目的:观察12周的核心力量训练对篮球专业大学生受试者平衡控制能力及血液某些生化指标的影响。方法:对14名受试者进行每周3次,每次90 min,为期12周的核心力量训练,所有受试者在训练前1周及训练第12周后进行睁眼和闭眼状态下的左右腿单脚站立重心移动面积和重心移动速度等平衡能力指标及BU、CK、WBC、HB、T、C和T/C等常规生化指标测试。结果:①12周的核心力量训练后睁眼和闭眼状态下的左右脚重心移动面积和移动速度都较训练前非常显著性降低(P<0.01);②睁眼及闭眼状态下的左右脚重心移动面积和移动速度在训练前及训练后均存在明显的差异性和不平衡性(P<0.01)。③核心力量训练后睁眼及闭眼状态下的双侧重心移动面积差异都较训练前有所减小,其中睁眼状态下的双侧重心移动面积差异较训练前明显减小(P<0.01);而睁眼及闭眼状态下的双侧重心移动速度差异都较训练前有所变大,且睁眼状态下的双侧重心移动速度差异较训练前明显增大(P<0.01)。④核心力量训练后BU和CK较训练前明显降低(P<0.05),WBC、HB、T和C较训练前大幅升高(P> 0.05),T/C较训练前则轻微地降低(P>0.05)。结论:12周的核心力量训练有助于篮球专业大学生下肢平衡控制能力的提高,机体对训练负荷适应能力的增强,使身体机能保持在较好的水平。 相似文献

目的:应用调整的膳食平衡指数 07(dietary balance index,DBI 07)评价男性精液质量,探讨膳食平衡指数水平与生殖门诊就诊男性精液质量的关系,为生育男性的营养宣教及干预提供科学依据。方法:选取2016—2017年合肥市某三甲医院生殖中心门诊部就诊男性,使用食物频率问卷(FFQ)调查其膳食情况,使用DBI 07评价其膳食质量,并分析DBI 07与男性精液质量的关系。结果:膳食质量情况处于摄入不足、摄入过量以及膳食总体不平衡的状态。男性精液质量异常率为54.93%,BMI、体力活动锻炼与男性精液质量有关。Logistic回归分析DBI 07各指标与男性精液质量的关系,调整了年龄、吸烟、BMI、饮酒、体力活动等混杂因素之后,结果表明,DBI 07 HBS是精子总数以及前向运动精子活动度异常的风险因素,OR值分别为2.40(95% CI∶1.06~5.43),2.32(95% CI∶1.13~4.35),差异有统计学意义(P=0.035,0.020)。另外,DBI 07 DQD会增加精子形态异常的风险,OR值为0.39(95% CI∶0.16~0.91),差异有统计学意义(P =0.030)。结论:该人群膳食摄入的总体不平衡较为严重,DBI 07与男性精液质量有关,膳食摄入的过量以及不平衡会增加精液质量异常的风险。生育期男性要加强营养均衡,提高膳食质量。 相似文献

目的:评定持续性军事职业活动对平衡能力的影响及视觉系统在其中的作用,为精准军事运动训练提供依据。方法:54名健康男性受试者,年龄(20.28±3.72)岁;身高(173.21±5.67)cm;体重(64.29±5.12) kg,在36 h的时间内完成多项军事科目,记录全程运动负荷(随机抽取11人),军事活动结束后进行睁眼平衡能力测试(54人)和闭眼平衡能力测试(随机抽取27人)。结果:内部负荷,与安静状态相比,军事职业活动中的心率(HR)、运动后的过氧消耗(EPOC)和运动冲量(TRIMP)值均显著增加(P<0.05);平衡能力,与睁眼安静值相比,军事职业活动后睁眼状态下整体、前后和左右方向的重心动摇距离和速度均显著增加(P<0.05),而整体、前后和左右动摇面积,前后和左右方向的最大动摇径,以及运动椭圆面积无显著变化(P>0.05);与闭眼安静值相比,军事活动后闭眼状态下平衡能力所有指标均显著增加(P<0.05)。结果表明视觉可控制持续性军事职业活动后人体重心动摇的幅度和面积。结论:长时间军事职业活动会损害人体的平衡能力,持续性的军事职业活动后,闭眼状态下平衡能力的破坏程度较睁眼状态大,表现为重心动摇幅度和范围的增加,表明视觉系统在控制姿态稳定方面起一定作用。 相似文献

目的:探讨中老年人红肉的膳食摄入情况,分析红肉摄入量与血清铁蛋白水平的相关性,并研究红肉摄入与中老年人患铁过载的风险的关系。方法:以参加体检的年龄在40~85岁的515名中老年人为研究对象,以血清铁蛋白作为铁营养状况指标,采用半定量食物频率法进行膳食调查,将居民的红肉摄入量和铁蛋白含量作相关性分析,并对居民红肉的摄入频率与铁过载之间的风险进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:在研究的中老年人群中,红肉摄入量与血清铁蛋白呈正相关。按四分位红肉摄入量为≤20.0g/d、20.0~42.9g/d、42.9~85.7g/d、>85.7g/d分组,各组中老年人血清铁蛋白中位数分别为60.9、67.1、80.4、100.4μg/L。调整性别、年龄、BMI、吸烟、饮酒等多种混杂因素后,红肉每周摄入≥7次的中老年人群发生铁过载的风险显著高于每周摄入红肉≤4次的人群,OR为3.36 (95% CI:1.18,9.55,P<0.05)。结论:在中老年人群中,过量摄入红肉可增加机体发生铁过载的风险,个体膳食模式可能是高铁储量的重要调节因素。 相似文献

目的:观察中老年人甲襞微循环的变化,探讨长期有氧运动对中老年人甲襞微循环的影响。方法:根据试验要求招募21名受试者,男女比例2:1,年龄53.23 ±8.12岁,对其进行两个阶段的有氧运动干预。第一阶段:以50%最大摄氧量运动8周。具体运动方式为慢跑(跑步机或室外),每周运动4次,每次运动1 h。第二阶段:以65%~70%最大摄氧量运动6周,运动方式同第一阶段。分别在运动开始前、第一阶段运动结束后和第二阶段运动结束后使用XTL-1型微循环显微镜对受试者左手无名指的甲襞微循环进行测试。结果:①第一阶段结束后受试者管袢形态积分值和总积分值与试验前相比显著性下降(P < 0.05),第二阶段结束后管袢形态积分(P < 0.01)、血流形态积分(P < 0.05)、袢周形态积分(P < 0.05)及总积分值(P < 0.05)与试验前相比都明显降低。(2)部分子指标:第一阶段结束后乳头积分值与试验前相比明显下降(P < 0.05);第二阶段结束后流速积分值(P < 0.05)、管袢畸形积分值(P < 0.05)、清晰度积分值(P < 0.05)、乳头积分值(P < 0.01)与试验前相比显著下降。结论:长期的有氧运动可使中老年人甲襞微循环的形态结构和生理功能得到一定程度的改善。在一定强度的范围内,运动强度越大中老年人微循环系统改善的程度越高,建议中老年人在进行体育锻炼时运动强度应不低于50%最大摄氧量。 相似文献

摘要 目的:研究运动想象训练联合三维旋进式振动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡能力、上肢功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:研究对象来源于苏州市立医院康复医学科2019年4月~2022年4月期间收治的80例脑卒中偏瘫患者。入院后按照计算机产生随机数进行随机分配为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组患者接受运动想象训练,研究组患者接受三维旋进式振动疗法联合运动想象训练。对比两组疗效、上肢功能、平衡能力及日常生活活动能力。结果:两组患者干预2周后、干预4周后Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能量表(FM-uL)、上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)评分均升高,且研究组均高于对照组同期;改良Ashworth痉挛量表(MAS)评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。两组患者干预2周后、干预4周后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。两组患者干预2周后、干预4周后Barthel指数(BI)评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论:运动想象训练联合三维旋进式振动疗法干预脑卒中偏瘫患者,可有效改善患者的平衡能力、上肢功能及日常生活活动能力。 相似文献

目的:基于运动生理生化技术手段,对不同步数的健步走在男性中老年人健身中的干预效果进行科学分析,以期为全民健身的开展提供更多理论依据。方法:募集的80名中老年受试者分成3组:健步走运动A组(30名、平均年龄56.26 ±3.68岁)、健步走运动B组(30名、平均年龄57.65 ±4.78岁)、对照组C组(20名、平均年龄55.73 ±4.18岁);健步走运动A组在整个实验过程中每天运动步数控制在10 000~12 000步,共计16周;健步走运动B组在前10周内每天运动步数控制在10 000~12 000步,后6周控制在14 000~15 000步/天;对照组保持原先正常的生活状态和运动习惯。分别在试验开始前、第10周、第16周结束后对研究对象进行各个指标的测试。测试指标主要包括收缩压、舒张压、心率、肺活量、时间肺活量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇等。结果:两个运动组在10周、16周后收缩压、舒张压、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯较试验前明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺活量、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇较试验前明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),且运动B组在16周后舒张压(P<0.05)、时间肺活量(P<0.05)、血清甘油三酯(P<0.05)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.05)改变幅度明显大于运动A组16周后值。结论:每天万步走运动可有效地改善男性中老年血压、肺活量、血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇等指标,且运动10周以后适当增加步数可进一步提高改善幅度。 相似文献

Fifteen middle-aged, untrained (defined as no regular exercise) men (mean age 49.9 years, range 42-67) cycled on a cycle ergometer at 50 rpm for 30 min at an intensity producing 60% predicted maximum heart rate [(fc,max), where fc,max = 220 - age]. Total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglyceride (Tg) concentrations were measured from fasting fingertip capillary blood samples collected at rest, after 15 and 30 min of exercise, and at 15 min post-exercise. The mean HDL-C level increased significantly from the resting level of 0.85 mmol.l-1 to 0.97 mmol.l-1 (P < 0.05) after 15 min of exercise, increased further to 1.08 mmol.l-1 (P < 0.01) after 30 min of exercise and remained elevated at 1.07 mmol.l-1 (P < 0.01) at 15 min post-exercise. These increases represented changes above the mean resting level of 14.1%, 27.1% and 25.9% respectively. The HDL-C/LDL-C ratio increased significantly from a resting ratio of 0.20 to 0.26 after 30 min of exercise (P < 0.01) and to 0.24 at 15 min post-exercise (P < 0.05). The mean Tg level increased significantly from a resting level of 0.88 mmol.l-1 to 1.05 mmol.l-1 after 15 min, and to 1.06 mmol.l-1 after 30 min of exercise (P < 0.05 at each time). The TC/HDL-C ratio decreased significantly (P = 0.05) after 30 min of exercise and at 15 min post-exercise by 18.8% and 14%, respectively. When basketball players play against each other in a game, better coordinated balance can give them a better advantage. This paper briefly introduces the coordination balance and core strength of basketball players. Twenty basketball varsity members were selected from Chengdu College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China as subjects for the test. The athletes were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received regular strength training, and the experimental group received core strength training in addition to regular training. Both groups underwent isometric muscle strength test, coordination and balance test and shooting percentage test before and after training. The results demonstrated that muscle group strength increased in the control group after conventional training, but the experimental group showed more significant improvement in muscle group strength after additional core strength training; the experimental group had better coordination and balance ability after core strength training; the experimental group had a significantly higher shooting percentage after core strength training due to the improvement of coordination and balance ability. 相似文献

The present study investigated the magnitude of diurnal variation in back squat and bench press using the MuscleLab linear encoder over three different loads and assessed the benefit of an active warm-up to establish whether diurnal variation could be negated. Ten resistance-trained males underwent (mean ± SD: age 21.0 ± 1.3?years, height 1.77 ± 0.06?m, and body mass 82.8 ± 14.9?kg) three sessions. These included control morning (M, 07:30?h) and evening (E, 17:30?h) sessions (5-min standardized warm-up at 150?W, on a cycle ergometer), and one further session consisting of an extended active warm-up morning trial (ME, 07:30?h) until rectal temperature (Trec) reached previously recorded resting evening levels (at 150?W, on a cycle ergometer). All sessions included handgrip, followed by a defined program of bench press (at 20, 40, and 60?kg) and back squat (at 30, 50, and 70?kg) exercises. A linear encoder was attached to an Olympic bar used for the exercises and average force (AF), peak velocity (PV), and time to peak velocity (tPV) were measured (MuscleLab software; MuscleLab Technology, Langesund, Norway) during the concentric phase of the movements. Values for Trec were higher in the E session compared to values in the M session (Δ0.53?°C, P < 0.0005). Following the extended active warm-up in the morning (ME), Trec and Tm values were no different to the E values (P < 0.05). Values for Tm were lower in the M compared to the E condition throughout (P < 0.05). There were time-of-day effects for hand grip with higher values of 6.49% for left (P = 0.05) and 4.61% for right hand (P = 0.002) in the E compared to the M. Daily variations were apparent for both bench press and back squat performance for AF (3.28% and 2.63%), PV (13.64% and 11.50%), and tPV (?16.97% and ?14.12%, where a negative number indicates a decrease in the variable from morning to evening). There was a main effect for load (P < 0.0005) such that AF and PV values were larger at higher masses on the bar than lower ones and tPV was smaller at lower masses on the bar than at higher masses for both bench press and back squat. We established that increasing Trec in the M–E values did not result in an increase of any measures related to bench press and back squat performance (P > 0.05) to increase from M to E levels. Therefore, MuscleLab linear encoder could detect meaningful differences between the morning and evening for all variables. However, the diurnal variation in bench press and back squat (measures of lower and upper body force and power output) is not explained by time-of-day oscillations in Trec. 相似文献

Objective:To examine whether genetic polymorphisms in CYP19 [intron 4 (TTTA)n; n = 7 to 13 and a 3‐base pair deletion, which is in strong linkage disequilibrium with the seven repeat] and COMT (Val108/158Met) modified the change in BMI, total and percentage body fat, or subcutaneous and intra‐abdominal fat during a year‐long exercise intervention trial. These genes metabolize estrogens and androgens, which are important in body fat regulation. Research Methods and Procedures: A randomized intervention trial was used, with an intervention goal of 225 min/wk of moderate‐intensity exercise for one year. Participants (n = 173) were postmenopausal, 50 to 75 years old, sedentary, overweight or obese, and not taking hormone therapy at baseline. Results: Exercisers with two vs. no CYP19 11‐repeat alleles had a larger decrease in total fat (?3.1 kg vs. ?0.5 kg, respectively, p = 0.01) and percentage body fat (?2.4% vs. ?0.6%, respectively, p = 0.001). Exercisers with the COMT Met/Met vs. Val/Val genotype had a smaller decrease in percentage fat (?0.7% vs. ?1.9%, respectively, p = 0.05). Among exercisers, women with the COMT Val/Val genotype and at least one copy of the CYP19 11‐repeat allele vs. those with neither genotype/allele had a significantly larger decrease in BMI (?1.0 vs. +0.1 kg/m2, respectively, p = 0.009), total fat (?2.9 vs. ?0.5 kg, respectively, p = 0.004), and percentage body fat (?2.6% vs. ?0.4%, respectively, p < 0.001). Discussion: Genetic polymorphisms in CYP19 and COMT may be important for body fat regulation and possibly modify the effect of exercise on fat loss in postmenopausal women. 相似文献

目的: 探讨个体化精准运动为核心的整体康复方案对冠心病介入治疗术后患者整体功能再提高的作用。方法: 选择2016 年6 月至2019 年12 月间在北京康复医院临床诊断为冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者20 例,随机分为对照组(n=10)和运动组(n=10)。全部患者择期行冠状动脉介入治疗,术后对照组患者仅进行除运动康复之外的常规治疗指导;运动组患者进行12周个体化运动为核心的心脏康复,介入前、介入后2周、康复后12周分别评估患者标准化症状限制性极限运动的心肺运动试验(CPET)指标、心脏超声、6 min步行距离(6MWD)等。结果: 所有患者均安全无并发症完成症状限制性CPET,运动组患者完成12周全程运动康复治疗。组间比较显示,介入前和介入后2周,对照组和运动组患者CPET指标以及左心室射血分数、6MWD等均无明显差异(P>0.05)。康复12周后,运动组患者无氧阈(ml/min、ml/(min·kg))、峰值摄氧量(ml/(min·kg))、氧脉搏(ml/beat)和6MWD较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较显示,康复治疗12周后,运动组患者无氧阈(ml/min、ml/(min·kg)、%pred)、峰值摄氧量(ml/min、ml/(min·kg)、%pred)、峰值氧脉搏(ml/beat)和6MWD均较介入前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且与介入后2周比较,无氧阈(ml/(min·kg))和峰值摄氧量(ml/(min·kg))均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者在康复12周后无氧阈(ml/min)和峰值氧脉搏(ml/beat)较介入前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但CPET指标与介入后2周比较无明显差异。结论: 冠状动脉介入术后进行个体化运动康复为核心的整体管理可进一步提高冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者运动心肺功能和运动耐力。运动康复是介入术后患者二级预防的重要内容,需要大量推广。 相似文献

The association between cadmium exposure and bone mineral density (BMD) has not been well studied in young and middle-aged men. This study examined the relationship between the level of blood Cd (BCd) and BMD in a young to middle-aged representative male population while considering renal function. Using data from the 4th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, 2008–2009, 1275 adult men aged 20–64 years were analyzed. BCd was measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and renal function was assessed by the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) with CKD-EPI formula. The risk of lower bone density was increased according to the increase in BCd levels after adjusting for eGFR and covariates, in which a significant interaction between BCd and eGFR existed. Significant negative associations between BCd and BMD were found: beta (p-value) were −0.03 (0.02), −0.04 (0.004) and −0.03 (0.04) in total femur, lumbar spine and femoral neck, respectively, which were limited to the people with eGFR ≤ lower 25%. Although, a causal relationship could not be determined because of a cross-sectional design in the present study, the results suggest low level Cd toxicity to bone via low eGFR and that measures to reduce environmental Cd exposure may be helpful to prevent bone loss in men. 相似文献

Objective: The objective was to test effects of aerobic exercise training on metabolic syndrome (MetSyn) improvement in response to weight reduction. Research Methods and Procedures: A total of 459 overweight and obese women (age, 49 ± 9 years; BMI, 28 ± 3 kg/m2) were recruited for a baseline examination to test the relationship between cardiorespiratory fitness and metabolic syndrome prevalence; among these, 67 subjects with MetSyn were treated with 14‐week weight‐loss programs, which included low‐calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The MetSyn was defined according to the Examination Committee of Criteria for “Metabolic Syndrome” in Japan. Maximal oxygen uptake (V?o 2max) during a maximal cycling test was measured as an index of cardiorespiratory fitness at baseline and after the intervention. Results: In the baseline examination, age‐ and BMI‐adjusted odds ratios for MetSyn prevalence in the low, middle, and upper thirds of V?o 2max were 1.0 (referent), 0.50 (95% confidence interval, 0.26 to 0.95), and 0.39 (95% confidence interval, 0.14 to 0.96), respectively (linear trend, p = 0.02). The adjusted odds ratios for MetSyn improvement in the two interventions with diet alone and diet plus exercise were 1.0 and 3.68 (95% confidence interval, 1.02 to 17.6; p = 0.04), respectively. Discussion: These results suggest that adding aerobic exercise training to a dietary weight‐reduction program further improves MetSyn (adjusted odds ratio, 3.68) in obese women, compared with diet alone. Further studies on an association between V?o 2max change and MetSyn improvement are needed. 相似文献
