纳米技术在农业领域的应用受到极大关注,期望该技术可提高农药和肥料的利用率,提升应用效果。近年来,纳米技术在农业害虫防控方面取得了许多进展,为绿色农业、现代化农业、智能农业的发展奠定了基础。本文综述了纳米杀虫剂的应用优势和增效途径的研究现状。纳米杀虫剂的优势源于:纳米载体可能损伤害虫体壁造成失水或扰乱害虫的正常生理功能;功能化的纳米载体可实现靶向递药而提高药物利用率;纳米载体上功能基团的引入及其尺度效应,提高了杀虫剂在植物表面的粘附性及被植物吸收的性能;可运载核酸农药进入植物,进而调控植物或害虫的目标基因的表达。纳米杀虫剂虽表现出诸多优势,但仍有问题亟待研究:(1)植物吸收纳米杀虫剂依赖于颗粒尺度和载体种类,应根据应用场景选择适合的尺度和载体,在提高农药利用率的同时降低农药残留;(2)应结合纳米杀虫剂在自然环境中的降解、转移和富集行为及因载体差异而产生的影响,综合评价纳米杀虫剂的环境风险;(3)目前,大多数纳米杀虫剂的制备工艺过于复杂和精细而不适合工业化生产;(4)应制定纳米杀虫剂制剂的标准及环境风险评价准则,为农药登记提供依据。此外,纳米传感器在农业害虫监测中的应用也值得关注。  相似文献

对光合细菌、藻类及其它细菌的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)产量进行了对比,类球红细菌(Rhodobacter sphaeoides)在黑暗、厌氧条件下培养,可产生大量的胞外5-ALA。5-ALA在农业生产中作为光动力除草剂、杀虫剂取得了很好效果。并且,ALA对提高植物的抗盐、抗冷冻能力也有一定作用。近年来,ALA在癌症治疗、肿瘤诊断方面也得到了广泛应用。  相似文献

During chlorophyll biosynthesis, 4,5-dioxovaleric acid is supposed to be an intermediate between 2-oxoglutarate and 5-aminolevulinic acid. Although the occurrence of 4,5-dioxovaleric acid in cells and culture filtrates of unicellular green algae treated with levulinic acid has been previously reported, improvement of the analytical method now shows that 4,5-dioxovaleric acid does not occur in these organisms but arises due to interference of 5-aminolevulinic acid in 4,5-dioxovaleric acid analysis. The significance of 4,5-dioxovaleric acid as a free metabolite in 5-aminolevulinic acid biosynthesis must therefore be reconsidered.  相似文献

Endogenous porphyrin accumulation after administration of 5-aminolevulinic acid is employed in photodynamic therapy of tumours. Due to its low membrane permeability, esterified 5-aminolevulinic acid derivatives less hydrophilic than the parental compound are under investigation. Knowledge of the mechanisms of 5-aminolevulinic acid derivatives uptake into target cells is essential to understand and improve photodynamic therapy and useful in the design of new derivatives with better affinity and with higher selectivity for tumour cells in specific tissues. The aim of this work was to assess the interaction of 5-aminolevulinic acid derivatives with the intestinal PEPT1 and renal transporter PEPT2 expressed in Pichia pastoris yeasts. We found that Undecanoyl, Hexyl, Methyl and 2-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydropyranyl 5-aminolevulinic acid esters and the dendron 3m-ALA inhibited (14)C-5-aminolevulinic acid uptake by PEPT2. However, only the Undecanoyl ester inhibited 5-aminolevulinic acid uptake by PEPT1. We have also found through a new developed colorimetric method, that Hexyl and 2-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydropyranyl 5-aminolevulinic acid esters display more affinity than 5-aminolevulinic acid for PEPT2 whereas none of the compounds surpass 5-aminolevulinic acid affinity for PEPT1. In addition, the Undecanoyl ester binds with high affinity to the membranes of PEPT2 and PEPT1-expressing yeasts and to the control yeasts. The main finding of this work was that some derivatives have the potential to improve 5-aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy by increased efficiency of transport into cells expressing PEPT2 such as kidney, mammary gland, brain or lung whereas in tissues expressing exclusively PEPT1 the parent 5-aminolevulinic acid remains the compound of choice.  相似文献

5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevulinate acid,ALA)在农业,工业,医药业具有广泛的应用。ALA由5-氨基乙酰丙酸合酶(5-aminolevulinate acid synthase, ALAS)催化产生,其生物合成受终产物血红素的反馈抑制。本研究克隆一种浑球红细菌的hemA基因,序列分析其与已报道的基因具有96%的同源性,蛋白质编码区域也发生改变,并利用生物信息学软件进行同源关系的分析。采用大肠杆菌重组技术,构建表达载体pET28a—hemA,表达了有活性的浑球红细菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)的ALAS,研究了IPTG诱导和PH对研究ALAS的影响,同时分析了重组菌株合成ALA的能力,测定胞外产量。结果表明,在PH6.5,30mmol/L琥珀酸和60mmol/L甘氨酸培养条件下,胞外ALA的最大合成量达到669mg/L。  相似文献

Bacterial resistance to antibiotics has become a worldwide problem. One potential alternative for bacterial control is photodynamic therapy. 5-aminolevulinic acid is a natural precursor of the photosensitizer protoporphyrin IX. Relatively little is known about the antibacterial efficacy of photodynamic therapy using the systemic administration of 5-aminolevulinic acid; a few reports have shown that 5-aminolevulinic acid exerts photodynamic effects on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in vitro. In this study, we evaluated the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy using 5-aminolevulinic acid and a 410-nm wavelength light-emitting diode in vitro and in vivo for the treatment of MRSA. We found that 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy with the light-emitting diode had an in-vitro bactericidal effect on MRSA. In vivo, protoporphyrin IX successfully accumulated in MRSA on ulcer surfaces after intraperitoneal administration of 5-aminolevulinic acid to mice. Furthermore, 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy accelerated wound healing and decreased bacterial counts on ulcer surfaces; in contrast, vancomycin treatment did not accelerate wound healing. Our findings indicate that 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy may be a new treatment option for MRSA-infected wounds.  相似文献

In this report, we describe a method for the specific quantification of urinary 5-aminolevulinic acid. It is based on gas chromatographic mass spectrometric measurement of the trimethylsilyl ester of the ethylacetoacetate pyrrole derivative of 5-aminolevulinic acid. Selected ion monitoring (SIM) was used for quantification using 3-hydroxymyristic acid as an internal standard. The detection limit of this method was 0.1 nmol/ml. This method was applied to the determination of urinary 5-aminolevulinic acid from a tyrosinemia type I patient and normal subjects, and 21.4 mmol/mol creatinine and 0.54+/- 0.49 mmol/mol creatinine (n = 7), respectively, were detected. Less than 0.2 ml urine was sufficient for the determination of 5-aminolevulinic acid in healthy subjects.  相似文献

Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides mutant H5 lacking 5-aminolevulinic acid synthase was employed to study the control of the formation of total bacteriochlorophyll as well as of the B875- and B850-bacteriochlorophyll protein complexes. The organisms were grown phototrophically in a chemostat where cell protein formation was limited by iron ions and bacteriochlorophyll by 5-aminolevulinic acid. 0.07 mol of bacteriochlorophyll was formed per mol of 5-amino-levulinic acid consumed. This stoichiometric relationship was not influenced by a twelve-fold variation in light energy flux. However, cell protein levels increased and, consequently, cellular specific bacteriochlorophyll contents decreased with increases in light energy flux. The ratio of B875- to B850-pigment protein complexes was inversely proportional to the velocity of 5-aminolevulinic acid supply (mol per cell protein and time) which in this system equals the velocity of 5-aminolevulinic acid consumption and the velocity of bacteriochlorophyll formation. Light had no direct effect on the ratio of B875- per B850-pigment complexes but an indirect effect via its control of protein formation. Changes in the ratio of the two pigment complexes resulted from the fact that significantly lower amounts of 5-aminolevulinic acid supplied per protein and time were required to saturate the system assembling the B875-complexes than that assembling the B850-complexes. The data suggest lack of light-dependent control in the formation of bacteriochlorophyll and its complexes subsequent to the 5-aminolevulinic acid pool.  相似文献

A protein had been previously described, which was labeled by radioactive 5-aminolevulinic acid in isolated developing chloroplasts. In the present study we have shown that this protein (Mr approximately equal to 43,000) probably exists as a monomer in the chloroplast stroma. The labeling is blocked if known inhibitors of 5-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase are added to the incubation mixture, and is markedly decreased in intensity if nonradioactive 5-aminolevulinate or porphobilinogen are added to the incubation mixture; other intermediates in the porphyrin biosynthetic pathway, uroporphyrinogen III, uroporphyrin III, and protoporphyrin IX, do not decrease the labeling of the 43-kDa protein appreciably. Nondenaturing gels of the proteins isolated from the incubation with radioactive 5-aminolevulinic acid were stained for porphobilinogen deaminase activity. A series of red fluorescent bands was obtained which coincided with the radioactive bands visualized by autoradiography. It is concluded that the soluble chloroplast protein that is labeled in organello by radioactive 5-aminolevulinic acid is porphobilinogen deaminase.  相似文献
