Reaction of [Mo2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ with Mo(CO)6 or metallic Mo under hydrothermal conditions (140 °C, 4 M HCl) gives oxido-sulfido cluster aqua complex [Mo33-S)(μ-O)2(μ-S)(H2O)9]4+ (1). Similarly, [W33-S)(μ-O)2(μ-S)(H2O)9]4+ (2) is obtained from [W2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ and W(CO)6. While reaction of [Mo2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ with W(CO)6 mainly proceeds as simple reduction to give 1, [W2O2(μ-S)2(H2O)6]2+ with Mo(CO)6 produces new mixed-metal cluster [W2Mo(μ3-S)(μ-O)2(μ-S)(H2O)9]4+ (3) as main product. From solutions of 1 in HCl supramolecular adduct with cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]) {[Mo3O2S2(H2O)6Cl3]2CB[6]}Cl2⋅18H2O (4) was isolated and structurally characterized. The aqua complexes were converted into acetylacetonates [M3O2S2(acac)3(py)3]PF6 (M3 = Mo3, W3, W2Mo; 5a-c), which were characterized by X-ray single crystal analysis, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Crystal structure of (H5O2)(Me4N)4[W33-S)(μ2-S)(μ2-O)2(NCS)9] (6), obtained from 2, is also reported.  相似文献

Two new tetrahedral tungsten cyanide cluster compounds, [Cu(dien)]3[W4Te4(CN)12] · 9H2O (1) (dien=diethylenetriamine) and [Ni(en)(NH3)]3[W4Se4(CN)12] · 7.5H2O (2) (en=ethylenediamine), were synthesized by treating aqueous solutions of the saltlike cluster compound K6[W4Te4(CN)12] · 5H2O/K6[W4Se4(CN)12] · 6H2O with copper(II)/nickel(II) chloride in aqueous ammonia containing dien/en. The cyano-bridged layered coordination polymeric compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis: monoclinic, space group P21 for 1; trigonal, space group for 2. Structures of 1 and 2 consist of infinite neutral layers of cluster components {W4Te4(CN)12}/{W4Se4(CN)12} connected, one another by {Cu(dien)} or {Ni(en)(NH3)} fragments, respectively.  相似文献

The reactions of the Keplerate super cluster [Mo132O372(CH3CO2)30(H2O)72]42− with a Cu(II) source and an organonitrogen donor in methanol/DMF solutions yielded a series of bimetallic organic-inorganic oxide hybrid materials, including the molecular species [Cu(phen)2MoO4] (1) and [{Cu(terpy)}2(MoO4)2] (2) and a series of materials constructed from the tetranuclear building block {Mo4O10(OMe)6}2−: the molecular [{Cu2(phen)2(O2CCH3)2 (MeOH)}Mo4O10(OMe)6] (3), [{Cu(terpy)(O2CCH3)}2Mo4O10(OMe)6] (4) and [{Cu(terpy)Cl}2Mo4O10(OMe)6] (5), the one-dimensional phases [{Cu(bpy)(HOMe)2}Mo4O10(OMe)6] (6), [{Cu(bpy)(DMF)2}Mo4O10(OMe)6] (7), [{Cu(bpa)(DMF)2}Mo4O10(OMe)6] (8), [{Cu(phen)(DMF)2}Mo4O10(OMe)6] (9) and [{CuCl(dpa)}2Mo4O10(OMe)6] (10), and the two-dimensional material [{Cu2(DMF)2(pdpa)}{Mo4O10(OMe)6}2] (11). When methanol is replaced by the tridentate alkoxide tris-methoxypropane (trisp), the {Mo2O4(trisp)2}2− cluster building block is observed for [Cu(phen)Mo2O4(trisp)2] (12), [Cu(bpa)(DMF)Mo2O4(trisp)2] (13) and [{Cu(bpy)(NO3)}2Mo2O4(trisp)2] (14).  相似文献

[PPN][Se5Fe(NO)2] (1) and [K-18-crown-6-ether][S5Fe(NO)2] (2′) were synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis, EPR spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility, and X-ray structure. [PPN][Se5Fe(NO)2] easily undergoes ligand exchange with S8 and (RS)2 (R = C7H4SN (5), o-C6H4NHCOCH3 (6), C4H3S (7)) to form [PPN][S5Fe(NO)2] and [PPN][(SR)2Fe(NO)2]. The reaction displays that [E5Fe(NO)2] (E = Se (3), S (4)) facilely converts to [Fe4E3(NO)7] by adding acid HBF4 or oxidant [Cp2Fe][BF4] in THF, respectively. Obviously, complexes 1 and 2′ serve as the precursors of the Roussin’s black salts 3 and 4. The electronic structure of {Fe(NO)2}9 core of [Se5Fe(NO)2] is best described as a dynamic resonance hybrid of {Fe+1(NO)2}9 and {Fe−1(NO+)2}9 modulated by the coordinated ligands. The findings, EPR signal of g = 2.064 for 1 at 298 K, implicate that the low-molecular-weight DNICs and protein-bound DNICs may not exist with selenocysteine residues of proteins as ligands, since the existence of protein-bound DNICs and low-molecular-weight DNICs in vitro has been characterized with a characteristic EPR signal at g = 2.03. In addition, complex 2′ treated human erythroleukemia K562 cancer cells exposed to UV-A light greatly decreased the percentage survival of the cell cultures.  相似文献

A series of malonato complexes of molybdenum(V) was prepared by reacting (PyH)5[MoOCl4(H2O)]3Cl2 or (PyH)n[MoOBr4]n with malonic acid (H2mal) or a half-neutralized acid, hydrogen malonate (Hmal), at ambient conditions: (PyH)3[Mo2O4Cl42-Hmal)] · CH3CN (1), (PyH)3[Mo2O4Br42-Hmal)] · CH3CN (2), (PyH)2[Mo2O4Cl(η2-mal)(μ2-Hmal)Py] (3), (3,5-LutH)2(H3O) [Mo2O42-mal)22-Hmal)] (4), (PyH)[Mo2O4Cl22-Memal)Py2] (5), (3,5-LutH)[Mo2O4Cl22-Memal)(3,5-Lut)2] (6), (PyH)[Mo2O4Cl22-Etmal)Py2] (7), (3,5-LutH)[Mo2O4Cl22-Prmal)(3,5-Lut)2] (8) and [{Mo2O42-Memal)Py2}22-OCH3)2] (9) (where Py = pyridine, C5H5N; PyH+ = pyridinium cation, C5H5NH+; 3,5-Lut = 3,5-lutidine, C7H9N; 3,5-LutH+ = 3,5-lutidinium cation, C7H9NH+; mal2− = malonate, OOCCH2COO; Memal = monomethyl malonate, OOCCH2COOCH3; Etmal = monoethyl malonate, OOCCH2COOC2H5 and Prmal = monopropyl malonate, OOCCH2COOC3H7). The complex anions of compounds 1-8 have a common structural feature: a dinuclear, singly metal-metal bonded {Mo2O4}2+ core with the carboxylate moiety of the malonato ligand coordinated in a syn-syn bidentate bridging manner to the pair of metal atoms. The remaining four coordination sites of the {Mo2O4}2+ core are occupied with halides in 1 and 2, with halides/pyridine ligands in 5-8, with a pair of bidentate malonate ions in 4 and with the combination of all in 3. The neutral molecules of 9 consist of two {Mo2O4}2+ cores linked with a pair of methoxide ions into a chain-like, tetranuclear cluster. An esterification of malonic acid was observed to take place in the reaction mixtures containing alcohols. Solvothermal reactions with malonic acid carried out at 115 °C produced anionic acetato complexes as found in (PyH)[Mo2O4Cl22-OOCCH3)Py2] · Py (10), (PyH)[Mo2O4Cl22-OOCCH3)Py2] (11), (3,5-LutH)[Mo2O4Cl22-OOCCH3)(3,5-Lut)2] (12) and (4-MePyH)3[Mo2O4Cl22-OOCCH3)(4-MePy)2]2Cl (13) (4-MePy = 4-methylpyridine, C6H7N). The acetate coordinated in the syn-syn bidentate bridging mode in all. Reactions of (PyH)5[MoOCl4(H2O)]3Cl2 with succinic acid (H2suc) at ambient conditions resulted in a complex with a half-neutralized acid, (PyH)[Mo2O4Cl22-Hsuc)Py2] · Py (14) (Hsuc = hydrogen succinate, OOC(CH2)2COOH), while those carried out at 115 °C in a tetranuclear succinato complex, (4-MePyH)2[{Mo2O4Cl2(4-MePy)2}24-suc)] (15) (suc2− = succinate, OOC(CH2)2COO). The tetranuclear anion of 15 consists of two {Mo2O4}2+ cores covalently linked with a tetradentate succinato ligand. The compounds were fully characterized by infrared vibrational spectroscopy, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Molybdenum tetramers: Mo43-O)4[μ-O2P(CH2Cl)2]4O4 (1), Mo43-O)4(μ-O2P(CH2OH)2)4O4 (2), Mo43-O)4[μ-O2P(PhOMe)2]4O4 (3), and Mo43-O)4[μ-O2P(o-C6H4(CH2)2)]4O4 (4) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Molybdenum tetramers 1 and 4 along with the ligands L2A and L4 were structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray crystallography. An infinite 2D polymeric sheet was formed via inter and intra hydrogen bonds in the crystals of L2A. The crystals of L4 consist of infinite polymeric chains formed through hydrogen bonding. All molybdenum tetramers were tested as catalysts for the epoxidation of cis-cyclooctene in the presence of H2O2. Compounds 1 and 2 resulted in more than 80% epoxide after 24 hours at 70 °C, and displayed superior catalytic activities over compounds 3 and 4 under identical conditions. The superior catalytic activities of compounds 1 and 2 may be attributed to their better solubility in the ethanol/H2O2 system.  相似文献

We have utilized the possibility of altering the ratio of reactants to result in tetrahedral anions, [M(SC{O}Me)nCl4−n]2− (n=3, 4) and [Cd2Cl2(SC{O}Me)4]2−. Complexes of the formula [Ph4P]2[M(SC{O}Me)4] (M=Zn(II) (1), Cd(II) (2) or Hg(II) (3)) were synthesized by the reaction of thioacetate ligand with the metal salts and Ph4PCl in 4:1:2 molar ratio in suitable solvents. The geometry of Zn(II) in 1 is nearly tetrahedral and the distortion in tetrahedron increases in the order of 1<2<3 as observed from the SMS angles in the crystal structures. The tendency of monoanionic complexes [Ph4P][M(SC{O}Me)3] to react with 1 mole equivalent of Ph4PCl resulted in complexes of the type [Ph4P]2[M(SC{O}Me)3Cl] (M=Cd(II) (4) or Hg(II) (5)). In the structures of 4 and 5, three sulfur atoms and one chloride atom occupy the corners of the tetrahedron around the metal centers. However, in a 4:2:2 or 2:1:2 molar reaction of Me{O}CS with CdCl2 and Ph4PCl in aqueous medium resulted in a chloro bridged dimer, [Ph4P]2[Cd2(μ-Cl)2(SC{O}Me)4] (6) as determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Two new complexes, {[MnAu2(CN)4(NITpPy)2(H2O)2]}n (1) and {[Co(N(CN)2)2(NITpPy)2(H2O)2]}n (2), have been synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray analysis for the complexes 1 and 2 demonstrates that each M(II) (M = Mn or Co) ion assumes a distorted octahedral MN4O2 coordination polyhedron. Four nitrogen atoms come from the cyanide groups and the pyridyl rings in a common plane, and two oxygen atoms come from the H2O molecules in trans-positions. The structures of complexes 1 and 2 illustrate that aurophilicity and/or hydrogen bonding interactions play important roles in increasing dimensionality. Magnetic investigations on complexes 1 and 2 show the presence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

Seven new organic-inorganic hybrid compounds containing inorganic polyoxometalates and trigonal organic ligand 2,4,6-tris-(3/4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (3/4-tpt), namely [Mo8O26M(Htpt)2(H2O)2]n (M = Zn (1), Co (2), Ni (3)), [Mo8O26Cu(Htpt)2(H2O)2]n·2nH2O (4), [Mo8O26(H2tpt)2]·6H2O (5), [Mn(Mo4O13)(4-tpt)2]n (6) and [Fe3(Mo4O15)(3-tpt)]n·nH2O (7), were synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by EA, IR, TG, and PXRD techniques. Single crystal X-ray structural analysis revealed that compounds 1-4 are 1-D coordination polymers constructed from [Mo8O26]4− cluster and [M(Htpt)2(H2O)2]4+ fragments. Compound 5 is an isolated cluster composed of [Mo8O26]4− anion and monodentate H2tpt2+ cation. 3-Tpt ligands in 1-5 are partially protonated and act as monodentate ligands. Octamolybdates adopt β- and γ-[Mo8O26]4− structural mode in compounds 1-4 and 5, respectively. In compound 6, each [Mo4O13]2− tetramer links four Mn(II) ions to form a 2-D wave-like polymeric layer. The 2-D [MnMo4O13] bimetallic layers are pillared by neutral 4-tpt bidentately to generate a 3-D metal-organic framework. Compound 7 is a 3-D coordination polymer constructed from 2-D [Fe3(Mo4O15)] bimetallic polymeric layer and pillared by neutral tridentate 3-tpt. These compounds are thermal stable under 250 °C. The compounds 1 and 5 display luminescence with emission maximum at 481 and 442 nm, respectively.  相似文献

A novel bifunctionalized arylimido derivative of hexamolybdate, (Bu4N)2[Mo6O17(NAr)2] [Ar = 2,6-(CH3)2C6H3] (1), in which the two 2,6-dimethylaniline groups are bounded to hexamolybdate at the cis positions, was synthesized by a facile reaction of α-octamolybdate with 2,6-dimethylaniline using DCC as a dehydration agent. The existence of strong non-typical C-H?O hydrogen bonds plays an important role in crystal structure stabilization of compound 1. The results of fluorescence spectra show that the formation of a covalent bond between 2,6-dimethylaniline molecule and hexamolybdate could efficiently quench the fluorescence intensity of 2,6-dimethylaniline molecule, with a fluorescence quencher efficiency of 87.7%. Thermal analysis results indicate that two substituted 2,6-(CH3)2C6H3 molecules bonding to the same cluster dissociated at different temperature, in well agreement with the different MoN bond length in compound 1. The electrochemical behavior of modified 1-CPE has been studied in detail. Compared with the conventional polyoxometalate (POM)-modified electrode, 1-CPE presents a merit of remarkable stability over 500 cycles due to the insolubility of the POM nanoparticles, which is especially important for practical applications.  相似文献

A new series of biscyclometalated dinuclear rhodium (II) compounds with the general formula Rh2(O2CR)2(PC)2 · 2H2O, being PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = CH3 (1 · 2H2O), PC = [(p-CH3 OC6H3)P(p-CH3 OC6H4)2], R = CF3 (2 · 2H2O), PC = (C6H4)P[CH(CH3)2]2, R = CH3 (3 · 2H2O) and PC = (C6H4)P(C6H5)2, R = C6F5 (4 · 2H2O) has been obtained. The crystal structures for these compounds have been determined by X-ray diffraction and the main structural trends, bond lengths, bond angles and torsion angles have been analyzed, and have also been compared with the structural parameters for different analogous complexes described previously in the literature.  相似文献

Reaction of Mo2(O2CCH3)2(DMepyF)2 (HDMepyF=N,N-di(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)formamidine) with HBF4 in CH2Cl2/CH3CN afforded the complex trans-[Mo2(H2DMepyF)2(CH3CN)4](BF4)6 (1), which crystallized in two forms, trans-[Mo2(H2DMepyF)2(CH3CN)4](ax-CH3CN)2(BF 4)6 · 2CH3CN (1a), and trans- [Mo2(H2DMepyF)2(CH3CN)4](ax-BF4) 2(BF4)4 · 2CH3CN (1b). The molecular structures of complexes (1) consist of two quadruply bonded molybdenum atoms, which are spanned by two trans-bridging formamidinate ligands and coordinated by four trans-CH3CN. Each H2DMepyF+ ligand adopts an s-cis,s-cis- conformation. The difference between 1a and 1b is that complex 1a contains two CH3CN molecules as axial ligands, while 1b contains two BF4 anions as axial ligands. Complex 1 is the first dimolybdenum complex containing a pair of trans bridging ligands and two pairs of trans-CH3CN ligands.  相似文献

Reaction of sodium picolinate with FeIII oxo-centered carboxylate triangles in MeCN in the presence of PPh4Cl yields (PPh4)[Fe4O2(O2CR)7(pic)2] (R = Ph (1), But (2)). Omitting the phosphonium cation produces [Fe8Na4O4(O2CPh)16(pic)4(H2O)4] (3), which contains two Fe4Na2 units bridged by two picolinate ligands. X-ray crystal structures of 1 and 3 are reported.Voltammetric profiles in MeCN show four one-electron reduction steps for complexes 1 and 2. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements in polycrystalline samples of 1 and 3 reveal strong antiferromagnetic couplings leading to = 0 ground states.  相似文献

Hydrothermal chemistry was used to prepare the bimetallic organic-inorganic hybrid oxide [Cu(I)Cu(II)2(trz)2Mo4O13(OH)] · 6H2O (1 · 6H2O). The structure consists of chains linked through into a three-dimensional framework. The structures of the simple metal-triazole phases [MoO3(Htrz)0.5] (2) and [Cu(trz)] (3) are also reported. Compound 2 is two-dimensional, constructed from corner-sharing {MoO5N} octahedra. Compound 3 consists of {Cu(trz)}n chains linked through weak Cu?Cu contacts into a virtual layer.  相似文献

Two new organic-inorganic hybrid compounds [Zn(phen)(SO4)(H2O)2]n (1) and [Cu(phen)(H2O)2] · SO4 (2) have been prepared by conventional aqueous solution synthesis and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and fluorescent spectroscopy. In compound 1, the sulfate group adopts bidentate mode to coordinate with two Zn(II) ions to form one-dimensional polymer. The one-dimensional polymers are further linked together via the intermolecular hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions to form a 3D supramolecular framework. Compound 2 is build up of discrete [Cu(phen)(H2O]2+ cations and SO42− anions to form a three-dimensional framework via hydrogen-bonding and π-π stacking interactions. Furthermore, the luminescent properties of both 1 and 2 were studied. The complexes 1 and 2 excited at 280 nm wavelength produced characteristic luminescence features, arising maybe due to the π-π transitions.  相似文献

The P,P′diphenylmethylenediphosphinic acid (H2pcp) reacts with Co(ClO4)2 · 6H2O and 4,4′-bipyridine to give a mixture of two polymeric isomers of formula [Co(pcp)(bipy)0.5(H2O)2], {red (1) and pink (2)} and the new violet hybrid [Co(Hpcp)2] (3). The pure red and violet species have been obtained by the reaction of H2pcp with Co(CH3COO)2 · 4H2O and bipy or with Co(ClO4)2 · 6H2O, respectively. The analogous reaction of Ni(CH3COO)2 · 4H2O or Ni(ClO4)2 · 6H2O with H2pcp and bipy affords only the [Ni(pcp)(bipy)0.5(H2O)2] species (4). The two cobalt isomers present different structural arrangements. Whereas the red isomer (1) shows an undulated 2D layered structure, the pink one (2) forms an infinite monodimensional strand. Both the architectures extend to higher dimensions through hydrogen bonding interactions. The nickel derivative is isomorphous with the red cobalt isomer. The violet [Co(Hpcp)2] (3), which is isomorphous with the complexes of the reported series [M(Hpcp)2], M = Ca(II), Mg(II), presents a monodimensional polymeric structure. Compounds 1 and 4 show a very similar thermal behaviour, the two water molecules being lost in the temperature range 25-150 and 160-320 °C, respectively. Temperature dependent X-ray powder diffractometry (TDXD) has been performed on compound 1 in order to follow the structural transformations that occur during the heating process.  相似文献

A hexarhenium cyanohydroxo anionic cluster complex [Re6Se8(CN)4(OH)2]4− was synthesized for the first time starting from [Re6Se8(OH)6]4−, which was crystallized as a salt of the composition Cs2.75K1.25[Re6Se8(CN)4(OH)2]·H2O (1). The reaction of the complex with Cu2+ in an aqueous ammonia or methylamine solutions afforded [Cu(NH3)5]2[Re6Se8(CN)4(OH)2]·8H2O (2) or [{Cu(CH3NH2)4}2Re6Se8(CN)4(OH)2] (3), respectively. All of these three compounds were characterized by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. Compound 1 is crystallized in the tetragonal space group I4/m with eight formula units per cell (a = b = 17.4823(14) Å, c = 19.430(2) Å, V = 5938.3(10) Å3); compound 2 is crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with two formula units per cell (a = 12.1845(13) Å, b = 8.6554(9) Å, c = 19.2568(19) Å, β = 91.081(2)°, V = 2030.5(4) Å3); compound 3 is crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Cmcm with four formula units per cell (a = 19.816(4) Å, b = 14.611(3) Å, c = 13.751(3) Å, V = 3981.2(13) Å3). The luminescence properties of 1 were studied in both aqueous solution and solid state. In addition, the electronic structure of [Re6Se8(CN)4(OH)2]4− was elucidated by DFT calculations.  相似文献

The reaction of Cd(OAc)2 · 4H2O and 1-alkyl-2-(arylazo)imidazole [RaaiR′ where R = H (a), Me (b); R′ = Me (1/3/5), Et (2/4/6)] and NH4NCS/NaNCO in methanol in 1:2:2 mole ratio has afforded [Cd(RaaiR′)2(NCS)2] (34) and [Cd(RaaiR′)2(NCO)2] (56) complexes. The complexes are characterized by different physicochemical methods and in one case, the structure was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction study for title compounds.  相似文献

The new aryl phosphinites PPh2OR (R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, 1; R = 2,6-Ph2C6H3, 2) have been prepared from chlorodiphenylphosphine and the corresponding phenols. In these ligands, the ortho-positions of the aromatic phosphite function are blocked by methyl and phenyl substituents, which allows coordination to metal centres without ortho-metallation. Thus, reaction with [PdCl2(cod)] leads to the complexes trans-[PdCl2(PPh2OR)2] (R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, 3; R = 2,6-Ph2C6H3, 4), while the reaction with [Rh2(CO)4Cl2] gives trans-[Rh(CO)Cl(PPh2OR)2] (R = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2, 5; R = 2,6-Ph2C6H3, 6). The single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of 3 and 5 confirm the trans-coordination of the new ligands in these square-planar complexes.  相似文献

Dark-brown single crystals of the title compound 1 were obtained in high yield by layering a CuCl2 solution in 25% aqueous ammonia on a glycerol solution of K6[W4Te4(CN)12]·5H2O. The complex 1 was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR spectroscopy. The X-ray structure of 1 reveals a polymeric chain cyano-bridged cluster-metal coordination compound. The [W4Te4(CN)12]6− cluster anions are linked one to another by Cu2+ cations through coordination by nitrogen atoms of the CN groups.  相似文献
