对海南山苦茶(Mallotus furetianus)叶中游离氨基酸进行了测定。结果表明,其含量总游离氨基酸为0.2%,人体必需氯基酸占总游离氨基酸为18.7%,脯氨酸含量特高,占总游离氨基酸达57%。 相似文献

目的:建立海南产冰糖草中重金属元素含量测定方法,测定其重金属元素含量。方法:采用氢化物原子荧光法建立冰糖草中重金属砷、汞、铅、镉元素的分析检测方法。结果:4种重金属元素的线性相关系数为0.9991-0.9999,精密度小于2.74%,加标回收率为95%~102.3%,RSD≤3.36%。冰糖草中重金属元素含量均符合绿色中药标准。结论:该方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于冰糖草的质量控制。 相似文献

采用原子吸收法测定了黑果枸杞中钙、镁、铜、锌、锰、铁、铅、镍、镉、钴、铬、钾、钠等元素的含量 ,为对其深入研究提供了科学资料。结果表明 :黑果枸杞中钙、镁、铜、锌、铁等元素的含量远高于宁夏枸杞中相应各元素的平均含量 ,钾、锰含量远低于其平均值 ,钠含量与其相当。钴含量远高于绿叶蔬菜的含量 ,铬含量较牛奶中含量低。镍含量比谷物、腌肉、蔬菜中的高。镉、铅含量较普通植物中的略低 ,不构成污染。 相似文献

本文采用ICP法测定了合子草种子中无机元素含量,共检出20种元素,其中以K元素含量最高为12336.68(ug/g),采用GS-MS联用仪首次分析了合子草种子中脂肪油的组成,共分离鉴定出11种化合物,它们是癸烷,莰醇,月桂酸,肉豆蔻酸,十五烷酸,7-十六(碳)烯酸,软脂酸,十八酸二烯酸,反油酸,硬脂酸及花生酸,其中以不饱和脂肪酸含量最高。为合子草种子资源开发利用提供了实验资料。 相似文献

采用ICP-AES法直接快速测定蚕蛹、蝎子、海肠中20种元素含量,本法简单快速,灵敏度高,检出限低,精密度好,RSD为1.4%~6.8%。是同时检测食物中多元素的理想方法。与其它食物比较,这几种食物的钙、锰、铁、锌、铜、镁、钠、钾等元素含量极为丰富。用氨基酸测定仪测定了这几种食物中氨基酸和牛磺酸的含量,为它们的营养研究提供了理论依据。 相似文献

Five crystalline compounds A, B, D, E, F were isolated for the first time from the roots of Mallotus apelta were identified as erythrodiol-3-acetate for A, β-sitosterol for B, 3β, 29-dihydroxylupane for D, ursolic acid acetate for E, except for F, via chemical and spectroscopic analysis. It was shown that the crystallines of A, B, D, E, and F possessed some bacteriostatic activities on Staphylococus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Bacillus pyocyaneum. 相似文献

Plants defend their leaves using multiple defense traits that change functions with leaf age. We examined the effects of leaf age on the development of multiple defense traits in two related Mallotus (Euphorbiaceae) species: young plants of the fast‐growing Mallotus japonicus (Spreng.) Müll. Arg. and the slow‐growing Mallotus philippensis (Lam.) Müll. Arg. Sequential leaves of the two species were measured for their leaf area, leaf mass/area, densities of trichomes and pellucid dots, extrafloral nectar volume, and the numbers of extrafloral nectaries and pearl bodies. Mallotus japonicus shifted its defense tactics from direct defense using trichomes and pellucid dots in young leaves to biotic defense using extrafloral nectar and pearl bodies in middle‐aged leaves. In contrast, M. philippensis used direct, chemical defense throughout all leaf ages, together with the shift from indirect, biotic defense using extrafloral nectar in young leaves to direct, physical defense using leaf toughness in middle‐aged leaves. These results strongly suggest that, in relation to life history, plants can alter optimal combinations of multiple defense traits with leaf age. 相似文献

采用常规压片法对大戟科野桐属4种(含变种)6个居群进行了体细胞染色体数目和核型研究。研究结果显示其染色体数目为2n=22或2n=44,核型均为1A。核型公式分别为:绒毛野桐2n=4x=44m;白背叶2n=20m 2sm或2n=2x=22m或2n=20m(2sat) 2sm;广西白背叶2n=2x=22m;毛桐2n=2x=22m。其中白背叶[Mallotus apelta(Lour.)Muell.-Arg.]、广西白背叶[M.apelta(Lour.)Muell.-Arg.var.kwangsiensisMetic.]和毛桐[M.barbatus(Wall.)Muell.-Arg.]的染色体数目和核型均为首次报道。根据野桐属细胞分类学资料推测,多倍化和异基数变异是野桐属属内物种形成的重要方式。 相似文献

目的:建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定太子参及其种植土壤中16种元素含量的方法.方法:采用微波消解处理样品,并考察了不同元素间相互干扰,采用ICP-AES同时测定16种元素.结果:对所测定元素的相时标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,回收率在95%~104%之间,结果可信度高.结论:本研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点. 相似文献

Three new coumarinolignoids, malloapelins A-C (1-3, resp.), together with three known coumarinolignoids, cleomiscosin A (4), cleomiscosin B (5), and 5'-demethylaquillochin (6), were isolated from the roots of Mallotus apelta MUELL.-ARG. Compounds 1-6 are three pairs of regioisomeric coumarinolignoids. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidence. Among all the different organs of a plant, flowers might have one of the most dynamic microbial communities, since many microbes are transmitted during flowering by insects and pollen. However, little is known about how these microbes affect floral characteristics and plant reproduction. Among the microbes transmitted to flowers, pathogens may have highly negative effects on plants' fitness. In this study, we investigated whether a bacterial pathogen, Erwinia mallotivora, occurs on flowers of the host plant Mallotus japonicus, and whether the transmission of the pathogen to flowers can result in systemic infection and/or reduction of fruit production. The pathogen has been reported to infect through leaves, while its ecology on flowers is unknown. We first confirmed the presence of the pathogen on flowers, indicating possible transmission by visitors or pollen. Then, we showed that the bacteria can infect the plant through flowers by inoculating the pathogen to both male and female flowers. Interestingly, the symptoms on leaves appeared earlier on the female plants than on the males. Besides, the inoculation significantly decreased fruit set of the female plants. Our results suggest a higher cost of infection in a female than in a male once the pathogen infected flowers. Although the effects of pathogen infection to flowers have rarely investigated in wild plants, it would be an interesting topic for future study if such sexual differences in the infection cost can cause sexual conflict and intraspecific adaptation load. 相似文献
