目的:观察短期阿托伐他汀治疗对高胆固醇血症的冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:78例高胆固醇血症患者每日口服阿托伐他汀共8周,服药前后测量患者血清的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(IDIrC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)以及NO值,并用彩色多普勒超声测定反应性充血时肱动脉内径的变化。结果:高胆固醇血症患者经阿托伐他汀8周治疗后,血清的TC、TG、LDL-C和ox-LDL明显下降,血清的HDL-C以及NO值明显增加,反应性充血时肱动脉内径扩张程度明显增加,这些与治疗前相比有明显差异。结论:阿托伐他汀治疗能使高胆固醇血症的冠心病患者血脂改变,NO值增加,血管内皮功能改善。  相似文献

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀对冠心病高脂血症患者血脂及血浆不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)水平的影响。方法:选取2016年3月-2017年12月四川大学华西医院收治的冠心病高脂血症患者210例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各105例,研究组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗8周后血脂水平、ADMA水平及血清炎症因子水平、血管内皮功能指标水平,记录两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗前及治疗8周后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平比较无统计学差异(P0.05),两组患者治疗8周后TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低(P0.05),而HDL-C水平与治疗前相比无统计学差异(P0.05)。两组患者治疗8周后ADMA、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗8周后两组患者内皮素-1(ET-1)水平较治疗前降低,一氧化氮(NO)水平较治疗前升高(P0.05),且研究组患者ET-1水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组(P0.05)。研究组与对照组患者在治疗期间均未发生难以耐受的不良反应。结论:与阿托伐他汀相比,应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病高脂血症患者可改善血管内皮功能和TG、TC、LDL-C水平,减轻炎症反应,降低ADMA水平,无严重不良反应发生,值得临床推广。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess relationship of insulin resistance, oxidant-antioxidant status, endothelial dysfunction, lipid metabolism, and their contribution to the risks of cardiovascular disease in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Forty-five women with PCOS and 17 healthy women were included in this study. Nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1), malondialdehyde (MDA), Apo A1, Apo B, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride, small, dense LDL cholesterol (sdLDL-C), large buoyant LDL cholesterol (LbLDL-C) levels, and paraoxonase 1 (PON1) activity were measured in serum/plasma obtained from study groups. Insulin resistance [homeostasis model assessment (HOMA) index] and serum sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), total testosterone (tT), free testosterone (fT), androstenedione, and dehydroepiandrosteronsulfate (DHEAS) levels were also evaluated. Significantly decreased SHBG, NO, HDL-C levels, and PON1 activities, but increased tT, fT, androstenedione, DHEAS, HOMA index, MDA, ET-1, LDL-C, sdLDL-C, and LbLDL-C values were found in PCOS patients compared with those of controls. There was a positive correlation between MDA and fT levels; and a negative correlation between PON1 activity and fT. Our data show that insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, endothelial dysfunction, and oxidative stress might contribute to the excess risk of cardiovascular disease reported in PCOS patients.  相似文献

In the present study, we investigate the effects of atorvastatin on the lipid profile, oxidative stress, and liver enzyme markers, and its protective activity against diabetic complications, in streptozotocin (STZ)‐induced diabetic rats. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and high‐density lipoprotein (HDL) levels, as well as alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) enzyme activities, were measured 7 weeks after the administration of STZ and atorvastatin. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), non‐protein associated sulfhydryl (NP‐SH), total sulfhydryl (T‐SH), and nitric oxide (NO) levels were measured to evaluate oxidative stress. Atorvastatin was found to inhibit ALT and AST activities and to reduce FBG levels in rats with STZ‐induced diabetes. Moreover, atorvastatin treatment significantly reduced lipid peroxidation in kidney, heart, and eye tissues (P < 0.001, for all), and resulted in a significant increase in NP‐SH levels in brain tissues (P < 0.001). Total NO and nitrate levels increased significantly after atorvastatin treatment (P < 0.01). Our results revealed that atorvastatin has a protective effect against STZ‐induced oxidative damage by reducing TBARS levels and increasing NP‐SH levels, has a hepatoprotective effect by decreasing ALT and AST activities. It also shows the antihyperglycemic activity by lowering FBG levels.  相似文献

Paraoxonase-1 (PON1, EC 3.1.8.1) is a high-density lipoprotein (HDL)-associated antioxidant enzyme, and its activity correlates negatively with the level of plasma low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and triglyceridemia (TG). In this study, we examined the therapeutic effect of plasmid DNA containing the human PON1 gene (pcDNA/PON1) in hyperlipidemic model rats. The rats were fed a high-fat and high-cholesterol diet for 25 days to produce a hyperlipidemic animal model. Single intravenous injection of pcDNA/PON1 into model rats prevented dyslipidemia and hepatic lipid accumulation. The mechanisms of pcDNA/PON1 in treating hyperlipidemia were associated with increases of serum antioxidant PON1 and SOD activities, and with reduction of the levels of total cholesterol (TC), LDL-C and TG. The results suggest the potential therapeutic effect of pcDNA/PON1 on hyperlipidemia.  相似文献

Hazelnut oil (HO) is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. We wanted to investigate the effect of HO on lipid levels and prooxidant-antioxidant status in rabbits fed a high-cholesterol (HC) diet. An HC diet caused significant increases in lipids and lipid peroxide levels in the plasma, liver, and aorta together with histopathological atherosclerotic changes in the aorta. Glutathione levels, glutathione peroxidase, and glutathione transferase activities decreased significantly, but superoxide dismutase activity and vitamin E and C levels remained unchanged in the livers of rabbits following HC diet. HO supplementation reduced plasma, liver, and aorta lipid peroxide levels and aorta cholesterol levels together with amelioration in atherosclerotic lesions in the aortas of rabbits fed an HC diet, without any decreasing effect on cholesterol levels in the plasma or liver. HO did not alter the antioxidant system in the liver in the HC group. Our findings indicate that HO reduced oxidative stress and cholesterol accumulation in the aortas of rabbits fed an HC diet.  相似文献

目的:研究小檗碱(Berberine)对家兔动脉粥样硬化形成的抑制,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:将32只雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为正常组、模型对照组、小檗碱组和阿托伐他汀组,每组各8只。正常组以普通饲料喂养,其余各组高脂喂养,小檗碱组和阿托伐他汀组分别灌胃给予小檗碱(100 mg/kg,1次/d)和阿托伐他汀(5 mg/kg,1次/d),饲养12周。利用全自动生化分析仪测定兔血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,酶联免疫吸附法测定血清ox-LDL、MCP-1、MMP-9水平。观察斑块破裂和血栓形成情况,并进行苏木素-伊红(HE)染色,测量病变区域内膜与中膜的厚度。结果:小檗碱可显著降低高脂喂养家兔的血清TC、TG、LD-C水平,降低血清血清炎症因子ox-LDL、MCP-1、MMP-9水平(P0.01),与阿托伐他汀组相比无显著性差异。同时小檗碱组的内膜增生程度明显小于模型对照组,和阿托伐他汀组接近。结论:小檗碱可改善动脉粥样硬化病变的程度,抑制斑块的形成,同时降低血清中炎症因子标志物。  相似文献

Oleuropein-rich extracts from olive leaves and their enzymatic and acid hydrolysates, respectively rich in oleuropein aglycone and hydroxytyrosol, were prepared under optimal conditions. The antioxidant activities of these extracts were examined by a series of models in vitro. In this study the lipid-lowering and the antioxidative activities of oleuropein, oleuropein aglycone and hydroxytyrosol-rich extracts in rats fed a cholesterol-rich diet were tested. Wistar rats fed a standard laboratory diet or cholesterol-rich diets for 16 weeks were used. The serum lipid levels, the thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) level, as indicator of lipid peroxidation, and the activities of liver antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT)) were examined. The cholesterol-rich diet induced hyperlipidemia resulting in the elevation of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). Administration of polyphenol-rich olive leaf extracts significantly lowered the serum levels of TC, TG and LDL-C and increased the serum level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Furthermore, the content of TBARS in liver, heart, kidneys and aorta decreased significantly after oral administration of polyphenol-rich olive leaf extracts compared with those of rats fed a cholesterol-rich diet. In addition, these extracts increased the serum antioxidant potential and the hepatic CAT and SOD activities. These results suggested that the hypocholesterolemic effect of oleuropein, oleuropein aglycone and hydroxytyrosol-rich extracts might be due to their abilities to lower serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels as well as slowing the lipid peroxidation process and enhancing antioxidant enzyme activity.  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the effects of fish oil and vitamin E on the antioxidant defense system in hypercholesterolemic rabbits. A high fat and cholesterol diet, with or without supplement by fish oil and/or a vitamin E supplement, was fed to rabbits for 6 weeks. Compared to the reference diet of regular laboratory rabbit chow, a high fat and cholesterol-enriched diet increased atheroma formation, plasma lipid and peroxide levels, decreased blood glutathione levels, and reduced plasma glutathione reductase, glutathione peroxidase, and catalase activities. Fish oil supplementation significantly reduced atheroma and increased glutathione reductase and glutathione peroxidase activities and blood glutathione levels, but increased plasma lipid peroxide levels. Vitamin E supplementation of the fish oil diet enhanced the beneficial effects by increasing glutathione reductase activity and decreasing peroxide levels. These results indicate that a high fat and cholesterol diet attenuates blood glutathione levels and plasma antioxidant enzyme activities, which may account for some of its atherogenic properties. Consumption of fish oil enhances antioxidative defenses against the oxidative stress imposed by hypercholesterolemia, and vitamin E further enhances these beneficial effects.  相似文献

Serum paraoxonase (PON1) is believed to protect against the development of atherosclerosis because of its ability to retard the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) by hydrolysing LDL-associated phospholipid and cholesteryl-ester hydroperoxides. We have examined the relationship between PON1 and atherosclerosis development in transgenic rabbits overexpressing human apolipoprotein (apo) A-I and nontransgenic littermates fed a pro-atherogenic diet. PON1 activity was higher in transgenic (4006.1 +/- 716.7 nmol/min/ml) compared to control (3078.5 +/- 623.3 nmol/min/ml) rabbits (P < 0.01) while high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol was 1.84 +/- 0.54 mmol/L in transgenic rabbits and 0.57 +/- 0.21 mmol/L in control rabbits (P = 0.0001). After feeding rabbits a high-cholesterol diet for 14 weeks HDL-cholesterol fell by 70% in both transgenic and control rabbits (P < 0.001 compared to week 0) PON1 activity fell by 50% in both groups of rabbits (P < 0. 01 compared to week 0). The amount of thoracic aortic surface area covered by lesions was 29 +/- 16% in the control group and 26 +/- 15% in the transgenic group (P = NS). A pro-atherosclerotic diet reduces PON1 which may exaggerate the effects of the diet on the development of atherosclerosis.  相似文献

Vitamin E and probucol are well-known antioxidants that prevent cells from the oxidative stress, which is a risk factor of atherosclerosis. Male rabbits were fed either 0.03% vitamin E or 0.05% probucol in a 0.5% high-cholesterol (HC) diet for 8 weeks. Vitamin E and probucol significantly suppressed an increase in plasma total-cholesterol (total-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol compared to HC-control group. However, plasma high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) and HDL-C/total-C ratio levels and plasma paraoxonase activity were only significantly higher in vitamin E group after 8 weeks. Hepatic ACAT activity was significantly lower in both vitamin E and probucol groups than in HC-control group, while HMG-CoA reductase activity was the highest only in the probucol group. Total fecal sterol content was significantly higher in probucol and vitamin E groups than in the two control groups. Some atherogenic signs were discovered in the aortic fatty streak of HC-control group, yet not in other groups. Hepatic mRNA expressions of apo B-100 and apo C-III were significantly lower in probucol group than in other groups. Vitamin E supplementation was found to alter the plasma HDL-C-related factors; meanwhile, probucol supplementation was very effective in enhancing cholesterol metabolism, except for a negative effect that reduced plasma HDL-C concentration.  相似文献

Hyperlipidemia is a major cause of atherosclerosis and atherosclerosis-associated conditions in cardiovascular diseases. Oxidative stress, as a main risk factor causes vascular endothelial cell apoptosis, which is implicated in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disorders. Diosgenin, an aglycone of steroidal saponins, has been reported to exert anti-proliferative and proapoptotic actions on cancer cells widely. In this study, we propose that diosgenin can protect the hyperlipidemic rats and prevent endothelial apoptosis under oxidative stress. We investigated the hypolipidemic and antioxidative effects of diosgenin on rats fed with high cholesterol and high fat diet for 6 weeks. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA), lipoprotein lipase (LPL), hepaticlipase (HL) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were evaluated. Then we explored the effects and mechanism of diosgenin against hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis of human vein endothelium cells (HUVECs). Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), glutathione (GSH), nitric oxide (NO), DNA fragment formation and mitochondrial membrane potentials (ΔΨm) were determined. Diosgenin treatment increased LPL, HL, SOD, GSH-PX and NOS activities, thus attenuated oxygen free radicals, decreased MDA, TC, TG and LDL-C levels in hyperlipidemic rats. Diosgenin pretreatment significantly attenuated H2O2-induced apoptosis in HUVECs, intracellular ROS, GSH depletion, DNA fragment formation, and restored NO, ΔΨm. These results suggested that diosgenin is a very useful compound to control hyperlipidemia by both improving the lipid profile and modulating oxidative stress and prevent H2O2-induced apoptosis of HUVECs, in partly through regulating mitochondrial dysfunction pathway.  相似文献

Serum lipid changes during infection may be associated with atherogenesis. No data are available on the effect of Brucellosis on lipids. Lipid parameters were determined in 28 patients with Brucellosis on admission and 4 months following treatment and were compared with 24 matched controls. Fasting levels of total cholesterol (TC), HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C), triglycerides, apolipoproteins (Apo) A, B, E CII, and CIII, and oxidized LDL (oxLDL) were measured. Activities of serum cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP), paraoxonase 1 (PON1), and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) and levels of cytokines [interleukins (IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor (TNFa)] were also determined. On admission, patients compared with controls had 1) lower levels of TC, HDL-C, LDL-cholesterol (LDL-C), ApoB, ApoAI, and ApoCIII and higher LDL-C/HDL-C and ApoB/ApoAI ratios; 2) higher levels of IL-1b, IL-6, and TNFa; 3) similar ApoCII and oxLDL levels and Lp-PLA2 activity, lower PON1, and higher CETP activity; and 4) higher small dense LDL-C concentration. Four months later, increases in TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoB, ApoAI, and ApoCIII levels, ApoB/ApoAI ratio, and PON1 activity were noticed compared with baseline, whereas CETP activity decreased. LDL-C/HDL-C ratio, ApoCII, and oxLDL levels, Lp-PLA2 activity, and small dense LDL-C concentration were not altered. Brucella infection is associated with an atherogenic lipid profile that is not fully restored 4 months following treatment.  相似文献

Diet-induced weight loss in women may be associated with decreases not only in plasma levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), but also in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Whether a decrease in HDL-C is associated with altered HDL function is unknown. One hundred overweight or obese women (age 46 ± 11 years, 60 black; 12 diabetic) were enrolled in the 6-month program of reduced fat and total energy diet and low-intensity exercise. Serum cholesterol efflux capacity was measured in (3)H-cholesterol-labeled BHK cells expressing ABCA1, ABCG1, or SR-B1 transporters and incubated with 1% apolipoprotein B (apoB)-depleted serum. Antioxidant properties of HDL were estimated by paraoxonase-1 (PON1) activity and oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC). Endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) activation was measured by conversion of L-arginine to L-citrulline in endothelial cells incubated with HDL from 49 subjects. Participants achieved an average weight loss of 2.2 ± 3.9 kg (P < 0.001), associated with reductions in both LDL-C (-6 ± 21 mg/dl, P = 0.004) and HDL-C (-3 ± 9 mg/dl, P = 0.016). Cholesterol efflux capacity by the ABCA1 transporter decreased by 10% (P = 0.006); efflux capacities by the ABCG1 and SR-B1 transporters were not significantly altered. ORAC decreased by 15% (P = 0.018); neither PON1 activity nor eNOS activation was significantly altered by reduction in HDL-C. Findings were similar for diabetic and nondiabetic subjects. Diet-induced weight loss in overweight or obese women is associated with a decrease in HDL-C levels, but overall HDL function is relatively spared, suggesting that decrease in HDL-C in this setting is not deleterious to cardiovascular risk.  相似文献

The receptor for advanced glycation endproducts (RAGE) is overexpressed at sites of vascular pathology. A soluble RAGE isoform (sRAGE) neutralizes the ligand-mediated damage by acting as a decoy. We hypothesized that in hypercholesterolemia up-regulation of the ligand-RAGE axis may bridge impairment of nitric oxide biosynthesis with oxidative stress. We measured in 60 hypercholesterolemic patients and 20 controls plasma total sRAGE levels, urinary 8-iso-prostaglandin (PG) F(2alpha) excretion, and plasma levels of asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA). The effects of two structurally different statins (pravastatin and atorvastatin) on these parameters were analyzed in 20 hypercholesterolemic subjects free of vascular disease. Plasma sRAGE was significantly lower, ADMA and urinary 8-iso-PGF(2alpha) were higher, in hypercholesterolemic versus normocholesterolemic patients. Patients on statin treatment with previous myocardial infarction had lower 8-iso-PGF(2alpha), higher sRAGE, and unchanged ADMA levels compared to subjects free of vascular disease. On multivariate regression analysis only 8-iso-PGF(2alpha) and ADMA predicted sRAGE levels. An 8-week treatment with either statin was associated with a significant reduction in urinary 8-iso-PGF(2alpha), whereas only atorvastatin raised sRAGE levels near to normal values, with no change in ADMA levels. sRAGE might serve as an endogenous protecting factor for accelerated atherosclerosis mediated by oxidative stress and endothelial dysfunction in hypercholesterolemia.  相似文献

Methionine (1g/kg, po) administration to pathogenic control rats for 30 days significantly increased the levels of homocysteine, total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL-C) and triglycerides (TGs) and decreased the levels of high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in serum. Hematological observations of the peripheral blood smears of pathogenic rats fed with methionine also showed crenation of RBCs cell membrane and significant increase in total leukocyte count, differential leukocyte count and platelet counts with significant decrease in the mean hemoglobin levels as compared to vehicle control rats. Administration of atorvastatin (0.2 mg/kg/po) to hyperhomocysteinemic rats significantly decreased the levels of homocysteine, TC, TGs, LDL-C and VLDL-C and increased the levels of HDL-C in serum. The present results provide clear evidence that oral treatment with atorvastatin exhibit homocysteine and lipid lowering activity and also reversal of hematological changes induced by methionine in albino rats.  相似文献

The effect of red wine on oxidative stress and hypercholesterolemia induced by feeding a high-cholesterol diet (supplemented with 1.65% of cholesterol (w/w) for 4 weeks) to female Wistar rats was examined. When red wine was simultaneously supplemented to high-cholesterol diet, total cholesterol, triglycerides, atherogenic index and lipid peroxidation products significantly decreased compared with the high-cholesterol diet alone, while GSH content and antioxidative enzymes activities were enhanced. In the hypercholesterolemic rat the excretion of fecal bile acids, as well as their plasma and hepatic concentrations were increased significantly. Administration of red wine enhanced these values, indicating an increase in the cholesterol degradation. These results suggest that red wine may have a protective effect against oxidative stress, hypercholesterolemia and atherogenic index induced by high-cholesterol diet.  相似文献

Epidemiologic evidence shows that elevated serum cholesterol, specifically low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), increases the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD). Moreover, large-scale intervention trials demonstrate that treatment with HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins), the most effective drug class for lowering LDL-C, significantly reduces the risk of CHD events. Unfortunately, only a moderate percentage of hypercholesterolemic patients are achieving LDL-C targets specified by the National Cholesterol Education Program (NCEP), in part because clinicians are not effectively titrating medications as needed to achieve LDL-C goals. Recent evidence suggests that more aggressive LDL-C lowering may provide greater clinical benefit, even in individuals with moderately elevated serum cholesterol levels. Furthermore, recent studies suggest that statins have cardioprotective effects in many high-risk individuals, including those with baseline LDL-C <100 mg/dl. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was recognized by the NCEP-Adult Treatment Panel II (ATP II) as a negative risk factor for CHD. The NCEP-ATP III guidelines have also reaffirmed the importance of HDL-C by increasing the low HDL-C designation from <35 to <40 mg/dl as a major risk factor for CHD. Similarly, triglyceride control will play a larger role in dyslipidemia management. 目的:观察左旋多沙唑嗪(-)DOX、右旋多沙唑嗪(+)DOX和消旋多沙唑嗪(±)DOX对高血脂家兔血脂水平及动物死亡率的影响。方法:取普通级雄性新西兰大耳白兔,给予高脂饮食4周后,血清TC小于10mmol/L的8只家兔为普通饮食组,饲以标准饲料。血清TC大于10mmol/L的40只家兔随机分为4组(n=10):高脂模型组、高脂模型+(-)DOX组、高脂模型+(+)DOX组以及高脂模型+(±)DOX组。普通饮食组和高脂模型组家兔腹腔注射无菌双蒸水;其他3组家兔分别腹腔注射(-)DOX、(+)DOX和(±)DOX,连续9周。分析药物对兔血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的影响。结果:饲以高脂饮食13周时模型组家兔死亡率达40%,远远高于普通饮食组家兔(10%),亦明显高于(±)DOX和(-)DOX处理组。模型组家兔随高脂饲养的时间延长,血清LDL-C水平进一步显著升高(P0.05和P0.01);而各药物处理组动物的血清LDL-C水平未显著升高(P0.05)。结论:(-)DOX和(±)DOX可提高高脂饮食家兔的生存率,并对高血脂家兔的血清LDL-C紊乱具有轻度的改善作用;该作用可能不是其提高高脂饮食家兔生存率的主要作用机制。  相似文献
