor for the development of cardiovascular disease, and aging of the vasculature is the event that most often impacts on the health of elderly people. The “free-radical theory of aging” was proposed to explain aging as a consequence of the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). However, recent findings contradict this theory, and it now seems that mechanisms mediating longevity act through induction of oxidative stress. In fact, calorie restriction ? a powerful way of delaying aging ? increases ROS accumulation due to stimulation of the basal metabolic rate; moreover, reports show that antioxidant therapy is detrimental to healthy aging. We also now know that genetic manipulation of the insulin-like-growth-factor-1/insulin signal (IIS) has a profound impact on the rate of aging and that the IIS is modulated by calorie restriction and physical exercise. The IIS regulates activation of nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), the activity of which is essential to improving lifespan through calorie restriction, as demonstrated by experiments on eNOS knockout mice. Indeed, eNOS has a key role in maintaining vascular integrity during aging by activating vasorelaxation and allowing migration and angiogenesis. In this review, we will overview current literature on these topics and we will try to convince the reader of the importance of vascular integrity and nitric oxide production in determining healthy aging.  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the developmental expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) during stem cell differentiation into endothelial cells and to examine the functional status of the newly differentiated endothelial cells. Mouse adult multipotent progenitor cells (MAPCs) were used as the source of stem cells and were induced to differentiate into endothelial cells with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum-free medium. Expression of eNOS in the cells during differentiation was evaluated with real-time PCR, nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity, and Western blot analysis. It was found that eNOS, but no other NOS, was present in undifferentiated MAPCs. eNOS expression disappeared in the cells immediately after induction of differentiation. However, eNOS expression reoccurred at day 7 during differentiation. Increasing eNOS mRNA, protein content, and activity were observed in the cells at days 14 and 21 during differentiation. The differentiated endothelial cells formed dense capillary networks on growth factor-reduced Matrigel. VEGF-stimulated phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK)-1 and ERK-2 occurred in these cells, which was inhibited by NOS inhibitor N(G)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester. In conclusion, these data demonstrate that eNOS is present in MAPCs and is dynamically expressed during the differentiation of MAPCs into endothelial cells in vitro.  相似文献

eNOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase) contains a MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase)-binding site associated with a major eNOS control element. Purified ERK (extracellular-signal-regulated kinase) phosphorylates eNOS with a stoichiometry of 2–3 phosphates per eNOS monomer. Phosphorylation decreases NO synthesis and cytochrome c reductase activity. Three sites of phosphorylation were detected by MS. All sites matched the SP and TP MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase) phosphorylation motif. Ser602 lies at the N-terminal edge of the 42-residue eNOS AI (autoinhibitory) element. The pentabasic MAPK-binding site lies at the opposite end of the AI, and other critical regulatory features are between them. Thr46 and Ser58 are located in a flexible region associated with the N terminus of the oxygenase domain. In contrast with PKC (protein kinase C), phosphorylation by ERK did not significantly interfere with CaM (calmodulin) binding as analysed by optical biosensing. Instead, ERK phosphorylation favours a state in which FMN and FAD are in close association and prevents conformational changes that expose reduced FMN to acceptors. The close associations between control sites in a few regions of the molecule suggest that control of signal generation is modulated by multiple inputs interacting directly on the surface of eNOS via overlapping binding domains and tightly grouped targets.  相似文献

To investigate the role of nitric oxide during vaccinia virus (VV) infection of mice, a recombinant VV encoding the inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene (VV-HA-iNOS) was constructed. Following infection of immunocompromised or immunocompetent mice, the virus was highly attenuated compared with a control recombinant VV. Athymic and sublethally irradiated mice survived infection with 10(7) PFU of VV-HA-iNOS, a dose that resulted in uniform mortality in mice infected with the control recombinant VV. Attenuated virus growth was evident as early as 24 h following infection, suggesting that NO had direct antiviral activity. We have previously shown that treatment of mice with the inhibitor of NO production N(G)-methyl-L-arginine did not influence the course of VV infection in mice. The present study has indicated that NO can potentially exert an antiviral effect during murine VV infection. We propose that during VV infection, nitric oxide production contributes to the control of virus growth, but that in its absence, other antiviral mechanisms are sufficient to mediate fully effective virus clearance.  相似文献

Nitric oxide (NO) is generated by NO synthase (NOS) of which there are three isoforms: neuronal NOS (nNOS, nos1), inducible NOS (iNOS, nos2), and endothelial NOS (eNOS, nos3). This study utilised the genome of Xenopus tropicalis to sequence a nos3 cDNA and determine if eNOS protein is expressed in blood vessels. A nos3 cDNA was sequenced that encoded a 1177 amino acid protein called XteNOS, which showed closest sequence identity to mammalian eNOS protein. The X. tropicalis nos3 gene and eNOS protein were determined to be an orthologue of mammalian nos3 and eNOS using gene synteny and phylogenetic analyses, respectively. In X. tropicalis, nos3 mRNA expression was highest in lung and skeletal muscle and lower in the liver, gut, kidney, heart and brain. Western analysis of kidney protein using an affinity-purified anti-XteNOS produced a single band at 140kDa. Immunohistochemistry showed XteNOS immunoreactivity in the proximal tubule of the kidney and endocardium of the heart, but not in the endothelium of blood vessels. Thus, X. tropicalis has a nos3 gene that appears not to be expressed in the vascular endothelium.  相似文献

Nitric oxide has been shown to be beneficial for gastric ulcer healing. We determined the relative effects of endothelial and inducible nitric oxide synthases on gastric ulcer healing in rats. Ulcers were induced by serosal application of acetic acid. Ulcer severity, angiogenesis, and nitric oxide synthase expression were assessed 3-10 days later. The effects of inhibitors of nitric oxide synthase were also examined. Inducible nitric oxide synthase mRNA was only detected in ulcerated tissue (maximal at day 3), whereas the endothelial isoform mRNA was detected in normal tissue and increased during ulcer healing. Inducible nitric oxide synthase was expressed in inflammatory cells in the ulcer bed, whereas endothelial nitric oxide synthase was found in the vascular endothelium and in some mucosal cells in both normal and ulcerated tissues. Angiogenesis changed in parallel with endothelial nitric oxide synthase expression. N(6)-(iminoethyl)-L-lysine did not affect angiogenesis or ulcer healing, while N(G)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester significantly reduced both. In conclusion, endothelial nitric oxide synthase, but not the inducible isoform, plays a significant role in gastric ulcer healing.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: Acute administration of estrogen results in vasodilation and increased nitric oxide (NO) production. We examined the hypothesis that this is due to activation of Akt/PKB which subsequently increases eNOS activity. METHODS AND RESULTS: Treatment of bovine microvascular and human umbilical endothelial cells (HUVEC) with 17-beta-estradiol (E2) (10(-9) to 10(-5)M) increased phosphorylation of Akt within 1 min and this was followed by phosphorylation of eNOS. These effects were blocked by wortmannin, a PI(3)K inhibitor and the upstream activator of Akt. The estrogen receptor antagonist, ICI 182,780, inhibited eNOS phosphorylation. E2 increased calcium dependent NOS activity and nitrite production and this was inhibited by wortmannin and ICI 182,780. E2 increased the vasodilatory response of aortic rings to acetylcholine and wortmannin blocked the effect. E2 (10(-9)M) dilated cerebral microvascular vessels under conditions of no flow, constant flow and increasing flow and this was blocked by wortmannin. Tamoxifen, a partial estrogen receptor antagonist, also dilated the microvessels. CONCLUSIONS:: E2 increases NO production through an Akt/PKB dependent pathway. This is associated with increased sensitivity to endothelial dependent dilation. In cerebral microvessels, E2 and tamoxifen produce significant dilation at low concentrations with and without acetylcholine induced stimulation of endothelial vasodilation.  相似文献

Nitric oxide and cutaneous active vasodilation during heat stress in humans   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
Whether nitric oxide (NO) is involved incutaneous active vasodilation during hyperthermia in humans is unclear. We tested for a role of NO in this process during heat stress(water-perfused suits) in seven healthy subjects. Two forearm siteswere instrumented with intradermal microdialysis probes. One site wasperfused with the NO synthase inhibitorNG-nitro-L-argininemethyl ester (L-NAME)dissolved in Ringer solution to abolish NO production. The other sitewas perfused with Ringer solution only. At those sites, skin blood flow(laser-Doppler flowmetry) and sweat rate were simultaneously andcontinuously monitored. Cutaneous vascular conductance, calculated fromlaser-Doppler flowmetry and mean arterial pressure, was normalized tomaximal levels as achieved by perfusion with the NO donor nitroprusside through the microdialysis probes. Under normothermic conditions, L-NAME did not significantlyreduce cutaneous vascular conductance. During hyperthermia, with skintemperature held at 38-38.5°C, internal temperature rose from36.66 ± 0.10 to 37.34 ± 0.06°C (P < 0.01). Cutaneous vascularconductance at untreated sites increased from 12 ± 2 to 44 ± 5% of maximum, but only rose from 13 ± 2 to 30 ± 5% ofmaximum at L-NAME-treated sites(P < 0.05 between sites) during heatstress. L-NAME had no effect onsweat rate (P > 0.05). Thuscutaneous active vasodilation requires functional NO synthase toachieve full expression.

We examined the effect of polymorphisms in the endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene on the risk for essential hypertension in a Han Chinese population through a meta-analysis of data from 15 studies. Associations between increased risk for essential hypertension and 4b/a were obtained in a dominant model and allele contrast (aa + ab vs bb: odds ratio (OR)(FE) = 1.26, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 1.10-1.44; a vs b allele: OR(FE) = 1.23, 95%CI: 1.09-1.40). Four studies with sample sizes over 500 produced similar results. No evidence of publication bias was found. Also, no significant heterogeneity was observed among these studies. When we examined the G894T polymorphism, we found a marginally significant association for allele contrast and the recessive model when all the eligible studies were pooled together. However, there was no evidence for a significant association after the exclusion of two studies deviating from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in the control group. Heterogeneity among studies was observed. Results of cumulative and recursive cumulative meta-analysis indicated that more studies are needed to objectively determine the effects of these two polymorphisms.  相似文献

Cutaneous vasoconstriction (VC), a critical thermoregulatory response to cold, is generally impaired with aging. However, the effects of aging on local cooling-induced VC and its underlying mechanisms are poorly understood. We tested whether aged skin exhibits attenuated localized cold-induced VC and whether Rho kinase-mediated cold-induced VC is augmented with age. Skin blood flow was monitored with laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) on seven young and seven older subjects. Cutaneous vascular conductance (CVC; LDF/mean arterial pressure) was expressed as percentage change from baseline (%DeltaCVC(base)). In protocol 1, two forearm skin sites were cooled to six temperatures (31.5-19 degrees C) for 10 min each or two temperatures (29 degrees C, 24 degrees C) for 30 min each, with no age differences in the magnitude of VC. In protocol 2, three forearm skin sites were instrumented for intradermal microdialysis and cooled to 24 degrees C for 40 min. During minutes 1-5, there was no age difference in CVC responses at control sites (young: -45 +/- 6% vs. older: -46 +/- 3%, P > 0.9). Adrenoceptor antagonism (yohimbine + propranolol) abolished VC in young (to +15 +/- 13%, P < 0.05) but only partially inhibited VC in older subjects (to -23 +/- 6%, P < 0.05). Rho kinase inhibition plus adrenoceptor antagonism (yohimbine + propranolol + fasudil) abolished VC in both groups. During minutes 35-40, there was no age difference in control (young: -77 +/- 4% vs. older: -70 +/- 2%, P > 0.3) or adrenoceptor-antagonized responses (young: -61 +/- 3% vs. older: -55 +/- 2%, P > 0.3); however, Rho kinase inhibition plus adrenoceptor antagonism blocked more VC in older compared with young subjects (-19 +/- 11% vs. -35 +/- 3%, P < 0.05). Although its magnitude remains unaffected, cold-induced VC becomes less dependent on adrenergic and more dependent on Rho kinase signaling with advancing age.  相似文献

The mechanisms underlying the skin blood flow (SkBF) response to local heating are complex and poorly understood. Our goal was to examine the role of axon reflexes and nitric oxide (NO) in the SkBF response to a local heating protocol. We performed 40 experiments following a standardized heating protocol with different interventions, including blockade of the axon reflex (EMLA cream), antebrachial nerve blockade (0.5% bupivacaine injection), and NO synthase (NOS) inhibition (> or =10 mM N(G)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester; microdialysis). Appropriate controls were performed to verify the efficacy of the various blocks. Values are expressed as a percentage of maximal SkBF (SkBF(max); 50 mM sodium nitroprusside). At the initiation of local heating, SkBF rose to an initial peak, followed by a brief nadir, and a secondary, progressive rise to a plateau. Axon reflex block decreased the initial peak from 75+3 to 32 +/- 2% SkBF(max) (P < 0.01 vs. control) but did not affect the plateau. NOS inhibition before and throughout local heating reduced the initial peak from 75 +/- 3 to 56 +/- 3% SkBF(max) (P < 0.01) and the plateau from 87 +/- 4 to 40 +/- 5%. NOS inhibition during axon reflex block did not further reduce the initial SkBF peak compared with axon reflex block alone. Antebrachial nerve block did not affect the local heating SkBF response. The primary finding of these studies is that there are at least two independent mechanisms contributing to the rise in SkBF during nonpainful local heating: a fast-responding vasodilator system mediated by the axon reflexes and a more slowly responding vasodilator system that relies on local production of NO.  相似文献

Cephalic elevations in arterial pressure associated with microgravity and prolonged bed rest alter cerebrovascular autoregulation in humans. Using the head-down tail-suspended (HDT) rat to chronically induce headward fluid shifts and elevate cerebral artery pressure, previous work has likewise shown cerebral perfusion to be diminished. The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that 2 wk of HDT reduces cerebral artery vasodilation. To test this hypothesis, dose-response relations for endothelium-dependent (2-methylthioadenosine triphosphate and bradykinin) and endothelium-independent (nitroprusside) vasodilation were determined in vitro in middle cerebral arteries (MCAs) from HDT and control rats. All in vitro measurements were done in the presence and absence of the nitric oxide synthase inhibitor N(G)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (10(-5) M) and cyclooxygenase inhibitor indomethacin (10(-5) M). MCA caveolin-1 protein content was measured by immunoblot analysis. Endothelium-dependent vasodilation to 2-methylthioadenosine triphosphate and bradykinin were both lower in MCAs from HDT rats. These lower vasodilator responses were abolished with N(G)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester but were unaffected by indomethacin. In addition, HDT was associated with lower levels of MCA caveolin-1 protein. Endothelium-independent vasodilation was not altered by HDT. These results indicate that chronic cephalic fluid shifts diminish endothelium-dependent vasodilation through alterations in the endothelial nitric oxide synthase signaling mechanism. Such decrements in endothelium-dependent vasodilation of cerebral arteries could contribute to the elevations in cerebral vascular resistance and reductions in cerebral perfusion that occur after conditions of simulated microgravity in HDT rats.  相似文献
