中华绒螯蟹呼肠孤病毒样病毒病研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为了探讨中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)颤抖病的发生原因,从表现出颤抖症状的中华绒螯蟹中初步分离纯化出一种病毒,人工感染健康触,出现明显的阳性反应,并从人工感染的蟹的血液、肠道、性腺等组织中检测到病毒,表明分离到的病毒为中华绒螯蟹的病原,且对野生锯齿华溪蟹(Sesarna〈Holometapus〉dehanni)也具感染性。电镜观察结果显示该病毒粒子呈球状,无囊膜,大小为55nm 相似文献

本文报道了中国产三种仙茅植物的核型。1.绒叶仙茅Curculigo crassifolia (Baker) Hook. f., 2n=2x=18=10m(4SAT) 8 sm;2.大叶仙茅C.capitulata(Lour.)O. Kuntze,2n=2x=18=10(2SAT) 8sm;3.中华仙茅C.sinensis S.C.Chen,2n=2x=18=8m(3SAT) 10sm(2SAT)。其中中华仙茅的核型为首次报道。虽然三种仙茅的核型都是“2B”型,但中华仙茅的核型不对称性比绒叶仙茅和大叶仙茅强。 相似文献

The former may be divided further, on the basis of vegetative morphology and sexual reproduction, into 2 varieties: var. sociale and var. sacculum var. nov., and a possible third variety, var. majus Hansgirg 1888. Under ultraviolet light, the patterns of Watsonia ardernei and W. vanderspuyae were almost identical which suggests that they are closely related species. On the basis of chromatographic patterns, W. fourcadei apparently is not so closely related to them but is rather closely related to W. wilmaniae; W. pyramidata and W. wordsworthiana are less closely related to the other species. THE SPECIES OF THE BIRDS-OF-PARADISE (PARADISAEIDAE): APPLYING THE PHYLOGENETIC SPECIES CONCEPT TO A COMPLEX PATTERN OF DIVERSIFICATION 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Abstract The phylogenetic species concept is applied for the first time to a major radiation of birds, the birds-of-paradise (Paradisaeidae) of Australasia. Using the biological species concept, previous workers have postulated approximately 40–42 species in the family. Of these, approximately 13 are monotypic and 27 are polytypic with about 100 subspecies. Phylogenetic species are irreducible (basal) clusters of organisms (terminal taxa) that are diagnosably distinct from other such clusters. Within the context of this concept, approximately 90 species of paradisaeids are postulated to have diversified within Australasia. The phylogenetic species concept more accurately describes evolutionary diversity within the family and provides a better theoretical and empirical framework for analysing speciation, historical biogeography and patterns of morphological, behavioral and ecological diversification within this group than does the biological species concept. 相似文献
