A program of house dust sample collection and analysis has begun in Syracuse, New York, USA, in order to determine the feasibility of a geography-based exposure assessment for urban metals. The sampling program, and the protocols it employs, is described for two different types of wipe media, Ghost Wipes and Whatman Filters. Preliminary results show that strong spatial patterns of floor dust loading (mg dust per square foot) can be observed for data aggregated at a spatial scale of about 1600 m (~2.5 km2). Floor dust metal concentrations were similar to those found in other urban environments, with some regional variation. The median floor dust Pb concentration was ~108 mg · kg?1 for this initial data set of ~264 sampled residential locations, and varied from 50 to 1100 mg Pb · kg?1.  相似文献

为筛选适用于北京地区的具有优良滞尘能力的常绿阔叶型绿化树种,提高城市植被滞尘能力,选取北京地区园林绿化应用广泛的8种常绿(含半常绿)阔叶绿化树种,应用洗脱-质量差值法,于2014年冬、春季节对其单位叶面积滞尘量进行测定,计算单叶滞尘量和单株滞尘量,并对树种综合滞尘能力进行聚类分析.结果表明: 小叶黄杨、冬青卫矛、小叶女贞、金叶女贞、胶东卫矛、箬竹、早园竹和黄槽竹8种主要常绿(含半常绿)阔叶树种的滞尘能力存在较大差异,冬青卫矛具有最大的单位叶面积与单株滞尘能力,为1.36 g·m-2和59.63 g·plant-1,而箬竹的单叶滞尘能力最强(1.62 mg·leaf-1).选择不同的滞尘量计量单位,树种滞尘量排序会发生变化.对8种常绿(含半常绿)阔叶树种做基于多指标综合滞尘能力的聚类分析可得到相应的分类,各类别代表不同级别的综合滞尘能力水平.其中,冬青卫矛、早园竹的综合滞尘能力较优良,而小叶黄杨、金叶女贞和黄槽竹的综合滞尘能力较弱.  相似文献

The accumulation and biocycle of Cu, Pb, Zn and Mn elements were studied in Kandelia candel (L.) Druce mangrove community of Jiulong River Estuary of Fujian. The pool amounts of Cu, Pb, Zn and Mn elements in the forest soil (0~30 cm in depth) were 6.86, 4.23, 25.64 and 134. 67 g · m-2, respectively. The respective element contents ranged from in different parts of the plant, 1.85~6.97, 0.37~3.74, 16.0~25.2 and 140~1405 μg· g-1 of Cu, Pb, Zn and Mn. The pool amounts of elements in standing crop of the community were 87.98, 40. 34, 335.34 and 8006.99 mg · m-2 for Cu, Pb, Zn and Mn respectively. The pool amounts of Cu, Pb, Zn and Mn elements in residues were: 593.06, 49.27, 2450.79 and 43486.70 μg · m-2 respectively. The biocycle of the elements in the community were described as follows: Annual uptake of Cu was 10. 17, Pb 4.32, Zn 49. 14 and Mn 2268. 16 mg · m-2; Annual return of Cu was 2.21, Pb 0.70, Zn 18.63 and Mn 1574.98 mg· m-2; Annual retention of Cu was 7.96, Pb 3.62, Zn 30. 51 and Mn 693.18 mg · m-2. The turnover periods of Cu, Pb, Zn and Mn were 40, 58, 18 and 5 year, respectively. The absorption, utilatizion and cycle coefficients were in the order of Mn〉Zn〉Cu〉Pb.  相似文献

IntroductionEnvironmental exposure to lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) are risk factors for adverse health outcomes in children and adults. This study examined whether thirdhand smoke residue contributes to Pb and Cd in settled house dust.MethodsParticipants were 60 multiunit housing residents in San Diego, California. All had indoor smoking bans during the study period, and 55 were nonsmokers. Wipe samples from different surfaces and vacuum floor dust samples were analyzed for nicotine, a marker of thirdhand smoke, and for Pb and Cd using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, respectively.ResultsExamined in each sample type separately, Pb and Cd loadings were significantly correlated (r = 0.73, vacuum floor dust; 0.52, floor wipes; 0.72, window sill/trough wipes; all p < 0.0025). Pb and Cd loadings from different sample types were not correlated (all p > 0.30). Nicotine loading in dust was significantly correlated with Pb and Cd loading in dust (r = 0.49 for Pb; r = 0.39 for Cd, all p < 0.0025). Pb and Cd loadings on floor or window surfaces, showed no association with nicotine loading in dust, on floors, or on furniture (all p < 0.30).ConclusionsTobacco smoke is a likely source of Pb and Cd that accumulates in settled house dust in multiunit housing, suggesting that Pb and Cd are constituents of thirdhand smoke that lingers long after smoking has ended.  相似文献

Comparison of Source Identification of Metals in Road-Dust and Soil   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Source identification of toxic metals is very critical for pollution prevention and human health protection. Many studies only use either road dust metal data or soil metal data to evaluate metal contamination and identify pollution sources, and this may lead to the exclusion of some important information. In this study, the differences of metal spatial distribution and source identification between road dust and associated soil in an industrial area were investigated.

Results indicate the metal concentrations in road dust were generally higher than those in soil. Based on the average concentrations, the order for dust metal concentrations was Fe>>Zn>>Pb>Cu>Cr>Ni. The order for soil metal concentrations was slightly different, namely Fe>>Zn>>Cu~Pb>Ni>Cr. The spatial distributions of metals in the road dust were very different from those in the soil, except for Fe. The GIS results indicate that elevated levels of Fe, Zn, and Pb were present in road dust near a steel plant. High concentrations of Cu, Cr, and Ni appeared at a road intersection. Elevated metal concentrations of Fe, Zn, Pb, Cu, and Cr were present in soil around the steel plant. A coal-fired power plant did not seem to be a significant metal source in this study. Significant correlations for dust metals imply that these were well mixed in the study area. The metal sources identified by PCA with soil metal data were obviously different from those identified with road dust metal data. When road dust metal data were used, the changes of PCA analyzed areas slightly influenced the source identification. The PCA results were obviously influenced by changes of analyzed areas when soil metal data were used.  相似文献

对安徽铜陵铜尾矿区凤丹种植地的土壤和凤丹中重金属污染状况进行了研究.结果表明,尾矿库区种植地极端贫瘠,有机质含量仅1.1~3.4g·kg-1,而土壤Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn含量皆高于对照土壤,其中Cu含量达587.43~1176.44mg·kg-1,Cd含量达3.08~5.16mg·kg-1,约达国家土壤二级标准的10倍.凤丹各部位的Cu、Cd和Pb含量均超过了药用植物的限量标准,尤其是根皮部位Cu含量达31.50~64.00mg·kg-1,Cd含量达0.98~1.45mg·kg-1,超出标准1.6~3.6倍,表明种植地和凤丹都受到严重污染.凤丹不同部位中的Zn、Cd、Pb和Cu分别以茎、叶、叶和根皮中的含量最高.凤丹对Cd、Zn的富集比Cu和Pb高,但在根皮中的富集系数均较小.  相似文献

2010年9月-2011年10月,在山西省灵空山油松和辽东栎混交林样地采取随机区组设计,研究了地表凋落物和氮添加处理对土壤微生物生物量碳、氮和微生物活性的影响.凋落物处理包括:剔除凋落物(N)、叶凋落物加倍(L)、枝果凋落物加倍(B)和混合凋落物加倍(LB);氮添加量分别为0(N0)、5 g· m-2·a-1(N1)和10 g·m-2·a-1(N2).结果表明:剔除地表凋落物且无氮添加时,油松和辽东栎混交林地的土壤有机碳(SOC)含量显著降低,其他试验处理间对SOC的影响无显著差异.土壤微生物生物量碳(MBC)、氮(MBN)及其活性(MR)的变化范围依次为:262.42 ~ 873.16 mg·kg-1、73.55 ~ 173.85 mg·kg-1和2.38~3.68mg·kg-1·d-1.MBC、MBN和MR两两间呈极显著正相关.氮添加对MBC、MBN和MR均无显著影响;凋落物处理对MR影响显著,表现为混合凋落物加倍处理的MR最高,叶凋落物加倍处理次之,剔除凋落物处理最低,而对MBC和MBN无显著影响.凋落物和氮添加处理在整个试验过程中未表现出交互作用.短期的氮添加处理和森林地表凋落物变化对土壤微生物过程的影响有限.  相似文献

To provide more insight into the removal ability of urban air dust and associated metals by plant leaves, and thus guide urban green planning to improve air quality, 15 plant species leaves collected from Beijing roadside were analyzed for size fractions of leaf surface dust (SD) and inner wax dust (WD). Seven associated metals Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Pb and Zn were also measured. Metal Accumulation Index (MAI) was calculated for different species leaves at various dust sizes and soluble forms, respectively. Cluster analysis was used for the plant species and correlations between dust and metal concentrations and for inter-metal concentrations were calculated for both surface and inner wax dust. Mean leaf total dust TD (SD?+?WD), SD and WD were measured as 1159, 817 and 342?mg m?2, respectively, with the highest values observed all in Euonymus japonicus. Most species leaves collected larger ratios of SD than WD except Salix babylonica and Robinia pseudoacacia. While SD was presented at all particle size fractions for all plants, nearly all species leaves collected higher proportions of WD >10?µm. Mean metal levels of leaf TD of all species ranged from high to low as Fe?>?Cr?>?Zn?>?Pb?>?Cu?>?Mn?>?Cd, but with different orders for individual species. Metals were observed in all sizes of SD/WD, although the size distributions were various for certain metals. Intercorrelations of metal concentrations in leaf SD/WD were positively significant except Pb, which may have different emission sources. Species Prunus cerasifera f. atropurpurea, Syringa oblata, Malus micromalu, Koelreuteria paniculata and Robinia pseudoacacia may possess better overall metal collection ability due to their relatively higher MAI values, but species Euonymus japonicus, Malus micromalu, Ligustrum x vicaryi and Koelreuteria paniculata were identified as the best choices in removing air dust based on cluster analysis and suggested to be planted at heavy trafficked road site for air quality improvement.  相似文献

This research aims at quantifying the concentrations of heavy metals within the home environment in Amman, the capital city of Jordan, and to compare the total concentrations of indoor dusts to that of exterior dusts and soils. Housedust samples were collected from different zones of Amman. Street dust samples and garden soil samples were collected in the immediate vicinity within 10–50 m of each residence. The geometric mean concentrations of metals in the household dust were Pb, 169 mg/kg; Cd, 2.92 mg/kg; Zn, 1985 mg/kg; Cu, 133 mg/kg; Cr, 66 mg/kg; Co, 21 mg/kg; Ni, 31 mg/kg; Mn, 284 mg/kg; Be, 3.0 mg/kg; Ba, 43 mg/kg; B, 697 mg/kg and Al, 1441 mg/kg. Comparisons of household dust, garden soil and street dust were based on the same particle size fraction. Results showed housedust samples to contain higher concentrations for Pb, Zn, Cr, Ni, Cd, Cu and B, than either street dust or garden soil samples. However, the differences between Pb and Cr levels in the three different sample categories were insignificant. Enrichment factor calculations and the enrichment factor ratios indicated that patterns of enrichment of indoor dust differ from that of exterior dusts.  相似文献

Limited studies have been conducted on atmospheric dust pollution due to high cost of instrumental monitoring and difficulties in associated sampling methods. In this study, the possibility of using leaves of plane tree (Platanus orientalis L.) as a bioindicator of atmospheric pollution was evaluated by determining the composition of heavy elements in both the tree leaves and the atmospheric dust. Plane tree leaves were sampled monthly for 7 consecutive months (May to Nov.; T1–T7) from 21 different sites in the city of Isfahan, central Iran. Atmospheric dust samples were also collected from the same sites on glass trays simultaneously, except for T1. Concentrations of Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Zn were determined in both the washed (WL) and unwashed leaves (UL) as well as in the atmospheric dust samples. Elemental concentrations in the dust samples deposited on the leaves were determined by subtracting metal concentrations in UL from those in WL. Significant amounts of heavy metals were detected in UL taken from all sites at all the sampling times except for T7 before which time a heavy rain had fallen. Statistically significant correlations were found between the heavy metal concentrations in the atmospheric dust and the dust deposited on the leaves (UL–WL) except for Pb in T4 and T5 sampling times. The spatial distribution maps of heavy metal concentrations in atmospheric dust followed almost the same pattern as those in plant leaf dust. The results showed that plane tree leaves have a great potential for use as an indicator of air pollution for all the heavy metals investigated except for Pb. This passive dust sampling and pollution accumulating method appears to be an easy, inexpensive, and accessible approach for the detection of atmospheric heavy metals.  相似文献

重金属是水体沉积物中的重要污染物,可能对底栖生物和水生态环境产生严重的危害.生物效应数据库法是国际上广泛接受的沉积物质量基准计算方法.本文介绍了利用该方法计算沉积物质量基准的详细过程,并应用该方法初步建立了Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Ni 5种重金属的淡水沉积物质量基准,对建立基准值进行了可比性、可靠性和可预测性分析.结果表明: Cd、Ni、Pb、Zn、Cu的临界效应浓度(TEL)分别为3.0、31.4、47.3、74.9和45.5 mg·kg-1(以干质量计),可能效应浓度值(PEL)为19、76.9、204.1、403.6和181.1 mg·kg-1(以干质量计).除Zn外,其他4种重金属的TEL、PEL值与其定义的生物效应基本一致,符合针对保护底栖生物制定的沉积物质量基准的要求,具有较高的可靠性,可以作为淡水水体沉积物重金属质量基准建议值.  相似文献

Street dust samples from urban and suburban areas were collected from the city of Karak, Jordan, during the summer season of 2004. Samples were analyzed for their heavy metal concentrations (Pb, Cu, Zn, Ni, Fe, Cr, Cd, and Mn). The results showed that all heavy metals are higher in city urban areas than the surrounding suburbs. The distribution and concentrations of heavy metals in all areas show automobile originated sources such as emissions and wear and tear of automobiles were the main source of pollution. Despite the fact that the city of Karak and the capital Amman are under the same climatic conditions and same type of fuel used in both cities, the heavy metal concentrations of street dust samples were lower in Karak than Amman due to the lower traffic density.  相似文献

采用气相色谱及ICP-AES法测定了安徽庐江和江苏洪泽2个种植基地的土壤和夏枯草(Prunella vulgaris L.)果穗及全草中有机氯农药及重金属含量,并根据污染指数和相关标准对土壤及药材的安全性进行了评价.测定结果表明:来源于2个基地的土壤及药材中有机氯农药及重金属含量有明显差异.庐江产果穗和全草中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、As及BHC含量分别为3.361和3.953、0.172和0.190、8.258和7.722、3.423和2.658、0.284和0.355、0.003和0.004 mg·kg-1,Hg和DDT未检出;洪泽产果穗和全草中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、Hg及BHC含量分别为2.399和1.558、0.155和0.111、7.682和6.756、4.259和3.801、0.077和0.102、0.003和0.006 mg·kg-1,As未检出,果穗中也未检出DDT.庐江基地土壤中Cd、Cu、Cr、As、Hg、BHC和DDT含量分别为0.001、12.943、47.417、1.008、0.003、0.003和0.002 mg·kg-1,Pb未检出;洪泽基地土壤中Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr、As、Hg和BHC含量分别为3.443、0.002、18.655、63.385、3.701、0.141和0.004 mg·kg-1,DDT未检出.比较结果表明:夏枯草果穗中重金属残留量均高于全草,但均低于国家限量标准;土壤中有机氯农药及重金属单项污染指数均小于1,且庐江和洪泽基地土壤的综合污染指数分别为0.286和0.399,因此,土壤污染等级属安全级且污染水平为清洁级.  相似文献

西藏中部主要是指雅鲁藏布江河谷地带,包括拉萨、日喀则和泽当等地市,是西藏自治区的主要农区和工业矿区。西藏中部矿产资源丰富,其中cu的远景储量居全国第2位[1]。矿产的开发给当地居民带来巨大的经济效益,但同时也排放大量含有重金属的废渣、废水和废气,导致土壤重金属污染严重。土壤是中草药中重金属的主要来源之一,中草药中的重金属含量与地质背景有密切的关系,土壤中重金属元素的多寡在药用植物中都有所表现[2];土壤重金属污染对中草药品质有影响甚至危及人类健康[3]。近年来植物药在国际市场逐渐升温,传统医药在日益受到人们青睐的同时其质量与安全性也成为公众关注的焦点[4-6]。  相似文献

太湖沉积物微生物生物量及其与碳、氮、磷的相关性   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对太湖沉积物中微生物生物量碳(MBc)、氮(MBN)、磷(MBp),以及沉积物总有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)进行测定并进行相关性分析,揭示太湖沉积物微生物对太湖沉积物营养盐的响应及反馈特征.结果表明:沉积物微生物生物量(MB)在湖体沿岸地区大于湖心区,平均值为184.66 mg·kg-1,MBc在西部沿岸区以及竺山湾和梅梁湾区域较高,平均值为127.57 mg·kg-1;MBN在梅梁湾、贡湖部分区域以及靠近梅梁湾和贡湖的湖心区域和东部沿岸区较高,平均值为19.25 mg·kg-1;MBp在东部沿岸区及其附近的湖心区最高,平均值为19.09 mg·kg-1;沉积物TOC高值区(≥2.30 g· kg-1)主要集中在竺山湾、西部沿岸区、梅梁湾、贡湖地区,平均值为1.59 g·kg-1;沉积物TN高值区(≥0.30g· kg-1)主要集中在贡湖、梅梁湾、竺山湾部分地区以及西部沿岸区,平均值为0.21 g·kg-1;沉积物TP高值区(≥1.20g·kg-1)主要集中在东部沿岸区以及湖心部分区域,平均值为0.55 g·kg-1;太湖沉积物TOC/TN在7~19,平均值为8.97,表明太湖沉积物中的有机质具有明显的双重来源,其中陆源有机质主要集中在西部沿岸区;太湖沉积物MB与沉积物TOC和TN呈显著正相关,与沉积物TP相关性不显著;沉积物MBc/MBN与沉积物TOC/TN显著相关.太湖沉积物微生物主要受沉积物TOC、TN影响,且沉积物TOC/TN的变化显著影响微生物群落结构.  相似文献

通过室外盆栽法研究不同浓度镉(Cd)对稗草Echinochloa crusgalli生理特性的影响。结果表明,0.3 mg·kg-1 Cd2+胁迫增强稗草分蘖期的光合作用及抗氧化酶活性;但0.6、0.9 mg·kg-1 Cd2+胁迫抑制分蘖期稗草的光合作用,增强抗氧化酶活性以及提高MDA含量;3.0 mg·kg-1 Cd2+胁迫提高稗草分蘖期的抗氧化酶活性;6.0 mg·kg-1 Cd2+胁迫增加稗草分蘖期MDA含量。Cd2+浓度为0.6、6.0 mg·kg-1将抑制稗草抽穗期的光合作用,高浓度镉胁迫抑制稗草抽穗期的抗氧化酶活性。不同浓度镉胁迫下,稗草的脯氨酸含量较高,表现出较高的抗逆能力。  相似文献

目的:比较婴幼儿在机械通气镇静时使用右旋美托咪定和咪达唑仑效果。方法:收集我院2009年2月至2011年10月入住ICU需要机械通气且镇静时间大于24h的患儿60例,随机分为3组,每组20例,右旋美托咪啶1组(输注剂量为0.25μg.kg-1.h-1,D1组)、2组(输注剂量为0.5μg.kg-1.h-1,D2组)维持镇静,咪达唑仑组(输注剂量为0.05 mg.kg-1.h-1,M组)维持镇静。同时根据病情需要间断给予吗啡镇痛。镇静的疗效评估采用Ramsay镇静评分以及脑电双屏指数(BIS)评价。结果:60例患儿分为3组,每组20例,咪达唑仑组(M组)的输注持续时间(h)为22±8 h,0.25μg(D1组)和0.5μg(D2组)右旋美托咪啶组输注持续时间分别为21±10 h和22±9 h;M组的平均输注速率为0.22±0.05 mg.kg-1.h-1,D1组和D2组平均输注速率分别为0.28±0.07μg.kg-1.h-1和0.21±0.05μg.kg-1.h-1;三组差异无统计学意义。其中M组、D1组、D2组使用吗啡的剂量是分别为36 mg.kg-1.24h-1、29 mg.kg-1.24h-1和20mg.kg-.124h-1。D1组与M组使用吗啡的剂量差异无统计学意义。D2组与M组使用吗啡的剂量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患儿BIS值和Ramsay评分监测差异无统计学意义。结论:右旋美托咪啶应用于婴幼儿是安全有效的,0.5μg.kg-1.h-1右旋美托咪啶组镇静更加有效,24小时吗啡的使用剂量显著减少。  相似文献

采用盆栽法,以甜菊( Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni)品种‘中山4号'(‘Zhongshan No.4')当年生扦插苗为研究对象,研究不同形态氮肥(硫酸铵、硝酸钠和尿素)及不同施氮量(纯氮)、施磷量( P2 O5)和施钾量( K2 O)对幼苗生长及糖苷含量和单株积累量的影响。结果显示:随氮肥、磷肥和钾肥施用量的提高,甜菊幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、单株叶干质量和单株茎干质量均呈先升后降的变化趋势,且总体上与对照无显著差异,仅施磷量300 mg·kg-1处理组的叶长显著高于对照;根据施肥量与单株叶干质量的回归方程,确定硫酸铵、硝酸钠、尿素、磷肥和钾肥的施用量分别为64.87、660.21、735.84、211.54和775.92 mg·kg-1时,幼苗单株叶干质量最高。在硫酸铵处理组中,300 mg·kg-1处理组甜菊叶片中的莱鲍迪苷A( R-A)含量及甜菊苷( St)、R-A和总苷的单株积累量以及600 mg·kg-1处理组的St单株积累量高于对照,多数处理组的St、R-A和总苷含量及单株积累量均低于对照;在硝酸钠处理组中,1200 mg·kg-1处理组的R-A和总苷含量、600和900 mg·kg-1处理组的St单株积累量以及300~900 mg·kg-1处理组的R-A和总苷单株积累量高于对照,其他处理组的St、R-A和总苷含量及单株积累量均低于对照;在尿素处理组中,1500 mg·kg-1处理组的R-A和总苷的含量和单株积累量以及600和900 mg·kg-1处理组的R-A和总苷单株积累量高于对照,其他处理组的St、R-A和总苷含量及单株积累量均低于对照;各施氮处理组中,仅1500 mg·kg-1处理组的R-A含量与对照差异显著,其他指标均与对照无显著差异。在施磷处理组中,100 mg·kg-1处理组的R-A含量以及100和200 mg·kg-1处理组的St、R-A和总苷的单株积累量高于对照,多数处理组的St、R-A和总苷含量及单株积累量低于对照且与对照均无显著差异。在施钾处理组中,各处理组的St、R-A和总苷含量及单株积累量均高于对照,其中仅900 mg·kg-1处理组的St、R-A和总苷含量与对照显著差异。各施肥处理组的St含量占总苷含量的百分率均低于对照、R-A含量占总苷含量的百分率均高于对照,且总体上与对照无显著差异。经过综合分析,建议在甜菊生育期内的施肥量为纯氮600~900 mg·kg-1、P2 O5200~300 mg·kg-1和K2 O 600~900 mg·kg-1,其中氮肥以尿素为宜。  相似文献
