In order to evaluate ecological risk of agrochemicals in common use, joint toxic effects of acetochlor and urea on germinating characteristics of Chinese cabbage (Brassica Pekinensis Rupr) seeds were investigated using the water-culture method and the soil-culture method. The results indicated that excessive application of acetochlor and urea, when the concentrations were higher than 31.3 mg · kg?1 for acetochlor and 500 mg · kg?1 for urea, had strong inhibitory effects on the rate of seed germination, root elongation and hypocotyl length of Chinese cabbage. The inhibitory rate of the germinating characteristics of Chinese cabbage seeds was significantly increased with an increase in the concentration of acetochlor or urea. The two agrochemicals in water had a stronger toxicity than these in the soil at the same concentration. Among the three indexes, hypocotyl length was the most sensitive to the toxicity of acetochlor and urea.  相似文献

利用滇重楼(Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.)种子外种皮和胚乳的水浸液对白菜(Brassica pekinensis(Lour.)Rupr.)、绿豆(Vigna radiata(Linn.)Wilczak)、小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)种子进行处理,研究滇重楼种子水浸液对3种植物种子萌发、幼苗生长和保护酶活性的影响,并利用GC-MS方法对滇重楼种子内源抑制物的成分进行分析。结果显示,不同浓度滇重楼外种皮、胚乳水浸液对上述3种受体植物的发芽率、苗高、根长及鲜重均产生影响,其作用强度和水浸液的浓度有关,总体上表现出低促高抑的双重浓度效应。滇重楼种子水浸液对白菜的影响作用最强,对绿豆的影响作用最弱,且胚乳水浸液的影响较外种皮强。不同浓度滇重楼种子外种皮和胚乳水浸液均能影响3种植物幼苗体内保护酶的活性,随着水浸液浓度的升高,叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性总体增加,与对照相比差异显著。白菜、小麦过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性减少,与对照相比差异显著;绿豆过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性增加,但与对照相比无显著差异。利用GC-MS方法从胚乳和外种皮水浸液中分别检出8种和2种物质。研究结果表明滇重楼种子中存在内源抑制物质,可能是导致种子休眠的原因;种子水浸液可能通过影响植物幼苗保护酶的活性进而影响其正常生长;有机酸类物质可能是滇重楼种子内源抑制物之一。  相似文献

采用作物种子暴露实验 ,研究了小麦、白菜和水稻等 3种不同作物对活性X 3B红染料污染暴露的生态毒理学指标 .结果表明 ,小麦、白菜和水稻对活性X 3B红染料污染暴露的反应各异 ,具体表现为对3种作物的种子发芽抑制半效应浓度分别为 896 5、70 10和 75 14mg·L-1,对根伸长抑制的半效应浓度分别为 6 5 34、5 882和 45 70mg·L-1;这 3种作物在从种子萌发起至第 7天时去残余种子或种皮后的鲜生物量、干生物量均随活性X 3B红暴露浓度的增加而降低 ,但鲜生物量的降低率普遍高于干生物量的降低率 ;当作物种子暴露于高浓度 (4 5 0 0和 5 0 0 0mg·L-1)的活性X 3B红时 ,小麦生物量受该有机染料污染暴露的影响最为敏感 ,水稻其次 ,白菜最为迟钝 ;就小麦、白菜和水稻等 3种作物对活性X 3B红染料污染暴露的抗性而言 ,小麦最强 ,白菜次之 ,水稻最弱 .  相似文献

The changes of adenylate pool (ATP, ADP, AMP) and energy charge (E. C.) were determined in germinating seeds of Chinese cabbage. The dry seeds contained a few ATP, most of the adenylate was in the form of AMP. After 1 h of inhibition, most of AMP was converted to ATP, and E. C. value increased rapidly. If the inhibition continued for two hours, the level of ATP increased about 35-fold, and E. C. value reached 0.51. After 24 h of germination, the ATP level in the non- germinating seeds was lower 4 times than that in the germinating seeds and E. C. value was lower too. If the seeds germinated in 3% O2, the ATP level dropped. As the seeds were transfered to air, the adenylate pool and E. C. value increased to the level of the control, then the percentage germination reached 76%. When the seeds were treated with 3% O2, 5 × 10-4 M 2, 4-dinitro phenol, 1 × 10-5 M earbonyl cyanid m-chlorophenyl hydrozone and 5 × 10-3 M iodoaeetie acid at the first 1–2 h, they inhibited the production of ATP and decreased E. C. value. Iodoaeetic acid was the most effective one among the four inhibitors. It was shown that the rate of germination was closely related to the energy charge and the adenylate pool.  相似文献

During germination in the siliquae of developing seeds of a precociously germinating (PG) line of Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa spp. Pekinensis), the synthesis of cruciferin and oleosins was maintained and the activities of isocitrate lyase and malate synthase increased. Thus, both developmental and germinative/post-germinative events coexisted within the same PG seeds. Drying of the seeds resulted in the developmental events being switched off and germinative/post-germinative ones being initiated. Only about 18% of the seeds of the PG line completed germination in the siliquae, so the potential for germination of the remaining non-germinating seeds was tested during their development. Isolation of these developing seeds from the siliquae and imbibition in water induced PG, but developmental events were terminated and the seeds entered a germinative/post-germinative programme. This termination of developmental events in the induced PG seeds was not permanent, however, and they could be re-induced by incubating the seeds in ABA on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium. If incubated on MS medium plus a low concentration of ABA, both developmental and germinative/post-germinative events could be induced to coexist in the PG seeds up to the time of establishment of the seedlings. Control of the developmental and germinative/post-germinative events in the seeds was influenced by the environment in which they were developing, which could be mimicked by manipulating the nutritional status and ABA content in which the seeds were in contact.Keywords: Abscisic acid, ABA, Brassica rapa, Chinese cabbage, stored reserves, precocious germination, seed development   相似文献

人参、西洋参能通过根系分泌三萜皂苷等化感物质,严重影响后茬人参的生长,但对人参以外的植物是否具有化感效应尚不清楚.本实验研究了不同质量浓度的人参皂苷对小麦、白菜、黄瓜及绿豆4种常见栽培作物早期根系发育的影响,结果发现人参皂苷处理液(25、50和100 mg· L-1)对4种作物主根及不定根的发育影响不尽相同.随着处理质量浓度的升高,小麦、白菜、黄瓜根系活力分别比同组CK明显降低,根长、根鲜重也呈降低趋势.各浓度人参皂苷处理对黄瓜和绿豆下胚轴不定根的数量、根长、根鲜重及根系活力的影响均未达到显著水平,但二者抗氧化酶的活性都微有升高.总之,人参皂苷对4种栽培作物的主根发育均有抑制作用,尤其对小麦、黄瓜主根生长的抑制作用较强;但对黄瓜和绿豆不定根发育的影响不明显.  相似文献

在京郊露地生产条件下,研究了控释肥料与速效化肥混配施用对春白菜产量、品质、氨挥发、土壤硝态氮累积和淋失的影响.结果表明:与习惯施肥处理(施N 300 kg·hm-2)相比,控释肥料与普通化肥按纯氮比2∶1混配施用(共施N 150 kg·hm-2)没有造成白菜减产,并显著降低了菜叶中硝酸盐和有机酸含量;与半量施肥处理(施N 150 kg·hm-2)相比,控释肥与化肥混施处理产量和叶片硝酸盐含量无显著差异.控释肥与化肥混施处理提高了白菜氮肥利用率,减少了N3-N淋失量和氨挥发总量.白菜收获后,控释肥与化肥混施处理在20~40、60~80、80~100 cm土层的NO3--N含量显著低于习惯施肥处理.  相似文献

以赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)为例,通过滤纸急性毒性试验法研究了东北黑土区普遍存在的3种农用化学品甲胺磷、乙草胺和Cu对蚯蚓的单一与复合毒性效应.单一实验结果表明,三者对蚯蚓均有毒性,它们的毒性顺序为乙草胺>甲胺磷>Cu,半致死浓度分别为:0.307、0.708和118.70mg.kg^-1;同时通过观察可知,乙草胺与Cu以皮肤渗入蚯蚓体的毒性效应较甲胺磷明显.复合毒性实验结果表明,低浓度Cu与高浓度Cu对甲胺磷的毒性均有增强作用;低浓度Cu对乙草胺的毒性有削弱作用,但高浓度Cu对乙草胺的毒性有增强作用.可见,三者对土壤生态系统生态安全性和土壤健康质量存在潜在危害,同时这几种污染物的共存进一步加大了潜在危害性,且复合毒性效应与各组浓度组合密切相关.  相似文献

The relationship between seedling characters and germination rate within a seed lot was studied in cauliflower, leek and onion seeds. Newly germinated seeds were selected after successive days of imbibition at 20°C and placed on slope tests to assess early seedling growth. In all three species seedling length decreased and the coefficient of variation of those seedling lengths increased with increasing number of days of imbibition required for germination. Slow germinating seeds in all three species produced fewer normal healthy seedlings than faster germinating seeds. The relevance of these results to pre-germinated seed sowing techniques is discussed.  相似文献

以结球甘蓝品种冬升种子为材料,研究了不同成熟度和烘干温度下种子秕粒率、千粒重、发芽率、生理活性情况以及不同烘干温度下种子的含水量.结果表明,结球甘蓝冬升开花后45~55 d采收的种子,发芽率均达到了95%以上;随着种子成熟度提高,其种子质量、发芽活力及其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、脱氢酶活性显著上升,而相对电导率显著下降.与对照(自然风干)相比,30~50℃的烘干温度对种子千粒重和秕粒率无显著性影响,也仅在50℃下可使种子的发芽活力显著降低;随着烘干温度的升高,种子的SOD、POD和脱氢酶活性逐渐显著下降,相对电导率则逐渐显著上升;30~50℃烘干6 h种子的含水量由13.3%降至5.4%左右.研究发现,结球甘蓝冬升开花授粉后45 d种子已达到了采收程度,30~50℃烘干6 h种子含水量已达到储藏要求,并且愈接近自然干燥温度(30~40℃)的处理,种子发芽能力愈好;甘蓝种子活力与其SOD、POD和脱氢酶活性呈正相关,而与其相对电导率呈负相关.  相似文献

以不结球白菜(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino)子叶为外植体,考察壳寡糖对不结球白菜子叶离体培养再生体系的影响。在添加外源激素6.BA和NAA的条件下,比较了不同浓度(0.5、1.0、2.0和10.0mg·L^-1)壳寡糖对不结球白菜子叶形成愈伤组织、再生芽和再生不定根的影响。实验结果表明,低浓度的壳寡糖能促进子叶形成愈伤组织、再生芽。壳寡糖促进子叶形成愈伤组织和再生芽的最适浓度为0.5mg·L^-1,与其他浓度壳寡糖处理组相比,该浓度壳寡糖促进了子叶愈伤组织的形成,使出愈率达到92%。此外,该浓度壳寡糖能提高子叶的芽再生频率,使再生率达到80%,同时再生芽长度、叶绿素含量及外植体总鲜重达到最大,均显著高于对照组。然而,壳寡糖对再生芽生根有抑制作用,形成的不定根数目、平均根长和最长根长度均小于对照组。  相似文献

以大白菜、萝卜、番茄和黄瓜种子为受体,采用实验室培养皿种子发芽生物测试法研究了黄瓜种子浸提液、种子萌发、胚根和芽苗分泌物、芽苗腐解物和芽苗浸提液的化感效应。结果表明:(1)黄瓜种子浸提液对大白菜、萝卜、番茄和黄瓜种子萌发均有化感抑制作用,即黄瓜种子内含有某些化感抑制物质。(2)在水浸提过的黄瓜种子萌发过程中,它不仅对其近邻套种的大白菜、萝卜和番茄种子萌发产生化感抑制作用,而且其胚根和芽苗分泌物对后茬播种的4种蔬菜种子发芽也表现出不同程度的化感抑制作用;黄瓜芽苗腐解物和芽苗水浸提液也对各受体蔬菜种子发芽与生长产生不同程度的化感抑制作用,且随着腐解芽苗量的增加或浸提液浓度的升高,各受体蔬菜种子的发芽指标值、化感效应指数值和综合效应值随之降低。(3)黄瓜种子浸提液及芽苗各器官的化感物质对黄瓜种子的萌发与生长产生了自毒作用,且黄瓜芽苗腐解物、芽苗浸提液、胚根及芽苗分泌物对受体黄瓜的自毒作用均为最大。研究发现,黄瓜种子浸提液、种子萌发时期以及芽苗各器官的化感物质主要是通过抑制受体胚根的生长而起化感抑制作用,即受体蔬菜种子胚根对化感效应最为敏感;因黄瓜种子及萌发期释放化感物质的途径有所不同,导致受体大白菜、萝卜、黄瓜和番茄的化感响应也不相同;在黄瓜种子萌发和芽苗生长的早期,化感物质即开始在芽苗体内进行合成与积累,一部分可通过胚根和芽苗分泌途径释放到环境中,另一部分可通过芽苗腐解途径释放化感物质,并对受体蔬菜种子萌发与生长表现出较强的化感抑制作用。  相似文献

马尾松是我国特有的乡土树种,长期林业生产实践表明马尾松纯林连栽会引起马尾松生产量下降。本实验采用超临界萃取技术提取马尾松叶生化物质,并采用马尾松种子发芽试验进行生物检测及物质鉴定。生物检测结果表明,纯CO2提取的马尾松叶生化物质以及乙醇和CO2混和提取的马尾松叶生化物质对马尾松种子的发芽具有不同的效应。总体效果而言,纯CO2提取的马尾松叶生化物质对马尾松种子发芽率、胚根长、鲜重和干重具有不同程度的抑制效应,而对发芽势及胚轴长则具有促进效应;乙醇和CO2混和提取的马尾松叶生化物质对马尾松种子发芽率、胚轴长、鲜重和干重具有不同程度的抑制作用,而对发芽势及胚根长则具有促进作用。物质鉴定结果表明纯CO2提取的马尾松叶生化物质主要是苯甲醛、Cis-2,6-二甲基-2,6-辛二烯等,乙醇和CO2混和提取的马尾松叶生化物质主要是β-芳樟醇、苯乙醇等。  相似文献

Tentoxin, produced by Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl. causes severe variegated chlorosis in germinating seedlings of certain dicotyledonous species. However, it does not impair radicle and hypocotyl elongation or cotyledon expansion. Effects of the toxin on the activity of selected enzymes from both chloroplasts and cytoplasm were determined. Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.), which is highly sensitive to tentoxin and cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.), which is resistant, were used as test plants. The activities of chloroplastic, but not cytoplasmic, enzymes were decreased by treatment of cucumber cotyledons with tentoxin. Neither group of enzymes was affected by the toxin in cabbage cotyledons. The decreased enzymic activities are probably related to reported inhibition of photophosphorylation by tentoxin.  相似文献

以引种区沙地樟子松种子为材料,观测了聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟水分胁迫对沙地樟子松种子萌发的影响.结果表明,不同浓度PEG处理胁迫对种子的萌发均有一定的延缓作用;种子的发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势随胁迫强度的增加呈现明显下降趋势.30%PEG处理的种子在试验结束后仍未能萌发,表明樟子松种子的萌发的临界PEG水分胁迫值小于30%,相当于-1.20MPa的水势.种子发芽后胚根和胚轴的生长亦受到PEG模拟水分胁迫,当PEG浓度为10%时(相当于-0.2MPa水势),胚根、胚轴的长度都较短,说明樟子松种子的胚根、胚轴的生长对PEG模拟干旱胁迫更敏感;但胚根/胚芽的比值随PEG模拟水分胁迫的强度增加而增加,表明樟子松种子萌发后对水分胁迫具有较强的适应性.由此可见,干旱胁迫影响引种区沙地樟子松种子的萌发可能是导致沙地樟子松人工林不能天然更新的因素之一.  相似文献

以绿豆、油菜和萝卜种子为生测材料,以大金发藓(Polytrichum commune Hedw.)和小蛇苔(Conocephalum japonicum(Thunb.) Grolle.)的水提取液为处理液,测定了二种苔藓植物提取液在三种浓度下对三种作物种子萌发率、萌发指数、萌发势、种子活力、幼苗根重和鲜重和根长等指标的影响。发现绿豆是理想的生测材料,种子活力指数、幼苗鲜重、根重和根长是理想的生测指标;二种苔藓植物的水提取液表现出类似于激素样的作用方式,对种子萌发和幼苗生长,表现为低浓度下促进、高浓度时抑制的化学他感效应。  相似文献

We studied acute and joint toxicity of three different agrochemicals(chlorantraniliprole, flubendiamide-abamectin and penoxsulam) to Chinese tiger frog(Hoplobatrachus chinensis) tadpoles with the method of stability water tests. Results showed that the three agrochemicals increased tadpole mortality. For acute toxicity, the LC50 values after 24, 48 and 72 h of chlorantraniliprole, flubendiamide-abamectin and penoxsulam exposure were 5.37, 4.90 and 4.68 mg/L; 0.035, 0.025 and 0.021 mg/L; 1.74, 1.45 and 1.29 mg/L, respectively. The safety concentrations(SC) of chlorantraniliprole, flubendiamide-abamectin and penoxsulam to the tadpoles were 1.23, 0.30 and 0.003 mg/L, respectively. Based on these findings, chlorantraniliprole and penoxsulam were moderately toxic, while flubendiamide-abamectin was highly toxic. All pairwise joint toxicity tests showed moderate toxicity. The LC50 values after 24, 48 and 72 h of exposure were 7.08, 6.61 and 6.03 mg/L for chlorantraniliprole+penoxsulam, with corresponding values of 2.455, 2.328 and 2.183 mg/L for chlorantraniliprole+flubendiamide-abamectin, and 1.132, 1.084 and 1.050 mg/L for penoxsulam+flubendiamide-abamectin, with safe concentrations of 1.73, 0.63 and 0.30 mg/L, respectively. For toxic evaluations of pairwise combinations of the three agrochemicals, only the joint toxicity of chlorantraniliprole and flubendiamide-abamectin after 24 h was found to be synergistic, whereas all other tests were antagonistic. Our findings provide valuable information on the toxic effects of agrochemicals on amphibians and how various types of agrochemicals can be reasonably used in agricultural areas.  相似文献

研究不同浓度(0、1、2、3、6、9、14、18g.L-1)的盐溶液(NaCl、MgSO4、盐渍土壤)对河西走廊中部荒漠边缘的黑果枸杞种子吸胀、萌发和幼苗生长的影响,并观察胁迫解除后种子的反应。结果表明:黑果枸杞种子吸胀速率随NaCl、MgSO4和土壤溶液浓度的增大呈先升后降的趋势,吸水速度随胁迫时间的延长而减慢;种子萌发率随3种盐浓度的增大而降低,盐胁迫解除后种子仍具有较高的萌发率;发芽指数、活力指数、根长、下胚轴随3种盐浓度的增大而降低或先升后降,根轴比随盐胁迫的增强先升后降;随3种盐浓度的增大,种苗损害率增大,3种盐的胁迫效应依次NaCl>MgSO4>盐渍土壤溶液。黑果枸杞种子萌发和幼苗生长对NaCl胁迫较为敏感,其耐受的临界阈值是6g.L-1;种子萌发能耐受较高浓度的MgSO4的胁迫,幼苗生长对MgSO4胁迫较敏感,其耐受的临界阈值是9g.L-1;种子萌发和幼苗生长对生境盐渍土壤具有较强的耐受能力和适应性。  相似文献
