Irradiation treatment enhanced resistance of C57BL/6, but not BALB/c against Toxoplasma gondii infection. Six Gy-irradiated (IR) C57BL/6 recipients of B-2 cells from T. gondii-infected C57BL/6 died after infection. B-2 suppressor cells from infected C57BL/6 enhanced production of IL-4 and IL-10 in peritoneal exudate cells (PECs), and down-regulated NO release in peritoneal macrophages after infection. On the other hand, B-2 suppressor cells were not detected in a strain, BALB/c, resistant against infection. These data indicated that irradiation-sensitive B-2 cells regulated susceptibility/resistance in mice against T. gondii infection.  相似文献

Toxoplasma gondii infection is generally asymptomatic in immunocompetent persons but can be life-threatening in immunocompromised persons and for fetuses in the case of maternal-fetal transmission. The effect of interferon (IFN)-gamma, which plays a crucial role in the protective immunity against T. gondii infection, on maternal-fetal transmission of T. gondii was analyzed by quantitative competitive polymerase chain reaction targeting T. gondii-specific SAG1 gene. T. gondii loads were obvious in uterus and placenta of wild type (WT) C57BL/6 (B6, susceptible strain) but not BALB/c (resistant strain) pregnant mice. Higher levels of T. gondii were detected in uterus and placenta of IFN-gamma knock-out (GKO) B6 and BALB/c than in those of WT mice. Furthermore, T. gondii was detected in fetus of GKO B6 but not GKO BALB/c, WT B6, or WT BALB/c mice. Thus, not only IFN-gamma but also genetic susceptibility to T. gondii infection was important for the protective immunity of maternal-fetal transmission of T. gondii to fetus via placenta. T. gondii-infected WT mice displayed a low delivery rate with high IFN-gamma production, whereas infected GKO mice did not. Additionally, mean body weight of neonates from T. gondii-infected GKO BALB/c pregnant mice was significantly lower than that of unaborted neonates from WT BALB/c pregnant mice, suggesting the effects of T. gondii infection on intrauterine growth retardation of fetus in pregnant GKO mice.  相似文献

Because it is widely accepted that there is a significant difference in susceptibility to chronic infection by Toxoplasma gondii among inbred mouse strains with different genetic backgrounds, we compared the distribution of the protozoa in digestive organs at early stages of infection between resistant (BALB/c) and susceptible (C57BL/ 6) mice after peroral infection with Fukaya strain cysts. Furthermore, to determine the influence of interferon gamma (IFN-gamma) on the infectivity of the cysts to the digestive tract, homozygous IFN-gamma knockout mice were utilized. Quantitative competitive polymerase chain reaction (QC-PCR) was employed to assess the distribution of T. gondii in different organs at various times after ingestion of cysts. SAG1, a T. gondii-specific gene, was detected in the small intestine and the caecum in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and in the whole digestive tract in IFN-gamma knockout C57BL/6 at 24 hr after infection. No detectable reaction in QC-PCR was observed in BALB/c mice at 24 hr after ingestion of the cysts. Destruction of the IFN-gamma gene showed less effect on the resistance to infection in BALB/c mice, but remarkable augmentation of infectivity of T. gondii to the rectum and peripheral blood was observed in C57BL/6 mice.  相似文献

Toxoplasma gondii has been shown to result in life-threatening encephalitis in immunocompromised patients after reactivation of dormant parasites. In order to obtain information on immune responses related to this phenomenon, BALB/c mice were infected with 25 cysts of the 76K strain of T. gondii, then, treated orally with dexamethasone (Toxo/Dexa-treated group) in order to reactivate the chronic toxoplasmosis. None of the T. gondii-infected mice died during the experimental periods, whereas the Toxo/Dexa-treated mice evidenced a significant attenuation of survival periods. Toxoplasma-specific IgG2a, IgA and IgM titers in sera were significantly depressed in the Toxo/Dexa-treated mice; however, the IgG1 sera titers were similar to those seen in the Toxoplasma-infected mice. The percentages of CD4+ and CD8 alpha + T cells in the Toxo/Dexa-treated mice were significantly reduced 2 weeks after dexamethasone treatment. IFN-gamma and IL-10 production levels in the Toxo/Dexa-treated mice were depressed significantly, whereas IL-4 production was increased temporarily. The expression levels of the Toxoplasma-specific P30 and B1 genes were found to have been increased in the Toxo/Dexa-treated mice in comparison with the Toxoplasmainfected mice. Collectively, the findings of this study demonstrate that reactivation of murine toxoplasmosis as the result of dexamethasone treatment induced a depression in Th1 immune responses, whereas Th2 immune responses were not significantly influenced.  相似文献

Production of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii (T. gondii)-derived stress proteins, T. gondii HSP70 (T.g.HSP70) and T.g.HSP30/bagl, in C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice perorally infected with cysts of the avirulent Fukaya strain of T. gondii was analyzed. Production of anti-T.g.HSP70 IgG antibodies was transient, whereas production of anti-T.g.HSP30/bag1 IgG antibodies persisted after infection in both C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice. C57BL/6 mice, a susceptible strain, predominantly produced IgG antibodies specific for T.g.HSP70, whereas BALB/c mice, a resistant strain, predominantly produced IgG antibodies specific for T.g.HSP30/bag1, after T. gondii infection. Immunization with rT.g.HSP30/bag1 enhanced, whereas immunization with rT.g.HSP70 reduced host protective immunity against T. gondii infection with a cyst-forming avirulent strain, Fukaya, and a virulent strain, RH.  相似文献

To assess the relationship between the changes of cellular components and the production of Th1 cytokine in the immune tissue, inbred C57BL/6 mice were orally infected with 40 cysts of 76K strain of Toxoplasma gondii. The sequential change of cell differentials and IFN-gamma production of splenocytes were analyzed by Diff-Quik stain and RT-PCR. There were no significant proportional changes of cellular components of splenocytes until day 4 postinfection (PI) as compared to those of day 0, and the relative percentage of macrophages and neutrophils/eosinophils increased significantly (p < 0.01) thereafter. The expression of IFN-gamma mRNA of CD3- cells was observed from day 1 PI at a low level. However, IFN-gamma production of CD3+ cells increased significantly from day 4 PI (p < 0.01) which progressively increased thereafter. These findings provide the relative percentages of granulocytes and macrophages were increased in conjunction with increase of total number of splenocytes after oral infection with T. gondii in the susceptible murine hosts, and lymphocytes were the major cellular components and the important source of IFN-gamma.  相似文献

To determine the influence of interferon (IFN)-gamma on the organ infectivity and on the genetic susceptibility of susceptible (C57BL/6) and resistant (BALB/c) strains after peroral infection with cysts of Toxoplasma gondii. IFN-gamma knockout (KO) mice in C57BL/6 and BALB/c backgrounds were utilized. The kinetics of the changes in T. gondii abundance were evaluated with a quantitative competitive polymerase chain reaction assay in various organs at different times after peroral infection. In IFN-gamma KO mice, a T. gondii-specific gene, SAG1, was detected in all organs examined, and the protozoan proliferated much more actively than in wild-type mice. The abundance of T. gondii was much higher in mesenteric lymph nodes and the heart than in other organs. In contrast, in the nervous system organs and kidneys, only a weakly detectable reaction was observed. Toxoplasma gondii grew at a more rapid rate in the organs of IFN-gamma KO C57BL/6 mice than in the organs of IFN-gamma KO BALB/c mice during the course of infection. Destruction of the IFN-gamma gene showed remarkable effects on the infectivity in both susceptible and resistant mice.  相似文献

The avidity maturation of anti-TgHSP70 IgG antibody produced by B-2 cells of BALB/c mice (a resistant strain) and that of anti-mHSP70 IgG autoantibody produced by B-1 cells of C57BL/6 mice (B6; a susceptible strain) was observed after Toxoplasma gondii infection. Recombination-activating genes (RAGs) were predominantly expressed in B-1 cells from peritoneal exudate cells (PECs) of T. gondii-infected B6 mice, while RAGs were expressed in B-2 cells from PECs of BALB/c mice. These results suggest that the involvement of RAG gene activations in the peripheral lymphoid tissues in the avidity maturation of anti-TgHSP70 IgG antibody and anti-mHSP70 IgG autoantibody in T. gondii-infected mice.  相似文献

The role for IL-10 in the immunopathogenesis of acute toxoplasmosis following peroral infection was examined in both genetically susceptible C57BL/6 and resistant BALB/c mice. C57BL/6-background IL-10-targeted mutant (IL-10-/-) mice all died in 2 wk after infection with 20 cysts of the ME49 strain, whereas only 20% of control mice succumbed. Histological studies revealed necrosis in the small and large intestines and livers of infected IL-10-/- mice. The necrosis in the small intestine was the most severe pathologic response and was not observed in control mice. Treatment of infected IL-10-/- mice with either anti-CD4 or anti-IFN-gamma mAb prevented intestinal pathology and significantly prolonged time to death. Treatment of these animals with anti-IL-12 mAb also prevented the pathology. Significantly greater amounts of IFN-gamma mRNA were detected in the lamina propria lymphocytes obtained from the small intestine of infected IL-10-/- mice than those from infected control mice. In common with C57BL/6-background IL-10-/- mice, BALB/c-background IL-10-/- mice all died developing intestinal pathology after infection. Control BALB/c mice all survived even after infection with 100 cysts and did not develop the intestinal lesions. Treatment with anti-IFN-gamma mAb prevented the pathology and prolonged time to death of the infected IL-10-/- mice. These results strongly suggest that IL-10 plays a critical role in down-regulating IFN-gamma production in the small intestine following sublethal peroral infection with Toxoplasma gondii and that this down-regulatory effect of IL-10 is required for prevention of development of IFN-gamma-mediated intestinal pathology and mortality in both genetically resistant BALB/c and susceptible C57BL/6 mice.  相似文献

Infection of C57BL/6 mice with Toxoplasma gondii leads to progressive and ultimately fatal chronic Toxoplasma encephalitis (TE). Genetic deletion or inhibition of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) from the beginning of infection increased the number of T. gondii cysts in the brain and markedly reduced the time-to-death in this mouse strain. In the present study, we addressed whether iNOS also contributes to the control of intracerebral parasites in a clinically stable latent infection that develops in T. gondii-resistant BALB/c mice after resolution of the acute phase of TE. iNOS was expressed in the inflammatory cerebral infiltrates of latently infected BALB/c mice, but the number of iNOS+ cells was significantly lower than in the brains of chronically infected T. gondii-susceptible C57BL/6 mice. In BALB/c mice with latent TE (> 30 days of infection), treatment with the iNOS inhibitors L-N6-iminoethyl-lysine or L-nitroarginine-methylester for < or = 40 days did not result in an increase of the intracerebral parasitic load and a reactivation of the disease, despite the presence of iNOS-suppressive inhibitor levels in the brain. However, L-nitroarginine-methylester treatment had remarkably toxic effects and induced a severe wasting syndrome with high mortality. In contrast to BALB/c mice, L-N6-iminoethyl-lysine treatment rapidly exacerbated the already established chronic TE of C57BL/6 mice. Thus, the containment of latent toxoplasms in T. gondii-resistant BALB/c mice is independent of iNOS, whereas the temporary control of intracerebral parasites in T. gondii-susceptible C57BL/6 mice with chronic TE requires iNOS activity.  相似文献

Congenital toxoplasmosis is associated with adverse pregnancy outcome. Despite the type 1 immune response, C57BL/6 mice are more susceptible than BALB/c mice to Toxoplasma gondii infection. Additionally, successful pregnancy appears to be correlated with type 2 T helper maternal immunity and regulatory T cells. In order to investigate the mechanisms of susceptibility/resistance to congenital toxoplasmosis in mice with different genetic backgrounds and the influence of inducible nitric oxide synthase in pregnancy outcome, groups of C57BL/6, BALB/c and C57BL/6 iNOS(-/-) females were orally infected with T. gondii ME-49 strain on day 1 of pregnancy and were sacrificed on day 8 p.i. and day 19 p.i. The uterus and placenta were evaluated for the foetal resorption rate, parasite load, immunological and histological changes. C57BL/6 mice presented inflammatory foci in the decidua (endometrium) of the uterus at a higher frequency than BALB/c mice on day 8 p.i., and a large number of pregnant C57BL/6 mice presented necrotic implantation sites. The parasite was seldom found in the uterus or placenta of either lineage of mice. Interestingly, there was no observed difference in inducible nitric oxide synthase expression in the uterus and placenta of infected mice. In addition, higher levels of TNF-α were detected in serum samples from C57BL/6 mice compared with BALB/c mice. Accordingly, C57BL/6 mice presented with levels of 90% abortion compared with 50% in BALB/c mice on day 19 p.i. C57BL/6 iNOS(-/-) mice showed low placental parasite counts and high absorption rates, similar to wild type mice. The data suggest that the impaired pregnancy outcome due to T. gondii infection in C57BL/6 mice could be associated with a higher inflammatory response leading to cell apoptosis and necrosis of implantation sites compared with BALB/c mice, and this phenomenon was not due to inducible nitric oxide synthase expression in the decidua.  相似文献

Most immunological studies that utilize different strains of inbred mice following T. gondii infection fail to compensate for differences in host susceptibility to the size of the parasite innoculum. To address this concern, susceptible C57BL/6 and resistant CBA/J mice were orally infected with either an equivalent 50% lethal dose (LD50) of brain cysts of the 76K strain of T. gondii (15 cysts in C57BL/6, 400 cysts in CBA/J) or the same dose of parasites in each mouse strain. C57BL/6 mice receiving 400 cysts (LD50 of CBA/J mice) died post infection, whereas CBA/J mice that received 15 cysts (LD50 of C57BL/6 mice) survived. Parasite loads in the brains and serum Toxoplasma-specific IgG1 titers of LD50-infected C57BL/6 mice were significantly higher than those in LD50- or 15 cysts-infected CBA/J mice, whereas splenocyte proliferation to Toxoplasma antigen and the percentage of CD8 alpha+ T cells were reduced in LD50-infected C57BL/6 mice. In contrast, serum IgG2a and IgM titers, the percentage of gamma delta T cells and IFN-gamma expression of spleen of LD50-infected CBA/J mice were higher than those of either 15 cysts-infected CBA/J mice or LD50-infected C57BL/6 mice. These observations demonstrate that the immune response between LD50-infected C57BL/6 and CBA/J mice was more prominent when compared to C57BL/6 or CBA/J mice receiving the same parasite inoculum. These observations would suggest that caution must be excersized in the planning and interpretation of data when the size of the parasite inoculum has not been adjusted for mouse strain.  相似文献

Mice lacking functional CD1d genes were used to study mechanisms of resistance to the protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii. Wild-type (WT) BALB/c mice, CD1d-deficient BALB/c mice, and WT C57BL/6 mice all survived an acute oral infection with a low dose of mildly virulent strain ME49 T. gondii cysts. In contrast, most CD1d-deficient C57BL/6 mice died within 2 wk of infection. Despite having parasite burdens that were only slightly higher than WT mice, CD1d-deficient C57BL/6 mice displayed greater weight loss and intestinal pathology. In C57BL/6 mice, CD4(+) cells can cause intestinal pathology during T. gondii infection. Compared with WT mice, infected CD1d-deficient C57BL/6 mice had higher frequencies and numbers of activated (CD44(high)) CD4(+) cells in mesenteric lymph nodes. Depletion of CD4(+) cells from CD1d-deficient mice reduced weight loss and prolonged survival, demonstrating a functional role for CD4(+) cells in their increased susceptibility to T. gondii infection. CD1d-deficient mice are deficient in Valpha14(+) T cells, a major population of NKT cells. Involvement of these cells in resistance to T. gondii was investigated using gene-targeted Jalpha18-deficient C57BL/6 mice, which are deficient in Valpha14(+) T cells. These mice did not succumb to acute infection, but experienced greater weight loss and more deaths than B6 mice during chronic infection, indicating that Valpha14(+) cells contribute to resistance to T. gondii. The data identify CD4(+) cells as a significant component of the marked susceptibility to T. gondii infection observed in CD1d-deficient C57BL/6 mice, and establish T. gondii as a valuable tool for deciphering CD1d-dependent protective mechanisms.  相似文献

Toxoplasma gondii can modulate host cell gene expression; however, determining gene expression levels in intermediate hosts after T. gondii infection is not known much. We selected 5 genes (ALDH1A2, BEX2, CCL3, EGR2 and PLAU) and compared the mRNA expression levels in the spleen, liver, lung and small intestine of genetically different mice infected with T. gondii. ALDH1A2 mRNA expressions of both mouse strains were markedly increased at day 1-4 postinfection (PI) and then decreased, and its expressions in the spleen and lung were significantly higher in C57BL/6 mice than those of BALB/c mice. BEX2 and CCR3 mRNA expressions of both mouse strains were significantly increased from day 7 PI and peaked at day 15-30 PI (P<0.05), especially high in the spleen liver or small intestine of C57BL/6 mice. EGR2 and PLAU mRNA expressions of both mouse strains were significantly increased after infection, especially high in the spleen and liver. However, their expression patterns were varied depending on the tissue and mouse strain. Taken together, T. gondii-susceptible C57BL/6 mice expressed higher levels of these 5 genes than did T. gondii-resistant BALB/c mice, particularly in the spleen and liver. And ALDH1A2 and PLAU expressions were increased acutely, whereas BEX2, CCL3 and EGR2 expressions were increased lately. Thus, these demonstrate that host genetic factors exert a strong impact on the expression of these 5 genes and their expression patterns were varied depending on the gene or tissue.  相似文献

Detection of the initial site of Toxoplasma gondii reactivation in brain tissue is difficult because the number of latent cysts is small and reactivation is a transient event. To detect the early stage of reactivation in mouse brain tissue, we constructed a cyst-forming strain of T. gondii in the tachyzoite stage, specifically expressing red fluorescence. The PLK strain of T. gondii was stably transfected with a red fluorescent protein gene, DsRed Express, under the control of a tachyzoite-specific SAG-1 promoter and the resulting parasite was designated as PLK/RED. Tachyzoites of PLK/RED growing in Vero cells showed red fluorescence. When C57BL/6J mice were i.p. infected with tachyzoites of PLK/RED, red fluorescent tachyzoites were detected in their brains at the fourth day p.i. However, red fluorescent tachyzoites were not detected in BALB/c mice latently infected with PLK/RED, although non-fluorescent cysts were detected in their brains. After treatment of latently infected mice with dexamethasone for 1 month, the mice showed neurological symptoms. In mice with symptoms, red fluorescent tachyzoites were again detected in their brains and in other organs. To detect the initial site of reactivation, BALB/c mice latently infected with the strain were treated with dexamethasone for 3 weeks, and brains were excised before any symptoms appeared. Excised brains were examined for red fluorescence-positive sites. By a histological study of red fluorescent-positive sites, we detected a cyst containing red fluorescent zoites, which still had a PAS stain-positive cyst wall. A few red fluorescent zoites breaking away from the cyst were also observed. The stage-specific expression of fluorescent protein facilitates detection of a rare transient event and makes it possible to detect the initial site of reactivation.  相似文献

Laboratory diagnostics of toxoplasmosis depends primarily on serological methods detecting specific antibodies. Since these methods do not always enable specific and sensitive recognition of the infection and phase of toxoplasmosis, the search for new diagnostic tools continues. Recombinant antigens promise a new alternative in diagnostics of Toxoplasma gondii infections. In this work the usefulness of six recombinant T. gondii antigens: GRA1, GRA6, GRA7, p35, SAG1, and SAG2 in the detection of primary murine toxoplasmosis was evaluated. Sera obtained from infected mice differing in their natural susceptibility to T. gondii infection, BALB/c (relatively resistant) and C57BL/6 (relatively susceptible), were tested using ELISA. During acute infection high response to GRA7, GRA6, and p35 antigens was noticed, whereas a strong reactivity with surface antigens SAG1 and SAG2 was characteristic for chronic toxoplasmosis. Our results show that the recombinant antigens are useful in distinguishing between acute and chronic toxoplasmosis regardless of the genetically determined susceptibility of the host.  相似文献

Murine CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes lyse Toxoplasma gondii-infected cells   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14
Studies were performed to determine whether CTL against Toxoplasma gondii-infected cells could be induced in a murine model of T. gondii infection in which CD8+ T lymphocytes have been shown to play a major role in resistance against this parasite. In 51Cr release assays, nylon wool nonadherent spleen cells from BALB/c (H-2d) mice immunized with the temperature-sensitive (ts-4) mutant strain of T. gondii were cytotoxic for T. gondii-infected P815 (H-2d) mastocytoma cells but not for uninfected cells. This cytotoxic activity was remarkably increased after in vitro stimulation with T. gondii-infected syngeneic spleen cells. The effector cells were shown to be CD8+ T lymphocytes, because the cytotoxicity was significantly inhibited by depletion of CD8+ T lymphocytes but not by depletion of CD4+ T lymphocytes. This cytotoxic activity was genetically restricted. Spleen cells from T. gondii-immune BALB/c mice were not cytotoxic for T. gondii-infected EL4 (H-2b) thymoma cells, whereas spleen cells from T. gondii-immune C57B1/6 (H-2b) mice were cytotoxic for T. gondii-infected EL4 cells but not for T. gondii-infected P815 cells. The cytolytic activity of CD8+ T lymphocytes against T. gondii-infected cells might be a mechanism whereby these cells confer resistance against T. gondii.  相似文献

A combination of antigenic regions of microneme proteins have been previously reported as being protective against chronic toxoplasmosis. In this work, we evaluated immune responses induced by immunizing BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice intradermally with plasmid DNA encoding the protein sequences of Toxoplasma gondii AMA1, MIC2, M2AP and BAG1. Mice immunized with the AMA1 gene developed high levels of serum IgG2a and c antibodies as well as cellular immune responses associated with IFN-gamma synthesis suggesting a modulated Th1 type of response. Immunization with the AMA1 gene resulted in a partial but significant protection against the acute phase of toxoplasmosis compared to MIC2, M2AP and BAG1 genes. Therefore, the AMA1 gene appears to generate a strong specific immune response and also provides effective protection against toxoplasmosis more than the MIC2, M2AP and BAG1 genes.  相似文献

Adipose tissue‐derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD‐MSCs) have been shown to be capable of differentiating into multiple cell type and exert immunomodulatory effects. Since the selection of ideal stem cell is apparently crucial for the outcome of experimental stem cell therapies, therefore, in this study we compared AD‐MSCs conditioned media (CM) from BALB/c, C57BL/6, and DBA mouse strains. No significant difference was found in the morphology, cell surface markers, in vitro differentiation and proliferation potentials of AD‐MSCs isolated from C57BL/6, BALB/c, and DBA mice. The immunological assays showed some variation among the strains in the cytokines, nitric oxide (NO), and indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenase (IDO) production and immunomodulatory effects on splenocytes functions. Our results indicated a suppression of splenocytes proliferation in the presence of AD‐MSC CM from the three inbred mouse strains. However, BALB/c CM exerted a higher suppression of splenocytes proliferation. AD‐MSCs isolated from C57BL/6 and BALB/c mice produced higher levels of TGF‐β than those from DBA mice. Furthermore, IL‐17 and IDO production was higher in AD‐MSCs isolated from BALB/c mice. Our results indicated an increased production of TGF‐β, IL‐4, IL‐10, NO, and IDO by splenocytes in response to CM from BALB/c AD‐MSCs. In conclusion, our results showed that the immunomodulatory properties of mouse AD‐MSCs is strain‐dependent and this variation should be considered during selection of appropriate stem cell source for in vivo experiments and stem cell therapy strategies. This study investigated the influence of TLR (toll-like receptor)4, TLR2, and MyD88 in Toxoplasma gondii-infected wild-type (WT) mice and TLR4-, TLR2-, and MyD88-deficient mice. Ninety-five percent of MyD88-deficient mice died 10-16 days after intraperitoneal infection with 100 cysts of T. gondii Fukaya strain, whereas 95-100% of TLR4- and TLR2-deficient mice and WT C57BL/6 (B6) mice survived for more than 7 wk after T. gondii infection. The distribution of T. gondii in various organs of TLR4-, TLR2-, and MyD88-deficient mice and WT B6 mice was assessed 2 wk after T. gondii intraperitoneal infection using quantitative competitive polymerase chain reaction. In MyD88-deficient mice, high levels of T. gondii load were observed in the brain, tongue, heart, lungs, spleen, liver, mesenteric lymph node, and kidneys after infection. The T. gondii load was significantly increased in the lungs in both TLR4- and TLR2-deficient mice compared with WT B6 mice. High levels of anti-mouse heat shock protein (mHSP)70 autoantibody and anti-T. gondii HSP70 antibody production were detected in the sera from MyD88-deficient mice.  相似文献
