The effects of carbohydrate sources/complexity and rearing temperature on hepatic glucokinase (GK) and glucose-6-phosphatase (G6Pase) activities and gene expression were studied in gilthead sea bream juveniles. Two isonitrogenous (50% crude protein) and isolipidic (19% crude lipids) diets were formulated to contain 20% waxy maize starch or 20% glucose. Triplicate groups of fish (63.5 g initial body weight) were fed each diet to near satiation during four weeks at 18 degrees C or 25 degrees C. Growth, feed intake, feed efficiency and protein efficiency ratio, were higher at the higher water temperature. At each water temperatures fish growth and feed efficiency were higher with the glucose diet. Plasma glucose levels were not influenced by water temperature but were higher in fish fed the glucose diet. Hepatosomatic index and liver glycogen were higher at the lower water temperature and within each water temperature in fish fed the glucose diet. No effect of water temperature on enzymes activities was observed, except for hexokinase and GK which were higher at 25 degrees C. Hepatic hexokinase and pyruvate kinase activities were not influenced by diet composition, whereas glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity was higher in fish fed the glucose diet. Higher GK activity was observed in fish fed the glucose diet. GK gene expression was higher at 25 degrees C in fish fed the waxy maize starch diet while in fish fed the glucose diet, no temperature effect on GK gene expression was observed. Hepatic G6Pase activities and gene expression were neither influenced by dietary carbohydrates nor water temperature. Overall, our data suggest that in gilthead sea bream juveniles hepatocytes dietary carbohydrate source and temperature affect more intensively GK, the enzyme responsible for the first step of glucose uptake, than G6Pase the enzyme involved in the last step of glucose hepatic release.  相似文献

1. Plasma levels of insulin, glucagon, and glucagon-like peptide (Glp) were all reduced by starvation of salmon and cod. In the salmon the drop in Glp was larger than in insulin and glucagon. 2. After starvation the activity of hexokinase (EC 2.7.1.1) was increased in salmon liver, but decreased in cod liver. The salmon hepatic hexokinase activity was inversely correlated with the Glp/insulin ratio. 3. Activities of hepatic glycogen phosphorylase (EC 2.4.1.1) and phosphofructokinase (EC 2.7.1.11) were increased in starved as compared to fed salmon. In cod, starvation resulted in decreased or unchanged activity of phosphorylase. This discrepancy may be related to different degrees of environmental and handling stress. 4. Intraperitoneal injection of human insulin in salmon gave increased hepatic phosphorylase and hexokinase activities and reduced plasma levels of glucagon, Glp and endogenous fish insulin at sampling after 30 hr. 5. No differences in hepatic hexokinase activities or plasma hormone levels were observed between cod fed low and high carbohydrate diets. Apparently, regulation of glucose phosphorylation by dietary carbohydrate does not occur.  相似文献

The presence of a high-Km hexokinase activity was tested in both dog and boar spermatozoa. Hexokinase kinetics from dog extracts showed the presence of a specific activity (dog-sperm glucokinase-like protein, DSGLP), in the range of glucose concentrations of 4–10 mM, whereas boar sperm did not show any DSGLP activity. Furthermore, dog-sperm cells, but not those of boar, showed the presence of a protein which specifically reacted against a rat-liver anti-glucokinase antibody. This protein also had a molecular weight equal to that observed in rat-liver extracts, suggesting a close similarity between both the proteins. This glucokinase-like protein was distributed in the peri- and post-acrosomal zones of the head, and the midpiece and principal piece of tail of dog spermatozoa. These results indicate that dog spermatozoa have functional high-Km hexokinase activity, which could contribute to a very fine regulation of their hexose metabolism. This strict regulation could ultimately be very important in optimizing dog-sperm function along its life-time.  相似文献

The response of the common carp to diets with varying amounts of digestible starch, provided either as pea meal (LP, HP, 30 and 46% peas, respectively) or as cereal (LW, HW, 30 and 46% wheat, respectively), was studied and compared with the response to a carbohydrate-free protein-rich diet (CF). Here we focused on the utilisation of dietary carbohydrates by examining the relationship between dietary starch intake, hepatic hexokinase activities, circulating insulin and muscle insulin receptor system. Plasma glucose concentration and hepatic high Km hexokinase (glucokinase, GK) activity were not affected by the content of digestible starch, but 6 h after feeding enzyme activity was higher in the fish fed carbohydrate diets. Similarly, low Km hexokinase (HK) activity was also higher in the fish 24 h after feeding. Fat gain and protein retention were significantly improved by increased digestible starch intake, especially in the HP group, which in turn, presented the highest plasma insulin levels. Glycogen stores were moderately increased by the ingestion of digestible starch. The number of insulin receptors was greater in the CF group than in fish on carbohydrates, except the HP group. Our results confirmed that the common carp uses dietary carbohydrates efficiently, especially when there are provided by peas. This efficiency might be related to the enhanced response of postprandial insulin observed in the HP group.  相似文献

Conflicting data have been reported concerning the anomeric specificity of glucokinase. In the present study, liver hexokinase (Km for D-glucose 0.4 mM) displayed a higher affinity for but lower Vmax. with alpha- than with beta-D-glucose. The velocity of the reaction catalysed by liver glucokinase was higher with with beta- than with alpha-D-glucose, whatever the glucose concentration. The apparent Km of glucokinase was somewhat lower, however, with alpha- than with beta-D-glucose. Comparable results were obtained for the high-Km glucokinase-like enzymic activity present in normal pancreatic islets or insulin-producing tumoral cells. These results suggest that the anomeric specificity of glucokinase cannot account for the higher rate of glycolysis found in islets exposed to alpha- as distinct from beta-D-glucose.  相似文献

Hexokinase activity was found in both soluble (cytosolic) and particulate subcellular fractions prepared from rat pancreatic islet homogenates. The bound enzyme was associated with mitochondria rather than secretory granules. Relative to the total hexokinase activity, the amount of bound enzyme was higher in islet homogenates prepared at pH 6.0 (72 +/- 7%) than in islets homogenized at pH 7.4 (38 +/- 1%). The affinity of hexokinase for equilibrated D-glucose was not different in the cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions. In both fractions, hexokinase displayed a greater affinity for alpha- than beta-D-glucose, but a higher maximal velocity with the beta- than alpha-anomer. Glucose 6-phosphate inhibited to a greater extent cytosolic than mitochondrial hexokinase. A high Km glucokinase-like enzymic activity was also present in both subcellular fractions. It is proposed that the ambiguity of hexokinase plays a propitious role in the glucose-sensing function of pancreatic islet cells.  相似文献

Mitochondrially bound hexokinase (ATP-D-hexose-6-phosphotransferase; EC 2.7.1.1) was dissociatively extracted from normal rat brains and intracerebral and subcutaneous implants of the 36B-10 glioma. At least 70% of the total hexokinase enzyme activity in normal and glioma tissue was associated with the mitochondrial fraction. Purification of the crude tissue extracts by ion-exchange and affinity chromatography followed by analysis with sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis revealed a successive purification of the enzyme to homogeneity with a molecular size of 98 kilodaltons. Enzyme kinetics with glucose or 2-deoxyglucose (2-DG) as the substrate were measured spectrophotometrically by coupling the appropriate reactions to either NADPH or NAD+ formation. The Km of hexokinase with glucose as the substrate in the intracerebral glioma (0.138 mM) and subcutaneous glioma (0.183 mM) tissues was 2.1-2.7-fold higher than that observed in normal brain tissue (0.067 mM) (p less than 0.001). No significant differences were observed in the Km for hexokinase with 2-DG as the substrate in the glioma and normal brain tissue. The phosphorylation ratio for normal brain was 0.320 and was increased in the intracerebral glioma to 0.694 and in the subcutaneous glioma to 0.519. The ratios of deoxyglucose and glucose volumes of distribution in normal brain and intracerebral glioma tissues were 1.70 and 1.85, respectively. The lumped constants calculated directly from the phosphorylation ratios and the volumes of distribution of deoxyglucose and glucose were 0.517 in normal brain and 1.168 in intracerebral glioma. Our results indicate the lumped constant is increased 2.26-fold in intracerebral glioma compared with normal brain.  相似文献

Glucokinase (GK) plays a central role in glucose homeostasis in mammals. The absence of an inducible GK has been suggested to explain the poor utilization of dietary carbohydrates in rainbow trout. In this context, we analyzed GK expression in three fish species (rainbow trout, gilthead seabream, and common carp) known to differ in regard to their dietary carbohydrate tolerance. Fish were fed for 10 wk with either a diet containing a high level of digestible starch (>20%) or a diet totally deprived of starch. Our data demonstrate an induction of GK gene expression and GK activity by dietary carbohydrates in all three species. These studies strongly suggest that low dietary carbohydrate utilization in rainbow trout is not due to the absence of inducible hepatic GK as previously suggested. Interestingly, we also observed a significantly lower GK expression in common carp (a glucose-tolerant fish) than in rainbow trout and gilthead seabream, which are generally considered as glucose intolerant. These data suggest that other biochemical mechanisms are implicated in the inability of rainbow trout and gilthead seabream to control blood glucose closely.  相似文献

The objective of the study described here was to analyze in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) the effects of low protein intake on peripheral glucose phosphorylation capacities and gluconeogenic enzymes in kidney and intestine. Fish were food-deprived for 14 days or kept under a low and a high protein intake regime using a pair feeding protocol in order to maintain constant carbohydrate and lipid intakes. We analyzed the effect of protein restriction on (i) hepatic, renal and intestinal fructose-1.6-bisphophatase (FBPase) and glucose-6-phosphatase (G6Pase) enzymes at the molecular and enzymatic levels and (ii) glucose phosphorylation activities (hexokinases) in the liver, peri-visceral adipose tissue, red muscle and white muscle. Irrespective of the nutritional status, we observed the same levels of hexokinase activities in all the tissues studied. Renal G6Pase and FBPase gene expression and activities were not modified among the groups. In contrast, there was increased intestinal FBPase gene expression in fish under a low protein intake and higher G6Pase activities in both groups of fed fish. This result differs from what is observed in rats and suggest a role of intestine in the regulation of postprandial gluconeogenesis in fed trout. In conclusion, our data did not demonstrate any specific effect of low dietary protein intake to either gluconeogenic capacities or glucose phosphorylation capacities in rainbow trout.  相似文献

Incubation of boar sperm from fresh ejaculates in a minimal medium with 10 mM glucose induced a fast and intense activation of glycolysis, as indicated by the observed increases in the intracellular levels of glucose 6-phosphate (G 6-P) and ATP and the rate of formation of extracellular L-lactate. The effect of glucose was much more intense than that induced by fructose, sorbitol, and mannose. The greater utilization of glucose was related to a much greater sensitivity to hexokinase when compared with the other monosaccharides. Thus, the presence of 0.5 mM glucose induced total hexokinase activity in supernatants from sperm extracts of 1.7 +/- 0.1 mIU/mg protein, while the same concentration of both fructose, mannose, and sorbitol induced total hexokinase activity from 0.3 +/- 0.1 mIU/mg protein to 0.60 +/- 1 mIU/mg protein. Kinetic analysis of the total pyruvate kinase activity indicated that this activity was greatly dependent on the presence of ADP and also showed a great affinity for PEP, with an estimated Km in supernatants of 0.15-0.20 mM. Immunological location of proteins closely related to glycolysis, like GLUT-3 hexose transporter and hexokinase-I, indicated that these proteins showed the trend to be distributed around or in the cellular membranes of both head and midpiece in a grouped manner. We conclude that glycolysis is regulated by both the specific availability of a concrete sugar and the internal equilibrium between ATP and ADP levels. Furthermore, localization of proteins involved in the control of monosaccharide uptake and phosphorylation suggests that glycolysis starts at concrete points in the boar-sperm surface.  相似文献

It was recently proposed that stimulation of pancreatic islet by D-glucose results in the translocation of glucokinase from the perinuclear area to the cell periphery, where the enzyme might conceivably interact with either the glucose transporter GLUT-2 or some other proteins and, by doing so, become better able to express its full catalytic activity. To explore the possible interaction between glucokinase and the cell boundary, dispersed rat pancreatic islet cells were preincubated for 60 min at a low (2.8 mM) or high (16.7 mM) concentration of D-glucose, then exposed for 1 min to digitonin (0.5 mg/ml) and eventually centrifuged through a layer of oil for separation of the cell pellet from the supernatant fraction containing the material released by digitonin. Under these conditions, the bulk of lactate dehydrogenase and glutamate dehydrogenase activities were recovered in the supernatant fraction and cell pellet, respectively. The measurement of hexokinase isoenzyme activities in th e two subcellular fractions, as conducted at low or high hexose concentrations and in either the absence or presence of exogenous hexose phosphates (3.0 mM glucose 6-phosphate and 1.0 mM fructose 1-phosphate) indicated a preferential location of the low-Km hexokinase in the cell pellet and of the high-Km glucokinase in the cytosolic fraction. Such a distribution pattern failed to be significantly affected by the concentration of D-glucose used during the initial incubation of the dispersed islet cells. These findings argue against the view that the glucose-induced translocation of glucokinase would result in any sizeable binding of the enzyme to a plasma membrane-associated protein. Human erythrocytes were loaded with homogeneous rat liver glucokinase by an encapsulation method based on hypotonic hemolysis and isotonic resealing. As assayed at 10 mM glucose, glucokinase and hexokinase activities in glucokinase-loaded erythrocytes were 218 and 384 nmol/min/gHb, respectively; whereas hexokinase activity in both intact and unloaded red cells, which contain no glucokinase activity, was about 400 nmol/min/gHb. No difference in the rate of lactate production from glucose anomers between intact and unloaded erythrocytes suggested that the encapsulation procedure itself did not affect glucose utilization in red cells. Alpha-anomeric preference in lactate production from glucose was observed in glucokinase-loaded erythrocytes, whereas the beta anomer of glucose was more rapidly utilized than the alpha anomer in intact and unloaded erythrocytes. The results indicate that the step of glucose phosphorylation determines the anomeric preference in glucose utilization by human erythrocytes, since glucokinase and hexokinase are alpha- and beta-preferential, respectively, in glucose phosphorylation.  相似文献

Azelaic acid (AzA), a C9 linear α,ω-dicarboxylic acid, is found in whole grains namely wheat, rye, barley, oat seeds and sorghum. The study was performed to investigate whether AzA exerts beneficial effect on hepatic key enzymes of carbohydrate metabolism in high fat diet (HFD) induced type 2 diabetic C57BL/6J mice. C57BL/6J mice were fed high fat diet for 10 weeks and subjected to intragastric administration of various doses (20 mg, 40 mg and 80 mg/kg BW) of AzA daily for the subsequent 5 weeks. Rosiglitazone (RSG) was used as reference drug. Body weight, food intake, plasma glucose, plasma insulin, blood haemoglobin (Hb), blood glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c), liver glycolytic enzyme (hexokinase), hepatic shunt enzyme (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase), gluconeogenic enzymes(glucose-6-phosphatase and fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase), liver glycogen, plasma and liver triglycerides were examined in mice fed with normal standard diet (NC), high fat diet (HFD), HFD with AzA (HFD + AzA) and HFD with rosiglitazone (HFD + RSG). Among the three doses, 80 mg/kg BW of AzA was able to positively regulate plasma glucose, insulin, blood HbA1c and haemoglobin levels by significantly increasing the activity of hexokinase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and significantly decreasing the activity of glucose-6-phosphatase and fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase thereby increasing the glycogen content in the liver. From this study, we put forward that AzA could significantly restore the levels of plasma glucose, insulin, HbA1c, Hb, liver glycogen and carbohydrate metabolic key enzymes to near normal in diabetic mice and hence, AzA may be useful as a biomaterial in the development of therapeutic agents against high fat diet induced T2DM.  相似文献

High levels of dietary lipids are incorporated in feeds for most teleost fish to promote growth and reduce nitrogen waste. However, in Senegalese sole (Solea senegalensis) previous studies revealed that increasing the level of dietary lipids above 8% negatively affect growth and nutrient utilization regardless of dietary protein content. It has been shown that glucose regulation and metabolism can be impaired by high dietary fat intake in mammals, but information in teleost fish is scarce. The aim of this study was to assess the possible effect of dietary lipids on glucose metabolism in Senegalese sole with special emphasis on the regulation of proteins involved in the muscle insulin-signalling pathway. Senegalese sole juveniles (29 g) were fed two isonitrogenous diets (53% dry matter) for 88 days. These two diets were one with a high lipid level (∼17%, HL) and a moderate starch content (∼14%, LC), and the other being devoid of fish oil (4% lipid, LL) and with high starch content (∼23%, HC). Surprisingly, feeding Senegalese sole the HL/LC diet resulted in prolonged hyperglycaemia, while fish fed on LL/HC diet restored basal glycaemia 2 h after feeding. The hyperglycaemic phenotype was associated with greater glucose-6-phosphatase activity (a key enzyme of hepatic glucose production) and lower citrate synthase activity in the liver, with significantly higher liver glycogen content. Sole fed on HL/LC diet also had significantly lower hexokinase activity in muscle, although hexokinase activity was low with both dietary treatments. The HL/LC diet was associated with significant reductions in muscle AKT, p70 ribosomal S6-K1 Kinase (S6K-1) and ribosomal protein S6 (S6) 2 h after feeding, suggesting down regulation of the AKT-mTOR nutrient signalling pathway in these fish. The results of this study show for the first time that high level of dietary lipids strongly affects glucose metabolism in Senegalese sole.  相似文献

Hexose phosphorylation by hexokinases plays an important role in glycolysis, biosynthesis and control of sugar-modulated genes. Several cytosolic hexokinase and fructokinase isoforms have been characterized and organelle-bound hexokinases have also been detected in higher plants. In this study a hexokinase activity is described that is inhibited by ADP (K(i)=30 microM) and mannoheptulose (K(i) congruent with 300 microM) in non-cytosolic fractions (mitochondria, Golgi apparatus and microsomes) obtained from preparations of seedling roots of maize (Zea mays L.). The catalytic efficiency (Vmax/Km) for both ATP and glucose in all non-cytosolic hexokinase fractions is more than one order of magnitude higher than that of cytosolic hexokinase and fructokinases. Low (30%) or no ADP and mannoheptulose inhibition is observed with hexokinase and fructokinase activities derived from the cytosolic compartment obtained after ion exchange and affinity chromatography. The soluble fructokinase (FK) shows fructose cooperativity (Hill n>2). The Vmax/Km ratio is about 3-fold higher for ATP than for other NTPs and no difference for hexose phosphorylation efficiencies is found between cytosolic hexokinase and fructokinase isoforms (FK1, FK2) with ATP as substrate. The K(i) for fructose inhibition is 2 mM for FK1 and 25 mM for FK2. The data indicate that low energy-charge and glucose analogues preferentially inhibit the membrane-bound hexokinases possibly involved in sugar-sensing, but not the cytosolic hexokinases and fructokinases.  相似文献

In islet homogenates, hexokinase-like activity (Km 0.05 mM; Vmax. 1.5 pmol/min per islet) accounts for the major fraction of glucose phosphorylation. Yet the rate of glycolysis in intact islets incubated at low glucose concentrations (e.g. 1.7 mM) sufficient to saturate hexokinase only represents a minor fraction of the glycolytic rate observed at higher glucose concentrations. This apparent discrepancy between enzymic and metabolic data may be attributable, in part at least, to inhibition of hexokinase in intact islets. Hexokinase, which is present in both islet and purified B-cell homogenates, is indeed inhibited by glucose 6-phosphate (Ki 0.13 mM) and glucose 1,6-bisphosphate (Ki approx. 0.2 mM), but not by fructose 2,6-bisphosphate. In intact islets, the steady-state content of glucose 6-phosphate (0.26-0.79 pmol/islet) and glucose 1,6-bisphosphate (5-48 fmol/islet) increases, in a biphasic manner, at increasing concentrations of extracellular glucose (up to 27.8 mM). From these measurements and the intracellular space of the islets, it was estimated that the rate of glucose phosphorylation as catalysed by hexokinase represents, in intact islets, no more than 12-24% of its value in islet homogenates.  相似文献

A type C hexokinase (ATP:D-hexose-6-phosphotransferase EC 2.7.1.1) was partially purified from the liver of the frog Calyptocephalella caudiverbera. The enzyme is inhibited by glucose levels in the range of normal blood sugar concentrations. The extent of the inhibition by glucose depends on the concentration of ATP, being most marked between 1 and 5 mM ATP. Fructose, although a substrate, was not inhibitory of its own phosphorylation. The inhibitory effect of high glucose levels exhibited a strong, reversible pH dependence being most marked at pH 6.5. At pH 7.5 the inhibition by high glucose levels was a function of the enzyme concentration, the effect being stronger at high enzyme concentrations, whereas no inhibition was observed when assaying very diluted preparations. At all enzyme concentrations studied, high levels of glucose caused no inhibition at pH 8.5, whereas at pH 6.5 strong inhibition was always observed. Short times of photooxidation of hexokinase C as well as incubation with low concentrations of p-chloromercuribenzoate resulted in the loss of the inhibition by excess of glucose. Glucose-6-phosphate was found to be a strong inhibitor of hexokinase C but only at high glucose levels. The inhibitory effect of glucose-6-P follows sigmoidal kinetics at low (about 0.02 mM) glucose concentrations, the Hill coefficient being 2.3. The kinetics of the inhibition became hyperbolic at high (greater than 0.2 mM) glucose levels. These results suggest that the inhibition of hexokinase C by excess glucose is due to the interaction of glucose with a second, aldose-specific, regulatory site on the enzyme. The modification of the inhibitory effect by ATP, glucose-6-P, enzyme concentration, and pH, all of them at physiological levels, indicates a major role for hexokinase C in the regulation of glucose utilization by the liver.  相似文献

The role of hexokinase in carbohydrate degradation in isolated, intact chloroplasts was evaluated. This was accomplished by monitoring the evolution of 14CO2 from darkened spinach (Spinacia oleracea), maize (Zea mays) mesophyll, and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii chloroplasts externally supplied with 14C-labeled fructose, glucose, mannose, galactose, maltose, and ribose. Glucose and ribose were the preferred substrates with the Chlamydomonas and maize chloroplasts, respectively. The rate of CO2 release from fructose was about twice that from glucose in the spinach chloroplast. Externally supplied ATP stimulated the rate of CO2 release. The pH optimum for CO2 release was 7.5 with ribose and fructose and 8.5 with glucose as substrates. Probing the outer membrane polypeptides of the intact spinach chloroplast with two proteases, trypsin and thermolysin, decreased 14CO2 release from glucose about 50% but had little effect when fructose was the substrate. Tryptic digestion decreased CO2 release from glucose in the Chlamydomonas chloroplast about 70%. 14CO2 evolution from [1-14C]-glucose-6-phosphate in both chloroplasts was unaffected by treatment with trypsin. Enzymic analysis of the supernatant (stroma) of the lysed spinach chloroplast indicated a hexokinase active primarily with fructose but with some affinity for glucose. The pellet (membranal fraction) contained a hexokinase utilizing both glucose and fructose but with considerably less total activity than the stromal enzyme. Treatment with trypsin and thermolysin eliminated more than 50% of the glucokinase activity but had little effect on fructokinase activity in the spinach chloroplast. Tryptic digestion of the Chlamydomonas chloroplast resulted in a loss of about 90% of glucokinase activity.  相似文献

Comparison of the effects of a high fat and high protein diet on the capacity for glucose formation from pyruvate and glycerol was investigated in vivo and in vitro. Ratios of radioactivity incorporated from either pyruvate-3-14C or glycerol-l-14C into blood glucose to those into expired CO2 were higher in both groups fed the high fat and the high protein diet than those in a group fed a high carbohydrate diet. Gluconeogenesis from pyruvate and glycerol by liver slices were both increased significantly in rats fed the high fat diet, while feeding the high protein diet caused increase of renal gluconeogenesis from pyruvate and glycerol. The activities of hepatic and renal glucose-6-phosphatase(s) were changed in a similar fashion to changes in hepatic and renal gluconeogenesis, respectively.

In addition, the response of the activity of hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase with high dietary fat was more rapid than that of the activity of renal glucose-6-phosphatase with high dietary protein. Furthermore, the intraperitoneal injection of actinomycin-D to rats resulted in decrease of the activities of renal glucose-6-phosphatase of both groups fed the high fat and the high protein diet, but no significant change of the activity of hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase was observed among dietary groups.

These findings suggested that the increases in the overall flow of metabolites towards glucose formation by feeding the high fat and the high protein diet might be based on the action of different mechanisms which regulate the activities of glucose-6-phosphatase(s) of the liver and kidney.  相似文献
