轮虫动物门蛭态亚纲轮虫由于其严格的孤雌生殖和低湿休眠特性而成为吸引各领域学者研究的重要类群。研究对2018年在珠海万山群岛采集的苔藓样品进行观察,发现蛭态轮虫中国新记录种环颈敖突轮虫Otostephanos torquatus Bryce, 1913。目前国内缺少对该蛭态轮虫的详细形态描述,文章通过对该种的形态观察以及咀嚼器扫描电镜拍摄,阐述环颈敖突轮虫的主要分类特征。该物种重要分类依据为内腔里含有食物泡,轮盘带有特殊环状结构,上唇裂片呈三角形及裂片高度低于头冠高度,咀嚼器齿式7/7。通过检测该轮虫的COⅠ序列,与基因库中已有同科同属相似种的COⅠ基因序列聚类对比,证明了该种属于敖突轮属的遗传位置。相较于其他国家对蛭态轮虫的研究成果及其在进化研究中的重要地位,我国学者应该加强对蛭态轮虫的研究探索。  相似文献

蛭态轮虫是国际无脊椎动物学研究领域关注的热点话题之一。通过对国内外文献的调研,本文重点介绍了蛭态轮虫的形态结构和生物学特征;归纳阐述了蛭态轮虫在形态学、生物多样性与动物地理学、孤雌生殖和低湿休眠发生机理、横向基因转移等领域的最新研究进展。已有的蛭态轮虫研究成果不仅对经典遗传学、生物化学和生理学等的传统理论提出了新的挑战,同时在"转基因"生物安全、新药研究和基因治疗方面也具一定的参考意义;国际上对蛭态轮虫新种的报道和区系的研究成果对丰富全球无脊椎动物多样性以及完善动物地理分布模式都有重要的参考价值。基于该类轮虫研究的现状及其在生物学上意义,建议国内应加强蛭态轮虫的研究。  相似文献

蛭态轮虫是附藓无脊椎动物中常见的类群,由于个体较小,观察难度大,尤其是对其分离困难,故对此类群的研究一直落后于其他轮虫类群。本文以文献报道附藓蛭态轮虫的分离方法为基础,设定了不同的实验组,比较了不同分离方法的分离效率,并探讨了不同分离条件对附藓蛭态轮虫分离效率的影响。结果显示:与简单的震荡复苏法相比,蔗糖震荡复苏法可分离出更多的蛭态轮虫,且在分离条件为p H 7.8、温度20℃和湿度60%时可达到最高的分离效率。文中还就各分离条件对分离效率的影响进行了讨论。  相似文献

Abstract

We present a morphological feature-based key for the genus Otostephanos and describe two new species, O. jolantae sp. nov. and O. ukrainicus sp. nov. For O. jolantae sp. nov. we analysed the intraspecific morphological variability and provided the barcodes of mtCOX1 mitochondrial gene. Further, we developed a method to standardize measurements for the Philodina type of corona and trophi measurements of bdelloids. Otostephanos jolantae sp. nov. is a large rotifer with a smooth cuticle and bright red-orange gut; it can be distinguished from the known species by a high triangular upper lip with a tongue-like tip not divided into lobes, spade-shaped swollen rump, and 6/6 dental formula. It is found in Sphagnum collected in Poland, Ukraine and the Czech Republic. Otostephanos ukrainicus sp. nov. has a long body covered with coarse-grained cuticle on the last two neck segments, trunk and rump; it is distinguished by long narrow head and neck, saccular-like swollen trunk, spade-like rump, and a tiny foot. Unlike the other species of this genus, it has band-like upper lip with two narrow, sharp protrusions separated by an interspace, unusually small spurs and trophi with 5/5 major teeth. Five new species (Gastrochilus yei, Gastrochilus minimus, Luisia simaoensis, Taeniophyllum xizangense, Tuberolabium subulatum) and two newly recorded species (Cleisostoma tricornutum, Luisia inconspicua) of Vandeae (Orchidaceae) from China are described and illustrated. Gastrochilus yei is similar to G. affinis and G. nepalensis, but differs from them by having an epichile not lobed, the apex of the hypochile not bilobed, and a tine on the apex of the leaf. Gastrochilus minimus is similar to G. acinacifolius, but can be distinguished from the latter by having a flabellate epichile that is densely hirsute on the adaxial surface and an inconspicuous central cushion; in addition, the hypochile of G. minimus has a keel that extends to the apex of the epichile. Taeniophyllum xizangense is similar to T. stella and T. radiatum, but it is distinguished from them by having much bigger flowers, inflorescences densely covered with short-bristly hairs, papillae on the external surface of sepals, and bigger triangular-ovate viscidium. Luisia simaoensis is similar to L. magniflora and L. ramosii, but can be easily distinguished from them by having lateral sepals longer than dorsal sepals and petals, lip with irregular and waved margins, and lip with bilobed apex. Luisia inconspicua is moved from Gastrochilus to Luisia based on phylogenetic analyses of plastid matK sequence data. Tuberolabium subulatum is similar to T. carnosum, but it can be easily distinguished from the latter by having an inflorescence much shorter than the leaves, yellow sepals and petals, and many small papillae outside the lip lobes.  相似文献

在对江汉平原钻孔中的化石硅藻进行鉴定时,发现1个新种类:江汉异极藻(新种)Gomphonema jianghanensis sp.nov.,该种的主要特征为:壳面狭披针形或线性披针形,端部和基部圆形,中轴区窄。中心区宽呈横矩形,在紧靠中心区的一侧具1条很短的线纹,另一侧有时有1条很短的线纹,有时没有线纹,无孤点。壳缝呈直线,在中央区附近略弯向一侧,在极节处折向另一侧。线纹轻微放射状,中部略弯曲,在近顶端处没有线纹,在10μm内,中部具6—13条。长20—30μm,宽4—7μm。4个中国新记录属:楔异极藻属Gomphosphenia Lange-Bertalot、楔月藻属(新记录属)Cymbopleura Krammer、优美藻属Delicata Krammer、尖月藻属Encyonopsis Krammer,8个中国新记录种:微小异极藻Gomphonema minutiforme Lange-Bertalot&Reichardt、较细楔异极藻Gomphosphenia tenerrima(Hustedt)Reichardt、舌状楔异极藻Gomphosphenia lingulatiforme(Hustedt)Lange-Bertalot、瑞克舟形藻Navicula rakowskae Lange-Bertalot、北方羽纹藻岛屿变种Pinnularia borealis var.islandica Lange-Bertalot,舟形盖斯勒藻Geissleria tectissima(Lange-Bertalot)Lange-Bertalot&Metaeltin、岩生楔月藻小变种Cymbopleura rupicola var.minor Krammer和法国尖月藻Encyonopsis falaisensis(Grunow)Krammer,1个种的补充说明:中华优美藻Delicata sinensis Krammer & Metzetin。  相似文献

A new species of planktonic rotifer, Keratella sinensis n.sp.is described from Lake Yaoquan, Heilongjiang, P.R. China. Itprobably also occurs in the Republic of Korea and Japan. The newmorphospecies is characterised by an unusually smooth lorica, andstrongly reduced lateral anterior spines. Microscopic animals offer great potential in the analysis of spatial patterns of diversity, as they may provide different scenarios for biogeography and macroecology, but understanding diversity of microscopic animals is hampered by lack of comprehensive data on species distribution and by unreliable taxonomy. DNA taxonomy may prove useful in obtaining reliable data in the future, but we still do not know to what extent traditional and DNA taxonomy can be comparable for microscopic organisms. In this paper, we compare analyses and estimates of diversity at the level of species assemblage between traditional and DNA taxonomy for a group of moss-dwelling microscopic animals, bdelloid rotifers. The results are straightforward: Traditional species identification underestimates diversity by factors of 2 at the local and 2.5 at the regional scale. We discuss the results in the framework of current hypotheses on the distribution of microscopic animals.  相似文献

Population growth rates of the predatory rotifer Asplanchna brightwelli were determined at 25 °C using a large (Brachionus calyciflorus) and a small (Anuraeopsis fissa) rotifer prey species in three concentrations (0.5, 0.1 and 2.0 g dry weight ml-1) and in five combinations. The prey ingestion time by the predator was also measured. For B. calyciflorus the ingestion time (22.97–8.95 s) was more than six times that of A. fissa (3.68 ± 0.93). Regardless of prey type, the population growth of Asplanchna increased with increasing food density. There was a direct correlation between densities of amictic and mictic fernales. The maximum rate of population growth (1.01 ± 0.10 d-1) was higher at high density of A. fissa prey than that at the same density of B. calyciflorus. Progressive increase of A. fissa density in the offered food combination resulted in a corresponding increase of the predator's number. Gut content analysis of A. brightwelli revealed that the number of prey ingested increased with increasing prey densities.  相似文献
