As we know, rigorously systematized delusions of long duration are very rarely seen in children and adolescents. Sander (1) held that "original paranoia" may begin in early childhood. Krafft-Ebing (2) believed that "hereditary primary insanity," as distinguished from its late form, is encountered only in predisposed children— weak-willed, hypochondriac, pathologically quick to take offense — and is manifested in delusions of grandeur and ideas of reference and of special significance. G. E. Sukhareva, (3) describing systematized delusions in schizophrenic adolescents, expresses the opinion that within the framework of schizophrenia, such delusions occur primarily in psychopathic adolescents with schizoid traits: dominating, suspicious and inclined to fantasy. Stable delusions and delusive ideas against the background of a schizophrenic process in adolescents have also been described by certain other authors. (4-8)  相似文献

1. Attitude to the Discussion: A discussion of social psychology was opened in the pages of Voprosy psikhologii. [Translated in this journal, 1963, 1 (3), 32-38. — Ed.] This event has both a good and bad side. The good side is that, finally, the central organ of Soviet psychology has begun to speak about social psychology. Soviet psychologists will at last state their positive word about social psychology. The discussion will permit a more profound definition of the content of social psychology and will attract the attention of the Soviet public to the phenomena of social psychology. The bad side is that while much is said about the content of social psychology, the most urgent problems for Soviet social psychology is not so much one of its content as of the development of concrete methods and concrete investigations. A. V. Baranov's article [5] presents an incorrect understanding of the history and contemporary state of social psychology in the USSR.  相似文献

Abstract

Isopentenylation of 7-deazaadenine results in the formation of 7-deazatriacanthine (2a) and its corresponding isomer 5a. Chromatographic separation was difficult, but after Dimroth rearrangement of 5a into the exocyclic compound 3a, 7-deazatricanthine could be isolated. Similiar to its parent purine compound, 3a cyclizes in the presence of strong acid to give the tricyclic system 4. NMR data reveal that 7-deazatriacanthine exists as the amino tautomer 2a. Protonation of N-1 alkyl-ated 7-deazaadenine occurs at N-7 to give compound 6 which exhibits restricted rotation of the amino group. The rotational barrier was determined from temperature dependent proton NMR spectra and found to be about 70 kJmol?1.  相似文献

Abstract

The diastereoisomers 2a, 2b and their 2-thio analogues 4a and 4b were obtained by three-step transformation of uridine and 2-thiouridine, respectively. The absolute configuration at C-51 in 2a and 2b was established by CD, while for 4a and 4b the configurational assignment was based on the chemical correlation. The acids 1 and 3 were obtained by alkaline hydrolysis of 2a and 4a, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Treatment of ψ-uridine (3) with α-acetoxyisobutyryl chloride in acetonitrile gave, after deprotection, a mixture of four products: 5-(2-chloro-2-deoxy-β-D-arabinofuranosyl)uracil (10a), its 3′-chloro xylo isomer (11a), 2′-chloro-2′-deoxy-ψ-uridine (9a) and 4,2′-anhydro-ψ-uridine (8a). Each component was isolated by column chromatography. Compound 9 was converted to the known 1,3-dimethyl derivative 2 by treatment with DMF-dimethylacetal. Treatment of 10 and 11 with NaOMe/MeOH afforded the same 4,2′-anhydro-C-nucleoside 8. The 1,3-dimethyl analogues of 10 and 11, however, were converted to 2′,3′-anhydro-1,3-dimethyl-ψ-uridine (13) upon base treatment. The epoxide 13 was also prepared in good yield by treatment of 10 and 11 with DMF-dimethylacetal.  相似文献

In psychiatry, epidemiology rests upon statistical studies of mental illness in the population. Much attention was given to this as early as the work of Esquirol, (1) and I. F. Riul' (2) in our country. Zemstvo psychiatrists contributed much in the field of psychiatric morbidity. (3-8) However, as a result of the lack of outpatient psychoneurological institutions in prerevolutionary Russia, these studies, like the majority of those currently being conducted by psychiatrists abroad, resolved fundamentally to isolated unidimensional selective surveys of particular groups in the population. The existence in the Soviet Union of a broad network of outpatient psychiatric institutions permits Soviet psychiatrists to go beyond single-factor selective surveys, to make a systematic study of mental illness in accordance with the data of current dispensary records, and to provide timely therapeutic and social prophylactic assistance to the ill, i.e., to conduct epidemiological research on a higher level of scientific methodology. A number of such studies has been published. (8-23) Therefore the statement by Lin and Standley, (24) who allege — in a monograph, The Role of Epidemiology in Psychiatry, published by the World Health Organization — the absence of epidemiological psychiatric studies in the Soviet Union, must be rejected as unfounded.  相似文献

Abstract

A 100 kilodalton glycoprotein receptor for Mycoplasma pneumoniae has been isolated from MRC-5 human lung fibroblasts. This receptor, as well as antireceptor serum, were both capable of inhibiting the attachment of 14C-labelled M. pneumoniae to MRC-5 fibroblasts. The receptor was also capable of inhibiting the attachment of C-labelled M. gallisepticum and M. genitalium, but not M. pulmonis, to MRC-5 fibroblasts. This indicates that a common sequence may exist in these binding proteins of M. pneumoniae, M. genitalium, and M. gallisepticum, This receptor and anti-receptor serum were utilized to probe M. pneumoniae, M. genitalium, and M. gallisepticum for their corresponding binding proteins. A 32 kilodalton protein in M. pneumoniae, a 90 kilodalton protein in M. genitalium and a 139 kilodalton protein in M. gallisepticum were recognized.  相似文献

Abstract

The attempted ribosylation reaction of 8-nitro-theophylline (2) with 1-o-acetyl-2, 3, 5-tri-o-benzoyl-D-ribo-furanose (5) failed to give any nucleoside product, whereas the reaction of 8-chlorotheophylline (3) with 5 afforded the 8-chloro-7-(2,3,5-tri-o-benzoyl) β-D-ribofuranosyltheophylline (6) in good yield. The product 6 reacted with benzylamine producing the 8-benzylamino-7-(2, 3, 5-tri-O-benzoyl) β-D-ribo-furanosyltheophylline (10), which could also be synthesised by ribosylation of 8-benzylaminotheophylline (8) with 5. Debenzoylation of 6 and 10 gave the corresponding 7-β-D-ribofuranosyltheophylline nucleosides (7) and (11), respectively. Compound 7 could be converted into 11 by reaction with benzylamine. The newly synthesised compounds have been characterised by elemental analysis, 1H-NMR and UV spectra.  相似文献

Abstract

New analogues of antiviral agents 9-(2, 3-dihy-droxyproply) adenine (DHPA, 1a.) and 9-(2-hydroxyethoxymethyl) guanine (acyclovir, Ib) - compounds Ic and Id were prepared and their biological activity was investigated. Racemic 1, 2, 4-butanetriol (2) was converted to the corresponding benzylidene derivative (3a) by acetalation with benzalde-hyde and triethyl orthoformate. Acetal 3a and p-toluene- sul-fonyl chloride in pyridine gave the corresponding p-toluenes fonate 3b. Alkylation of adenine 5a via sodium salt of 5a with 3b in dimethylformamide or in the presence of tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride in tetrahydrofuran gave intermediate 6a. Reaction of 2-amino-6-chloropurine (5b) with 3b effected by K2CO3 in dimethylsulfoxide gave compound 6b and a smaller amount of 7-alkylated proauct 7. A similar transformation catalyzed by tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride afforded only intermediate 5b. Acid-catalyzed de-protection (hydrolysis) of 6b and 6a gave the title compounds Ic and Id. The S-enantiomer of Ic was deaminated with adenosine deaminase. Our results argue against the presence of a methyl group-binding site of adenosine deaminase. Compounds Ic and Id exhibited little or no activity in antiviral assays with several DNA and RNA viruses.  相似文献

Abstract

The two-step method for the preparation of adenosine cyclic 3′,5′-phosphoramidate diastereoisomers, which involves the activation of adenosine cyclic 3′,5′-monophosphate (1) with an acid chloride and in situ aminolysis of the anhydride intermediate (Bentrude, W.G.; Tomsaz, J. Synthesis 1984, 27; Bottka, S.; Tomasz, J. Tetrahedron Lett. 1985, 24, 2909), has been improved. The best yields were attained when 1 was reacted with 4.4 molar equivalents of phosphorus oxychloride in trimethyl phosphate at O°C for 3 h, and the solution of phosphorus oxychloride in trimethyl phosphate was pretreated with 0.5 molar equivalent of water at room temperature for 20 min. R p and S p diastereoisomers of adenosine cyclic 3′,5′-N-methyphosphoramidate and N,N-dimethylphosphoramidate have been synthesized under these experimental conditions.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis of several 5′-substituted derivatives of ribavirin (1) and tiazofurin (3) are described. Direct acylation of 1 with the appropriate acyl chloride in pyridine-DMF gave the corresponding 5′-O-acyl derivatives (4a-h). Tosylation of the 2′, 3′-O-isopropylidene-ribavirin (6) and tiazofurin (11) with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride gave the respective 5′-O-p-tolylsulfonyl derivatives (7a and 12a), which were converted to 5′-azido-5′-deoxy derivatives (7b and 12b) by reacting with sodium/lithium azide. Deisopropylidenation of 7b and 12b, followed by catalytic hydrogenation afforded 1-(5-amino-5-deoxy-β-D)-ribofuranosyl)-1, 2, 4-triazole-3-carboxamide (10b) and 2 - (5 -amino- 5-deoxy- β-D-ribofuranosyl) thiazole-4-carboxamide (16), respectively. Treatment of 6 with phthalimide in the presence of triphenylphosphine and diethyl azodicarboxylate furnished the corresponding 5′-deoxy-5′-phthaloylamino derivative (9). Reaction of 9 with n-butylamine and subsequent deisopropylidenation provided yet another route to 10b. Selective 5′-thioacetylation of 6 and 11 with thiolacetic acid, followed by saponification and deisopropylidenation afforded 5′-deoxy-5′-thio derivatives of 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-1, 2, 4-triazole-3-carboxamide (8a) and 2-β-D-ribofuranosylthiazole-4-carboxamide (15), respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Fusion of 2-trimethylsilylpyridine and tetra-O-acetyl-aldehydo-D-xylose or 2,3:4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-aldehydo-L-arabinose led, after removing of the protecting groups, to 2-(pentitol-1-yl)pyridines of D-gulo and D-ido or L-manno configurations. Dehydration of the sugar-chain with D-gulo and D-ido configurations gave the corresponding 2′,5′-anhydro derivatives, whereas 2-(5-O-isopropyl-L-manno-pentitol-1-yl)-pyridine was the only compound formed by dehydration of the sugar-chain with L-manno configuration. Structural proofs are based on 1H and 13C NMR spectra.  相似文献

2,3′-Anhydro-2′-deoxy-5′-0-(triphenyl methyl) and 5′-0-(monomethoxytriphenylmethyl) pyrimidine nucleosides of uracil, thymine, and cytosine were synthesized in a single step from their 2′-deoxy-5′-0-(triphenylmethyl) or 5′-0-(monomethoxytriphenylmethyl) precursors using N,N-diethylaminosulfur trifluoride (DAST). The anhydronucleosides were either isolated or directly converted to their respective 2-deoxy-β-D-threo-pentofuranosyl nucleosides using sodium hydroxide in ethanol.  相似文献

Abstract

Treatment of D-xylose (1) with 0.5% methanolic hydrogen chloride under controlled conditions followed by benzoylation and acetolysis afforded crystalline 1-O-acetyl-2, 3, 5-tri-O-benzoyl-α-D-xylofuranose (4) in good yield. Coupling of 4 with 2, 4-bis-trimethylsilyl derivatives of 5-alkyluracils (methyl, ethyl, propyl and butyl) (5a-5d), 5-fluorouracil (5e) and uracil (5f) in acetonitrile in the presence of stannic chloride gave 1-(2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-xylofuranosyl)-nucleosides (6a-6f). Saponification of 6 with sodium methoxide afforded 1-β-D-xylofuranosyl-5-substituted uracils (7a-7f). Condensation of 4 with free adenine in similar fashion and deblocking gave carcinostatic 9-β-D-xylofuranosyladenine (7g).  相似文献

We know that biological reactions depend not only upon the nature of the stimulus inducing them, but also upon the functional state of the organism as a whole and of the nervous system in particular. Therefore, in mental diseases a change occurs in a number of biological reactions, particularly white blood cell reactions, in response to antigenic stimuli (1) and to acupuncture. (2) Plesso (3) established the fact of considerable reduction of erythematous reaction to ultraviolet irradiation in schizophrenics, while Strakhov (4) studied photoerythema in a group of manic depressives and found that their's was a distinctive reaction.  相似文献

Abstract

The syntheses of 6-(4) and 7-p-chlorphenyl-1-(2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-lumazine (6), was well as the debenzoylation to the corresponding free nucleosides 5 and 7, were improved. Thiation of 4 and 6 by P4S10 led in excellent yields to 4-thiolumazine nucleosides (8, 10) which could be deblocked to 9 and 11 and converted on treatment with ammonia into the isopterin-N-1- ribofuranosides 13 and 14. 2,2′-Anhydro-nucleoside formation worked well with 5 and 7 respectively to give 15 and 16, which formed on acid hydrolysis the 6- and 7-substituted 1-β-D-arabinofuranosyl-lumazines 18 and 19. The new nucleosides have been characterized by UV and 1H-NMR spectra.  相似文献
