Using thin-layer chromatography and glass capillary gas-liquid chromatography, we have quantitated the lipids in the germinative, differentiating, and fully cornified layers in human epidermis. As previously noted in nonhuman species, we found progressive depletion of phospholipids coupled with repletion of sterols and sphingolipids during differentiation. The sphingolipids, present only in small quantities in the lower epidermis, accounted for about 20% of the lipid in the stratum corneum, and were the major repository for the long-chain fatty acids that predominate in the outer epidermis. Although the absolute quantities of sphingolipids increased in the outer epidermis, the glycolipid:ceramide ratio diminished in the stratum corneum, and glycolipids virtually disappeared in the outer stratum corneum. Squalene and n-alkanes were distributed evenly in all epidermal layers, suggesting that these hydrocarbons are not simply of environmental or pilosebaceous origin. Cholesterol sulfate, previously considered only a trace metabolite in epidermis, was found in significant quantities, with peak levels immediately beneath the stratum corneum in the stratum granulosum. These studies: 1) provide new quantitative data about human epidermal lipids; 2) implicate certain classes of lipids for specific functions of the stratum corneum; and, 3) shed light on possible product-precursor relationships of these lipids.  相似文献

Ceramide is a pivotal molecule in signal transduction and an essential structural component of the epidermal permeability barrier. The epidermis is marked by a high concentration of ceramide and by a unique spectrum of ceramide species: Besides the two ceramide structures commonly found in mammalian tissue, N-acylsphingosine and N-2-hydroxyacyl-sphingosine, six additional ceramides differing in the grade of hydroxylation of either the sphingosine base or the fatty acid have been identified in the epidermis. Here we report on the characterization of an IgM-enriched polyclonal mouse serum against ceramide. In dot blot assays with purified epidermal lipids the antiserum bound to a similar extent to N-acyl-sphingosine (ceramide 2), N-acyl-4-hydroxysphinganine (ceramide 3), and N-(2-hydroxyacyl)-sphingosine (ceramide 5), whereas no specific reaction was detected with glycosylceramides, sphingomyelin, free sphingosine, phospholipids, or cholesterol. In contrast, a monoclonal IgM antibody, also claimed to be specific for ceramide, was shown to bind specifically to sphingomyelin and therefore was not further investigated. In thin-layer chromatography immunostaining with purified lipids a strong and highly reproducible reaction of the antiserum with ceramide 2 and ceramide 5 was observed, whereas the reaction with ceramide 1 and ceramide 3 was weaker and more variable. Ceramide 2 and ceramide 5 were detected in the nanomolar range at serum dilutions of up to 1:100 by dot blot and thin-layer immunostaining. In thin-layer chromatography immunostaining of crude lipid extracts from human epidermis, the antiserum also reacted with N-(2-hydroxyacyl)-4-hydroxysphinganine (ceramide 6) and N-(2-hydroxyacyl)-6-hydroxysphingosine (ceramide 7). Furthermore, the suitability of the antiserum for the detection of endogenous ceramide by immunolight microscopy was demonstrated on cryoprocessed human skin tissue. Double immunofluorescence labeling experiments with the anti-ceramide antiserum and the recently described anti-glucosylceramide antiserum (Brade et al., 2000, Glycobiology 10, 629) showed that both lipids are concentrated in separate epidermal sites. Whereas anti-ceramide stained the dermal and basal epidermal cells as well as the corneocytes, anti-glucosylceramide staining was concentrated in the stratum granulosum. In conclusion, the specificity and sensitivity of the reagent will enable studies on the subcellular distribution and biological functions of endogenous ceramide.  相似文献

Preeclampsia is the most common pregnancy-associated pathological syndrome. It is accompanied by the accumulation of free fatty acids, acylglycerols and cholesterol esters in the umbilical cord vein (UCV). We evaluate the sphingolipid composition of UCV and its alteration in preeclampsia. The veins were taken from 10 newborns delivered by healthy mothers and 10 newborns delivered by mothers with preeclampsia. Thin layer chromatography, solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography were employed for sphingolipid analyses. The UCV walls of newborns delivered by healthy mothers are abundant in sphingomyelins and ceramides, whereas the amounts of sphingoid bases are rather low. Preeclampsia is associated with a significant decrease in sphingomyelins and ceramides, whereas the sphingoid bases changed in uncharacteristic manner. The increase in sphinganine and sphingosine 1-phosphate was accompanied with a decrease in sphingosine, hydroxysphinganine and sphinganine 1-phosphate. Stearate is the dominating fatty acid in sphingomyelins and ceramides of both control and preeclamptic veins. Sphingolipids and some sphingoid bases are bioactive molecules which contribute to regulation of signal transduction pathways, protein sorting and mediation of cell-to-cell interactions and recognition. The alteration in sphingolipid content may modify the metabolism of UCV wall resulting in remodelling of its composition.  相似文献

Citrulline is present in the stratum corneum proteins of human, cow snout, pig snout and guinea pig epidermis but is absent from the stratum corneum proteins of frog, mouse, turtle, rat and hamster epidermis. The amino acid is released by acid hydrolysis and ranges from 1.7 to 5.5 residues per thousand residues of protein amino acid. Protein derived citrulline co-chromatographs with authentic L-citrulline on an amino acid analyzer, on Dowex-50, on Dowex-2 and on thin-layer chromatography. Dansylated material co-chromatographed with authentic dansyl-L-citrulline in two thin-layer chromatography systems. Labelling experiments have shown that the protein bound citrulline is derived from protein bound arginine and probably results from enzymatic conversion of the guanido group to the ureido group.  相似文献

Covalently bound omega-hydroxyacylsphingosine in the stratum corneum   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Pig epidermis was heat separated, and the stratum corneum was isolated after trypsinization. Exhaustive extraction of the stratum corneum fraction with chloroform/methanol mixtures yielded 14.7% lipid on a dry weight basis. After mild saponification of the extracted residue, additional lipid could be extracted which accounted for 2.1% of the stratum corneum weight. This bound lipid proved to consist mainly (91.9%) of N-(omega-hydroxyacyl)sphingosines in which the amide-linked omega-hydroxyacids were 28 to 34 carbon atoms in length. The release of this lipid by mild alkaline hydrolysis indicates that it is bound through an ester linkage. Half of the hydroxyceramide molecules reacted in situ with acidic acetone, suggesting that half of these molecules are attached to the stratum corneum through the omega-hydroxyl function, while the other half may be linked through one of the hydroxyl groups of the sphingosine.  相似文献

Previous studies have demonstrated that the intercellular spaces of the stratum corneum contain multilamellar lipid sheets with variable ultrastructure in addition to desmosomes or desmosomal remnants. The intercellular lamellae are thought to provide a permeability barrier whereas the desmosomes are responsible for cell-cell cohesion. In this study, transmission electron microscopy of RuO4-fixed tissue was used to compare the proportions of the intercellular spaces in epidermal and palatal stratum corneum occupied by desmosomes and by different patterns of lamellae. Desmosomes are more abundant in palatal than in epidermal stratum corneum (46.9 vs 15.0% length of intercellular space). In epidermis the most frequent lamellar arrangements involve 3 (23.5%) or 6 (24.2%) lucent bands with an alternating broad-narrow-broad pattern, whereas the most frequent lamellar arrangements in palatal tissue are 2 (17.2%) or 4 (10.5%) lucent bands of uniform width. Most of the nondesmosomal portion of the intercellular space in palatal stratum corneum was dilated and had elongated lamellae at the periphery and short disorganized lamellae and amorphous electron-dense material in the interior. It is concluded that the multilamellar lipid sheets are less extensive in palatal than in epidermal stratum corneum, which could explain the greater permeability of the palate.  相似文献

Sphingosine 1-phosphate is an intermediate of sphingosine catabolism as well as a potent signaling compound. Conditions were established for the extraction and analysis of sphingosine 1-phosphate and other sphingoid base 1-phosphates from in vitro sphingosine kinase assays and other biological samples. The sphingoid base 1-phosphates were extracted in high yield (85%) using small C-18 reverse-phase columns (LiChroprep RP-18). After the extracts were treated with 0.1 N KOH to remove glycerolipids, the sphingoid base 1-phosphates were converted to fluorescent o-phthalaldehyde derivatives that were separated by HPLC using C-18 columns with a mobile phase of methanol:10 mM potassium phosphate (pH 7.2):1 M tetrabutylammonium dihydrogen phosphate (in water) (83:16:1, v/v/v). The o-phthalaldehyde derivative of sphingosine 1-phosphate was reasonably stable (t(1/2) > or = 18 h) when EDTA was present and could be detected in picomole amounts. The HPLC retention time of the sphingoid base 1-phosphates could be shifted by adjusting the mobile phase to pH 5.5, which is useful in separating overlapping compounds (such as sphingosine 1-phosphate and 4-D-hydroxysphinganine) and in confirming the identity of sphingoid base 1-phosphates in biological samples. The extraction procedure and HPLC method facilitated assays of sphingosine kinase with different sphingoid bases as substrates and/or inhibitors and enabled the quantitation of sphingoid base 1-phosphates in human plasma, serum, and platelets as well as in strains of Saccharomyces cerevisae with mutations in sphingolipid metabolism.  相似文献

Conditions were established for the extraction of free sphingosine from liver and the separation and quantitation of this and other long-chain (sphingoid) bases (e.g., sphingosine, sphinganine, phytosphingosine, and homologs) by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The long-chain bases were extracted with chloroform and methanol and then treated with base to remove interfering lipids. After preparation of the o-phthalaldehyde derivatives, the long-chain bases could be separated using C18 columns eluted isocratically with methanol:5 mM potassium phosphate, pH 7.0 (90:10). The HPLC analyses took 15 to 20 min per sample and had lower limits of detection in the picomole range. Quantitation was facilitated by using a 20-carbon long-chain base homolog as an internal standard. The utility of the method was demonstrated with rat liver, providing the first quantitation of free sphingosine in this tissue of approximately 7 nmol/g wet wt.  相似文献

The enucleate layer of the epidermis, i.e. the stratum corneum, is responsible for certain critical protective functions, such as epidermal permeability barrier function. Within the epidermal membrane lamella component, ceramides are the dominant lipid class by weight (over 50%) and exhibit the greatest molecular heterogeneity in terms of sphingoid base and fatty acid composition. It is now evermore important to understand how ceramide production and functions are controlled in the epidermis, since decreased epidermal ceramide content has been linked to water loss and barrier dysfunction. During the past several years, critical enzymes in ceramide biosynthesis have been identified, including ceramide synthases (CerS) and ceramide hydroxylase/desaturase. In this review, we describe the molecular heterogeneity of ceramides synthesized in the epidermis and their possible roles in epidermal permeability barrier functions. We also describe recent studies that identified the family of CerS (CerS1–CerS6) in mammals. We further focus on the roles of specific isoforms of these enzymes in synthesizing the epidermal ceramides, especially in relation to chain-length specificity. In addition, we provide experimental information, including our recent findings, as to how applying ceramide or ceramide-containing substances to skin, orally or directly, can benefit skin health.  相似文献

Free ceramide, glucosylceramide, and sphingomyelin were isolated from mature cells of adult rat small intestine. Free ceramide and ceramide cleaved from sphingomyelin by enzymatic hydrolysis were fractionated by thin-layer chromatography on borate-impregnated silica gel plates. Sphingoid bases were characterized by gas-liquid chromatography of aldehydes formed upon periodate oxidation. Fatty acids were quantified as methyl esters. Ceramide structures were confirmed by direct-inlet mass spectrometry. Free ceramide was found to contain two major long-chain bases in nearly equal quantity: sphingosine, mainly linked to palmitic acid, and 4D-hydroxysphinganine associated with C20 to C24 fatty acids, 22% being hydroxylated. Sphinganine occurred as a minor component linked to nonhydroxy fatty acids. Sphingomyelin contained the three long-chain bases and 63% of its ceramide was N-palmitoyl-sphingosine. Mass spectrometry of glucosylceramide confirmed 4D-hydroxyshingamine as the major sphingoid base associated preferentially with longer chain hydroxy fatty acids.  相似文献

Sphingolipids have been suggested to act as second messengers for an array of cellular signaling activities in plant cells, including stress responses and programmed cell death (PCD). However, the mechanisms underpinning these processes are not well understood. Here, we report that an Arabidopsis mutant, fumonisin B1 r_esistant11-1 (/br11-1), which fails to generate reactive oxygen intermediates (ROIs), is incapable of initiating PCD when the mutant is challenged by fumonisin B l (FB0, a specific inhibitor of ceramide synthase. Molecular analysis indicated that FBR11 encodes a long-chain base 1 (LCB 1) subunit of serine palmitoyltransferase (SPT), which catalyzes the first rate-limiting step of de novo sphingolipid synthesis. Mass spectrometric analysis of the sphingolipid concentrations revealed that whereas the fbr11-1 mutation did not affect basal levels of sphingoid bases, the mutant showed attenuated formation of sphingoid bases in response to FBl. By a direct feeding experiment, we show that the free sphingoid bases dihydrosphingosine, phytosphingosine and sphingosine efficiently induce ROI generation followed by cell death. Conversely, ROI generation and cell death induced by dihydrosphingosine were specifically blocked by its phosphorylated form dihydrosphingosine- 1-phosphate in a dosedependent manner, suggesting that the maintenance of homeostasis between a free sphingoid base and its phosphorylated derivative is critical to determining the cell fate. Because alterations of the sphingolipid level occur prior to the ROI production, we propose that the free sphingoid bases are involved in the control of PCD in Arabidopsis, presumably through the regulation of the ROI level upon receiving different developmental or environmental cues.  相似文献

Free sphingoid bases, which have been considered not to occur naturally, were detected in murine tissues by derivatization with o-phthalaldehyde and the use of high-performance liquid chromatography. The concentrations were 10-30 pmol/mg tissue. The lung contained the largest amounts of sphingoid bases. In the molecular species of sphingoid bases, the most abundant was C18-sphingenine followed by C18-sphinganine, 4-hydroxysphinganine and C20-sphingenine, in that order. The central nervous tissues contained relatively high amounts of C20-sphingenine and there was a high concentration of 4-hydroxysphinganine in the kidney. In addition, galactosylsphingenine was detected simultaneously in the spinal cord and sciatic nerve. Sphingoid bases were purified from normal murine lungs using lipid-extraction, cation-exchange and silicic acid column chromatographies, alkaline saponification and preparative thin-layer chromatography. In the purified sphingoid bases, erythro-C18-sphingenine and erythro-C18-sphinganine were identified using thin-layer chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography and fast-atom-bombardment mass spectrometry. Free sphingoid bases occurring in normal tissues may be metabolic intermediates required for the synthesis or be products of degradation of the sphingolipids and function to regulate cellular metabolism.  相似文献

Sphingolipids are an important class of lipids due to their role as biologically active molecules and as intracellular second messengers. Sphingolipid metabolites are involved in a wide variety of important biological processes including signal transduction and growth regulation. Simple, quantitative analytical methods are needed to assay these complex lipids, in order to study their biological functions. The current methods used to quantify ceramides and long-chain sphingoid bases are primarily based on derivatization with uv or fluorescent tags and with radioactive-based enzymatic assays. A method was developed to separate ceramides and sphingoid bases by normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography and detect them directly with evaporative light-scattering detection. Ceramides and the sphingoid bases phytosphingosine, dihydrosphingosine, sphingosine, and sphingosine 1-phosphate were resolved with a rapid and quantitative assay in the nanomole range. Yeast extracts grown to various time points were assayed for ceramide and sphingoid bases using a simple, isocratic HPLC system. Both ceramide and phytosphingosine, the primary sphingoid base present in yeast cell extracts, were detected in yeast cell extracts. Phytosphingosine was resolved as a sharp peak with the addition of triethylamine and formic acid modifiers to a chloroform/ethanol mobile phase. This method demonstrates the first direct assay of both ceramides and sphingoid bases.  相似文献

This paper describes a simultaneous analytical method for the measurement of sphingoid base 1-phosphates and sphingoid bases from a variety of biological samples. This method consists of two steps of sample pretreatment: the enzymatic dephosphorylation of sphingoid base 1-phosphates by alkaline phosphatase (APase) and the subsequent analysis of o-phthalaldehyde (OPA) derivatives of the liberated sphingoid bases by HPLC. By introducing C17-sphingosine 1-phosphate and C17-sphingosine as internal standards, not only phytosphingosine 1-phosphate, sphingosine 1-phosphate, and sphinganine 1-phosphate but also phytosphingosine, sphingosine, and sphinganine present in a sample could be quantified in 12 min on a C18 reversed-phase column with a simple mobile phase of acetonitrile:deionized distilled water (90:10, v/v). With this HPLC method, we could reproducibly analyze the levels of sphingoid base 1-phosphates over a broad range of concentrations from 0.5 to 100.0 pmol from various biological samples including serum, cultured cells, and rat tissue homogenates. The conversion of sphingoid base 1-phosphates into sphingoid bases increased the stability of the OPA adducts. Thus, this indirect measurement of sphingoid base 1-phosphates increased the sensitivity and reproducibility of the method. This HPLC method was also used to measure the changes in the levels of sphingoid base 1-phosphates in cultured cells after treatment with 1,25-(OH)2D3, a sphingosine kinase activator, or with fumonisin B1, a sphinganine N-acyltransferase inhibitor.  相似文献

Ceramides are vital components of the water barrier in mammalian skin. Epidermis-specific, a major ceramide portion contains omega-hydroxy very long chain fatty acids (C30-C36). These omega-hydroxy ceramides (Cers) are found in the extracellular lamellae of the stratum corneum either as linoleic acyl esters or protein bound. Glucosylceramide is the major glycosphingolipid of the epidermis. Synthesized from ceramide and UDP-glucose, it is thought to be itself an intracellular precursor and carrier for extracellular omega-hydroxy ceramides. To investigate whether GlcCer is an obligatory intermediate in ceramide metabolism to maintain epidermal barrier function, a mouse with an epidermis-specific glucosylceramide synthase (Ugcg) deficiency has been generated. Four days after birth animals devoid of GlcCer synthesis in keratinocytes showed a pronounced desquamation of the stratum corneum and extreme transepidermal water loss leading to death. The stratum corneum appeared as a thick unstructured mass. Lamellar bodies of the stratum granulosum did not display the usual ordered inner structure and were often irregularly arranged. Although the total amount of epidermal protein-bound ceramides remained unchanged, epidermal-free omega-hydroxy ceramides increased 4-fold and omega-hydroxy sphingomyelins, almost not detectable in wild type epidermis, emerged in quantities comparable with lost GlcCer. We conclude that the transient formation of GlcCer is vital for a regular arrangement of lipids and proteins in lamellar bodies and for the maintenance of the epidermal barrier.  相似文献

The present report is a part of our continuing efforts to explore the utility of the rat epidermal keratinocyte organotypic culture (ROC) as an alternative model to human skin in transdermal drug delivery and skin irritation studies of new chemical entities and formulations. The aim of the present study was to compare the stratum corneum lipid content of ROC with the corresponding material from human skin. The lipid composition was determined by thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and mass-spectrometry, and the thermal phase transitions of stratum corneum were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). All major lipid classes of the stratum corneum were present in ROC in a similar ratio as found in human stratum corneum. Compared to human skin, the level of non-hydroxyacid-sphingosine ceramide (NS) was increased in ROC, while α-hydroxyacid-phytosphingosine ceramide (AP) and non-hydroxyacid-phytosphingosine ceramides (NP) were absent. Also some alterations in fatty acid profiles of ROC ceramides were noted, e.g., esterified ω-hydroxyacid-sphingosine contained increased levels of oleic acid instead of linoleic acid. The fraction of lipids covalently bound to corneocyte proteins was distinctly lower in ROC compared to human skin, in agreement with the results from DSC. ROC underwent a lipid lamellar order to disorder transition (T2) at a slightly lower temperature (68 °C) than human skin (74 °C). These differences in stratum corneum lipid composition and the thermal phase transitions may explain the minor differences previously observed in drug permeation between ROC and human skin.  相似文献

An enzymatic method to quantify the mass levels of free sphingosine in cellular lipid extracts was developed. The assay is based upon the observation that ceramide is phosphorylated by Escherichia coli diacylglycerol kinase. Although sphingosine is not recognized by the enzyme, it can be converted to a substrate by acylation with hexanoic anhydride. Using a mixed micellar assay, previously reported for the mass quantification of diacylglycerol, the short-chain ceramide (N-C6-sphingosine), generated by acylation, is quantitatively phosphorylated to N-C6-[32P]sphingosine phosphate. This assay allows quantification of sphingosine over a broad range from 25 to 5000 pmol. When this assay was applied to standard compounds, reverse-phase thin-layer chromatography of the reaction products was adequate to separate the phosphorylated derivatives of long-chain ceramide and N-C6-sphingosine. However, the presence of other lipids in extracts from biological samples (mainly monoalkylglycerols which are also a substrate for the diacylglycerol kinase) interfered and necessitated an additional purification step. The most efficient purification step devised was a combination of anion- and cation-exchange chromatography. The mass levels of free sphingoid bases in different cultured cells were quantified using this assay. Levels varied between 8 to 20 pmol/10(6) cells. When normalized to phospholipids, sphingosine levels varied between 0.01 and 0.04 mol%. The lowest levels were found in L929 cells, while Schwann cells derived from Twitcher mice contained the highest levels. These levels were significantly higher than those of Schwann cells derived from normal mice.  相似文献

A new ceramide consisting of 6-hydroxysphingosine linked to a non-hydroxyacid was found in human epidermal lipid. This ceramide was sought because its fatty acid and sphingoid moieties are present in other combinations in human epidermal ceramides. To isolate the new ceramide, the mixture of ceramides in human epidermal lipid was first separated into fractions by thin-layer chromatography (TLC), and then each fraction was further purified by TLC after acetylation of all hydroxyl groups. TLC after acetylation revealed that one of the fractions isolated in the first TLC step contained two components, namely, the ceramide consisting of sphingosine linked to an alpha-hydroxyacid and an unknown ceramide. The new ceramide constituted about 9% of the total ceramides, and was shown by NMR spectroscopy to be N-acyl-6-hydroxysphingosine.  相似文献

The skin of an adult frog of Xenopus laevis was characterized by the reactivity of 20 lectins. The lectins were classified into six groups in their binding to the epidermal cells: Lycopersicon esculentum lectin (LEL)-type which was positive for all epidermal cells; Pisum sativum agglutinin (PSA)-type for stratum germinativum; succinylated wheat germ agglutinin (sWGA)-type for strata spinosum, granulosum and corneum; Dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA)-type for strata germinativum and spinosum; peanut agglutinin (PNA)-type for stratum spinosum; and Ulex europaeus agglutinin (UEA-I)-type for strata granulosum and corneum. PSA and sWGA were utilized as markers of mitotically active germinative cells and the differentiated cells of the epidermis, respectively, to describe the metamorphic conversion of larval epidermal cells to adult type. PSA stained all epidermal cells of tadpoles before metamorphic climax. At the end of metamorphosis, PSA-positive cells were restricted to cells in the basal layer of body epidermis while all the tail epidermis remained PSA-positive. The other cell marker, sWGA, only stained apical cells in tadpole epidermis. During the metamorphic climax, sWGA-positive cells appeared in the cells beneath the stratum corneum of the body region, but not in the tail region. The present study demonstrates that PSA and sWGA are useful to investigate metamorphic changes in tadpole epidermal cells.  相似文献

Keratinization and pigmentation in Crocodilus niloticus skin were compared with the conditions in the lizards Lacerta viridis and Anolis carolinensis. The epidermis, both in the crocodile and in lizards, is arranged to form a surface pattern of scales and narrower intervening hinge regions. Similar keratin-bound substances were found in the crocodile and lizard stratum corneum. Nevertheless, the greater uniformity in histological structure and in distribution of chemical substances throughout the depth of the crocodile stratum corneum was in marked contrast to the lizards, which showed morphological differences, and differences in intensities of chemical reactions in the horny cells laid down early and late in each keratinization cycle. In the crocodile, keratin-bound S-S and SH are uniformly distributed in the horny scales, but in the lizards the superficial cells have most S-S and the lowermost keratinized cells most SH. The loosely arranged horny cells in the crocodile are shed in small flakes as in mammals, in contrast to lizards which undergo periodic sloughs of a compact stratum corneum. In the lizards, the intermediate layer between two horny layer generations contains no detectable S-S and is probably unkeratinized, so that when these cells die a fission zone is formed. The crocodile scales each contain a raised pigmented papule in which melanin is introduced into the epidermal cells, and keratinization is also different from the neighbouring area. Guanophores and lipophores are absent in the crocodile, although present in the lizards. All contain prominent dermal melanophores.  相似文献
